�Aliens Are Robots, Who Have Overthrown Their Masters� � Now Hints UK Queens Astronomer

This is not the first time that we have witnessed �hints� that Alien Beings in space could

actually be artificial intelligence who have overruled their superiors � now the British

Queens top Astronomer believes that ALIENS are likely to be electronic beings which have

Lord Martin Rees, the leading British Astronomer Royal, has revealed what he believes aliens

creatures will be like.

Could it be that the elite know something that we dont and are trying to impregnate

this thought into all of our heads?

Lets not forget that we have also been warned of alien-hybrid armies in space � it appears

Quick Diabetes Breakfast Ideas - Duration: 7:03.

Hello, I am Ty Mason of thediabetescouncil.com, researcher, writer and I have type 2 diabetes.

Today I want to give you some quick breakfast ideas. After you watch the video today, I

invite you check out the description box for my new ebook. This is one of the most comprehensive

diabetes meal planning book you can find. It contains diabetes friendly meals/recipes,

recipes for different goals such as 800-1800 calories per day meal plan, diabetes meal

planning tips and tricks. There are also tons of diabetes friendly recipes for everyone!

Breakfast is, in my opinion, the most important meal of the day. I personally feel we don't

take the time we should to prepare and eat a good breakfast to get our day off on the

right foot. I know, I know, TIME! So while I do not advocate

you do this every day, I am going to give you 7 quick and easy breakfast recipes that

will be good for your diabetes meal planning. Again, I do NOT advocate you eat these type

breakfasts every day, but I do feel eating something is better than nothing at all.

With that said, here are my 7 quick and easy breakfast ideas.

Ty Mason TriFecta SuperFood Breakfast. My best tip for this video would be what I

call a Ty Mason TriFecta SuperFood Breakfast. It is easy and combines 3 of my diabetes superfoods.

It is so simple, you can make it in seconds or have it in the fridge ready to go if you

are running really late. To a bowl of greek yogurt, add walnuts and

strawberries. It is that simple. But what a power packed breakfast this is. You get

everything you need to get a great start to your day and it will not affect your blood

sugar a great deal at all. Some may put a little sucralose in the yogurt, it is a bit

tangy, but many love it just as it is.

Fruit Smoothie I know in my breakfast mistakes video I said

breakfasts should not be in liquid form. But remember, this is an exception for those days

that you must get out of the house quickly and I would rather you drink your breakfast

than go out without anything at all. Plus, this has added convenience in that you can

truly take this one with you and not have to worry a great deal about getting stains

on your tie or dress. As you know, I am an advocate of keeping some

type of frozen fruit in your freezer just in case you run out of fresh fruit. To me,

fresh fruit should be included in any meal if at all possible. Well, this is a fresh

fruit breakfast. It really doesn't matter what you add to

this smoothie as long as it is fruit. I personally like the frozen fruit for a smoothie because

it stays colder longer and remains a little thicker.

Combine in a blender 3 or 4 ice cubes, one cup of greek yogurt (or 2% milk) a half cup

of frozen fruit (strawberries, blueberries, peaches, etc) and a handful of nuts (walnuts,

almonds, etc). Blend until smooth and you have a delicious breakfast ready to drink

on the way to work.

EGGS AND BACON I know, I said quick and easy. Hey, this one

really is quick and easy. At almost any grocery store these days you can buy bacon that is

already cooked. It is not that bad at all actually. You throw it in the microwave for

about 10 seconds per slice (read your package directions) and voila! You have bacon.

As for the eggs, boil a few up and keep them in the fridge. They truly are a great snack

for any time, but for a quick breakfast you can't beat it. Throw some bread in the toaster,

have the coffee brewing and you have breakfast in just a minute or 2.

If you have to eat it on the go, slice the egg in thin sliced, but it on the toast with

the bacon and eat it as a sandwich on your way to work. It really is a great breakfast.

