Cheese Keema Curry♪

I would appreciate it if you could add subtitles or title & description for this video!

Prepare ingredients.

Mince 50g of carrot.

Mince 250 g of onion.

Remove the core from a clove of garlic.

Mince it finely.

Remove the skin form small piece of ginger using a spoon.

Mince it finely too.

200 g of whole tomato.

Remove hard fiber and skin from whole tomato and squeeze gently.

Cooking.

1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.

Minced garlic and ginger.

Put 1 tbsp of olive oil and heat it.

Once fragrant, put minced onion.

Put 1.5 tbsp of curry powder when the onion is cooked.

Stir-fry them to extract the flavor.

Put minced carrot.

Some Sudden Death sauce.(or Tabasco)

Stir-fry lightly and remove acidity of Sudden Death sauce by evaporating.

Pour whole tomato and stir-fry them further until all the moisture evaporates.

Put 2 tbsp of ketchup.

Turn off the burner.

Heat another pan and put some olive oil.

Stir-fry 200 g of ground meat.

Some nutmeg.

Some salt and pepper.

Don't break apart the meat too much as it cooks.

When ground meat is cooked, pour 50 ml of red wine.

Burn off the alcohol.

Scrape the tasty bits off the bottom of the pan.

Taste.

Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

Turn off the burner and sprinkle some garam masala.

Mix lightly and Keema curry is done.

Remove a chalaza if it is not desired.

Put 200 g of cooked rice.

Put some cheese.

Microwave it to melt the cheese.

Top with egg yolk.

It's ready to eat♪

Cheers!

Hotness of the curry becomes mild with cheese.

Hotness of the Sudden Death sauce comes later.

It becomes milder when you intertwine the egg yolk.

Hi, everyone! My name is Camille, and today

I'm doing the Not a BookTube Newbie tag.

I was tagged by Lexy from Gaming Readers,

and of course, i'll leave a link to her

channel down below! How old is your

channel? I started my channel in January

of 2016, so that means that my channel is

approximately a year and three months

old now! What are your favorite videos to

make? I really love making Recent Reads

and Tea videos. Those are the videos

where I just sit, and I rant and ramble

about the books that I've been reading

lately, and I drink tea and recommend to

you my favorite teas that I've been

drinking recently! I also really enjoy

making my artistic videos, such as makeup

and art videos, but I don't do this very

often just because they do take more

time to actually film, and I'm a

full-time university student, so I don't

get a lot of time to spend on those! What

is one piece of advice that you would

give to someone looking to join booktube?

First of all, I would say go ahead and

make a video with whatever equipment

that you have. Don't worry about buying a

camera or lights or anything at first,

just make do with what you have, even if

that's just an iphone camera. Your first

priority should be to make friends. I

know that sounds super cheesy, but even

if you invest in the best equipment, if

you don't have friends in the community,

then you're not going to have very much

motivation to make videos in the first

place. Being inspired by the videos that

the other people make and knowing that

they'll contribute to the discussion

that I make on my videos is the biggest

motivation for me to make videos usually

once a week. There are so many

intelligent people in this community, and

I just love looking forward to what

they're going to say. Since joining, have

you run into any unforeseen challenges?

And even though that I just said that

building a community and making friends is

the most important part, it's also one of

the biggest challenges. At least it is

for me, because i am a literature student

and i am a major introvert, so when i get

home from a long day at school, i have

spent the entire day studying and

analyzing literature. And so when i get

home and I want to relax and watch

youtube videos, the first thing that--book

videos aren't the most appetizing thing

to me.

As an introvert, when I watch videos from

people that I consider my online friends,

I'm watching their videos looking for

ways that I can contribute to the

conversation surrounding their video, so

I watch their videos a little bit more

carefully to see what I want to respond

to and what I want to comment about and

what I want to add to what they're

saying. Whereas, when I watch youtubers

not in the book community, I very rarely

comment on their videos, so I don't feel

that pressure when i click on their

videos in the first place. Having friends

online does make it easier for me to be

more social even though I'm such an

introvert, but still, sometimes I would

just prefer to listen and not contribute

anything at all. What are your favorite

books that you've read because of

booktube? Everything by Rainbow Rowell. I

also really like Marissa Meyer, and I've

recently discovered Frederick Bachmann

when I read and My Grandmother Asked Me

to Tell You She's Sorry with the book

club that I made with Lexy, and of course

I there's a link to that book club down

below. Overall, what is your favorite

aspect about booktube? Again I'm going to

talk about the community, even though

that's been an answer for three of my

questions, and lots of those questions

contradict each other! I just feel like

this community is very intelligent in

general, and because this community is

smaller than say the beauty community

and the gaming community on YouTube, I

feel like we get a lot more valuable

input. I just see so much less trolling

around booktube and everyone just seems

so nice and welcoming like they really

want to get into the conversation. Spread

the booktube love and give at least one

newbie a shout out! I don't really know

exactly what makes someone a newbie...

