Youtube daily report Oct 16 2018

My name is Virginie Brunelle, I am a choregrapher, I live in Montreal.

At first, I wanted to be a dancer,

but as soon as I attended my first creation class at the University,

I fell in love with creation.

I have a background in music,

and I improved an understanding of my body through music.

Since I had no background in dance, everything was possible

Emotional and kinesthesic intelligences are the strength passion that animate me

I think this is why I had immediately a strong connexion to dance.

Creation is my way to sublimate what could be the negative atmosphere around me,

To answer my questions and share them with a group of people

also to unload all I have to create a physical discourse.

Through dance I am not necessarily searching for answers but

my goal is to create a dialogue with people through movement.

Dance is also a way to meet the other

a way to meet the public

and have another conversation with them

To gather everybody's fears and to play down what we are all living.

We are going to work with classical background dancers,

they often have a more classical aesthetic

it will be my challenge to break their habits :

how to break their aesthetics to seek the human

I can't wait to start and face this challenge

And also use the classical technic, to break it down

because I am going to work with dancers with a classical training

I would like to take advantage of it and see how far we can go

by mixing it with a more contemporary approach, but still striking with it

The challenge I will meet with this project

and with the dancers I will work with in Germany

will be to be able to bring a simplicity, and authenticity

Above all I am interested in the human

I am interested in seeing humans working and muscles engaging,

A body covered with sweat, skin blushing, a crooked costume,

This is what is beautiful, these small details

Or the truthful

This is what I am looking for : to find the human, the truthful.

Airbnb Host Tips (How to Write a Headline that gets CLICKED) - Duration: 6:23.

Heidi Miget: 90% of Airbnb headlines are terrible.

Is yours one of them?

Watch this video to find out.

Hi.

I'm Heidi Miget, and I'm a marketing strategist for vacation rental homeowners.

I'm a digital marketer with over 10 years of experience, I'm a vacation rental homeowner

myself with over five, and my agency, Fully Booked Consulting, helps vacation rental homeowners

just like you.

For easy marketing tips and advice to follow, be sure to subscribe this channel and watch

for new videos every Tuesday.

If you're wondering why you're not getting as many inquiries on your Airbnb

or HomeAway listing as you'd like, it could be that your headline is just not cutting

it.

In today's video, I'll review three common mistakes that I see vacation rental listings

doing all the time, as well as four steps on how you can improve your headline.

As a HomeAway Premier Partner and an Airbnb Superhost, this is the proven

formula that I've used to get in the top 1% of all listings in my area, and it's the same

formula that I use with all of my Fully Booked clients.

The first thing you want to do is avoid these three common mistakes that

I see all the time.

Mistake number one.

It's using generic adjectives.

You don't want to use your valuable space to say things like "beautiful" or "nice" in

your headline.

Everyone is using generic adjectives like this, and it's really not telling the potential

guest anything specific about your listing.

So, you want to avoid using generic adjectives altogether.

Mistake number two is using really broad location descriptions.

This would be if you have a condo in Orlando, for example.

You don't need to say in your headline "Orlando Condo."

Your potential guest already knows that they're looking for places in Orlando, so you don't

need to use that valuable real estate to say the generic location description.

Mistake number three is repeating information that the potential guest will

already see in the listing overview.

This is repeating things like how many bedrooms, bathrooms, or how many people it sleeps.

Again, when the potential guest is using their filters, they already know what they're looking

for, and the listing description overview will already share this information in most

listing platforms.

So, you don't need to use that space to repeat that type of information.

Step one.

You want to identify your ideal guest.

Who is your home perfect for?

This is exactly who you want to keep in mind when you're writing your headline for the

first time.

Whether it's families or couples or a business traveler, you definitely want to think who

your ideal guest is and keep that in mind when you're writing the headline.

Step two.

You want to brainstorm all the amenities that make your home special.

What are guests commenting about in the reviews?

What do you hear from your guests as they're leaving that they loved about your place?

What do you know sets you apart in your market?

You want to brainstorm a list of offerings, amenities, and location benefits that your

property has, and then choose about two to three that are the best of all of your amenities.

This is what you'll want to use when you write your new headline.

You'll want to take your very best amenity and put that at the front, and then try to

fit in at least one or two other amenities that will really draw that ideal guest in.

Heidi Miget: Step three.

Do not be afraid of symbols.

People are just under utilizing symbols, and what this does is it really helps make your

title readable and easy to digest.

So, you can use vertical bars, commas, tildes, you can be creative with this and use this

to break up the different amenities that you're featuring in your headline.

Also, for an advanced tip, you can use emojis in your headlines, so you could use a heart

or a star or something that really speaks to your specific location.

Step four.

Be succinct.

Remember, you only have so much space to utilize in your headline.

So, for Airbnb, you have only 50 characters.

For HomeAway or VRBO, you have 80.

You want to make sure that when you're writing your headline, you are checking the character

count on that, and use the max amount.

Try to use close to the 50 characters in Airbnb, and try to use close to the 80 characters

in HomeAway or VRBO.

I would definitely write two specific headlines for those platforms.

