Youtube daily report Dec 6 2018

hello greedy and welcome to enjoying and dieting in the same plate !!

we meet again today for a new video and this time something that

I'm not used to doing it's a cheat meal because it's not

really the best for health as I promote it on my channel but for once

I'm going to do a cheat meal, it's the occasion because it's saint nicolas

and it's time to eat candies, chocolate, ... and so I'm going

make a little cheat meal for you

I have not counted the calories yet I will put them at the end of the video

that's all I have here, we're not bad

I will eat what I can and have fun

I will not try to fill myself but I will eat whatever I want on the table

it's going to be a sweet cheat meal because

Saint Nicolas is the period of chocolate, sweets, ...

and in addition I love sweet so it's good

we are in a different setting because I am on a smaller table so you see me differently

we will start right away

we're going to put the chocolate pie in the middle so that it melts a little

and here I also have a Reese's white chocolate

we will break it above

with the heat it will melt and it will be a foodporn

in the meantime I will start the hostilities with a donut

so chocolate is the best

I have not eaten unhealthy donuts for a long time

but I ate some healthy donuts not long ago

the taste is different but the texture is the same

it's nice to eat donuts like that too

I can afford it from time to time time as I have a flexible diet

but I prefer to bring other flexible foods into my diet

which bring more food volume

they are between 70 and 80 calories, it depends on the glassage that you put

even during the cheat meals I like eating porridges

they are super good especially with chocolate

even after the challenge I made where I eat a 3kg porridge

I make brunches every Sunday and they are really tempting

but the rest of the time I do not eat too much these processed sweet products

I leave my diet flexible for foods such as cheese lightened, ...

because it's transformed into reality

I do it because I prefer to eat as few calories as possible to have more volume

and so the real cheese is caloric than light cheese

so even if it is transformed I eat that to have more calories for the rest

I also have days where I do not eat not transformed at all

I eat only ingredients really unprocessed without frustration

everyone must find their balance

because the best diet is the one you want in the long run

and that allows you not to cheat and not to exceed your calories

today it's different but in general I do not cheat

after this cheat I will regulate and I regulated yesterday too

I ate 500 calories less

and I will still regulate in the rest of the week decreasing by 200kcal per day

it's not possible to regulate everything and the body does it a little by itself

a part of everything you eat will be regulated by your body

but it is better to regulate a little after a cheat meal

especially when it's big ... if it's small it's not a problem

all I eat here are favorite products for the world

for sure some people do not like but most people I think they like

now light strawberry jam

even during cheat meals we pay attention to our calories

it's industrial, it's not a food that's been homemade

so that's what I consider transformed into my flexible diet

here is currently 1:30 pm I ate a very light breakfast this morning

cottage cheese with unsweetened cocoa powder

just before going to train because training on an empty stomach is not a good idea

after training the stomach is fine open and I'm going to eat all that

it's my favorite, I prefer donuts without glaze

because I'm going to make a big deficit this week

it's not the most optimal to do a cheat day

but from time to time, relax a little with his family it's also fun

but do not do it all the time

here it's close to christmas holidays so it's an opportunity

otherwise in general I do not recommend cheat meals let alone cheat days

because it makes even more damage

but personally I control enough well my diet and I will regulate without problem

so that's how you see there is a little chocolate left

here I have tangerines no need to finish them

then there remains a donut and this one I will keep it for my sister

and for the rest, there are still three kinder buenos out of the five

I do not want to eat anymore so I'm not going to force myself
