you here at Boston Market for the first time on my channel to take a look at

their take at one of my favorite types of fun foods and considering how this

one's being prepared right now it actually looks to be a little bit better

for you health-wise and I only say that because these new oven crisp chicken

strips are actually baked instead of fried so that already scores points

right out the gate but aside from that there's actually something very

different about them that got me interested to check them out and I'm

definitely going to show you what that is but like always before I take that

first bite of these all new oven crisp chicken strips and give you my thoughts

like I always do let's get right up on them first for that closer look let's

peep this out

all natural all rotisserie all good it's Boston markets latest their oven crisp

chicken strips 100% white meat chicken hand breaded in panko breadcrumb

goodness and then baked up to a nice crispy golden-brown very fantastic on

this coating guys the presentation definitely looks pretty tasty

with plenty of that seasoned panko bread crumb goodness as you can see they're

looking very nice we've got a 3 piece order here with a little side of

ranch just want to keep it traditional but it definitely looks fantastic and

very excited to give this a go it's the all-new oven crisp chicken strips here

at Boston Market let's peep out this flavor oven crisp because baked is just

better Boston Market yep I'm already a fan of his new panko

breading on these oven crisp chicken strips it's got a very nice coating

they're not overly thick pieces of white meat chicken but they definitely smell

fantastic they look pretty tasty with that light browning around the edges

there it almost looks pan-fried let's give it a go it's the all-new oven crisp

chicken strips here at Boston Market hmm it already tastes healthy pretty good

I'm already tasting a nice quality of the white meat chicken that they use

here Boston Market guys it's nice and juicy the outer panko breading that's on

these chicken strips is also very tasty not overly greasy it's got a very nice

flow to it mmm I only say flow because the coating goes so nicely with the

juiciness of the chicken itself that's really good

and as you can see it's a nice cut of white meat that they use for these

chicken strips with that light coating on the outside it's a very nice even mix

of just tasty goodness along with the juiciness that you would expect to have

with something like this especially with white meat not being super juicy in

general this actually does a really nice job of keeping that moisture in and the

panko breadcrumbs really add a nice flavor not very spicy at all but very

very tasty all right let's dip in with a little bit

of ranch here one of my favorite dipping sauces to use with chicken strips aside

from honey mustard they're very nice and creamy on the version here at Boston

Market let's give it a shot and see how it is mmm the light creamy tang yesir

ranch and panko breadcrumbs definitely go nicely together and while I did see a

habanero and a barbecue type of sauce on the menu as well they offered me pretty

much ranch and honey mustard when they asked me initially I really wanted to

keep a traditional like I said and go with what my favorite is and ranch

absolutely is very glad I did because the tang of this goes so nicely

with the breadcrumbs and a nice juiciness of the white meat good choice

I think all around another quick shot up close give you a nice cross-section

shot of that white meat once again guys like I said what it does like an overall

thickness it does make up for with very nice flavor on top of a light coating of

those panko breadcrumbs that has almost a pan-fried feel to it even though it is

baked so it's definitely not greasy and very flavorful still so what do you guys

think of these new chicken strips is that panko coating do it for you because

if it does you've got a few different versions of it to enjoy here at Boston

Market namely in sandwiches and in bowls so there's bound to be a version here

you might want to try but let me know what you think and drop those comments

down below and as for the overall score on these all new oven crisp chicken

strips here at Boston Market they're gonna get a very solid

8.5 out of 10 the price is just a little up there for what you get but you do get

some very nice flavorful chicken tenders that are actually made a little bit

better for you being that they're baked and not fried and that's definitely not

a bad thing to break the chain of what we always see from the other guys every

single month I'd definitely get these again and that's it for this episode of

NEW Gravitational Wave Discovery! - Duration: 5:02.

I've come to Caltech because there is a brand new gravitational wave discovery.

Let's go find out what it is.

Can we talk about the discovery, Rana? -Yeah.

Can I-- I want to sit on one of my black holes. -Alright.

If you notice, this one's a big one

and that one's a little one. -This one is a little one. -Yeah.

I-I always feel like I'm the most excited out of everybody.

Really? -Yeah.

