CHELSEAS starlets decided to try their hand with a cricket ball instead of a football for a rather unique warm-down.
Although if this footage is anything to go by, theyre in the right sport.
The tekkers shown by some of the Chelsea youth players in cricket were not too good.
The football was swapped for one made of cork as the Chelsea lads has a cricket warm down.

Today I want to share with you a recipe for very tasty and easy-to-prepare baking from buckwheat flour.
We will prepare a spicy carrot cake with raisins and orange glaze.
The advantage of this recipe is the use of buckwheat flour,

We start cooking, first we will prepare all the dry ingredients.

We send the form with the test to a preheated oven and bake 50-60 minutes,
I baked in convection mode at a temperature of 160 ° C (320 ° F),
and if you bake in the normal top-bottom mode, set the oven to 180 ° C (356 ° F).

today I'm going to tell you why not to put cold air intakes on your car, now it's
come to my attention that many people think they can put on a cold air intake
on the car to get more horsepower and have more acceleration, they remove the
factory airbox and the filter, and they replace it with one of these cold air intake systems,
they have claims that they add more horsepower, but listen to me
yes they work on race cars, but race cars are dyno tuned, so everything is set for
the way the vehicle setup, before every race they even reset it to make it run
perfectly, your regular car on the other hand, it's designed by engineers the
airflow that goes through the normal air box was all carefully designed to work
with the mass airflow sensor, to make your car run as best as it possibly can
so if you bypass that system, take out the plastic air box and put in one of
these cold air flow systems, what happens is often the check engine light will
come on, and that's because modifying your airflow that way, often will make
the car pollute more than it's supposed to, turns your check engine light on, can't
get your car inspected, and over the course of time it will actually run worse, over
the years I've had people, a lot of them were younger kids, they'll put these cold air
intake systems on, then they bring the car to me and say, my car isn't
idling right or it's not having the right acceleration, and a lot of it can be
traced with just putting this on, it's changing how your car sucks air in, which
then confuses the computer, which thinks you have the factory air box in
it and you're getting a certain type of flow, now you're getting a different flow,
different air temperatures, it's going to confuse the computer in your car, now yes
really good professional mechanics, they can reprogram your computer to accept
this, but they need a dynamometer, a five gas analyzer, and they got to know how to
reprogram computers, it can be done but you can't just bolt these things on and
think it's going to work right and if you do find a guy who can do all that work
one, it's not going to be cheap, and two, if it's a newer car, it's going to void all
the warranties that you have on that car, now I've personally tested some of these
cold air intake systems on a dynamometer that one of my friends has, and really
one time we found out it actually had a little bit less power,
another time it had a tiny bit more power, but it really doesn't make all
that much difference on a stock car, what I often find is actually occurring is
guys put them on because they look cool, they're colored and they've got chrome
and everything on them, and being less restrictive and more open, they make more
noise and guys like to have a lot of noise in their car sometimes, and it's in
that same respect that guys will put on full flow mufflers and they make a lot
of noise and they like the noise they make, but actually that makes them run
worse too, cause it changes the exhaust pressure, which confuses the computers
now the idea of cold air intake is actually a correct idea, because engines
run better on cold air, but a lot of times when they put these cold air intakes
on, they're actually sucking in hotter air, as in this case, it's sucking in hot
air that's already under the engine, where the old factory system, it's
air intake is way down here, it's sucking cold air that's blowing from in front of
the car, it's actually giving more cold air and then this cold air intake system
does, you have to understand that the engineers at the manufacturers, they're
under intense pressure to get the best gas mileage, the least pollution, the most
power that they can get out of an engine, they spent a lot of time designing the
stuff, and your just taking their stuff off and bolting something on, not such a
smart idea in most cases, so if you want my advice, forget these cold air intakes
leave your factory stock airbox on, you'll be happier in the long run, unless
you like a noisy car that looks cool, so if you never want to miss another one

from who knew how many drags on that pipe, not really there at all anymore.
He could feel a stinging in his chest but then another item in A.'s bag demanded his attention.
As he picked up the futuristic and expensive-looking silver helmet A. went on:

B. wrapped the blanket around his shivering bones and eyed the strange helmet in his lap with amazement.
He vaguely recalled seeing pictures of these devices
and after one last look at the hazy, stung out figure of his girlfriend he pulled the headset onto his head.
Once the screen covered his eyes he found himself in a forest
and when he turned his head he saw rivers and lakes to his left and right, shimmering in the sun.
But then everything went black and all he could see was a small white symbol, rotating in the void before him.
Then the space lit up again and suddenly he saw bedsheets and a pair of legs that looked familiar.
When he bowed forward he only felt cushions beneath his fingertips.
In disbelief and utter confusion B. witnessed a naked body appear before him
and at its end A.'s big scared eyes stared back at him.
When he looked down at his own body he saw a strange, muscular stomach instead
and suddenly B. felt sick and nauseous.
He got a stinging headache as his mind tried to adjust to this illusion
and when he was forced to watch an alien hand stroking a thick, veiny penis
he got even sicker until the phantom limb entered his girlfriend and he actually threw up into his mouth a little.

