History shows Liverpool should be optimistic about end-of-season top-four fight - Duration: 5:42.

History shows Liverpool should be optimistic about end-of-season top-four fight

Liverpool have eight matches left in the Premier League as they bid to finish in the top four—so what does recent history suggest could happen?.

Over the past five years, the Reds aims and ambitions by this stage of the campaign have been hugely varied.

From the title-chasing campaign under Brendan Rodgers in 2013/14, to this year under Jurgen Klopp when the battle is all about being next-best after Manchester City, domestic form has been an ever-changing landscape.

The pressures and expectations, from the fans and from within the club itself, can do odd things to a team.

Some will simply wilt; the mentality of the collective isnt strong enough when it matters most, and a critical win will evade them or a poor run of form will ensue at the worst possible moment.

Generally, this can (in recent history terms) be considered doing an Arsenal, and is something to avoid at all costs.

What about for Liverpool? What have been the responses to the different challenges, and what might it mean for the rest of 2017/18?.

So how, overall, have the team fared in the Premier League run-in? Heres a four-year total of the teams results across the last eight league games in each season:. 17 wins 8 draws 7 defeats.

That doesnt make for terribly bad reading: a 53% win rate in those end-game fixtures. But the spread of them year-on-year makes for different reading, one which may resonate with many Liverpool fans: inconsistency in seasons and too many draws.

The best haul of victories was six from eight, in 2013/14. Great—except the side followed it up with just two wins from eight the following season.

In both the end-of-season run-ins under Klopp, the Reds have lost just once in the final eight games. To bottle or not to bottle.

Naturally, history will look back at Liverpools title bid in 13/14 as a massive missed opportunity. It was, but it cannot be considered a bottle job by any stretch.

The Reds didnt collapse, they didnt pass up easy opportunities, they didnt suffer a sustained decline over time as the finish line drew close—the simply lost a game, against a top-class opponent in Chelsea.

It was unfortunate, especially given the nature of it, but that match was the make-or-break moment and the Reds came out second-best. The draw against Crystal Palace was academic thereafter, and the final-day win similar.

That the trophy wasnt won is all that really matters in the end, but the results in the run-in that season were impressive aside from that home defeat: five straight wins to lead the charge, and another to wrap up the campaign.

Close, and clearly with barrelfuls of self-belief which any team needs to be successful. That team is gone though, manager and most of the star players now long departed. Fighting for top four.

A recurring theme of late has been in watching the Reds try, over and over, to cement themselves a top-four finish.

Since the regular Champions League days under Rafa Benitez, it simply hasnt happened often enough—though Klopps side looks well-placed to remedy that going forward.

A big issue hasnt been that Liverpool arent good enough with their best 11 to beat other teams, but rather that the overall squad—mentality, technical level, depth—simply doesnt match up at the key moments of the season.

When the games come quickly and points matter most, Liverpool too often havent managed to grind out a win at that point in the season, leading to finish sixth instead of fourth…or even worse.

Theres also a mitigating circumstance to acknowledge in 15/16, as the Reds were in a transition season—half Rodgers, half Klopp—and were also focused on their Europa League run, where they made (and lost) the final.

It, as much as anything, cost them consistency in the league campaign, and again Liverpool missed out on the top four. But last year under Klopp suggests a different mentality is possible, a different path is there to take.

Offensive flair to doing whats necessary.

Last season the Reds finished fourth, one point ahead of Arsenal, courtesy of three wins in the last four games and just one defeat in that last eight-game span.

It wasnt always the most pretty, entertaining or dynamic of football—certainly not compared to what Klopps side can produce at its best—but it was functional. It served a purpose, and attained the clubs targets.

Clean sheets were almost unheard of at one point last term, but the Reds managed five shut-outs in the final six matches to ensure they were back among Europes elite for 17/18. Time for the same again?.

It could be the case.

This seasons top-four fight is potentially even closer; a win at Old Trafford would have left the Reds a lot more comfortable, but now they trail Spurs in third by one point and have a four-point buffer of their own back to Chelsea in fifth.

A quick glance down the fixture list pinpoints the critical fixture in the run-in: Chelsea away, May 5.

In among that and the other seven, the Reds have at least two more European games to negotiate; Chelsea have either one or three (or more), depending on their second-leg outcome against Barcelona.

But the Reds also face a Merseyside derby, a trip to the notoriously horrid Crystal Palace, relegation-threatened West Brom who knocked the Reds out of the FA Cup and four home games where opponents will doubtless sit deep and frustrate.

Klopp preached patience and diligence to his players last season, and was rewarded.

This year theres more attacking armoury, more confidence about the teams ability to win matches and more reason to think the Reds are capable of great things—but also an extra tournament to split attention and fitness.

Positivity is a must and the most recent of histories tell us the boss knows how to manage his side, even at the expense of the all-out-attack style which has suited so well.

Liverpool still might need five, or even six more wins, to ensure the top four is secure.

Three out of four campaigns recently theyve managed exactly that; doing so this time—and securing Champions League football in back-to-back seasons—would have an incredibly enormous impact on the clubs on-pitch future.

Divock Origi "100%" focused on Wolfsburg after distancing himself from Liverpool - Duration: 2:24.

Divock Origi "100%" focused on Wolfsburg after distancing himself from Liverpool

Despite suggestions he had played his last game on loan for Wolfsburg, Divock Origi remains 100% focused on his form away from Liverpool.

Origi was substituted after just 42 minutes in the German sides 3-0 defeat away to Hoffenheim on Saturday, extending his current goalless run to six games.

This has led to speculation from Die Wolfsburger Allgemeine Zeitung that Origis fate at the Volkswagen Arena was sealed.

Sporting director Olaf Rebbe explained how the club would talk to him behind closed doors, with WAZ claiming this could have been his last outing for his temporary club.

But speaking to the same publication on Monday, the strikers father and agent, Mike Origi, insisted his sons focus remained on helping Wolfsburg stave off relegation.

And interestingly, he revealed how Origi had not spoken with either Liverpools loan pathways staff or Jurgen Klopp for a while, as he just wants to focus on VfL.

acknowledged that the 22-year-old is not happy with his struggle at Wolfsburg, and despite starting in 21 of his 26 appearances for the club so far would push himself again to reclaim his role.

Divock came to Wolfsburg to become a better player, and in my eyes he has, he explained. We will get together after the season with all parties involved and discuss the [future].

is in a unique position as the closest person to Origi throughout his troubles away from Liverpool, and his assertion that the player had distanced himself from his parent club is interesting.

This may, as suggested, purely be to ensure his focus remains on developing at Wolfsburg, but a lack of communication with Klopp, unlike other loanees, could be telling.

Origis contract expires at the end of 2018/19, and he had previously been reported to be in talks with Liverpool regarding an extension, but more recently he seemed open to an exit.

Meanwhile, the Reds were unwilling to include an option to buy in their loan deal with Wolfsburg, as well as negotiating a recall clause, which they ultimately did not activate.

The Bundesliga outfit paid £6 million to sign Origi for the season, which is an excellent piece of business by Liverpool, but his future beyond May is unclear.

His failure to establish himself at Wolfsburg could be attributed to three changes of manager throughout the season, and his father claims he has become a better player in Germany.

But suffering difficult campaigns into two consecutive seasons could prompt Liverpool to cut their losses this summer on a player who could walk away for free just 12 months later.

Resume Styles - 2018 - Duration: 7:34.

Hi Everyone. It's Bill an billbenoist.com. In today's video I want to talk about the

three styles of resume: The chronological, the functional, and the hybrid. And more

specifically, what resume is best for you to use. So stay tuned.

