Youtube daily report Dec 6 2018

Hello everyone, welcome. Hello YouTube. How are you today?

Today is going to be a fun video. Yes

so I'm not going to speak about grammar or

Vocabulary or whatever. This is going to be a fun video me

Using tongue twisters

Tongue twisters, what are they? Well, there are phrases

Phrases that are very hard, very complicated very difficult to say and

I have with me here a list of

150 tongue twisters

So yeah, I'm crazy. I'm not going to read the 150 tongue twisters, but oh

I'll give it a go (=je vais tenter!) and I've selected. I don't know I've selected like six or seven of them. So

Here we go, you're ready? cool!

All right, I'll start with with two very famous tongue twisters that you've probably

heard of before

There's one with the P sound and

I'll write it on the screen

Let's go Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers. How many pickled peppers did Peter?

Piper pick. Oh my god, it's hard!

Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers how many pickled peppers did Peter Piper pick?

uhhh, this one is hard!

number two is

One that is really famous and I know it it's

She sells seashells by the seashore

So let me do it again, she sells seashells by the seashore

So you've got a combination of SSS and SHH which is hard

She sells seashells by the seashore she sells

Seashells by the seashore

Good so those two ones were pretty (=plutôt) famous. Yeah number three. Oh

Now let's

Let's do the U sound

It's a story about cookies

You like cookies?

I do!

how many cookies could a good cook cook if a good cook could cook cookies a

Good cook could cook as much cookies as a good cook who could could cookies

I'm not sure what it means (=je ne suis pas certain du sens?) . Let me do it again

How many cookies could a good cook cook if the good cook could cook cookies a

Good cook could cook as much cookies as a good cook who could cook cookies

Tricky one

Okay

You should try them. Okay?

Do them slowly(=lentement) ?

Try your best and don't try to figure out (=deviner) what it means

It's not that important (=ça n'est pas si important que cela)

All right, next one. Ah

Yes, I've got a couple of them with I sound the short I and the long I

The first one is very short

The Queen in green screamed the Queen in green screamed

long I. The Queen in green screamed

That's alright

The other one with I is this oh, yeah. This one is hard because there is a mix of

short and long Is

How many sheets could a sheet slitter slit if?

A sheets litter could slit sheets. Oh my god

How many sheets could sheet slit slit if a sheet slitter could slit sheets

Wow, you should practice this one. All right, that's for the I sound now. Oh, yes

Now it's getting harder (plus difficile)

th sound TH so don't forget you need to put your

tongue (=langue) under (=en dessous)

Your teeth so you shouldn't say SSS but THHH

Alright I like this one this one is is is really good

Ithought I thought of thinking of thanking you I

Thought I thought of thinking of thanking you

Jesus Christ I

Thought I thought of thinking of thanking you

Yeah, I'm getting there (=j'y suis presque) . I thought I thought of thinking of thanking you

Another one with th sound. Oh, yes, it has to do with (=c'est ne rapport avec) basketball. I don't know if you like basketball

I love it. He threw three free throws

He threw three

free throws

in French: "lancer franc" he threw

three free throws

God! pretty good so far. What do you think? I'm trying my best (=je fais de mon mieux)

I've got a romantic one. Are you romantic? I'm not that romantic

Okay, it's about love. Oh love is a feeling you feel when you feel you're going to feel the feeling you've never felt before

This is poetry (=c'est de la poesie!)

Let me do it again (=je recommence)

Love is a feeling you feel when you feel you're going to feel the feeling you've never felt before

Love is a feeling you feel when you feel you're going to feel the love

You've never felt before and I don't even have to read it (même pas besoin de le lire)

All right, mmmhhh

Now brace yourselves (accrochez vous!) and

You're ready. We're going to do tongue twisters with the our sound and the R sound is hard

This is this one is really difficult

Real weird rear wheels real weird rear wheels real weird rear wheels

Holy cow

Can you hear the dog there's this is a dog barking (=un chein qui aboie) he's not happy with me

Yeah, shut up

Okay, I'm working here

It's not my dog. Okay, it's just a random dog. And

Okay, let's get back to it real weird rear wheels

real weird rear wheels real weird rear wheels

What do you reckon? (qu'est- ce que vous en dites?) Good?

Thank you, right there's another one with R sound round and round the wreck Rock the ragged rascal ran

Round and round the rugged Rock the ragged rascal ran

Hard one, isn't it? So yeah, keep practicing keep practicing (=continuez à vous entraîner) keep pushing. You know, it's good practice

Let's

Okay. Yeah, I've got two more. I've got two more

There's one with the the W sound W if two witches would watch two watches which which would watch which watch

I got it (=j'y arrive) if two witches would watch two watches which which would watch which what?

Can you do it? Let me do it slowly if two witches would watch two watches

Which witch?

Would watch which watch?

hmm

Okay, and another one, a final one, if you don't mind (=si cela ne vous dérange pas) would be

Where is it?

Where is it? Oh, yeah. It's a funny one. It's a funny one

It's it's you know these tongue twisters that you have to repeat all over again and you you get mixed up (=vous vous emmelez les pinceaux)

At some point (= à un moment) it says red blood

green blood red blood green blood

green blood

red blood green blood red blood green blood red blood green

you see?

red blood green blood red blood green blog learn

It's just impossible

Red blood green blood red blood green brought red blonde great you end up saying blog blog blog blood

Which is part of the fun (=ce qui rend la chose amusante) red blood dream blood red blood green blood red blood green blood red blood green blood

It's okay, if you say it slow. So yeah

as I said earlier (=comme je le disais tout à l'heure) , don't try to

To talk too fast. You're not going to improve (=progresser)

however (=cependant), if you speak slow and you try to apply yourself (=s'appliquer) and you know try to

Speak as

clearly as you can, then (=alors) you will improve so I hope you liked it and thank you for watching

I hope it wasn't too boring or too long or I don't know if you liked this video

Leave a thumbs up share the video. Leave me a comment

Ask me for more tongue twisters. I can do another video like this. Thank you so much. I'll leave it there for today. Bye

Bye Cheers

Ruby Slippers conservation is complete - Duration: 2:58.

Hi. I'm Don Wallace I'm an objects conservator here at the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History.

And I had the privilege of working on the Ruby Slippers project.

[Upbeat music]

The most memorable part of working on this project was being able to

look at every sequin and every bead under the microscope.

It seems a little tedious but I find that when you see something under the microscope

you can really start seeing the evidence of its use.

Every sequin is different, every bead is different.

You can also see the stitching.

Everything was hand-stitched on the bows, on the shoes, and the sequins. So you can see that really human touch.

Now the shoes are 80 years old actually this year.

And they have a lot of wear from being danced and worn during the filming.

The Smithsonian's pair of shoes are very special in that we have orange felt on the bottom

and this felt would have been used in dancing and walking scenes

so that you wouldn't have the echo on the Yellow Brick Road in the plywood sets.

So a lot of our conservation work was addressing the structural stability of the shoes themselves

and the various sequins and beads that adorn them.

So the sequins are aligned in bias rows that go

around the shoe and it makes this really nice, sleek appearance

So what we did was sequin by sequin, we would look at them, clean off surface dirt using a small plastic pipette attached to a vacuum cleaner, and a soft brush.

Now once the sequin was clean, we would look at the thread.

Was it strong enough? Was it in threat of breaking? And, if needed to, we would stabilize and strengthen the thread.

The other thing we would do is that the sequins, if they had been flipped or misaligned,

we would then use tweezers covered in Teflon tape to put them back into that proper alignment.

We did not add any sequins, we did not re-paint any segments or add any beads back.

The shoes are 80 years old and we really want to retain that history of their use.

[thoughtful music]

[off camera] Will you miss them?

I am very much going to miss having the shoes in the lab. I enjoy looking at them under the microscope, being able to pull them out of their box.

Um, it's going to be really hard to let them go, but I'm also really excited to share them with everyone else

to put them back on display so that the public can enjoy them as I have during this project.

And none of this would have been possible if it wasn't for the Kickstarter project and backers like you.

САМОДЕЛЬНАЯ ХИЩНАЯ БЛЕСНА.Уловистая блесна из трубки своими руками на судака,щуку,окуня - Duration: 7:10.

Hello everyone, I will show you how I make spinners to catch a predator

Sudak, perch and pike

For winter fishing

For this, I took two copper tubes

one 6 millimeters

second 10 mm

Размеры блесн будут 3.5 и 5 сантиметров

I make two slices, one for 30, the other for 45 degrees

In other videos, no one shows how to make these cuts, I do so

I took two lines, one with degrees, the second is simple

there is a center, 90 degrees

I attach this line to the top

and here 30

Fixed, finger

put to the butt

And I look from the top, so what would this line

90 degrees, was on the left side of the tube

I measure 3.5 centimeters

and also make a 45 degree cut

I make cuts towards this side and this side.

I have such blanks

I take the sandpaper 120 grit

start spinning sandals

I change to 240 grit

Now I polish with felt circle with GOI paste

Spinners polished

now I make holes

from this side, where 30 degrees

need to zernit

no easy task

about the center

it will be possible then to drill slightly to the left side

Drill bit i use 2.5 millimeter

In the drill, the drill clamped about a centimeter so that the drill would not lead or break

this is my normal came out

center hole

and here comes a little offset

Now I will fix with a larger diameter drill

Well, I drill

and do not throw away

she will then find the center herself

turned out so to speak a whistle for zander

EXPERIMENT: I decided to coat one zinc with zinc coating, then make brass

so galvanized out

so, now it's time to heat this thing

Now polish the felt circle, check the result

Guys i don't know the camera will give whether

look, the spinners are covered in a thin layer of brass

I think there should be a difference

turns zinc with copper, when heated gives brass

really very thin layer

well, for the first time

Well degrease the spinners and varnishing

I use this kind of varnish, it dries in 15 minutes

I will put in two layers

15-20 minutes dry up, then again

Here, where 45 degrees on the spoon, I hook the hook

hooked on a leash 10mm lure

so she is hanging

I got a bottle of 20 liters, now I'll check the spinners game

I understand that the density of the water is not the same, and all things ... but I will check it anyway

now she will break me a bottle

from she rushes to the side, now I will try even thinner minnow

picked up a small, winding ring, I did not cling here

just near the hook

check

it turns out when undermining the lure lies horizontally, then gently lowers

sometimes draws a figure eight

waiting for the first ice, we now have a slush

The weather is not flying, waiting for the ice

as soon as I will, I will immediately try the spinners

how I caught them will be in the description of the video, and in the intro of course

Guys who liked the video, put like

Subscribing to the channel, who is not subscribed, spinners will definitely catch

Bye Bye :)

ON MANGE QUOI CE SOIR ? EP06 - Duration: 2:50.

