막내VIEW Prologue : 강민이가 소개하는 형아들 - Duration: 5:27.

Our members are practicing singing.

- Hey, Kangmin. - Yep?

What are you doing?

Can you stop that?

He is doing it until the third lines. Lol.

You're doing it too much.

What did you do?

What have you been talking about while shooting?

I wasn't talking, really.

Good job.

Uhmm... Who are you?

I believe our fans know that.

Our main and lead vocals.

You will see their chemistry soon. Right?

Show us your singing! I'll be watching it too.

Please say hi.

Stop it!

Okay, let's move on to others.

Now, our visual member, and talented creator, MINCHAN

He's playing the guitar.

He just got a new guitar and practicing with it.

He's a very good player, so you need to come and listen to his play.

We should really listen to his play. He's so good.

He just bought a new one.

That's expensive.

Let's take a moment to listen.

He's awesome!

I can hear the sound. He's playing with his earphone on, but I can still hear the sound.

Now, it's the finale.

HOYOUNG copies different choreography a lot.

And he is a very good dancer.

He uploaded a video of him dancing on Twitter recently, so check it out.

What are you doing?

YONGSEUNG can stretch his legs very well.

He is probably the best among us.

I've tried for a month at the training, but I can't.

I cried. Seriously.

I think you almost got it.

Almost there.

Come here.

The mat moved

This should be enough.

He is DONGHEON.

He is taking charge of every component of dance performance.

He practices dancing so hard, of course, other members as well, so please keep an eye on us.

Once he's in the zone, he's super focused.

I'm going to go ahead and practice as well.

Hi. The last member to introduce is me.

I'm KANGMIN, the youngest of the team.

So, I showed you a simple introductory video of each member.

From now on, we're going to show you what we do, what we like, and other charms, so keep an eye on us!

Well, I don't know what to say when I am alone by myself.

I love you.

Hope you will keep an eye on us!

We're going to show you our best side.

Not only me but of other members as well.

Bye! Bye!

Take care~

WHERE I GOT INSPIRED TO DO ANOTHER 30 DAY JUICE FAST - Duration: 4:17.

hey guys back with another video there's a channel that I want you to check out

her name is hippy island hippy island h IPP ie

Island is L AM D if I can remember I will put her link in the description of

this video but I am so inspired by different channels this girl is going on

another hundred day water fast she did a hundred day fast and she dry fast water

fast juice fast for like a hundred days and her videos are so uplifting

they are so comical they just draw you in and it also uplifts you to whatever

you're struggling with that you want to do like in my case that could get me

onto phase two which is maintenance and loser remaining of this weight she is

the channel and she is the person to watch if you want to get that motivation

because she's on the same journey as so many of us with the fasting lifestyle

because it's free and she does videos every single day which is accountability

videos I'm quite sure that that she's doing and also uplifting the public to

jump on the bandwagon and and join her if you feel that you medically can do

that you know everyone's situation current situation is different so we

can't you know say this person is lazy or this person is this or this person is

that because we don't know what is really going on with people unless we

live with them and so we're not gonna judge them but yes I have for the

longest time been sitting on doing this 30-day juice cleanse just didn't know

when the spa juice fasts stop saying juice cleanse because when I say juice

cleanse that's setting myself up for the option to eat

if I feel like it a juice fast mimics water fast and on a juice fast there's

no such thing as a salad so I'm gonna stop saying juice cleanse juice fast so

you know I was looking at a couple of her videos and I don't know what came

over me I was like enough Sanath listen whatever salad products that you have

that you put together to eat as your meals eat up that stuff any snacks that

you snap on or whatever eat up all that stuff and get yourself prepped for your

juice cleanse stop holding it off thirty days is not a long time but it's not a

short amount of time either get yourself ready now

stop holding off what you can do today and do it now and looking at a few of

her videos and seeing that she was back on another hundred day fast motivated me

more I'm not ashamed to say sometimes I can't always motivate myself I might

need to find inspiration from reading a book or looking at someone else's video

looking at someone else's Instagram page or Facebook group but wherever you get

your inspiration at to go on your weight-loss journey and it doesn't stop

you but it helps you I do suggest that you look into other things or people to

help you not negative people not people that are holding you back but people who

are doing or wanting the same things like you want to have them in your

circle so that you can make the journey that you're on a little bit more easier

so with that all being said please subscribe to the channel like and share

this video and make it a favorite and I'll see you guys in the next video bye

for now

Travel in Taiwan, Taichung famous spots Gaomei wetland, amazing dusk view - Duration: 6:48.

Hello everyone.

I'm Aiky.

Now I am at Taichung famous spots Gaomei wetland.

I'm stepping on the wetlands, It is comfortable.

This video is to take you all over the Gaomei wetlands.

let's watch the amazing scenery.

GO!

After coming out of the visitor center of the Gaomei wetland,

You can see a bridge in front of you.