If you are going to have it as a sandwich, take 30 extra seconds and add a slice of cheese

to it and stick in the microwave to melt the cheese and heat up the egg. YUMMY!

FRUIT BOWL Easiest breakfast ever. Cut some fruit up

the night before if you know you are going to sleep in! Add some strawberries, blueberries,

peaches, watermelon, apples, pears, whatever fruit you like. Leave this in a bowl overnight

and those juices will mingle and marinate that fruit, I get hungry just thinking about

it. FRUIT AND WAFFLE

Yes, you read that right. WAFFLE! Look, the GL of an Aunt Jemima frozen waffle is 10.

That is a low GL food. I know, the GI is high, but I am a strong proponent of the GL of a

food. It tells you exactly how a food is going to affect your blood sugar and a GL of 10

is low. Here is my favorite way to eat a waffle. Of

course, toast the waffle. DUH! But in a saucepan, add some fruit, whatever

you like with a little splash of orange juice and a couple tablespoons of sucralose. Bring

that up to a boil, then simmer for a just a couple of minutes. You won't believe how

good that is over the waffle. Add a glass of milk and you think you will be heading

off to school than to work. Childhood memories!

OATS (OATMEAL) This is an amazing breakfast, especially on

those cold mornings. You can get instant oatmeal if you'd like, but very careful of the ingredients.

Many instant oatmeals have lots of sugar. You can make your own oatmeal by using minute

oats and adding whatever you like to it. Cook up some oats, add in sucralose, milk,

a sliced up apple and cinnamon, that is good stuff. Add fruit or whatever you'd like.

It's quick, easy and actually very good for you!

COTTAGE CHEESE AND FRUIT Portion out ½ cup of cottage cheese and mix

in ½ cup frozen peaches. If you don't like peaches, try another fruit like pineapple,

raspberries, blueberries or even diced tomatoes. Add a small handful of nuts and you are ready

to go! This can also be made the night before and

stored in the fridge. Well, there you have it! My Top 7 quick and

easy breakfast ideas for those with diabetes. Give them a try and let me know how you like

Why Do You Want to Squeeze Cute Things? - Duration: 6:08.

When you look at pictures of cute babies or adorable little puppies, it can be hard to

resist the urge to just, "d'aww!"

They're just so darn cute!

All the little noses, and big eyes, and don't you just want to pinch those adorable cheeks

and eat them up?

That's a pretty common reaction, but it's also really weird, when you think about it.

It's not like you'd want to hurt a baby or a puppy, but for some reason you just … want

to squeeze it.

Well, turns out, that weird urge probably has to do with the way we handle strong emotions.

When you see something with big, wide-set eyes, a little nose and chin, and a round

face — in other words, like a baby face — your nurturing instincts get triggered,

whether you're looking at a tiny human or another adorable animal.

In the 1940s, Konrad Lorenz, an Austrian animal behavior researcher, called this collection

of facial characteristics Kindchenschema, or "baby schema".

But it applies to more than just babies — we tend to find anything with these characteristics

extra cute.

Researchers have found that if you manipulate these traits, like by making the eyes bigger

or smaller, that affects how strongly people react and how adorable they find something.

They've also found that baby faces activate a bunch of different brain areas and circuits,

including areas that have to do with feeling rewarded.

So at a deep level, we're motivated to care for things with baby-like faces.

Cute things might even help you focus.

A pair of small experiments from Japan in 2012 found that looking at pictures of cute

baby animals, as opposed to adult animals or food, boosted people's performance on

tasks like finding specific numbers in a large display.

So there's some excuses for watching a bunch of cat videos when you're supposed to be

studying.

It makes sense that cuteness would be associated with reward and focus, because it's an evolutionary

advantage to want to protect and nurture babies.

But the intense reaction to cuteness can also lead to something else: that urge to use what's

called "cute aggression" — when you want to pinch chubby cheeks and squeeze adorable

things, even though you don't actually want to hurt them.

