S. Korea's chief special envoy to N. Korea holds news briefing - Duration: 3:27.

For a comprehensive wrap up of news briefing held by South Korea's chief special envoy

to North Korea, we have live on the phone, our chief Blue House correspondent Moon Connyoung.

Connyoung, what can you tell us?

Daniel, as we saw at the top of this broadcast... we have breaking news:

The two Koreas have agreed to hold a third inter-Korean Summit at the truce village of

Panmunjom... the Peace House, to be exact.

The "Peace House" sits on the South Korean side of Panmunjom in the demilitarized zone.

They've also agreed to establish a hot line between the two leaders to ease military tensions

on the Korean peninsula.

Another huge news: North Korea has made clear of its willingness to denuclearize and also

made crystal clear that there is no need for the North to hold on to its nuclear weapons

if their sovereignty is guaranteed.

South Korea's chief special envoy also relayed North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's readiness

to hold openhearted

nuclear talks with

the United States.

S. Korea should build strong military power to counter N. Korean threat: Pres. Moon - Duration: 2:10.

While prioritizing dialogue and reconciliation with the North, President Moon is also firm

on being prepared to respond to possible threats.

Before the newly commisioned officers at the Korea Military Academy graduation ceremony,

he emphasized... the importance of building a strong armed forces.

Oh Jung-hee shares with us his remarks.

Dialogue with North Korea is a must for peace and prosperity on the Korean Peninsula,...

but, developing stronger capabilities to stand up against the North Korean threat is also

crucial.

That's what South Korean President Moon Jae-in stressed... at a graduation ceremony at the

Korea Military Academy on Tuesday -- just a day after Seoul's special envoys... met

with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in Pyongyang.

"In order to achieve denuclearization on the Korean Peninsula, we must talk to North Korea.

At the same time, however, we should make all out efforts to quickly and effectively

build the capacity to counter North Korea's nuclear and missile program.

That... is the defense reform South Korea's military authorities hope to achieve by 2022.

Considering the security environment on the Korean Peninsula, as well as the decreasing

population of South Korea,... Seoul's military plans to reshuffle its military structure

and adopt cutting-edge weapons systems to maximize combat efficiency.

Constructing a three-pillar defense system that monitors movements in North Korea,...

and detects and destroys incoming missiles from Pyongyang... is also a part of the reforms.

"Our new task is to develop systems, personnel and new defense strategies in accordance with

the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Defense reform is a national obligation that can't be delayed any further in this grave

security situation."

The South Korean leader also promised to further strengthen the Seoul-Washington combined defense

readiness posture... as well as earn support from the international community... to pursue

peace on the Korean Peninsula.

exports to the country dropped 31-percent since 2014.

The ministry added Korean steelmakers are contributing to the American economy, with

5-point-7 billion dollars worth of investments and 33-thousand jobs.

Wrap-up of S. Korean envoys' visit to N. Korea - Duration: 2:25.

Let's delve deeper into where the envoys went and what they did during their two-day stay

in Pyongyang.

Plus we also turn to an expert analysis on North Korea's handling of the meeting.

Lee Jeong-yeon fills us in.

The South Korean envoys weren't completely sure of what they'd be doing or when before

embarking on their two-day journey to North Korea, but it seems they were able to meet

with the highest levels of the regime's leadership.

According to South Korea's presidential office, the envoys landed Monday afternoon at Sunan

International Airport in Pyongyang, where they were met on the plane by Ri Hyon, an

official from North Korea's ruling Workers' Party.

Ri belongs to the United Front Department, the intelligence arm of the Workers' Party

leadership.

Then they were greeted at the airport by Ri Son-gwon, chairman of the Committee for the

Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland,... and another senior official from the United

Front Department, Maeng Kyong-il.

The envoys then moved to a resort at Mount Kobang in the North Korean capital at around

3:40 PM.

There they were met by the head of the United Front Department, Kim Yong-chol, the same

official who attended the closing ceremony of the PyeongChang Winter Olympics in South

Korea last month.

They discussed the details of the two-day itinerary and were invited to dinner with

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.

