Youtube daily report Mar 24 2018

hey guys welcome back to my channel so today channel hey guys welcome back to

my channel so today I'm super excited because I'm gonna be showing you guys

some of the modest bathing suits I picked up for my spring vacay in Florida

also just to mention I've been loving this like Lacroix mixture I've been

doing it's not simply raspberry lemonade with the Lacroix like lime flavor you

can really get any Lacroix you want because they don't really don't have

that much flavor but I just like the bubbly effect that it gives the

raspberry lemonade it's so good and I don't feel that bad drinking it because

you're still drinking like juice from the raspberry lemonade but the Lacroix

like is kind of like water so you're kind of like watering it down if that

makes sense it's it's healthy for you right so hopefully we're all gonna have

our own opinions about what is modest and what is not but these are just some

of the bathing suits that I think are modest and I'll tell you the reasons why

so I got one bathing suit from Marshalls and the other are from the drumroll

please target yes you're right target so I'll

have everything weak down below the reason I love target is because if you

guys watch this video like recently then you guys pretty much have like the

ability to pick everything up so I'll have all the links in the description

box below so the first swimsuit I picked up is this blue and white striped suit

from Marshalls it was 1999 I love the blue and white stripes I just

think it looks super summery and fresh and classic and then I love the back

because it has this little crisscross back right there I haven't tried this on

yet so I hope the booty like does it cut up too much so you see like the cheeks

I'm not into that but I love this swimsuit so so much so you guys should

go check it out they had a lot of them at Marshall's

and then the next bathing suit is a one-piece from Target I love this

striped bathing suit so so much I think the colors will look perfect with a tan

and then I love the little cutout that it has at the top it's not very low at

all so it won't show any cleavage and then I love the crew

cross-back it's gonna be kind of hard to show on camera but I think it's so cute

this bathing suit was 29.99 the next suit from Target is this blue crocheted

top and I'll show you the bottoms in just a second but I think this is so

pretty it's a high neck so you get a lot of coverage and then the back also has

little crisscross details right there and this is just seems like a really

high-quality bathing suit it doesn't feel cheap or like that the material is

gonna rip or anything at all sometimes with the crocheted bathing suits they

can just feel like they're not supposed to be getting wet I guess but this is

like a very tight knit and it feels really quality so this bathing suit top

was 20 to 99 and then for the bottoms this these were $17.99 then they also

have the matching little Criss crosses on this side and a pretty full coverage

bottom another two peeps from Target is this striped top I love all the colors

it kind of reminds me of the one piece I showed you guys this is really good for

like bigger chested women it covers the girls pretty good and it also supports

them as well and I just think this is a great option for girls with bigger boobs

because there is coverage but you still feel supported and you also have straps

that you can put on as well this top was $27.99 and it comes in bra sizes too

just like what you would get at like Victoria's Secret or something and then

the bottoms are so cute this is what they look like and they have the Criss

crosses down the sides right here and they're high-waisted I have never tried

a high waisted bathing suit so I'm super excited to try this out the bottoms were

2299 so not a super cheap bathing suit but it feels very quality and then for

the last bikini it's just a black classic bathing suit I think this is so

cute it has little ties at the top just little bows and it almost reminds me of

like something like The Breakfast at Tiffany's Earlwood where I should know

her name but I don't right now she's so cute and I love how it does provide some

more coverage it doesn't have like a low fee or anything and for the bottoms are

just black high-waisted bikini bottoms what I

love about target is you can mix and match any of their tops and bottoms they

have a ton of black bottoms that can look really good with any of the tops

that you choose so I just chose these high-waisted black bottoms with like

almost like a crocheted design right there and then they have pretty full

coverage in the booty area so I just love this bikini so much and if I had to

choose my favorite bathing suit it would probably be this one piece right here I

think it's so cute and I love the colors and I love the cutout in the back I just

think it's perfect for spring so I'll have all links down below if you guys

are not subscribed and you like this video make sure to hit that subscribe

button down below and don't forget to push that little bell that just helps

you get notified when I post new videos so thank you guys so much for watching

Heck!

Brb!

-Back!

I already did the background.

She looks like a cookie, lol.

Back

Fun fact: When I was doing the sketch, I originally was gonna put "My GF is a tree" on her shirt just for laughs.

I honestly have a lot of fun when playing as Min because she's innocent and not at the same time.

I still don't know if I ship her with Leah yet, though. It's more of a... "Hey, this is kind of a crack ship but it's also really cute and I don't know what to do."

Either way, I'm havin' fun, lol.

Here's something, a few times I actually forgot to hit the record button again. XD

"Hey, I found Leah!"

But oh dear, silly Min, that's a tree. Not Leah.

Oh well, same difference I suppose. XD

Whistle blower Robert Mueller Lied To The Senate – That's A Crime - Duration: 24:54.

