alright guys welcome back to another
video so today I'm going to be reviewing
the usn b4 bomb extreme pre-workout
these are quite popular videos on my
channel people tend to watch these
reviews a lot more than any my other
videos I just ran out of pre workouts I
thought why not buy a different one and
do another review so I'm going to do
that for you now and running through the
ingredients ticket through attached run
at the gym obviously and then i'm going
to give you my feedback as to obviously
how effective a workout on everything
else so first things first obviously
cost is what is important to most people
so we're looking 2499 for a ton of this
this was bought at a local gym it's
probably gonna be cheaper online if it
is I'm going to fish out a link for you

this literally smells so nice so this is
the texture it looks like it makes
pretty well for journalists there is a
feel like lumpy bits on the bottom but I
suppose we'll see that actually tastes
really nice it tastes exactly as
expected the literary does taste like
one of those little a little screwball

childhood days so it has left a little
bit of residue at the bottom the glass
okay so no one would like to review is
how this affects me how itchy I get and
how impact my work out so let's head to
the gym
alright so we're back from the gym that
was it was pretty good to be honest you
the tingles weren't overly intense you
could definitely feel them there so the
beta alanine is definitely working
there's enough in there i would say but
it's not overly intense which to be
honest you for a lot of people like for
example Toria she finds it quite
off-putting and the Tingler two returns
caffeine is not too high in it I think
it would be too high for me if I talked
to scoop socks it was like 200 grams and
because I train in the night as you guys
know I don't like to take massive
amounts of caffeine in because I'm quite
prone to stay awake all night and with
me training most of the time in the
night it's only going to exacerbate that
so me personally I'm going to stay away
from the whole to scoop serving size
thing one scoop is more than enough for
me personally it's just a personal
preference i think most of you guys are
probably going to be able to handle it
