S. Korean president will table constitutional amendment motion if parliament fails to - Duration: 2:31.
President Moon reaffirmed his resolve to hold a national referendum on constitutional amendment
concurrently with the June local elections.
The liberal leader will submit a proposal of his own if the legislature fails to draw
up a bill.
Moon Connyoung has the latest from the nation's top office.
It's essentially President Moon Jae-in's ultimatum to parliament.
Come up with your proposal for a constitutional amendment or the South Korean president will
exercise his right to table a motion himself.
President Moon Jae-in was briefed on the outline of the first constitutional amendment in more
than three decades by a special advisory committee which had been tasked with coming up with
a draft copy nearly two months ago after President Moon decided he needed a plan B in case the
legislature failed to reach a consensus and craft a constitutional amendment bill in time.
The South Korean president took the opportunity to reiterate his resolve to hold a national
referendum on constitutional revision concurrently with local elections scheduled for June.
"Allow me to stress once again.
Holding a national referendum on constitutional revision concurrently with the June local
elections is a rare chance that may never come around again.
It was a promise made to the people and it's also a way to save taxpayers' money."
President Moon also noted it was a campaign pledge shared by all presidential candidates
from all political parties in the elections last May.
"As president, I will make good on my promise to the people.
I will finalize the president's constitutional amendment bill at an early date, negotiate
with the National Assembly, and urge the National Assembly to table the motion."
The keystone of the constitutional reform is to revise the single-term presidential
system and voting procedure... as written in the 1987 Constitution... to a four-year,
two-term presidency... as well as increased autonomy for local governments... among others.
Still, President Moon said he is willing to withdraw his proposal should the lawmakers
draw up its own in time... encouraging the parliament that they've still got time; that
as long as they have the willingness to do so, they would surely be able to find common
ground on at least certain issues.
"But, if they fail to seize this final opportunity, the president will inevitably have to exercise
the right to initiate constitutional amendments vested by the Constitution."
"The presidential Blue House says it will build on the draft presented by the advisory
committee and craft a final proposal to be submitted by next Wednesday... as that will
guarantee parliament the required 60-day deliberation period.

Prosecutors to question ex-president on bribery allegations and ownership of DAS - Duration: 2:02.
After months of intense investigation, Lee Myung-bak.... will finally appear for questioning
by prosecutors.
The former-president is likely to be interrogated on the bribery allegations and whether he
is the owner of the corruption-ridden auto parts company, DAS.
Park Hee-jun fills us in on what to expect on Wednesday.
It's now a matter of hours before the conservative former President Lee Myung-bak is due to appear
at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office on Wednesday to be questioned as a
suspect.
The former president faces nearly 20 charges.
He's suspected of receiving more than 10 million U.S. dollars' worth of illicit money from
the National Intelligence Service, and from individuals and businesses, including Korea's
largest conglomerate, Samsung.
The prosecution's questioning is expected to focus on whether the former president was
aware of the illegal funds and whether the corruption-riddled auto parts company DAS
is in reality owned by him, something he denies.
On paper, DAS is owned by his older brother,... but prosecutors have concluded that's not
actually the case.
Lee Myung-bak is believed to have used DAS to manage slush funds worth more than 28 million
dollars,... and to have used some of the funds for his 2007 presidential election campaign.
Prosecutors have also found evidence that Samsung paid 5.6 million dollars to a U.S.
law firm to cover legal costs on DAS's behalf.
But Lee Myung-bak has been denying the charges and denouncing the investigation.
He claims it's a case of "political revenge" by the current administration, specifically
for the death of the late former President Roh Moo-hyun, who committed suicide in 2009
after being questioned over corruption allegations.
"Behind this figleaf of eradicating deep-rooted social ills,... the prosecutors' investigation
is simply political revenge for the death of former President Roh Moo-hyun."
Prosecutors have summoned Lee Myung-bak to their offices for questioning on Wednesday
at 9:30 AM.
The nation will be keenly awaiting the results, but the questioning could go on late into
the night.

The first thing we have to do is hydrate our beans
overnight
As usual when we cook beans
we are going to use our pressure cooker
so they can cook in 15 minutes
in a normal pot they can cook in 1 hour
so we put the beans inside and we fill it to cover the beans with water
and we put our pot on the stove
Now i'm going to fry some onion
because when the beans are ready i'm going to
fry them so they can take other flavour
When you hear this sound
you turn down the heat to medium heat, and start counting 15 minutes
Once the 15 minutes has passed, as usual
we take the steam very carefully
remember that you can get burned
When we take the valve from the pot
we can take the lid off
And you are going to see just black water
We need to strain them
Meanwhile, we are going to fry the onion
with some oil
and with some butter
so it has other flavour
5 minutes passed, we are going to add the beans
We mix them well
Add some pepper
Paprika
Some salt, and some sugar
And then we mix for 10 minutes
until they are completely fried

