The 7 Stages of Spiritual Ascension – Revealing The Ascension Path - Duration: 8:23.

The 7 Stages of Spiritual Ascension Revealing The Ascension Path

BY GOSTICA

The ascension process is what you go through as you transition from being solely focused

on the physical as a 3D limited physical being into full awareness of your spiritual nature,

power and light.

As you progress through the levels of ascension, you reconnect with your open heart, gain a

greater sense of purpose and awakening, and merge with your higher selves.

This stepping back into complete oneness and connection with divine source light is truly

beautiful.

The 7 Different Stages of Ascension:

1.

Self-Examination

The first ascension stage is self-examination.

This is where you begin to question the external world around you.

You ask questions like Who am I really?

Is there more going on here than meets the eye?

Is there more to physical reality than society, the media, and maybe even my family are telling

me?

Why am I really here?

There must be something more.

2.

Spiritual Study

After reflection comes study.

You begin to ask questions and search for the answers which carries you into stage two,

which is spiritual study.

Diving into spiritual books, research on the internet, enrolling in courses, or going through

guided meditations, channelings, or programs.

You use what you are learning to answer the questions, Who am I really.

Why am I really here?

What is really going on?

3.

Stepping Into Being of Service Towards Others

Youre beginning to understand more of who you really are and how you can give back to

the world.

Youre beginning to gain a mastery of some spiritual concepts and ideas.

Youre then sharing them with others.

This is where the cycle of learning and teaching unfolds.

As you step into service on your path, youre still learning, growing, meditating, looking

inward, and doing what you can to reconnect with your light.

You realize that serving others is a very large part of why you are really here.

This service comes from the heart.

Its not an attempt to get anything from others.

Its simply because youre waking up, youre on fire, and your heart is opening.

You want to serve, assist, and guide others as you continue to progress on your path.

4.

Heart Illumination

Through your service to others and your continued clearing away of limiting beliefs, emotions,

and past negative patterns, your heart actually opens.

It becomes illuminated and filled with divine light.

You literally become awakened through your heart center.

When your heart is open, that light is able to rise upward, opening your throat as well

as your ability to listen to divine guidance and hear in the realms of spirit.

It continues to rise into your third eye, opening your psychic sight or intuition.

It continues up to your crown so that you can experience your direct connection with

source and begin living life with the heart-based intention to continue to be of service, shine

your full light, fully awaken, and embody all that you are.

You are now living life in a state of love.

You are flowing forth forgiveness, tuning into gratitude and choosing love in every

moment.

This means turning away from fear, from the lower vibrational emotions and experiences,

and embodying love.

Through this, you embody the full light that you are.

5.

Becoming a Way-Shower

Through your spiritual and psychic gifts, your intuition and a deep knowing of who you

really comes into focus.

Your service is empowered.

Not only are you able to serve in a way that is more joyful, abundantly rewarding, and

fulfilling for you, but youre able to more effectively serve, love, and help others.

This is when you step into the next stage which is truly being a way-shower.

You live life with an open heart, and through your service you step forward to be a representative

of the message you are teaching.

Not only are you learning and teaching, you are now embodying, shining forth, and sharing

from your open heart.

6.

Embodiment of Your Crystalline Divine Blueprint

This is the Christed state.

You embody the Christ template, which is your awakened self.

In this stage, you are unifying all layers, dimensions, and aspects of yourself.

You bring Christ consciousness into your life and live this.

This is how you are the way-shower.

In this state, youre flowing with bliss and ease, youre naturally serving others,

and you continue to grow and ascend.

7.

Reuniting with Source

This is a full multidimensional manifestation.

This is so far beyond physical.

Its incredibly vast and expanded.

I do not know of anyone alive at this time in this full embodiment of source consciousness

and presence, but this is where the ascension path is headed.

This is where embodying the divine in physical form is available and where we are as ascending

initiates.

We are all returning to this pure full source light connection.

After this, the next stage is outside of a physical expression.

Its about leaving the physical body and returning fully to source.

Maybe at that point, you want to become a star or enter into another galaxy or any other

number of things.

You are fully returning and reuniting with source and entering a new journey; a new existence.

The Christ Consciousness Template

Christ consciousness is a template that we are all able to ascend into.

Just as Jesus Christ fully embodied this Christ template, so can you and I in this lifetime.

We can fully embody our crystalline self.

Im not saying youre becoming Jesus here.

Im saying youre becoming the fully awakened version of you.

Embodiment of the Christ consciousness template is like a beautiful snowflake.

Theres no two manifestations of Christ consciousness that are the same, just as no

two snowflakes are the same.

How I embody my fully awakened crystalline self is different from Jesus, is different

from you and that is what makes this ascension process so beautiful and exciting.

Each of us awakening to our full crystalline light looks totally different.

Your skills and gifts are different than mine.

Theres room for us all at the top.

Together, we are creating the new paradigm of earth where we all are Christed, awakened

beings living in harmony, raising the vibration of this planet and truly loving life.

We are experiencing a new paradigm that has never been seen before.

This is a golden age thats vibrant, awakened, crystalline, and entirely new.

These are the steps on the path as individuals.

And when we all take them collectively, magic is what unfolds.

With love

and blessings.

Strange Medical Mystery Unearthed on Panama's 'Witch Hill' - Duration: 4:38.

