Youtube daily report Jun 12 2017

hi everyone and welcome back to my channel

well the summer is here and with the weather getting warmer each day the

desire for cooling and refreshing dessert increases and since strawberries

are in season I thought these layers panna cotta

recipe bursting with fresh strawberry flavor would be the perfect end to any

summer meal and now let's see how to make it these are the ingredients we are

going to need 450 grams fresh ripe strawberries 200 millimeters heavy cream

100 grams Greek yogurt 150 grams powdered sugar 15 grams gelatin leaf 1

tbsp fresh lemon juice the seed scrapped from half vanilla bean a pinch of salt

for the garnish I use fresh strawberries fresh mint leaves and mini meringue the

first thing we're going to do is a super super simple strawberry sauce wash and

hull the strawberries and cut in half combine the strawberries and the lemon

juice using a blender food processor or immersion blender blend the strawberries

until smooth

using the spatula pass the strawberries sauce through a mesh sieve to remove the

seeds

measure the amount of strawberry sauce you should have about 300 milliliters

for the panna cotta strawberry layer soak four grams gelatin leaf in cold water

until soft about 5 minutes meanwhile in a small saucepan over medium heat combine

100 milliliters strawberry sauce 100 milliliters heavy cream 50 powdered

sugar a pinch of salt and bring to a simmer then take off the heat squeeze

excess water from softened gelatin and add to the saucepan whisk until gelatin

has completely dissolved let the mixture cool to room temperature

then put into your mouth and very set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until

firm before pouring the next layer I use a non stick silicone plum cake if

you want to speed up the setting process just place in the freezer for 40 to 50

minutes until set once the strawberry cream layer is set prepare

the second yogurt cream layer soak four grams gelatin leaf in cold water until soft

whisk the remaining heavy cream the Greek yogurt 50 grams sugar vanilla seeds and

the pinch of salt until combined heat to simmering point then take

off the heat squeeze the water from the soaked gelatin add to the saucepan and

whisk until dissolved allow to cool completely and thicken slightly

otherwise the vanilla seeds will sink to the bottom check to make sure the

strawberry cream layer is firm to the touch

then pour the mixture over and refrigerate or freeze again until set

once the yogurt cream mixture layer is set start preparing the third and final

layer of strawberry gelèe soak the remaining gelatin leaf as before

in a saucepan whisk together the remaining 200 meters strawberry sauce

and the remaining 50 grams sugar bring to a simmer then take off the heat

add the squeezed gelatin and continue to whisk until all the gelatin is dissolved

allow to cool completely once the cream layer has set remove from the

fridge and pour over the cooled strawberry gelèe place in the fridge to set for a

few hours

when ready to serve gently pull back the sides of the mold and carefully

invert the dessert onto a serving plate it should slip out perfectly

garnish with strawberries mint leaves and mini meringue and enjoy

this triple layered strawberry yogurt panna cotta not only looks lovely it

also tastes great light and creamy at the same time and almost guilt free pleasure

that will satisfy your sweet cravings without overloading you with calories and

fat thank you for watching I hope you enjoyed the video please leave a like

GnuPG Stories: Sze Ming from the Sinar Project - Duration: 3:23.

My name is Sze Ming,

I'm a program officer for Sinar Project in Malaysia.

We are doing a lot of open government and open data work.

We also focus on digital rights issues,

especially the security related stuff.

We are doing training for

the activists groups, journalists, lawyers

and at-risk communities

in Malaysia,

and we also have regional partners

that we're doing together in Southeast Asia.

Most of them come to us asking about

"how can we send a more secure email to partners

"so a third party can not read about it."

So we just provide them some alternative

about this and then we do

a step-by-step installation with them together,

and explain how it works.

Most of them, they are more worried about the government,

like from the authorities or so,

police and then state sponsored trolls, like cyber troopers

and mostly involved with those are death threats.

Most of the organizations we've met,

they actually feel secure when using

GPG for their communication on email.

Last year we met two journalists from Al Jazeera.

They're actually doing investigative journalism on baby trafficking,

so they deal with a lot of information with some parties---lawyers---

so they came to us and they asked us

how to make their email secure.

So we taught them how to use GPG

and then they actually ran back

and told their partners to use the same things.

It is very important for them

to use GPG in their investigation cases.

Also after their video was published, then

the authority came to them

and their devices were confiscated.

Before that, they actually deleted---

because they were using Thunderbird for the GPG---

so they deleted the program on their laptops.

So when the police investigated their devices,

they can't read the email.

So yeah, this is what the feedback I got from them.

So they feel using the GPG is very, very safe for them.

DIY Harley Quinn and Joker Slime Recipes (DC Universe Fandom) Crafty McFangirl Tutorial - Duration: 7:24.

Hi guys. It's time to make some Harley Quinn and Joker slime

Hey everybody, I'm Amy. Welcome to my channel.

And thanks for joining me for a comic book inspired craft.

Today I'm going to show you how to make Harley Quinn and Joker inspired slime.