It's connected to the famous Windmill Boulevard.

So it's not only wooden trestle but also Windmill Boulevard in the Gaomei wetland.

Remember to take pictures in Windmill Boulevard.

Don't miss the Windmill Boulevard when you come to the Gaomei wetlands.

You can walk through the bridge from the visitor center.

You can come to the very famous Windmill Boulevard.

It's the most beautiful moment in the twilight.

At sunset, the light will be on the opposite side.

You shoot it over here, and the golden light is great.

I rent a bike and ride to the wooden trestle.

But a lot of people choose to take the free shuttle bus to the wooden trestle.

Let's GO!

This is bike drop-off location.

You can see many stores and vendors.

If you want to have a drink, buy a snack to taste.

There's a dike in front, remember to go, you'll see beautiful scenery.

The wooden trestle of the Gaomei wetland has time limit.

It has to match the tidal time.

High tide closes the wooden trestle.

Low tide opens the wooden trestle.

It has a daily announcement time.

Tide time link I put it on the description.

You can check it.

This is the end of the wooden trestle.

I've come down.

This is introduction of the Gaomei wetlands.

Did you feel the scenery of the Gaomei wetland very beautiful?

Especially at dusk, when you step on the wetlands.

The picture is really beautiful.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT BUYING HEELS | CA$$IE THORPE - Duration: 5:14.

as your foot goes heel-toe yep Bambi hey guys it's Cassie welcome to

my channel if you're new welcome back to my channel if you're a seasoned member of

the 2102 crew today we're going to be talking about high heels and things you

should consider the things you should question okay when you have a range of

beautiful pairs in front of you and you need to find the one shall we start let's

start consideration number one platforms

versus non platforms this is a pretty extreme example but

we're gonna go for this okay this is a high heel this is a very

high heel this gives me a good old height I'll be pushing six feet in these

shoes basically what I am walking on is the heel minus the platform so I'm only

walking on about this which is super easy to walk in these are actually one

of my most easiest shoes to walk and give you all that height they look sexy

they look you know you know I'm I don't need to convince you I mean you have eyes as

opposed to something like this shoes without platforms are a little bit more

feminine a little bit more delicate a little bit like I'm a delicate flower

who should be drizzled with presents and constant affection and reminders of how

fabulous I am those the kind of shoes that these are downside is that

you're walking on the full heel height so these are only four inch heels these

are the highest heels in the world but you're not getting much help with the

platform you have a tiny little bit of something something here and this is just to

shock absorb this shoe which is definitely higher than this one I'm

walking on what three inches nothing nothing

child's play second consideration materials leather shoes okay that like

when you meet somebody for the first time and that are opening up to you

fully they don't give me all the juicy details about their life but as with

leather shoes the more you get to know them the more they stop and the more

they relax the more you and this and the shoes become best friends

that is exactly what leather heels are like we take something like this we have

a lovely suede this suede is so soft I've had these shoes for forever and

super comfy and over the years she's just softened she is actually she's molded

to my foot we are besties as opposed to something

like this shoe which is not made of leather this has a sort of lace material

this a bit of an odd one but again she's not going to loosen up over time we

don't really go out that much open versus closed toe something like this we

have a really nice almond shaped toe I love a good almond toe she's not too

pointy she's not too round and like stumped if you have a closed toe and if

she's high chances are that gravity is going to take its toll and your toes

are gonna be inching forward forward forward more more and more until she

reaches the end and then guess what your toes end up looking like The Hunchback

of Notre Dame crippled and sort of bulbous, bulbous is really not the word

you ever want to describe your terms of being a thing which is open toe it's

just the vibe you're going for it's just like they'll be gonna get the toes out

tonight okay do I have a fresh pedicure that's the big question

because guess what I'm not wearing open toe shoesI haven't had a fresh

pedicure no we're gonna go closed toe and I'm going to ride that out heal thickness oh yes

we're going to talk about thickness okay because some of these heels

thick the thicker the heel the more comfortable the shoe that is it and no matter even how

high a wedge is always going to be more comfortable than a stiletto version of

the same height these again I could run in them I would run in them I could Usain

in these shoes never again if you don't want to go with the wedge vibe

but something like this is so sturdy easy to walk on you're not going to get

that little you you're not going to get a little Bambi ankle rattling around

there okay this is by far the most uncomfortable shoe I own and this that I

mean she's like that's not even a centimeter thick no you're literally as

your foot goes heel toe yep Bambi and lastly straps are the seat belts of the

feet people straps are going to hold you in even if you have something like this

which is a stiletto heel ankle strap gonna help you out that's gonna hold the

foot in and it's gonna be a nice little nice little insurance policy another

example there we go the straps on the ankle there they're going to keep

everything secure they gave me to keep everything tight everything looking sexy

and sleek and working together look working together to make you look

fabulous as you teeter totter walking confidently in your heels yes guys leave

me any comment too though have any tips you have have I missed anything out what

was your favorite tip and I'm gonna need you to subscribe if you haven't already

go ahead click the red button turn on the notification bell become a member

of the 2102 crew i put out videos on Wednesdays and Fridays and if you love luxury

you're probably gonna like those as well guys I hope you liked the video if you

did please like it have an amazing morning afternoon or evening wherever

you are and I will see you in my next video bye guys

Le microbiote intestinal, notre jardin intérieur (1/7) avec Thomas Erpicum v4 - Duration: 9:08.

