Strengthen your Immune System with Garlic.

You have probably heard at least once that garlic tea is the best remedy for curing a cold.

Well, taking daily garlic supplements can only reduce your risk of catching a cold by  60%.

Garlic soup recipe: delicious, practical and inexpensive.

Ingredients (for 6 people).

10 garlic cloves (50 g) 6 eggs (optional) (250 g) 12 slices of hard bread (72 g) 1 piece of jamón serrano (150 g) 4 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (50 mL) Salt, pepper and sweet paprika  (to taste) 2 1/2 liters of meat broth (you can also use chicken and vegetable broth).

Preparation.

The first step to begin preparing the garlic soup recipe is by peeling and cutting the main ingredient: garlic cloves. Slice every one making sure not to make them too thin After getting a large enough pot, pour some olive oil in the pot then put it over the flame. When the oil heats, add the garlic and sauté them until they are slightly browned. The garlic usually turns brown very quickly, so make sure it doesn't burn.

Then, add the jamón serrano (previously cut into small pieces) and brown it slightly.

Once again, make sure it doesn't burn or dry out.

The next step is to add the 6 slices of hard bread and toast them with the sautéed garlic and jamón serrano.

When the toast is ready, take the pot off the flame, add the paprika and stir well.

Add as much paprika you want according to your own taste.

When it appears that the ingredients are mixed together and they have taken on the paprika color, put the pot back on the stove over a low flame, so the garlic and paprika don't get burnt.

Add the heated broth once all ingredients are reheated.

The broth gives the soup a better flavor than water.

Let the soup cook for 20 to 25 minutes over a low flame. It is best not to stir the soup and let it cook slowly.

While we wait for it to cook, toast the other six slices of bread in a pan with a little olive oil.  After 20 minutes, add the previously toasted bread slices to the soup and let them soften.

Then, season with salt and pepper, and stir.

7 Everyday Things That Expire|HFE♪ - Duration: 8:31.

7 Everyday Things That Expire

Many things that we use every day actually expire eventually and we don't realize it.

You are endangering your health by not replacing them in time, so read this article to find out what these things are.

We usually make sure the foods we eat haven't expired, or choose foods that won't expire for a long time.

The same is true for makeup, lotion, talcum powder, and other things people use every day.

But did you know other household items besides food expire too?.

You never think about it when you buy them, so pay attention and see what products may be affecting your health or could cause future problems when they expire.

You may be surprised at what everyday items have expiration dates.

Everyday Things That Expire.

Read the following list and make sure to take note of which things you need to replace:.

Pillows.

Although they seem harmless, pillows can make you sick.

Over the years, they become breeding grounds for germs, mites, dead skin, and saliva.

Lying down on a clean pillowcase doesn't mean you're protecting yourself from the germs that inhabit pillows.

Therefore, try to change your pillows every year.

Do this and you'll  be protecting yourself from germs that could possibly make you sick.

Toothbrushes.

Fungi, bacteria, and germs can grow on toothbrushes.

Try to keep your toothbrush clean by running water over it and shaking it so it dries quickly.

Also, the more worn it is, the less effective it will be. Therefore, you should replace your toothbrush every 3 months.

If someone at home has the flu, a cold, or a mouth or throat infection, separate your toothbrushes because viruses can jump from one to another.

Similarly, afterwards it's best to change your toothbrush because germs could be hiding between the bristles, and chances are that you'll get sick.

Loofahs.

One of the main objectives of loofahs is to remove dead skin cells, but they also absorb fungi, germs, and bacteria.

By rubbing your body with a bacteria-filled sponge, you are putting yourself at risk of infection.

Try to keep your loofah very clean and replace it every 4 months.

Baby bottles.

Change your baby's bottles frequently to avoid illness.

If you notice that it's cracked, it is definitely time to replace it.

If the bottle is made of plastic, it's more likely to host germs and bacteria.

This means that no matter how much you wash it, there will still be germs in it.