Hello everyone and welcome in this new episode of On mange quoi ce soir?

This week I've decided to talk about the carott cake because

we are approaching Christmas and also because is a tradiotional cake from

United Kingdom and the United States and also because is more and more popular in France.

The use of carrots in a sweet cake preparation may seem a little

bit strange, however we use vegetables in the pastry since

the middle ages. According to historians we find the first written carrot cake recipes at this time.

Indeed, at that time the carrot cake was very popular pudding,

made with carrots, marrow, and rose flavored water and

covered with a puff pastry.

But let's back to the United Kingdom because that's where

the most popular version is coming from in.

Even if it's a pretty old recipe carrot cake really knew his

apogee during the WWII; indeed at that time the

rationing is unfortunately required and carrots become a

substitute of sugar Therefore it's more and more used

in the kitchen as well in pastry like his cousin the beetroot.

Beetroot that we find by the way in another very popular cake

in the United States: the red velvet cake

It's funny to notice that despite the huge amount of butter and oil

in this cake it was however considered as healthy food

due to the presence of vegetables. Note also that originally this cake had a very simple icing

with white eggs and icing sugar

but with his arrival in the United States and the great popularity he knew there

we found in recipes the favourite American food: the cream cheese

The advantage of the carrot cake is that it is very simple

to bake, also very fast with ingredients you can find everywhere and I

really recommend a carrot cake for Christmas because it's different than yule log

By the way, I did put the link of my recipe which has been tested and approved in the description of the video.

The procedure is quite simple: On a side you mix the eggs the oil and

sugar until it's well lathered On the other hand you mix

all the ingredients that are rather dry like flour, baking soda, and spices

and then in a third time you will add to this

mix, grated carrots, nuts, everything you found and everything fancy.

Important thing : do not beat too much

the preparation because we often want do it but that removes all

bubbles present in the dough and these bubbles bring both the

flavor and the mellow to the preparation.

Once everything is well incorporated do not not worry and everything will be fine.

I hope you enjoyed this new episode of On mange quoi ce soir ?

and see you soon

VRAIE APPARITION DE JESUS ... JESUS APPARAIT SUR UNE HOSTIE EN INDE - eucharistie-visage de Jésus - Duration: 2:49.

Chirattakonam in 2001, obviously

I pronounce badly that I do not speak Indonesian ...

This Eucharistic miracle was recognized May 5, 2001 in Trivandrum, India ...

In the Host, we can see an image of a man like that of Christ

Crown of thorns ... To this day the Host is still

preserved in the church ... The pastor of the church where this miracle

Eucharistic arrived said the following: ...

April 28, 2001, in St. Mary's Church at 8:49, I take the Blessed Sacrament

in the monstrance, for the worship of the people. After a while, I saw what

seemed to be 3 points on the Holy Host, then I stopped praying and I

looked at the monstrance and also invite the faithful to admire the 3 points.

So, I asked the faithful to continue to pray and keep

the monstrance in the tabernacle ...

On Saturday morning, May 5, 2001, I opened the church

for the liturgical celebration, as usual

I'm wearing a dress and I went to tabernacle to see what was

to arrive at the Eucharist ...

Immediately, I noticed in the Host, a figure similar to human face ...

I was so touched deep in my heart, that I asked the faithful to

put on one knee and start praying ... I saw the face of Jesus Christ on

the Host but maybe I was the only to see him ...

So I asked a man who was there, this that he saw, he said to me, "I see the

figure of a man "...

I noticed then that another faithful was completely stunned the

gaze fixed on the monstrance ...

We started worshiping and the more minutes passed, the bigger the picture

was becoming obvious ...

I did not have the courage to say what whatever and I started to cry ...

In Adoration, we read a passage of writing, the readings of the day were

the gospel of St. John chapter 20, which tells the story when Jesus is

appeared at St. Thomas and asked him to check his injuries ...

During my homily, I could only say that

a few words and as I had to go, immediately, to another church, to

side to celebrate Mass. I immediately summoned a photographer ...

to capture the images and the Holy Eucharist ...

After 2 hours, all the pictures were taken,

and the more time passes, the more the faces of each photo become more and more

sharper ...

And we just fell in love with the people, the hospitality, the crew base, the

locations are spectacular and it really brought this movie to life and I can't

imagine filming this movie anywhere else. The crews are just really great

blue-collar just salt of the earth people, very talented and there was a lot

to choose from. And then you know they showed us around and found all these

beautiful locations so we felt like they just really adopted us into the

community and it became our home away from home. So you know it's the first

time I filmed away from my home state of Alabama and absolutely I would film here

notre eau ne doit être utilisée qu'à des fins agricoles ;

- We are in the office of UPlus Group.

So, I'm so glad I came to meet you, Melina.

And thank you for accepting the invitation.

- [Melina] Thank you. - And we are going to talk

about a great project, I think,

that makes sense for our French clients because it's,

the price point is very low.

I think it's $69,000

for a unit.

So we are gonna talk more deep about this project,

which is located between the Orlando park,

Disney World and everything,

and Orlando.

- Yes. - So, Kissimmee,

and it's very well located, and it's very cheap.

So that's why we decided to promote your projects.

So, maybe you can tell us a little bit more

about the group behind it, and we go from there.

- Okay, yes, we are UPlus Group.

We develop GreenPoint Hotels.

It's a hotel chain which we are very proud of.

For now, we have three hotels.

GreenPoint Essential is the one we're about to finish.

It's still under construction and it's the one

which we offer a really low price.

It's $69,500 for the Model A,

which is the one we have left.

So, what's very different about us it's

our design, we're a very modern hotel.

We don't have carpets in the bedrooms.

We don't have curtains in the bathroom.

So, that's pretty much the essence of our design.

People really like that.

The opportunity here is to buy a unit,

a condo hotel unit.

Each unit has a deed,

so the owner can sell their unit whenever they want.

It's not like a timeshare, I get that question a lot.

In a timeshare, you share the ownership with other people,

and you just have a percentage.

But here, the great thing is you have a deed

and you're owner of that unit.

So it's like a condominium, but it works as a hotel.

GreenPoint Hotel Management is the one

that manages the hotel,

and the good thing about this is you don't have

to take care of any expense

or any problem that the property might have.

When you buy an apartment, for instance, Miami,

you have to be worried about if the A/C breaks,

or if you have a problem, and you have to take care of it.

Here, the management takes care of it, and expenses,

so you just receive your net profit every three months.

- Every three months, okay. - [Melina] Yes.

- The construction will be done in

the next couple of months?

- [Melina] Yeah, we're in the last instance

of the construction. - Okay.

- It's estimated to be finished by

the first quarter of 2019.

The opportunity we still offer is the lease-back program,

which means you get a full year

with an 8% annual fixed net income.

That's a really good opportunity for investors

who still enter the project during the pre-construction

and construction instance. - [Interviewer] Great.

- After that, the management is pool style,

so costs and benefits are distributed

in percentages corresponding to the square footage

of each owner.

So it depends on the performance of the hotel.

- Okay, so basically, it does not depend

on one particular unit,

but on the whole-- - [Melina] Exactly.

- I think it's like 204 rooms. - [Melina] 204 rooms,

in Essential, so-- - It is split between all--

- [Melina] Yes. - All together, okay.

So for the model,

I think the Model "A" is the one that is left.

- [Melina] Yes. - So can we take a look

at this one, I think it's,

how many square feet for this model?

- [Melina] It's 217.

- 217 square feet.

The approximate rent, I don't know

if we can have some numbers already.

Depends on the high and low season, of course.

- Yes, hotels work a lot regarding seasons.

So it depends on the month, that's why the rent,

once it is pool style, it will vary.

- It varies all the time. - Depending on the season.

- [Interviewer] On the season. - But we consider

the draw annually, but you get it every three months.

We send the investors a profit and loss report

every three months,

just a few days before they get their rent.

So, our hotel, besides their design, their modern design

which people really love,

because they don't get the dirty carpets on the floor,

they don't get the bathroom curtains stuck

while they take a bath.

It's all about being

simple, and clean, and minimal, and modern.

We also have strategic partnerships

which help us provide value to our clients.

For instance, we use Tempur-Pedic mattresses,

and we offer Nespresso coffees.

So, we have different hotels.

We have three, and each targets different audiences.

For instance, the one we have in Doral, in Miami,

is considered for extended stays,

so they are big units with kitchen and with a couch,

and where people can stay for longer periods of time.

All of our hotels have a breakfast area,

and the one in Kissimmee, which is already operating

and is just half a mile away from GreenPoint Essential,

has a gym, a coffee place,

we're going to build a playground soon.

It has a living room area and a kids' area

with toys.

They have an ATM, 24 hour mini-market,

microwave, refrigerator, and a security box.

The one in Essential is just a half a mile away

from that one, and it targets a different audience.

It's mostly thought for people who spend

a whole day in the parks, and don't want to pay extra

for those things they are not going to use.

So, Essential provides the essential.

So, you just get the room, a pretty modern room,

and then you can have food from the mini-market,

and it's going to have a pool as well.

But, yes, it's considered for someone who don't want

to waste their money on things they

are not going to use. - Okay.

- They all have free parking, as well.

And, so this is the brand positioning.

- [Interviewer] Okay, so GreenPoint is--

- [Melina] GreenPoint Essential is a low-cost--

- It's a growing brand, hotel brand?

- Oh yes, yes.

Yeah, that's the good thing about this.

People are going to benefit from it

because when you buy a unit in GreenPoint,

you get weeks of use.

- I think it's four weeks, right?

- Yeah, if you buy in GreenPoint Essential,

you get four weeks to use.

Two in low season and two in high season.

- Okay. - But you can exchange it

with other locations of GreenPoint.

- Okay, okay. - So if you're not going

to spend four whole weeks in Orlando, for instance,

per year, you can use it in Doral, in Miami.

- [Interviewer] That's a great benefit.

- Or in the other hotel, yes.

- [Interviewer] Or in the other hotels.

- It's a great benefit, and it's going to be even better

once we continue growing

and expand to other cities or states,

or even in another country someday.