What's up, everybody?
Jason Swenk here, and I wanna talk to you about,
what is that equation that you can use
in order to calculate what your agency should be charging
so you're not trading time for money?
Look, so many agencies are trading time for money,
and it can get frustrating.
And I understand why they get into this predicament, right?
When I was running my agency for 12 years,
I remember at first I would say,
"Oh, it's a set price."
And my first project was $500.
My last project was over a million,
so just to let you know that huge delta.
But then I remember calculating how many
hours I put into it,
and I 'member going, "My gosh, man, I lost money,
"so let me charge hourly so I don't lose any money."
But what started happening was,
as I was charging hourly over the years,
I kept getting faster and faster,
which meant if I kept charging hourly,
I kept losing profit.
I wasn't making as much money,
and it was actually hurting me because
I was getting more efficient.
What I started figuring out was
I needed to look at it and do it differently.
There's two ways I would come up with pricing.
One is figuring out their expectations.
So, for example, if I had an exotic car
to sell you right now,
and I said, "I'll sell you this exotic car for $100."
You're immediately going to think,
"What's wrong with it?
"Does it have a motor?
"Is it stolen?
"Is it a matchbox car?
"What's wrong with it?"
Because my expectations of what an exotic car should be
and what I'm actually selling it for doesn't match.
So there's going to be doubt.
And so you have to figure out the budget
and the expectations of the prospect you're chatting with
about what they had.
Because when I went into a meeting one time,
and I was chatting with a potential prospect about a website
and I said, "10 grand."
And then, they kinda laughed at me,
and we didn't win the business.
I came back to the office, found out who the client was,
and it was Berkshire Hathaway, (booing)
Warren Buffet's company, one of the most
richest companies in the world.
And they were anticipating 200 thousand.
So when I said that, they thought of the exotic car.
"What's wrong with him?
"Is it stolen?
"He doesn't know what we're talking about."
And I don't want that for you.
So figure out the expectations first.
The next thing is to look at,
what's the value you've been delivering
to your clients over the past six months?
And then average it up, and then divide it by 10.
So you can say without a doubt, or on average,
that whatever your clients give you,
they're gonna get 10x back
because of the average.
So when I look at my one-on-one clients,
and I'm talking to a new prospect and I say,
"Look, it's 18 thousand currently to work with me
"over the next six months in order to do this."
And they go, "Wow, that's a lot."
I say, "Well, let me tell you how I calculated this.
"I take the average of all my clients,
"of what they generate, because you're gonna have
"some really good ones, you're gonna have some average ones.
"I take the average and I divide it by 10, so every dollar
"you give me, you're going to make 10x back."
That's how you should calculate the pricing,
that's the formula.
So take the average over a period of time of the
revenue that you've generated for them
and then divide it by 10.
And then you can communicate that,
and then you'll have more confidence in order to
say the value because a lot of you right now
are not charging enough.
But you keep constantly saying you're busy.
And if you're too busy, you're not charging enough.
Literally one of the number-one strategies that I see
agencies can do in order to increase their revenue,
in order to grow, is raise their pricing.
But you have to understand the expectations,
and you have to understand the pricing.

I'll be giving this one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter and expect it to take
about an hour to complete.
The Bedxtender provides a lot of convenience, especially if you carry smaller objects in
your bed that you don't want moving back and forth, or if you haul longer objects in the
bed, some wood or tools that stick even further out.
And this'll help ensure those things stay in your bed and don't end up in someone's
hood or on the highway.

a very secure fit against your vehicle's tires.
The tubular design blocks all but the smallest objects, so you may need to secure any small
objects that could pass through them from times when the bed is open.

Switching over to the install, everything is included in the box to mount.

Your first step is going to be to open the bed.
And then, you're gonna take your templates and put them on the left and the right side.
With your templates in place, take a center punch, and then you're gonna mark on each
of those screw holes.
With your holes marked, take a 9/64 drill bit, and we're gonna drill through the sheet
metal.
If you have a bed liner like our truck, you just drill right through the bed liner.
With your holes fully drilled, you're gonna take your included brackets and included screws,
and we're gonna screw them in.
With both brackets in place, we're gonna start to assemble our Bedxtender.
You're gonna take the left and the right side, and then just fit it to your select truck.
With the Bedxtender set up and fit, you're gonna take your plastic trim pieces, and we're
gonna attach them to the seals, and then we're just gonna screw them together with the T-25
torch bed.
Now, we're gonna do the trim piece for the opposite side.
With both trim pieces on, all that's left is to lift up the Bedxtender and to place
it into the brackets.
And that's it.