Finally, at 6 PM, the envoys met Kim for the dinner at the headquarters of the Workers'

Party.

They were also joined by the leader's sister Kim Yo-jong, his wife Ri Sol-ju, and his chief

of staff, Kim Chang-son.

Kim's wife is rarely seen at diplomatic events, so experts interpret her presence as a way

for Kim to try and show the world that his regime is, in a sense, "normal."

The 10-member delegation held another meeting with North Korean officials on Tuesday...

before heading back to South Korea.

Judging from the initial reports, experts say there's a noticeable difference in the

diplomatic approach taken by the regime's current leader compared to his father.

"Kim Jong-il was a reclusive leader who kept South Korean envoys on the edge of their seats,

but Kim Jong-un has been greeting our envoys very proactively.

The fact that they had dinner at the headquarters of North Korea's ruling Workers' Party is

unseen."

The expert adds that although it's hard to predict whether this will lead to dialogue

between Washington and Pyongyang,... the proactive attitude on Kim Jong-un's part definitely

reflects a open attitude towards future talks with South Korea, as well as the U.S..

Sansarpur:

A tiny tract on the planet earth.

But a sport honed and played here...

Got glorified in the world as hockey.

1926: Australia and New Zealand.

1928: Europe.

1932: America, Holland, Czechoslovakia, Japan and Germany.

Indian Hockey created such a benchmark...

That no one has still been able to match up to it.

2018:

England's coach Cleighton once again selected English players.

According to him, Indians don't know how to play hockey.

All of your victories will become just a distant memory.

Most of Indians here are into manual labor.

How will they play hockey?

There has to be someone who can shut them up.

We want to win the world...

But our own don't let us play.

Sansarpur, our village, has given not one but fifteen Olympians to India.

Can you beat it?

What do you want?

You couldn't fulfill your dreams!

Now you want to kill that boy because for it?

Hockey has only meant death to us!

Have you forgotten?

Should I stop playing hockey?

You cannot stop playing hockey.

Hockey is in our blood.

Three months from now, your team with play with mine.

Are you absolutely sure?

I'll do what I have to.

Will you do what you need do?

Now that our honor is at stake, I'll even play with two broken legs.

On one hand, we have players from England who are quite skilled...

And on the other hand, there's Punjabi blood..

..who have hockey in every pore of their body.

Go home.

Now if we go back, we shall only after we win.

Players don't win the game, their passion does.

The fire in them wins.

The thirst to prove themselves wins.

Do you have that passion in you? - Yes, I do!

Do you have the desire? - Yes, I do!

Do you have the thirst? - Yes, I do!

Then go and show it to those Englishmen!

Dear God, grant my request so that...

I may never deviate from doing good deeds!

That, I shall have no fear of the enemy when I go into battle!

With determination, I will be victorious!

With determination, I will be victorious!

With determination, I will be victorious!

With determination, I will be victorious!

With determination, I will be victorious!

With determination, I will be victorious!

With determination, I will be victorious!

With determination, I will be victorious!

With determination, I will be victorious!

With determination, I will be victorious!

Brother, why don't they show this Punjab in the movies?

David Foster and Katharine McPhee Enjoy Date Night at Elton John's Oscar Party

This is what you call a date night done right! As the final 2018 Oscar awards were being handed out inside the Dolby Theatre Sunday night, David Foster and Katharine McPhee just so happened to be celebrating across town at another star-studded party.

The Hollywood couple was photographed inside the Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party sponsored by Bulgari.

David first appeared on the carpet solo where he posed in a navy blue suit—with no tie—and sunglasses.

Soon after, he would meet up with Katharine inside where they enjoyed dinner side by side at the same table.

Before arriving for date night, Katharine documented her Oscar prep on Instagram Stories by giving credit to her stylist Monica Rose, hairstylist Ericka Verrett and makeup artist Amy Strozzi for her evening look that included Anabela Chan diamond earrings.

As David and Katharines romance continues to grow, the couple already has the approval from Erin Foster and Sara Foster.

And while wedding bells are likely not in this couples future anytime soon, that doesnt mean they dont have something special going on.

They are enjoying the bond that they share right now, a source previously shared.