Whether you're just getting started with your vacation rental or you've been in

the game for a few years but need a little help with the marketing, I'd love to help

you on your journey.

That's why I created the vacation rental marketing roadmap.

This is a seven-step guide to help you walk through all of the essentials that you need

to do when setting up an optimized listing.

I'll also cover the most common mistakes I see vacation rental homeowners making.

Go ahead and grab your copy.

In the comments below, there will be a link for it, and it'll be delivered straight to

your inbox.

be updating your Airbnb or HomeAway headline.

The Story of Project One with Headhunterz & Wildstylez | Part 1 - Duration: 17:15.

So, here we are

Still empty haha. - Yes, extremely empty.

Less than two months from now.

10 years of Project One in the Ziggo Dome.

Is that a show that you're already very occupied with?

Or is that something you postpone?

No...an event like this requires months of preparation.

Especially with our touring schedules.

And in particular with Willem's schedule haha.

So that's something you really need to start in time with.

I just spoke someone in Asia and they almost want to give him an Asian passport.

He can almost live there yes

You could easily move to Japan

Because you're very occupied with it at the moment right? Often on the road.

Yes it's crazy.

We're constantly puzzling and searching for the right balance.

To get in a proper flow music wise

But I think we're on the right track.

But of course, the music is what matters the most.

At least, for us.

There was of course one moment when Project One started

We're celebrating the act's tenth birthday this year

When was the very first time that the name or the idea was created?

Do you remember that moment?

Well...I just joined Scantraxx.

And I often joined Dov in the studio and Willem was also there.

The Prophet. - Yes The Prophet.

And uhm...

We started to work on a collab.

And I believe that we already had one release together? Blame It On The Music I think.

So that was still just Headhunterz and Wildstylez.

And at one point, which was pretty cute actually when you think about it.

We were in such a good flow, just created another track together.

Can't remember which one tough...

Project One.

No that one came later.

We first had Project One and Blame It On The Music. - Yes.

And after that we went onto the next release.

And it just was so easy working together that we said...

let's start an act.

So you guys working together in the studio just went so well.

Yes definitely, it only took us a couple of days to create a new track.

So then we decided to make an album.

Including a new project without management or anything like that.

So we thought let's meet with Q-dance.

To give them a presentation of our plans.

But at one point we needed a name...

so we instantly thought about...

I don't even know who came up with it anymore...

The title Project One.

Inspired by one of the Headhunterz and Wildstylez tracks.

Yes. - That we released earlier.

And that's were it all started. In Amsterdam...

What was that street called again? The Van Diemenstraat.

It really was a project.

From what I can remember...

we came up with the idea because we finished tracks so quickly.

So we started doing the numbers and we came to the conclusion that we could finish an album within three months.

Was Project One actually a kind of working title?

Yes, exactly. I even thought about a possible Project Two one day.

But at one moment, the name Project One got so big...

that it would make no sense. The act is just called Project One.

So that was one of the reasons that we stayed with that name from that moment.

You would release Project One for the very first time at an event in 2008: inQontrol.

But that didn't happen because of something with you, what was that again?

I got an urinary...no wait haha

not an urinary infection.

I got an appendicitis.

I will never forget that.

I was playing in Belgium, the night before inQontrol.

And I had a gig in Belgium. Joram joined me that night.

And I...

I was performing while suddenly feeling immense pain.

And it got worse and worse.

Until the moment that I was lying on the ground between mixing tracks.

Waiting for the next track while DJ'ing like this.

And you're like 'what's going on?'

And at one moment, I just couldn't go on anymore.

At which point Michael - MC Villain - took over from me.

Playing the decks? - Yes.

And then we went to Joram's place where I slept on the couch.

And somewhere around 5 AM we went to the hospital.

I was suffering from appendicitis so I immediately had to go in surgery.

I remember waking up from the narcosis

I immediately asked if I could still perform, but the doctors wouldn't let me unfortunately.

Makes sense - So we had to skip inQontrol

It was just so bizarre.

Because you've been waiting so long for that moment

And in my 12 year long career as a DJ...

I've almost never skipped a gig.

But did it have any negative consequences? Because after that, Project One made its debut at...?

Defqon - Yes, at Defqon.

Also not a bad place to start.

No true, in the end everything comes together.

It just had to be like this and it's a fun thing that shaped the story of Project One.

Such a moment becomes a great memory.

What's your first Project One studio memory Joram?

What's the very first thing you really created together as Project One?

I'm thinking about what the very first Project One track is that we created.

Of course we already had Blame It On The Music and the track Project One...

I know which track it was.

Art of Creation?

Life Beyond Earth.

Oh yes, that's true. Life Beyond Earth was the first one.

Did it go just as before, easily creating tracks when you two got together?

Yes definitely. Back in the days, Willem and I practically lived together.

When we were in the studio, I always slept at his place in the beautiful village of Zaandam.

Which immensely annoyed your girlfriend.

No she didn't like that?

And when I was home, Willem was always there too sleeping on the couch.

So when your girlfriend came downstairs in the morning grabbing something to eat, Willem was always there?

Yes Willem was always there haha

As I said, we were practically living together back then.

And it really was like...

We went to the studio until 7 in the morning

Then we went back to his house, driving through the morning rush.

