Good morning.

Last day in Germany.

I am travelling in this country for about 25 days.

I met great people on the way

The last 2 days I am at Marc's house, who I met in Koblenz, and he realised that I was going to take a route

to make a circle around Germany, He checked my route in Livetrips.gr.

Yesterday he spent all day with my going around the town to find tires for my bike.

We found some used ones, which we had to dig them out of a container full with used tires.

and we got them for free

We went to Marc's garage where I put them on the rims manually...

These are the Heidanau K60 scouts...

I really wanted to try this tires. This used on it will probably give me about 7000km

And the front one is in almost perfect condition.

Yea.... we had to dig them dig them out of a huge pile of tires in a container....

We were very lucky to find the size, because they were the only 2 tires in the whole container that they would fit.

And even luckier I found the brand I wanted to try

I am going to load the bike and start heading to Dresden....

Good evening from Dresden.

This is the last city I am visiting in Germany for now...

The city is really beautiful.

All the cities that I visited were beautiful but Dresden has something special about it...

This place was suggested by Marc.

They sell currywurst, with some levels of how hot its going to be

I am in Saxony Switzerland National Park in Germany

Which is located about 10km away from the Czech Republic border and 20km away from Dresden.

Scientific founds, support that here used to be a see, some millions years ago, but because of the

earths movements, the sea retreated leaving sand behind.

That took some millions years to happen so the sand was drying out and forming these piles.

Right behind is the Natural bridge "Pravcisca Brana". It's the biggest natural bridge of central Europe.

(1/3) How to memorize glycolysis in 10 min - Duration: 4:53.

Glycolysis is the metabolic pathway

that converts glucose to pyruvate with the production of energies.

The sequence of glycolysis reactions

is separated into two phase,

preparatory phase and pay-off phase,

means that they consume energy

to convert the six-carbon sugar glucose

into two three-carbon sugar Glyceraldehyde-3Phosphate

in the preparatory phase,

get ATP and NADH as "pay-off" in the second phase

let's take a look at substrate's names.

After it's split,

its name includes "glycer"

How about the structure of the components?

Hexagon molecule glucose

changes to pentagon molecule with two arms.

After two of each arm is phosphorylated,

it's split to two 3-carbon molecules.

Since DHAP converts into GA3P

that proceeds further into glycolysis,

we regard that two GA3P are available at this point.

After it's split,

each reaction occurs twice

per glucose molecule.

Next let's take a look at the phosphate groups.

After glucose is transported into cells,

most of it is phosphorylated into G6P."

why "6"?

here is arm!

Whereas free glucose can easily diffuse in and out of the cell,

the phosphorylated form (glucose-6-phosphate) is locked in the cell.

Next, G6P is rearranged into F6P

and an additional arm get a phosphate group,

turns into F1,6BP.

Destabilizing the molecule in the reaction

allows the hexose ring to be split into two triose sugars,

DHAP and GA3P.

DHAP converts into GA3P

In the beginning of pay-off phase,

GA3P is phosphorylated

and forms 1,3 BPglyerate.

This is the only reaction in glycolysis that uses NAD+.

1,3 BP glycerate releases one of two phosphates groups.

Two substrates reaction produces,two ATP molecules.

phosphate group mutates from three to two

and dehydrated

turns into phosphorenolpyruvate

A final substrate-level phosphorylateion

forms pyruvate and ATP molecules.

And as you know,

except of the reaction from GA3P to 1,3BPglycerate,

all phosphorylation and dephosphorylateion reactions

are performed

with ATP or ADP

When the substrate is phosphorylated,

it means ATP lost phosphate group

and turned into ADP.

When the substrate is dephosphorylated,

it means ADP got phosphate group,

turned into ATP.

Let's take a look at the reactions

from the beginning.

The substrate is phosphorylated,

means ATP lost a phosphate group.

Hi everyone ! welcome to "les plaisirs sucrés d'Antoine"

I hope you're fine

I'd like to thank you for your fidelity towards my video and to be more and more to subscribe to my channel

if you haven't subscribed yet, do not hesitate to do it ! It'll make me happy and express your support towards my work

today in this new video I decided to celebrate the lovers'day

by making a red colored entremet which is the color of love

it is made of an almond biscuit

with a strawberry heart and an orange blossom flavored mousse

covered with a red mirror glaze and some chocolate decoration

let me few seconds to pull on my apron and let's start the recipe

I first make the orange blossom flavored mousse because it has to chill few hours into the fridge

you'll need these ingredients

350 g of 30% heavy cream

90 g of 30% white chocolate

20 g of orange blossom flavor

3 g of gelatin

I first hydrate the gelatin into cold water

I cut it to make it easier

then I melt the chocolate with the microwave at low power

once it's melted I leave it aside and I pour the cream in a sauce pan

with orange blossom flavor

I bring it to the boil

the cream is now boiling, I ad the gelatin that I squeeze between my fingers

when the gelatin is combined to the cream, I pour it in 3 times over the chocolate

and I whisk between each addition

So I pour a first third

once it is all combined, I put plastic wrap by contact and store into the fridge

at least 5h

to the fridge

I then make the strawberry heart that will take place in the middle of the mousse

it also has to be frozen, you"ll need these ingredients

300 g of strawberry puree

15 g of sugar

3 g of agar-agar

I first mix together the agar-agar with sugar

I pour the the puree in the sauce pan

I add the mix little by little while I whisk to avoid lumps

I bring it to the boil and I let it boil for 1 min

after 1 boiling min I let it cool down for 5 min

then I'll pour it into the 16 cm tart circle set on a mat

so I let it cool down

when the jam has slightly cooled down I drop it into the tart circle

and store it into the freezer for at least 4 to 5 hours until assembly

to the freezer

I carry on the recipe by making the almond biscuit with these ingredients

50 g of unsalted butter

200 g of almond paste, you can find the tutorial on my channel to make it

1 big egg

35 g of flour

8 g of corn flour

2 g of baking powder

I first melt the butter with microwave

once it's melted I also soften the almond paste by heating it with microwave few seconds

when it's soft I drop it in my mixer

and I beat it with K-beater

after that I add the egg

I work it until it's almost combined

then I add the flour, the corn flour and baking powder

I finish by adding the melted butter

I unstick a little

I then pour the batter into a 16 cm tart circle set on a mat

and I bake it for 12-15 min at 180°C

let's bake it

the biscuit is now ready, I baked it in fact 20 min

I let it cool down until assembly and then we'll shape it

to finish I just have a last thing to do, the soaking syrup with these ingredients