Strange Medical Mystery Unearthed on Panamas Witch Hill

Archaeologists and medical historians have uncovered a strange and unexplained burial

in Panamas Cerro Brujo, or Witch Hill. The discovery was made by a team of archaeologists

from the Smithsonian Institute who found a set of remains buried upside-down in a fetal

position in a trash heap in an abandoned pre-Colombian.

The settlement is found on Panamas Caribbean coast and was inhabited as far back as the

7th century.

The remains are believed to have been buried around the year 1300 A.D., some 150 years

after the settlement was permanently abandoned.

They were first discovered in 1970, but a new analysis has revealed more surprising

information about the remains which shows they might have had some sort of supernatural

significance.

According to Nicole Smith-Guzmn at the Smithsonian Tropical Research Institute (STRI)

in Panama, the body appears to have been placed in a curious manner within the trash heap,

implying some unknown ritual purpose: And based on the fact that the body was tightly

wrapped in the fetal position and buried face down with two clay pots and a shell trumpet

like those still used by indigenous Ngbe people in this area today, we consider this

a ritual burial.

The mysterious placement of the body led researchers to re-examine the remains.

After submitting the skeleton to CT scans and assembling 3D recreations, researchers

found that the remains belonged to a teen between 14 and 16 years old who was suffering

from a deadly bone cancer.

The teens right humerus had a massive cystic tumor and the skull showed signs of excessive

bone growth usually associated with bone cancers.

The placement on the trash heap might at first suggest that the teens diseased remains

were thrown out like garbage out of fear or disgust, but their published study insists

that quite the opposite is likely: Rather than being cast out of society as a

cursed individual, or discarded carelessly in the trash as a diseased individual, this

young person seems to have been buried with care alongside ritually significant items

at a site connected with their ancestors.

[] Therefore, it is reasonable to propose it likely that the remains of the adolescent

were carefully laid in burial 6H in a village once occupied by her ancestors owing to cultural

group beliefs about the relationship between disease, death, and the spirits of the deceased.

Based on the cultural beliefs of the modern-day Ngbe people (sometimes written Ngobe) of

Panama, the researchers believe the remains could have been left as a type of skeletal

heirloom or as a ritual tomb.

According to Ngbe shamanist beliefs, an imbalance between the natural and supernatural

worlds can allow malevolent spirits to enter victims bodies in the form of nightmares

wherein the spirits steal their poor victims souls.

Could the teens skeleton be some type of offering to restore the balance with the supernatural,

or even some type of sacrifice to appease vengeful spirits?

Well, what else would you expect to find in a place called Witch Hill?

Elon Musk: 18 Laws of Success (Motivational Video) - Duration: 23:45.

