Well Nacchan, as a welcome back celebration for you,
We are thinking of a nice meal as a gift.
Let's go to that restaurant right beside the Shinjuku Station.
-Over there? -Yes.
I was wondering what it was. Right under the bridge?
It's my very first location shoot so I am very excited.

The restaurant Nacchan wanted to go was right by Shinjuku station called Sanagi Shinjuku
Sanagi Shinjuku has restaurants with an Asian image,
or a cafe and creative space which an event space has been combined.
With the triple combo of Event, food and culture,
it is sending out the attractive Shinjuku nationally and globally.
It has a theme of street food stands,
So it is food stands!
Just some parts of it here and there.
How the seats look, and these are decoration of each stores, right?
These are 1stores each, and 4 shops together.
For lunch it's self service restaurants.
For dinner, the food will be served from here.
-Served from here? -Yes.
Lunch is like a cafeteria, and night is like a street stand area.
-Yes, like night street -Right.
The open kitchen style makes it fun for everyone to watch.
You can enjoy the excitement.
It's like a place where it should've existed in Japan but didn't.
That is the place.
-It's under the rails so, -just visiting here is fun. -and exciting.
As a celebration of Nacchan's return, let us enjoy the recommended menu from the restaurant.

Starting from the entree.
Tom yong goong potato salad.
What is this?
It's a normal potato salad with a taste of Tom yong goong flavor to make it a little spicy.

This is the Tom Yong Goong salad with some sakura shrimp on top
Really good.
It's easy taste and just a bit spicy.

Daikon and cauliflowers.

I had the image of peaches to be sweet,
but by mixing with Caesar salad dressing, it becomes like a vegetable.
It's actually quite unified in taste.

It's actually friendly, isn't it? Very friendly.
Coming up next is the Oden combo.
This is a whole tomato cooked in Oden soup.
This here is Japanese Dashimaki egg omelet.

Totamo matches Oden.
The sourness of the tomato is released very nicely,
it's neutralized with the soup.
It becomes a bit fruity.
When it is combined with the Oden.

The aroma of the truffles is good, but the texture is also wonderful.

This Sanagi Shinjuku is Event, food and culture.

For event and culture, what do you exactly do?
For the event and culture, you will find paintings and photographs.
There are spaces inside the store where you can put up the art work.
Oh you mean the one over there?
In Sanagi Shinjuku, there are art galleries where young creators can put their work once a month
Or, as a new try out they hold Rakugo comedy shows in store.

So far Nacchan has been doing perfect reporting.

Here is the roll sushi with tuna and Korean hot chili paste.
It's a sushi designed from a foreign eye so please try it out.

I was expecting the Korean hot chili to be more thicker,
but the combination of it with tuna is..

The next menu is clam noodles.
The essence of the clam is filling the bowl.
-A bit thin noodles. -It's thin and wavy noodles.

It's quite popular among ladies.

Clam chowders has quite soft taste.
But this one is not just soft but wild as well.
Nacchan continues with a perfect reporting and enjoys the dishes.
She has already finished 8 dishes until now.

Something amazing came out.
This is...tuna.
Tuna?
This is the meat around the collar.
It's a very juicy part of the meat.
It's a roast of the collar meat.
For the sauce, it is actually sweet,
and it's a mixture of mustard, a honey mustard spice.
If you use your fork to open it up,
-it's easy to eat. -Let me dig in.
It's not spicy!

If I wasn't told, I wouldn't recognize it to be the collar of the tuna. Very juicy.
It's more like a light taste soft meat.