There are two parts to any resume. There is the structure, which is the style the

format of the resume, and then of course, there's the content of the resume. Now

both of these elements can be learned. You do not need to go out and spend

hundreds of dollars on a resume writing service or for a professional resume

writer. in fact, I can pretty much assure you that the majority of individuals out

there writing resumes do not have any formal training. In fact, I don't know of

a class out of a community college that teaches resume writing, although I'm sure

there's some. The bottom line is is that there are best practices. There are

fundamentals, there are basics that anyone can learn about resume writing, and I

know you can do this yourself. But it comes down to there's really three basic

types of resumes. There's the chronological, there's the functional and

there's the hybrid. You know actually there's a lot more different

types of resumes out there, but these are the three most common resume types. And

here's something it may be a shocker to a lot of people out there, but the

majority of recruiters will never read the resume. This is something that you

know, don't take my word for it. You can go ahead and google what's the average

time a recruiter spends on a resume and you're gonna see it's about six seconds.

Recruiters don't read resumes. One of the reasons why, well Glassdoor did a study

recently where they found the average position in corporate America that

becomes open will have 250 resumes. 250 individuals applying for that, so you

think of a recruiter that works internal for a company, they're often fielding

multiple openings out there. So you know, 4 openings, that recruiter could have

over a thousand resumes that they're having to go through and review. They

simply do not have the time to be reading resumes. So, if you have

this beautifully formatted, you know exotic resume, that has all kinds of

circles and pictures and graphics and arrows and colors, if that recruiter

cannot find the information that they're looking for within the first six seconds,

they're gonna pass on it. They don't have the time to you know ooh and

aw over how pretty your resume is. If they can't find that information, they're

just putting into the no pile and going on to the next one. Okay, so again, I would

really highly recommend that you stay with you know the basics. The

chronological, the functional and the hybrid. So let's take a look at each one.

First off, the chronological resume. The chronological resume starts by listing

your work history with the most recent positions listed first.

Now, this style of resume is considered probably the most common out there.

Employers typically prefer this type of resume because it's easy to see what

jobs you've held and your work dates. So again, going back to that whole six

seconds you know when a recruiter or a hiring manager or an HR person is

looking at this resume, they know exactly the area to look at, where their eyes are

definitely going to go to zoom in and see if this individual has the skills,

the experience necessary for the position. The functional resume focuses

on your skills and experience rather than on your chronological work history.

Now this style of resume is typically used by those out there who are changing

careers, or who have significant gaps in their employment history. And I emphasize

the word significant, or whose work history may

not be directly related to the job. Now here's something you need to consider

This resume, the functional resume is not looked upon favorably by

recruiters and hiring managers. Why? Because the lack of focus on the work

history itself. A lot of times recruiters hiring managers, they just

bypass these altogether because it looks as if the applicant is maybe

trying to hide something. You know, one thing on functional resume is they often

don't even have dates on there. So you know, this hiring manager could be

wondering if this person was in prison for the last 15 years? This

resume is not something that's favorably looked on in the industry and I would

highly encourage you not to use it. So this brings us to the hybrid resume.

Now, the hybrid resume this one actually found recognition just a couple of years

ago. I think 2016 is when it became really popular, but it marries the best

aspects of both the chronological and the functional resume. So if you noticed,

this resume actually begins with the same focus as the functional resume does,

but then it provides the same information as the chronological work

history. So regardless of what resume style that you end up going with with -

whether it's the chronological or the functional, and again I would recommend

against functional, or the hybrid, keep in mind that the resume is just one

small component of the overall career transition. There's still the networking

and marketing aspect, you know identifying target companies, building

the relationships within those companies, and there is still the interviewing and the

interview practice. The resume is important, its core to the career transition, but

it's not the only element. An excellent looking resume is not going to guarantee

you a job, but I can tell you this - a subpar resume can definitely cost you

the job. It can cost you the interview. So I hope you found this video

informative and useful, and if so, make sure that you subscribe to my channel as

I do upload a new career strategy every Tuesday. And by the way, if you're

currently in the process of interviewing, definitely check out the free download I

have in the notes below, which is the 5 top questions that any hiring manager

really wants to know about you. And I've also included best practice answers to

those questions. Thank you for stopping by, and I will see you in the next video.

Bye bye

My Houzz: Clay Matthews' Surprise Renovation - Duration: 1:01.

(upbeat music)

- Home to me is a place for my entire family to gather.

It's your security.

It's a place where you can get away from it all

and be together and share those moments

that represent 99 percent of life.

I'm Clay Matthews

and this is My Houzz.

Growing up with my brother Brian, we were always close.

He was just a little over a year older than me,

so we always played sports together.

For the most part, we were on the same teams.

People always confused us for, you know,

me being Brian or him being Clay.

My father played 16 years for the Cleveland Browns.

We spent several months of the year in Cleveland

and several months in California.

So we were always traveling, doing things together.

The five of us sibling stuck together.

We were close to one another.

It just kinda shaped us into the people we are today.

Brian was the first of all of us to venture

outside of California.

Moved back to Cleveland, Ohio with his wife, Megan.

Something that's been difficult is Brian and Megan

have been struggling for years trying to have kids.

The countless doctor visits that just

had a negative outlook.

Finally, he let us know that Megan was pregnant with twins.

I was more than excited for them.

Brian and Megan purchased their house roughly two years ago.

And for them, this wasn't just some house

that they had bought.

This is the house that they foresee their future in

for many, many years to come.

It's an older home.

It was in desperate need of repair.

They're constantly upgrading it.

But with two kids on the way who are soon to be

crawling and walking, they need a safe environment.

They need some professionals to come in

and really whip this house into shape.

The spaces that I would like to have renovated

are the kitchen.

It's entirely too small, and there's just not enough room

to work.

The appliances are old.

And then that transitions into the family room.

In which case, it's a little dark.

It feels like a man cave.

And the dining room is just secluded.

I think they've had one Thanksgiving meal there.

With me spending most of my time in Wisconsin

and then being so far away,

I immediately went to Houzz.

Initially, I looked up designers within the Cleveland area.

I looked over a bunch of different profiles.

And when I came across Hurst Design Build and Remodel,

I knew they were the one.

And they also have a five star rating.

So I reached out, and Bridget, the designer, and I

were able to set up an ideabook

in which we were able to put all our inspiration,

pictures, in one place.

Then we were able to meet in person.

(upbeat music)

It's so nice to finally meet you guys.

- [Bridget] Nice to meet you.

- Nice to meet you, Clay.

We need to get to know a little bit about Brian and Megan.

- My older brother, Brian, and his wife, Megan,

they're having twins.

In fact, she's due any day now,

which is gonna change the way

in which they live their life.

So for us to be able to do this for them,

it'll take so much pressure off the house

and focus all their energy on their kids.

- Can you tell me a little bit about their style?

- Sure.

So this is where I'm gonna put all my trust in you

because we have two differing styles.

Megan, she loves contemporary and modern flair so to speak.

And my brother is more of a warm, rustic feel.

So if we can find somewhere in the middle to

kind of appease them both, then I think we can

present something to them that they'll truly enjoy.

- Bridget and I have been there to see the space.

And as you walk in the front door,

there's two closets there, but there's an opportunity there

to remove all that, and then also remove the wall

that's between the kitchen and the dining room.

We want to more than triple the counter space

and more than triple the cabinetry space and storage space.

So we believe by opening up that wall

that we can accomplish all that.

- You're able to do that?

You're able to remove all of those walls

and make it happen?

Make the house still stand?

- I added this photo to the idea book.

I feel like the sink and the island,

it faces the dining area, and it makes it

a cohesive space together.

- If we can add an island in their kitchen,

that would be great.

- I feel like lighting is gonna be really important

in the space.

- [Pat] We can put pendant lighting in it.

- Those pendant lights are beautiful,

but I don't know if I can ever get Brian

to go with those.

- [Bridget] What do you think of these ones here?

- I think those are it right there.

I think it has a touch of modern to it.

At the same time, it has this rustic feel.

I think if we're able to incorporate those,

that would just be fantastic.

- One great thing about Houzz is they have this tool

called Visual Match.

If you click on this tag right here,

you can see the products that look similar

or are the same as that product.

- Actually, that's pretty cool right there.

Is that the color in blue or green?

- It's green.

- [Clay] Okay.

- But it has more of an aqua tint to it.

It's beautiful.

I love that.

- [Clay] Buy them.