Showing positive and negative emotional expressions at the same time isn't that uncommon.

It's pretty normal to cry from happiness or laugh when you're angry.

They're called dimorphous expressions, and some people experience them more than others.

Cute aggression is a dimorphous expression that involves mixing nurturing with playful

squeezing, pinching, and maybe even biting.

And in a paper published in 2015 in the journal Psychological Science, researchers at Yale

decided to explore what it is about cuteness that leads to that particular mix.

They first asked 679 people to describe what their usual emotional reactions were like

— say, if it was hard for them to hide their excitement, or if they cried during the happiest

parts of movies.

Then, participants rated how positive and negative they currently felt to establish

a baseline mood level for each person.

Next, they looked at photos of babies that were either unedited, or had been enhanced

to look more or less baby-like by changing the size of their eyes, nose, and chin.

They rated each photo based on how nurturing they felt while they were looking at it, if

they felt emotionally overwhelmed, and whether they experienced any cute aggressive urges,

like wanting to pinch the baby's cheeks.

After looking at the pictures, participants rated their mood again to measure how much

it changed.

Then they did a word search for 5 minutes just to pass some time before rating their

mood once more.

The researchers found that the more baby-like photos were rated more positively, just like

in other studies on baby schema.

But they also found that the cuter babies were more likely to make people feel emotionally

overwhelmed and to report cute aggressive urges, like wanting to squeeze the baby.

The thing is, it was usually only if people felt overwhelmed that they also felt cute

aggression.

Cute aggression was also related to how often people reported dimorphous emotional expressions

in general.

For example, if someone said that they tended to cry from happiness, they were more likely

to report feeling like they wanted to squeeze or pinch the babies, or that they wanted to

eat them all up.

They also found something surprising: at the end of the study, people who reported feeling

cute aggressive urges were closer to their initial mood.

In other words, the cute aggression seemed

to help them cope with the overwhelming positive emotions and get back to normal.

Now, we'll need more studies before we know exactly what's up with cute aggression,

but the researchers think that these mixed expressions might be one way people manage

strong emotions — in this case, positive emotions.

It's harder to be a good caregiver if you're overwhelmed by the cuteness in front of you,

so gently pinching a baby's cheeks, or at least feeling the urge to, might actually

be helpful.

It gives you somewhere to channel the emotion.

So the next time you find yourself uncontrollably smiling at a video of cute kittens and you

feel like you want to eat them all up, that's probably just your brain trying to keep you

from being totally overwhelmed by the adorableness.

So just imagine…(chewing sound)...it'll... it'll help you cope, just, not eating it,

just put it in your mouth.

Or, you could make a website devoted to putting cats in your mouth.

Not as a bad, just like as a fun activity if you wanted to do that, or make any other

DIY Harley Quinn and Joker Slime Recipes (DC Universe Fandom) Crafty McFangirl Tutorial - Duration: 7:24.

Hi guys. It's time to make some Harley Quinn and Joker slime

Hey everybody, I'm Amy. Welcome to my channel.

And thanks for joining me for a comic book inspired craft.

Today I'm going to show you how to make Harley Quinn and Joker inspired slime.

Before we get started, I wanted to let you know, you can support me, for one dollar a

To make the Joker and Harley Quinn custom jars you will need Joker and Harley toy figures

12 ounce glass jars

red acrylic paint

and black acrylic paint

lime green acrylic paint

and a purple marker

mod podge is optional

a paint brush

and a glue gun and glue sticks

For each batch of slime you will need a 5 oz. bottle of clear glue

liquid starch

a measuring cup, water, bowl and a stir stick

To decorate the slime you will need red and purple food coloring

red and purple glitter

red and black craft foam

Plastic letter H beads

Plastic letter A beads

a diamond shaped paper punch which is optional

or you can also just use a pair of scissors

First I wanted to show you the cute little Funko pocket pops that inspired this craft.