Before we get started, I wanted to let you know, you can support me, for one dollar a

month, on Patreon.

You can find links for all the materials you will need for this project

in the description below the video both on YouTube and at CraftyMcFangirl.com

To make the Joker and Harley Quinn custom jars you will need Joker and Harley toy figures

12 ounce glass jars

red acrylic paint

and black acrylic paint

lime green acrylic paint

and a purple marker

mod podge is optional

a paint brush

and a glue gun and glue sticks

For each batch of slime you will need a 5 oz. bottle of clear glue

liquid starch

a measuring cup, water, bowl and a stir stick

To decorate the slime you will need red and purple food coloring

red and purple glitter

red and black craft foam

Plastic letter H beads

Plastic letter A beads

a diamond shaped paper punch which is optional

or you can also just use a pair of scissors

First I wanted to show you the cute little Funko pocket pops that inspired this craft.

I'm going to use the Harley Quinn and Joker figures to decorate my slime jars.

If you just want to make the slime, you can skip over the first part.

For the Harley Quinn jar lid, I started with red acrylic paint and covered the entire lid

and let it dry completely.

It looks like I forgot to film that part.

Next, draw out a diamond shape with a black marker, and fill it in with black paint and

let that dry completely again.

You can stop decorating your jar here or you can go one extra step and add a Harley Quinn

figure to the top.

Heat up your glue gun and glue the figure in the center of the diamond.

And now the jar is ready to store some Harley Quinn slime.

Next we're going to use red and black craft foam to make diamond shaped confetti.

You can use a diamond shaped paper punch like I did for the red diamonds.

Or you can use scissors to cut your confetti like I did for the black diamonds.

Set the confetti aside to add to your slime later.

Now let's make the slime.

Empty a 5 ounce bottle of clear glue into a medium sized bowl.

Add a spoonful of red glitter to the glue and stir thoroughly.

Add one drop of red food coloring.

One drop is plenty to achieve the color you want.

Make sure to stir well to mix the color evenly.

Now it's time to add the diamond confetti that you made earlier.

The final two ingredients is one quarter cup of water and one third of a cup of liquid starch.

Stir the mixture really well until it begins to stick together and become slime.

Once the mixture has become a nice ball of slime, you can use your stir stick to transfer

it to the decorated jar.

Now your Harley Quinn slime is ready to play with or to give as a gift.

To decorate your Joker slime jar, start by painting the lid a light lime green color.

It might take two coats to get full coverage.

Make sure to let the paint dry in between coats.

Once your green lid is completely dry, it's time to add some decoration with a purple

marker.

Draw on various sizes of Ha Ha Ha.

Sealing the top of the lid with a coat of Mod Podge is an optional step.

Let it dry completely before continuing.

As before, you can stop decorating your jar here or you can go one extra step and add

a Joker figure to the top.

Heat up your glue gun and glue the figure in the center off to the side of the lettering.

Now your jar is ready to store some Joker slime.

To make the slime, empty a 5-ounce container of clear glue into a medium sized bowl.

Add one quarter cup of water and a drop of purple food coloring.

Stir well to ensure the color is mixed evenly.

Now it is time to add the letter H beads and the letter A beads and a spoonful of purple

glitter if you like.

(I suggest you leave out the beads if you are making this slime for a really young child

as they could represent a choking hazard.)

Then add one third of a cup of liquid starch and stir the mixture really well until it

begins to stick together and become slime.

You can see I added my glitter a little too late and it was hard to incorporate.

Once the mixture has become a nice ball of slime, you can use your stir stick to transfer

it to the decorated jar.

Now your Joker slime is ready to play with.

If you make both Harley Quinn and Joker slime, I think the set would make a really cute gift.

And they look adorable sitting on a shelf side by side.

Thanks so much for crafting with me today, and have fun with your slime.

Meal replacement for lose weight - What will be the best? - Duration: 1:58.

Hello guys. My name is Dawid Geler, Trec Team Athletes and I'm former Irish Bodybuilding Overall Champion.

What will be the best meal replacement for lose weight?

Well I highly recommended the protein shake.

For few different reason.

First of all the way protein shake is very low calories.

Second it will speed up your metabolism

this is the biggest problem with the people who would be trying to lose weight

most of the people they not eat enough protein

and it's very difficult at the beginning especially

To have a four or five meals a day and eat a lot of meat a lot of chicken, turkey

fish, you know.

So the meal replacement option as a shake would be very easy.

and tasty especially

also most of the protein shakes are very very tasty and they kill a cravings for sweets.

You can change the flavor if you like.

And what is the most important It take just like maybe minute not even to prepare protein shake.

And have a quick meal replacement.

For example some of the people working long hours at work and they have basically just one long break

through the day like one hour break.

and they cannot eat every three hours.

but for most of us there is not problem

to have a quick drink

So this is great option, easy option and It's very nice option.

For sure.

So make sure guys to pick the shake

And you can also use it after day training.

If You would have any question You can leave the comments down below.

See You the next time.