- [Bridget] Okay, let's add to cart.

(laughs)

- That was easy enough.

I added this fixture simply because I don't think

this is something that Brian would pick

if you sent him out and he went shopping,

but I think he's really gonna enjoy this.

I think Megan would be onboard with this

simply because there might be...

Well I don't know why.

I actually love it, so...

- [Bridget] I think that's gorgeous.

- [Clay] Yeah, it looks great.

- [Bridget] I think we should get it.

- [Clay] Yeah.

- All right.

Since we are opening up the space,

and when you walk into the door,

you're going to see that wall,

what do you think of this hood right here?

- It's something that could work, but, you know,

the white that matches the cabinetry,

I think we can do a little bit better with this one.

- [Bridget] I like that one.

- [Clay] Let's do it.

- [Bridget] Yeah.

- So the reason I added this photo is I think

this faux wood backsplash,

I think it's something different.

- That actually looks pretty realistic.

It looks like wood.

- Yeah, I think they'll both love it.

- The family room's really not that large.

So I think creating rafter beams will really

draw your eye up to it and make it feel a lot larger

than what it actually is.

- We can incorporate something like that.

I think the family room would be utilized a lot more.

So obviously, I don't live in Cleveland,

so it's gonna be very difficult for me

to be onsite each and every day.

So I'm actually gonna be incorporating

a good family friend, Kristen, to kinda be my eyes and ears

on scene, to help you guys out.

Really, I'm putting all my confidence in you three

to make this whole thing come together.

- We definitely will.

We'll get it right.

- Awesome.

Well, it was very nice meeting you, Bridget, Pat.

Looking forward to working with you guys.

(upbeat music)

I asked Kristen to meet Bridget and Pat

at Brian's place to go over the plans.

Kristen's a family friend,

and I feel like she knows better than anyone

what to incorporate in this renovation.

- Like a day ago, they just had these two baby boys.

And they're gonna be doing all of this remodeling

with twins.

- [Pat] That's a big deal.

- Yeah.

When they told me, I was like are you sure?

So they're going for it, and it's gonna be great.

- we'll have a nice space for their family.

- They've done a lot of work in here in terms of

getting wallpaper down and new window fixtures.

This is the first piece that they bought for this house,

and it's very special to them, and they wanna keep this.

- I love the color.

It's great.

- [Kristen] Yeah, me too.

- What we're talking about is opening up the space.

So we're gonna remove this wall right here

as well as this non-load bearing wall

and all these closets.

Put a steel beam in where that load bearing wall is.

- They will love that.

The fact that they're gonna knock down the walls between

the dining room and the kitchen is really exciting.

The kitchen is pretty small.

Just having a small range and no counter space,

it's challenging.

- So what we're gonna do is kind of

reconfigure the whole space.

We're gonna move the refrigerator over to here.

The range will now be located between your windows.

And then, where do we put our sink?

We put it on the island.

- Oh I love that.

- Your island is going to be facing your dining room.

- When the kids get older, I definitely see

the whole family gathering around the island.

The living room.

It's kinda dark.

- Looks like they've done some work.

Like there's paneling here, but it's been painted.

I think all the paneling should go.

So we'll remove all that. Also add some ceiling lighting.

- This sounds really big.

How long is this whole project gonna take?

- Typically this is a fairly long project,

but we're gonna accelerate it a little bit for them

because of the twins.

We wanna move this a little bit quicker

and get them in here as quickly as possible.

- That would be good.

- Tomorrow morning, I'm expecting you to have

safety glasses, gloves.

- Do I get a sledgehammer?

- Yes, you get a sledgehammer.

- I can't wait.

(upbeat music)

- I can't believe two days after giving birth,

we're gonna start this renovation.

Raising newborn boys is already difficult enough,

but to do it while they had to move out

and find ways to manage is gonna be incredibly difficult.

But I think if they can get through this,

if the twins can get through this,

they can have something that they're proud of

and something that makes sense for raising their family.

- Good morning.

- How are you?

- Good, how are you guys?

- Well, we got things cleared out.

- This is very real now.

- So are you ready for a sledgehammer?

- I've been preparing.

- Okay.

- All right.

I am so ready.

(bangs)

(rock music)

- [Clay] This is week four.

I'm going to be talking with Kristen today

to see how the project is going.

- Wow.

This looks amazing.

So is this whole area gonna be the kitchen?

It looks huge.

So different.

I am so excited to show the house to Clay.

I think he is going to be so impressed.

I think he's going to love it.

Hey, Clay.

How are you?

- I'm doing well, Kristen.

How are you doing?

- Doing good.

- Looks like there's a lot of construction behind you.

- Yeah.

- That's what I like to see.

We're gonna get it done on time?

- Yeah, it's a big task.

There's a lot going on, but we'll get it done on time.

- Thank you.

I really appreciate it.

How are my nephews doing, Kristen?

- Oh, they're so sweet.

I just got to cuddle them.

They're mostly sleeping and eating.

- That's amazing.

- So we're in the kitchen now.

Can you see it?

There used to be a wall behind me.

- Yeah, it looks unrecognizable now.

It's so much bigger.

So much light is being let in with

those windows right there.

- Yeah, that window got a lot larger right there.

- [Bridget] And they're the same size.

- Yeah, I see you left some room

for that vented hood right there that I picked out.

I think that's gonna look great.

- And then we have the din-- well this used to be

the dining room.

Right above us, you're gonna see where those pendants

are going to hang.

And then right underneath will be the island.

- I think they're gonna love that.

- I hope you're okay with this

that they would get to keep their dining room table.

Because they have expressed before that it's

the very first piece of furniture that they bought

for this house, and I think it's a bit

sentimental to them.

So I convinced Bridget to use it in the new space.

- I think that's a great detail that you left in there.

So great job.

- Now if you look up here at the ceiling,

that's the family room.

Basically a faux beam, but it's gonna create

some of that warmth to the space.

There's also gonna be recessed directional lighting.

So it's gonna be nice and bright.

- I think that's gonna look great.

- I'm so excited, Clay.

Everything looks so fantastic.

It's really coming along.

- I think so as well.

I think it looks unbelievable.

Where you guys are at right now.

I think this is gonna be a huge addition.

One that's gonna make a tremendous difference

in their lifestyle.

So I can't thank you enough.

I can't wait to see you guys in a few weeks.

And with that, I'll se you then.

- All right, bye, Clay.

He loved it.

(rock music)

- I'm back in Cleveland.

And I'm on my way to Brian and Megan's house

to put the final touches on everything.

I'm super excited to show them this renovation.

And I finally get to meet my nephews for the first time.

- [Bridget] These are huge.

- [Kristen] I love the couch, Bridget.

- I got this on Houzz.

- [Kristen] Did you?

Love the colors.

It's so fresh.

- [Bridget] Put this in the corner.

- Don't break.

Oh hi.

- This is unbelievable.

- [Bridget] Yeah, look around.

- I absolutely feel like we nailed this renovation.

And I wouldn't have been able to do this without

the technology of Houzz.

I couldn't even have dreamed this up.

It's just so bright and open.

This is fantastic.

This is the hood we picked out, right?

- Yes it is.

Really stunning.

- It even matches the veining in this countertop right here.

Wonderful detail.

- All right.

We have a lot of art for you to hang.

- Okay, put the muscle to work, all right.

Sounds good.

That is heavy.

First try.

- Let's move these chairs into place.

The armchair goes at the end.

- An homage to Los Angeles.

That's what we like to hear.

- [Kristen] I love the pops of color.

- [Bridget] Yes.

- [Kristen] Looks so good.

- I still can't believe Clay reached out to us

and offered this gift.

I'm blown away.

- Just to be thought of.

Let alone to have something like this

actually happen to you.

It's like life changing.

- I'm kinda scared that he may have

put his touch on it.

- I know.

I'm so nervous now.

- Same.

- Ooh, pretty.

- All right, I think that's it.

Brian and Megan are gonna be here any minute.

So we'll see you soon.

I can't thank you enough.