Their relationship is very healthy and in a good place.

There's a blessing and a curse within a Woman's body

With her curves of tan or ivory could lead us all into lust

Even sexual sin

With just one flip of her silken hair

She can lead us to a world of temptation

Yes we do this without worry Without care

A woman's body is often considered a temple

Taking of the fruit that only she can provide

It is truly up to you to partake of this blessing or curse

Bangalore City

Home to 12.3 million people

6.5 million men

and 5.8 million women

The city bustles without rest

Day and night; family, friends

and unfamiliar faces...

in every corner. Blurred into the back of

the mind, in this place we call Home.

But what is Home?

We decided the best answer to this question

comes from the future generation

You like to go Home?

YEAH!

And why do you like to go home? YEAH!

Because I have lots of fun there

What kind of fun?

Like playing with my father, Chess.

Chess? Wow!

What else?

And...Umm...

I like helping my mother

What do you help her with?

Like...Umm... What do you help her with?

Like...Umm...

Make juice and give to my father

Making Chutney

However, not everyone defines home the same way.

Once you start feeling like

home is a particular city. It starts scaring me Once you start feeling like

home is a particular city. It starts scaring me

I like to not belong to a place.

Why is there such a large gap

in just the meaning of one word?

Home is supposed to be a safe place.

But what is the meaning of that word?

Safety...

I'm starting to Re-learn it

I think.

I'm starting to re-establish what it could mean.

*clears throat*

Safety means someone doesn't...

Physically, Psychologically, Emotionally

Or Sexually harm me.

That's what safety means

and that's petty much all I ask for of anybody

Don't...Hurt me.

You want to stick around? Stick around.

Or you don't want to stick around? You leave.

Just don't hurt me in the process.

Dangerous roads and starless nights

A.C. out and faulty lights

Squeaky brakes, a seat that bites.

Endless circles, lonely Bi-ways

Is a woman safe anywhere, then? Without a net on the highway

Without a net on the highway

It's time that i just did it my way

If their safety starts at home

Ironically... an incident of abuse

goes by the name "Ghar-Ghar"

I was 5 years old We were playing "Ghar-Ghar"

Ghar-Ghar in reality is...

You pretend to be husband and wife

and you go about being adults

and you know...you say I have a job and I've come back home

Make me food

The thing is there weren't any boys that wanted

to play Ghar Ghar with us so we used to pretend to be the boys

The first time that something happened was when she said

Oh You're having a baby!

And I said- wha what?

The thing is... you just play along

So I said "Okay, I'm having a baby"

She said "Is the baby coming now?"

I said "Sure, Why not?"

"baby's coming now"

and she laid me down

and she went down on me. (cunnilingus)

To understand what is Sexual harassment

We asked Miss.Maria

The head of the Anti Sexual harassment cell at St.Joseph's College

If students

Okay, not just students If students

Okay, not just students

If someone is requesting for sexual favours

so maybe, commenting on girls

parts of the body requesting for a date

if the particular person is not interested

or touching their personal parts

All that. Comes under sexual harassment

What happens to the victims after these incidents and experiences?

Everything takes it's toll.

I don't really have a very good

I'm understating if I say I don't have a very good memory

I have flashes of my whole life

I've been to countries I don't remember I've been to cities I don't remember

I've met people I don't remember

I think there was just so much

horribleness around that my mind just protected me

from as much of it as it could

and at one point, I stopped being able to decipher

the line between this is a horrible memory Let's block this out

versus This is a good memory Let's block this out.

Who or what is to be blamed for this societal behaviour?

Many say films

TV and popular culture play a big hand

This video of a Bhojpuri music artist

alone has 21 million hits on youtube

So perhaps it is a lack of privilege

or education

We are called privileged because we had rights

to an education. We had the freedom to pursue an education

But basic necessity is also safety.

Most of the people who have abused me are educated

Very well educated.

They're from a privileged background

And...

Poverty plays no role in it And...

Poverty plays no role in it

education plays no role in it

it's just about people. It's just personalities.

And these personalities can be born anywhere, in any society, under any circumstances.

This is the world we allow our kids to grow in.