with tesla your goal has been to make a

better car and you've done that with an

electric vehicle that people covet that

has quite a cult following

that's upgradable but you also want to

achieve and your turn of phrase is very

nice or try to achieve this Platonic

ideal of a car right to reach your

affection so what does the perfect car

look like well I'm going to do I do use

that phrase with our engineering design

team that aspirationally we're in

pursuit of like ideal of the perfect car

and it here knows what that looks like

actually but it's I want to try to make

every element of the car as as flawless

as possible will always be you know some

degree of imperfection but try to

minimize that and create a car that is

just delightful in every way and I think

if you do that then the rest kind of

takes care of itself that third failure

in a row did you think I need to pack

this in though why not

I don't ever give up I mean I'd have to

be dead or completely incapacitated

eight weeks later must bet the company

on another flight we have liftoff this

time around everything worked perfect

that portal hadn't worked that would

have been it we would have not had the

resources to do analysis really liking

what you do whatever area that you get

into given that even if you if you're

the best the best there's always a

chance of failure so I think it's

important that you really like whatever

you're doing if you don't like it

life is too short if you like what

you're doing you think about it even

when you're not working I mean it'll

just it's something that your mind is

drawn to and and if you don't like it

you just really can't make it work I

think so many people try to talk me out

of starting a road company it was it was

crazy one good friend of mine collected

a whole series of videos of rockets

blowing up and maybe watch those you

just didn't want me to lose all my money

we're doing these things that seem

unlikely to succeed and we've been

fortunate and at least thus far they

have succeed now is the time to take

risk you don't have kids as you get

older your obligations increase so you

and once you have a family you start

taking risk not just for yourself but

for your family as well it gets much

harder to do things that might not work

out so now is the time to do that before

you before you have those obligations so

I would encourage you to take risks now

to do something bold

you won't regret the failures are not

the most terrible things well you have

to learn from it and react to it yeah

exactly is when you're building

something new there's going to be

mistakes and it's important to to

recognize those mistakes acknowledge

them and take corrective action and the

successful company is very much more

about how quick are you to fix the

mistakes not will you make mistakes or

admit a mistake absolutely yeah and if

you see the difference between a startup

that is successful one that is not as

because the successful one they're both

made mistakes but the successful one

recognizing mistakes fix them very

quickly and the unsuccessful one tries

to deny that the mistakes exist you know

extremely smart people are sometimes

quite arrogant because they believe in

what they believe in right and so when

they face criticism it's less likely to

admit you know they

can make mistakes with that in your case

I learned it when I was doing when I was

studying physics the the you know in

physics you're taught to always question

yourself you're taught to always assume

that you're wrong not assume that you're

right and you have to prove yourself not

not wrong and I think that that that

physics framework is really where where

I learnt it and it's very effective for

wonderful learning counterintuitive

things that aren't obvious hmm so you

are very famous in saying that failure

is actually an option and if you're not

failing but that means you're not

innovative yeah it's not like I like

failure if you like snow is terrible but

if you only do things that are certain

to succeed then you're only going to be

doing very obvious thing when interview

someone to work the companies would be

to ask them tell me about the problems

that they worked on and how to solve

them and if someone was really the

person that solved it they'll be able to

answer multiple levels they'll be able

to go down to the brass tacks and if

they weren't they'll get stuck and then

you can say oh this person was not

really the person who solved it because

anyone struggled hard with a problem if

again if you're creating company or if

you're joining companies the most

important thing is to make sure is to

attract great people so either view

would join a group that's amazing that

you really respect or if you keep

building a company you've got to gather

great people I mean all the company is

is a group of people that have gathered

together to create a product or service

and so depending upon how talented and

hardworking that group is and degree to

which they are focused cohesively in a

good direction that will determine the

success of the company

so do everything you can to to gather

great people if you're creating a

company you got to make sure that

whatever you're doing is a great product

or service it has to be really great and

I go back to what I was saying earlier

where if you're a new company I mean

let's just like some new industry or new

market that if it's an untapped market

or then then you have more ability to

just as the standard is lower for your

product service but if you're entering

anything where there's an existing

the place against large entrenched

competitors then your product or service

needs to be much better than that it

can't be a little bit better because

then you put yourself in the shoes of

the consumer and they say why would you

buy it as a consumer you're always going

to buy the trusted brand unless there's

a big difference so a lot of times you

know entrepreneur will come up with

something which is only slightly better

and it's it's not you can't just be

slightly better it's got to be a lot

better

you are unusually fearless and willing

to go in the face of other people

telling you something that's crazy and I

know a lot of pretty crazy people you

still stand out where does that come

from or how do you think about making a

decision when everyone tells you this is

a crazy idea where do you get the

internal strength to do that I love this

all I'd say I actually think I see if

feel fair quite strongly so as long as

the I just have the absence of fear I've

I feel it quite strongly but there are

times when if something is important

enough you believe in it enough that you

do it in spite of fear so speaking of

important things selects people

shouldn't think III should if you think

well I feel fear about this and

therefore I shouldn't do it it's normal

to be to feel fair like you'd have to

definitely something mentally wrong you

shouldn't feel fear so you just feel it

and let the importance of it drive you

to do it anyway yeah you know I ask you

something that can be helpful as

fatalism some degree you could just

think it's just accept the probabilities

then that diminishes fear so I'm

starting SpaceX I thought the odds of

success were less than 10% and I just

accepted that actually probably I would

just lose lose everything but that maybe

would make some progress if we could

just move the ball forward even if we

died maybe some other company could pick

up the baton and move and keep moving it

forward so that we still do some good

yeah say what Tesla I forget odds with a

car company succeeding were extremely

low depending on how well you want to do

in particularly for starting a company

you need to work super hot

so what is super heart mean well when my

brother and I was starting out his

company instead of getting an apartment

we just rented a small office and we

slept on the couch and we showered at

the YMCA and we're so hot up we had one

computer so the the website was up