Whistle-blower: Robert Mueller Lied To The Senate – That's A Crime

Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller's Russia investigation has come under fire repeatedly

for political bias.

Now a whistleblower who once worked for Mueller claims the special prosecutor is more than

just biased.

According to an exclusive report from Big League Politics, former FBI agent Chuck Marler

says Mueller lied to the Senate in 2005 when questioned about an FBI surveillance program.

Marler says that "Mueller and certain members of FBI Management deceived the Senate Select

Committee on Intelligence in 2005 and they intimidated and bullied the U.S. Office of

Personnel Management from 2005 through 2008."

Marler told Big League Politics that because of Mueller's response then, "since Mueller

has taken over as Special Counsel, I've been concerned about him continuing that behavior."

Another Day, Another Scandal

Marler worked for the FBI's Special Surveillance Group (SSG); Mueller was the FBI director

at the time.

As the secretive program rapidly grew in scope after 9/11, the agents involved asked for

"better protection, better compensation and more clear duties defined through Congress."

According to Marler, Mueller and FBI management were "continually notified" that the agency

was growing "way beyond the scope of their operational plan" and the agent's safety

was at risk.

But when FBI management didn't respond, the agents took their case to Congress.

Marler says that two FBI employees wrote a letter, sending it to each member of the Senate

Select Committee on Intelligence.

Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-Texas) notified the agents that she had received the letter,

and of Mueller's response.

Big League Politics reports:

The two employees involved in the SSCI letter were informed by staff at Senator Hutchison's

Office of Mueller's response to the letter which the two employees knew the response

was not truthful.

They sent another, less detailed letter to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

The OPM opened a routine investigation in response; but once the the OPM officer assigned

to the case initiated an investigation, she found herself threatened by the FBI with arrest

– simply for doing her job.

Former agent Marler says the SSG agents who initially sent the letter were threatened

with "arrest, imprisonment, raids of their residences and loss of their job."

All of the agents involved were "overtly and covertly punished, then and to this day."

Mueller's Corruption Runs Deep

Marler spoke out to Big League Politics because of their ties to Judicial Watch, a conservative

watchdog group; the former agent hopes to shine a light on the dirty backroom deals

Mueller was involved in and the threats that the FBI, under Mueller, leveled at those trying

to do their jobs.

How does Marler know about it?

He was one of the agents involved.

"I know the OPM Officer, the FBI employees and their supervisor because obviously, I

was one of the four employees," he wrote.

He says the corruption "of certain members of the FBI management" eventually led him

to quit and start his own business.

Marler doesn't expect that the evidence will be easy to uncover, but he goes

on

to

say that he "pray[s] Mueller

will

answer for

his actions.

Episode 1138 | Addressing Concussions in Youth Sports - Duration: 14:15.

>> CONCUSSIONS IN PROFESSIONAL SPORTS HAVE BEEN IN THE

HEADLINES IN RECENT YEARS, BUT, DID YOU KNOW THAT HERE IN

NEW MEXICO WE REQUIRE THAT YOUTH ATHLETES SIT OUT FOR 10

DAYS AFTER CONCUSSION.

THAT REQUIREMENT WAS PASSED BY THE LEGISLATURE AND WENT INTO

EFFECT IN 2016 AND WE WERE CURIOUS ABOUT HOW THE LAW IS

BEING IMPLEMENTED SO WE ASKED OUR NEWEST CORRESPONDENT,

KAHLIL EKULONA, TO CHECK IN WITH A MEDICAL PROVIDER AND

COACHES ABOUT HOW THEY ARE HELPING PREVENT CONCUSSIONS

AND BETTER ADDRESS THEM WHEN THEY DO HAPPEN.

>> I AM JOINED AT THE TABLE BY DR.

RICHARD CAMPBELL A PEDIATRIC NEUROPSYCHOLOGIST AT

UNM HEALTH SCIENCES CENTER AND PROFESSOR OF PSYCHIATRY AND

BEHAVIORAL SCIENCES, BRANDON CHAVEZ, DIRECTOR OF SPIRIT

EXPRESS WEST AND L. STARZINSKI, WHO HAS COACHED

SOCCER AT MANY LEVELS INCLUDING STATE AND CLUB

SOCCER.

HE IS CURRENTLY SOCCER COACH AT ALBUQUERQUE HIGH.

>> DR.

CAMPBELL I'LL START WITH YOU.

WHAT SPORTS PUT YOUNG PEOPLE AT GREATEST RISK FOR

CONCUSSION?

>> WE KNOW THAT FOOTBALL IS PRIMARILY THE GREATEST SPORT

THAT IS AT RISK FOR CONCUSSION.