And by the time we woke up, we went back to the studio throug the evening rush.

The funny thing is when you go back in time.

You were 21 or 22 years old, you were 25 years old.

Yesterday I listened to all the Project One tracks.

What was the message you wanted to send?

WIth the Project One album tracks?

Because some lyrics go quite deep...

Sometimes even a bit dark.

Well we tried to add a story to it. Quite spacey indeed.

But music wise...

We just approached every track with a specific idea

But we did got really inspired by people that we were fan of back then.

Can you give some examples?

Showtek...Technoboy...Tuneboy.

At that moment, there weren't a lot of hardstyle albums ever made.

And the idea of creating an album also triggered us to think...

Okay, since this is not a solo release, it gives us the opportunity to experiment in creative ways.

For once, I didn't have to think about that one track that had to be THE hit.

Allowing us to go a little bit deeper.

I remember that I really wanted the album to contain a story.

That it would become something worth listening to.

Not just an album where you would only pick two tracks to listen to.

Something which you quite often do with an album. - Yes.

That's something a lot of people do.

But for a producer, an album is an opportunity...

to really tell a story for once.

And I really hoped that people would be open for that.

And luckily that went really well with the Project One album.

People are really seeing the album as one story.

Creating an album requires a lot of effort.

And you never know if it will be worth it.

If you try to tell a story with fourteen tracks, but only two tracks are getting noticed by the audience

Resulting in the other twelve tracks floating somewhere, slowly disappearing

That can be quite damaging for your ego, while also being a waste of all the effort and time you put into it.

No absolutely. - So it might be more interesting for you guys to release more solo tracks.

But we didn't do it just for the music, but also for the overall feel of the act.

At one moment, we came with the idea to create drawings of ourselves.

This was when we were still releasing vinyls.

Blimey!

And we did around six releases I think. - Yes.

And we let someone make one big drawing

Which was cut into six pieces, so if you had all vinyls then you could create one big drawing.

So you're saying that you both really wanted to tell a story.

But what was that story exactly? What's the story of this album?

With Project One, i wanted to create something that...

makes people think without spilling the beans for them.

And especially with you asking what's the story...

While writing some of these lyrics, I had certain thoughts.

And we wanted to create a certain feeling.

But I think the beauty of the Project One music is that it's sometimes quite unclear what the story is

I really like the fact that it's open for interpretation.

In my opinion, that's what a good track must contain. - Yes.

That you can apply your own experiences.

Starting with you Joram, if you must pick two tracks from the album.

Two tracks that you later will let your grandchildren listen to, because you still think that those are just so amazing.

These are my two absolute favourites - I personally have two tracks that I still listen to quite often.

That's probably Art of Creation - Yes

Art of Creation has played a major role ever since, and now more than ever.

And I think...

Life Beyond Earth.

And for you Willem?

Of course Art of Creation.

That takes pretty long for an album that features so many good tracks haha.

Yes, yes...

I think I'll join Joram on this one.

The Story Unfolds?

Yes also. - Great track, also Halfway There.

All great tracks.

But still...

It's also about how a track evolved, same with The Story Unfolds perhaps.

It also depends on how big of a hit the track was.

And the feeling you get with a certain track due to that.

Music is bound to memories.

Definitely, 100%.

Back to the first performance of Project One at Defqon.1

Alongside all the fuzz

What do you remember of that particular set? How did the crowd react for instance?

Honestly, I must admit that I don't really recall that moment

I was so focused on inQontrol back then

That was the moment.

So Defqon.1 was more like "then we'll just do it there"

There was a huge hype at that moment.

Yes, that was great. But I already noticed that at inQontrol.

I was playing as Wildstylez, but I wasn't extremely popular at that time.

And the announcement was made that Project One was cancelled

And people just left. - No!

Seriously? - Yes...

I'm still traumatised.

Not that surprising, Willem was a big hype back then.

I still am.

Yeah he constantly comes up with something.

He leaves, he returns. What's next you know?

Yes unbelievable, what will be his next move?

But yeah...I actually really don't know anymore.

It rained and it was very crowded.

Well, what I still remember is that there wasn't a lot of space on stage.

Which was quite difficult because you want to show yourself to the audience.

We were completely suited up. - Yes.

But then you're standing there in a tight space with a table in front of you

And you just don't see a lot, there was so little space to move freely.

But in the end, we did find a spot where we could move. Somewhere at the side.

Back then, Q-dance didn't create very impressive stages.

There were plastic barrels standing everywhere, also some sort of pallets.

Which is funny, because the BLUE is a legendary stage.

I believe that the BLUE is mostly RAW nowadays.

But two years before Project One, I performed for the very first time as Headhunterz in the BLUE

And that are some of my best moments at Defqon.1.

You said it yourself, music is bound to memories.

One moment many Project One fans cherish

When you go to YouTube and read the comments you often see comments as "like this if you still watch this in 2018".

Is your performance at Qlimax in 2008.

And we're going to check that out right now.

That was quite a hit - Yes.

Yes definitely.

It's almost as if you're watching something from the last century.

When you look at the people.

Yes really funny. I often think by myself when I watch old footage like this...

