with the new Super Smash Brothers announced for the switch I figured it'd
be fun to give my top five characters that world that will be most likely to
come to the new installments of smash before we move ahead like I said this is
what I personally think these are the characters which I think will come out
for this installment or have the greatest chance of coming out for this
installment of course I'm not expecting all these characters to be outta hell no
Nintendo I don't even know if any of these characters will be on smash but I
figure it'd be fun to go through number one ice climbers so ice climbers has
been there since melee brawl but didn't show up for smash 4 why is that going
back to what the developer said basically they couldn't get a hold of
having ice climbers in the 3ds version of smash and what they really wanted to
do was make sure that the 3ds version matched the Wii U version of smash so
basically they feel it would be right to include a character in the Wii U version
where not include them in the 3ds version as we still saw with DLC
characters where they also all got released for the 3ds
so of course hearing that it does seem that they tried to put ice climbers in
Smash 4 but did not succeed which means that they have a bill for ice climbers
there which I don't know exactly how the jump from smash board smash 5 slash
smash 4 the switch will be but if fingers gonna take a lot of assets so
they could just take all the data hopefully hopefully hopefully hopefully
they just take all the data from ice climbers and bring it to smash 4 and of
course revamp it come compared to the new mechanics and whatever else they're
gonna tinker with the system itself so we're not surprise me if ice climbers
come back of course now since they're hopefully not gonna limit themselves to
the 3d s hardware I could see it very plausible number two
while Luigi now I'm not the biggest waluigi fan i don't i don't think you
like waluigi you fall into that hype that that's a bad thing i'm not saying
anything bad about that but just me come from i'm not a huge fan but i see the
love that people have for this character and nintendo has to know this right
right i think the only issue with him might be kind of bringing them like what
his moves are gonna be but how like Nintendo took duck hunt and put them in
smash they put Wii Fit trainer they put mr. Game & Watch they didn't come up
with something just just put waluigi smashing make people happy it's they
always add a new kind of Nintendo or Mario series based character in the
series which each installment so I figured where else they gonna go are you
gonna separate Daisy from Peach just just put waluigi in smash he's
gonna be different he's he's more lanky and he's more he's not gonna be you know
like he's like I could see him that play as Mario Luigi or Wario so he could be
his own character we'll see what Nintendo does with that though number 3
Ridley yeah I'm going down that rabbit hole now what really gave me this idea
or really like you know really Baio we want to Ridley and smash though I know
sounds kind of flustered and I noticed the dark road because if it doesn't
happen I'll be tiling splits I'm a huge Metroid's bin but why does Ridley and
smash makes sense now a lot of people say that he's too big which I personally
agree that he is too big what recently just like looking down my Twitter feed I
see a cert wheat shuts out the Doughboy force I'm not sure if you retweeted or
if it was just like but if you did the tweet saying like oh really is too big
then they show Bowser and they show the size comparison of like how Bowser is -
Mario like there's Bowser and here's like Mario and then here's like Ridley
and here Samus like they could probably do it I told them don't do that to
yourself and unfortunately that's making me think about that a lot in the morning
think about it the more it makes sense now I know right now it seems really
weird since Ridley was like a stage hazard in smash 4 and you just say he
was like pretty big but what's again like he could be smaller
like what like you can just make him smaller he'll probably end up like a
Charizard character is just just kick out chars aren't then who likes
Charizard I don't like charizard blastoise
whatever get Ridley and smash character number for spring man now I'm not the
biggest arms guy but I see kind of the attention and in tendo's trying to bring
to arms and the last wreck you saw like they're having arms open they're still
supporting the game so why not bring more attention by bringing spring man
into smash now I'm afraid to bring you IP it's a smash
like you did with splatoon that time they announced the new smash like hell
they put ROI and melee that's before in Japan before Royce gave me one came out
it was I'm gonna promote it so they're not afraid to put new characters into
smash and like I said arms is really trying to make arms kind of like pop off
so probably adding spring man to that will help and it'll kind of go maybe
like a dhalsim type character you know just stretching arms exactly does it
make sense to me you know kind of kind of bring the spoke man for that game
bringing me smash have a good old time he's a fighter it's a fighting game it
makes too much sense for five banjo kazooie for a framing Microsoft phones
banjo kazooie Wow you can't do that Xbox that wouldn't work right shut up how
would this work out now that's my little intro there said Microsoft is I'll own
the rights to banjo kazooie but but Phil Spencer has said on Twitter that he will
be down to license out banjo kazooie for a new smash game now this was said after
smash 4 got released I want to say this was a ride when I hit the public voting
for characters so I think he was try to like they asking like Oh what you feel
fit if they approach you trying to use banjo he's like that a lot of music I'll
let him use it and it's not like Microsoft and intent of having mingled
before kind of ish what I mean by that is minecraft now I know they're trying
Microsoft bought minecraft after probably a whole bunch of deals were
done but after Microsoft still licensed out minecraft to the switch and you know
what they had they had halo skins they had a halo skins in a Nintendo system
what how do you think so the PlayStation version had that but the switch version
does and there's also a cross play or they're gonna be I'm not too sure but I
know they announced cross play for the switch in the Xbox so you know that's
going on it seems Microsoft Nintendo I kind of mingling together and you know
maybe slowly but surely could lead to banjo and smash alright so those are my
top five safe but characters for smash 5 if you agree or disagree and have your
own kind of recommendations of safe bets for the new smash roster leave it down