BUT, WE ALSO KNOW THAT SPORTS SUCH AS SOCCER AND LACROSSE,

OTHER SPORTS THAT HAVE A LOT OF PHYSICAL CONTACT ARE ALSO

AT RISK FOR CONCUSSION.

WE KNOW THAT SPORTS AND RECREATIONS SUCH AS

CHEERLEADING, WRESTLING, EVEN, DATA IN FEMALES ARE AT RISK

FOR CONCUSSIONS.

>> AND BASKETBALL AND OTHER SPORTS.

>> YES.

>> ALMOST THE ENTIRE GAMUT OF SPORTS.

>> YES, AND WE KNOW THAT MOST CONCUSSIONS OCCUR FROM

ATHLETE-TO-ATHLETE CONTACT WITH THE SECOND BEING ATHLETE

TO SOME PHYSICAL BARRIER ON THE FIELD.

>> IS THIS ONLY FOR ATHLETIC SPORTS?

WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLY BEING IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES?

>> WE RECENTLY DID A STUDY LOOKING AT THE INCIDENCES OF

CONCUSSION IN OUR MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS HERE IN

NEW MEXICO.

IN WHICH WE WERE INTERESTED IN LOOKING AT INCIDENTS OF

CONCUSSION, NOT ONLY IN SPORTS, BUT WE ALSO ASKED

ABOUT PHYSICAL EDUCATION.

AN AREA THAT REALLY HASN'T BEEN RESEARCHED MUCH AND WE

FOUND THAT OUR STUDENTS WHO ARE PARTICIPATING IN PHYSICAL

EDUCATION MAY BE AT HIGHER RISK FOR HAVING CONCUSSION

THAN INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS.

>> AND, YOU'RE A CHEERLEADING COACH AND SOCCER COACH

RESPECTIVELY.

DO YOU FIND THAT IS SIMILAR, POSSIBLY MORE INCREASED RISK

OF CONCUSSION FOR THE KIDS YOU WORK WITH.

>> ABSOLUTELY.

I AM NOT SURE LIKE HOW FAMILIAR YOU ARE WITH

CHEERLEADING AS A SPORT AND WHAT IS INVOLVED, BUT IT SEEMS

LIKE WHEN YOU TOSS SOMEBODY SEVERAL FEET IN THE AIR AND

YOU HAVE TO CATCH THEM, THERE IS A LOT OF RISK INVOLVED.

>> I HAVE SEEN THE COMPETITIONS LATE NIGHT ON

TELEVISION, HIGH IMPACT SPORTS, NOT JUST RAH RAH.

WHAT ABOUT THE SOCCER FIELD.

>> NO QUESTION ABOUT IT, LIKE DR.

CAMPBELL SAID, I HAVE SEEN QUITE A FEW CONCUSSIONS.

YOU KNOW.

PRETTY SOON WILL BY MY 20TH YEAR COACHING, COMING UP

PRETTY SOON AND I HAVE SEEN A LOT OF CONCUSSIONS.

IT IS LIKE DR.

CAMPBELL SAID, IT IS ALWAYS PLAYER-TO-PLAY

CONTACT.

IT IS PLAYERS LOSE THEIR FOOTING AND IMPACT ON THE

GROUND OR QUICK TURN AND THERE IS THAT IMPACT INTO SOMEONE OR

THAT KIND OF CONTACT.

I HAVEN'T SEEN -- AND I AM SURE IT HAPPENS OR I ASSUME IT

HAPPENS -- I HAVE NEVER SEEN A CONCUSSION BECAUSE OF CONTACT

WITH A BALL, YOU KNOW, OR WITH AN OBJECT, YOU KNOW, IT IS

ALWAYS THAT PLAYER-TO-PLAYER CONTACT.

>> BEEN COACHING FOR 20 YEARS, YOU SEE MORE CONCUSSIONS TODAY

THAN BEFORE?

>> BECAUSE THE GAME HASN'T CHANGED -- AS LONG AS -- I AM

SPEAKING SPECIFICALLY ABOUT SOCCER.

THE GAME HASN'T CHANGED THAT MUCH IN THE PAST, WHAT, 50

YEARS.

AS LONG AS THE GAME IS THE WAY IT CURRENTLY IS THAT

PLAYER-TO-PLAYER CONTACT WILL ALWAYS BE THERE AND ALWAYS BE

THE RISK OF CONCUSSION.

AND THAT JUST -- AND THE TRUTH IS, NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, YOU

WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ERADICATE THAT FROM THE GAME.

>> DR.

CAMPBELL, WHAT ARE SOME OF THE SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF A

PERSON HAVING A CONCUSSION?

>> SO, A CONCUSSION IS A MILD TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY THAT

OCCURS AS A RESULT OF SOME SORT OF A BLOW TO THE HEAD OR

SOME SORT OF HIT OR JOLT TO THE BODY THAT CAUSES THE BRAIN

TO MOVE WITHIN THE BRAIN CRANIUM.