Because excited when nothing's happening. Cleaning some dust off a piece of glass

and it still seems exciting, because I think this is the key piece of glass in our

system and I'm just clean dust off of it. How cool is that?

On January 4th,

just like a few hours after midnight. Boom. We got another signal much like the

first signal we found in September of 2015. And it's also well represented by

these black holes that we're sitting on. One of the black holes had a mass of

about 30 solar masses and the other one was about 20. And this one lasted

longer than the first one. Both because our detectors are better at the lowest

frequencies and because the signal is from black holes which are smaller, so

they last longer. And it's really dramatic if you listen to the audio.

The first signal that we got, it's only audible for about a tenth of a second.

It's just, "boomp," like this. But this new one sounds like "bvoom."

It's a little bit more drawn-out and it comes from farther away.

It's the furthest black hole merger that we've been able to detect. So it's about three billion light

years away, which means that signal-- the merger actually happened three billion

years ago and the signal has been propagating to us for three billion years.

What's particularly interesting in this merger are hints that the two black

holes weren't spinning with the same orientation as each other or as their orbit.

This suggests that rather than forming out of binary stars, they formed

separately and later became entwined through orbital dynamics.

This one really says, okay, we now know that we're going

to be seeing a lot of these things.

It's a...

It's a relief to have another signal to know that the universe is not just populated

by all tiny, tiny black holes or by no black holes.

If we improve our detector

sensitivity by say a factor of two or three, the rates will go up from, you know,

seeing one every month or every two months to seeing one every day or every week.

I would say it's very surprising now that our first three signals came

from binary black hole mergers which, were pretty much an unexpected source

as of mid-2015.

There's a working theory -- kind of exotic -- that says that some of

the black holes we're seeing are primordial, alright? They weren't formed

through, you know, conventional supernova explosions. They were formed during the

Big Bang themselves. And they could be a part of Dark Matter, component of dark matter.

So we may actually determine after we get statistics on

lots and lots and lots of these black hole mergers that we're actually seeing

maybe a hint of dark matter.

It's sort of scratching at the door of the biggest

mysteries that we have today in cosmology.

In the past before there were any signals, people used to use this phrase,

which I completely disagree with.

And they would say, "you know if we don't find any signals it will be even more

interesting than if we do." I said no no no no no. No no no no.

Lots of signals. That's what we want.

But now that we have a few, I'm feeling a little bit more

complacent. And so I'd say we really expected to see a lot of binary neutron stars,

and if we don't, well isn't that interesting? It means there's something going on--

You know, you have all the pieces. We already know how neutron stars work.

We've seen neutron stars using radio astronomy. We know they're

out there, we know that they come together in binaries.

But why don't we see their gravitational waves?

So it could be something else happens to them

just before the final merger and there's something in their evolutionary track

which goes off in a different direction than what we expect.

And I think that would actually be interesting. I guess I've become one of those people that

said if you don't see it then maybe it's interesting, because we'll learn something.

You never know how many more signals we have sitting in the can that we're not

telling you about.

Can you say that again?

I don't think so. -Would you give me the exclusive, Rana?

I would! You know it, Derek. Come on. If I had secret signals, you'd be the first to know.

These lights are the first two tentacles of the jellyfish I'm

building, and there's a neural network which then drives this little chip, which

modulates these lights. And it's going to use these sensors like the proximity and the

sound to figure out if people are close to it. And the neural network is going to

train itself to flash the tentacle lights to make people come closer to it.

SUMMER CLOTHING & MAKE UP HAUL 2017 - Duration: 7:57.

Hey! Today I have a summer clothing and makeup haul for you guys.

It has been a while since I have done a haul but today I have a really exciting one.

I went to all the stores that were featured in my last video, which was a video about all my favorite stores.

If you haven't seen that video yet, make sure to go watch that after watching this video.

So I went shopping and in this video I am going to show you all of the stuff I bought.

Make sure to give this video a thumbs up and let's get started.

First of all I went to the Sephora, which is a store that sells a lot of makeup.

So I bought some products there.

I got an eyeshadow palette from Tarte. The Tartelette in bloom palette.