So if you notice that your baby's bottle has turned yellow or has black spots (fungus) in the corners, it's time to buy a new one.

Mattresses.

If you are one of those people who still sleeps on your childhood mattress or you've been married for 20 years and still sleep on your newlywed mattress, you should definitely consider buying a new one.

You need a good mattress if you want a good night's sleep, but mattresses lose their shape over the years and they're not very hygienic.

You should change your mattress every 8 to 10 years.

Like pillows, mattresses are home to all kinds of mites and bacteria that are not good for us.

Disinfectants.

Cleaning products that you buy at the store also come with expiration dates. You probably don't look at the expiration dates and thus use them after they expire.

Although doing so doesn't affect your health, they're no longer effective.

After they expire, they become less powerful and eventually useless.

Towels.

Because of their frequent exposure to moisture, bath towels are hotbeds of bacteria and germs. Try to keep them aired out and wash them at least once a week. You can keep them for up to 2 years.

If you've had your towels for longer than this, you should change them.

Other Things that Expire.

The list is long, so we will only mention a few things that you should also replace even if they don't have a printed expiration date, either because they lose their properties and end up being useless or because they can get contaminated.

Insect repellent. Alcohol.

Hydrogen peroxide. Sunscreen.

Spices. Combs. Slippers. Sports shoes.

Our New Morning Routine with Jesus - Duration: 6:54.

A couple weeks ago I was sitting in church and Linda my wife leaned over and she

suggested that we kind of add something to our morning routine and so that's

what we're talking about in this video here and so I'm gonna drop you in on a

conversation that I was having with her and as we just kind of explore some of

the benefits of this that we've gotten out of it and what that might mean for

you and as we're going through this I'd love to hear down in the comment section

what has worked well for you like what you've added to your morning routine

that has helped you better connect with God and just stay really solid as you

move throughout your week so definitely leave us some comments down below with

those and with that let's get to it

so a few weeks ago Linda and I decided to start waking up it's kind of our new

morning routine waking up an hour before we're getting up beforehand and just

kind of giving god that first hour and spending that time praying about our

family but our business about whatever everything there's plenty of need to be

prayed about right and it's been a really good thing for us don't you think

well yeah that's the funny thing about this is I just feel like it's God's

grace is there because neither one of us know naturally would have like that's

what I always wish I would have been doing like I think both of us are like

yeah I wish I were the type of person who'd get up an hour before work and

pray every day I have a friend like that and she's really impressive yeah like

that's who I think we both like strive to be and but I know that when I've

tried to do this in my own strength in the past like it's just failed and I and

then on top of that I felt guilty but like this has been like kind of

effortless right you just came with the idea and suggested it and yeah it's just

like God's grace is they're helping us to do it and I think the point is is that

you know it whatever God's calling you to do is different you know it's in our

cases is we're supposed to do for right now so we're doing it yeah but you know

for somebody else this might not be the thing you know you know and we're taking

this on a week-by-week basis to where we're just going one week at a time I'm

not trying to create some sort of like we're gonna do this the rest of our

lives thing but just do when we get a time finish a week do we want to do it

again and we've done that three times now

the way it affects my days I just don't feel so behind which seems like a minor

thing but for me that was actually really big yeah cuz I felt like I would

wake up and I would be in this frenzy and I just don't feel like that anymore

but it does just feel like things are a little bit more smooth sailing it's also

been good for our kids because as they wake up they see us and we're praying in

our prayer playroom and that we have a little path we walk around the playroom

but it's been good for them because I feel like they're getting to see us

model something that yeah that I want to continue

part of what I like is that we get to spend the morning together

and most of the time you would wake up and

then go straight to work so if you woke up at 5:30 or something you'd rare but

clock just went off and you just were awake you would leave before I even woke up

yeah but the other point of that is you are saying well I'm not going to be

spending that hour and a half at work I'm actually going to be spending it

with God and so instead of investing that into work you're investing it where

it can be multiplied well and there's something about this first fruits

principle in the Bible you know I remember reading somebody who said like

the quote was something to the effect of any first fruits given or multiply it any