AND, THEN CAUSES CHEMICAL CHANGES IN THE BRAIN.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS, THE MOST COMMON IS HEADACHE, BUT, ALSO,

SEEING THINGS SUCH AS SENSITIVITY TO LIGHT, TO

NOISE, DIZZINESS, CONFUSION, RINGING IN THE EARS.

THERE IS SEVERAL NUMEROUS SORTS OF SYMPTOMS.

>> WHAT ARE SOME OF THE RISK FACTORS THAT CAN MAKE A

CONCUSSION WORSE?

>> THAT MAKE, IN TERMS -- ARE YOU SPEAKING TO PROLONGED

SYMPTOMS?

>> PROLONGED SYMPTOMS AND PERHAPS A YOUNG ATHLETE IS

PLAYING BASKETBALL, FOR INSTANCE, HIT THEIR HEAD ON

THE FLOOR, DIAGNOSED WITH CONCUSSION, WHAT ARE SOME OF

THE RISK FACTORS AS FAR AS OBVIOUSLY WE DON'T WANT THEM

TO GO BACK IMMEDIATELY AND PLAYING AGAIN BUT SOMETHING

THAT CAN EXACERBATE THE SYMPTOMS OF CONCUSSION.

>> WHAT WE DO WANT IS TO ALLOW THE ATHLETE TO RECOVER AND

HAVE THE TIME TO RECOVER.

AND WE KNOW THAT THE RISK FOR REPEAT CONCUSSION TYPICALLY

OCCURS WITHIN THE FIRST SEVEN TO 10 DAYS, SO, WE WANT TO

AVOID THAT.

AND, OF THE RISK FACTORS FOR PROLONGED SYMPTOMS FROM

CONCUSSION ARE THINGS SUCH AS HAVING A PRIOR CONCUSSION AND

WE KNOW THAT THERE IS EVIDENCE THAT ADOLESCENTS TEND TO BE AT

HIGHER RISK FOR PROLONGED OR PROLONGED SYMPTOMS IN SOME

CASES, HISTORY OF -- HISTORY OF HEADACHE OR MIGRAINE

HEADACHE, SOME EVIDENCE IN TERMS OF LEARNING

DISABILITIES, ADHD, BUT THAT RESEARCH STILL NEEDS TO BE

CLARIFIED BETTER.

HISTORY OF EITHER CO-MORBID OR PREMORBID ANXIETY, DEPRESSION

MAY BE A BIT OF A RISK FACTOR FOR PROLONGED SYMPTOMS.

>> ONE OF THE RISK FACTORS WE WANTS TO AVOID IS HAVING

STUDENT ATHLETES PLAY -- CONTINUE TO PLAY ONCE THEY

HAVE SUFFERED A CONCUSSION OR PLAY TOO SOON.

>> CORRECT.

AND THAT HAS BEEN THE REASON FOR STATE CONCUSSION LAWS

BEING DEVELOPED IS TO HELP IN TERMS OF REDUCING THE RISK OF

REPEAT CONCUSSION AND ALLOWING THE STUDENT ATHLETES TO

RECOVER.

>> SWITCHING TO GO TO THE PEOPLE ON THE SIDELINES AND

COMPETING.

BRANDON, YOU HAVE WORKED WITH DANCERS AND CHEERLEADERS FOR

QUITE SOMETIME.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE KEY WAS YOU'RE HELPING DANCERS AND

CHEERLEADERS AVOID CONCUSSIONS?

>> THE BEST WAY TO AVOID IS TO FOLLOW THE PROGRESSION IN

STUNTING FOR CHEERLEADERS.

A LOT OF KIDS GET EXCITED, THEY SEE THE COMPETITION AND

THEY WANT TO DO WHAT THEY SAW ON TELEVISION, BUT THEY DON'T

UNDERSTAND THERE IS UP TO A FIVE-STEP PROCESS TO GET TO

THAT LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY.

AND THEY TRY TO DO THINGS THAT ARE OUT OF THEIR ABILITY LEVEL

AND THAT IS WHERE INJURY HAPPENS.

SO IT REALLY IS A COACH'S RESPONSIBILITY TO STEP IN AND

SAY, NO, WE NEED TO FOLLOW THESE FIVE STEPS.

IF YOU WANT A SKILL LIKE THAT, WE HAVE TO LEARN IT THIS WAY,

START ON STEP 1 AND WE'LL GRADUALLY GET THERE BUT YOU

CAN'T JUMP AND DO LEVEL 5 AND EXPECT TO STAY SAFE.

>> YOU HAVE TO WALK BEFORE YOU FLIP?

>> ABSOLUTELY.

>> SO, TELL ME, WHEN ARE THEY MOST LIKELY TO HAPPEN IN

CHEERLEADING.

