Hi guys, and welcome to this video!
it's going to be a grose but an interesting one, I promise!
Here in front of me I have what I call:
mobile hygiene products.
It's a mobile phone the steriliser,
some liquid screen protectors,
and some screen cleaning tissues.
But what is all this you wonder?!
Well, if you remember the question from the start of the video:
Do you know how dirty your phone is?
Well, I wanted to know,
so I did a small science experiment,
so let's go to my laboratory, and see what it is!
So, in the lab I took swab samples of three smartphones
each time using a new swab stick,
and a different petri dish of course.
I also sampled a car key, a TV remote,
a computer mouse and even a toilet bowl on my office.
Now let's go back to the products from earlier in the video,
because I used each one of these
with one smartphone from the lab tests.
First, I used these hygienic screen cleaning tissues,
that are supposed to kill 99% of bacteria from your devices.
These are safe for all types of screens,
and safe for the environment too!
Then I wanted to try this liquid screen protectors,
that also should kill 99% of bacteria,
and provide antimicrobial protection.
I have liquids from three different manufacturers here,
but they all promise similar results,
and the process of installation is the same for all
We have a video on that on our channel
but let's go over it quickly:
Wipe number one is for cleaning and priming the screen,
and wipe number two is the actual nano liquid.
After applying it, leave it dry as per instructions.
And that's it!
Your phone should be protected from scratches and from bacteria .
At the end I have this USB sterilizer.
It comes in a nice box
with a high quality microfiber cloth, and some cables.
It also features an additional USB port
if you want to charge your phone while cleaning it.
So, plug all the cables in,
and turn-on the sterilizer
Ot runs for only six minutes and after a beep
your phone should be clean as a whistle!
Now back to the lab again
where I took some more samples with now clean phones,
and again with a different swab stick each time.
I'll left the bacteria grow for ten days
and these are the grose results!
Pretty surprising I must say!
All three phones were full of bacteria one of them was
One of them was actually dirtier than a toilet bowl,
the remote control, and the computer mouse
were also grose,
so clean them as well!
And as we can see the results,
after using those three products
they really work as promised,
almost no bacteria at all in these three petri dishes.

What a fucking ride!
Medellín _ Colombia
Gravity biking is a sport that began in the hills of California.
It's about going downhill on bicycles that are totally modified, without any type of engine, chain, or gearboxes.
It's practiced on paved, downhill roads, obviously to gain speed.
Here in Medellin, it's a sport that has been happening for a number of years.
Pioneers: Juan Manuel Isaza aka "Pepel," Edir Velasquez, we call him "The Man"
On the streets of Villahermosa and Buenos Aires, some dudes were "downhilling" with their rat tail hairstyles and their sunglasses
and we were seeing them go down 3-4 times every day or night.
No sport like this existed. It was more just like a passion for some of us that were living in Medellin, to enjoy ourselves biking down Palmas Avenue.
From there, bike modification began to happen because before we were using whatever kind of bikes like BMX and mountain bikes.
This was the first gravity bike that we designed. We took pictures from the internet in 2001-2002.
We downloaded a photo of something similar to a gravity bike, and from there we started to call it "Gravity,"
but before the activity was called "downhilling
We kept looking into it, and we realized that the sport already existed and was a practiced activity....
It was not just a hobby of ours to go to Palmas Avenue and ride downhill.
Taking advantage of the topography of Medellín, to get down to the city there are many inclined areas
so I was getting down by riding on these hills. I have been practicing Gravity since 20-22 years ago.
THE RIDE
We changed the distance between the axles, support joints, the center of gravity,
and the steering and we played a little with the hubs and the wheels, and that is what helped us to pick up speed.
It is to have some appropriate brakes...there is a myth in this sport that brakes are not used.
Brakes are essential at those speeds
We don't use the normal handlebars, we use a lowered type of "bullhorn" handlebars to have better aerodynamics.
This type of seat is made to be more comfortable, to lean over more, and to get higher speeds.
And the weight, obviously the weight needs to be considered on a gravity bike.
With a gravity bike, the more weight you have, the greater distance you will achieve.
Pit style
There are many people that think just because they get on and they are balanced that they know how to ride,
(that they can already go down Palmas Avenue) but for this sport you need to have ability and technique. It is not so easy.
And to tame the bike, it is not so much getting on the bike and letting it dominate you, but you dominating it.
By having weight it is a little harder to maneuver and control on a curve, you have to find a position with your body to…