Véronique: I have the honor to address Researcher Thomas Erpicum for an interview

on the microbiota, and before approaching it, I would like Thomas to present his scientific background.

Thomas: Hi Véronique, I'm a doctor in biochemistry from the University of Liège.

I did some work on microbes as a microbiologist, also a nutritionist,

and I had the chance to work on different subjects, from microbes to humans,

to animals, to develop various problems, including balance between Omega 3 and Omega 6.

Véronique: So, what led you to work essentially on this microbiota.

For example, if I offer you this bouquet of flowers, roses of my garden, which I cultivate with love,

this association between flowers and ground?

Thomas: they are beautiful, they smell deliciously good. Yes, indeed, there is a link;

and we will try to discover what is the link between these flowers and the microbiota,

because it is a parallel that I like to do, between the ecology of the terrestrial world

and the ecology of our intestinal flora, which is the synonym for microbiota.

Véronique: So, we should clarify for our listeners what is the meaning

of the word microbiota, and simply explain what is the functioning of our digestive system.

Thomas: exact, so microbiota, it breaks down into micro, small, and biota which means world,

the small world, and that we will compare with our outside world.

There are several microbiotes, but the one we talk about most often

is that of the intestinal flora, which is the whole of bacteria and micro-organisms;

because there are not only bacteria, there are also yeasts, fungi,

, viruses that populate our digestive tract. It begins in the mouth, and ends

in the anus, passing through the esophagus, stomach, small intestine and large intestine.

And the most important central point is the small intestine which is composed

of 3 parts, the ileum, the duodenum, and the jejunum.

Véronique: So we could compare it to a pipe, from the mouth to the anus.

But these microorganisms, their exact number is huge.

Thomas: Absolutely, it's a pipe, like a path, whose borders, the walls are populated

by an incredible world of bacteria or others, there are 100 000 billion,

the equivalent of twice the path from the earth to the moon, if we put these bacteria end to end

(knowing that each bacterium is less than one hundredth of the thickness of a hair).

Véronique: And according to the stages, how are these micro-organisms distributed?

Thomas: it's like in life, in a garden, you have several plants that will border the path,

herbs, flowers, small shrubs, tall trees, fruit trees, and lichen.

It's exactly the same thing in our digestive tract. We have a typical bacterial flora,

for example in the mouth, then after other bacteria in the stomach

which resist because the pH in the stomach is very low, between 1.1 and 1.2.

Then in the small intestine, it is aerobic, micro-aerobic bacteria that need a little oxygen.

Then there are other bacteria, which are anaerobic, that will ferment and produce gas.

Veronique: In quantity, can one compare the microflora of the stomach,

compared to that of the duodenum, the jejunum, the Ileum?

Thomas: Indeed, in the mouth, there are just a few bacteria that populate it

Since we have a very short residence time, we consider that there are between 1,000 and 10,000 bacteria per gram of saliva.

Then after, evolving in each compartment, one multiplies by 10 this number.

We go to 10,000 in the stomach, 1,000,000 in the first part of the intestine,

10,000,000, then 100,000,000, then one billion per gram of stool.

Véronique: So there is an ecosystem that allows all these micro-organisms to get along?

Thomas: So they get along and especially they occupy ecological niches that are particular to them.

They get along and they argue too, because it's also the struggle for life too.

It is the struggle to occupy the ecological niche, and our food will disrupt these balances and these ecosystems.

Véronique: or feed them.

Thomas: or feed them of course. It is better to see things on a positive side.

When I say disturbed is that we have a diet that is poorly adapted.

First we feed our bacteria, and it is our bacteria that feed us too. And that is important to say too.

In fact, there is a very close symbiosis, and here we can draw a parallel with what is happening in nature.

There would be no plants, beautiful roses like that if there were no bacteria in the soil that will promote the capture of micronutrients,

or nitrogen by these bacteria, and who will go transfer to the plant and plant level.

Véronique: So, if I talk about digestion, the food provides proteins, lipids, carbohydrates

Thomas: Indeed, our food is digested. So we have always seen until recently that our digestion is a clean,

unique phenomenon, brought by the man, ie the enzymes, which are called the tools,

and which will cut these big molecules, proteins, carbohydrates, lipids,

smaller fragments that can cross the digestive tract.

In fact, until now, the major role of bacteria has been neglected, in the sense that these bacteria will bring considerable diversity.