>> THERE IS REALLY KNOW WAY OF KNOWING WHEN THEY ARE MOST

LIKELY TO HAPPEN.

THERE IS SO MANY ELEMENTS.

TUMBLING, ITSELF, WHICH IS ONE THING AND THEN STUNT IS A

WHOLE OTHER ANIMAL AND I THINK THAT IS JUST GOES BACK TO

PROGRESSION AND COACHES BEING EDUCATED AND KNOWING THAT IS

HOW YOU TEACH SOMETHING, THIS IS STEP 1, 2, AND 3.

AND A COACH'S RESPONSIBILITY, THEY HAVE TO FOLLOW THAT.

>> IT COMES DOWN TO COACHING THE RIGHT WAY, TECHNIQUE, LIKE

IN FOOTBALL, THE PROPER WAYS TO TACKLE.

>> ABSOLUTELY, YOU HAVE TO START AT STEP 1 AND A LOT OF

PEOPLE SKIP STEP 1 BECAUSE THEY ARE ANXIOUS AND WANT THE

HEAD GRADUATE, IF I AM CASING OF DOING ADVANCED SKILLS.

>> PATIENCE IS KEY TO SAFETY.

>> BRANDON, WHAT ABOUT THE SOCCER FIELDS?

>> LIKE I SAID EARLIER, I MEAN, I CAN LOOK BACK AT THE

LAST THREE OR FOUR CONCUSSIONS I WITNESSED AND THERE IS

NOTHING WE COULD HAVE DONE TO PREPARE THEM FOR THAT

SITUATION, YOU KNOW.

IT IS UNPREDICTABLE IN THE GAME.

LIKE I SAID, SO, AT THE YOUNGER LEVELS, THE YOUTH 11

SOCCER NOW YOU'RE NOT ALLOWED TO HEAD THE BALL AND THAT IS

AN OBVIOUS STEP FOR THE YOUNGER ONES.

DR.

CAMPBELL WAS SAYING TAKING A STEP TO

HELP WITH THE DEVELOPING BRAIN AT YOUNGER AGES, BUT AS THEY

GET OLDER IN 13, 14, 15, 16, CONCUSSIONS I HAVE SEEN THERE

IS NO WAY TO PREVENT IT, JUST COMPLETELY UNPREDICTABLE HOW

THEY HAPPEN IN THE GAME.

>> DO YOU OFTEN GET QUESTIONS FROM PARENTS AS FAR AS

CONCUSSIONS LIKE WHAT YOU'RE DOING TO TRY TO MITIGATE THEM,

HOW THEY ARE TREATED AND QUESTIONS FROM PARENTS OF

STUDENTS AT LEAST WHO HAVE SUFFERED CONCUSSIONS?

>> WE DO A REALLY GOOD JOB AT ALBUQUERQUE HIGH PREPARING

PARENTS EVERY SEASON ABOUT THE PROTOCOL AND RETURN TO PLAY

FOR CONCUSSION.

COMMUNICATION NOW IS BETTER THAN IT HAS EVER BEEN, AT

LEAST AT OUR SCHOOL IN MY PROGRAM.

WE PREPARE THEM FOR WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THEY GET A

CONCUSSION AND WHAT I HAVE SEEN IS THAT -- I THINK IN THE

PAST 20 YEARS, THE BIGGEST CHANGE I HAVE SEEN IS THAT

PEOPLE UNDERSTAND NOW THAT A CONCUSSION IS AN INJURY THAT

SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE A TORN ACL, LIKE A ROLLED ANKLE, LIKE

A PULLED MUSCLE.

I THINK THAT IS THE BIGGEST CHANGE I HAVE SEEN.

PEOPLE UNDERSTAND, PARENTS PLAYERS, IT IS AN INJURY THAT

HAS TO BE TREATED AND WHAT I HAVE SEEN IS THEY HAVE AT

LEAST AGAIN IN MY PROGRAM, THEY HAVE COMPLETE FAITH IN

WHAT WE ARE DOING TO TREAT THAT INJURY.

>> BRIEFLY, DO YOU ALL FEEL THAT THE -- I KNOW SOMETIMES

IN FOOTBALL, IT USED TO BE RUB SOME DIRT ON IT AND GET BACK

OUT ON THE FIELD.

DO YOU THINK THE CULTURE AMONG STUDENT ATHLETES, I WANT TO

CONTINUE TO PLAY FOR MY TEAM, FOR THE SCHOOL, FOR MY

PARENTS, DO YOU THINK THAT IS BEGINNING TO CHANGE A LITTLE

BIT?

>> I THINK IT IS DIFFERENT EVERYWHERE, YOU KNOW.

IF YOU HAVE A COMPETITIVE PROGRAM, OF COURSE, THE KIDS

WANT TO GET BACK ON THE FLOOR.

THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE THERE FOR.

NOT EVERY PROGRAM IS AN ABSOLUTELY COMPETITIVE PROGRAM

AND LIKE IN MY EXPERIENCE, LIKE, SOCCER, YOU ARE PLAYING

GAMES, BUT CHEERLEADING ISN'T THERE YET.

THERE IS COMPETITIVE TEAMS AND SIDELINES TEAMS.

SIDELINE TEAMS, WHEN IT HAPPENS, THE GIRLS ARE SCARED

AND DON'T CARE TO GO BACK ON THE FIELD BUT COMPETITIVE

PEOPLE DEFINITELY WANT TO BE ON THE FIELD AND IT IS

BACKWARDS FROM WHAT YOU'RE SAYING.

PARENTS ARE NOT ALWAYS SUPPORTIVE ON THE CHEER SIDE

AND THEY WANT THEIR KIDS TO BE BACK THERE AND NOT WAIT THE

FULL 10 TO 14 DAYS, THEY WANT THEIR KID OUT IN LIKE THREE

DAYS, AND WE HAVE TO STOP AND REMIND THEM, JUST BECAUSE YOU

CAN'T SEE THE BRAIN INJURY THE WAY YOU SEE A ROLLED ANKLE OR

THE OTHER ISSUES, IT IS STILL THERE AND YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW

THE GUIDELINES.

>> YOU MENTIONED 10 DAYS, BEFORE.

>> OUR CURRENT STATE LAW IS A STUDENT ATHLETE IS NOT TO

RETURN TO PLAY FOR A MINIMUM OF 240 HOURS OR 10 DAYS.

WE RECOMMENDED THAT BASED ON SOME EVIDENCE INCLUDING THAT

WE HAVE EVIDENCE THAT AS I MENTIONED EARLIER, THAT THE

VAST MAJORITY OF REPEAT CONCUSSIONS OCCURS WITHIN A 7

TO 10 DAY PERIOD AFTER THE FIRST CONCUSSION.

THE SECOND IS THAT WE KNOW FROM SOME NEUROSCIENCE

RESEARCH THAT IT SEEMS AS THOUGH THAT 7 TO 10 DAYS IS

THE TIME THAT IT TAKES TO RECOVER FROM THAT BIOCHEMICAL

METABOLIC CRISIS THAT OCCURS FOLLOWING A CONCUSSION.

THERE WAS A RECENT STUDY THAT WAS DONE PUBLISHED IN AMERICAN

JOURNAL OF PUBLIC HEALTH THAT LOOKED AT THE EFFECTS OF STATE

CONCUSSION LAWS AND HAPPILY, WE HAVE SEEN A SIGNIFICANT

DECREASE IN REPEAT CONCUSSION AS A RESULT OF THE STATE

CONCUSSION LAWS.

I THINK THAT THE NEW MEXICO CONCUSSION LAW ALSO REQUIRES

THAT NOT ONLY COACHES BUT PARENTS AND ATHLETES BE

EDUCATED REGARDING CONCUSSION.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT WE BE AWARE OF CONCUSSIONS AND LEARN

HOW TO MANAGE THEM SO THAT WE CAN ENCOURAGE SAFE

PARTICIPATION IN SPORTS FOR OUR KIDS.

>> SAFE PARTICIPATION IS DEFINITELY NEEDED.

THANK YOU FOR BEING WITH ME AND HAVING THIS GREAT

DISCUSSION.

HOPEFULLY WE CAN BEGIN TO CHANGE SOME OF THE ATTITUDES

TOWARDS CONCUSSION.

Why SpaceX chose Port of Los Angeles for BFR Mars spaceships destination? Top 5 Facts - Duration: 7:39.

Elon Musk is working on something out-of-this-world in Los Angeles.

The founder of SpaceX has spoken for years about building the Big Falcon Rocket: a giant

reusable launch system designed to get people to and from Mars (and perhaps around Earth).

Most recently, Musk said SpaceX hopes to begin short up-and-down launches of the BFR system's

157-foot-tall spaceship in early 2019.

The testing will occur on the company's McGregor, Texas, campus.

As SpaceX ramps up rocket production and rehabilitation, it's going to need new facilities.

That can be tricky for any company, but it's a particularly difficult problem when you

need to build enormous rockets suitable for interplanetary missions with large payload

fairings like SpaceX's upcoming BFR (Big Falcon Rocket).

SpaceX appears to have chosen Los Angeles for its next rocket facility.

In this video, Engineering Today will discuss, what we know about the proposed plan, and

what SpaceX's "state-of-the-art" Mars rocket factory may look like when finished.

So let's start

According to documents on the Los Angeles

Board of Harbor Commissioners website, SpaceX is negotiating with the Port of Los Angeles,

to build a facility there for manufacturing large commercial transportation vehicles.