- [Interviewer] I'm excited-- - Yes. (laughs)

- To see the future of this company.

We are going to talk about location,

about the specific projects.

It's 15 minutes away by car

from Orlando park,

am I correct? - It's about a 15,

20 minute ride to both Universal

and Disney parks, yes.

So it's a really convenient location.

Most of our guests that stay at the hotel are going

to visit the parks. - Yeah, I think there are

a lot of, millions, how many million tourists?

- Well, only last year,

2017,

they received 72 million people.

- [Interviewer] That's huge. - Which is, yeah, they were

the first city in the US to receive more than 70 million.

And the numbers are still rising,

so it's a perfect location for a hotel.

That's why our occupancy levels

are also really, really high.

- Yeah. - GreenPoint Kissimmee opened

less than a year ago,

and we are about the average occupancy in the area,

so it's doing really good.

- [Interviewer] It's doing great, yeah.

- And this one, this is GreenPoint Kissimmee.

It has 200 rooms, half a mile away

from the one we are selling.

It's doing really, really good.

- [Interviewer] This one's already sold out, right?

- [Melina] This one's sold out,

and it's about to have the one-year anniversary soon.

- [Interviewer] Okay, soon. - [Melina] Yes.

And the good thing about this

is we started paying profit to our investors

the first quarter. - Okay.

- And that's not common.

Sometimes a hotel which is starting to function,

it takes

about a year

to give benefits,

so, yeah, we're doing really good.

Our occupancy levels are good.

Our reviews are good, people love it there.

- [Interviewer] It's very near from the project

that we are talking about today.

- [Melina] Just half a mile away, you can walk there.

- [Interviewer] That is very near.

- [Melina] Yes, so if you ever visit the construction site

in Essential, you can then go look at Kissimmee

and see how it's going to look like, because it's--

- You can compare for the people that are reluctant to buy,

they can see Kissimmee.

- Yeah, they can go visit the hotel that is doing great,

it's already functioning, and it looks really pretty.

And you can see the people there enjoying their stay.

- That's great, so that they can compare

and see what it will look like.

- Yes, because it's going to look pretty much the same.

It's going to have the same aesthetic,

and the same furnishings.

So yeah, we're expecting for Essential

to work as good as Kissimmee did.

They are on the same avenue, so, yeah.

The projections

are really

based in Kissimmee's

performance so far.

So this is one of our rooms in Kissimmee.

You see the modern style, the minimal style.

- [Interviewer] That's nice. - [Melina] Yes.

So, the hard floors are really something

that you don't see often here in America.

So,

yes.

- [Interviewer] $69,000 is very cheap, is very low price.

- [Melina] Yes, this one is the one in Essential.

- I think our clients are going to love it.

I think it's a great project to promote.

So, thank you so much--

- [Melina] Thank you. - For taking your time

to explain about this whole project,

and we'll keep each other posted for everything going on.

I'm sure we'll do great with this project.

Thank you, thank you Melina. - Thank you.

Thank you.

🌡3 Juices Clinically Proven To Lower High Blood Pressure & Hypertension - Duration: 5:05.

Hi, it's Dr Sam Robbins,

As I've stated before, nature already has most of the solutions to health problems,

NOT the pharmaceutical companies.

And if you want to lower high blood pressure, there are 3 juices that are clinically proven

to lower hypertension.

And that's what you'll discover today.

Pomegranate Juice I really like pomegranates, they taste great

and have a lot of benefits due to their antioxidants.

I personally like the whole fruit, but it is messy to eat since you have to pick apart

each of the little individual pomegranate seeds.

So, you better not be wearing anything white, because the stuff does stain.

However, if you'd like to bypass it all, having 1 cup daily, of pomegranate juice for

28 days (4 weeks) can quickly lower your blood pressure.

A study reveals "a significant fall in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as mean

arterial pressure."1

And if you don't want to deal with the sugar and calories, you can just take Pomegranate

Extract (5:1 ratio) in a natural, supplement form.

And at the end of this video.

I'll let you know where you get and the best form.

Watermelon Juice Watermelon contains an amino acid called citrulline

(similar to arginine), which helps the body to produce nitric oxide, a gas that relaxes

blood vessels and encourages flexibility in arteries.

These effects aid the flow of blood, which can lower high blood pressure.2

An increase in nitric oxide can also help improve erection strength, short term

You'll need about 2 cups of watermelons or 1 cup of the juice, 2-3x daily, to get

these positive effects.

Beet Juice Drinking 1 cup of beet juice daily for 28

days (4 weeks) can help reduce blood pressure in the short and long term.3 Researchers believe

that the beet's high levels of inorganic nitrates, causes the reduction of blood pressure.

One thing I'd like to pre-warn you about -- don't be alarmed if your urine is pinkish

or light red in color - beets will do that.

Hawthorn Berry Juice

I have a "bonus" fruit juice which also helps lower blood pressure and that's Hawthorn

Berries.

I call this a "bonus" juice because finding actual Hawthorn berries is a bit of a challenge.

However, the actual juice is really difficult to find, which is unfortunate because it's

really powerful at lowering blood pressure.

This is because Hawthorn Berries contain antioxidant flavonoids, such as vitexin, which are used

to lower high blood pressure

relieve angina (chest pain caused by reduced blood flow)

improve heart pump efficiency reduce abnormal heart rhythms

as well as reducing stress related hypertension.

Hawthorn is believed to reduce blood pressure by relaxing peripheral blood vessels and dilating

arteries in the same way as ACE inhibitor, antihypertensive drugs – by blocking the

action of ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme).

Hawthorn may also increase levels of nitric oxide (a powerful blood vessel dilator) … And

it also has a mild diuretic action, which decreases fluid retention and helps lower

blood pressure.

Its antioxidant action may also reduce hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis).

As you can see, it has lots of heart-healthy benefits, in addition to lowering high blood

pressure.

Unfortunately, the main problem is that it's really difficult to get Hawthorn berries.

However, using Hawthorn berry extract in a supplement form, is just as effective, much

easier and cheaper to use.

Plus, it has no sugar or calories.

NO Sugar & NO Calorie Option

NOTE: I would like to conclude by saying that I'm not a fan of drinking fruit juice.

Even if it is natural, that's not how it's found in nature.

It has too many calories and sugars.

Whole fruit is much better than drinking only the juice.

Unfortunately, you'll have the eat a lot more fruit, to get the same benefits in a

concentrated fruit juice.

However, you can take natural supplement extracts of different fruits and vegetables, which

are all clinically proven to lower blood pressure.

It's a lot easy, more convenient and cheaper.

Plus, no sugar or calories.

And below in the description area, you can click a link and see a list of the most effective

natural vitamins, minerals, herbal and fruit extracts, which are proven to lower high blood

pressure.

So please take a look right now, below, while it's fresh on your mind...

That's it for today!

I hope this video gave you more clarity.

If you found it helpful, please give it a thumbs up.

As always, thanks for listening and have a happy and healthy life.

Top 10 Scary British Mysteries - Duration: 10:20.

Hey everyone, welcome to a potential new series on this channel.

Its going to be a bit like our Urban Legends videos but focusing on mysteries.

Every country has unsolved mysteries which have remained so for years, decades or even

centuries.

Hundreds or even thousands of people have tried to solve them - but nobody has got the

answers.

Lets see what your brain makes of them, also, some of them are a bit disturbing.

My name is Danny Burke and this is the Top 10 Scary British Mysteries.

Starting off at number 10 we have Who put Bella in the Wych Elm?[a] Those are the words

that first appeared in graffiti in 1944 in Birmingham.

They might sounds like nonsense to you but they were referencing a murder.

The year before, 4 boys in the town of Hagley discovered the body of a woman in the trunk

of a wych elm.

Police estimate she had been killed and put there 3 years before.

The woman was never identified - but the graffiti - the creepy question of Who Put Bella in

the Wych Elm - that kept appearing.

It seemed that whoever started writing the message had knowledge about the case or may

have even been the one who killed the woman - presumed to be called Bella.

In the decades since then, there have been a number of theories about who killed Bella

- some say she was the victim of witchcraft, and that her severed hand was proof of a dark

ritual called the Hand of Glory.

Either way, it seems that someone was once out there who knew what really happened, and

wanted to get people to investigate by writing that one creepy question everywhere they could

Moving on to number 9 we have The Solway Spaceman[b].

This one used to creep me out a lot as a kid.

I was fascinated by it.

Perhaps some of you guys watching are about the same age as I was when I discovered this

so Im happy to pass it on to the next generation.

The Solway Spaceman is a mysterious picture taken in 1964 by Jim Templeton in Cumbria,

England.

Jim took a picture of his 5 year old daughter but to his surprise, when he got the picture

developed there appeared to be a figure in a space suit in the background.

Jim insisted that he did not see anyone around them when the picture was taken.

It didnt take long for people to start talking about aliens or time travellers.

These theories only grew louder when Jim claims two men who said they were from the government

visited him but refused to show any ID but demanded he showed them where the picture

was taken.

In the years since then, some have said that the spaceman is nothing more than a view of

Jims wife from behind, her dress appearing white from overexposure.

Read a full article if you like this, really interesting story …

Moving on to number 8 now we have the Suicidal Dogs[c].

For anyone whos been watching the channel for a few years now, this one may be familiar.

Over the past 50 years, about 50 dogs have fallen about 50ft from Overtoun Bridge in

Scotland.

They werent pushed, they werent chased - theyve just thrown themself off - and nobody knows

why this keeps happening.

All of these dog suicides happen at the same spot, just before the final two parapets on

the right hand side of the bridge.

It almost always happens on clear sunny days and all of the dogs were long nosed breeds

such as labradors, collies and retrievers.

A few of the dogs survived, if they were humans you could ask what came over them - bit more

difficult with dogs.

Rumours that overtoun bridge and the nearby overtoun house being haunted have only grown

stronger and some say the dogs are picking up on an energy that is beyond human comprehension.

In any case, its an absolute mystery.

Next up at number 7 we have Madeleine McCann[d].

This will be a name familiar to most people from the UK.

Madeleine was a 3 year old girl who went missing on May 3rd 2007 while on a family trip in

Portugals Praia da Luz.

Her parents were dining with friends in a Tapas bar just round the corner and the group

had regularly checked on their kids.

Maddie was reported missing at 10PM, her brothers and sister who were 1 year old twins were

found sleeping safely in the apartment.