during the day and I was coding at night

seven days a week all the time and I

sort of briefly had a gopher in that

period and in order to be with me chefs

asleep in the office so I work hard like

it mean every waking hour that's that's

the thing I would I would say if you

particular if you're starting a company

and I mean you can do simple math say

like okay if somebody else is working 50

hours and you're working 100 you'll get

twice as done as much done in the course

of a year as the other company

when does half be focused on the short

term and money coming in when creating a

company because otherwise the company

will for die so that the I think that a

lot of times people think like creating

company is going to be fun I would say

it's not it's really not that fun when

their periods of fun

and their periods of which were just

awful and particularly if you see of the

company you actually have a distillation

of all the worst problems in a company

there's no point in spending your time

on things that are going right so you

only spend on things on your time on

things that are going wrong and there

are things that are going wrong that

other people can't can't take care of so

you're like the worst you have a filter

for the crappers problems in the company

most pernicious and painful problems so

I wouldn't say it's I think you have to

feel quite compelled to do it and have a

fairly high pain threshold and there's a

friend of mine

who says like starting companies like

staring at the abyss and eating glass

and there's some truth to that

we're sharing is the best part is that

you're going to be constantly facing the

extermination of the company because

where's mo startups fail it's like 90

percent ugly 99 percent of of

startzville so I bet that's the staring

in to give this part you can't see

constantly saying okay

if I don't get this right the company

will die it should be quite right for

quite stressful and and then the eating

glass part is you've got you've got to

do you've got to do the problems you

gonna so you're going to work on the

problem that the company needs you to

work on not cons you want to work on and

so that the unit working on problems

that that you'd really wish you weren't

working on and so that's the eating

glass part and that goes on for a long

time so how do you keep your focus on

the big picture when you're constantly

faced with we could be out of business

in a month well it's just a very small

percentage of mental energies on the on

the big picture like you know you know

where you generally heading for and and

the fascial path is going to be some

sort of zig zaggy thing in that

direction and try not to deviate too far

from the path that you want to be on but

you're going to have to do that some

degree but I don't want to I don't to

diminish the I mean I think the product

the profit motive is is a is a good one

if the rules of an industry are properly

set up so there's only fundamentally

wrong with pop and in fact profit just

means that people are paying you more

for whatever you're doing then you're

spending to create it that's a good

thing and if you're not if that's not

the case then you'll be out of business

and rightfully so you're not adding up

right the innovation can be very

exciting life the doing business

sometimes requires you know assistance

sometimes could be very boring do you

have the same plunder from innovation as

from business running a business well

going to rob that you do just

the innovative engineer instead of a

business owner or runner I mean I'd love

to just do innovation work and just do

engineering but you raise a good point

because you know a lot of life in

general any job there's like you have to

do your chores you know there's no

nobody else can do that for you well

it's yet I think to be successful at

almost anything you can't it you have to

do the tough stuff and as well as the

enjoyable stuff you have to do the

boring stuff as well as the non boring

stuff and if you don't do your chores

then bad things will happen but if they

don't do the things that they don't like

to do then the company will be in

trouble yeah like you have to basically

be like it's more fun to cook the meals

and to clean the dishes okay but you

need to clean vicious we need to get

that yes as your boss exactly that's why

I really thought like how can I provide

advice that would be most helpful and

I'm not sure I've given enough thought

to do that to give you the best possible

answer but I think I think certainly

being focused on something that you're

confident will have high value to

someone else and just being really

rigorous in making that assessment

because people are attend to natural

human tendencies wishful thinking so a

challenge for entrepreneurs is to say

well what's the difference between

really believing in your ideals and

sticking sticking to them versus

pursuing some unrealistic dream that

doesn't actually have merit and it's it

that is it that is a really difficult

thing to to tell you can you tell the

difference between those two things

yeah so you need to be sort of very

rigorous in your self self analysis I

think certainly extremely tenacious and

and then just work like hell I mean you

just have to put in you know 80 hour 80

100 hour weeks every week and then I

like that's that's all those things

improve the odds of success okay

I mean if other people are putting in 40

hour work weeks and you're putting in

100 hour work weeks then even if

you're doing the same thing you know

that in one year you will achieve what

they achieve you will achieve in four

months what it takes them a year to

achieve I would definitely advise people

your soldering company to expect a long

period of quite high difficulty yeah

but it means long as people take super

focused on creating absolute best

product or service that really delights

their end customer if they stay focused

on that then it should be basically if

if you get a such that your customers

want you to succeed then then you

probably will alright you have to focus

on the customer delivering for them yeah

make sure if your customers love you you

will your other successor dramatically

higher question that has been discussed

over the past couple of days should we

be considering one tips one way only

takes to Mars what's the best approach

to colonize the planet with it but what

you do it's not socially acceptable to

think people will sign up to do it I

think is plenty of people are signed up

for a warrior to Mars

but maybe if I could have a show of

hands who would consider such an option

I see some not married or perhaps enough

for a couple of missions

simply beam up and I think it's sort of

like is it a one-way mission and then

you die

or is it one or a mission and you get

resupplied that's a big difference

wait for the second option yeah exactly

but I mean I think it's an interesting

route point because you want to bring

the spaceship back like these spaceships

are expensive okay if they're hard to

build you can't just leave them there so

whether or not people want to come back

or not it's kind of like they can jump

on if they want but do you need the

spaceship back

thank you

I mean kind of weird like it was like

huge collection of spaceships on Mars

over time really it's like where you

spin the back and of course there's just

been a bet CEO of SpaceX and you've said

that your ultimate goal is to get

humankind to Mars

I've heard your response to the question

but these guys need to hear it why is

Mars important what is Mars matter sure

well I think the it's really a

fundamental surgeon we need to make as a

civilization I you know what kind of

future do we want do you want a future

where we are forever confined to one

planet until some eventual extinction

event however far in the future that

might occur or do we want to become a

multi-planet species and and then

ultimately be out there among the stars

being among many planets many star