The Parent-Child Resource Centre is a facility where parents can come
Parents, caregivers, grandparents, they can come for support.
I came here with my two children, and now I attend the program for my nephew.
The program has made my life easier as a single parent, right now.
I look forward to coming here,
I've developed a relationship with the program leaders
They make you feel apart of a community.
I hope to accomplish that parents know that their doing it right

and you know what, parenting is a difficult thing.

When E. said:
"It should be starting up now!",
that all too familiar circular symbol of a rotating arrow appeared in the void before her.
Then the space before her slowly lit up and exposed a some sort of forest.
"Turn your head to the side!"
E. said, and when A. followed his command she saw further trees and a shimmering river to her right.
She wasn't quite sure if what she was seeing was real but too perplexed to really think about this perfect illusion.
"You can even walk!"
E. said and A. felt D.'s leather glove grasping for her hand and guiding her forward.
The trees disappeared to her sides as she walked onto a meadow.
"Why don't you lie down?"
she heard D.'s soft voice in her ear,
but when she tried to lie down in the grass the ground below her,
the surface was soft and reminded her of pillows and sheets instead.
"Alright, we should start filming now, we only have this space for another half hour!"
E. said, and suddenly the meadow disappeared.
Instead A. stared into D.'s comforting eyes, who took over the headset and handed it to E.,
who began to attach a camera to it.
"So we're shooting a POV - point of view...obviously with this sort of medium...Could you start to undress now. please?
D. gave her another encouraging nod and A. pulled up her skirt.
But when she slipped out of her shirt she noticed that C. had begun to undress as well.
Before she could say anything she heard E. say:
"So did you take the pill? Is it kicking in yet? Remember, you mustn't come before I tell you to.
But you won't see her directly anyways, the camera will be mounted right in front of your eyes...maybe that helps...you know?!"
E. placed the silver helmet onto C.'s head, who gave her a wink before his eyes disappeared behind the headset.
"It's gonna be alright, baby, you'll do it for B., he'll understand...he'd be thanking you!
And as E. said, I won't even see you!
It's just this virtual reality stuff...I mean it'll be almost like we're not really fucking at all,
and it's a lot of cash in a few minutes of filming! I mean..."
A. suddenly felt very naked, kneeling before C. on her knees in her bra and panties,
but when she tried to get up she felt the soft but firm hand of D. on her shoulder,
who pushed her down again and said:
"You'll be our little star today! You're going to be beautiful, baby!"
She opened her bra, and when she let go A. sank back into the cushions.
"Alright, are we ready?"
E. asked.
He stared down at his touchscreen that now displayed what the camera on C.'s head recorded.
"Get into bed with her!"
E. commanded and D. took off A.'s panties and said one last time:
"You'll be beautiful, baby! Be beautiful for us!"
She spread her legs with a firm move of her leather-covered fingers and then bowed forward to kiss A. on the cheek.
Then she pulled down C.'s boxershorts and left the bed as E. said:
"We can't have you wearing a condom for this video, obviously...I hope you've been tested"
still starring at his touchscreen.
A. pressed her eyes shut and tried to think of B..
In her head she repeated over and over again:
'I'm doing this for us! I'm doing this for you!
After this our problems will go away and we can go back to the way things were!
I'm...I'm doing this for us!'
"Alright C.!"
E. said and showed the touchscreen to D. who was now standing at the footend of the bed as well,
"Everything you see, we see,
I'll put a rendering of it on the screen in your headset so that you're not completely blind!
So make it pretty please!"
When A. opened her eyes again she stared right into the big dark lens of the camera that was sticking into her face.
"Try to have her boobs in the shot at all times!"
E. said and C. moved his head back a little,
still somewhat clumsy and unaccustomed to the unusual headgear.
A. instinctively tried to close her legs again, but her thighs just touched C.'s, who had already kneeled down in-between her knees.
She saw him guiding himself into her and when he pressed her eyelids shut she heard him whisper:
"Moan for the camera, baby! Like we practiced for the last shoot!"
He began to move inside her and A. felt his heavy breath on her naked skin.
She tried to think of B. and reluctantly moved her left hand down to stimulate herself.
When she opened her eyes again she saw her reflection in the cold shimmering lens of the camera
and so she blew herself a kiss, licked her full, red lips and cried out:
"Yeah...just like that! Don't stop!"
