Naeem Tahir Like Never Before | Speak Your Heart With Samina Peerzada - Duration: 46:53.
My guest today is Naeem Tahir
I had been wishing for a while that I interview him
and today this wish is fulfilled
Sitting in our show, right next to me
Naeem Tahir
Thank you so much
Your wish
could also have been fulfilled earlier
Yes, but I didn't have a show then
We have talked a lot before
I enjoyed a lot, working with you in Neelam Kinaaray
and the thing that like most
about you
that I really admire
I think we would like to share it with everyone
That you don't hesitate from questions
No, not at all
I have so many questions in my mind all the time
Do ask your quesions
but I am remembering that
you and I
did a television show related to Peer
Raaz O Niaz
People liked it a lot
I regret that I didn't work for radio
It saddens me a lot
and if you do it
radio again
I will definitely do it with you
Where were you born?
This was a long time ago
Not that old
If we remind a little, it will seem like yesterday
its been 81 years
Wow
Maybe my looks are somehow a bit dodging
I don't look like I am 81
No an 81 year old man should look like this if he has enjoyed his life
and live your life lively
don't live with fear
So where were you born?
I was born in Amritsar
There is a place in Amritsar called Chaan Gali
Chaan Gali Haal bazaar is a famous place in Amritsar
There is a path right in the middle of it
and where the Jalianwala Bagh incident happened
its 1 or 1.5 km away from it
So at that time, Muslims didn't actually get a good position
My grandfather at that time
was some reader at the court
so it was his house
My grandfather had passed away
So the head of the house was my father
and he married my mother who was eldest of the sisters
So he was like the head and I was born there
in 1937
26th February
so you were 10 years old
when Pakistan was made
Yes, I was 10 years old
So how was the environment of the house
What is your earliest memory?
My earliest memory is not of Amritsar
Right
Because
and later on my mother took me back and showed me our house
but my earliest memory is not of Amritsar
because my mother
was the first woman doctor of India
Right
There were no women doctors before her
and nor did muslims get their education
My father did get it
He was inspector of schools
So at the social and professional level, there were high tensions between the religious groups
and because my mother was the first batch and a very distinguished doctor
Doctor Brown made a college in Ludhiana
and she passed in the first batch there
So she was in charge of a women children hospital
In a place called Shahbad
Shahbad Markanda is in India
so my first memory is there
Usually what would happen was that, if my grandmother was in charge at some place .
So she was taken well care of as a doctor
because people were in a face to face contact with her
so she was given a good place to live
and I remember that we were allotted a haveli in Shahbad Markanda
and in that haveli
there were two trees
and a well as well
There was a well because the well was considered as a privilege for water supply in that time
in your house
and you could take fresh water from it
how many siblings are you?
I am the youngest, I have an elder sister
The eldest was my brother, he passed away two years ago
Because I was the youngest, I used to stay with everyone
and the most pampered?
Yes, I was
Were you mischievous?
I was very mischievous, and I would suffer from them later on
Who used to beat you?
I used to beat
Really?
Most of my memories are of Ali Razabad where you live now
Right
because I was 5 years old when we cam here
So we were allotted a haveli there too
and the hospital was very big
Deputy Commissioner Anderson was called specially
so we had a facade in the area at that time
because she was the only doctor
We were also allotted a lawn
and we used to eat fruits from ther e
there are so many lawns in that area
it is filled with fruits
You live there
It is a wonderful place to be
So there would be long queues of patients
and because I was the pampered one
someone would bring a horse for me so I could ride it
There was a village near the are that I was talking about
It was the only village
that was half a mile away
and it was a Sikh village
rest were mostly muslim villages
and because I was the son of a doctor, all the kids in my school would be with me
I had made teams like wrestling team, football team , and swimming team
and I was only 6 or 7
they would all follow me
one day what happened was that
son of a Nawab
tried to snatch my football from me
He said that why are we playing in his ground
so the rest of the kids ran away
leaving me
I beat him up
and got the ball back from him
I hit him and he ran away crying
So I didn't get beat up, I used to beat
Were you ever punished on something?