Its been over 11 years since then and so far theories have ranged from botched burglarys,

being stolen by predators or even sold to a rich family in the middle east.

Both the British and Portuguese continue their investigations to this day.

Moving on to number 6 we have Britains Roswell.

Thats the nickname thats been given to a bizarre incident that took place in 1980 in Suffolk.

Locals in Rendlesham forest reported strange lights in the area.

At first people dismissed it but then even US military who were stationed there reported

seeing flying lights in the sky that lowered into the woods and sent cattle into a state

of frezny.

When they got to the spot where the lights appeared to land, they found only burn marks

on the ground.

One of the American officials who witnessed the event was Colonel Charles Halt.

He reported the sightings to the Ministry of Defence - when they didnt appear to make

any efforts to investigate, he accused both the US and UK of having agents cover up the

whole event.

To this day, no official explanation has been given for Britains Roswell.

Coming in at number 5 we have The Hairy Hands of Devon.

This one comes from the 1920s in Devon - a time when locals swore there were a roaming

pair of hairy hands in the area.

This is perhaps the strangest one on here.

Back then, there was a strange surge of fatal and serious crashes on a stretch of road that

travels through a desolate patch of Dartmoor.

Some of the crashes were fatal but from the survivors came a strange tale - many of them

said a pair of rough, hairy hands appeared out of nowhere, grabbed their steering wheel

and smashes their cars into a ditch.

Police investigated the road and found that it was a problem with its surface.

Others werent convinced and said theyd never had any problems with the road either before

or after the hairy hands incident - so what exactly happened?

Moving on to number 4 we have The Loch Ness Monster[e].

This has to make the cut.

Whether or not you believe an ancient reptilian creature lurks the waters of Loch Ness in

Scotland - there is still a lot of mystery surrounding its many sightings.

Going back over 1,400 years ago, Saint Columba was said to have rescued a man from suffering

a brutal attack from a water beast in the River Ness.

This story seemed to bubble under the surface for hundreds of years but in 1933, after a

number of sightings, people began to refer to the beast as The Loch Ness Monster.

In 1934, Robert Kenneth Wilson published a photograph of what people claimed to be proof

of Nessie - the picture showed a creature with dinosaur like features with a long neck

and a small head.

The picture was later found to be a hoax but the legend itself has never died down - becoming

an international phenomenon.

Like I said at the start, even if you don't think the Loch Ness Monster is real, all these

sightings over the years require some sort of explanation …

Moving on to number 3 we have Jill Dando[f].

In 1999, Jill Dando was a prime time TV journalist famous across the UK.

She was shot at after arriving home in Fullham, West London at 11:30 am on April 26th 1999.

She had just put her key in the lock when someone grabbed her from behind.

The killer held her with his right arm, forced her to the ground and fired a single gun shot

through her left temple in what police described as a professional style execution.

The following year, police arrested a Barry George who lived nearby to Jills house.

He was convicted and jailed for life but eventually won an appeal against conviction in 2007.

Since then, Police have been exploring a number of different leads including a jealous ex

boyfriend, eastern europe assassins, mistaken identity or perhaps the fact that she worked

on crimewatch - a show that exposed criminals to a national audience.

Either way, its been 19 years and counting but there are still shadows of doubt over

the case.

Moving on to number 2 now we have The Highgate Vampire[g].

This one comes from North London where Highgate Cemetery is said to have been been home to

an actual vampire during the 1960s - some of you may just dismiss that as an urban legend

but a vampire is perhaps the only explanation for this mystery, no matter how far fetched

it seems.

Back then, a group of young people who were interested in the occult began roaming the

overgrown cemetery.

On December 21st 1969, one of the group, David Farrant, spent the night there.

What happened on that night remained a mystery for 2 months - but David couldn't hold it

back any more.

On December 21st 1969, he wrote a letter to his local paper saying he had seen a supernatural

grey figure.

Other people began to speak up and say they had seen a figure too - a tall man wearing

a hat, a ghostly cyclics and a figure wading out into a pond.

There were too many sightings to dismiss.

A man called Sean Manchester put forward the theory that a King Vampire of the Undead was

practicing black magic there.

Some of you may dismiss that as ridiculous, but so far its the best theory for explaining

the mysterious sightings.

And finally at number 1 we have Jack the Ripper[h].

Some of you may have seen this coming a mile off.

Its a story that has become famous across the world.

From August to November 1888, a killer murdered and butchered at least 5 prostitutes in Londons

whitechapel area.

They were all killed with a cut to the throat and all had their abdomens mutilated - some

even had their internal organs removed.

The police recieved one letter claiming to be from the killer - he referred to himself

as Jack the Ripper and the name stuck with the public.

All police had to go on was the fact that due to the killers precise removal of organs,

he may have had surgical knowledge.

When the killings stopped, the police investigation eventually went cold - now the mystery is

left in the hand of modern day researchers, and many of them have their theories on the

rippers identity.

Alright, those were some mysteries produced by Britain - what country shall we look at

next?

I feel like America might be too easy - I could do that one next though if you want?

Also, I hope you guys are checking out our live stream marathons at the weekend where

we play some of our series for as long as you can watch them - keep an eye out for them,

thanks for watching as always, my name is Danny Burke and Ill see you all in the next

video!

DIY Holiday Centerpiece | Vlogmas 2018 Day Six - Duration: 7:32.

on the sixth day of vlogmas my true friend gave to me

a do-it-yourself centerpiece for your dining room table you're welcome in the

description box below I am going to leave a link to this free printout and

I'm going to cut this and actually attach it to this galvanized bucket all

right I got that bucket yesterday for seven dollars it was half-price and then

I picked up some sprigs this tree I think was think five dollars maybe and

some more sprigs here and I'm going to use some Mod Podge and these guys to do

a little centerpiece so let's see let's see how it goes first thing when I do is

cut this to fit on my size bucket and you know just obviously fit it to the

size that you have so let's get started so the first thing I'm going to do is

put some Mod Podge on the back of this bucket and then attach my tree farm sign

to it

going for the rustic look okay this is with one coat of Mod Podge I'm kind of

feeling impressed with myself so far so far so good now I'm gonna do the other

side side two is complete honestly not hard so I've done both sides of this

bucket and now I'm just gonna let it dry I am placing a second coat of the Mod

Podge over the first coat the first coat dried I would say in about 5-10 minutes

so not bad and I'll just put another coat on this tree farm sign and then

we're gonna be ready to do the centerpiece which I'm so excited about

hey so my bucket has dried this is what it looks like on both sides I have never

bought this before but I think this is what you need to stick artificial sprigs

in so where I'm going to distribute this in the base of this bucket I also have a

mug then I'm going to stick this Christmas tree in I have to obviously

fluff it up and then I'm gonna just stick these sprigs in around it so I'm

probably gonna show you the finished product but I wanted you to see what

supplies I had and it wasn't that expensive I got everything at least half

off these sprigs were the most expensive they were $5 each

but I like how full they are because I can really kind of open them up but

these were only two dollars each these over here with the pinecones this tree

this tree right here I believe is like four dollars there might have been 350 I

mean it was it was inexpensive I know it looks horrible now but I promise or I

hope it will look better so this is going to be my attempt and a DIY for my

dining room table and in a flash it's going to look

remarkable cross your fingers you can do this too just wanted to show you I ended

up at Hobby Lobby buying three of these napkins they were $2.99 originally I got

them down to a dollar each I am going to stick these on my dining room table

somehow in a pattern uh I don't have a holiday runner but this is a runner I

have had so I flipped it over and I'm going to use the backside because that's

just the way I am and I also picked up two more of those trees at Hobby Lobby

and I just put them in galvanized buckets believe these buckets I can tell

you the price all right so these buckets were down to 350 each so I got two of

those again these were about four dollars each or 350 free to the trees

and I'm going to show you the final product in just a second

well guys here it is I am pretty excited about my DIY for my centerpiece that I

did by myself I have those two galvanized trees on either side of the

centerpiece I just laid out the napkins s so I am NOT a decorator but I'm all

about this buffalo plaid and I know everybody's about this buffalo plaid

this year but this is what it looks like on this side and honestly it looks

pretty much the same on the other

if you attempt a DIY centerpiece similar to this or kind of unique to your own

let me know in the comments below it really wasn't that hard I think when all

was said and done maybe it took me an hour tops and that's with including

letting the tree farm sign dry but other than that it was really easy and it

didn't cost too much and the reality is I made this so it's kind of more fun so

thank you guys so much for watching so you can see behind me I just completed

my centerpiece I'm pretty excited about it

not too hard and I'm going to leave the principal down principle printable I'm

going to leave the print a ball down below so if you want to do this and

print it off at home and create your own DIY whatever go ahead

happy December 6 I hope you really enjoyed today's DIY of this easy

centerpiece I made for my home this year and for today's act of kindness I would

encourage you to make coffee or tea for a loved one that's what I'd like you to

do today I'm gonna do that it's a very easy act of kindness and I know that the

receiver will be light have a great day I'll see you tomorrow my next vlog in

this video bye guys get crafty

Actors Living in Atlanta - Advice for First Time Film Makers - Producers and Executive Producers - Duration: 6:13.

On this episode of pitch Chris, I'm gonna talk to you guys about if you're an actor

Where is the best place to live inside Atlanta? if you're a first-time filmmaker and you have no money and no

contacts where do you go? and

What in the world is the difference between a producer and an executive producer?

Hi and welcome to episode

11 of pitch Chris where you guys ask me questions about the entertainment business and I'm gonna answer them for you. To ask me a

question

Find me on social media at Chris DeBlasio

Hashtag PitchChris and I'll be happy to answer the questions that you have. This first question comes from Ben

Let's see what Ben has to say. Hi. My name is Ben

I'm an actor who is planning on moving to Atlanta in a few months to pursue my acting career professionally

my question is what is a good place to move in Atlanta in regards to the film industry? and

Also, what's a good way to network?

get connections with

fellow actors filmmakers and also agents

Thank you

Hey Ben, that was a great question. And we're happy to have you come into Atlanta

So there's a couple of things that you're going to know and there's two major things ITP & OTP what

is that? know inside the perimeter which is

Everything that's inside

Atlanta so it's gonna be more city life more cluster together

And then outside the perimeter

Which is more of the country life

I guess you could say the farther out you go the more space you're gonna have so it really depends on your preference of living

I do know however that Midtown a lot of creatives are clustered around Midtown

So that might be a good area Ponce Market is a good area to live around if you want to be around creatives

So those are the two things you gotta know but one of the most important things

Traffic no matter where you go in Atlanta. I love Atlanta, but you are going to find traffic

So it's very similar to the 405. Have you ever spent time out in LA?