- [Bridget] Yeah, okay.

- [Kristen] They're gonna love it.

- It feels great to have this renovation done

immediately following having their two kids.

- You ready?

- Yeah.

- So I'm hoping that Brian and Megan's reaction

is one of disbelief.

Hey, guys.

- What's up, man?

- Hi.

- How you doing?

- [Brian] How's it going?

- Good to see you.

How are you?

- How's it going?

- It's going real well.

I think you're gonna love the renovation.

We put a lot of time and effort into this.

Why don't we have you guys close your eyes?

- [Brian] Let's do it.

- [Megan] Okay.

- [Clay] Watch out for your step, Megan.

- [Megan] Okay.

- And the door.

Eyes closed, watch your step here.

Megan's right here.

All right, so on the count of three,

I want you guys to open your eyes.

Three, two, one.

Check it out.

- [Megan] Oh my God.

- [Brian] Goodness.

It looks amazing.

- This is awesome.

- Wow.

When I opened up my eyes, I was blown away.

I never imagined that our kitchen let alone our home

could look like this.

I love, love the light piece.

I mean, it really pops, and you could tell

we would never be able to pick this out.

- No, never in a million years.

No, it looks awesome.

- There's a color coordination and scheme here.

And they kept the actual table.

- Brings the old and the new together.

- I would have never imagined it could be this awesome.

This open.

The table that we had when we first bought the house.

If you didn't know it was the original table,

I think you would walk in and think that you bought

the piece for the new kitchen.

Couldn't have even fit the table this way before

because I think there was a wall here.

- [Clay] Yeah, we opened it up completely.

- [Brian] This makes all the difference in the world.

- [Clay] Check out your new kitchen.

- [Megan] Oh my gosh.

- [Clay] So you see we got the big enough sink.

- [Megan] There's so much space.

- Added some windows to bring in some natural light.

I think that'll help out tremendously.

- [Brian] It used to be this tiny window.

- [Megan] It's so light.

And just all the counter space.

- [Clay] What do you think about the hood above the range?

- Wow.

- That looks amazing.

- I picked this out myself on Houzz.

It was actually unfinished.

We painted it to kinda match everything.

I think it came out great.

- [Brian] Look at this backsplash.

- [Megan] Crazy.

- Yeah, it's tile.

Made it look like wood.

It just provides a little kinda warm feeling.

- [Brian] It looks fantastic.

- So what do you guys think about these light fixtures

right here above the island?

- [Megan] I love them.

They're so cool.

- [Brian] They make a statement,

and they kinda tie in the other room into the kitchen here.

- You know, I actually found these on Houzz.

So I'm glad that you guys really like them.

- You picked these out?

- Yeah, I picked these out.

I picked everything out.

- Of course, the professional.

It looks great.

- I was able to purchase them, install them in here.

Me, being the professional.

(overlapping talk)

Yeah, so follow me down into here.

- [Brian] Wow.

- [Clay] It's almost like a man cave, but for the family.

So a family cave I guess we can call it.

- The wood beams kinda gives it that cabin type feel.

- Two kids of my own, and now adding your two new ones,

you're gonna be building up an army of toys.

You can see over here, we provided some storage for you.

I think this is great.

Now we just need to start filling it up with toys.

- That's up to you.

- Oh, Uncle Clay.

- It's so cozy.

I can just see the kids playing

and I can definitely see us spending

most of our time in this room.

- Absolutely.

- It's amazing.

You did a great job, man.

- [Clay] Thank you.

- When we first found out we were pregnant,

and I get a call from Clay saying, "Hey, man.

"Check your door.

"Are there any packages there?"

I go out, and sure enough, there are cribs.

Now, Clay's gone and outdone himself

and given us this space.

It just shows the type of person he is.

- You know I've taken a lot of credit for a lot

that has been done in this house,

but I might be over exaggerating a little bit.

It's actually taken a team to put this whole thing together.

So I wanna introduce you to the team.

So follow me and...

So this is Pat.

He made the whole construction possible.

Putting everything together.

And this is--

- [Brian] Thank you for everything.

- [Clay] Bridget, the designer who helped.

- You did a great job.

- Thank you.

- [Clay] Kristen helped as well.

- Love it.

Thank you.

Just having the twins.

It's been hectic as far as what we have available,

how much room we've got.

You ready to meet your Uncle Clay?

- [Clay] Yeah, this little Dalton?

- This is Dalton right here.

This just kinda gives us that extra boost

in the right direction.

Makes us feel grateful

from where we've been 'til now,

where our family's heading.

- And I see we got Cooper over here.

- And here's Cooper.

- Oh, okay, all right.

- There you go.

- Okay, all right.

Is this what it's like having twins?

- [Megan] Welcome to it.

- The trajectory is the sky's the limit.

You're the baby whisperer.

- Okay little ones.

(dog barks)

- You good?

You've got 'em?

Cool.

- We invited a few more people over.

- [Brian] Oh, it's okay, buddy.

Hey, what's going on?

Come on in.

- [Guest] Thank you.

(shushes)

- [Brian] Come on in.

Check it out.

- [Clay] Sleep.

Sleep.

Oh.

- Oh my gosh.

- [Guest] This is beautiful, Brian.

- [Brian] Counter space here.

- [Woman] This is insane.

- Come check it out down here.

So it's the man cave with like just a more family...

With a family touch.

Thank you, man.

- [Brian] Oh, he's giving you kisses.

- [Clay] Good thing you got some carpet in here now.

- So overwhelming that Clay has gifted

something like this to us.

It's really gonna change the way we live our life

from this point forward, and I just...

I'm just so grateful to him for everything he's done for us.

- Well I wanna thank everyone for coming here today.

I especially wanna thank Pat, Bridget, and Kristen

for making this entire thing come to fruition.

This is an amazing renovation.

One that I think Brian and Megan

are truly gonna enjoy.

So I'd just like to raise a glass

and give them a toast to a bright future

with a beautiful family and beautiful renovation.

So cheers.

- [Group] Cheers.

(glasses clink)

- [Megan] Thank you guys.

- It was incredibly difficult to watch Brian and Megan

struggle to have kids for multiple years.

It was disheartening.

I'm surprised we didn't introduce him as part of the team.

- Bring me out.

Throw some safety gear on me.

I'm ready.

- Here we are a few years later,

and he's got two healthy twin babies.

And beautiful new renovation.

So everything comes full circle.

I'm super happy for him.

- [Clay] Coop, close your mouth.

You dreaming?

- [Megan] He's just living the dream.

[ENGSUB] Run ! BTS EP 44 - Duration: 30:43.

[RUN BTS - Satisfaction of 5 senses Part 2 -]

[Run BTS with Pyeongchang Winter Olympic mascot Su-J] We're with

the Olympic mascot.

[Previous episode] [Members' amazing reactions]

Please don't break it down.

What's this? This?

[Amazing sense of hearing] - I'm sure it's Jungkook. - It's RM.

[Members played games to test 3 senses] I can't smell any.

- Food. Perfume. - Jin?

[What about other 2 senses?] I think he opened his invisible eyes.

[Test of sight] - Sight out of 5 senses. - Sight!

[Satisfaction of 5 senses - Vision] [Players need to say names of objects]

[that are overlapped in one picture] [Players need to say his name and the answer]

[7 pictures will be given. 1 point is given when saying 5 objects from 1 picture]

[2 points are given when saying 7 objects from 1 picture]

[3 points are given when saying correct answers for the last picture]

[Time limit is 5 seconds] - Say answers in 5 seconds. - OK. 5.

[Confident] I'll give you hints.

Ready, go!

- Jungkook! - Suga!

What?

[It's hard to tell] [Confused] What's this?

A tire?

[Quiz for viewers] Let me show you a bigger one.

- J-Hope! - What are they?

A car, a tree, a slipper.

[So curious] - What's that? - Out.

Jimin!

- What's that green one? - A traffic light, pizza, a tree, a car, and a tyre.

No?

Jungkook! Jungkook!

[Saying fast] A traffic light, pizza, a tyre, a slipper and a tree!

