Cold Ramen Noodle with Bang Bang Chicken♪
This time, I am going to make Cold Noodle with Bang Bang Chicken.
It is a standard item in early summer at our home.
Hot and rich taste sauce gives an edge to the appetite.
It's very delicious, so please try it yourself.
Prepare ingredients.
Soak some salted jellyfish into cold water for 30 minutes to remove salt.
Make steamed chicken.
Remove extra fat from chicken thigh.
Use a knife to cut strings and make flat meat.
1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine(or sake).
1 piece of star anise.
Green portion of white leek.
Sliced ginger.
Loosely wrap with cling film.
Microwave it for 3 minutes.(500W)
Turn it over.
Microwave for 3 minutes.(500W)
Leave it for 5 minutes to cook through with the residual heat.
Cool it down.
Make Chinese sesame paste.
Make soup.
Juice from cooked chicken(or 1 tsp of chicken stock powder)
150 ml of water.
100 ml of soy sauce.
30 ml of vinegar.
50 g of sugar.
1 tsp of sesame oil.
1 tsp of grated ginger.
Mix well and dissolve sugar.
1 tbsp of sesame seeds.
Wrap it in cling film and store it in the refrigerator.
Prepare the other ingredients.
Poke a hole on the bottom of room temperature eggs.
You can peel shell easily by this method.
50 ml of water.
Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 5 minutes.
Mince 30 g of white leek.
Cut some cucumber thinly.
Turn off the burner and leave it for 5 minutes.
Cut tomato into wedges.
Mince small piece of ginger.
Cut the steamed chicken.
Rub gently with your hands to make fine cracks.
Water will seep into the space between the eggs and their thin skin, making them easy to peel.
Like this.
Make bang bang chicken sauce.
2 tbsp of sugar.
2 tbsp of vinegar.
60 ml of soy sauce.
Mix well and dissolve sugar.
1 tbsp of homemade chili oil.
1 tsp of sesame oil.
5 tbsp of Chinese sesame paste.
Minced ginger.
Minced white leek.
Mix lightly and bang bang chicken sauce is done.
Wrap it in cling film and store it in the refrigerator.
Cooking.
Boil the Chinese noodles as instructed on the package.
Rinse off the slime.
Soak in ice water and cool it down.
The moisture will thin the flavor, so thoroughly squeeze out the water.
1 tsp of sesame oil.
Garnish with some jellyfish after removing salt.
Pour lot of bang bang chicken sauce.
It's ready to eat♪