SpaceX currently builds all of its rockets and spaceships at the company's headquarters,

in the Los Angeles suburb of Hawthorne.

So speculation is swirling, that the new Port of LA facility will focus on the BFR or Big

Falcon Rocket, which SpaceX is developing to get people to Mars and other destinations

throughout the solar system.

A source close to the matter confirmed that, SpaceX is likely just weeks away from being

officially offered a lease to the site.

Musk has dreams of colonizing Mars with reusable BFR spaceships that can carry up to 100 people

or 140,000 lbs into space.

Eventually, he'd like 1 million people to colonize the red planet over decades, as a

backup plan for Earth.

Fully assembled, the BFR will be about 348 feet tall — some 40 feet bigger than the

Statue of Liberty.

To transport the rocket's enormous spaceship and booster to a launch site, the company

will need to use a boat.

Because of that, SpaceX's campus in Hawthorne isn't a practical location to build and assemble

the BFR since it's not on the water.

That's why SpaceX hopes to get a 10-year lease on Terminal Island, which is about 14 miles

southeast of its headquarters.

The company has drawn up plans to fix up and develop Berth 240: an 18-acre site.

SpaceX already has access to three LA berths for ongoing rocket recovery operations.

SpaceX currently leases Berths 51-53 for about $3,500 per acre per month.

The company uses them to recover any Falcon 9 rocket boosters it launches from Vandenberg

Air Force Base.

The boosters tower about 15 stories high, land on a robotic ocean barge, and return

to land by boat.

This saves millions of dollars per launch.

The berths SpaceX currently uses are on the Port of Los Angeles' East Channel.

Phillip Sanfield, director of media relations for the Port of Los Angeles, told that SpaceX

already got about eight acres for their purpose.

The new site SpaceX hopes to lease — Berth 240 — is less than a mile away from the

other berths, and 222% larger.

It's also home to some historic buildings.

Berth 240 has been dormant since 2006, aside from a few TV and movie shoots.

During World War II, it was used to crank out Victory ships to help transport US soldiers

home en masse.

The plot is close to a low-security federal prison and a commercial fishing dock, which

should help keep the rent cheap.

SpaceX plans to work around the historic buildings and build a 200,000-square-foot spacecraft

factory, dubbed "Building A," according to its proposal.

There will be enough parking for 438 cars, which will allow plenty of SpaceX engineers

and technicians to come work on getting to Mars.

SpaceX's report contains low-resolution 3D renderings that show what Building A might

look like.

Another view more clearly shows a Falcon 9 rocket booster on the site.

The plans call for building a pedestal for the rocket, so it will probably serve as a

monument to celebrate reusable rocketry.

Right now, the site is a bunch of dirt, gravel, and broken asphalt.

Some of the land is contaminated with chemicals and has to be dug up and buried somewhere

else.

SpaceX will also have to knock down this decrepit pumping station to make room for the facility.

Once complete, the BFR components will travel by ship.

To where, you ask?

All the way to Brownsville, Texas, where the SpaceX South Texas Launch Site is located.

SpaceX did not respond to questions about how the first BFR spaceship will get to McGregor,

Texas, for testing.

It's about 400 miles away by truck.

SpaceX's ultimate goal is to help people live on other planets, but right now the Hawthorne-based

company wants to expand its footprint on this one.

An entity tied to Elon Musk's rocket and spacecraft firm has designs to build a sprawling

production center on the Terminal Island.

Musk hopes to launch the first BFRs toward Mars in 2022 with supplies, then follow it

up in 2024 with the first people.

But he warned that timeline is "aspirational."

What is he saying?(69) (Listening Practice) [ ForB English Lesson ] - Duration: 2:15.

Hello everyone and welcome back to ForB's English lesson video.

My name is Richard and today I'm going to say something three times

and I'd like you to guess what I'm saying.

Are you ready?

Button it.

Button it.

Button it.

Could catch that?

Alright.

Let's try that again but this time with a hint.

Button it.

Button it.

Button it.

Did you get it?

Alright.

Let's try that again but this time a little bit slower.

You ready?

Button it.

Button it.

Button it.

Did you catch that?

Alright, the answer is "Button it."

"Button it" means when you want someone to keep quiet or stay quiet.

So when you button your shirt or your sweater like this, you do the same with your lips of your mouth.

So you want them to button it.

Button their mouth to stay quiet.

Alright?

So let's try practicing that together.

So please repeat after me.

First slowly, then a little bit faster.

Are you ready?

Button it.

Good.

Now a little bit faster.

Button it.

Good.

And even faster than that.

Button it.

Good.

Now let's try that three times quickly.

Please repeat after me.

Button it.

Button it.

Button it.

Great.

So now you know what "Button it" means and how to pronounce it.