[Confused RM] - What's that green one? - Where's a slipper?

[Heated competition to say first] - Jungkook! - Seokjin!

[Between me and Jin] - A tyre, a slipper. - What? Who?

[Earned an opportunity] A traffic light, pizza, a slipper, a tyre and a tree.

[Correct answer] - Correct. - Where's a traffic light?

In the middle.

[Members are approaching] - In the middle. - Isn't it a zucchini?

[Where?] I can't see a slipper.

[The 2nd quiz starts] Let's go, Jin.

- Ready... - Go!

Seokjin!

A soccer ball. And what?

- What are they? - What's that?

A soccer ball.

[Quiz for viewers] [Please guess with this bigger picture]

Jungkook! A soccer ball, a porcelain...

[Dialect came out] What's that?

A stone statue, a laptop.

- Wrong. - V! - Where is a laptop computer?

[Calm] A laptop, a soccer ball, a stone statue...

[V looks so smart thanks to glasses] A mouse and a cup.

[Correct answer] Correct.

[Jin is approaching again]

[Now he can see a mouse] This is a mouse!

[The 3rd one] - I don't want to be the last. - Ready.

Seokjin!

- What? - A backpack!

[What's that?] What's this?

[Everyone is staring at the picture]

[Quiz for viewers] [Please guess with this bigger picture]

[Faster than anyone] Suga, Suga, Suga!

A backpack, a basketball, a mango and a roof.

[You said it already] - A backpack! - Is there such a thing?

[Sorry?] - Seokjin! - Jimin! - Jimin... J-Hope!

- Seokjin said first. - Seokjin said first.

[Chance is given to Jin] [Focused] A backpack, a basketball, a mango, a desk.

[What's that?] - What is it? - Is it a desk? Not a roof?

- Wrong. - Jimin.

[Jimin is saying passionately] A mango, an orange.

A basketball, a desk and a backpack!

[Ceremony to celebrate his victory] An orange. An orange.

[Where is it?] - Which one is an orange? - A basketball and an orange...

[Belated realization]

[5 items are overlapped in this picture] - Next one. - OK. - Ready.

[I'm ready] - Let's go! - Go!

[More difficult] - What are they? - What's that?

[More difficult] Is it a strawberry?

[V's big eyes are wide open]

[Quiz for viewers] [Please guess with this bigger picture]

[Jin always says his name first] Seokjin! A flower, a strawberry, a Santa's hat, a rabbit.

- Is there a rabbit? - Grass.

Don't name anything!

[I'm sure] That was a rabbit! It's a rabbit!

[I can't see] - Where is it? - The white one.

[They can't see a white thing] - Where's a white thing? - Down there!

A fur hat, a flower, a strawberry, a rabbit and a box.

- Wrong. - There's no rabbit.

[A rabbit that only Jin can see] There is it! The eye.

There's no rabbit.

I can't tell what the square thing is.

[Members are slowly approaching] What's that? Let me take a closer look.

[Jin... You can't come here] Don't go too far. Come here.

[V's proposal] Let's take a closer look for 1 second.

[Coming forward]

[Why are they so passionate?] Backwards!

[Let's calm down, guys] - What's that? - J-Hope!

[Excited] A flower, a strawberry, a ribbon, a rabbit and a Santa's hat.

[No, no] - What?- It's a ribbon. The square thing.

[Taking a closer look]

Oh!

Seokjin!

A Santa's hat, a strawberry, a flower, tissues in a box!

What's this?

[Making a fuss] Jungkook!

[J-Hope got the chance] - No! - A flower, a strawberry, a Santa's hat...

[V's raising his arm to get the attention] A roll of toilet paper!

[What a fuss] - Jungkook! - Jimin.

- Let's go back. - Hang on!

[Jimin got a chance] A flower, a strawberry, a Santa's hat, a roll of toilet paper, and a rabbit.

- Wrong. - Jungkook! - V. V. V.

[Jungkook got a chance] Tissues in a box, a strawberry, a Santa's hat, a flower.

[Eyes wide open]

[What's that?] [Hard to tell] - A belt? - No? - What's this?

[It's too difficult... - Ribbon?- V, V, V!

[Su-J came out of the blue]

Let me say, please.

[So serious] I said first, J-Hope!

[Let's calm down] Let's back off.

OK. Hope got the chance.

- Please say on a count of three. - OK.

1, 2.

[95s came out and bowed low]

[He's going to cry if he can't get a chance] - V! V! V! - Hang on.

[Guys...] - J-Hope! - Seokjin! - Jungkook!

[V got the chance] Yay.

A bow tie, A Santa's hat, a strawberry, a flower and tissues in a box.

[Correct!]

[Members are lining up for the next one] Let's back off.

[It doesn't matter if you come near] [Time for meditation] Don't go too close.

[Members are going to the extreme end] Come here, everyone!

This is a true test for your vision.

[Eyes wide open]

- Start here. - Hang on.

This is going to be edited like this. 10 seconds later, ugh!

[You know us well] - J-Hope! - Seokjin!

[Concentrating] Let's test our sight.

[Is it a race?] Seokjin!

[Members are walking to the front] A bowling pin, an apple, a mobile phone]

[With his neck veins bulging] A belt and a tuna.

What's that?

[Quiz for viewers] [Please guess with this bigger picture]

[Suga's first time to say his name - Suga! - J-Hope!

A bowling pin, a pencil, scissors, an apple, a mobile phone and a whale.

[Whale?] - Is there a whale? - Is it a whale?

- V, V, V! - Jimin!

- V! - Seokjin!

An apple, a pencil pin.

[They're so concentrating] - A pencil pin. - Jimin! Jimin!

[Finally, Jimin's turn!] Jimin! A mobile phone, a bowling pin.

[Everyone is counting] A pencil, a magnifying glass, a whale.

And an apple! What?

[Like hyenas, trying to get a chance] - Suga! - J-Hope!

[J-Hope got the chance] A bowling pin, a pencil.

[No! No!] Scissors, a magnifying glass.

A mobile phone, a whale and an apple.

[Correct answer] A magnifying glass...

[The last one for 2 points] - This is a 2-point question. - Here we go.

- What's this? - Let's calm down, guys.

[V's eyes looked so big during this game] What's that?

[What are the objects for this one?]

[Quiz for viewers] [Please guess with this bigger picture]

[Where is RM?] Let's go and take a closer look.

[Gathering up] Well...

[Discussing together] - This circular one... - What's this?

I just realized that.

J-Hope!

A snowman, a ribbon, earphones, a sled.

Where is a sled?

And a carp.

[Not confident] Or a fish bun.

[Sitting alone] [What are you doing, RM?] - I can see an envelope. - He gave up!

[Those who have not given up] - A letter envelope. - What's this circle?

[All kinds of shapes] What's this square one? And this circular one?

[I can't tell] Isn't it a rice cooker?

[Su-J is getting all the attention] - Isn't it a pillow? - Hold up.

Hey, get out!

[Jin couldn't see because of Su-J's head] I need to take a look.

J-Hope!

[Naming one by one] A snowman, a fish bun.

[Calm] [Serious] Earphones, ribbon and a baseball.

A baseball?

[Jin finally got all]

[Me, me!] - Hey! - V!

[Sorry?] Are you sure this is a baseball?

- I guess so. - Please say the answer.

- V! Let me say. - OK.

[Standing together] [V finally says] A snowman, earphones, an envelope, ribbon.

[Saying calmly] What was this? A fish bun.

[So confident] And I'll say the rest later.

[Showing off] - I know 6 objects! - Me, too.

An envelope?

[Asking others] - Seokjin! - Isn't it a stone knife? - A baseball?

[Clearly] [Confident Jin and others] A baseball, earphones, a snowman, ribbon, a fish bun.

[Stammering] An envelope and a mouse.

Wrong.

[Me, me] V!

[V's second chance to say answers] - Isn't it a stone knife? - A snowman, earphones. - It's a mouse.

[Struggling to guess a circular shape] - What's this circular one? - It's a mouse.