But but yeah, the traffic is something that you definitely want to take in mind wherever you live

The second part of your question is about networking

So there's a couple of things out here a lot of great organizations like the GPP, Georgia production partners

They'll be able to connect you they have

Quarterly events and and sometimes monthly events that you can attend

You want to get to know about the Atlanta Film Festival, which happens every year out here?

It will connect you with a lot of people in the business that are locally out here

So hope that helps we look forward to having you come here to Atlanta, Georgia

Hello Chris and Atlanta as well. This is Jay Alexander with day in the life of Jay Alexander

Also, this is PitchChris and this is a question for you as well

being in the industry

For several years. I've been in the entertainment industry as well

Now that I have my film and production company, what would be the best way of getting funding for that particular company?

Sir, hey, Jay. Thanks for your question

so the funding question, so there is a lot of different answers to

This question because there's a lot of different ways. You can source funding so I'm gonna start with one in particular

Let's say that you absolutely have no connections. You have no banking connections, investor connections, whatever it may be

Start with yourself

What money can you come up with to get this thing going? Now, the thing is is look around

Maybe your house right? There might be some certain things that you haven't used in a while

What about that treadmill that's sitting in your basement. They haven't used in a long time, right?

Start with that you go on Craigslist start selling things speaking about Craigslist. Another thing that people don't really know is

Craigslist has a whole FREE Section. People actually are giving away stuff

For free that if you go on and you can you pick up that stuff you can then go on

Facebook and then sell those products on

Facebook and start raising money that way it's money that you didn't have that

You didn't have to come out of pocket with you

All you're doing is you're just picking up a product and then selling it on the Internet

So that is a way that you can start getting some seed funds if you absolute

Nobody have no connections and your friends and family aren't willing to give you any money

Start with yourself because you're gonna be the best bet in getting this project raised because you have the biggest heart

behind it and getting this thing funded and you're gonna do what it takes or else you should do what it takes to get your

Film funded so it's a couple of ways that you might be able to get started in raising those initial dollars. Hi, Chris

What's the difference between a producer and an executive producer?

Hey, that's a great question and a lot of people actually have been recently asking what is the difference between these two people right?

Well a producer is somebody that has been in the project from the very beginning. They're the ones that are

You know making sure that people show up on set

They're making sure that the project actually gets completed and they have they're involved in a lot of the day-to-day stuff

Whereas an executive producer is somebody that is could they actually could be the investor?

or it could be the person that connects the producer to the

Investor or a lot of times they're dealing with legal or they're bringing other added value

Smoking and Infertility - 5 Things You Didn't Know - Duration: 3:36.

Its no surprise that smoking causes infertility. What is surprising is how much impact it has.

I may have some good news at the end for you smokers

Stay tuned.

#1 Here's a message I got from my website: Dr. Morris why do you have so much information

about smoking? Nobody smokes anymore. Oh really? Even in 2018, about ⅓ of men and women of

reproductive age in the United States are smokers. Despite all the warnings and public

service announcements. One in three!

#2 Think cigarette smoke is only in the lungs? Think again. A recent study in IVF patients

found breakdown products of nicotine in 100% of the follicular fluids of infertility patients undergoing IVF.

The more they smoked, the higher the levels were found. In other words,

if you are a smoker, your eggs are soaking 24 hours a day in cigarette smoke breakdown products.

Even more alarming? In that same study, 84% of women who were non-smokers and whose partners

were non smokers, also had nicotine by-products in their follicular fluid.

In other words,, the people who smoke at your job are compromising your fertility!

#3 Smokers, you are going to run out eggs sooner.

Cigarette smoking has been shown to

accelerate the loss of eggs from the ovaries. One of the blood tests we use to measure how

many eggs are left is the hormone FSH. Higher FSH levels mean less eggs remain.

You commonly see this as women get older.

Guess what? Smokers have 66% higher FSH levels than non-smokers.

You are likely to go through menopause at an earlier age.-

#4 Smoking also affects IVF success. I know what you are thinking: I'll just do IVF.

Everybody gets pregnant with IVF right? Agreed, IVF is a very good treatment for most types

of infertility. However, smokers doing IVF needed higher doses of those expensive fertility

injections, but they still ended up with more cycles getting cancelled, less eggs when they

weren't getting cancelled, more cycles with failed fertilization and overall had a much lower

pregnancy rate.

#5 Fine Dr. Morris. You have succeeded in stressing me out, I'm never going to get

pregnant, I might as well just have another pack of cigarettes.

Wait! Stop!

I actually have some good news. Quitting smoking will improve your fertility.

In fact, ex-smokers have similar fertility to non-smokers.

OK. That's 5 things. For more information about smoking and fertility, go to my website

Dear Younger Me(Part 1): Don't Be a Loser - Duration: 8:31.

maybe it sounds like I'm complaining and maybe I am but it seems like the videos

for me that are popular or popular on YouTube are the ones that are the how

to's 5 ways to do this 10 ways to do that and I can't help but to think that

the deep conversations I've had with good friends over the years we're never

like that well Michael you're struggling with this here's 10 ways to deal with it

oh I want to talk to you like a good friend

in fact I've started a file in my phone titled your younger me I was thinking

about the concept how great it is to have the opportunity maybe 5 10 minutes

to go back to your former self if you only had 5 to 10 minutes why would you

tell them that's what this series of videos could be about the first one's

going to be titled if it has a title don't be a loser don't be a loser let's

go back to my school days I had not gotten a lot of approval I was not very

popular gotten rejection and I had a good strategy a good way to deal with it

though it was my mom she would always say these con words and growing up I was

kind of a husky kid my name is Michael unk's people would call me chunks and I

didn't like it hurt my feelings but I would go to my mom and she would be

reassuring Michael you're just big-boned Michael you'll get taller you'll grow

out of it don't worry about it very good but then there's a streak at a time

where people made fun of me for my speech I kind of mumbled I kind of

stuttered a bit and people would call me stupid because I didn't know how to talk

mom people are calling me stupid Michael you're brilliant you know look at your

credit look at your report card it's very good whatever it was it was very

reassuring kept me going but I'll never forget on this day I think I was a

junior or senior in high school where my mom said something a little differently

she was not reassuring in the way that I wanted back in that day I had a class at

the extension campus the extension campus was an extracurricular school

between the main two high schools West Side high school and Hana high school

where I was at I was taking medical terminology there and in that classroom

it was a dungeon you could not test and I remember those days that there were

very popular girls from the Westside school that sat right next to me

Catherine to my right Courtney to my left up one seat and I was the real a

man with their notes Catherine would write something on hand at the Courtney

Courtney vice versa I would do that for a couple weeks it

was no big deal but one day Catherine this very tan cheerleader blond hair

just gorgeous woman handed me a note and I was getting pretty excited I thought

and maybe she wants to go out with me this would be pretty good I've never

really had a date before this is really awesome

and she wrote on the note and big purple lettering loser loser and I was trying

to hold back tears to be honest with you at that moment because I was thinking I

really had not done anything to her I was nothing but kind and nothing but

nice to everyone I felt so I don't know why this was happening me but I was very

grateful that I had my mom I ran home to my mom I told her about the note and I

was hoping she'd say something like Michael you're such a winner your future

so bright whatever it was to take my mind off it

this girl is wrong you know any girl would be lucky to have you I just I

don't know what I wanted to hear but I knew if she could say it to me but again

something was very different on this day and it could be that I was older I was

now 18 I was an adult could be the influence of my stepdad he constantly

kept telling my mom look yeah baby Michael too much he's never going to

grow up but on this day I told her about the note I was in tears and she said

Michael I can't keep doing this for you you're too old for this if you're gonna

let what this girl says about you dictate who you are then you are a loser

and this girl's opinion mattered so much to me of course I accepted and of course

I'm a loser and sinking in that I was a loser just was tough on me but

eventually I thought let me do something about it I'll maybe get in better shape

maybe I'll get more better grades I mean that's not correct but my grades will

improve I'll get a nicer job I'll get a nicer car I don't know what it is maybe

ten years from now a whole new person I'll be a winner and

I'll come into Catherine at a reunion or something and she'll say I was so wrong

about you can we go out or you know you're such a winner I had not thought

about us so much but I will tell you I was just so driven by this loser

identity trying to strip it and maybe it was just coming to a point in my life

where I was like 25 and I had changed so much I was going to the gym I was

watching what I hate I got in better shape I was studying so much I was doing

so well in school I was out of school and now making good money and I was

thinking well maybe I need a nicer car or you know what else do I need so I can

become a winner so that I could run into a girl like this and they she can

validate me and I realized that although everything on the outside had changed I

still saw a loser every time I looked in the mirror every single thing that I did

I saw a loser and I was convinced that there's really nothing that could strip

it well maybe if I run in the Catherine maybe she sees me she tells me how great

I am and this may sound a little pathetic but I looked her up on Facebook

and I was unable to find her I don't know maybe she got married maybe she

didn't have facebook and I'm sinking man I am now we're gonna be stuck a loser my

whole life and after some deep reflection I realized that I was a loser

but not in the way I was thinking of you see I don't look at people as a winner

or loser I now look at people as they have inherent worth they have gifts they

have talents that are unique to them and they offer something to the table that

no one else can it's not a competition it's about cooperating and making the

world a better place but I was a loser in the sense that I could not forgive

her you see she was probably going through something you know why would you

attack someone innocent like I was back in the day she was obviously hurting

with something and I just didn't have the compassion back then and I didn't

have it in me to consider even forgiving her because I was a victim but I

realized that I was losing out on joy I was losing out on keys I was losing

on living my life because of this note and I couldn't forgive and I will tell

you that week I honestly said Catherine night I know that I didn't deserve this

and I don't know why he did this to me it's like ruin my life but I forgive you

that's I'll tell you that week the mumbling the the stuttering was gone the

confidence was back and I was finally doing things that really mattered to me

I was time caring so much about how much money I made and how much people liked

what I was doing it was about sharing the lessons in my life that had forever

changed me now my friend I will tell you that you're not a loser in the way that

you think in terms of someone being better than you or you have to change in

some way to be a winner you have inherent worth you have something unique

to offer everyone if you use it I will tell you you are a loser if you can't

forgive if you hold on to that bitter and this anger resentment waiting for an

apology waiting for someone to say that they were wrong it's gonna rot your soul

so now I forgive immediately I know people who are hurting hurt people and I

let it go because I don't want to lose out any more I have done this so much in

my life I'm not doing anymore I forgive everyone immediately because I don't

want to live out I don't want to miss out on joy peace and the focus that I

need to have on my life which is sharing whatever it's unique that I have to

offer and I want you to do the same if you enjoyed this series stay tuned

because I have a couple more stories in the dear younger meek file but I thought

this was a good starting point don't be a loser if someone hurts you have it in

your heart to forgive them so that you don't lose out and the life you need to

live this your friend Michael from the other side of life if you enjoyed this

make sure you subscribe because I have more content coming soon see you next

time

This Happened On Our Earth December 2018 - WORLD OF SIGNS - Duration: 5:11.

