Hello all of you .. yeah here I am again.. with my

yeah almost iconic hair

I am so sorry, I know I have been absent the last few weeks

In this short video I wanted to explain why

Physically I wasn't feeling very well

even today I don't know what it was

ehm I just don't understand, It was not a cold or anything

Since once year I struggle with my health anyway and...

nowadays some people told me that every woman

from around 25 years of age

has a few years in which her whole body changes

and I'm probably in that now

anyway I have different symptoms everyday

Especially last week I felt very bad

ehm... I was at the doctors too he said it would be my refulx

which is when your stomach doesnt close properly so the acid goes up

and that can cause all kind of symptoms

and for me specifically it was that I couldn't breathe properly

since a few weeks when walking or going up stairs

and yeah last week I really had NO energy

I couldnt even speak with people, if I did I was so quiet

I was just... I couldn't recognize myself

yeah but as you can see I feel much better now

I don't know if its thanks to the meditation/hypnosis I started recently

or that I became a little more spiritual the last few days

or if it was because of the little iron drinks I got from the pharmacy

maybe I had iron (or blood) deficiency, I dont know

but I am good now, I have appetite again too

Indeed I lost a few kg lately because

I really couldn't eat anything. ME, not eating... Guys... for real

I never felt this bad ever

ehm but I can eat now... I have probably

since yesterday... all the kalories that I missed

I ate them all back again

I am back for you guys, from Friday there will be a new video hopefully

from tomorrow again an english one.. I hope I get back to my rythm

which I never really had

although there is no sun today but thats a typical march weather in korea

it will be definitely warmer and hopefully hopefully more interesting