The one who figures out this circular one will win.

- A snowman, earphones, a fish bun, ribbon, an envelope, a mouse and a mirror. - Wrong.

[They kept challenging...] A snowman, ribbon, earphones, a mouse, an envelope...

A snowman, earphones, ribbon, an envelope, a mouse...

A snowman, earphones...

[They started discussing together]

[Su-J came forward due to his big head] Let me see in the front. I can't see.

It's not an envelope, I guess.

Let's take a closer look one more time.

- Suga, please step aside. - Sorry. It was hard to see.

[Concentrating] 7 seconds are long enough to name them slowly.

- J-Hope. - J-Hope. - Let's go behind.

[Members follow Jungkook's suggestion] - Let's move back. - J-Hope.

J-Hope, go!

A snowman, earphones, ribbon, a fish bun, a mouse, a mirror and a box.

[Scratching] - V. - I guess those are not what we think.

[Please tell us the circular one...] Won't you give us a hint?

[Serious] 2 point with a hint or 3 points without it?

Suga! Suga!

I think it's an envelope.

- Earphones, a snowman, ribbon, a mouse. - Let's focus on the round one.

[Right] Let's guess the round one correctly.

[No, no] - OK. - Can we do that?

- We can't do that. - Something similar to glass...

Crystal! Crystal dome!

[The one who is about to say an answer and the one who knows it now]

[So calm] A snowman, earphones, a mouse, ribbon, an envelope...

[Not confident] A fish bun and a table! With glass top.

- V! - It's something on the dinner table.

[Are you rapping?] V, V, V, V, V!

A snowman, earphones, ribbon, a fish bun, an envelope, a mouse and a pearl.

[Competition to say names] [Me, me] - Seokjin! - Jimin!

[Clearly] [RM got the chance] - I said Seokjin first. - Snowman, ribbon, earphones, mouse and fish bun.

- An envelope, and a bowl. - Jimin! - Seokjin!

[Correct!] - This... - Not a pearl?

[The round one was a bowl] [Disappointed] It was a bowl.

[Still having regrets] - I thought it was a cup. - It's 3D.

Isn't it a pearl?

[The last one with 3 points] The last one.

- The last one! 3 points! - Ready, go!

Jungkook!

A tree, a camera, check it out!

[Quiz for viewers] [Please guess with this bigger picture]

[Easy to notice some objects] OK! OK!

- OK! I saw them. - Seokjin! - Seokjin.

A tree, a four-leaf clover, a camera, a cat.

[Members are so concentrating] - Glasses. - Where's a cat?

[Reading the staff members' faces] - A telescope, sandles. - V, V, V!

[Wrong] [V challenges continuously] A camera, a blackboard.

[Smart, smart] Glasses, a four-leaf clover, a tree, and a cat.

- A lamp. - Is there a blackboard?

- There's a blackboard. - Correct!

Amazing!

[Result of the vision test] [RM - 2 points, Suga - 0 point, Jin - 0 point, J-Hope - 2 points]

[Jimin - 1 point, V - 5 points, Jungkook - 1point]

I'll turn around!

- Is this a test of taste? - Yes.

[Satisfaction of 5 senses - Taste] [Players need to say an answer by tasting]

[A player gets 3 points if he says the right answer]

[J-Hope goes first]

[What's this reactions?] Answer.

[Gimbap?]

You need to name the ingredients of Gimbap.

What kind of ingredients does it have?

- You have 5 chances. - You can try 5 times.

[Suga is checking out ingredients] Isn't it too hard?

[Su-J wants to challenge?] - This... - Everyone!

[Hope, we can't see you] Let me be alone to focus on my tongue.

Let me check the ingredients first.

Your head is too big.

[I don't care] 7 ingredients excluding rice and dried laver.

- What? - It's too hard. - Right. 7 ingredients.

[Wearing the sleep shade inside out] Should I say others excluding laver and rice?

- 7 ingredients. Correct. - Without laver and rice.

[The youngest members are eating Gimbap] Hang on. 7 ingredients?

[Asking again and again] 7 ingredients. It's really challenging.

If you say all of them correctly, I'll tell you where this restaurant is.

[Think about normal Gimbap] There are some common ingredients.

[Chewing] You can say what is in it.

[Others are chewing too] - You know normal ingredients. - Sure.

- Right. - I'd say pickled radish and egg.

- Pickled radish, egg. - Yes. - Carrot. - OK.

[A big hint] He can think about basic ingredients.

I don't know the name of this brown ingredient.

[If you can't tell, you're out] - Then, you're out. - Burdock?

- Is it burdock? - I am confused between egg and crab stick.

Answer.

- He's saying. - Please say. - It's better to say everything you can guess.

- OK. - OK.

[Sniffing] [Jungkook, what are you doing?]

- Is this a test of smell? - Smell. - Pickled radish. - Pickled radish.

[Members are echoing] - Carrot. - Carrot. - Cucumber. - Cucumber.

- Fish stick. - Fish stick.

[Is this a tactic to make me get confused?] Confusing. Spinach?

- Spinach. - Egg.

[Confused] This one, the brown thing...

[Ignoring] - A tree branch. - What's the name of it?

Brown what? Guess.

[Countdown starts] - 10, 9, 8. - Grain powder?

8, 7.

- 6, 5, 4. - Is it burdock?

- Burdock! - 7 ingredients. - 7.

- Wrong! - Burdock was correct.

[J-Hope didn't mention ham] Why did you skip ham?

- You didn't mention ham. - Isn't it burdock? - You didn't say ham.

[2nd player V] Please open it.

[V needs to guess...] You have two cups of water.

Is it to guess what's in the water?

[Nope] Please guess which one has more minerals.

[Confused] - Sorry? - Right?

Guess which water came from Jeju Island.

[Really?] - You can guess that. - Seriously?

[He's more surprised] [Choose the water that came from Jeju] - Hang on. - Really?

- What I said? - Hang on.

[Suga tries first] - Let me drink first. - No, no, no.

- Because it may affect the taste. - Oh.

- You know, the water we drink during our promotion. - It's hard.

- That thing... - But how can we guess this?

I know the taste. It's unique in some aspects.

Right, each brand of bottled water is different.

[Water-mmlier] Taste it like wine.

I think it's half and half.

V will just guess.

[6 sommeliers around V] Please tell us why.

- Right, the reason. - Difficult? - Difficult. Too difficult.

[Jungkook is testing his sense of smell] - I think it's Sam.. something water. - Let's go.

[Serious] A is from Jeju. B is from another place.

[Will V's answer be correct?]

It's confusing but

[The water that whispers Jeju] This feels like that.

- A? - It tells me Jeju.

- Is it showing Jeju Island now? - Yes.

- It's me! - Did you taste the stone statue from it?

It's me!

- Jin, taste it. - Jin.

Water-mmelier.

- Welcome (in dialect of Jeju Island). - Welcome.

Welcome.

V can't change the answer.

[Still tasting] - It's too late. - This is A.

[Members are tasting two cups of water]

I tasted them but they're the same.

[Confident] - It's hard to tell. - B is from Jeju.

[Jin has a different opinion] They're divided on the issue.

- I'll say A. - B is from Jeju.

[Everyone tasting the water] I'll say B.

[Oh, my] - I'll say A. - What's the answer?

[Did V say a correct answer?]

[It was Jin who said the right answer]

[V failed!] [I'm so proud of myself] - Amazing. - Bro.

[Jin's turn to challenge]

[Members are guessing] He needs a fork.

Isn't it to guess about beef steak?

[Sandwich?] - Question! - Distinguish Korean beef from U.S beef.

[Curious] - It's too hard. - This one is

to guess ingredients of sandwich.

[What?] - This... - But it's not difficult.

Easy.

- I don't like sandwich. - OK. We won't say how many there are.

[Suga's hand is approaching] I don't like sandwich.

[Firm] - We won't tell you how many there are. - You don't like it

but it doesn't matter about guessing in this game.

[Drawing attention] It's so easy.

[Yum] But you need to say correctly.