What are those people doing with their lives right now?

They are all ten years older right now

Yes they are also around 32 - 35 at the moment.

And they probably don't visit parties anymore.

While we're still going strong haha.

Definitely a moment that people still have good memories of.

At one point, as we take a big leap through time.

A period began where Willem stopped making hardstyle.

That automatically meant the end for Project One.

Was that something you've discussed?

Well I believe that we already officially retired 7 times as Project One before that moment.

But each time there was another party where we said "okay, one last time".

We even came up with the idea to - I believe during your X-Qlusive - that we wanted to burn our jackets.

But why the urge to stop?

The album was of course ground breaking and very succesful.

People considered it even as perhaps one of the most important pieces of music in hardstyle history

You didn't perform a lot, so why the urge to stop?

That had to do with our solo careers, which went really well.

And we wanted it to stay special.

If we would constantly perform as Project One everywhere, people would get tired at one point.

As Project One, we only play Project One tracks. -Yes.

So if there's no new music, you keep on playing the same old set.

That was a good reason for us to keep it exclusive.

So mostly to keep the act exclusive, and to keep it really special when you would perform?

During that time, your solo career also really took off.

And I was going very well so...

After we created the album, we noticed that we needed some time apart.

Definitely after so many hours on Joram's couch.

And a few punches from his girlfriend.

Yes and you know, you just need to move on with doing your own thing.

And we never had the intention to overdo Project One.

Let's put it this way...

We never needed it.

We always had Headhunterz and Wildstylez.

It was never something that we had to do...

for the sake of our own careers.

It was just something awesome and it was really inspiring.

It's also a luxurious position we're in.

We can do Project One whenever we want.

And we don't need to exploit it or whatever.

And I think that would also be a shame if that would happen.

I personally believe, and I think Joram agrees with me, that Project One is something that should remain special.

For special occasions

And a special occasion is coming soon, on October 20.

Comment tonifier ses bras ?-Santé Magazine ! - Duration: 7:35.

How To: Clip In to Your Pedals (3-Bolt) - Duration: 2:49.

This product is for you!

But wait!

If you order within the next hour, we'll send you two shoes!

How To: Clip In to Your Pedals (3-Bolt)

When you like to ride fast or want to stay fresh for long days on the road,

you want all of the energy you put into the pedals to go straight into the bike.

A great way to do this is by using clipless pedals.

By clipping in, you're able to maintain power through the whole pedal stroke.

This is a faster and more efficient way to ride.

Today, we're using a 3-bolt system, which is the most common set-up for road bikes.

Pedals for this system are one sided, so you can only clip into the top side of the pedal.

But the pedal is weighted towards the rear, so it will always be in the same position when you're ready to clip in.

When clipping in, it's helpful to practice while your bike is still and stable.

You can set your bike up in a trainer to practice, or even just hold your hand against a wall to keep steady.

To clip in, push the pedal parallel to the ground with your toe

as you hook the front of your cleat into the front of the pedal.

Shift your weight back towards your heel to hook the back of the cleat to the back of the pedal.

You'll hear a click when the pedal is secure.

Simple as that.

When you're ready to roll, most riders will clip in their stronger leg before pedaling

so that they can get enough momentum from the first pedal stroke

to keep themselves stable while clipping in the second foot.

As you push forward and down with your first pedal stroke, your unclipped pedal will rise back and up.

When that pedal is reaching the 12 o'clock position, that's the time to make your move.

Nudge the pedal parallel, hook the front of the cleat, shift your weight, hook the back.

Once you're in with both feet, you're off and rolling.

When you do need to stop, you'll have to get your foot out.

To unclip, twist your heel outward, away from the bike.

This will release the clipping mechanism and free you from the pedal.

You'll find this easiest to do at the top of the pedal stroke, when your foot is at the 12 o'clock position.

And there you have it!

Remember, as you practice clipping in and out, start by keeping your balance on a trainer

or holding steady against a wall until you get used to the feel of your feet clipping in and out of the pedals.

Once you get the hang of that, practice while pedaling along a quiet road before moving onto a busier street.

You'll be clipping in like a pro in no time!

How to Draw an Underwater Shipwreck With Pastels - Narrated - Duration: 4:27.

Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!

I am Leonardo Pereznieto and today we will draw a shipwreck [laughter]

a ship underwater.

We begin by sketching a tilted curving line for the front

a perpendicular long line for the mast, and let's draw in a little bit more detail

the front or the bow…

… and then the keel which is at the very bottom.

mmm-- I'm actually going to erase this part because is a little bit short and I want

the ship to be seen slightly from the right so it should be just a little bigger.

Like so…

I am drawing with a charcoal pencil on light blue cardboard paper.

I chose this color to give the feel of the sea.

And we begin shading

first with a light tone

and the light source will be on the top-left so everything on the right, especially

lower-right will be the darkest.

The shadow…

and we can smudge by lightly passing

a soft brush.

Since it is under water I want a blurry look

and I darken further this area.

Now with a soft white pastel

let's draw the Sun.

On this channel I try to give you a variety of techniques and effects, and that is why

I thought of drawing a ship underwater.