I'm going to use the Harley Quinn and Joker figures to decorate my slime jars.

If you just want to make the slime, you can skip over the first part.

For the Harley Quinn jar lid, I started with red acrylic paint and covered the entire lid

and let it dry completely.

It looks like I forgot to film that part.

Next, draw out a diamond shape with a black marker, and fill it in with black paint and

let that dry completely again.

You can stop decorating your jar here or you can go one extra step and add a Harley Quinn

figure to the top.

Heat up your glue gun and glue the figure in the center of the diamond.

And now the jar is ready to store some Harley Quinn slime.

Next we're going to use red and black craft foam to make diamond shaped confetti.

You can use a diamond shaped paper punch like I did for the red diamonds.

Or you can use scissors to cut your confetti like I did for the black diamonds.

Set the confetti aside to add to your slime later.

Now let's make the slime.

Empty a 5 ounce bottle of clear glue into a medium sized bowl.

Add a spoonful of red glitter to the glue and stir thoroughly.

Add one drop of red food coloring.

One drop is plenty to achieve the color you want.

Make sure to stir well to mix the color evenly.

Now it's time to add the diamond confetti that you made earlier.

The final two ingredients is one quarter cup of water and one third of a cup of liquid starch.

Stir the mixture really well until it begins to stick together and become slime.

Once the mixture has become a nice ball of slime, you can use your stir stick to transfer

it to the decorated jar.

Now your Harley Quinn slime is ready to play with or to give as a gift.

To decorate your Joker slime jar, start by painting the lid a light lime green color.

It might take two coats to get full coverage.

Make sure to let the paint dry in between coats.

Once your green lid is completely dry, it's time to add some decoration with a purple

marker.

Draw on various sizes of Ha Ha Ha.

Sealing the top of the lid with a coat of Mod Podge is an optional step.

Let it dry completely before continuing.

As before, you can stop decorating your jar here or you can go one extra step and add

a Joker figure to the top.

Heat up your glue gun and glue the figure in the center off to the side of the lettering.

Now your jar is ready to store some Joker slime.

To make the slime, empty a 5-ounce container of clear glue into a medium sized bowl.

Add one quarter cup of water and a drop of purple food coloring.

Stir well to ensure the color is mixed evenly.

Now it is time to add the letter H beads and the letter A beads and a spoonful of purple

glitter if you like.

(I suggest you leave out the beads if you are making this slime for a really young child

as they could represent a choking hazard.)

Then add one third of a cup of liquid starch and stir the mixture really well until it

begins to stick together and become slime.

You can see I added my glitter a little too late and it was hard to incorporate.

Once the mixture has become a nice ball of slime, you can use your stir stick to transfer

it to the decorated jar.

Now your Joker slime is ready to play with.

If you make both Harley Quinn and Joker slime, I think the set would make a really cute gift.

And they look adorable sitting on a shelf side by side.

2009-2014 F150 Barricade HD Steel Running Boards Review & Install - Duration: 6:06.

Hey, guys, Adam here with americanmuscle.com.

Today, I'm bringing you a detailed overview and installation of the Barricade HD Steel

Running Board, fitting all 2009 to 2014 F-150s.

In this video, I'll be going over the styling, appearance, and the functionality of the Barricade

HD Steel Running Board, as well as its materials and construction.

I'll top the video off with the install, which I'll also let you know upfront is a very simple

install almost anybody can take care of with a helping friend, and of course, will get

a one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

The Barricade HD Steel Running Board you see with me today will be for any '09 to '14 F-150

owner looking to swap out their factory running boards or side steps for something a lot more

aggressive, a lot more unique, and something that strays away from the very common side

step styling.

Now, for those of you out there just looking for something to help you get in and out of

your truck, especially if you've got a lifted setup, you have a bunch of different options

when it comes to helping aids.