They multiply by 1,000 the genetic capacity of man. You should know that there are between 100 and 1000 times

more bacteria in our body than we have own human cells. In addition, they are not only numerous, but very diverse.

There is a great biodiversity. We did the biodiversity day a few days ago.

And in fact, there is a biodiversity in the intestinal flora, which brings us an extraordinary genetic capacity;

that is to say that some bacteria will be able to produce elements, especially vitamins, that we can not synthesize;

but bacteria, they can, and that's very important.

Véronique: So this modification of foods that are previously digested will be transformed thanks to our bacteria.

Thomas: exactly, it's very important; this is called secondary metabolism,

including vitamin C, vitamin B, and others. But here too, it depends on where they will produce it.

For example, if these bacteria that produce vitamin C are in the large intestine, or the colon,

there, we are in a place in the digestive tract where we can not assimilate vitamin C.

What makes them eliminated in our excrement. And that's why some animals are coprophages,

that is to say that they eat their excrement to recover their own vitamin C.

Véronique: We will close this first part by showing that the digestive tract allows us to be in healthy.

Thomas: Well, we must already maintain our digestive tract, or rather our intestinal flora, that we inherited from our mother,

because we have not yet spoken of this (Maybe in the next part).

And we must maintain it as we maintain our garden. And we must be good gardeners to maintain these bacteria.

IL CRYPTO-ARTISTA KEVIN ABOSCH / Quando l'artista diventa un'opera / Arte&Innovazione / ArteConcas - Duration: 5:21.

What if the artist becomes an artwork,

and this artwork is no less than cryptoart?

He his Kevin Abosch.

Let's find out what happened.

The irish artist Kevin Abosch

more precisely a portrait painter, who gained a

spotlight in 2016 for selling to a

collector one of his works for one million euros.

The special feature is that the work was a

portrait of a potato.

This work was displayed in the artist's living room

and the collector after seeing it he couldn't resist

and wanted to purchase this

fantastic potato.

This event caused in Abosch a strange feeling,

a reflection on himself on his

being an artist and his art.

He felt somehow commodified.

It is a fairly normal situation and usual among

the artists who feel to be the attached

to their own art and every time this comes

to a sale is like a piece of them was sold with it.

In this case the artist felt like a currency,

from there was born what has become a

unique case in the art world.

In order to go against such commodification, he has

therefore decided to create a

virtual currency, a crypto-currency, that was capable of

represent him, thereby creating "IAMACOIN",

I am a coin, I am "the" coin.

He linked to this coin as many as 10 million

artworks, 10 million contracts based

on the Ethereum platform then on blockchain.

With these works, these token,

were then combined another 100 physical artworks

made with six phials of his blood,

in order to certify

the authenticity itself of the artworks.

What does it mean? That the artist

technically has tokenised himself.

Token means a digital representation

of an asset in this case

equity token or a feature or

service, in this case utility token

issued by a dApp, decentralised

application ie a system based on

blockchain technology then database

distributed that regulate the

dissemination to the the involved subjects.

So we have a service provider

that takes an asset and becomes the guarantor of his

subdivision whether is a physical good or a

digital one, he is the responsible of this

subdivision and then he sort it into a

free or private market.

Than on the other side you can buy

tokens and the more will be the tokens

the higher will be the property of a

certain asset or service.

For asset we can talk about equity token, function

or service is about utility tokens.

All this to understand also the

functionality and it is technically based

on blockchain but it is not a crypto-currency.

What does this mean?

That these information do not need a

system that generates automatic validations

but they can lean on other crypto coins or

other platforms that give these

services just like Ethereum.

This means that behind there is a provider that

validates the information then the well-known

blockchain databases distributed worldwide

and becomes guarantor that the operation

made with tokens also by others dApp

then by other companies is valid

and it is however contained within

even bigger framework with

more validations and safety.

In this case, coming back to the art topic,

the artist decides to tokenise himself

so to make sure that his person is

an artwork and therefore to be able to

sell parts of himself to several collectors.

This happens by linking these

certificates in part to physical works

and in part to virtual works creating

thus a system of validation and of

control between the two then certificate and artwork.

Abosch continues in his

resarch and continues to studying this

topic, so much that it makes an artwork

made in bitcoin code with the

writing "LAMBO", a work realised in a

fluorescent yellow neon.

The work draws inspiration from a famous phrase,

the LAMBO moment namely that moment when

the earnings are so big that you

you can afford to buy a

Lamborghini, a status symbol of

success and so it was also for him

so much so that the work was immediately purchased

for 400 thousand dollars from the former Skype CEO

in San Francisco for a value in some

way much higher than a Lamborghini.

The work consists of 42 alphanumeric

characters that therefore represent the

hash identification code in which

the token is identified obviously

after passing through blockchain, owner of

that work called YLAMBO certificate

specially created by Abosch for the artwork.