We are doing this with pastels and with charcoal

in a very simple and easy way.

With a light blue pastel we do the rays going into the water and we can mix them in with some white

as well.

Then with our soft brush we smudge them to soften them.

And as needed we can reestablish and reinforce our original light

like so.

Lightly we draw the sea bed and smudge it.

The list of materials that I am using, is in the information below the video.

We draw more of the cast shadow and we smudge it, and then we smudge the rest

of the ship as well.

Now I think we should extend some of these rays of light, and make them reach the other side.

Like so.

And we soften them with the brush

yeah, that's better.

Although I think we should add a little bit more.

Very good!

¡Excelente!

I love drawing with pastels or with most anything for that matter [laughter].

Let's give some light to the bottom of the ocean,

and what about if we have some of these rays of light passing in front of the ship.

Alright!

I think the only thing that we are missing now, is some fish

we do this with the charcoal pencil again, the reason being, aside from the fact

that I want them black, is that the pencil you can sharpen it using sand paper

to a finer tip and therefore make smaller detail.

Since the light is hitting the ship on this side, we should give it some highlights.

With the light blue pastel

and we smudge them a little.

Very good! and I extend the shadow just a little bit.

Let me know what other techniques would you like to see here.

We give it the last touches and its ready!

If you enjoyed it please give it a LIKE! share it to your friends

and subscribe to Fine Art-Tips.

And I will see you on Tuesday ;)

Life-Changing Impact Included. 👍Build a Financially Secure Future With Your Own Online Business! - Duration: 7:03.

- You're not building a website,

you're building a web business,

and I think anyone who's considering SBI!

should start from that point.

I want to build a business.

- Ashley Cotter-Cairns is just one

of the online business owners that we'll be hearing from

in this mini-documentary exploring Solo Build It!

SBI! and the positive impact

that it can have on people's lives.

Hello I'm Paul Buckingham,

roving ambassador for Solo Build It!

So what's your purpose for going online?

Do you just wanna build a website?

There's nothing wrong with building a website, of course,

but if it has no traffic and no monetization capabilities,

what value is it?

Nobody finds it, no results.

In this short video, we're going to demonstrate the impact

that a profitable online business can have on your life,

now and well into the future.

Every story you hear is different.

Yet, there are similarities.

Each has come with their own idea,

their passion and their commitment

and mixed it with Solo Build It!'s Action Guide and support.

No matter what path they've taken,

the journey has been the same.

(upbeat music)

Karen Hunady started small in 2007.

She had a busy working life and also a young family.

So she wanted something that she had the time to manage.

Now it has grown into a large directory of craft tutorials

with easy step-by-step instructions and her own products.

- [Karen] The extra money has been wonderful.

We've taken some fabulous vacations

that we probably would not have been able to take otherwise,

and I used the extra money to put my kids

in extracurricular activities and sports.

The money has been growing and growing every year.

So it's so nice to know that my retirement years

will be supplemented by this extra income.

- For Cath Andrews, the fact that she

had two viable websites made all the difference

to her financial security when her home was devastated

by two powerful earthquakes in Central Italy in 2016.

Despite being insured, the insurance company

would only pay 2/3 of the 200,000 Euro bill.

Her websites made all the difference.

- The websites just kept earning money for the whole time

that all the repairs were going on.

And even though I couldn't work on them very often,

because internet connections were very poor and so on.

They still kept earning money.

And so the money from the websites helped us

to pay that extra third,

and you know, I can't begin to say

what a difference that made

to us, to our lives.

Because without it, I just don't know

where we'd have got it from.

- So how can you get from where you are

to where you want to be?

If you were going to go on a holiday, you'd follow a route.

If you're going to build a house, you'd follow a plan.

So how could it possibly be different

if you're going to build an online business?

Yet countless service providers conveniently forget

to tell you that building a website is only the first part

of a successful online business presence.

It takes time, and it takes process.

And really, five minutes for a website just won't cut it.

(eerie music)

- [Man] If you build it, he will come.

- But honestly, luck, chance, and magic just doesn't do it.

What you need is to follow a plan, and at Solo Build It!

that plan is called the Action Guide.

Everyone at Solo Build It!

who has a successful online business

has followed the Action Guide.

- It's really, really useful for anyone who has no,

is afraid of starting because they think I can't do this.

The Action Guide will get you through it.

- So the Action Guide starts you on day one,

which is brainstorming ideas

and then testing those ideas using numbers.

And that may sound complicated, but the tools they provide

are very, very straight forward.

You get to the point where you decide which of your projects

is gonna be the most likely to succeed.

- So what does success look like?

The first step is being found by the search engines

for the subject for which you've written about.

So for example, Ashley Cotter-Cairns

has a site about comics.

It means that if somebody is looking for information

about selling their comics, his site consistently appears

on page one of the search engine results.

Think about it, page one out of millions

of possible sites that could've shown up.

For Cath Andrews, at raising-happy-chickens.com,

it means that anyone that's searching for information

about red star chickens finds her on page one.

And for Carl Trent, it means that his page

about the Magic Kingdom of Disneyland

is beating some very big players.

- Just huge. - Everyone.

- Everybody, Yelp, just anybody.