Jin will have a meal here.

[Looking at Jin] It's amazing if he guesses correctly.

Jin, why did you start eating from the bottom?

[Can't see which one is top] [Yum] I don't know which side is bottom.

[Others hurry Jin] - The answer is? 1, 2, 3. - Wrong!

[Confused] You were wrong. The answer is...

[Hilarious]

[Spacing out] - 5 ingredients? - 5 ingredients.

you can guess them all.

Lettuce, ham.

[Preparing to tease him] Cheese, egg and tomato.

- The answer is? - Answer!

[He doesn't like sandwich but keeps eating] - Answer! - Answer!

[That's my final answer] - One more time. - I'll go with the previous one.

- The previous one? - Wrong! - What?

[No cheese, bacon instead of ham[ - There's no cheese.- Bacon.

- No ham? - It's not ham. Bacon.

[Jin failed in the tasting test] [Analyzing] - Chicken breast. - Oh, right.

How can I guess them?

[The 4th challenger, Suga] Tell which one was cooked from a rice pot

[Guess which one is instant rice] - and instant rice. - Right.

He can easily tell if he looks ahead.

[Younger ones trying to help him] - This is too easy. - I need a spoon.

You know that? Instant rice tastes better.

This is rice A.

[I think it's hard] [No, no] - This is going to be hard. - It'll be easy.

[Struggling] [Trying not to leave a grain of rice] - This is... - Did I put it well?

It depends on how to cook in a rice cooker.

- How much? - Just a bit.

[Great sense to feed him] Isn't it too much?

[That's rice A] - It's rice A. - Rice A.

[Rice-mmelier who tastes rice] Please enjoy the taste.

- If it's cold, - Right. It'll be more difficult then.

[Each one gives his own tip] You can smell the scent of microwave.

- Microwave scent? - It has its unique taste.

[A spoon of rice waiting for Suga] - This is A, right? - It's A.

This is A.

[RJ's fur looks like steamed rice] This is B.

Hang on. Give me water.

[For better tasting] Water. Water.

What an amazing gourmet.

[Min Suga, can he tell the difference?] Let's see. Suga!

He had lived alone and cooked himself.

[Rice B is coming to his mouth]

Too much rice for tasting.

Your outfit looks like rice.

[Is it Su-J or Rice-J?] You look like steamed rice.

- Human rice. - He's thinking.

He's till thinking.

There's a difference.

[Let's try tasting again] - A? - A, again.

[Mountain-like spoonful] [Kindly cleared the way for spoon] - Again. - A.

You need to eat both.

[J-Hope did his best to feed] [So excited] Hey!

[Members are so excited when teasing others]

- Answer! - Answer! - What's yours?

A is instant rice.

[Younger ones are saying on behalf of Suga] A is instant rice. B is

rice cooked by a rice cooker.

[Firm] - Will you change? - No. - He won't.

A is instant rice. Let's see!

[Su-J is so confident]

[Suga failed] - Amazing! - Amazing.

- Totally wrong. - Flat out wrong.

[I can't be wrong...] [Jimin thinks it's funny]

You're wearing an outfit that looks like rice!

There's a 50% of chance and you got it wrong.

[Jungkook teases disappointed Su-J] - Congrats. - You are wrong.

[Jungkook's turn] 2, 3!

Wow.

[Let me see] Amazing.

[Three type of carbonated water] There are 3 types, A, B and C.

Please categorize them.

- Starting with A. - Easy.

This? It's not going to be easy. Especially when your eyes are covered.

- When eyes are covered... - It's easy if there's one layer of taste.

It's not going to be easy.

[Thinking hard] - It was A. - Lime and lemon flavors are confusing.

[The youngest doesn't care] - Next, B. - Lime and lemon, difficult.

[Is it?] - It's more difficult than you think. - Grapefruit flavor has a scent.

[Opinions are divided] Right.

[Tasting] Lime, lemon and grapefruit.

[Decided] I like grapefruit flavor.

[Lime, lemon and grapefruit] - Lime, lemon, grapefruit. - Lime, lemon, grapefruit.

- 1, 2, 3! - Correct!

[Correct answer] Correct!

[Great, Jungkook] Just at one go!

[Why did you wear it inside out?] [The 6th player RM]

[What's that?] [Hope-sound effect]

- This is yours. - What's that? - A and B.

- So, what's the question? - Say what A is and what B is.

[What?]

Please say the name of A and B.

[RM finally asks the production team] What's the question?

[Tell calamansi from lemon] Say which one is calamansi juice

and which one is lemon juice.

Calamansi...

- It's A. - How can I eat this?

- Is it a drink? - Yes, A. - It's a cup.

[Smelling] Is this juice? It's A?

[Too easy] [Tasting carefully] You can drink.

Please take off the lid...

It's A.

[The one who likes sour taste] - This is A. - Is it A? - Yes.

[Suga's helping hand] - It's because I like lemons. - Right.

[Yum yum] Your answer is...

- A is a calamansi, B is a lemon. - Correct!

[The last player is Jimin] We will give you a chance to change answers.

- Or minus 2 points, when you're wrong. - We'll give you a chance to change the answer.

[Their own league jus started] OK, good! What will you do, instead?

[Rolling eyes] Let's send him off to a mountain.

[Sending off to a mountain] In front of a mountain.

[Oh? Good] - That's a nice idea. - Sending off?

It's not climbing the mountain but coming to the front of a hiking path.

Or preparing a box lunch for those who will climb the mountain.

[Thinking hard] Packing a lunchbox.

[V's saying a lunchbox that he wants] Don't mess up with it.

- You need to make it well. - Like hearts made of ham. - You can tease them there.

May I decide after seeing the question?

[No] [Speaking together] No way.

- Then, there's no reason to do this. - Right?

[Packing lunch or sending them off] - Lunchbox and sending off. - Let's be bold.

[Everyone tries hard to persuade him] - Nobody knows what will come out. - Let's try.

- Deal? - Packing a lunchbox.

- Deal. - Really?

[Strongly committed to say the right answer] I'll guess right.

[Jimin will be in the last place if he can't get it right] If he can't,

- he will be in the last place. - Last place, huh?

[Nervous] - He will wear a mask. - Please!

[Question for Jimin] Let me show it to you.

[It looks easier] Screwed.

[Who?] Screwed.

[Tell honey from oligosaccharide] Honey and oligosaccharide.

[Su-J will help Jimin] It's easy.

[Tasting A] - It's A. - I think he can't tell.

[Yum] - It's A. - Take a big bite.

[Shaking his head] - Take a bite. - It looks yum.

[It's not fair] I only had a spoonful of rice.

[The one who fed him]

[They are enjoying it together] [Delicious]

[Sacrificing his hand]

[Yum yum] Sacrificing Suga's hand.

I think he's smiling.

I don't know.

[He's eating together] 50%.

[Gesture of confidence?] Oligosaccharide and honey?

Are you sure?

Will Jin pack a nice lunchbox? Let's see.

[More nervous than anyone else]

Tell us what A and B are.

A is honey. B is oligosaccharide.

[Jin came out in excitement] A is the first one, right?

Hang on. Hang on.

You can't be confused.

[Jimin got confused with the order] A is what you ate first, right?

Sorry?

- What's B? - B is oligosaccharide. - Right.

[No... No...] - A is honey. - Sure.

- Will you say that? - Your last chance to change.

[Firm answer] - Will you not? - I won't.

[Jin will pack a box lunch for Jimin] Really?

[Jimin is so sure] - Really? - I won't change and I'll take this off.

[Jimin took off his sleep shade] Really? Really?

[This is nothing special]

[It's too late to have regrets] [So funny]

[It's so funny]

[Mixed feelings of joy and sorrow]

[The one who needs to climb a mountain] Yay! Now I have a lunchbox.

[Jin has to wear a doll head and pack a lunchbox] He needs to wear a doll mask, too.

[Summarizing] Wearing a doll mask and packing a lunchbox.

[Mental breakdown] Delicious one.