Its really popular on YouTube and I get why, because its a really pretty palette.

I'll open it so I can show you all the eyeshadow colors.

The colors are so pretty and the packaging is too.

Look how pretty.

Its so cute.

This is what the eyeshadows look like.

I love them, there are some nudes, some darker shades and some glitter ones too.

They are also really pigmented.

So I am really glad I got this.

At Sephora I also got the Becca Champagne Pop Highlighter.

This one is also well-known on YouTube, and the packaging is again very nice.

But the highlighter itself is the best part.

This is what it looks like. I love highlighter and especially this one.

It is just so pretty and really pigmented. Let me swatch it for you.

I love it so much!

I will definitely be using this highlight a lot!

I also got a new Beauty Blender at Sephora.

I really needed a new one because my old one had a huge hole in it and it was really dirty.

And if I put this one next to it, the difference is insane. This one is so pink and the other one is just really dirty.

I am really happy that I finally got a new one.

Lastly at Sephora, I got the Benefit They're Real Mascara.

I have used this one before and I really liked it so I got it again.

I'll show you what it looks like.

I get a lot of questions asking which mascara I use and its always this one or one from Maybelline.

I really like the brush on this one because it is pretty big and makes my lashes look long.

So if you wanted to know which mascara I use, it is either this one or one from Maybelline.

I also went to the Pink. It is one of my favorite stores and the bag looks so very nice.

It just looks so cool with the tissue paper.

I didn't get any clothes at Pink, I only got a few body mists.

I loved this set because I already have the blue one, which smells amazing.

And the other three I already smelled in the store, which also smell really good.

So this was a good purchase for me

It was a great weekend to go shopping because there was sale everywhere, also at the Bath and Body Works.

I got some stuff for my vacation. I am so excited because I am leaving tomorrow.

And if you want me to vlog it, give this video a thumbs up so I know.

I got three things at the Bath and Body Works. Three minis because it is easier to take on vacation.

First, I got two shows gels. They look super cute.

I have the Waikiki Beach Coconut one. I had this before and the packaging changed but it still look cute.

This one smells so good.

It smells like coconut so like the summer.

The next thing I got is called At The Beach and the other one smells a lot sweeter this.

Then I also have the Pretty as a Peach body mist.

And this one smells really good too. I really like it.

I also went to Pacsun, where I got two items.

I got this hat that says LA, which I love.

I dont have a lot of hats but I really like this one because of the bright color.

I am going to wear this one a lot!

I am obsessed with this color! I think this is my new favorite color.

My closet needed more color so I also got this bright pink sweater at Pacsun.

The quality of this sweater is very nice and I am again obsessed with the color.

At Abercrombie, there was a great sale too. It was 40% off the entire store.

I got two items there too.

First, this striped dress. It is a lot looser than other dresses I have.

I usually get tight ones but I liked this one a lot!

It is really simple but I love it.

Then I also got a basic Abercrombie shirt.

It says Abercrombie and Fitch New York.

It is dark blue.

Then lastly I went to Hollister which is kinda the same as Abercrombie.

They had a great sale too. It was 40%-60% of the entire store.

I got this white shirt.

I love the shirts Hollister has because of all the patterns and prints on it.

And this one says California Hollister.

I also got this shirt with holes in it!

I only have jeans with holes in them but now I have a shirt too.

I thought it looked very cool and it says girls.

It is cropped too which makes it even cooler.

I love Abercrombie and Hollister jeans so that is why I got another pair of Hollister ones.

I have this one in a lighter wash so I got a darker one.

And this one is ripped by the knee.

It is really high waisted which I like a lot!

In love with these Hollister jeans.

Lastly, I got this light pink sweatshirt.

It says 1922 and it is really cute!

And the back says The Golden State Hollister California.

I love California

This color is so cute! This sweater is pretty thin so I can wear it when it is cooler in the summer.

President Phil Hanlon Valedictory to the Class of 2017 - Duration: 7:24.

OK, Graduates!

You've done it!

Four years of hard work and determination ... with a little partying along the way and

a lot of support from family, friends, faculty, and staff along the way.