systems and I think the latter is a far

more exciting and inspiring future than

the former and and Mars is the next

natural step in fact it's the only

planet we really have a shot at at

establishing a self-sustaining city on

and and I think once we do establish

such a city there will be strong forcing

function for the improvement of

spaceflight technology that will then

enable us to establish colonies

elsewhere in the solar system and

ultimately extend beyond the beyond our

solar system and and so there's the

defensive reason of protecting the few

humanity ensuring that the light of

consciousness is not extinguished should

some calamity before earth but also

that's the defense of reason but

personally I find the word what it gets

me more excited is is the fact that this

would be an incredible adventure maybe

like the greatest adventure ever

mmm and it will be exciting and

inspiring and they need to be things

that excite me inspire people yeah after

your you know reason is why you get up

in the morning it can't just be solving

problems it's got to be something

something great is going to happen in

future yeah we talked about this at

length yesterday it's not an exit

strategy or a back-up plan for saving

time or fails right it's also to inspire

people on earth right and to transcend

and just to go beyond our mental limits

of what we think we can achieve right I

mean I think it sort of how incredible

the Apollo program was and just yeah I

mean if you ask anyone and to name names

of humanity's greatest achievements in

20th century the Apollo program landing

on the moon would wouldn't it and in

many of our most places you know on a

2001 with just a toy a friend of mine

and you asked me what I was going to

have to pay pal and I thought well you

know I was wondering like I'd like to be

involved in space but I just didn't

think as a thank you as an individual

and but I was curious as to when we when

we NASA would be sending a team to Mars

because that was always gonna be the

thing to do after a MOOC I figured that

could be some plan when I just go to

websites and I could read the you know

the schedule

then Martha there oh yeah it's like okay

2017 good okay

but actually there wasn't anything on

the website and or at least I thought

like am I cannot I'll find it like

what's going on here

and it was secret I don't know I so but

it turned out that that NASA had done a

study on what it would cost to send to

do a manned Mars mission and I this was

under Bush the first and I suppose he

asked for a 90-day study she would left

a taking office and NASA came back with

a 500 billion

a price tag and he said okay maybe not

kill you not me

that's when five hundred billion dollars

was serious money if the government so I

so then that got Toby shell and it was

like you're not allowed to talk about

any kind of crude mission to Mars at

NASA anyway so I thought well if I can

do something that word galvanize public

interest that and then that public

interest would translate to additional

appropriations from NASA increase the

budget then then maybe they could do it

so the puts actually what I sort of

thinking I would do is send us a small

greenhouse the surface of Mars

it was seeds in dehydrated gel and then

upon landing hydrated Jenna grow the

plants and the Pollack tests respond to

precedents and superlatives so this

would be the farthest that life ever

traveled the first life on Mars I try to

start figure out how to do this with the

proceeds that I had from from PayPal and

I was able to figure out how to get the

cost of the spacecraft down and the

communications and the little greenhouse

everything but the one thing I couldn't

compress was the cost launch there's

only a few options and the us options

are way too expensive and so I ended up

going to Russia three times to try to

buy the biggest ICBM and the Russian

nuclear fleet that's where I start yeah

yeah go baby well yeah I mean okay they

were there was there was some strange

trips that's for sure

but you look like virtually like you can

buy any it's a very careful of society

somewhere so actually didn't go she had

a deal to pick to buy to the ICBMs - the

nukes and but I can't even conclusion

after that third trip that it would

really matter like you for before I

actually came to inclusion that my

initial premise was was was wrong

because I actually think there's there's

transponder will in the American

population particularly to to explore

United States you know maybe more than

any other country is a distillation of

the human spirit of exploration and it's

really fundamental to psyche so if

people think there's a way I think you

actually get a lot of support but but

then it can't be just banging your head

against the wall I gotta believe but

this can be done without breaking the

federal budget so that's when I said

okay well is there some way to affect

the cost of space transport and and is

really and so I got together with a

group of people over series of Saturdays

just to just try it on said if there's

something super fun de mentally super

expensive about rockets or can the cost

be substantially improved and that we

had a bunch of those kind of

brainstorming sessions and I couldn't

see I couldn't see any fundamental

obstacle to improving the cost of

rockets so that's when I started SpaceX

okay I'll just build them myself

yeah and then but I said at that point I

would say before the quality of success

was definitely less than 30 percent I

thought it would most likely not succeed

but was worth the try

How to Paint a Sea Wave - Narrated Oil Painting Tutorial - Duration: 4:02.

Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!

I am Leonardo Pereznieto and today we will paint a sea wave.

Let´s begin by sketching the main shapes.

How the wave will unfold.

We mix a dark color with Blue Black and Ultramarine Blue, for the background,

the sea that is way behind.

And also on the other side.

The wave will be in the middle,

of course.

I'm using a small flat brush.

As a medium I'm using odorless minerals spirits,

a little bit of linseed oil and some Liquin. The Liquin

so that it dries faster.

It is optional.

The list of materials is in the description below the video.

And I add also some Viridian Green, mixed with a tiny bit of

Ultramarine Blue.

Because I want the sea to be slightly greenish in some spots but

I will add blue, on top of it of course.

I´m inspired by the Caribbean Sea, which is my favorite!

We are wrapping up the underpainting of the wave, with the overall colors.

And we will use Flake White to start the foam.

The foam created by the splash of the waves.

It is rolling our wave, so I´ll try to indicate this,

or to follow this movement.

This rolling movement typical to the waves.

For the brighter spots, I use some Titanium White, pure.

The more I paint this wave, the more I want to be there.

In fact I´m seriously considering moving to the Caribe for a while.

Wouldn´t that be awesome?

Let´s paint some lines here and ripples, created with the movement

of the water.

The surface will have a lot of foam in some areas, and I want to create

the level where this is happening.

So I will be adding some more white foam to indicate this.

And because I want to give it a lot of movement.

Splashy movement [laughter].

I´m using an even thiner brush now.

The foam doesn´t develop in straight lines, is more like it is

always a wavy or broken in different parts.

Not continuos.

And it will have a lot of it.

Here in this close up you can see it a little bit better.

I´m adding some darker blue to give some shape to the little waves,

like so, since they should´t be flat with all the same tone…

… and now we add the foam on top.

Of course in real life this painting is not intended to be

seen from this close as right now.

The best effect is from a bit further away.

I love painting so much!

Sometimes I mess up the paintings a bit, but I still enjoy them! [laughter].

And we paint the droplets on the crest of the wave.