There are a lot of big players in the Disney market,

and to be on the front page for that keyword

is just pretty spectacular.

- So there you have it, a snapshot of the impact

that your passion and idea together

with Solo Build It!'s Action Guide

and support can have on your future,

now and in the many years to come.

What outcome would you like from your online business?

Have a look at the links below this video,

just to get an idea of what's possible

and what other people have done.

What could your experience be like?

Expect the unexpected.

An earthquake was probably the last thing

on Cath Andrew's mind when she began her online journey.

- It's just

life changing, this whole process, in lots of different ways

is life changing.

And when something so major as that happens,

and you know that the sites are still there

and still able to earn money even when,

for a limited period, you're not able to work with them.

It's just incredible.

Créateur en Mouvement | Entrevue, Virginie Brunelle - Duration: 3:30.

This is what I am looking for : to find the human, the truthful.

able to confirm the update also brings the October 2018 security patch which

was also released for the Galaxy s8 recently the changelog also mentions

that general stability of features has been improved that's different wording

from samsung's usual way of saying that features have been improved in every

update but that's about it for the details we get the new Galaxy S9 update

Lowe Alpine Altus Packs | Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports - Duration: 3:56.

so the reason the Altus came about is we identified that there's a customer

that we didn't really provide a pack for in our range you have things like the Aeon

which is quite light and fast and then we have air zones which is slightly more

traditional hiking style with a ventilated back system

and we have mountaineering packs and the Altus customer kind of sits in the middle so

not to Mountaineer and not a climber but an Aeons is too lightweight and fast

and won't carry a heavy loads well enough and then they might

not want something like a ventilated back system so that's where the Altus

came about it's a all-season all-mountain pack so one of the best things

about the Altus pack is the the carry system, we call it

the air contour plus system it's quite a stiff frame but still flexible it transfers

load into a very supportive hip belt even though they're on relatively small

packs so the benefit of that is its quite a small pack you might be carrying any

heavy in there from like bivvy kit, sleeping bag, water, overnight food

but you don't have a big volume as you're not out for days and days so having that

really good load transfer means you have a better time moving in the mountain that

combined with the packs we make sleek and clean and quite fit for purpose for different activities

there are three men sizes and then there's

three women sizes which are a couple of litres smaller they are women's specific

the key differences are the shape of the yoke on the shoulder

harness the back length differs and then hip belt will be a slightly different

shape and fit differently

so the the R&D process that we go through to arrive at the Altus as the

end result starts with a concept and a brief we work through that designers

will come up with sketch works we'll review that we will make internal card

and fabric blocks so we can actually work out what shape we need how big it

needs to be to accommodate what the end users will be carrying we'll actually get

that kit put it in size test it revise it work out what size things need to be

actually fine-tuning that all the way through the development will then make

samples in-house or externally depending which way we're working and will then

test those great thing we can do here we go and test the pack come back later

that day sew it up tweak it put some gaffer tape on

nip and tuck it or sew another bit in and making its develop it quite quickly and

come up with another sample quite soon to go and test that again combined with

that what else you're looking at going to carry system foams and the

technologies that are inside the carry system so we can fine-tune

i know with these Altus packs we have about 10 different versions of the shoulder

harness that we can interchange on each pack when out being tested

we had a load of people out testing which EVA foam was the

best combination for comfort and load transfer

so at Lowe Alpine our mission is to design develop and deliver world-class

carry systems for life on the move by that we mean we want to provide products

and packs that enable people to have more fun and be more active in the

mountains more easily by things like our world-class carry systems allow you

to carry load better and have more fun and make the mountains more accessible

the Altus pack is one of those packs that is delivering that

I want to see action.

Sometimes in politics you have a

moral dilemma staring you

straight in the face.

This is not the first U.S. Ally

to kill somebody.

This is not the first type an

American president has

practiced -- there are times

where a moral dilemma is right

in front of you and you have to

choose and congress is going to

have to do this because the

president will not.

And those guys will talk a good

game but when, when has Marco

Rubio or Lindsey graham ever,

ever stood up to this president

on a moral issue and said no

more?

They're out of session and we're

not back until after the

election.

If you want an argument for

changing control of congress,

that's one.

Because you need real oversight

and Independence.

The Story Behind the One Photo Everyone Wanted to See of Meghan Markle from Her First Tour Day - Duration: 2:46.

Meghan Markle, meet baby!  The cameras went crazy for the sweet moment Meghan met an adorable sleeping baby just hours after making the announcement that she and Prince Harry are expecting a baby of their own next spring

During an afternoon reception hosted by Governor-General Peter Cosgrove at Admiralty House in Sydney, the couple was introduced to influential Australians, including singer Missy Higgins and her baby daughter, Luna

Meghan cooed over the baby girl as she shook Higgins hand. At one point, Harry came over and squeezed little Luna's legs and said, "Who's this little cutie?"  Higgins posted the interaction on Instagram, captioning the photos: "What an honor to meet the beautiful Duchess today! She was such a sweetheart

"  She went on to say she could relate to the pregnant royal as she embarked on a series of engagements while entering her second trimester