It's a map that sort of summarizes in a way all the thought that had gone into map making up until that time.

When people look at it, they'll be

surprised at the size the form of it

Which as I mentioned is sort of the world upside-down when you look at it.

There's no America. There's no Australia, but what is detailed in great detail is Asia.

For the first time really in many respects

Places like Japan depicted for the first time on a map. Java is very clearly depicted on it. The island of Madagascar is there.

It's labeled as Diab and on that island in a tiny tiny little inscription,

it says: here begins the dark sea..

Where can I go?

I can't go to Chili.

I can't go to Chili,

There they act so scary.

I don't want to live in Kuwait,

because Kuwait is to hot for me.

And for the matter of America,

That land does not really exists..

500 years ago there was a small village in Spain where there lived a rich king. He was discontented with his people.

He was bored with his comedians, and he had them banished from the village, so he sets out to find himself a new comedian.

Idiot what is your name? I am an idiot your majesty, and my name is Columbo,

but my mother calls me Columbin. Columbin you amuse me.

I want you to be my new comedian.

So make me laugh.

You're not a comedian. You're a fool. I am not a comedian, but I am a fool.

Columbin Let's fight! I am as weak as you! Columbin, What is two times seven? I am as dumb as you.

I dare you to jump over the brook. I am scared as you. Fellows!

Columbin, what do you want to be? I don't want to be anything, for I am already someone, I am Columbin

You must want to be something?

What do you want me to be?

I want you to be a..

Sailor, to sail the seas, to find me land. I will do it your majesty.

I will be a sailor! I will sail the seas and find land for our king!

Columbin realizing he got himself into a predicament hides behind the bush.

He returns to the village two weeks later.

Well?

Your Majesty I have discovered land.

Oh, tell us. Where is it? What is its name? I want Amerigo to go there too for he is also a sailer.

I am the first to discover it. It lies on the other side of the ocean. I don't know its name.

Tell me, how do I get there? You must always sail straight ahead, until you come to this land.

Well,

I too will find this land.

Amerigo is no more man than Columbin, for he too hides behind the bush.

He returns to the village two weeks later.

Here is Amerigo!

Well my king, I too have found this land that Columban speaks of. Ameriga, my friend!

America? Did he say America?!

They have found America!

Today you are a man, for you have discovered America. From now on you shall be called:

Columbus!

Thank you your majesty.

I have discovered America.

America exists.

They lied to me. They didn't find America, they hid behind this bush

America doesn't exist!

This is the end, or is it?

Where are you living on? A movie? Where are you living in? A dream? Where are you living for? Fantasy? Where will you die for? Lies?

Top 5 Best Restaurants in Madrid | Vegan Edition - Duration: 16:41.

ok our first stop on our vegan tour is Cookaluzka

this place is one of my favorite restaurants In Madrid and it is a hidden

gem we are located on Calle de lira number 8 and this is on the metro

Conde Casal line at six I love this place because of the ambience the music the food is delicious and also the staff

so if you're in Madrid you have to check out Cookaluzka okay let's check out the inside

let's go Cookaluzka has such a calming environment I started off with a

golden milk in some of their best entrees we try the spring rolls the

croquettas a surprise dish and some sauteed vegetables but I love about

Cookaluzka is they always have a surprise dish and every day that you

ordered a surprise dish it's different so you don't know what they're gonna

make for you and that's why it's really exciting you can just order a surprise

dish and they'll just bring you whatever they feel like to start with the entrees

I really really loved the surprise dish I'm not sure what it was but it was made

from corn it was delicious and the spring rolls are also really really good

and I just in crazy for croquettas the spring rolls were amazing so for the

main entree we tried a platano burger and another surprise dish and oh my god

at this restaurant the platano burger is my favorite is so good so delicious

the surprise dish I also really liked it had falafel and rice with some tomato

and it was really light and I liked the spices a lot on it it was really good

but in general I absolutely love love love love love love the banana burger at

Cookaluzka so if you are looking for some recommendations if you go to Cookaluzka

you have to get the banana burger it is divine currently they're working

on creating an English menu all of their staff speaks English

Italian they accept reservations and they also have an ability to accommodate

big groups actually downstairs they have their own sala where you can reserve

for bigger dinner parties and bigger groups of people they have gluten-free

options and they have a great Wi-Fi and of course dinner is not done without

dessert we tried the chocolate mousse cake it is absolutely perfect for

chocolate lovers the staff here are so so kind and expect to get an amazing

service every time you come and don't forget to tell your girl Kat sent you

Okay we just arrived to VEGA! YAY! VEGA is in Calle de la luna, 9 and It is very famous in Madrid for having very delicious vegan food

You normally cannot get in with out a reservation but today is Monday and we talked to the owner. Okay so let's go inside.

did you like that hair flip we started off with a cauliflower and mushroom soup

with some fried crunchy shitake mushrooms on top and it was incredible

this was probably my favorite soup I've had in a really long time and it was

warm and perfect for a cold winter evening next we tried the burger with

sweet potato fries potatoes and barbecue sauce on the side it was really really

good we also tried the raw lasagna that was also pretty nice but I liked the

burger or more we tried the cheese starter and oh my goodness was it

delicious I recommend you getting some bread with

it so you have something to put it on I was just shoving it in my mouth like an

animal the croquettas honestly are probably one of my favorite things on

the menu but unfortunately by the time this video is uploaded I'm not sure if

they're still gonna have it on the menu cry-face next we ordered an

asian-inspired dish with skewers and noodles oh my goodness it was amazing

the meat was just like chicken so if you are kind of looking for that chicken II

fix this will do it for you if I wasn't at a vegan restaurant I

probably wouldn't have ate it because it seemed just too real

that's Jose he's the owner his vision for opening ViEGA was just bringing

vegans and non-vegans together to eat amazing food it doesn't matter if the

food comes from animals or plants just to make amazing food that tastes great I

am such a fatty so of course we cannot end this dinner without ordering some

desserts we ordered the panna cotta and apple crumble

I personally am obsessed with panna cotta so I love the panna cotta here it

was literally amazing well-made executed in the most beautiful way possible my

cameraman and Bestie Dani loved the apple crumble with the ice cream it was

light and it made me remember a lot of being back home for Thanksgiving with

apple pie

go whenever you want but Vega does have a special Monday through Friday if you

go during the day for $8.50 they also have an English menu all of their staff

speaks English they have gluten-free options you can

reserve up to six people however they are going through a period

of not taking reservations so at the time of this video just see if they're

doing reservations or not and they have great Wi-Fi

Hi guys we made it to Pixi Dixi which is one of my favorite restaurants in Madrid I love

their pizza here and they are located in Calle San vicente ferrer 16

they are right next to the metro Tribunal

so if you're in the area you have to check this place out okay let's go check

out the food something very special about pixie Dixie is they make their own

kombucha in-house so I obviously had to try that it was really good and they put

it in a martini glass so you feel like a boozy Queen then we got the tartare

which was made from beets and guacamole on top it was light and refreshing and

it was a really nice way to start our night they served it with the garlic

pita which was so good oh my goodness mmm then we continued on and ordered

some pesto pasta honestly in general I don't love pesto

but this was really really good I really appreciate the pasta they used it wasn't

a traditional pasta it was kind of like this gooey texture and it was really

satisfying honestly at this point I was already pretty full but you know we just

continued ordering and got some pizza which was such a good move I'm so glad we did

we ordered the Dixie Pizza and it was really nice it had a lots of color and

it had a nice vegan cheese on it that just melted in your mouth

pixee Dixie is famous for their pizzas so I highly recommend you at least try

one of their pizzas now by this point I was literally busting out the seams but

sugar I ordered the cheesecake and another

panna Cotta though like I already said in the other restaurant

I love panna cotta so I had to compare the two my goodness were they so

delicious the cheesecake was a really nice dessert and the fruit on top was

really lovely and the panna cotta as amazing as panna Cotta is it was just

it did not disappoint if you've never had panna cotta you need to try it it's

just so lovely it's such a great invention they do have an English menu

their staff speaks English they have Wi-Fi gluten-free

option and you can reserve for big groups if you do go make sure you tell

them Kat Theo sent you and they will definitely take care of you.

Hi guys! We are at Yanten veggie bar which is located on Calle Cardenal cisneros, 40 which is in Bilbao metro station in Madrid

Let's go take a look. I absolutely love love love this resturant they have really good food that's kind of Spanish inspired.

