WATCH: Meghan Markle's Excited Reaction to Receiving Her First Official Baby Gift - Duration: 4:11.

 It's only been a few hours since her pregnancy was announced, but Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have already started receiving presents for their little one!  While attending a welcome reception at Admiralty House in Sydney, Australia on Monday, the royal couple were given their first official baby gifts by the Governor General Peter Cosgrove and his wife, Lady Lynne Cosgrove

 "That's so cute, it's our first baby gift!" Meghan, 37, said in PEOPLE's Facebook Live video, as she received a fluffy stuffed kangaroo (complete with a baby joey!) and fleece Ugg booties

 The outing, which is part of their royal tour in Australia, marked the royal couple's first public appearance as parents-to-be since Meghan's pregnancy was announced by Kensington Palace earlier in the day

 "Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are very pleased to announce that The Duchess of Sussex is expecting a baby in the Spring of 2019," the statement read

 "Their Royal Highnesses have appreciated all of the support they have received from people around the world since their wedding in May and are delighted to be able to share this happy news with the public

"  The couple's child will fall behind Harry, 34, in the line of succession to the throne, meaning he or she will be seventh in line

The baby will also be one of the first ever heirs of mixed race in the British royal family

(Queen Charlotte in the 1800s was believed to be of mixed race and went on to have 15 children

)  Following the news, a royal source told PEOPLE that Meghan has had her 12-week scan and is "feeling well

"  Harry's brother Prince William and wife Kate Middleton are "delighted" for the couple, the palace says

 Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, 62, also shared her reaction to the exciting news

 "Ms. Ragland is very happy about this lovely news and she looks forward to welcoming her first grandchild," the statement released by Kensington Palace read

 The royal couple will spend 16 days touring Australia, Fiji, Tonga, and New Zealand

 On Tuesday, Harry and Meghan will head to Dubbo which is also in New South Wales but about five hours outside of Syndey

The couple then heads to Melbourne, Victoria, before returning to Sydney in time for the Invictus Games, Harry's Paralympic-style event created for wounded or injured armed service members

The Invictus Games run from Oct. 20 through Oct 27.  In addition to focusing on servicemen and women, the newlyweds will also highlight forest conservation efforts via Queen Elizabeth's canopy project

 They will travel to Fraser Island, the world's largest sand island, that sits just off Australia's Queensland coast

Harry and Meghan then jet to Fiji and Tongo for four days.  The tour ends on Oct

31 at the lakeside town of Rotorua in New Zealand, which is known for its bubbling mud pools fueled by the geothermal activity, and traditional Maori culture

How Much Time Should You Really Spend on Pronunciation - Duration: 5:39.

Today I'm tackling a big question that some of you are probably very curious about: "How

much time should you really spend learning and practicing pronunciation?"

The answer might surprise you. Before I get into an answer, have you already subscribed

social media platforms make sure you like and follow our page. Now, you might not even

know that pronunciation is such an important part of your language skills set. We all know

about reading, writing, speaking, grammar vocabulary... The skills we learn in traditional language

classes. But pronunciation sometimes gets forgotten about well here's a pro tip for you improving

your pronunciation is actually the fastest and easiest way to sound more fluent in the

language than you actually are so back to the question at hand how much time should

you really spend improving your pronunciation my answer well it depends generally you can

make small behavioral changes that will help you improve your pronunciation without adding

much cheer workload and this is actually easier if you're a complete beginner because you

won't have to spend any of your time correcting bad habits that you've picked up we recommend

that beginners focus on vocabulary let's say you spend 5 minutes a day learning new vocabulary

and 5 minutes a day reviewing old vocabulary this is the perfect scenario because you can

kill 2 birds with one stone every time you learn a new word focus not only on memorizing

its meaning a pay close attention to its pronunciation you can do this by comparing your own pronunciation

with the pronunciation of the native speaker for example using the audio feature on on.

Online dictionaries such as word reference or Cambridge doing this makes you more aware

of your pronunciation and only has a few minutes to your daily learning session you should

also spend a few minutes a week educating yourself about the most commonly mispronounced

sounds by speakers of your native language and focus specifically on learning those if

you're an intermediate or advanced learner with weak pronunciation you can also easily

incorporate a few extra minutes of pronunciation practice into your weekly routine and it doesn't

have to be tedious it can actually be fun maybe you enjoy watching the news or TV shows

and the language you're learning that's great as you work on comprehension also take note

of any surprising pronunciation or words you've been pronouncing incorrectly all along repeat

them out loud and try to imitate the native speakers pronunciation and intonation as closely

as possible you can have fun with the different accents you here if you're more of a bookworm

why not try an audio book follow along with the text in hand so that you can associate

spelling with pronunciation you can also read aloud it can be really fun to get into character

and play the different roles with different voices and of course if you have a language

partner how 1.out any consistent pronunciation mistakes you make during your conversations

together these are all very easy quick fixes to add pronunciation practice into your already

established routine without taking up too much of your precious time so my answer unfortunately

is that there isn't really a magic number when it comes to the amount of time that you

should spend practicing pronunciation Abbas lingua we recommend spending about one hour

a week if you think about it that's way less than one percent of your time depending on

your level.

Needs goals and learning style that number may be different for you and that's okay if

you're learning a language for a purpose that is directly related to speaking and pronunciation

for example if you have a big business presentation coming up soon or you're going to be needing

your foreign in laws for the first time you may want to ramp up your efforts and spend

more time working on pronunciation and if you're really motivated to improve your speaking

skills pronunciation and fluency in particular I highly recommend our speak English with

Jamie Redknapp noticed something exciting about Ross Barkley for England - Duration: 3:18.

 England fans should be excited - because Ross Barkley has "got that sparkle in his eye again"

 Jamie Redknapp made the remark after the Chelsea midfielder starred for the Three Lions as they beat Spain 3-2 in Seville on Monday night

 It comes after the former Everton player, 24, credited his new manager Maurizio Sarri with helping improve in the early part of this season

 Barkley is back fit and playing after a bad injury stopped him hitting the ground running after his £15million January move to Stamford Bridge

 And Redknapp has suggested he's better than ever.  On Sky Sports, he said: "You can see he's got that sparkle in his eye again

 "I think he's learning a lot about the game under Sarri. I think he's developing

I think about the two midfield players: you've got Harry Winks and Ross Barkley and I'm thinking to myself before the game, 'They've not had a lot of minutes in the Premier League, a couple of Champions League games

He was involved in one of the goals but he also played really well tonight. "He's had an up and down couple of years – criticism leaving Everton, didn't quite happen at Chelsea, injuries as well… there's no doubt that lad has got talent

 "If he can put it all together with his decision making going forward, he could be that creative player, that we said on the back of the World Cup, that England still lacked

Today I try to make curry. because My wife likes it.

First, put apron and clean vegetables.

Suddenly, I think, potatoes are ugly.

Third, fry the prepared vegetables and meat. But, it is good to just eat it.

Fourth, pour water and boil.

Rice is cleaned, and rice cooker is reserved.

Finally, add curry and leave for 5 minutes.

Let's taste it.