They brought you to this day.

Congratulations to each of you as you depart Hanover to take up new challenges!

Departure, of course, means that you're packing -- or you should be thinking about packing

if you haven't started yet.

Taking inventory of the most treasured belongings to make sure that you take them with you.

Forty years ago, I was the one taking that inventory, but it was not until years later

that I understood that in fact the most prized possession I would take with me from Dartmouth

was right here in my head.

So let me explain.

The story actually starts a few years earlier, within a month of my arrival at Dartmouth.

It's a moment I'll remember forever -- one you may remember -- getting back the very

first paper that I'd written in a course at Dartmouth.

There emblazoned at the top was a "D‑" with a comment from my professor that read, "Before

you start to write, try to figure out what you think about anything."

My initial reaction was that the "minus" was a bit gratuitous -- really, the "D" already

conveyed the essential message.

But I was haunted by the comment.

So, I made an appointment to see my professor, who like all Dartmouth faculty was nurturing

and cared deeply about my success as a student.

He said something like this.

He said, "The liberal arts tradition demands that you learn to think critically.

That means you start with a question and a completely open mind about what the answer

should be.

You need to gather all available evidence from a diverse set of sources and perspectives,

including historical, a recognition that history informs the present and predicts the future.

And finally, with all that evidence before you, you apply logic and reason and values

to reach a conclusion."

It sounds simple.

As simple as that sounds, I know that his message didn't fully sink in that day for

me in October of 1973.

But, he planted a seed that was nurtured and reinforced by virtually every professor I

had at Dartmouth from that point forward.

And it grew into the most precious gift that I took away from my college education -- an

approach that has served me well not just in my mathematical research, but in every

challenge I've faced in life.

I am confident that for the past four years, through countless classes, research projects,

and cocurricular activities, your professors and all of Dartmouth have modeled and nurtured

in you a commitment to that same approach.

It is the scholarly way, in the truest liberal arts tradition.

And boy, does the world ever need minds like yours.

We live in an age of unprecedented polarization, where logic and reason too often take a back

seat to ideology, and where people regularly gather only those facts that support their

point of view and dismiss evidence to the contrary.

We've even created a euphemism, "fake news," to normalize things that are just flat-out

wrong.

Daniel Patrick Moynihan's caution that people are entitled to their own opinions but not

their own facts seems not to apply in today's world.

Members of the Class of 1967, you may remember John Sloan Dickey warning you of such a world.

At your convocation, he said, and I quote, "This highly motivated college generation

should not discredit itself and the very ideals to which it is committed, by losing its way

in the swamp of human folly, where anything goes, if it's on your side."

As an academic devoted to reason and evidence, am I discouraged by today's world?

Honestly, sometimes I am … but not at this moment.

At this moment, I am inspired to look out and see not a gathering of 1,500 graduates

assembled before me, but rather 1,500 agents of truth headed out into the world!

And rest assured you will not be alone.

You will be joined by generations of Dartmouth graduates who honed your same scholarly values

and quality of mind here in Hanover and are applying it across the globe today.

Graduates like Bob King, who together with Dottie are driving evidence-based solutions

to global poverty alleviation.

And Ford von Reyn, who uses scientific reasoning in his fight against two deadly diseases.

And Abbey D'Agostino, who may use the latest technology to give herself a competitive edge

in running but uses her empathy and understanding of others to make a much more meaningful difference

in the world.

And, of course, Jake Tapper, our commencement speaker, who has been a fearless, visible,

and determined agent of truth as a journalist, holding leaders of all political stripes accountable

for their actions.

So, graduates, as you pack up your worldly goods and take inventory of the items that

are most special to you, be sure to count among them the most precious gift you received

from Dartmouth: A transformed quality of mind.

The courage to take on even the most daunting questions.

A commitment to shine the light of evidence and truth on all issues.

A thirst to gather a diversity of perspectives, both historical and contemporary; and an unwavering

commitment to apply reason to the evidence at hand, and to reconsider your views when

new evidence arises.

If you depart Dartmouth with nothing else but this gift, then our time with you will

have been a monumental success.

Best of luck to all of you in the years ahead.