The blockchain and the cryptocurrencies surely

charm artists, they intrigue them and

they lead them to go beyond in their

artistic research sometimes putting them

into question.

And you, are you ready to collect a crypto artist?

L'influence du mode de vie sur le microbiote intestinal avec Thomas Erpicum (2/7) v2 - Duration: 8:29.

Véronique: We have just seen that the composition of the microbiota varies according to the position

in the digestive tract.

Now, I would like to ask Thomas how our microbiota, our microflora

varies according to our way of life.

Thomas: The microbiota directly depends on what we eat.

There are several studies that have shown it by comparing the diet in Italy

of 3 populations out of 150 people.

We divided these 150 people into 3 groups, a group that has a western diet,

a second group that has a Mediterranean diet, as we have in Italy,

and a third group that has a diet rather Vegan, vegetarian;

and it was not imagined that there could be such differences, and there were very large differences

in bacterial type, biodiversity, between the 3 groups, with parallels

that existed between life expectancy, for example Okinawa people;

and it was observed that strict vegetarian diets were the diet that selected bacteria

that had a direct impact on our health, and the longest life expectancy.

Véronique: interesting, and so if we live in the West, what are the factors

that will intervene in the transformation of this microbiota?

Thomas: In fact, what are the factors in our western diet, transformed today?

A diet very rich in sugar, very high in fat, very rich in salt too, and in alcohol.

These are all factors that will disturb the natural balance, the biodiversity of the intestinal flora,

in the sense that when you have a diet very rich in sugar and saturated fats, especially alcohol,

we will eliminate bacteria, and we're going to favor yeasts and anaerobic bacteria that are resistant

to alcohol, and this is one of the tragedies of our intestinal flora today, that is,

we have a proliferation of certain yeasts and molds , especially Candida, and that's very important.

This diet, associated with our way of life, that is to say the fact of staying sedentary,

in front of a computer compresses our digestive tract,, mainly our small intestine, which is colonized

by aerobic and micro-aerobic bacteria, and which are not more oxygenated enough.

There is not enough oxygen, and then we select anaerobic bacteria that will ferment.

Third point is that we move much less, we no longer have our digestive walk

of the walk after the meal which promotes this oxygenation.

And the last point that is particularly important is that we accumulate around our intestines,

especially the small intestine of visceral fat which also reduces the oxygenation

of these bacteria by the blood vessels.

Véronique: and so if we add the drug, the preservatives of the products we swallow.

Thomas: Right, I've been talking about food, but there's also this fight, this war

we've been fighting for bacteria since Pasteur's discovery.

If we take the example of little Pagnol returning to his mum proud of his trophies

he had found at the junk shop, the first thing the mom did was to bleach his trophies,

because the great Pastor had just discovered the microbes.

So this bleach is omnipresent, and it kills these bacteria, the good ones and the bad ones;

but especially the good ones.

The same thing for antibiotics that have helped treat a large number of diseases;

but today, the use of antibiotics kills 99% of bacteria that are healthy

and attack a tiny portion of pathogenic bacteria.

The third point is that in our diet we have preservatives, and conservative

means rot prevention to develop during storage, but this prevents bacteria and mold from growing on food.

also the maintenance of our microbiota which is also made up of the same organisms.

And the last point is that to have beautiful fruits and vegetables, unfortunately, we use pesticides

that will destroy the bacteria that will end up on salads, fruits or others,

but these pesticides also remain on the market. fruits and vegetables;

and we swallow them, and we ingest them, and they have a direct action on our intestinal flora.

The last point, and I will end with that point, in tap water, we add chlorine to avoid any trace of bacteria,

and this chlorine, we swallow it. It is better to wait a little while when you drink water that is very good;

but it is better to evaporate the chlorine.

Véronique: And then, if we spoke a little bit about vaccines and an aspirin tablet

for example, or other drugs ...

Thomas: There, we do not quite know the link between vaccines and intestinal flora.

These are subjects that are in research, but I can not develop them too much, except that today,

in the field of new therapies, which are brought by India and Russia,

it is phagotherapy; that is to say that we fight, rather than using antibiotics,

we use phages, which are particular viruses that will kill pathogenic bacteria.

Véronique: I heard about it for Lyme disease.

Thomas: Lyme disease and Crohn's disease too. There is a new drug coming out next year,

produced by a French company, from phages to treat Crohn's disease.

Véronique: and I have knowledge that very often take ibuprofen, what can this in the long run cause?

Thomas: In fact, ibuprofen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). This is not too much

related to the microbiota, in the sense that this anti-inflammatory acts on the arachidonic cascade,

and prevents the production of prostaglandins and inflammatory leukotriene,

but blocks certain enzymes, and other enzymes very useful to the level of the digestive tract

and stomach to protect the mucus. This is the drama of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs

such as ibuprofen, naproxen, voltarene ....

Véronique: cyclo-oxygenases, NSAIDs block this enzyme?

