Useless memories.

What are feelings?

There is no room for such things.

There is no room.

The faces of strangers seem to be recognizable.

Strangely enough, they all seem to look like you.

The thoughts are blurring my vision.

My thoughts are like clouds of dust.

The ability to remember is hindered.

Your face is the only thing I can recall.

Useless memories.

Brain memory capacity = 2%

Everywhere I look, there are faces.

A sense of paranoia.

Who am I?

I don't remember.

There's only your face.

Playthrough: Elebits: The Adventures of Kai and Zero - Part 19 - Duration: 15:18.

Here we are in the Ice World. There are a few new things we can interact with here, the first of which are snowballs: there are small and big ones...

...and they both crumble quite easily if you try dragging them around with the Gun; of course most of them are a hiding place for Elebits. Having a look at the Map...

...we can see there's already an Omega marked on it in the Northeast corner: we'll have to go through at least two gates to get there, and on the way there seems...

...to be a village. Skip to 1:00

These look like some sort of frozen plants, but maybe they aren't, because if you try thawing them with the X Fire Omega they only open up (and reveal some Elebits)...

...Anyway, you can also use the regular Fire Omega to open these plants up (and also do everything the X Fire Omega can do with fire, it seems), but it may take a little longer...

...which makes sense, since the fire is supposedly weaker. Further North in this section (2:30) we find the way blocked by some oddly-shaped ice blocks...

...that look like giant nails or something; we can't pass through them, and we can't melt them with fire; you could try using all your Omegas on them, but it'd be useless...

...By the way, this is something that's starting to get a bit annoying: there's often no way to intuitively determine if you're supposed to clear an obstacle with an Omega you already have...

...so Players may end up trying all of them (and now we've collected quite a few to try out) before giving up and assuming that we'll need a new Omega for that instead...

...Nothing special in this section, so we head through the gate to the Southeast (400 W), with a sign on its side saying 'Village'. Skip to 3:00

This is an ice block, which can obviously get melted by fire; it's a simple enough obstacle to get around. As Kai enters the village, a short scene triggers

After an overview of the situation (and a small environmentalist message), we're free to explore the village. It seems those ice nails North of here...

...were blocking the path to the Snow Queen Palace, so if we want to go there we'll have to do something about it. The village is very small so we're done with it quickly

Here's a very common obstacle in videogames: a slippery surface (most often an ice surface); they're often implemented differently, but you can expect them to be annoying ^^...

...In this particular case, when Kai steps on ice, he'll start sliding in the direction he was walking and you'll be unable to control him - only his Gun...

...which he can fire to 'latch' onto any ice pillars he may come across, causing him to circle around them as long as the Gun is firing (release to let Kai Keep sliding)...

...If Kai bumps into a wall he'll just bounce back unhurt; if he ends up sliding into a pit he'll be brought back to where he entered the ice surface, again without taking damage...

...There's only a Fever Laser x 3 to pick up here; past the other frozen lake in the Southeast corner there's something more interesting. Skip to 7:20

Side note: I apologize, but I cut a short part of the video here because I messed up the recording. I promise nothing out of the ordinary happened ^^

With this yellow Battery acquired, we clear the rest of the section. I take a peek to the South, where a sign says 'Deep Snow Forest', but there's a lake in the way...

...and the Surf Omega's no help here. Presumably this is one of the things that has melted, or else there wouldn't be a sign to a forest. Next, we open the gate...

...to the Southwest (400 W again), which leads to the 'Edge of the ice', according to the sign next to it. It's not actually necessary to go there, but there's some extra stuff...

...you might want to get. Skip to 9:00

There's another lake here, but there are also floating ice platforms Kai can hop on (and thankfully they aren't slippery); they move in set patterns...

...and can be used to get across to the Southern coast. From there we can explore the Western coast, where we find another yellow Battery (12:50)...

...and a Pink Elebit (13:50, under a rock in an underground cave). From there we take a floating ice platform that starts moving only when Kai steps on it...