LAS PALMAS
We train on Palmas Avenue.
It has the benefit of being a two-way.
When you go down, it is just with cars going downhill and you don't have the surprise of a car coming up around a curve.
The curves, there are three really good curves, and more than anything really nice straightways.
Its a track where a high speed can be reached.
It is demanding for the pilot.

We're here. 13 days. This is it.

Good morning, welcome to day number 13 of my Camino de Santiago.
It's quite early morning and we left our hostel El Chalet in A Brea, let's go.
It's amazing we got a lot of mist. It's really a good day you can tell. You
can see the moon up there, clear. The colors are great. I found my new
Japanese friend from Japan, Soichi, we go for breakfast.
Great, speaks Italian better than me. Let's go for a coffee and go to Santiago
yeah. Soichi son did the French way and it's
30 days. Are you tired? No I'm just enjoying. We try to cheer up from
yesterday so let's try to enjoy this last day to Santiago.
Here we are trying to speak too many languages, we got Japanese, Spanish,
Italian, French, English, what else... other languages? The language of the idiots.
I gain respect in Spain as well awesome. Soichi see you in Santiago.s We stop again.
Guys we have Frodo and Sam.
11 kilometers to Santiago, everyone starts to feel a bit sad.
So we are close to Santiago and guess who?
and that's Santiago guys, we are there and it's drone time.
As you can see guys there's a lot of people now, it's the last stop the last
track so we're going to everyone is going to Santiago from all the different
routes and if you remember what I said about
scallop shell, we're all going there. So everyone joins up going to the destination and we are
filling up our credential of the pilgrim, the passport we all the
stamps of the places we are visiting. We are looking for the albergue,
again and seminar minor and go to the Cathedral.
Come one Caludio, we are there. Okay tip of the day, look at this,
400 meters, so like, 2 kilometres away it was saying

So, this music you can hear in the background, there's a guy here every day
playing it and as soon as we cross this arch, it opens to the square of the Cathedral.
Right guys, here we are. Santiago. Yes we are here, 13 days, this is it.
How's it feeling? Guys we made it to Santiago. it's kick the moon time.
We're entering the cathedral now for the pilgrim service which is a service appositely
for the pilgrims when we reach the destination.

We're here Didi, we ,made it. Hi-5. a it's a unique service they offer a huge
It is a unique service, they have a huge incense burner called botafumeiro which is going to swing along the church.
We are out after the service, it was great, I mean the service was a normal
service but the amount of feelings and emotions that went through that service was
incredible. I cried like a baby from start to end. I cried for the effort we made
to get here 320 kilometers, 13 days walk, I cried for the answer I got to my question,
I cried because it wasn't the answer I was expecting and really a lot
of things just popped out. We stopped for this it's called vigil of prayer, vigilia
d'orazione, it was like a a mini tour of the
cathedral, singing and praying so was really interesting, we saw the
grave of Saint James and I just realized, as soon as I entered, that James
is also called Jacob and Jacob wife's name is actually the name of the girl
I'm leaving behind, so I really want to leave it here in the cathedral.
It's been great. I really cried like a baby
and I don't care to be honest.
Definitely guys come here and do this, it's it's a great experience.
This is going to freak you out as it did to me. Okay see this thing, it's a normal

you can see now, look at that thing, it's a pilgrim right there.
Right? So there's a legend behind this:
the legend goes, this shadow is of a priest, so a priest used to hang out
around the cathedral on his own, walking day after day and after a while he met a
sister and nun and they were walking together, they fell in love, they decided
to run away together, escape, dressed up as pilgrims but when that night came, the
lady, the sister never showed up. So since then this guy still looking for her.
That's touching and with this amazing story, romantic story, we leave you
because we are done. We made guys.