We can use a flat brush for this effect.

We give it the last touches and it´s ready!

If you enjoyed it please give it a LIKE!

share it to your friends and subscribe to Fine Art-Tips.

And I will see you on Tuesday :)

Travel Back Old Taipei | Dihua District 台北迪化街 - Duration: 3:15.

so here I am at Dihua District

and this area I guess you can consider it

an old Taipei

because all the early development

of the city

began starting from the neighbourhood by temples

because temples are where people would gather

and chill and hangout basically

and around the temple there are loads of stores

it used to be a lot more popular than this

but now it's become a tourist destination

rather than where locals would shop

but still lots of locals still come here to buy fabrics

and dried goods

this could be used for cooking or ready to eat

this could be used in cooking?

could I also use this in making tea?

sure

because these are dipped in sugar

they sort of taste sweet and sour

try it

the texture should be pretty good

but if you are looking for a healthier option

these are prepared without sugar

are there a lot of Japanese tourists here?

yes about 70% are from Japan

they like dried goods

what about tourists from other countries?

hmm Singapore and Hong Kong

they would come here to shop

there testers that you can try before you decide to purchase

these dried goods

that you have chosen

but as you walk through these streets

the aroma

honestly

you really got to come here to experience that

the Chinese medicine the dried goods the smell

the aroma that comes off those things

Excuse me what is this?

eucommia ulmoides tree bark

tree bark? Is it a type of Chinese medicine?

these on the shelves are all Chinese medicine

What's the use of this tree bark

healthier kidney and bones

and if you have back pain

so do people buy these to make their own clothes?

yes

mostly students?

depends

there foreign customers as well

oh they would also buy fabrics?

of course

yesterday a French customer came by

oh wow really

after 20 minutes through of that street

in Dihua district

honestly

the aroma really needs a bit of work to get used to

but this is one of the most unique experience

that I have

living in Taipei

this is hard to find anywhere else

because it's so unique

and I guess that's why it draws so many Japanese tourists here

Killer Mike Says He'd Punch Bill Maher for Using the N-Word - Duration: 2:27.

What's up, guys?

For Complex News, I'm Beija Velez.

Killer Mike has become an outspoken public figure on race relations and equality for

African Americans ever since he campaigned for Bernie Sanders, so naturally, he gave

his take on the Bill Maher controversy over his use of the N-word that exploded on social

media over the weekend.

Shortly after the internet began dragged Maher when the episode of Real Time With Bill Maher

aired, Killer Mike insisted that Maher was simply doing his job, and further argued that

although Maher is protected by the First Amendment right to free speech, he should be responsible

for his own words and actions.

When TMZ did a follow-up interview with Killer Mike on Monday, Harvey Levin poised the question

of what would he do if Maher said the offensive slur in front of him on the show.

Killer Mike wasn't serious about causing physical harm to Maher.

He's appeared on his show multiple times, and actually considers him a friend.

This is what he meant:

He goes on to explain he is a strong believer in freedom of speech and supports everyone's

right to say what they want to say, even if he doesn't agree with it.

He also believes in people's right to boycott Maher, but then defended his right as an entertainer

to make jokes, even if they fall flat.

He leaves a final thought on why we should move on from this.

After HBO made the announcement to remove the episode from future airing, Maher issued

an official statement on the matter, saying:

"Friday nights are always my worst night of sleep because I'm up reflecting on the things

I should or shouldn't have said on my live show.

Last night was particularly long night as I regret the word I used in the banter of

a live moment.

The word was offensive and I regret saying it and am very sorry."

Masterclass with DANA ALEXA ♥ in Prague ❘ VLOG Alex Neüff - Duration: 13:46.

Hi I'm Alex and this is my Vlog about Dana's Workshop in Prague.

She was teaching her choreography to "Still got Time".

I hope you like it. Enjoy.

Hi and welcome to a new adventure.

Today I'm going to Prague for the workshop with Dana.

Since it's not that far from Berlin I'm going there for the weekend. Let's go!

After 2 hours I arrived in Dresden.

Everybody got off the train

but we'll continue to Prague.

Hopefully.

I arrived.

Welcome to Prague.

In the background you can see the train station, I just arrived.

From Berlin 4,5 hours by train.

And now I'm going to the city centre to change my money.

It's a bit rainy

but I don't have any luggage only my small backpack

so it's easy.

And now the most important info - tomorrow there will be a dance workshop with Dana from LA.

It's pretty crazy because class will be only 90 minutes

and that's why I came here!

Still closer than LA.

And I have never been in Prague before.

Have a look, you can change money over there.

So in this exchange office some German people were wondering why they got so little money

so I think I will check out some other place.

Ok, let's go on I changed my money.

I asked some people who told me this place would be fine.

But other exchange offices have up to 20% fees.

Now I've got my money, let's see what we can do with it.

Remember: before changing your money ask how much you will get.

Then you will know if it's more or less ok.

A candy shop!

I'm fine, I've got some candy.

They had... everything ;)

There are so many souvenir shops here.

It's pretty crowded.

Everybody is taking pictures and videos - just like me.

Time for a break. I found a little restaurant and ordered goulash.

You can buy this everywhere.

I'm such a typical tourist - in front of the souvenir shop with my biscuit.

It's so delicious.