But it has a little bit of a twist to it

this is one of the first vegan places I've been to in Madrid that has you can

fish type of meals like vegan octopus and it is delicious it doesn't even

matter if you're vegan or not you are gonna love this place okay let's go

check out the food let's go oh Yanten veggie bar you have a special place in

my heart Yanten in veggie bar is that place you go

when you are craving some comfort food you need some salt you need some sauces

you need some flavor you need some sugar you go to Yanten veggie bar. Yanten veggie

bar is different than a lot of vegan restaurants in general because their

whole goal is not to be the healthiest on the market maybe put in some flavor

up in there they're like flavour flavor you will never walk up this

restaurant and saying the food was bland it wasn't enough and you are not full

don't let the bars on the windows and the homey atmosphere scare you away this

place is definitely a hidden gem in a rough we started off with a deep-fried

croqueta which is different from a lot of other places because when you bite

into it it has a big crunch oh my god was it good it was a crunchy in the

inside I think was of mushroom but it was so delicious seriously look at the

size of this croqueta it is huge it can really put other croquetas

to shame it's huge it's crunchy it was amazing

this is the famous octopus oh they have on the menu I'm not gonna say it really

tastes like octopus but it a amazing this is probably my favorite

thing on the menu it is so flavorful and so good and the texture is so satisfying

seriously if there's anything that you have to order on this menu it is the

octopus next we tried the empanadas since the owners from Argentina these

are original empanadas they were so good and honestly the meat inside was like if

Dani the cameraman bestie he also thought this was very similar to meat

and this was his favorite thing on the menu so far it's a very salty snack so

satisfying and really filling for a cold winter night now on for the chili so

like I told you before they have a lot of traditional Spanish things on the

menu and their chorizo is one of the things that you will not be disappointed

I've given this to a lot of my non vegan Spanish friends and they could not even

tell the difference it is so delicious if you love chorizo their fries can we

talk about their fries for a second their fries are smothered in sauce and

mayonnaise it is so delicious it is amazing amazing any foodies fantasy will

be satisfied here with these fries oh my god guys look at this and Spanish this

is called escalope a in English is kind of like a steak ish I would compare this

to steak fried chicken which I've honestly never tried before my life but

that's what I would think this would be like and it was so good it had like a

blue cheese on top that was so convincing and that if I wasn't out of

vegan restaurant I would have thought they were trying to trick me

even nany thought the cheese tasted like blue cheese it was so good by this time

I was so full we couldn't even finish this dish but we did save it for the

next day and let me tell you it was really delicious and filling the last

main dish we tried was kind of like a guiso so in Spanish which is kind of like a

stew and had a lot of sauce and meat with a bed of rice and it was really

really good honestly everything that we tried I really enjoyed a lot this would

be something great to order and then save half of it for the next day then we

finished off our dinner with a delicious chocolate cake which was so moist look

how moist the cake is if you have a huge sweet tooth

you will like this cake don't forget I'm your girl Kat sent you and I'm sure

they'll take very very good care of you I also really love this restaurant

because the owner actually cooks for homeless people all the time so for him

it's not all about just making money and the business but also helping his

community and people around him here's the accept reservation they have

gluten-free options they have high-speed internet and you can reserve for bigger

groups

Hi guys we've made it to our last stop on our list which is bunnies deli

located in Tribunal on San Gregerio that's how you pronounce the street but

I will make sure to put the address below they are a little cafe and they

specialize in all of vegan desserts brunches and also breakfasts if you're in Tribunal you have to check out Buny's deli! Let's check it out!

love this place to start my morning off right with a golden milk and a quiche or

a scone this is probably one of my favorite places to go in Malasana one

thing I really love about this restaurant is they actually show all the

fresh fruits and vegetables that they use on a daily basis so you know it's

all fresh everything in this restaurant is also 100% organic it's very cozy and

it's a really great just for you and one other friend so I started off my meal

with a golden milk I love golden milk with the different spices I recommend if

you like kind of a little bit of a punch to get the the spiced chai latte which

is a little bits like golden milk on steroids it is really delicious then I

tried the avocado toast oh my god I am low-key obsessed with avocado toast I

cannot imagine my life without avocado toast and let me tell you this one is

one of my favorites that I've ever had not only it's just avvocato toast

amazing but they put in the extra mile to put on nuts in flakes and sprinkles

and a lot of other things I really don't know what it was but it was amazing and

they topped it off with some type of vegan cream cheese so delicious let's

just take a few seconds to admire how beautiful this avocado toast looks next

up is the acai bowl if you're into acai then you will love the acai breakfast

bowl it was really refreshing and actually pretty filling I was quite

surprised how filling but still light it was since it was cold I would recommend

this on a hot Madrid a summer afternoon or morning but it was still really

refreshing and the colors and the flavor was on point it had coconut flakes

pomegranate pears bananas and much more even though the acai bowl

was sweet I still decided to give some dessert because I feel like no meal is

finished without dessert no shame here I decided to get the pumpkin pie because

today's Thanksgiving happy Thanksgiving everyone and it's just a perfect time to

have a pumpkin pie it was really good I liked how they implemented the cinnamon

if you're interested in getting some pumpkin pie from Bunny's deli on their

Instagram you can check out the website where you can order some homemade

pumpkin pie the owner Monta is from Latvia and she

speaks fluent English they also have their menus in English they have

Internet's as well as gluten-free options this

place does fill it pretty quickly so do try to get there early and don't forget

to tell your girl Kat sent you

she knew it would bother John a bit as well so she was happy to do it although Nikki and

John have not been together since July the episode was filmed when the WWE stars breakup

was still a recent memory The show filmed awhile ago and she thought Peter was nice

and cute but it was so fresh after the breakup our source explains referring to why their

romance did not continue beyond one date however Peter was a bit more into the idea going into

the one night meeting which reportedly included a gondola ride but Nikki and Peter won't

be keeping in touch as our insider reveals The success rate of the date does not really

matter anyways What matters is that John's aware that his ex is moving on but our source

Also, I hope you guys are checking out our live stream marathons at the weekend where

we play some of our series for as long as you can watch them - keep an eye out for them,

thanks for watching as always, my name is Danny Burke and Ill see you all in the next

video!

Top 10 Keto-Friendly Restaurants - Duration: 14:23.

In case you don't already know, the Keto diet is short for the Ketogenic diet. It's got

things in common with the Atkins diet plan and other low-carbohydrate diets - but supposedly

with a bit more science behind it. Today, we're going to share information about ten

eateries that cater to Keto diet fans. We'll give you guys all of this nutritional info

because we know that you want results from your Keto lifestyle. Knowing what's in the

food that you eat is important. So for those who love the Keto diet let's check out the

top 10 Keto-friendly restaurants.

Outback Steakhouse

While dining at Outback Steakhouse, you'll have Keto-friendly choices galore, but you'll

need to avoid the carb-laden side dishes. If you're willing to forego the carbohydrate-rich

sides, you'll have your pick of entrees, from steak to fish to decadent lobster tails

and King Crab. Burgers will be good choices, too, as long as you don't eat the buns or

load your burgers with toppings that contain carbs. If it's appetizers you're craving,

consider Kookaburra Wings. The small portion of wings will have twenty-six grams of fat,

thirty-five grams of protein and only eight net carbs. A salad will also make a nice appetizer

- just watch the dressing! One superb entree to consider is the Slow-Roasted Prime Rib.

It's hearty, satisfying and delicious. The portion weighs in at eight ounces and contains

seven hundred calories, plus fifty-seven grams of total fat, twenty-six grams of which come

from saturated fat. Slow-Roasted Prime Rib contains no carbs at all, but it does have

eleven hundred and sixty milligrams of sodium, as well as one gram of sugar. You'll get forty-six

grams of protein from this Outback Steakhouse meal option. It doesn't contain any fiber.

This American restaurant serves up American food with an interesting Aussie theme. The

casual dining eatery chain has its headquarters in sunny Tampa, Florida. Right now, there

are more than a thousand of these restaurants in the United States and other nations, including

Australia, Canada, Asia, and South America. The restaurant was founded during March of

1988.  The eatery is probably best known for its Bloomin Onion, which definitely isn't

Keto-friendly. The Bloomin Onion contains seventeen net carbs per serving.

We've got plenty more to serve up. So if you're new to the channel, take a second

to hit that subscribe button and ring that bell to join our notification squad!

Ruby Tuesday

This restaurant chain got its name from a Rolling Stones song. These days, there are

over seven hundred Ruby Tuesday restaurants in forty American states and twelve other

countries. The first Ruby Tuesday restaurant featured some faux-Tiffany lamps, plus hamburgers

with English muffin buns. The days of English muffin buns are long gone. Today, there are

plenty of great options for Keto diet fans. So, what can you enjoy at a Ruby Tuesday's

while you're following your Keto diet? Well, the Endless Garden Bar is one excellent option.

Create your own combinations of veggies, salad greens, seeds, nuts, meat, dairy, and Pico

de Gallo salsa. Avoid the carb-rich toppings, including croutons, fruit, corn, fried onions,

crackers, and beans. For an entree, indulge, without breaking your diet, by ordering Asiago

Bacon Chicken or New Orleans Seafood. Asiago Bacon Chicken contains four hundred and seventy-nine

calories, twenty-seven grams of total fat, seven grams of which is saturated, plus nine

grams of carbs, four grams of fiber, forty-two grams of protein and two grams of sugar. It

also contains two thousand, three hundred and eighty-seven milligrams of sodium. New

Orleans Seafood has three hundred and forty-seven calories, fourteen total fat grams, five of

which are saturated fat, and four grams of carbs. This seafood entree also contains one

thousand, seven hundred and sixty milligrams of sodium, as well as forty-four grams of

protein. New Orleans Seafood has no fiber or sugar.

Cracker Barrel

Cracker Barrel restaurants feature a homey and welcoming atmosphere which is decidedly

old-fashioned and inspired by the American South. These eateries-plus-gift shops hearken

back to yesteryear, thanks to their rustic decor. Most famous for serving up Chicken'n'

Dumplings, which aren't a good Keto diet option, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store does offer

some entree menu items which are just right for Keto diet followers. While you're at Cracker

Barrel, consider ordering Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow Trout, or Grilled Sirloin Steak. For

Keto-friendly side dishes, add cottage cheese or coleslaw. The Lemon Pepper Grilled Rainbow

Trout entree features a fillet of boneless spring water trout that's lightly seasoned.

The trout is grilled to perfection. When you order this seafood dish, you'll be able to

select your preferred Country Sides. We've already recommended the Keto-friendly ones.

Stay away from the French Fries, corn muffins and buttermilk biscuits, although they do

sound tasty, don't they? Grilled Sirloin Steak from Cracker Barrel features an eight-ounce

fillet, which is choice top sirloin based on USDA standards, and you may order it grilled

just as you like it. While corn muffins and buttermilk biscuits are offered with this

meal, and these baked items are made from scratch, you'll need to avoid them. Instead,

choose a low-carb side.

The Cheesecake Factory

The name, Cheesecake Factory, isn't exactly synonymous with no-carb or low-carb dieting

so you may be pleasantly surprised to learn that there is a Keto-friendly entree on the

menu. When you opt for The Skinnylicious Grilled Salmon, you'll enjoy great taste. Now, let's

look at the nutritional information for this particular menu item. It contains five hundred

and ninety calories, eight grams of saturated fat, sixteen grams of carbohydrates and six

hundred and thirty-four milligrams of sodium. The restaurant company is known for its cheesecakes,

so you'll need a bit of willpower to avoid ordering one of these delectable desserts

while you're at the Cheesecake Factory. The very first Cheesecake Factory opened its doors

to the public way back in 1978, in ritzy Beverly Hills. David M. Overton founded this restaurant.