60 g of warm water

5 g of orange blossom flavor

5 g of sugar

I just mix the 3 ingredients together

I mix with a spoon

once the sugar is dissolved, the syrup is ready

after the few hours in the fridge and just before starting assembly I finish the orange blossom flavored mousse

I drop the cream in my mixer and I whisk it until I get a beautiful mousse

when I get a thick mousse I pour it in a piping bag and store into the fridge until assembly

with a round tip

once all the elements are done, knowing my biscuit, my strawberry jam

my mousse and my syrup

I can start the assembly of my entremet

what I do first is shaping the biscuit

and soak it with the syrup

I don't put all syrup

then I pipe some cream inside the "UNIVERSO" mold

by silikomart

one of my favorite

so I pipe a first layer

I make the cream fill all the gaps

to avoid air bubbles

I unmold the strawberry jam

I place it in the center

I press a little to make the cream go over

I pipe again

keep some place for the biscuit

I make it flat with a spoon

I set to finish the soaked biscuit

I can pipe some more around

to fill in the gaps

make it flat with a spoon

and I remove the excess

if you have a palette knife you can use it

in order to make it flat

once it's done I pop it into the freezer overnight

after a night in the freezer it's time to decorate the entremet

for that I made a red mirror glaze that I did the day before

you can find the tutorial on my channel, I put the link in description box

I also made some chocolate decoration to remind LOVE

with a red heat and some red deco

for that I tempered some white chocolate

that I colored in red

I poured it into heart shaped molds

and also into diamond shaped chocolate mold

and also on a plastic paper that I rolled out with a rolling pin

I then cut the chocolate disc with 10 cm in diameter cutter

I let it crystallize and then I stuck together the 2 half heat after melting the surface a little

I then stored the heart in the freezer for 30 min before spraying with a velvety effect spray

then I stuck the heart on the red disc by melting some more chocolate

and I hide the weld with silver edible beads

the glaze is now at 37°C , I just took out the entremet and unmolded it

so I'm gonna glaze the entremet

I let it run

then I'll cut the drops with a knife

after few mins I cut the drops

I then set it on the serving plate

once it is set I carry on the deoration

I start to set my kind of red chocolate diamonds

all around

and the the chocolate heart on top

I try to center it

do not tremble

I hide the teeth pick with silver foil

the recipe of my Valentin's day is now over

Early Friday morning, Robby Anderson, wide receiver for the New York Jets (a football team), was arrested. The charges include reckless driving, resisting arrest, evading police, and threatening a public servant. But those charges barely scratch the surface.

he threatened to nut in a police officers wifes eye. His words, not ours. It started off on what we assume to be a pretty run-of-the-mill morning in Florida, based upon everything that weve heard about Florida Man over the years.

In South Florida, police detected a vehicle driving 105 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone. Thats. This time, the celebrity speeder wasnt Justin Bieber, but Robby Anderson. Who, as we mentioned, is a professional athlete.

Maybe he was somehow not paying attention, maybe he was thinking of crossing over into another sport -- race car driving. Whatever the reason, he was allegedly traveling more than twice the legal speed limit.

Based upon police descriptions, Robby Anderson noticed when police were trying to pull him over. Instead of finding a safe place to pull over and slowing his vehicle, he allegedly doubled down on reckless driving, running multiple red lights.

Per police reports, he was also swerving from one lane into another while attempting to evade police. Folks, please dont try those sorts of maneuvers at home.

Eventually, Robby Anderson did stop his vehicle. But when he did, the police say that they had a new ordeal to face -- Robbys reluctance to allow them to place him in the back of a police car.

According to the police report, obtained by NJ. com, Robby Andersons bad behavior still wasnt over.

While in the back of my patrol vehicle, Robert stated that when he got out he was going to find my wife, f--k her, and nut in her eye.

(In case youre unfamiliar with the term and the context doesnt clear, nut means orgasm or, in this case, ejaculate). He continued to make other verbal threats toward my family.

Vague but still not good. Based on his statements it was clear that he intended to sexually assault my wife.

We imagine that Robby Andersons attorney may argue that Robby was simply threatening to seduce the officers wife. He also began to brag about how much money he has and how all I was doing was trying to Ruin his fun.

Classy.

Based upon Robby Andersons social media activity from Thursday, we can infer that he was grieving a lost relationship. (He may have just had a breakup).

If so, perhaps he was not handling his sense of loss very well. We dont mean to suggest that he was using any illicit substances, but its possible that he had been too upset to go to sleep.

Its also possible that he was just not in a great mood and that this led him to make some terrible choices. None of that is an excuse for literally anything for which he is accused.

But it might, at least, be an explanation.

Pro-tip: dont do the things of which Robby Anderson is accused. Especially not making threats against a police officers family. Police dont like it. Fans dont like it. And prosecutors, courts, and judges really dont like it.

This isnt Robbys first brush with the law in Florida. Last year, he was arrested at a Miami music festival. That time, he was also charged with resisting arrest. And also with obstruction of justice.