So the next time a friend of yours is being too loud, you want them to be quiet, you say "Button it."

Alright?

My name is Richard.

Remember to please click like, share, and subscribe and I'll catch you next time.

SIMILAN ISLANDS DIVING THAILAND (DIVE 1 OF 2) - Duration: 8:45.

- Hey guys.

That's him from Sweden right here.

I have the map of all the dive sites here

in the Similan Islands.

We're gonna be diving here today.

The first point we're gonna be diving

is Christmas Point.

And our second dive will be Three Trees.

As you can see, Similan Islands right here.

One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, and so forth.

Today, we're going to number nine.

Christmas Point, dive one.

Let's do this.

(upbeat music)

Good morning, everybody.

Fifth of March, 2018.

I'm at Khao Lak, Thailand.

I'm excited.

I'm about to picked up in five minutes from now

to go diving at the Similan Islands.

I can't wait.

This is gonna be amazing.

Let's do this.

This boat is massive.

There are so many bottles.

So many air bottles on this boat.

I counted 25, just one this side alone.

So there's going to be at least 25 people.

There are all the bottles of the second dive.

So maybe 25, 30 people.

That's a huge number.

That's a huge number.

This boat is so big that it even has a kitchen.

Hello.

How are you?

- Good, thank you.

- What's for breakfast?

All right, I got the gear set up.

Ready to go.

- Yeah.

- Two more hours until we get to the dive set.

- Yeah, let's go.

- Two more hours until we get there.

So I'll be chilling out.

It's about a three hour,

three hour boat ride to get to the first dive site.

And we're setting up the equipment now, so.

And there's 25 of us on this boat diving.

Okay.

I'm making Michael the best coffee

he's ever had in his life.

- That's good.

Thank you.

- [Brad] Hold on, wait, wait, wait, wait.

I've gotta do it.

Yeah, you've just screwed it up.

There's a secret way of doing it man.

- [Man] Oh, I watch from the bridge.

- [Brad] Now you gotta stir it the other way.

Anti-clockwise.

All right.

- Thank you very much.

- The best coffee you've ever had in your life, Michael.

(laughs)

Where did you get this from?

- The market.

- [Brad] The market?

Yeah, I've never seen anything like that before.

- [Man] It is the most ugliest thing I've ever seen.

- [Brad] How much was it?

- [Man] 200 baht.

- 200 baht for a fish?

These Swedish guys, a bit I don't know.

We're about to go diving.

We're almost there.

(bell rings)

(water gurgles)

All right, so the current was too strong,

so we've come back to the boat now.

And I think we're gonna dive somewhere else.

It was the best dive every, wasn't it?

All right, let's try again.

Let's try again.

(water gurgles)

(dramatic music)

Yeah, this thermocline's intense.

It's so cold.

Oh, it's freezing, man.

(people chatter)

It's freezing.

- [Man] All of us are getting cold here.

- What's that?

- [Man] Down there it was cold.

- It went from 28 degrees to like fucking 15.

And those underwater boulders were really awesome.

Really, really awesome.

(upbeat music)

All right, we just finished our fist dive.

Really nice.

And saw lots of nice free fish down there.

Soft corals.

And got nice and close.

Hopefully you enjoy that.

And there was bit of current down there,

a little bit of drift.

And definitely quite a few thermoclines down there.

And it really, really froze me.

Those cold thermoclines.

So, the underwater boulders were really impressive.

I thoroughly enjoyed that as well.

Like what you see there.

But just underwater.

Really, really cool.

So that's it, end of dive one.

We're gonna have a rest.

I think we're gonna have lunch,

and then we're gonna do our second dive.

So I'll show you lunch.

And then I might make a second video

for the second dive.

We'll see.

We'll see how the footage turns out.

All right, stayed tuned

on this awesome sunny day

here at the Similan Islands.

This is the best shower that I've had all week.

O Lonely Peas | Song Friday | Closed Captions Lyrics | Sing Along - Duration: 3:10.

Dinner is over.

I like what I ate.

Except for the peas, Which are still on my plate.

O, lonely peas so green so round and so small.

O, lonely peas, there's no one who loves you at all

there's no one who loves you at all

I can't leave my place

till the peas are all gone

At the rate I am going,

I'll be ninety-one

O, lonely peas so green so round and so small.

O, lonely peas, there's no one who loves you at all

no no one who loves you at all

perhaps by some magic

they'll all disappear--

ABRACADABRA

...the peas are still here.

sing along with me, Peas!

O, lonely peas so green so round and so small.

O, lonely peas, there's no one who loves you at all

I'm growing quite fond

of these peas of my own

so how could I eat them?

I'd be all alone.

Oh-- O, lonely peas, so green so round and so small

O, lonely peas... there's no one.

I know there is no one.

There surely is no one--

There's no one who loves you at all

We still have each other