Nowadays, there are two hundred and ten Cheesecake Factory eateries. The restaurant chain is

renowned for its big portions, delicious cheesecakes, other tasty baked items and interesting, well-rounded

menu, which features pizza, burgers, steaks, pasta, and sandwiches. Now that you know about

The Skinnylicious Grilled Salmon, you'll know what to order when you go into this popular

restaurant. While other menu items with much higher carb counts may test your devotion

to the Keto Diet, you'll always know that there is an entree that does fit your diet.

Olive Garden

Olive Garden is such a popular American restaurant chain. It specializes in Italian-American

food. In spring of 2018, there were eight hundred and ninety-two Olive Garden eateries

all over the world. The restaurant brought in 3.8 billion dollars in revenue. If you

want Keto-friendly grub at Olive Garden, you'll need to bypass the breadsticks and go for

Herb-grilled Salmon with Parmesan-crusted Zucchini, or The Chicken Piccata. When you

choose the salmon entree, it will contain four hundred and sixty calories and have twenty-eight

grams of fat, eight of which are saturated. It'll also contain five hundred and seventy

milligrams of sodium, eight grams of carbs, four grams of fiber, three grams of sugar

and thirty-three grams of protein. If you prefer to order Chicken Piccata, the lunch

version will contain three hundred and fifty calories, twenty-one grams of total fat, nine

grams of which comes from saturated fat, and twelve hundred and thirty milligrams of sodium.

You'll get eleven grams of carbs, a couple of grams of fiber, three grams of sugar and

thirty-three protein grams. Stuffed Mushrooms are also a tasty menu item to consider. They

are decadent, thanks to their clam and cheese filling, and very satisfying, too.

P.F. Chang's

P.F. Chang's is one of the newer restaurants on the list. It opened for business in 1993.

However, its provenance dates back to the Swinging Sixties, when a woman named Cecilia

Chang ran her own Chinese eatery, which was known as The Mandarin. The Mandarin was a

favorite of the late Beatle, John Lennon, and his wife, Yoko Ono. When Cecilia returned

to her native China for a long trip, her son, Philip, decided to take over. In the 1990s,

a restauranteur named Paul Fleming appreciated the food that the Changs offered and decided

to help the Changs expand. Philip and Paul Fleming went into business together and the

result was P.F. Chang's. Now, let's talk Keto-friendly diet options at P.F. Chang's. Your best bet

is to order Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, or perhaps the Pepper Steak. Don't order any

rice. If you want the shrimp dish, you should know that it contains three hundred and eighty

calories, 20 grams of total fat, four grams of which is saturated, twenty-eight hundred

milligrams of sodium, twenty grams of carbs, four grams of fiber, six grams of sugar and

twenty-nine grams of protein. The Pepper Steak dish contains six hundred and eighty calories,

thirty-eight grams of total fat, eight of which are saturated, twenty-seven hundred

and seventy milligrams of sodium, thirty-two grams of carbs, four grams of fiber, twenty

grams of sugar and fifty-one grams of protein.

Red Lobster

The first Red Lobster opened for business during 1968, in Lakeland, Florida, USA. Today,

headquarters for Red Lobster Hospitality LLC are located in Orlando, Florida. There are

over seven hundred Red Lobster restaurants all over the world, and plenty of them are

in the USA. If you think you can resist the restaurant's famous Cheddar Bay Biscuits and

stick to Keto-friendly options, it may be time to take a trip to Red Lobster. Beyoncé

is a fan and you may love this seafood eatery, too. So, what to order? Well, you should consider

Filet Mignon. It contains four hundred and twenty calories, twenty-two total fat grams,

eleven of which come from saturated fat, and eleven hundred and seventy milligrams of sodium.

It also contains twenty-six grams of carbs, three grams of fiber, a couple of grams of

sugar and thirty-one grams of protein. Broccoli is the ideal side dish at Red Lobster. A single

serving contains forty calories, zero fat grams, two hundred and twenty grams of sodium,

eight grams of carbs, a couple of grams of sugar and three grams of protein. Another

great option for entrees is Salmon New Orleans. However, you will need to go for the half-portion.

When you do, your entree will contain five hundred and seventy calories, thirty-seven

total fat grams, eight of which come from saturated fat, one thousand and sixty milligrams

of sodium, ten grams of carbs, two grams of fiber, three sugar grams, and forty-five protein

grams.

The Capital Grille

This USA steakhouse restaurant chain is upscale. If you want an elegant dining experience,

which fits with your Keto dining plan, then visiting the Capital Grille may be a great

way to spend an afternoon or evening. The first Capital Grille opened in Rhode Island

in 1990. The initial steakhouse in Providence, Rhode Island really stood out, because it

was so elegant, and it was then surrounded by run-down buildings in the downtown core.

The founder of The Capital Grille, Ned Grace, believed in his vision for his eatery, even

though he opened it during a recession. He was certain that politicians and bankers would

feel right at home in his restaurant. He was right. These days, there are fifty-one restaurants,

rather than just one. If you want to chow down at this refined steakhouse, go for Double-Cut

Lamb Rib Chops. They contain seven hundred and sixty calories, thirty-five grams of fat,

sixteen grams of which are from saturated fat, and three hundred and fifty milligrams

of sodium. They also contain thirty-four grams of carbs, a gram of fiber, twenty-nine grams

of sugar and seventy-six grams of protein. Another popular Keto-friendly option is Swordfish.

Bonefish Grill

This seafood restaurant is American and has a casual dining vibe. It's owned and run by

a Tampa, Florida-based company called Bloomin' Brands, who also owns Outback Steakhouse. Bloomin'

Brands bought The Bonefish Grill in 2001. At that point in time, there were only three

Bonefish Grill eateries. After being snapped up by Bloomin' Brands, the Bonefish Grill

restaurant chain grew exponentially. By 2006, there were a hundred restaurants.  Known

for dinner offerings, although some Bonefish Grill locations do offer brunch on the weekends,

this restaurant chain specializes in wood-grilled fish. Of course, grilled fish is a great choice

for Keto diet followers, so there are some great choices here. For example, the Ahi Tuna

Steak is a tasty option and has just two hundred and twenty calories, plus four total fat grams,

one gram of which is from saturated fat. It also has one hundred and sixty milligrams

of sodium, zero carbs, zero fiber, zero sugar and thirty-five grams of protein. If you'd

rather try something else, you'll find that the Atlantic Salmon or Chilean Sea Bass are

also zero carb entrees. Of course, you can't have carb-y side dishes. This goes for every

restaurant on this list. You have to choose the right side dishes.

Applebee's

This American restaurant chain is a good place to find Keto-friendly meals. Right now, there

are two thousand and thirty-three Applebee's restaurants operating in America, Guam, Puerto

Rico, and fifteen other nations. Applebee's was founded in Georgia, in 1980. To enjoy

a Keto-friendly meal at Applebee's, go for the Shrimp'n'Parmesan Sirloin, which contains

six hundred and twenty calories, forty-two grams of fat, twenty-three grams of which

are from saturated fat and seven grams of carbs. This entree also features twenty-five

hundred and seventy grams of sodium, two grams of fiber, two grams of sugar and fifty-seven

grams of protein. So for Keto diet followers, you too can eat out, without feeling too deprived.

Campaigners want Pogues' Fairytale of New York censored overhomophobic' lyric - News Live - Duration: 3:53.

Campaigners want the word 'faggot' banned from the Christmas classic 'Fairytale of New York'

Thomas Haynes wrote an article for student website 'The Tab' in which he claims the lyric from the festive classic is as bad as using the N-word

He insisted party-goers should be barred from singing the line "you cheap lousy faggot" from the 1987 hit for being a "homophobic slur

"  The student even questions why the video is allowed to remain on YouTube when none of The Pogues or guest singer Kirsty McColl are gay

Meanwhile Irish DJ Eoghan McDermott called on his radio station RTE to censor the lyric, because it made gay people feel uncomfortable

He said: "This debate rolls around again. I asked the two gay members of my team how they feel, since faggot is their N word

"If people want to slur the gay community, this is their most powerful weapon. One favours censoring, the other outright not playing it

Neither like it. Simples."  However, others have been quick to point Shane MacGowan was referring to an old Irish slang word meaning a lazy person

Haynes made his comments in an online article posted on yesterday entitled "Dear straight people, stop singing the word 'faggot' in Fairytale of New York"

In it, he also posts a link to a six-year-old video of Gary Barlow performing the song with Nicole Scherzinger, Tulisa and Dawn French, which he describes as "reeking of pre-2012"

He writes: "The scene of a packed crowd cheering on a straight woman for successfully uttering a homophobic slur is f*****g bull***t

"Only when you take a step back does something seem off with that picture in 2018

"  Fans flocked to social media to defend the lyric.  Aisling Daly said: "Fairytale of New York was written by an Irishman

'Faggot' is an old Irish slang word for a lazy person or a waster, and that's the meaning that Shane McGowan intended when he wrote the song

Nothing to do with homophobia."  Sophia Alexandria put: "Faggot is an old word for an unpleasant woman

It's also Irish slang, and considering the age of the song, my guess it wasn't written with any considerations of future uses of the word

"Why is everyone so offended by everything nowadays? Get a grip."  Steven McCarthy-Hunt added: "You really have absolutely no idea what this song is really about, do you? Hint: it's not you

"  Mark David Johnson wrote: "I can't tell if this is serious or not. Bore off you f*****g snowflake

"  Rob Lawson added: "I'm gay and I say sing it loud!"  Stephanie Leigh commented: "Faggot is also an historical Americanism for a contemptuous women

Which ironically he's singing about. Not everything is to do with homophobia.  "Clearly a straight male singing to his straight counterpart isn't going to be throwing homophobic words at her

Use your brains before your mouths"  Kiefer Brown said: "Not only is faggot or used in a derogatory way in the song it has some different meaning to the Irish, it's not remotely offensive at all

get off your high horse and loosen the f**k up cos I've never met a single gay offended by this in my life

" The 'offending' lyrics:  You're a bum  You're a punk  You're an old slut on junk  Lying there almost dead on a drip in that bed  You scumbag, you maggot  You cheap lousy faggot  Happy Christmas your arse  I pray God it's our last Read More Top news stories from Mirror Online
