Hello, I am Olivier Fraysse, co-founder of Authôt society.

We are specialized in video transcription and subtitling.

Having observed that, to create a subtitle,

it takes 10 hours of work for one hour of video,

we developed the Authôt online platform

which allows to divide the working time

and the associated costs by two.

For the anecdote, Thôt (French spelling) is the Egyptian god of scribes.

and of knowledge transmission;

and so we decided to automate him in the form of

a secure online platform behind which we have

the technology of automatic speech transcription

which allows to automatically transcribe video content into text.

Can you give us some examples of what Authôt does?

We allow you to easily make your videos accessible and to internationalize them

by translating their content into target languages.

Today, we have more than 400 customers in Europe

who trust us.

For example, we subtitle videos from Open Classroom,

Arte, TV5 Monde and Total

and also MOOCs from INRIA, Télécom Saint-Etienne,

and Aix-Marseille University.

These subtitled videos have both educational and communication objectives,

whether internal or external;

they are distributed on social networks, and also on MOOCs platforms.

is what I bought These meal combos came with a salad

And since I bought two of them I received two salads today

It's always so nice to receive a salad with your meal

this'll be my first ever vid done featuring 'Matsuya's food ... itadakimasu

I'll start things off with this premium beef n' rice it comes with shichimi pepper

Meat is always so good

The meat is so tender and juicy It has soaked up so much of the sauce making it so yummy

and that shichimi pepper goes nicely with this

I love eating this With this pickled Ginger

This salad is supposed to be with one of the Meal combinations but I'll eat it now anyways

all done The meat had a nice amount of fat to it

and it also soaked up so much of the marinade Making it taste so yummy

Next up is a beef yakiniku meal combo

beef kalbi with grated radish and onion

I'll now add the sauce

grated daikon radish tastes so nice with meat

the kalbi/galbi/garbi/gulbi is so flavorful and yummy

Brown sauce and egg hamburger meal

an egg sits atop a hamburg steak

The brown sauce is full of flavor and very yummy The hamburger is so very tender as well

I love eating it along with the egg as well it makes me ravenous for rice

It's not often you see a beef bowl shop selling hamburg steaks

I love scooping up a bit and then Eating it along with some rice

This brown sauces made with some mushrooms It's so very yummy

And next premium beef n' rice with grated radish

I'll now add some ponzu citrus sauce

It looks so yummy

Citrus really livens up the flavor

The grated radish has some spicy undertones Coming together with the citrus makes it so yummy

next up is a bibindon (bibimbap bowl)

Gotta love that runny egg

It's so nice to get your daily veg Along with this meat

kimuchi with mustard greens and pickles

It's spicy and yummy

next up is a kimukaldon (kimchi kalbi bowl)

It's got gimchee seaweed and beef galbi

Kimchi and meat go so nicely together

and last up is jam packed and yummy onion egg beef bowl

its got a runny egg on top.. woooo

The yolk coats the meat really mellowing out the flavors

all done gochisosamadeshita

matsuya's beef bowl meals were so yummy the beef bowls were loaded down with so many different toppings

the hamburg steak with brown sauce was so yummy the bibndon bowl had so many veggies and

it came with a yumy spicy sauce and the egg made it taste so yummy as well