"I said I felt sorry for her having to do all these meet-and-greets while 4 months pregnant!" Higgins said

"What a trooper!"  "Looking forward to telling Luna she slept through it all one day

"  The royal couple announced their happy news in a statement Monday.  "Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public

"  A royal source tells PEOPLE that Meghan has had her 12-week ultrasound and is "feeling well

"  During the event at Admiralty House, where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are staying, Harry thanked Australia for the" incredibly warm welcome" they'd received and the "chance to meet Aussies from all walks of life

"  "We also genuinely couldn't think of a better place to announce the, er, upcoming baby," Harry said, looking over to Meghan

Appearing slightly nervous, Harry added, "whether it's a boy or a girl."  The couple's 16-day tour will take them through Australia, into Fiji and Tonga and to New Zealand

Grand Teton Accessibility: Self Evaluation Transition Plan - Duration: 1:18.

Hi! I'm Ranger Elizabeth, I'm excited to let you know that in Grand Teton

National Park and the John D Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway. The National Park

Service is raising awareness about the importance of identifying barriers to

accessibility and removing them so the people of all abilities have the

opportunity to enjoy what the park has to offer. The self evaluation transition

plan lists seven key experiences that every person regardless of their ability

should have the opportunity to experience. Park planners assess

seventeen areas that provided the opportunity for the public to access all

key experiences. Obstacles and barriers that exist in buildings, activities,

services, and programs were identified and some include things such as missing

grab bars and bathrooms, lack of audio descriptions in park films, and steep

walkways. We would love to hear your ideas thoughts and opinions about our

draft park plan so please visit

How To Make a Pressure Plate Door - Duration: 8:24.

Greeting, this is Ginthian and I really want to help you enjoy playing or watching Minecraft.

If this is your first time on my channel and you want to get most out of your Minecraft

experience make sure to hit the subscribe button and click the bell so you know when

I produce videos.

Today we are working on building a pressure plate door and by that, I mean a door that

will open with a pressure plate is activated in front of it.

That is not much of a challenge because if you put a single pressure plate in front of

a door, and step on it, it will open the door.

Step off, and the door closes.

In case you didn't know or let me remind you that you need two stone blocks to craft

a single pressure plate, and you need 6 wooden planks to craft 3 wooden doors.

Now with our two double doors seen here.

If we step on a pressure plate only the door next to it opens.

To open both doors you have to line up just right so that you can step on both plates

at the same time.

What if you want both doors to open no matter which pressure plate you step on.

For that, we can use Redstone circuitry to make that happen.

Let's start by digging out the area around the doors to make room for our work... and we can go down here so

you can see me digging out the area around the doors and pressure plates.

Now let's put Redstone dust under the pressure plates and connect them.

Now if you step on a pressure plate it will power the block that the pressure plate is

on, which in turn powers the Redstone dust that is below the powered block.

Since the Redstone dust is all connected we see all six pieces of connected Redstone power

on the ground glow when any of the four pressure plates are stepped on.

When we step on a pressure plate it powers the block next to it which powers the door

which opens the door.

To make both doors open we need to power the block that the second door is on.

Okay, let's just run Redstone from down below where we know it is powered up to the

block that has the second door.

This doesn't work because we are powering the Redstone, but not the block that the door

is on.

Let's change the Redstone so that it points into the block.

Same result.

We are powering the Redstone, but not the block that the door is on.

A repeater can power a block so let's add a repeater to power this block and see if

that solves our problem.

Now we have created an infinite loop.

The pressure plate is powering the Redstone, which powers the repeater, which powers the

block, which the door is on, which powers the Redstone under that block, which is attached

to the Redstone and it loops forever.

We have to remove the Redstone dust from below the blocks that the doors are on

to break the loop.

I don't want to create looping so I am adding in some additional repeaters to make sure

that there is no looping by adding a direction to the current.

The Redstone signal can travel only in the direction the repeaters are pointing.

Now we step on the pressure plates and both

doors open.

And it works from either pressure plate.

And it also works from either direction.

So we can walk forward and backward through the door.

Now if we cover up the Redstone we have our pressure plate door.

But I still have a problem with this.

Why must so much of it stick up?

By that, I mean to cover up the Redstone we have to have all these blocks.

I am going to remove these blocks and see if I can lower the Redstone circuitry

to make this work with the Redstone more hidden.

Okay, that doesn't work.

You can see we have the same problem as we had before where we are not powering the block

that the repeater is on.

I think I see the solution.

Let's try that again.

It's worth noting this won't work.

Powering the block will not power the repeater.

The only way to power a repeater is by putting a Redstone current into the input on a repeater.

Okay, that works.

Now if we cover up the Redstone we have our pressure plate door.