Thomas: It blocks the so-called cyclooxygenase enzymes, the Cox-1, and the Cox-1

is the enzyme that is responsible for the production of mucus.

Véronique: So, can we finish with a positive note? Way of life?

Thomas: So, what is the recipe for maintaining our intestinal flora,

to be good gardeners? Already eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, which will provide antioxidants,

, in the form of polyphenols,

Veronique: We will make this third chapter on this subject there.

Thomas: Well, we're going to talk about that, get wet, sleep well, meditate, that's fine.

Véronique: Ah, that's a good lesson, thank you.

L'Equipe's verdict of Paul Pogba's performance during France vs Germany - Duration: 3:22.

What's going on with Paul Pogba?.The French midfielder clearly isn't too happy at Manchester United this season and has been involved in a public falling-out with manager Jose Mourinho

And his performances certainly aren't living up to his £89 million price-tag.But Pogba is a World Cup winner and has shown that he has world-class ability on his day

Unfortunately, he failed to show that once again during France's 2-1 victory against Germany on Tuesday night

France took control of League A, Group 1 after coming from behind to beat Germany thanks to Antoine Griezmann's brace

But Pogba struggled throughout.French newspaper L'Equipe gave Pogba just 4/10 - the lowest from France's starting XI

And they wrote:."Pogba has a bad first-half and was a little better in the second period

He had little influence on the game and he lost many duels, including his lost ball that resulting in Germany's penalty (13th-minute)

Oh dear. Maybe it's not just Mourinho that can't get the best out of Pogba right now

One man that has had his say about Pogba's struggles recently is Manchester United legend Paul Scholes

Scholes thinks Pogba becomes "cocky" during matches and believes that he needs more experienced players around him like he had at Juventus

"He does some of the best things in games, a great pass or dribble, a great touch or dribble," Scholes told an exclusive interview with ESPN

"Then, five minutes later, he'll do one of the worst things like his brain has switched off, like it's all about him because he's just shown everyone how good he is

"That becomes easy to play against because you know that cockiness will come. Against Wolves , he showed a great touch to Fred but then the next minute he'd given the ball away in midfield, which led to a goal

That sums him up. "We never saw that at Juventus , but [Pogba] was a smaller fish there," Scholes continued

"Look around that team, with [Gianluigi] Buffon, [Andrea] Pirlo, [Leonardo] Bonucci, [Giorgio] Chiellini, [Claudio] Marchisio: great experienced players

I loved that team, especially Pirlo and the way he was so relaxed as he controlled the game

"Pogba was part of a great team but he's come to United where he's got nobody to control him like he had at Juventus

"

2016 Outstanding Philippine Soldier Awardee - Duration: 26:48.

We have the honor to present to you,

the awardees of the 2016

search for The Outstanding Philippine Soldiers or TOPS.

We begin with the awardees from the Philippine Army

for the enlisted personnel category.

Our first awardee

is Technical Sergeant Bernardo Tacbas;

First Sergent of the Headquarters and Headquarters Service Battalion

Of The 4th Infantry Division based in Cagayan de Oro City.

Back when I was a kid, this has been my dream,

but my mom doesn't me to enter the army. I really want to join the army.

I was still young when I see military vehicles,

I followed it until it vanishes in my eyesight,

only then I would go home.

Ok then, sit. Goodmorning, Sir.

reminders

So this place, I would never forget in my whole life.

This is where I had the most difficult training.

I was only 18 years old when I joined the army.

Though it's hard,

painful,

I'll just cry myself out.

This is my aim in my life,

someday I'll be a regular member of the Armed Forces, because this is really my dream.

To be a soldier, you have to have the "Triple S": skill, stamina and spirit.

You shouldn't be easily discouraged or be in a low morale.

That's why at the selection process during application

to become a regular member,

it is difficult to apply,

much more in training. It was really hard.

We were more than a hundred,

only 88 got through.

In 1988, only 88 survived.

A soldier is trained to endure hardships even extreme situations so that we lose our civilian mentality,

so to speak – a civilian mentality

is you easily get negative thinking when you encounter hardship.

When you are a soldier and you are in an operation,

in our work we don't surrender

in this kind of job because we are trained for this.

It's not possible for a soldier to be lacking in training.

You won't last in this field;

you will get out of the service.

Our motto in class, class 4CC,

'fear is just in the mind'.

That's why in our class,

you just die, you shouldn't surrender nor cower in fear.

When I finished my training,

that was when my military career started.

I felt as If I became strong-willed.

I became firm when I speak to civilians.

Even my attitude changed,

also my whole being.

For us soldiers, we should be friendly,

because that is our oath:

to serve the people and protect the land;

that we safeguard our territory

and not be overcome by trespassers and any lawless elements.

When we were deployed after our training,

the real encounter started in the field.

[gunshots, mortar shelling]

[helicopter approaching]

We will obey military laws; whatever is the order of the high headquarters, should be followed.

