As someone who is interested in Korean language and culture, I want to know more about Korea even when I travel.

But I was afraid that I couldn't look around much.

Thankfully the schedule was organized well so I felt satisfied only by looking around for a day.

Therefore, I want to recommend popular places in Seoul where you can experience the Korean vibe.

Firstly, The War Memorial of Korea. It exhibit and memorialize the war an military history of Korea.

The place was a former site of the army headquarters. It was built for the purpose of Korean reunification.

Visitors can learn about the wretched Korean war here.

The War Memorial of Korea has indoor and outdoor exhibition area.

Within the indoor area, there are a memorial hall for the fallen soldiers, a room of War of History, Korean War room, etc.

There are larger scale artifacts such as replicas of weapons being exhibited.

You can reach the place by taking Seoul Subway line 4 or 6.

Next is Insadong, the representative street area of Seoul up until now.

Since the Joseon era, Insadong has became the heart of Seoul.

As a street that express the beauty of Korean culture, all the shop signs there written in Hangeul.

There are kinds of shops in Insadong.

You will find many shops that sell old books and photos, calligraphy, souvenirs, pottery, even wooden goods.

There is also a craft shopping mall in Insadong called 'Ssamzigil'.

The four-story building connected by a single alleyway.

The third place is the Joseon Dynasty's royal court, Gyeongbok palace.

There are state facilities which were used by the King and officials. King's estate also located within the palace.

Many visitor dress up in Hanbok since the admission is free to those who wear either traditional style or modern Hanbok.

As Korean wave spread to the world, more and more people interested in Korean culture.

The War Memorial, Insadong, and Gyeongbok Palace are the places where you can get to know Korean culture in a fun way.

You will get to know old and modern Korean as well as discover Korea's beauty here.

Personally, this kind of place makes me want to visit Korea again.

an awesome first year in office.

President Donald J. Trump had what can be coined as the best first year for any President

in US history since Franklin D. Roosevelt took office as the Great Depression was winding

down.

And these great accomplishments were possible even though the corrupt Barack Hussein Obama

Administration and the Democrat Party along with their lackey's in the mainstream media

have done nothing but try to convince people we are in the worst times our nation has never

seen.

President Trump was inaugurated on January 20th, 2017.

Only one year short ago today and since then his accomplishments have been nothing short

of spectacular with a touch of miraculous.

Along with the fact that he has kept every promise he made during the campaign season,

from putting America and Americans first, to fixing our dismal economy under Obama,

to making good on judicial appointments and cracking down on illegal aliens in our nation.

The Economy

The US stock market is a barometer of economic activity and since President Trump was elected

President it has skyrocketed.

The stock market on Wednesday, January 17th, 2018, this past week, says it all.

On that day the Dow broke 26,000 points for the first time in its history.

As a result the Dow broke the record for the fastest 500, 1,000, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000,

6,000 and 7,000 point increases between major milestones in the history of the Dow.

All of these increases occurred since Donald Trump was elected President.

The Dow today stands at 26,071.7.

It is up 42% since the 2016 election and 31% since last year's inauguration.

The Dow had more all-time closing highs in 2017 than any year in history.

President Trump enjoys 95 all-time highs since his election and 78 since his inauguration.

The Dow is up an amazing 7,739 points since the election.

Americans of all walks of life are seeing their 401k's explode because of President

Trump.

Today there are more people working than at any time in US history.

More than 2 million new jobs were created in 2017 under President Trump and as a result

more than 160 million people are working in the US today.

President Trump increased the GDP growth rate to above 3% in the 2nd and 3rd Quarters and

the 4th Quarter was sizzling.

President Trump could reach a 3% GDP growth rate his first year in office, an annual GDP

that the US hasn't seen in a decade.

At the end of the 3rd Quarter the national GDP reached $19.5 trillion for the highest

recorded GDP in US history.

The President's tax plan passed in late December and is already benefiting Americans

and American companies.

Employees will see increases in their pay next month due to the lower Federal taxes.