Here is how we've set their role models

Tell us a little about your parents

They were very negligent parents in general

There would be bruises on me here and there

I would just say "oh I fell" or something

and your step father?

He never liked me

Again, that should've been red flag for my mom.

Why would you marry someone who at the face of it. Doesn't like your kids.

But she said "Oh He'll grow to love them"

and He did.

He loved my sister in a very perverted way we now know.

He used to hug her and kiss her

and carry her around and tell her she looks pretty

It's just that in retrospect you don't know how much of that was innocent.

And by the end you're just not sure who you are anymore.

The first incident that i really remember

is when I was 13 years old

of me being on my bed There was nobody there

in the house

My mother had left town for something

He was tickling me and his dick fell out.

and it was hard and I had no idea what it was

and...

He sort of rubbed it up against me and...

me being on the bed

my hands being like this

above my head and his hand holding them together

and his mouth where my breast is.

and my.... my.....

I was wearing a nightie so my nightie

was curled up around my shoulders

and my underwear was around my knees

He said "Shhhh...Go to sleep"

Trying to understand what family provides to a person

We tried looking for an answer from someone

who has become a mascot of his family We tried looking for an answer from someone

who has become a mascot of his family

How harm will come?

Whether anything is happening or not you're expecting too much.

That may not be possible

No harm will come. No relative will hurt you!

Everyone believes in a better world

Where as only few feel the heat.

So then...what is the difference between a victim and a survivor?

Victim is someone who's being victimised at that point of time.

Who has gone through shit

and is currently going through shit

A survivor is someone who has gone through shit and...

lived to tell the tale.

When I think of memories that I've had in most of them I am not

the first person I am a third person

and I'm seeing this happen

like if i tell you about the memory that I have of

my lying on the bed and Bharath...whatever.

I don't see myself as

looking down at my body

I see myself as...

Outside

looking at all of this happening.

then would you say that

the circumstances are getting better for women?

It's getting a lot better.

We have rights, we have a voice, we have a right to ask for sympathy

to ask for empathy.

to ask for any of these things

If iI say these things happened to me You feel bad.

A 100 years ago. You would've said "So what?"

There's definitely HOPE.

Drawing from religion and culture

women have always been regarded as pure, sacred entities.

A confused sense of morality grips our understanding of people.

Home and Safety

From a past of war against the idea of untouchable

rises the ashes of a present

Where women and children are mere

Cream bread - #CocinaConFlandy - Duration: 2:28.

Hi everybody! I am Andy

And today i'm going to teach you how to make eggless cream bread

The first thing we have to do, is put

the cream into a bowl and the sugar

and whisk until the sugar is disolved

In other bowl we are going to reconstitute

our egg substitute for adding it

later to the cream and sugar mixture

We add some salt

we add

3 teaspoon of baking powder

and we mix this well

And finally we add the flour

If the dough is dry, you can add

some milk

so it become softer

We are going to put some butter on

our tray, so the dough

doesn't stick to it

With two spoons

we are going to divide our dough in 8 equal parts

for baking them in the oven

You have to cook them in a low heat oven

for approximatelly 30 minutes

and when you take them out, they should look like this

I hope you like this video and have a great day!

Tub Time With Tate Tullier - Duration: 3:38.

I LOVE TUBS!

Hello! I'm Tate Tullier.

I am an artist.

I take a lot shoot at the wedding.

Like I said, I'm an artist...

What does this mean?

This is my tub!

This is a blooper!!

I lost track of how many weddings we went.

Seriously, it was too many weddings!

Take a look at the wedding gifts!

And we love taking photo booths at all weddings!

We've been together for last 20 years!

Really, it's fun riding along the career journey Tate has.

I've watched how much he has evolved his creativity and everything else in the photography world.

In the core of my heart, I am part of his world.

This is a mask theme for my art work.

This mask is my BFF.

The mask fits you well, Calvin.

Are you ready for Tub Time With Tate, Calvin?

Why am I doing the tub project?

Why am I obsessed with it?

When I was a kid sleeping under the blanket on my mattress,

my mother always came, and wake me up for getting ready to go to school.