That's why there is a chain of command:

whatever the command from the high headquarters,

whoever is in position, it should be followed down here,

the lower level.

We were strikers for 10 years,

we were assigned in Surigao,

Bukidnon,

Davao, mostly Davao Oriental.

I met my wife in Davao Oriental,

that's where I got married.

When he became my husband,

I'm constantly in fear,

especially when I see helicopter flying,

I don't know if that would go to their place

or I feel he's in danger.

When I got relieved in Eight Ivy, way back 2004,

that's when I applied a contingent as a peacekeeper in Liberia, Monrovia, West Africa.

I got assigned for almost 6 months and 20-70's

in Africa, Liberia.

When I got back,

I was assigned to GHQ Headquarters as Military Police.

I served for almost one year as Military Police.

When I got back to Mindanao, here in the 4th Infantry Division,

because I graduated in the military police training

– I got accepted in MP, Military Police Company.

My battalion unit is under the Headquarters.

Right now,

I'm the First Sergeant in the

Headquarters Service Battalion,

at the same time, I'm also the Acting Sgt. Major.

As our companion

As our First Sergeant here at the Headquarters Service Battalion,

he is like a father

to the enlisted soldiers,

he is mostly concerned.

He has a 'high percentage' of having character, like, caring for his people.

If someone has a problem, he likes to help and solve the problem of that soldier.

He is doing a great job here,

to the point that he is doing a lot of things.

I mean … they are encouraging other personnel to really work for the unit.

So he is very important to the headquarters.

The fact that his presence

an encouragement for the personnel to do more.

As a soldier,

he is a role model and he doesn't need to be reminded what to do,

rather he shows how to do things,

so that other people will be influenced to do their work right and not give a problem to the organization.

This is my table.

This is my office.

This is where I go to office every day.

I'm in charge of the retirees.

I sign the clearance of the retirees.

Regarding the promotions of my men,

I also arrange their papers, for the good of their career.

He motivates them to understand and accomplishes what the organization needs.

It's a big thing that he cares for the people,

and with that

it results in the good response of the personnel to do good with their job.

I teach the young and new soldiers

that first and foremost, we must respect our countrymen,

the elders,

respect for fellowmen

so that the key that we have been dreaming for so long will be achieved by the Filipinos.

Hello, Ma! Yes, Ma, I will be home shortly.

When I was in the field,

you cannot avoid to miss your family

I miss my family because I'm just human.

Sometimes, I just look at their picture in my wallet. I always put the picture of my kids in my wallet.

During those days,

.... there were no cellphones back then.

As a soldier's wife,

it's really difficult,

especially back then]

we had poor communication.

We could only call from the radio/RCP

of the company.

We just call there.

When I'm away from my family,

for many days, months or years,

when I get home, I make up for my absence.

My kids and I

would always wait for his arrival

because we know he would bring us welcome gifts when he gets home.

He is thoughtful and loving to his family.

When he arrives,

he will tell stories of his experiences wherever

they've gone to

as we are eating

and the family will tell their stories, too.

[prayer]

I'm proud of him,

because he is a loving husband, hardworking,

and he is helpful.

When he goes home,

he washes the clothes, he cooks.

I'm the only man in the house

because I only have daughters.

I finish my work at home

and get our family bonding.

Let's go to the mall, children, we will eat there!

They'd say, "Yes, papang!" I want them to experience that, I will pay for it, at least we are eating out together.

As a father,

he is not

so strict.

But he sometimes

disciplines his daughters

especially when they were already growing up.

The discipline we impose to our daughters is

when there's no class

or work,

they should be at the house

and they should not come home late at night.

In my family,

my companion in life, my wife

helps me

because

a soldier's salary is so small.

We breed pigs

and chickens

so that we can

support our children's needs

especially when they're schooling.

It's a big help with my salary.

In order to live modestly

I also do 'sideline' jobs

and viands to sell.

It's hard

especially when he was stationed far away,

But then, we live within our means.

Our daughters, all three,

have finished their studies.

My eldest is a teacher,

my second is an engineer

and our youngest

is an accountancy graduate.

We are proud of our children

because

they completed their studies

and they are helping us, too.

I thank God

so much

because our daughters have succeeded

and

God willed them to succeed in their

plans in life.

This is our simple home

for the whole family.

These are the awards I got

when I became a soldier

in 1988.

This is my UN medal

when I served

in the United Nations.

We were given a plaque

when we came from Liberia.

This was given to us

in Tugban

by the Force Commander

of the United Nations.

In 2016,

there is a competition

on the mostly-awarded soldier.

All my awards

from the time I became a soldier,

I saved them up all.

out of 800 soldiers,

I belong to the 29 aspiring finalists.

I received this;

this was given by

Vice President Robredo.

After the awarding ceremony,

we went to the Malacañang

together with my family.