People are watching because I'm talking to my camera.

I'm taking the underground to go "home".

First I gotta buy a ticket.

I payed too much for my ticket.

The trains are so deep down.

I'm not from here.

I payed 0,30€ too much for my ticket

and now I gotta find my train.

I don't know, the signs are weird.

So I found out which train I gotta take.

It just drove away^^.

Yeah i know, I'm being stupid...

I just got off the train and will follow my map now.

I should arrive within the next 10 minutes.

Such a nice area!

Somewhere here...

There it is! My home for today.

That's the villa.

My room for tonight.

My place.

I'm gonna dance a bit and then I'll go to bed.

Day 2

I just got up, one person is still sleeping.

It's very sunny today, I'm leaving now.

Yesterday evening I was dancing a bit in this between floor.

Today is the day of days!

But it's only at 6.30pm so I still have got some time left.

I will go to the Charles Bridge.

Today I bought the right ticket.

Again this super long and quick escalator.

I got in trouble for this shot, because I climbed on the bridge. But it looks really nice^^

I'm going back.

Gotta take a selfie for instagram.

1000 selfies

one more^^

I visited the Charles Bridge.

And now I'm finally gonna have some breakfast.

By the way it's sunday and shops are open.

It's mainly tourist stuff ;)

Break at Starbucks.

I'm pretty tired. Had to get up early.

I'd love to take a nap.

But I gotta go now!

Time for the big event. I'm on the way to the dance studio.

I've got a bit over 2 hours left.

So I will arrive early and calm me down.

I'm already so stressed.

I'm curious how many dancers will take part

how old they are

what dance skills they have

where they come from.

Let's see if there's somebody from Germany

or Poland.

I don't feel really safe here, but it's the only way.

We're entering the dance studio now. I met the girls outside. We're trying to find out where we gotta go.

That's looking good.

We've got 1 hour left. I'm going crazy.

I'm so excited and don't know what to do.

Have a look, that's the dance space

lounge and reception

locker room

Here I am.

She just entered the studio.

20 min left

Quick bathroom break.

I'm so excited...but it's so cool!

I feel like a stalker - but there she is!

It's gonna be packed!

Little break. It's going pretty well for now!

First group

Next part was weird... I gotta practice^^

We just finished class. It was so cool even though in the end I messed everything up.

And I'm still super excited.

Now everybody is waiting to take a selfie with Dana. Me too.

When you take a snap with Dana and you don't know what to say... -.-'

That was my trip to Prague.

It's about 11pm and I'm going to the bus station.

If you have to go to the main station by night, better take the underground...

So I was looking for my bus station and finally found it. See all the garbage? Bus station is just over there.

Time for evaluation.

-announcement-

Anyway, workshop with Dana was liiiiiit!

And I think I did pretty well.

It was so exciting.

Maybe I can practice the choreo at home and do a dancecover.

Do you wanna see it?

Today I left about 11am.

Spent my day touring the city, went to the dance workshop and now I'm waiting here...

My feet are dead.

Class was 90min

First 60min went fine

Last 30min I had trouble to remember all the steps.

But it was exciting, it was nice.

I even pushed myself to dance first row.

It was hard, but it was really cool.

I hope the announcements don't annoy you too much. Can you hear me? (It's late, I'm going crazy...)

I changed place, so you can hear me better.

There were about 50 dancers

Most people were from Prague

but I also met 2 girls from Poland and Germany.

Again an announcement, let's wait till it's over...

Let's go on!

I'm super happy to have taken part!

It was exhausting, it was hard but I had a lot of fun!

I was so excited about the dance workshop for the whole time.

But I'm proud that I made it and I'd definetly do it again.

I'm gonna take the bus now and drive back home to berlin.

See you soon. Thanks for watching.

Quick info: In case you don't know Dana Alexa, check out her youtube channel.

I will put a link in my description box.

She was my first inspiration for Jazz Funk

that's why I wanted to take her class again and so I came here.

I made it

Back home again!

Mission océan Austral #5 – Kerguelen, hotspot biologique - Duration: 7:12.

The ocean regulates the Earth's climate.

But do we know how much longer it will continue to do so? To deepen our understanding of how the ocean

copes with climate change, an oceanographic expedition has set off on an exploratory voyage

of the waters of the South Pole, the starting point of the Earth's great thermal regulation machine.

Aboard the Marion Dufresne, a ship purpose built for this destination,

some 15 researchers and engineers are on course for the Kerguelen archipelago

located on the outer edges of the sea ice.

In seven days, the scientists of the SOCLIM expedition have covered several thousand

kilometres of the Indian ocean at an average speed of 25 km/hour.

Their destination is now in sight: the Kerguelen archipelago

located at the edge of the Southern Ocean

an oasis before the sea ice and the Great White Continent.

At the crack of dawn, the Marion Dufresne pulls into the Kerguelen islands.

the entire team stands gazing from the footbridge

The cliffs of the archipelago the same landmass as Corsica

jut out from the mist.

The scientists take in the magic of the moment.

In this region, the warm season is from October to March.

During the southern springtime, when there is more sunlight and temperatures are higher,

oceanic phytoplankton growth is rampant.

This phenomenon is known as phytoplankton bloom or efflorescence.

These single-cell algae use the nutrients

and dissolved carbon available in the ocean's water to build and multiply.

