How I do my Nails | Crazy Simple Tutorial | Vlogoween Day 5 - Duration: 8:39.

hello and welcome to vlogoween episode 5 I am going to show you how I paint my

nails so I'm just gonna tell you the products that I'm gonna use right now

and then we can get into it the naked manicure nm from Zoya

Z.O.Y.A the naked manicure nm satin seal from Zoya this polish from Zoya and it's

in the shade Sarah and then we're gonna add this sinful colors professional

glow-in-the-dark color on top in the shade glow-in-the-dark so first I'm

gonna file my nails I'm just gonna go in and do one direction straight across the

top which is how I prefer to have my nails and I'm gonna do that to all my

fingernails remove the nail polish I'm not even gonna tell you what nail polish

remover I'm using because it's not the thing in the bottle anyway

so once the cotton pad gets kind of like this I'll rip it off and I'll just keep getting

this with nail polish remover on it and going over it so you only have to use

one cotton pad

alright so now I'm going to put down the base layer and I always

wipe the front part of the nail polish thing and then I wipe off the drop that

comes from the back and if I'm just doing the base layer I can do the whole

hand with just one dip of polish

all right and the base layer dries pretty fast so I'm just gonna go in with

the color I know it's not a Halloween color it's actually from the Christmas

collection but it's the color that I want my nails to be so it doesn't matter

that much

and I just did what I normally do is where I dip the nail polish and then I

paint my thumb and index finger and then I dip it again and paint the middle

finger ring finger and pinky

all right and then when I go in with the second layer I'm normally dip the nail

polish every time and this is the one where I get a little bit messy because I

always make sure it gets really close to the whatever that's called cuticle and

then I also flip over the nail and do one swipe from one side and one swipe

from the other and that sometimes gets pretty messy but it makes it last longer

if you have it on the edge so that it can protect the edge of it so that it'll

not chip as fast

don't normally do another dip for the pinky finger just cuz it's so small

alright and then I let that dry for however long you let the first coat dry

I let the second coat dry twice as much because it's normally thicker so now we

wait all right now for the fun Halloween part of it where we're going to put some

glow-in-the-dark on it and the reason I use glow-in-the-dark with literally any

look is because it doesn't really show up on its own so that you can just throw

it on top of anything and I'm gonna wipe both sides of it off and just lightly

put it over because I don't want it to keep me up at night I also don't want it

if it's too if there's not enough product on the brush it'll get too tacky

and then it'll smudge the layers does anyone else get that where you like

paint your nails and then like three hours later you can still mess it up cuz

me also I think I just messed this one up oh I did whatever I licked it that

kind of helped I don't know how people end up with like perfectly painted nails

because that's not me I just kind of paint them and there was a lot of on

that one I thought I saw it like drip down from the top of it all right there

well alright

alright and then we're gonna let that dry for about the same amount of time

and we let the first coat dry and then we will add a top coat the satin seal

which I found oh my gosh yeah if I ever mess up my nail I always just lick it

not like right after I paint it but like if I painted it like a minute or two ago

and I mess it up I'll lick it and like as you can see as you can see it kind of

helped but I know my nails aren't always very nice-looking so it doesn't matter that's

why I pick colors that are exciting so that people will be like oh I like the

color and I'll be like thanks and I don't do like a design or anything

because that that would be too hard

that is how I paint my nails in case you were wondering you probably weren't

Physical Activity can be briefly explained as

the process by which the Skeletal muscles in the body use the energy accumulated from consuming food to facilitate movements

The exercises that we are used to these days at the gym and other places are actually only a sub category of physical activity

That is,

They are routines we developed to overcome "the absence of physical activity"

During the prehistoric days, being active was actually a way of life for humans

It might be possible for a person to be more active throughout the day, rather than only during the half or 1 hour of physical activity at the gym or any other way

But this where our present Lifestyle turns villainous and we fall victims

Life is easy these days, everything is at our fingertips

In this busy life most of us find happiness by relaxing and having the food that we like

We have a lot of weaknesses these days that need overcoming

In the old days, a person's life was fully influenced by the environment and nature around him

That has been shifted to corporations and other individuals. They influence a person's life these days

Everything now is pure business and exploitation that a normal person can never understand.

At least, we can try to retain and protect our physical and mental health

There are lot of things that have been forgotten and need to be brought back to our present lifestyle

G'huun Healer Guide - Uldir BfA Patch 8.0.1 - Duration: 3:00.

Hey everyone!

The final chapter of Raid Finder is coming out - or, by the time you're watching this

- has perhaps already been released!

In this video, I'm going to show you the G'huun fight from a healer's perspective,

more specifically Holy Paladin.

This will cover skills from LFR, Normal and his Heroic tactics as well.

Please note that the footage I'm using in this video is from normal.

Holy Pallys, if you want to see what talents I used, you can pause the video now to check

it out.

Other than that, let's get started!

G'huun is an interesting fight that has essentially 3 stages to it.

In the first one, players will fight agains't G'huun's minions and not yet G'huun

itself.

This phase ends when three Power Matrix orbs - aka basketballs - have been slam dunked

into the Reorigination Drive.

While in the middle, if you gain Explosive Corruption, as with many mechanics you've

seen in the past, run to the edge of the room to drop down the debuff away from your group.