...It's a one-way trip back to the entrance of the area, but we're done here, so I decide to just warp back and call it a segment. Subtitles end here

Gregorian - Boulevard of Broken Dreams ( Green Day cover ) [ English & Greek ] - Duration: 4:36.

I walk a lonely road The only one that I have ever known

Don't know where it goes But it's home to me and I walk alone

I walk this empty street On the Boulevard of Broken Dreams

Where the city sleeps And I'm the only one and I walk alone

I walk alone I walk a-

My shadow's the only one that walks beside me

My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating

Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me

'Til then I walk alone

I'm walking down the line That divides me somewhere in my mind

On the border line Of the edge and where I walk alone

Read between the lines What is wrong and everything's alright

Check my vital signs To know I'm still alive and I walk alone

I walk alone I walk alone

I walk alone I walk a-

My shadow's the only one that walks beside me

My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating

Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me

'Til then I walk alone

Differences between IDE and SATA hard drives | What speed do they reach? SATA II SATA III - Duration: 5:13.

Hello, good to all, today I bring you a video purely didactic, where I will talk about

the differences between an IDE hard drive and a SATA hard drive, because although it is very easy

differentiate them, there may be people still do not know how to distinguish each one,

I will also take advantage to tell you a little about its main features.

From the start I start with the most important thing, how to differentiate them at a glance, and how

you see here I have two hard drives that apparently they are very similar, and in fact they are even

of the same brand.

But if you look, your connectors are completely different, since one has an IDE connector,

and the other a SATA connector, or Serial Ata as you prefer to say, being the IDEs the old ones

hard drives that computers used, while that the SATA are the ones that are currently used

in modern equipment, both hard disks rigid like this, as in SSDs.

As we see the IDE connector is much more large, covering more than half the width

of the disk, and another feature is that also has the pins that allow us to configure

the disk as Master, Slave, and Cable Select something that in this type of disc is very important,

because if for example we had installed in it, our operating system, had

to configure as a Master disk.

In addition the connector of the current of the power supply, or power source

as you prefer to say, what is this here, it's a four-pin "Molex",

which was the one used in ancient sources of food.

For its part, the SATA disk has a connector much smaller and just by his side he has

the power connector, so it's everything quite compressed, occupying less

of half the width of the disc.

Also, you do not need the Pins to configure as Master or slave, and that's because in

the SATA, the main disk, that is the what we want to be the boot disk,

is set from the BIOS.

Once we have seen how to differentiate each one easily, I speak a little more about

them in more detail.

The IDE discs saw the light in the year 1989 nothing less, and they were standard hard drives

of the computers until they were replaced by the SATA disks, which were created

in 2003, needing only a few years to become the new standard.

Because of this, nowadays, it is very difficult to see a computer that uses IDE drives, unless

be very old, although there are people who follow using their old IDE drives, and in fact still

can be found, especially second hand, although with a storage capacity

very modest for the current times.

This IDE disk for example is only 160Gb to give you an idea, while this

SATA disk is 1 Terabyte.

In addition there are also adapters that allow connect an IDE hard drive to a motherboard

with SATA ports or vice versa, and also for arrange them externally to the PC by means of

of USB, so as you can see the IDE disk they can still be very profitable if we have

some old at home that still works.

IDE disks are also known by the name of Parallel ATA, that's why there are people who

refers to them as an ATA or PATA disk, but Despite the similarity in the name, there is no

to confuse it with SATA disks, which also they are usually called Serial ATA disk.

A question that maybe, you will be doing, is that real advantage meant passing the disks

IDE to the SATA, and to start the most important was the speed, since the IDE disks transfer

information at rates between 5 and 133 megabytes per second, while the SATAs did it

to 150.

In addition there are two variants of this technology that makes them even faster, the SATA II

with a bandwidth of 300 megabytes per second, and the SATA III that they transfer to

600 megabytes per second, the latter being SATA III, what you can currently find

in any computer store, since They are the most used today.

Last but also important, Another advantage of SATA drives compared to

IDE, is that they allow a better flow of air inside the housing of our computer,

since having the SATA a connection cable much narrower, that makes it a lot easier

that the air circulates more easily, what which results in better ventilation.