You got side steps, nerf [SP] bars, and running boards, of course, like the one you see here,

a lot of which will have different price tags, different stylings, so it really comes down

to what you want it to look like and how much you're willing to spend.

As far as running boards go, they typically offer a sufficient amount of surface area,

as you can see here, but will sit flush up against the rocker panels on your F-150.

Nerf bars and side steps, on the other hand, typically leave a negative space and are gapped

out from the body of the vehicle and offer similar stepping pads in a very small fashion,

like you see here, under each one of the doors.

Ultimately, like I said, it comes down to what you want it to look like, how much you

wanna spend on it, and what kind of styling and aggression you're really going for.

Now, like I said, this particular set of running boards from Barricade will offer a sufficient

surface area.

You really get a heavy-duty material, as it is coming from their HD, or Heavy-Duty Series

of lineups here, and it does offer a stronger material than the factory option that came

on your truck if you've got one equipped with side steps already.

In addition to that, you do get the stepping pads, like I mentioned before.

These are the most unique ones I've seen on this site, and honestly, it might be one of

my favorite sets, considering they are just so much more unique and offer a really aggressive

appearance.

This has almost like a Louver styling, if you're familiar with Louver's, like that rigid

kind of blind series you see here.

They're kind of raised up here to give you a lot more grip, especially useful during

the colder winter months if you're in, like, a snowy area.

You get a lot of grip here with that, and of course, the appearance doesn't hurt at

all.

As far as materials and construction goes, this one being a part of the HD, or Heavy-Duty

Series of lineups from Barricade, will offer a heavy-duty steel material for durability

and a long-lasting use.

On top of that, you get the black powder-coated finish for good looks, but of course, more

importantly, corrosion resistance.

On top of that, you get the six-and-a-half-inch surface area, which is actually about a half

an inch more than most options on the market.

So with the aggressive option here with the Louver-style gripping and, of course, a six-and-a-half-inch

surface area, there's gonna be a lot of bang for your buck here.

Now, speaking of bang for your buck, Barricade is really known for making extremely budget-friendly

and affordable parts, some of the most budget-friendly side steps and running boards and nerf bars

on the market for the F-150 scene.

Now, this particular option will run you between $280 and $300.

Of course, the variation in pricing will depend on your SuperCrew, SuperCab, or just regular

cab.

It depends on your fitment, of course.

Now, in my personal opinion, this is going to be one of the more attractive options.

Just the fact that they're budget-friendly makes it all the better.

Now, I am typically a fan of side steps that gap out from the body of the vehicle.

Of course, they're trucks.

You get that negative space in-between and separate gripping pads.

But I'm actually a really big fan of this particular kit here just because it looks

so much different than other options.

Looking at a side profile view of the F-150, you almost hardly notice it wasn't a factory

option, but once you get up close, you really notice the difference in design, which, in

my personal opinion, is a really big plus.

Now, one thing I always like to point out when we're talking about side steps and nerf

bars and running boards is that a lot of times they're advertised as protection for the sides

of your F-150.

Now, I always wanna point out and give you a full disclosure that these aren't really

considered a complete off-road armor.

Now, if you are taking your truck off-road, expect this to be able to handle small trail

hazards, like small rocks, and if you're taking it on road and you're not really an off-roading

type, it'll help you against door dings in the parking lot and just typical daily hazards.

Now, I would not expect this to be a full on armor.

If you are running into a lot of bigger, more dangerous trail hazards, this might not hold

up as much.

But if you are looking for that, there are other options out there for you.

Check up on the site for the bigger trail, off-roading hazard options that'll help you

out for more protection.

But this, of course, door dings in the parking lot, small trail hazards, small rocks and

dirt and things of that nature, definitely protect you against that.

Shifting gears over to the install portion of the video, like I said in the very beginning,

a simple enough job for anybody to take care of with a simple ratchet and socket set, and

you'll be able to take care of this in about an hour's worth of time at home, which is

why it gets that one out of three wrenches on our difficulty meter.