Millions of Americans have received bonuses due to the tax cuts and major companies have

announced plans to move capital and operations to the US due to these cuts.

The benefits of these cuts haven't even transpired yet but the excitement amongst

workers and companies is electric.

2018 is poised to have one of the greatest economies in US history!

Foreign Policy

President Trump vowed to destroy ISIS.

Despite President Obama saying that ISIS will be around for a generation, these murderers

and terrorists in the Middle East were decimated over the past year.

Both Syria and Iraq have declared victory over ISIS and due to President Trump's resolve,

less than 1,000 ISIS fighters are estimated remaining.

President Trump met with the Pope, leaders of 50 Muslim countries and Israeli and European

leaders in his first trip abroad.

He demanded that the Muslim leaders remove radicals from their countries.

The President refused sending Pakistan security assistance in the millions due to the Pakistani's

harboring terrorists.

He stopped an Obama last minute $221 million transfer to Palestine and cut aid to Palestinians

in half.

He showed that the US is unwilling to work with Muslim entities that support radical

Islam.

On President Trump's successful trip to Asia he bundled an estimated $300 billion

in deals for the US.

He met with Asian leaders and was the first US President and foreign leader to dine in

China's Forbidden City since the founding of modern China.

US Policy

The President named and successfully put in place a new Supreme Court Justice, Neil Gorsuch.

He signed more than 90 executive actions in his first 100 days alone.

The actions included –

* Dismantling Obama's climate change initiatives.

* Travel bans for individuals from a select number of countries embroiled in terrorist

atrocities.

* Enforcing regulatory reform.

* Protecting Law enforcement.

* Mandating for every new regulation to eliminate two.

* Defeating ISIS.

* Rebuilding the military.

* Building a border wall.

* Cutting funding for sanctuary cities.

* Approving Keystone and Dakota pipelines.

* Reducing regulations on manufacturers.

* Placing a hiring freeze on federal employees.

* Exiting the US from the TPP.

What an awesome year it has been.

And he's only getting started.

In contrast, by this point in the Barack Hussein Obama presidency, we had huge unemployment

numbers and were growing every day.

We were bleeding jobs at a breakneck speed and our deficit was set to double under the

huge entitlement plans the Democrat Party was promoting.

We had a president who took the time to go to every nation who hates us and apologize

for what he coined as our arrogance and need to force our own culture on the rest of the

world.

He would put us Americans down every chance he had, while at the same time propping up

our enemies and cultures that are nowhere near as great as ours and who have never contributed

to society anywhere near as much as we have.

Hello! New recipe today! Actually this will be the first of a weekly series called: my healthy breakfast.

And of course we'll talk about healthy, fast and easy to make breakfast recipes, suited to your new lifestyle.

I cannot start this series without preparing a classic: porridge!

I just love it!

It's an oat porridge, so simply oats cooked in water with a topping of red fruits, almonds and coconut.

It's well balanced: carbs from oats, protein from almonds and good fats from coconut.

There's no sugar in it, but you could add any syrup or even a mashed banana!

If you don't like any of my ingredients, just add cocoa, fresh fruits... anything you like!

Trust me: once you tried it you'd be into it.

Porridge is amazing: it makes you feel fuller sooner, I usually have breakfast at 8:30am and I remain full until 1pm!

NO KNEAD MULTI SEED BREAD Recipe/Easy and tasty Multi seed bread - Duration: 9:15.

Today, let's see how to make a supersoft no knead multi seed healthy and

extremely tasty bread at home.They have a softer tender texture and the taste is

too good with a pleasant sweetness a delectable nutty flavor and a delicious

buttery smell and it looks so amazing with a golden brown crust on top

loaded with loads of roasted seeds and another special thing about this bread

is that it requires no kneading so it is so easy to make it at home so let's see

how to make this wonderful bread in five simple steps.In this bread recipe we are