And here the video, as I said at the beginning, it has been purely

didactic, I hope you have found it interesting If you still did not have all the differences clear

between the old IDE discs and the current ones SATA, if so, you can hit Like, or if

you have any doubt leave it in the comments, and do not forget to subscribe.

See you later.

How to work with stupid clients? - Duration: 4:42.

Hand on your heart. How many clients that you thought were stupid have you ever

dealt with? Well, I guess I can see you scribbling down a really long list but

the question is where they actually stupid? Hi everyone this is Zuzana from

coach zuzana.com to come and in this week's video I have Aga here with me and we will

talk about how to deal with clients that some may perceive stupid. I'm sure you

can relate so you've got a request and you talk to it like thousand times yeah

explain it to the very finest detail possible and from your point of view

it's a crystal clear you couldn't have been any clearer and then you get a

response from your client and and it's like so frustrating so you go no this is

it I can't work with those ..... anymore. But really - are

they. I mean I've been through a lot in my career and I've seen things where brain

stops and really wanders. Yeah I mean really wonders. But none of us we don't

really believe it there is such a thing as a stupid client. So I'm sure you've

heard those sayings or phrases: Common sense is not that common and then

Ignorant is a bliss. I mean common sense is not so common it actually is very

true and we'll take it as point number one. So not everyone will understand

everything the way you expect or you imagine because it is so clear and

straightforward and simple for many reasons and it doesn't really make

them stupid, so if you think about working with the client you know from

like a different cultural background or from a different part of the world which

happens a lot these days and you record on the video and they are

asking you to make it more appropriate for like a bereavement period so they want

people to be wearing white clothes and white to be more

present as the color that you know is the colour of purity and respect. Yeah, whereas here is

more about black, right? Because white would be so inappropriate it needs to be

symbol of grief and loss so it has to be more black and you're thinking like what on earth

are they asking me for? Yeah, so the question really here is like: Are you trying to

really understand where your client is coming from? Right. Do you

have the exact understanding as as they have. Because you know what we are so

easy to jump into conclusions and label people but do we equally take as much

time to try and understand them? I wonder because you know if you try to

understand you may find out that maybe the client of yours is being under

pressured by their manager and they're just simply scared for losing their job.

So if you really try to understand like genuinely to understand so first of all

you will learn how to advise them better and how to sort of teach them or educate

them on certain topics which basically it's not even their job because that's

what they are paying you for to do those things and it will help you and help

them to understand it for the future and avoid such situations and second of all

you are being an understanding and supporting human being and it is a

pleasure to work with you. So you know when they actually climb the career

ladder and they progress and then you know maybe move on to like way more

senior positions who do you think they're going to reach out to you know

when the time comes? It is going to be you because it shows that you genuinely

helped them to grow and to get there. So treat everyone with respect and try to

understand where they are coming from and always be of an assistance. After all

this is your job people come with different types of backgrounds. They may be

afraid of their superiors. They might be put into positions that

are just destined to crush them. Does that make them stupid? Well, we don't think so

and we are quite strong about it. So we would like to really ask you could you

please stop calling it your stuff yeah yeah you client stupid even if it's from

time to time or when if it's really hard because you really you know it's not

possible to learn hundred-percent of knowledge and understanding of the background

of people and if you're going to be generally supportive and helpful it's

going to get back to you tenfold. It's like you know spreading the good work

karma. Thank you guys so much for watching I'll be more than happy to hear

your experiences with "stupid" clients in the comment box down below if you like

"perfect" weather for camping. I always wanted to camp at a hight of 3000 Meters with a thunderstorm. I hope my new tent is not falling apart.

i was invited to taste the soup. It was delicious!

They wanted, that i stay overnite in their jurt. But i was so glad that the slippy path was drying, that i decided to stay for tea and delicious sefmade bread and continue the ride.

I was not sure about that crossing, so i decided to look for another way, which i fortunately found.

Emergency Breakfast: Bread, smoked cheese and fermented milk (i think) Could not find anything else in the mornig in that town.