Ladies and gentlemen, today

marks an important milestone

in the 37 years

history

of the Metrobank Foundation.

We are honored

that for the first time as president,

President Rodrigo Duterte

has graciously agreed

to host

the Metrobank Foundation

Outstanding Filipinos

here in Malacañang.

Mr. President

I have the honor to present to you

the awardees of the 2016

Metrobank Foundation

Rotary Club of Makati, Metro

search

for The Outstanding Philippine Soldiers

or TOPS.

I shall call the awardees

by category.

We begin

with the awardees from the Philippine Army,

for the Enlisted Personnel Category.

Our first awardee

is Technical Sergeant Bernardo Tacbas,

First Sergeant of the Headquarters

and Headquarters Service Battalion

of the 4th Infantry Division based in Cagayan de Oro City.

Actually, I'm touched to this kind of award

for the personnel from

AFP,

the role models

are chosen examples

where in all aspects

from the tactical level,

to the civil military operations level

the quality is comprehensive

where every unit has a representative.

Those people

who excelled in their field.

They were chosen

from the battalion level

to the top level Armed Forces of the Philippines.

One is lucky to be chosen as a top awardee,

so that

of course we did bare qualifications

set by that organization

wherein top awards are given

from the civilians

that is from the civilian sectors

wherein appreciated

wherein the civilian sector appreciate those qualifications

when an organization [like the army] serve the people and benefit from our services.

All my awards

are the fruits of my labor

labor through God's help and mercy.

I wouldn't have received them if it weren't for God's help.

This was God-given

because

I know

I have limited abilities.

First of all,

I thank our

Almighty God

for giving me

the chance

to receive this award/ recognition,

for us, for being a soldier,

I've accomplished this.

We are very proud of him

and all of his accomplishments in his service.

I'm very proud of what my father has accomplished

because I know that

he is loyal in his service as a soldier

and he is a role model, (model hero of the country).

And of course,

he was recognized as an Outstanding Philippine Soldier.

We are proud of him,

being the commander of the battalion,

it's a good thing.

We hope that

his receiving an award

will teach other people to do the same

even without the award, they will do the same

to improve their performance.

We are really thankful

that we have a soldier

in the Armed Forces

who is an awardee

like our First Sergeant here.

As a Kaykayanon,

we are proud of his achievements.

Above all else,

I am proud of him

as my brother

in faith in the Church Of Christ.

I dreamed

to finish

my service as a soldier

in servicing the nation,

that when I retire,

whatever I've accomplished

whoever soldier I may inspire

in my legacy,

I hope they'll be loyal in service,

give a good service.

Do not dampen the image

of our organization by doing

any violent things or illegal doings.

For me,

what I am counting on the organization,

in my remaining years in service,

I will teach

the new soldiers

to be true in their service

and I will teach them the true discipline

for us soldiers

so that the army will be able to continue serving

until the next generation.

My duty as a soldier

and my duty

as member of the Church Of Christ,

I will treasure this up to my grave.

I may retire,

we may all die,

but I will die in my duty.

For me,

whenever there is an encounter [battle],

I always pray to God,

because your parents

or siblings cannot help you

in those dangerous times

even if you shout their names out.

I only count on God,

the living God.

He is the one who guides me.

It's hard

to boast that we ourselves are warriors –

when your life is over and you die,

you really die,

you cannot avoid death.

But I always pray,

'God,

in your benevolent arms, I entrust my life to you'.

On the day of the worship service, I will worship--

because there's our house.

When we were kids,

we always attend the Children's Worship Service

because the Children's Worship Service

was conducted in our home back then.

I would never

forget that I'm a member of the 'Church of Christ'

no matter what happens,

That's really part of my life,

the worship service

and military service.

When he gets home,

I ask him

if he goes to worship service

and if there's a nearby house of worship there.

I always remind him.

I am happy

because I know he never forgets

his duty wherever he goes.

Up until

now that I'm a senior in rank

and now I am in-charge

of an office.

When the worship service day arrived

and a minister encouraged me to accept a church duty,

I immediately accepted

my duty as a deacon.

Come worship day and I'm on duty,

I find my way so that it won't affect my church duty.

Even if I'm busy at the camp, I give utmost importance to my church duty as a deacon.

No matter how hard it is, I strive to attend the worship service.

[Church hymn singing]

Having received an award for my military service,

an even greater honor is that my family members

are all active members in the Church of Christ.

We all have church duties, I'm a deacon,

my wife is a deaconess, and my eldest

is a locale secretary and both my second and youngest are choir members.

It is a great honor and blessing from God

that He cares for and blesses my whole family.

Being the father of the household, I pray to God

that we remain fervently fulfilling our duties, to keep them until Judgment Day.

For me, my membership in the Church of Christ is my greatest treasure

because my military service can end when I retire,

but my church duty as a Deacon, I will carry through to my dying day.

I will carry my duty as a deacon down to my grave firmly leading my family.