The first thing you'll need to do is, of course, remove your factory side steps, if you have

them installed.

To do this, all you'll need is a simple ratchet and socket set and just remove the couple

of bolts on each side of the vehicle.

So you'll start by placing the clear washers on the already existing bolts on the interior

wall of your rocker panel and then attaching the brackets provided in your kit, of course,

up to that.

From there, all the hardware is included in the kit to help you do the job.

Once each of the brackets are in place on each side of the vehicle, tighten those down

to spec.

Once you've got everything tightened down and you've repeated the process for the opposite

side, you're good to go.

Definitely an install almost anybody can take care of in the driveway at home, making this

one a direct bolt-on installation.

Overall, about an hour's worth of time and a one out of three wrenches on our difficulty

meter.

Wrapping things up here, guys, if you're the owner of a 2009 and 2014 F-150 and you're

looking for a very unique way to hop in and out of your truck, especially if you've got

a lifted setup, or if you're just looking to replace your factory side steps with a

more unique and aggressive option, you might wanna check out the Barricade HD Steel Running

2015-2016 F150 Billet Lower Grille Overlay Review & Install - Duration: 2:30.

What's going on, guys?

Adam here with americanmuscle.com, and today, I'm bringing you a quick overview of the polished

Billet Lower Grille Overlay, fitting all 2015 and newer F-150s.

If you're the owner of a 2015 or newer F-150 and you're looking to make the front end of

your truck stand out from the pack without removing the factory lower grille insert,

then this polished billet lower grille overlay may be for you.

So, this lower billet grille overlay offers a classic styling for the front end of your

F-150, while making it a very simple install.

Now, I do want to point out, before we jump into things, that this will require you to

drill four small holes in the factory lower grille insert, just to ensure the proper mounting

of this one here.

Now, if you're not looking to do any modification to your factory lower grille, no matter how

simple, then this option may not be for you.

So, this overlay was manufactured using the advanced CAD data directly from Ford to ensure

a perfect OEM fit.

It was constructed out of a durable lightweight billet aluminum to create these four-millimeter

horizontal bars you see here, and it was finished in a bright polished finish to give it that

show car appearance.

Now, there definitely are a lot of options as far as lower grille overlays and lower

grille direct replacements on the market.

The market can range anywhere from the low $100s to about $200.

This particular polished billet overlay option is coming in at just a low $100, making it

a budget-friendly option for your frontend of your truck.

Now, keep in mind that some of the options on the market are overlays, some of them are

replacements, and some of them are only specific to certain F-150 models, such as the EcoBoost

and the 5.0, so you want to make sure you're picking the one that fits with your vehicle,

specifically.

This option is a universal option, fitting all '15 and newer F-150s, regardless of the

certain model.

So, the installation, as I mentioned before, will be extremely straightforward.

It's definitely something you can do in your driveway.

Once you pop the factory lower grille insert off, you will be required to drill four small

holes.

And as you can see in the back of this overlay, there are four pre-drilled spots, so you'll

have a template, you'll know exactly where you're drilling.

All the hardware is included in the kit for the nuts, bolts and brackets, so once you

get the factory lower grille off, you can tighten that all down and pop it right back

into the vehicle.

From start to finish in your driveway, you're looking at spending just under an hour for

this installation, making it an extremely simple install for anybody to do.

I would definitely give it a one out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, just because

anybody can do it if you're willing to do a little bit of drilling to get this mounted

up.

Now, if you're thinking about going with this option, it can really change up the frontend

of your F-150, especially when paired with a matching upper grille, as well.

2009-2016 F150 FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP Rear Shock Review - Duration: 3:18.

Hey, I'm Alex from americanmuscle.com and this is my quick review and breakdown of the

FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP Shocks, for a zero through one-inch lift, fitting your

rear '09 through '16 F-150.