First I'll shout out Kim from Literature

Princess. She not only talks about books,

but she also vlogs her life of being a

princess, and I love it so much! And I

also recently discovered Literatireads,

and so I'll link both of their channels

in the description box down below! And

the final question is: Who do you tag? and

I'm gonna be lazy and say, if you want to

do this tag tag, you're it! And it's not

completely out of laziness that I'm not

tagging anyone specific. it's just that

it's up to you of whether you still

consider yourself a newbie or not.

Like, what makes someone a newbie? Is it

crossing the one year mark, is it

reaching a certain quality of videos, is

it gaining a certain number of

subscribers!? I don't know! so if you feel

like you are not a newbie anymore, then

Female Hair Loss and What to Do - Duration: 6:11.

Last week we already talked about scalp types, right?

Now we'll gonna talk further about our hair.

Today, we're going to talk about hair loss and hair thinning.

Ah, it's so...

... scary.

I don't wanna think about that!

But we have to talk about that,

if not we are not going to face the problem

and actually find a solution to it.

(You know) what I mean, for guys like me,

Hair loss seems to be an inevitability.

A lot of ladies will think that,

"You know, I'm not going to loss hair like the male counterparts."

But recently there has been an increase in

number of females who are worried about hair thinning and hair loss.

For the reasons of hair loss between male and female

are really different, we're gonna

study about that.

Okay, so let's just jump to our topic.

Let's learn about what's the difference

of hair loss between male and female.

Hair loss in males are usually caused by the male hormones,

which are trying to weaken

actually weakens the roots in the hair

to make way for new hair to grow.

But for females, it's kinda different.

For female, the biggest cause for hair loss is

the decrease of female hormones.

So, the female hormone peaks when we are 28,

and then it decreases as we age..

so when the female hormone decreases

and the male hormone becomes more prominent,

Well... it comes with hair loss.

So let's take a look at what causes female hair loss,

and it turns out this a lot of factors

that can cause hair loss in females, actually.

For female, the hair loss can be

caused by the drop of our hormones

due to aging.

So when our estrogen becomes low, it can cause us hair loss.

And also it can be caused by menopause.

It causes hormone imbalance in our body.

The second is this... eating disorder.

If you eat irregularly, or if you eat unhealthily,

it can lead to blood flow problems,

and this could lead to, you know,

nutrients are not reaching your hair,

and it impedes the hair growth.

The next cause is...

... stress.

Stress can [cause] hormonal imbalance,

and it can also cause problems

to your autonomic nerve and it can also...

... let me check...

it can also affect our blood flow.

Stress is definitely a concern,

The other one that is quite common is actually

perming and colouring of the hair.

Oopsie, I just did mine!

Well, I think all of us know that it is quite damaging for the hair.

So if you are having hair loss or hair thinning,

you might want to hold back doing these treatments

until you get your hair condition under control.

Using the wrong shampoo can also aggravate our hair loss.

So when your hair is already prone to hair loss and

you are using the wrong shampoo,

it can even worsen your hair loss

and you might be bald.

It's true.

So finally, the most important.

What are we going to do about the hair loss?

Well, of course, other than keeping a healthy lifestyle

keeping yourself active,

and this applies to both females and males.

As females, what we can do to prevent it

is to improve our daily habits.

Of course, we cannot prevent the hormone decrease

that comes with aging, right?

But we can actually help ourselves

About the hair loss by, well,

changing, improving our daily habits

for example, you might consider drinking rosehip tea

because it can increase our hormone and can also lead

to, well, improve our hair loss.

The other is actually choosing the right shampoo to use.

If it is not working for your scalp,

it might be damaging your scalp.

We covered this last week,

that we need to use...

Well, I wouldn't say we "need",

but it is recommended that we use amino acid-based shampoos,

especially if we have hair loss or hair thinning.

The cleansing strength of amino acid-based shampoos

is actually from gentle and has very low

stimulation on the scalp, so what it means is:

less burden on the skin, less burden on the scalp,

the better it is for the hair.