first fruits not given or lost or something like that

I'm in this season where I I'm kind of feeling like there's so much copycat

stuff there's so much I'm gonna do this because this person is doing it yeah

yeah it's just really I want to run the opposite direction and I want to avoid

things that everybody else are doing and I want to really try to get clear on

what God is saying in calling me to do and if this has caused me to make a lot

of changes in my life it's caused me to spend a lot less time on social media

almost like completely eliminate it to some extent it's caused me to it's

caused me to just kind of change it's not my season how how I'm evaluating

things that I'm listening to and and watching and learning from and I just

want to be someone who is doing what God has for me to do yeah rather than

anybody else's system anybody else's method or strategy or the thing that he

gave them to do that's working really well but you know I mean

my challenge to you is to pray let's see what God has for you to do and see what that

little thing might be these leading you to do that yeah you know I don't think

it's you know run out and get up an hour early and pray like we're doing right

now but find that thing for you it is yeah yeah maybe it is but don't just do

that because we're doing it but ask God what you should be doing like what you

can do to draw nearer to Him you know and to and to get closer to Him and

spend more time with Him and better connect with Him it just asked that

question it's like heart God hears us when we

pray you know like this is just I think we forget about this sometimes yeah that

like He'll show you and He'll give you some idea you know and anyway

so that's my encouragement to you will leave you with yeah good

so have a great rest of your day and we'll see you soon!

Steve Aoki ft. BTS (방탄소년단) - 'WASTE IT ON ME'

(Cover by Shayne Orok)

(Mix by Curse)

You say love is messed up

You say that it don't work

You don't wanna try, no, no

(You don't wanna try, no, no)

But baby, I'm no stranger

To heartbreak and the pain of

Always being let go

(Always being let go)

And I know there's no making this right, this right

(This right)

And I know there's no changing your mind, your mind

(Your mind)

But we both found each other tonight, tonight

(Oh yeah)

So if love is nothing more than just a waste of your time

Waste it on me, waste it on me

(Waste it on me)

Tell me, why not waste it on me? Waste it on me

(Waste it on me)

Baby, why not waste it on me? Waste it on me

(Waste it on me)

Tell me, why not waste it on me? Waste it on me

(Waste it on me)

So we don't gotta go there

Past lovers and warfare

It's just you and me now

(Yeah, yeah)

I don't know your secrets

But I'll pick up the pieces

Pull you close to me now

(Yeah, yeah)

And I know there's no making this right, this right

(Yeah)

And I know there's no changing your mind, your mind

(Oh)

But we both found each other tonight, tonight

(Oh yeah)

So if love is nothing more than just a waste of your time

Waste it on me, waste it on me

(Waste it on me)

Tell me, why not waste it on me? Waste it on me

(Waste it on me)

Baby, why not waste it on me? Waste it on me

(Waste it on me)

Tell me, why not waste it on me? Waste it on me

(Waste it on me) Tell me, why not?

Waste it on me

Don't you think there must be a reason

Yeah, like we had our names

Don't you think we got another season

That comes after spring

I wanna be your summer

I wanna be your wave

Treat me like a comma

And I'll take you to a new phrase

Yeah, come just eat me and throw me away

If I'm not your taste, babe, waste

Waste it on me

And I know there's no making this right, this right

(This right)

And I know there's no changing your mind, your mind

(Oh)

But we both found each other tonight, tonight

(Oh, yeah)

So if love is nothing more than just a waste of your time

Waste it on me, waste it on me

(Waste it on me)

Tell me, why not waste it on me? Waste it on me

(Waste it on me)

Baby, why not waste it on me? Waste it on me

(Waste it on me)

Tell me, why not waste it on me? Waste it on me

(Waste it on me) Tell me, why not?

Tell me, why not waste it on me?