So in this is video, I'm gonna break down the construction and materials of these shocks,

talk about who these are gonna appeal to, what you should expect to be spending, and

then lastly we're gonna hit the installation.

But right off the bat I'm gonna be giving this a very easy one out of three wrenches

on the difficulty meter, and you should have this set on your truck in about one to two

hours tops.

So if you're on the fence about picking up a leveling kit or a lift kit and you're looking

for a marginal bump and clearance, but more importantly you're looking for some of the

best ride quality and handling out there, I would definitely suggest taking a look at

these shocks for your build.

Now right out of the gate, before we get out of the meat and potatoes here, I do want to

mention that these are gonna be specifically for trucks that are running only up to a one-inch

lift, so let's take a look into the construction.

It's evident that these are definitely tough parts, just like their corresponding FOX 2.0

coil-over shocks, and we're gonna see that predominantly the body itself is gonna be

comprised of a 6061-T6 construction for extreme durability as well as longevity.

These shocks are gonna feature a five-eighth-inch hard chrome heat-treated alloy steel shaft

that's also gonna utilize nitrile bushings for increased articulation.

Now, these are not only gonna help your truck perform that much better off-road, but they're

definitely gonna help the handling and performance on-road as well.

So taking a look inside these shocks, the FOX series is gonna feature an internal floating

piston technology, which essentially means that they're gonna be able to withstand any

type of terrain and/or bumps on the road, or even just taking a nasty pothole, or hitting

some railroad tracks.

Furthermore, they're gonna be filled with the a JM92 suspension fluid just to ensure

that your ride is gonna be topnotch.

So getting into the pricing here, you should expect to be spending right around $130 per

piece here.

But, again, I say that these are definitely worth their weight in gold not only from a

quality perspective but from a performance perspective.

Now when shopping around for shocks, you're gonna see that some alternatives can easily

start at around, say, $45, which is gonna be something that you can pick up going down

at your local parts store right off the shelf, and they can easily tip the scales of close

to $1300, like if you're looking for something with an external reservoir setup.

Now, for the money here, again, guys, for FOX quality as well as performance, I definitely

think you're getting a huge bank for the buff of this kit.

So taking a look at the installation side of the video, just like I had said in the

beginning, you're gonna be looking at a very easy one out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter, and you should have these on your truck in about one to two hours tops.

So the ease of installation here is definitely gonna be a huge selling point for me as these

are honestly going to install by themselves.

But while it's gonna be easier said than done, you're gonna need to take your wheels and

tires off, and then these stock shocks are then gonna be essentially held in by two bolts.

Once they're removed, you're gonna replace them with your FOX shock and then you're good

to go.

All right, so to just wrap things up here, I definitely like this option from FOX, if

you're looking for the maximum amount of performance, especially when you're gonna be pairing these

with their corresponding coil-over shocks, as well as their construction, their durability,

the ease of installation, and the aggressive price for what you're gonna be getting.

Hey, what's up, guys?

I'm Justin with americanmuscle.com, and this is my detailed review and install of the MBRP

Pro Series four-inch, single side exit cat-back exhaust system, available for your 2015 and

up 3.5 liter EcoBoost-powered F-150.

In this video, I'm gonna cover three big topics here.

With the MBRP, basically, what you can expect as far as sound with the four-inch system,

what you're gonna be looking at as far as basic materials and construction, and then

basically, a quick little walk-through of the install itself.

And since this is a single outlet system, expect a very easy day in the garage, one

out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter, and I will have a little bit more detail on

that later on.

The MBRP Pro Series is gonna be a great choice for the EcoBoost owners out there looking

for a full four-inch system and would prefer some excellent materials, thanks to that 304

grade stainless.

And ultimately, it's gonna be a great choice for those EcoBoost owners out there who would

like to get all of this and still kinda stick in that entry-level price category.

Now, I know it's 700 bucks.

This is stretching that entry-level term a little bit, but stick with me here, guys,

and I'll explain my logic.

