only as a relaxation tool are some of the dead ends and there are many more that we

can encounter when implementing a regular meditative practice in our lives.

Once the wonderful breakthrough happens when we first try it the practice can often run

dry, especially when we don�t have a spiritual community or soul family around to help aid

us with the process.

But then community or no community, the path of meditation and inner work requires that

we face our truth every, single, day.

And that�s hard.

weeks and does it itch no it's tender it's a little tender yeah and dr. Blaine

has been looking at it it's kind of purplish it's got kind of a crust to it

I was thinking this could possibly be could possibly be a squamous cell

carcinoma and if it is we'd want to bias it with something like a shave biopsy

going kind of wide to make sure we get the whole thing or in an effort to get

it all so you don't have to go back for more but then I'll spy on right yeah I

was looking at it too and initially with the kind of roughness of it it does have

that kind of wart like texture to it but if you look very closely you can see

that there's a little base or base to it a little pink base and that's that's

what makes me a little more worried I think probably the same thing to do

would be to take a biopsy as well just so we can get a tissue diagnosis then we

know for sure that way we're not just kind of blindly freezing and then not

really knowing if it's tagged exactly okay okay so in that case we'll proceed

with the shade by it really scares me again what I the alternative I was

thinking was possibly doing cryotherapy of everything that and and we would

present both these off-chance to the patient yeah we could just do

cryotherapy with the risk of not touch me yeah

and like the stories of all had stuff removed and been diagnosed with cancer

suspects oh thank you seeing just make sure we'll just do the shape okay

don't want to later on without good go in are you feeling anything drawback

inject and that really pops it up an area we're working are you feeling it

puts the pressure probably because we're putting a lot of fluid into your hand

pronunciation question

today's question is how do i pronounce

the words lose and loose this is a very

common request that I've gotten recently

so i thought i'd make a video for you

and let's take a look at this it's very

confusing because of the spelling but

actually these two words are very easy

to pronounce so let's take a look at the

first word lose to not win and the

second word loose meaning not tight so

both words are going to start with an L

and the long ew sound yes L and long EW

even know this is spelled with an O and

this is spelled with 2 o's different

spelling same pronunciation so to start

both of these words touch the tip of

your tongue to the back of your top

front teeth pull it down and then add

that long ew vowel by puckering your lips

lew it's kind of like the guys name the

beginning part next what you're going to

do to differentiate these words this is

the difference here you're going to say

a Z sound for lose and an S sound for

loose your tongue and your mouth are

going to do the exact same thing the tip

of your tongue is going to be behind

your top front teeth but not touching

and the air is going to be continuing

out of your mouth the differences for

the Z sound your voice box for your

throat is going to be vibrating for the

s sound it is not so we have Z and S so let's

try these words lose loose lose loose