[Mountain climber duo R&V likes it] - Now we have a lunchbox. - A lunchbox.

[Result of tasting test] [RM succeeded, Suga failed, Jin failed, J-Hope failed]

[Jimin succeeded, V failed Jungkook succeeded]

[RM - 3 points, Suga - 0, Jin - 0, J-Hope - 0, Jimin - 3, Jungkook - 3]

[Final game result] [RM - 12 points, Suga - 3, Jin - 4, J-Hope - 3, Jimin - 8, V - 9, Jungkook - 14]

[Jin will pack lunch for those who will climb up a mountain]

- This is a prize for the winner. - What's that?

[Jungkook is approaching in excitement] What's that?

[The youngest one who wants to open]

- Please say comments to wrap this up. - OK.

Today's Run BTS was a special episode of 5 senses.

It reminded us of preciousness of our senses.

[Right] Jin, you better not to make a bet if chances are slim.

[The youngest comforts Jin] We learned a precious lesson.

[And also] Jin will pack lunch boxes for me and V.

It could be dangerous when you climb up with empty stomach.

[Members are saying thank you to each other] I'd like to say thank you, all.

[Please look forward to how much their 5 sense would develop] Let's develop our 5 senses.

Everyone, Run BTS will continue.

- Bye. - Bye.

[Time to open the prize] What's the prize?

[Excited] [The prize was... 5 persimmons] - Persimmons. - It will be on Channel Plus.

- Five persimmons. - Wow. - Wow.

[In the early morning of 2018...]

[V who is still half-asleep]

[RM wearing a thick padded coat arrived here] [Walking slowly]

Special episode about talking carefully!

[Spacing out] We need to talk carefully.

- V, are you ready? - Yes.

We need to go now.

[They're here to climb up a mountain to see the sunrise]

[Please refer to Episode 37 and 38 of Run BTS]

[We shot this after gaining a permission from Achasan Mountain] Let's go.

Do you know why I chose Achasan mountain?

[V, Jimin and Jin came here before debut] We came here before debut.

Right, because of that.

I said this punishment thinking about it.

How did you three go to Achasan mountain?

- Three of us... - I thought it was very special.

[Three of them came here before debut] We were like-minded.

Before I got this punishment,

[Loyal friends] we promised to come here together.

- Wow. - Seriously.

[To take pictures] We talked about taking pictures.

[V asked the production team to join RM] So I wanted to join to see the sunrise.

[Gasp] [Gasp]

Even though it's hard to climb up, when you reach the mountaintop,

- it feels so exciting. - Sure.

Jin did...

- Did you see him cooking? - Yes.

[What does it mean?] I woke up because of the noise.

[What happened at the dorm?] It was touching.

[2 hours before they go to the mountain] Let me start cooking.

For V and RM

[Jin got up early to pack a boxed lunch] who will climb up

a mountain.

[Way to go, Jin!] Now I start

packing a lunchbox for them.

[What will you do?] I wanted to cook something delicious.

But first, I need to do the dishes.

[Brushing off]

[Jin acquired salt] I didn't know we have salt here.

I want to sprinkle it in a cool way.

[It's hard to sprinkle high in the air] But this is too low.

I want to sprinkle salt like cool chefs.

[Like this? Like his?] But salt is coming to my sleeve.

[Still unclear what he will cook] I'll start with

[He starts marinating beef] marinating the beef.

[Chef Jin's cooking class] The basic way to marinate beef is

[Step 1. Put everything in it] Soy sauce, sugar, spring onion, garlic, sesame, pepper.

Soy sauce, sugar, spring onion, sesame, pepper.

[Found a pepper] Here it is.

There's no... soy sauce?

[Mental breakdown]

Unexpected obstacle.

[Jin starts worrying] There's no soy sauce.

[Let's check crushed garlic] Crushed garlic.

[There is a pack of crushed garlic] Right, guys. It's good for health.

[Put crushed garlic generously] Enjoy this.

Too much?

[It looks like he had a handful of salt] I'll use salt instead of soy sauce.

I'll use salt to season beef.

[Put marinated beef on a pan] [This is the sound] Beef, great.

I like this sound.

The sizzling sound makes me feel great.

[Chef Jin's principle] Kim Seokjin's principle for cooking.

Never taste while cooking.

[The dish he is cooking] I should've soaked rice cakes in water.

I forgot since I stopped cooking a long time ago.

[V Came out, looking like he just got up]

Now I'm spliting egg yolk.

[Eating fried beef] [Yum yum] White and yolk. Don't eat.

[Splitting egg yolk] It's for garnish.

[Adding rice cake] [It's hot]

[Stirring]

[Amazing skills of the BTS' best chef]

[RM came out]

I'll put garnish in a container.

[Soulless] - Wow. - Please bring the container back.

Got it?

[Speaking nonsense since he just got up]

[The gentle oldest one who take care of garnish for younger ones] I don't do this for myself.

[Cutting nicely] I'm so moved.

[Dad's joke-like pun] What? Cows moo-ved?

Won't you smile at least?

- I've been doing this for an hour. - Ha-ha.

[Tteokguk is ready] I finished cooking Tteokguk.

[Satisfied] [He likes the taste]

[Chef Jin's principle: Don't taste while cooking] Kim Seokjin's cooking rule.

Never taste while cooking.

[Ultimate taste that makes him break his own rule]

Delicious Tteokguk is ready.

[Putting it into a thermal container]

[Tteokguk in containers]

[Carefully]

[Jin's Tteokguk lunchbox is ready!]

I'll give these to our manager.

[Applause]

[To. Duo who will climb up] Guys, enjoy Tteokguk.

Make a wish while looking at the sunrise.

Enjoy your hiking.

I need to go to bed again.

[Two are approaching to the top] The mountain top is

in our sight now.

On the way to the top...

[V starts singing together]

[Feeling like they're practicing singing]

[Using honorifics] Good morning, Mr. Pavilion.

[Finally they arrived at the mountain top]

Wow!

Everyone, this is Seoul.

I love this ambiguous time in the early morning.

[Lost in thoughts while looking at the sky] When it turns blue.

The sky has a lot of colors.

- I can't believe it's so quiet in Seoul. - Waaaaaah!

[Surprised] - What does it mean? - Waaaaah!

It means a fresh start of morning.

[V and RM starts preparing for an eating broadcast] Here?

[Packed lunch is allowed but cooking is not in Achasan Mountain] Jin did a great job.

He could have done it half-heartedly.

But he got up so early and cooked for us.

It's still hot.

Jin! Thank you!

[Jin, thank you] Thank you, Jin.

[Garnish that Jin asked to add] Jin said he wouldn't do

this for his own meal.

[Documentary - Human] He did this for us.

[Part 1 - Two brothers in Achasan Mountain]

[Kim Namjoon (25) / Older brother] This is delicious.

[Kim Taehyung (24) / Younger brother] Oh, there. Look at that.

[Kim Taehyung (24) / Sentimental] They're taking a walk.

[Kim Namjoon (25) / Rational] They get easily tired.

Originally...

[Yum yum] We need to make a wish to the sun.

[Look!] - Oh! - Oh.

[The sun finally came out of the mountain]

Right, around this time in the last year,

[A memory that the sun reminded him of] I went to

Jeongdongjin with my friend to see the sunrise.

[Couldn't hear because it's too cold]

[Sniffing] Sorry?

[Sentimental] The sun went up high.

Let's say bye to Run BTS viewers.

And wrap this up.

ARMY.

[To. ARMY who we purple so much] Even though we're here for a punishment,

it doesn't feel like a punishment.

It's so amazing to see this beautiful landscape.

[Passing the buck] Please continue.

[To. ARMY who we purple so much] Happier than the last year... I wish

we can have another year that makes us laugh together.

All the staff members who are wit us,

our families and friends,

and of course, ARMY!

[ARMY, you're the best]

Run BTS will continue this year.

[Run BTS, in 2018] - Happy new year! - Run. - BTS.

Bye.

Happy new year!

[Wish you a happy new year in 2018! - Run BTS Production Team - ]