I hated getting out of the blanket. So the only way to get me out of it was having

my mother to mention that she's warming up the bath tub.

I got up and ran to the bath tub quickly!

In the other word, I really LOVE bath tub.

It's one of the favorite places to be in the world!

This project is an amazing one..

It's a good way to connect my personality

and experiences I had from the past.

My art work integrates with those reasons.

I started doing a photography when I was 12 years old.

White and black film was the gear I used.

So I had to learn how to work with light, black and white, and others.

It developed what I visualize my tub project today.

So it combines what I truly love: a bath tub and black/white film.

Thus, it becomes "Tub Time With Tate"

Really, this is becoming a beautiful thing for me.

Soooo.

015 Grow Castle - 2x Hell Run different setup - Duration: 9:45.

Hi guys, This will be a bit longer video, and i will try to cover 2 difference hell mode setups

In the description you can find time stamps if you would like to read all my comments

The first build i would call the Ultimate end game build. And to use it you should have perfect items

the second one is the one that i currently use. And i really think that this build should be good enough for the new starters But i will cover it a bit more later on

So the first build. Has the knockback version of the flame ogre. To use him in that way, you should have several items.

Mainly you'll need ogre: a double cooldown (dcd) hammer, dcd accessory, Ice Wizz: dcd staff, dcd accessory

Pure Wizz: dcd staff, dcd accessory. Ultimately You would like to have also dcd items on cleric and dark ranger

You will also need a good knockback items on your Dorothy - to be able to hold back the ground mobs

Preferred items would be double knockback staff with +1 summon (and the same on your accessory)

So this is a heavily item dependent build. That's why i cant do a good hell run with this set up, and use the next one

Probably my outcome would be a lot higher if i gave the dcd staff to my pure Wizz, but then i wouldn't be able to run both the cleric active, and dark ranger

I have a feeling that with this build the hell is a lot harder. Maybe it would be easier if i used a flame Wizz instead of assassin, but a really enjoy the +300% buff from assassin

This build is the path I will reach at some point because as i said i feel that this is the setup that potentially has unlimited dmg

Because it basis the dmg on units that don't have the level limit (Town archers). Other builds that use mainly heroes will face a limit.

Even if You have them at level P9999 which is really hard to get you can't go any further. At some point the TA would do so much damage that even the lack of

a unit that clear just the ground - this should be the right choice for hell mode.

But as i said because the items you should have to be able to fully use the build. This is rather an "ultimate end game build"

That's why use the second build that you will see later on in this video

Whenever i test a build, i try to go as far as i can without using the supports. This shows quite good how far can i go. And doesn't take that much time to test out.

Now let's see the summary. As you can see the lightning Wizz and TA are the two man units to do the dmg (without surprise :))

This build will give great dmg against flying if your TA are high, and your able to kill/knockback off the screen the ground mobs. The TA should then focus on flying

The second build I'd like to show is my main approach to the hell run where i use the assassin

I really enjoy this build, which for many may seem strange, since i use the bar to boost the angels only

I think that at this point i may change it to archers guild, and change the angels to stun instead of dmg

Will do that next season probably, and will give the results

The best thing with using angels is that they stop quite quickly the melee flaying mobs, so that my succubus charms the grim archers

That are usually the ones that kill everyone. And thanks' to the fact that i have so many angels, the additionally stop the ground mobs

just by body blocking their way. If you decide for a build like that you should have good cooldown on your Lightning. Wizz

so that the angels don't die because of the ground mobs that would hit them

This run isn't my current record for the hell run, the actual record is ~166 bil dmg (using the same build)

Flame ogre dos the most dmg, but i hesitate to get him higher in levels.

The lightning Wizz is the most important unit here. Because i use him on the flying mobs

So that is the field for improvement, but getting him higher costs a lot :(

Town Archers also started to do descent dmg, just because of the level they are on.

My angels do almost 10 bil dmg, and they focus on the flying creeps, that's why i still use them as a dmg unit supported by the bar

This is all i wanted to show You for now. The items hasn't significantly changed since the last video.

If i manage to get a 200 bil run i will share my full build and the items then :)

Thank You for watching !!!