Avoid Virulent Corruption orbs - they kinda look like oatmeal balls - because they hurt

and can significantly damage raid members hit with them.

G'huun will be summoning adds that have to be killed asap.

Essentially, healers need to support the group as they take down these adds.

A player with Torment debuff will require some heals over time.

The Dark Young add will cast Dark Bargain at 100% energy - keep a watchful eye on players

affected by that debuff.

As for players on the Upper Platforms, they'll be taking damage over time to be sure to precast

HoTs, shields and pay attention to their health as they navigate to the Reorigination Drive.

Once three matrixes have been slam dunked, Reorigination Blast deals high raid damage

to all players for 24 seconds.

This causes enemies to also be stunned and take more damage.

Healers - great time to use your major cooldowns, pre-cast HoTs and defensive abilities to keep

your raid alive.

After the Reorigination Blast is over, out pops G'huun.

Pay attention to the stacks of Growing Corruption on the tanks, the higher the stacks, the more

heals they'll need.

Avoid Wave of Corruption cast from G'huun - if you get hit by it, you'll gain stacks

of Putrid Blood which is a stacking debuff.

Healers - pay attention to players with higher stacks of Putrid Blood - they'll need heals

and defensives thrown their way.

During the wave is another good time to use a major cooldown or defensive ability to help

out your raid.

If you have stacks of Putrid Blood, you can run next to a player who is afflicted with

Blood Feast, which will remove your stacks.

By doing so, a Gibbering Horror will spawn which need to be killed or timed with the

next Reorigination Blast.

Explosive Corruption continues into this phase, so again, if you get it, run away from the

group to drop it off along the edge of the room.

Stage Three begins when G'huun reaches 20% health.

Growing Corruption on the tanks, Wave of Corruption and Explosive Corruption continue through

to the end.

Blood Feast does not, so if a player gains stacks of Putrid Blood, they'll need extra

attention as it won't be able to be removed.

Run away from the Collapse ability to reduce the amount of damage taken.

When Gaze of G'huun is cast, simply turn your character to face away from him or get

feared.

On Heroic Mode, avoid Malignant Growths that spawn around

the room.

But what the Great War showed us as 10 million soldiers fell Was The world we made to improve

life could take us down as well.

could get out of your troubles you would separate yourself from the things that

were bad in your life and I think you had the tools I think you had the energy

maybe depression or something that was keeping you down and when people take

their choices away from him they keep them down it's like being in the water

and an undercurrent and I didn't think that I had it in me to tell to tell this

person no you see what I'm saying well you said all the right things I want to change my

daughter's life I want her to be proud of me and we have things that we have to do

yeah we got school meetings and functions that had to be fun they need

to be proud of me and and I got I got from your communications that I'm a good person

I truly want to be everything to my

daughter yeah my right oh yeah when you said I

can't get these jobs on the second third interviews or I mean I'm getting picked

last last last you're right Everyone is judging and today I don't think anybody watching

this video would have ever thought that that was you a week ago or a couple days

ago definitely not I get like it one of the things that people don't know is that you're

probably one of the first person I ever sent the veneers to like I didn't ask

we always look for who we can help and we believe that light attracts light and

I think if you were getting if you were given a pass like if you just got out

one day you'd stay out and so I didn't expect the results to be so good but

your results are amazing I agree and and I don't know if I had a choice I have a real

problem with the people in Houston not having more access to dental I have a real

problem with it and it starts with who is it affecting the most most people

don't ever take the blame most people who are affected I never hear them blaming

anybody though they always blame themselves and it's part of what keeps them down

where in reality if your car was that hard to fix nobody would have a car if

insurance was that hard to get nobody would have it if houses were that hard

to finance nobody would have a house they created an environment in Houston

Texas that you can't pierce they weren't giving you a chance to be they weren't

they weren't being fair to you there's no reason for you to have that much pain

and it was obvious that you were just saying listen I'm telling I'm doing I'm

not asking can you see me as somebody that's equal and if you do you'll see me

as a person that's not gonna let you down like I'm you have my full attention

these aren't gonna lay around for a month yeah I'm not gonna get to it

casually next month and the results were so good I love them! I have to tell you my history

and we'll wrap it up okay I haven't ever met anybody with the kind of energy that

you expressed that's the same person six months from now everything changes they

get thinner they exercise they know more people their circles better they're more

thankful they are involved in PTA their marriage gets better all this energy

light attracts light and I kind of wanted those for you

and I didn't think you were gonna get it without me the last thing I want to say

is you took a lot of trust in picking me you see what I'm saying that you picked us

you trust us to trust you with that and you gave us a benefit of the doubt and then

immediate feedback and so we both picked each other so it worked and I hope that

it's had an effect on you already I've seen that people who don't smile

much they're little kids don't smile much they start smiling they smile more

if they used to smoke they'd quit smoking if they they just take on better

habits because they know they can't go back yeah then it becomes a tool I'm

hoping that everything in your life gets better I want to say last thing you coming

in here was brave I hope it helped a lot of people I know that somebody is sitting

somewhere that's having a problem that's similar not a similar more or less and I

hope that they say that I'm if she wasn't brave enough to help me know that

these could make a difference.. Definitely and we're gonna call it I always do this then