Now, anybody that's familiar with MBRP as a brand typically knows that you don't have

to make a huge financial commitment to get into a system that's gonna provide you with

some pretty great tone overall, but that doesn't mean MBRP can't produce a system that will

hang with the big boys as far as overall quality, and that's what the Pro Series is all about.

Yes, you're still getting MBRP's rock-solid build, but you're also getting that T304 grade

stainless steel, that premium material in place of the aluminized steel, or even 409

grade stainless, which is something that MBRP typically uses on their more affordable systems.

But let's talk sound here with the MBRP four-inch system, and as you guys heard with our sound

clips, this thing produced a pretty enjoyable solid tone overall.

Nice deep tone with a ton of turbo noise.

I'm gonna give it a strong three out of five on my one to five or one to wake the neighbor

scale.

I know a lot of you guys probably watching this at home might think an extremely large

system like this, four inches, with a free-flowing muffler is gonna produce a very loud tone,

but that really wasn't the case here with this system.

We did pick up a little sound inside the cabin when cruising, but it wasn't something that

overpowered the radio on the highway.

With the sound pretty much covered up here, guys, let's talk briefly about some of the

construction and materials here with the Pro Series system and talk about what separates

this thing from the rest of the MBRP lineup.

And as we talked about earlier, it just really all boils down to materials here.

Again, 304 grade stainless steel, the benchmark when it comes to aftermarket cat-back exhaust

system, the best at reducing corrosion and the best when it comes to long term durability.

But obviously, all those benefits do come at a price.

As far as price, guys, you're gonna be dropping right around $700 for the Pro Series four-inch

cat-back, which is pretty solid overall when you're considering you're getting those premium

materials and you're getting that lifetime warranty.

Now, for reference sake, you can get the installer series four-inch cat-back from MBRP as well,

pretty much the identical cat-back to the one we have here, instead that installer series

utilizes aluminized steel and that thing only costs 400 bucks compared to the $700 Pro Series.

So, it just boils down to whether or not you're gonna prefer these premium materials and whether

or not you're gonna need them on your truck.

The big seller here though with this kit, guys, in my opinion, besides those premium

materials of course, is the fact that this is a four-inch system from tip to tip, with

the lone exception of the neck down here at the catalytic converter connection.

Now, again, you're getting four-inch mandrel bends here, including this single bullet style

muffler, all of it exiting out the rather large five-inch tip embossed with that MBRP

logo.

This is also a great system to point out to.

If you guys are going for a bigger power with your F-150, maybe through an aftermarket tune,

downpipes, intakes, things like that, this would be a great choice for you.

Also keep in mind, this is a single exit system, so it's gonna dump right behind that passenger

side rear tire, much like the factory system but with a whole lot more girth.

As I mentioned at the top of this video here, guys, the install for a majority of truck

owners will be pretty straightforward, so let's call it one out of three wrenches with

about an hour or two in the garage or driveway needed before you're making some noise.

Now, longer wheel-based trucks, I'm talking super crew owners with a six and a half foot

bed, or super cab owners with an eight foot bed, you will need to use the extension pipe

that MBRP includes with the system.

Those super crew owners with the six and a half foot bed, you'll have to trim this thing

to about 15 inches, so just make sure you have your saws all ready to go.

On the other hand, super cab owners with the eight-foot bed, you just use the entire extension

pipe.

So, again, for the majority of owners out there, a bolt-on affair, basic hand tools,

a socket set is really all you're looking at.

Super crew owners with the six and a half foot bed, just make sure you have your saws

all ready to rock and roll.

But other than that, basically a couple of hours in the garage or driveway and you should

be good to go.

So if you guys have your heart set on a four-inch system, the MBRP Pro Series will be one of

your nicest options on the site based on materials alone.

Factor in the solid build and the decent tone, and you have a great system for well south

of a thousand bucks.