Thank you for watching and Goodbye

And a special occasion is coming soon, on October 20.

eyelids it can delay your brain from

releasing the sleep promoting hormone

melatonin light is a powerful signal to

your brain to be awake explains dr.

shives

a board-certified sleep medicine doctor

go into another room until you feel

tired it is best to take your work

materials computers and televisions out

of the sleeping environment use your bed

only for sleep and sex to strengthen the

association between bed and sleep using

electronic devices before bed can

actually significantly affect your

circadian rhythm which is what is

responsible for your daily sleep and

wake cycle when we are exposed to the

Sun during the day our melatonin

secretion begins to drop off and as the

Sun Goes Down and it gets darker in the

evening our melatonin secretion once

more increases

melatonin is what helps maintain our

body's circadian rhythm which is the

internal clock we all have running in

our bodies 24 hours a day this sleep

cycle can become disrupted when we are

using bright lights and electronics at

night because it delays the secretion of

melatonin in our bodies this makes us

feel more alert despite the fact that

it's nighttime this is why you should

always be consistent following a sleep

schedule of the same bedtime and wake-up

time helps regulate your body's clock

try creating a bedtime ritual which

helps give you a consistent sleep

schedule relaxing routine activity

reading yoga etc right before bed gives

you that time you need to wind down let

your body shift into sleep mode number 2

keep it cool you fall asleep faster in a

slightly colder environment keep your

room cool temperature but not cold which

can wake you up more experts usually

recommend setting your bedroom

thermostat between 65 degrees and 75

degrees Fahrenheit number three avoid

percent improvement in sleep quality

number 5 consider taking a melatonin

supplement if you have trouble sleeping

you can also consider taking a melatonin

supplement as mentioned earlier in this

video

melatonin is a potent hormone naturally

produced in the body to help regulate

our circadian rhythm or natural body

clock Professor Alfred lui at Oregon

Health and Science University says a

larger dose three milligrams and

promotes sleep

it works for some people but not for

others he says melatonin can help

regulate a person's sleep cycle but some

people state that it can make them feel

very groggy in the morning others state

that when they take melatonin they have

very vivid dreams speak to a doctor

before taking this supplement as it has

a different effect on everyone if you

are considering taking a supplement for

sleep be sure to review your medications

some medications can cause insomnia have

you tried any of the things in this

video keep watching for some even more

helpful hints on what you can do to get

to sleep faster number 6 reconsider

sleeping with furry friends cats can be

active at inconvenient hours and dogs

can unintentionally wake you up with

movement or noise more than half of the

people who sleep with their pets say

animals disturb their slumber according

to Mayo Clinic sleep disorder center

number 7 stop smoking and avoid alcohol

nicotine found in cigarettes is a

stimulant and stimulants can prevent you

from falling asleep

don't worry that quitting will keep you

up at night either the after-effects of

quitting will only last about 3 nights

but payout long-term you should also

avoid drinking alcohol if you find that

you're having trouble falling asleep it

takes an average person about an hour to

metabolize one drink so adjust your

alcohol intake accordingly number 8

don't look at the clock staring at the

time before bed or when you wake up in

the middle of the night can actually

increase stress and make sleeping more

difficult number 9

turn on the white noise sound machines

produce a low-level soothing noise that

not only helps you sleep but can also

help you tune out other disturbances so

you can fall asleep easier

number 10 keep a sleep diary try

tracking your sleep everyday for at

least two weeks

write down even small details such as

what you ate close to bedtime

and what exercise you got compare your

sleep patterns and adjust accordingly

you should also write down your thoughts

in your sleep diary the number one sleep

complaint clinical psychologist dr.

Bruce says that he hears from patients

is that they can't turn off their minds

before bed write down anything stressing

you out and brainstorm solutions having

a plan of action can help you fall

asleep easier number 11 no caffeine

after 2:00 p.m. that includes coffee tea

pop anything with caffeine caffeine like

nicotine is a stimulant that stays in

your system for many hours and can

prevent your brain from entering deep

sleep or prevent you from falling asleep

all together

number 12 cheese and crackers it might

sound strange but this is actually the

ideal snack to munch on a couple hours

before bed it combines carbohydrates

with calcium containing amino acids that

boost serotonin a brain chemical that

helps you feel calm number 13

take a relaxing bath or hot shower

studies have shown it can improve

overall sleep quality and help you fall

asleep faster number 14 spray a

sleep-inducing scent certain smells such

as lavender help with relaxation and

overall sleep quality research done by

psychologists at Wesleyan University

found lavender increases slow-wave sleep

invest in a diffuser or simply add a few

drops of essential oil in water in a

spray bottle

number 15 rule out a sleep disorder

an underlying health condition may be

the cause of your sleep problems such as

sleep apnea other common medically

diagnosed issues include sleep movement

disorders and circadian rhythms sleep

weight disorders if you suspect that you

have a sleep disorder contact your

doctor to find out what may be causing

your sleep issues in fact it's always

best to speak to a doctor before you

jump to any conclusion about your health

or consider any forms of treatment sleep

is extremely important

it helps rejuvenate and refresh our

bodies and plays a big role in our daily

recovery

you should always sleep on a comfortable

mattress and pillows the life expectancy

of a quality mattress is about eight to

ten years have comfortable pillows free

of allergens you can also try listening

to a bedtime story load an audio book

that can distract your attention enough

to drift to sleep if you want to get to

sleep faster there are all sorts of

things you can do whether it beats

something as simple as reducing the

amount of caffeine you're drinking

writing a sleep diary or just turning

off electronics before bed what are some

other things you do to help fall asleep

faster and get a better quality of sleep