adding two tablespoons of oats,pumpkin seeds,sesame seeds,sunflower seeds and 1

tablespoon of flax seeds which we will grind and then it will be approximately

2 tablespoons of powdered flax seeds flax seeds are great source of fibers

and omega-3 fatty acids.The omega-3 fatty acids are contained within the

fibrous outer shell of this flax seed which humans can't digest easily so it's

always good to eat flax seeds that have been ground. Now let's see how good is a

multi seed bread to our body.Almost all seeds are packed with essential minerals

and trace elements like a calcium phosphorus iron selenium magnesium

manganese zinc etc which are essential for the proper functioning of bones and

muscles and food the proper regulation of the fluid balance in our body and for

the proper functioning of the enzymes and hormones and to maintain a powerful

immune system in our body and also they have a high vitamin content especially

vitamin E vitamin b1 b5 and folic acid seeds are great source of soluble fibers

these soluble fibers helps in reducing the LDL cholesterol and thus helps to

maintain a healthy lipid profile seeds also contain a good fat that are

essential for a body the mono and polyunsaturated fat they also contain

antioxidant polyphenols which prevents the degeneration of cells and protect

our body from the signs of aging they contain a good

amount of dietary proteins especially in the pumpkin seeds and also good quality

amino acids which are essential for the proper growth and bodybuilding here in

this recipe along with multi seeds we are also adding oats which are gluten

free whole grains which are great source of vitamins and minerals and they

contain a powerful soluble fiber called beta glucan which studies have shown

that they play a key role in reducing the blood cholesterol and triglyceride

level in our body so seeds when consumed as part of healthy diet can help in

maintaining a healthy heart a strong musculoskeletal system and boost your

immune system to fight against diseases and to protect our body from the signs

of aging so let's see how to make this a wonderful multi seed bread in five

simple steps to prepare the bread the first step is to prepare the dough.For

that we need to activate the dried yeast yeast always need a sweet and warm

environment to bloom up so here I have taken two hundred milliliters of warm

milk into which I have added three tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of

active dried yeast stir them well and keep it aside for five to six minutes

for the yeast to get activated

in the meantime let's measure the dry ingredients we are adding two and half

cups of flour and two tablespoons of milk powder and one teaspoon of salt

now our yeast got activated and let's add one egg into this and whisk them

together

now let's combine the wet and the dry ingredients together and now we need to

add 50 grams of a softened butter into this and blend them together so that we

get a uniform mixture as this is a no knead bread our dough should be more on a

sticky side if it is not you can add one or two tablespoons of milk

now let's add in our multi seed mix into this and mix it together until

everything is evenly distributed in the bread dough

and now our bread dough is ready we need to let it sit and rise for six to eight

hours or if you want to bake it in the morning you can go for overnight

proofing cover it with a plastic film and keep it aside in a warm environment

for six to eight hours and now our dough has risen well and all we have to do

now is to gently degas the dough and to pull and stretch the dough from

the sides of the bowl

and now our dough is ready to get transferred into a baking vessel.

so now let's shape that bread into the desired shape that we want

and now our dough is ready for the second proofing so let's wrap it in a

plastic film and keep it in a warm environment for 60 minutes .

our dough has risen well and let's give a good egg wash to make it more appealing to

your eyes when they come out of the oven and let's sprinkle some seeds on the top

of it.The smell and flavor of those roasted nuts give some extra flavor and

taste to our bread and now our bread is ready for baking

bake at 400 degree fahrenheit preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes and after

baking we get a beautifully caramelized golden brown crusted loaf of

multi seed bread and now I'm going to smear some butter on the top of it which

will make the crust more soft and then remove it from the pan and now we have

to wait for the bread to cool down completely because this cooling down

process is still the part of cooking process because the steam which has

entrapped within the bread will help at the bread to set completely and now the

bread has cooled down completely and it's ready to slice

I've tried the same recipe with 1/3 part of whole wheat flour in that case the

bread is equally tasty but the texture of the bread will be a little more

denser than this bread.This bread is so tasty and you can imagine the taste

of this bread this is a milk bread loaded with nutritional multi seeds and

this is one of the healthy breads that kids would love eating I hope this video