Seen from satellite, the green colour of the algae bloom is due

to the presence of chlorophyll, the molecule responsible for photosynthesis.

Phytoplankton, like forest, is one of the Earth's lungs.

The previous campaigns led by Stéphane in this region have demonstrated

how much the Kerguelen plateau enriches the surrounding waters with mineral salts

such as iron, an essential element to phytoplankton growth.

The sources of freshwater saturated in terrestrial sediments

are clearly visible when flying over the bay.

"There is a massive glacier on Kerguelen, the Cook Ice Cap,

that is receding relatively fast. The melt has generated

a relatively large flow of freshwater

that carries with it loads of essentially terrestrial particles

that dramatically modify the colour of the water."

The principal investigator takes several members of his team

to take samples directly from the area where the freshwater and seawater meet.

"Taking samples from the dinghy was great,

but it was too cold.

Fortunately, there were crewmen to help me with the bottles.

Next time I'll wear gloves.

It's still an exceptional experience to work from the dinghy, before going into the fjord

to see the sea lions, the ice cap.

It's something I'll remember for the rest of my life."

"By hotspot we mean areas where there is abundant life.

we can tell when we're close when there are loads of birds following the boat."

The wildlife on the Kerguelen islands, access to which is highly regulated,

is incredibly dense.

Birds life in perfect harmony with the sea lion colonies

which enjoy a tranquil existence and food aplenty.

The scientists take some time off from their busy expedition schedule

to explore these natural areas unlike anywhere else in the world.

As luck would have it, the weather is mild and sunny.

The only downside: the wind that blows relentlessly at this latitude.

"It's amazing. It's like stepping in another world every time. You just don't see this

in France and we can't get this close to animals without them fleeing.

You see them everywhere in the Southern Territories

and you can approach them. They are truly remarkable creatures!

"This is cherry on the cake,

and a lot of it is thanks to the kind of person the principal investigator is.

Other than the scientific and technical considerations,

the principal investigator has to manage the social aspect. We are all together on one ship

for some time, and it's the little extras that are not

on top of the expedition priority list that encourages everyone to come back.

Other than the work and the science, people enjoy themselves

and will want to be part of the team next time round.

Travel Back Old Taipei | Dihua District 台北迪化街 - Duration: 3:15.

so here I am at Dihua District

and this area I guess you can consider it

an old Taipei

because all the early development

of the city

began starting from the neighbourhood by temples

because temples are where people would gather

and chill and hangout basically

and around the temple there are loads of stores

it used to be a lot more popular than this

but now it's become a tourist destination

rather than where locals would shop

but still lots of locals still come here to buy fabrics

and dried goods

this could be used for cooking or ready to eat

this could be used in cooking?

could I also use this in making tea?

sure

because these are dipped in sugar

they sort of taste sweet and sour

try it

the texture should be pretty good

but if you are looking for a healthier option

these are prepared without sugar

are there a lot of Japanese tourists here?

yes about 70% are from Japan

they like dried goods

what about tourists from other countries?

hmm Singapore and Hong Kong

they would come here to shop

there testers that you can try before you decide to purchase

these dried goods

that you have chosen

but as you walk through these streets

the aroma

honestly

you really got to come here to experience that

the Chinese medicine the dried goods the smell

the aroma that comes off those things

Excuse me what is this?

eucommia ulmoides tree bark

tree bark? Is it a type of Chinese medicine?

these on the shelves are all Chinese medicine

What's the use of this tree bark

healthier kidney and bones

and if you have back pain

so do people buy these to make their own clothes?

yes

mostly students?

depends

there foreign customers as well

oh they would also buy fabrics?

of course

yesterday a French customer came by

oh wow really

after 20 minutes through of that street

in Dihua district

honestly

the aroma really needs a bit of work to get used to

but this is one of the most unique experience

that I have

living in Taipei

this is hard to find anywhere else

because it's so unique

and I guess that's why it draws so many Japanese tourists here

Amanda Holden goes braless on QVC as she sticks two fingers up at 'boob' critics - Duration: 1:58.

Amanda Holden goes braless on QVC as she sticks two fingers up at 'boob' critics

The judge was on the receiving end of over 216 Ofcom complaints regarding her Julien Macdonald dress with an eye-poppingly plunging neckline and scooped back.

To put that in context there were only 13 complaints received over the harrowing gang rape scene in Coronation Street on the same night.

And now Amanda has proved once again – that she truly does not care what people say by appearing on shopping channel QVC.

Before going on-air, the 46-year-old posted a photo on her Instagram account of her sitting cross-legged in a vibrant red dress.

Of course it didn't take long for her fans to comment in their droves with one writing: "Must be cold in there!" Another added:"Run out of nipple shields huh?" And one ardent fan said: "No matter what people/media say, thought you look so beautiful in the finals week on BGT, don't change for a few.".

Amanda was appearing on QVC, yesterday, to promote a range of home and kitchenware called BundleBerry.

The star has continually wowed this season with her risqué outfit choices – that while have drawn criticism from some viewers – have certainly set temperatures soaring.

In the final – won by singer Tokio Myers – she wore a fairytale floor-length white gown which would not have looked out of place in a Disney film.  Meanwhile, BGT bosses are facing another probe over David Walliams dropping his trousers.