I got punished because of my own fault
I didn't get punished by someone else
My fault meaning, I got fond of wrestling
Really?
Yes
So I used to play kabaddi and wrestle with the village kids
so one guy was pretty tough
He turned me upside down, and shoved my nose into the soil, I couldn't breathe
I didn't like that
He defeated me so bad that I stopped wrestling
but I kept playing Kabaddi
and I had a gun also
So how did you get into theatre?
Yes
I was thinking that you father was an educationist, your mother was a doctor
so either you
would have gone into education or you wold have become a doctor
Now everyone at home was either becoming an engineer or a doctor
the know professions of that time were only these
Now when I came to Lahore
When it was 1947 and a new country was made
and the situation was very tense
so my mother decided, her health was also deteriorating
so we had a property in Lahore
so she would work there and make a clinic too
So I came to Lahore
When I came to Lahore
before that I hadn't done any schooling, so my father decided
to admit me in a school
in what age did you get an admission
I was I think 10 years old at that time
Right
Thats interesting
I was 10 years old
so they took me
I used to wear shalwar kameez only
so there was this Iqbal High School
on the Allama Iqbal Road
so they took me there
As my father had been the inspector of school
so people recognised him
So when he took me there, headmaster told him that he will take my test
So he agreed
He took my test
So he said that the kid is intelligent so I will admit him in Ggade 8
so I was admitted directly to the 8th grade, because I had solved all the maths and other questions
but this used to happen
home tuition
Yes
and we were taught with attention
because now we don't bet the parental attention
Yes
Kids don't get it
Parents used to give attention to their children
and how many languages did you learn?
My mother could speak Kashmiri, Punjabi, English, and Urdu
My father could speak Arabic and English
So he taught me some Arabic
and English
and we used to speak Urdu
and I learned Punjabi on the streets
after that I learned French, but I now I have forgotten it
So I only knew Urdu, English and Punjabi
so I was admitted there
A boy from the village
so when I went to the school, they saw that I played football really well
I went into the football them
So I made friends there, now I and the football captain thought that this is a nice school, but why not go to the best school in Lahore
So without telling our parents
so the best school at that time was central model
There was this big chain
Central Model, Government College
Service, Professions
so I thought that we should go to central model
and if we failed, we will come back here
and if we got the admission
then we will tell our parents
what we did
So one day we disappeared and our families couldn't find is
on that day there was a test in Central Model
I and Haleem, he was my friend then and still is today
I and Haleem went there
We gave a test there
We told about the test when we came home
Now there was chaos, that they admitted me to this school
and now I am running to another place
so my father told me that had I told him earlier he would have helped me prepare
so I stayed quiet
Haleem was scolded a lot
that how dare you go without permission
My father treated me politely
so at evening my father took me to the school so that we could see the result
now because my father was a retired as the school inspector so the headmaster respected him
I came and sat at the veranda
I was thinking what was the result
He went inside
So my father used to smile very less
and when he came out with the headmaster
I saw a little smile on his face
I took a sigh of relief
he told me that I passed
So were you admitted in grade 8?
No, we were admitted in the 9th grade
and the headmaster told my father that I was intelligent
Two boys had topped, one was Naeem and the other was Haleem
We topped the list
After that I went to Central Model and Govt. College
I was admitted in Central Model
Actually
I started getting spoiled in Central Model
and Govt. college spoiled me entirely
and I usually say this that had I not been spoiled, Samina
I wouldn't have survived
The good thing is that I got spoiled
and I was spoiled to the limit
No it was good for all of us as we saw your work
the people who worked with you
An adventure started
Who would think about theatre in that time?
Radio was the only thing
I started liking it
in the 9th grade
Why?
Whenever I did work in something that was creative
I would get distinguished there
There was this calligraphy competition
So I came first in that competition
He was the owner of the shop
Famous Siraj Sitar Nawaz
and Mehdi Hasan used to work for part time jobs there
Oh this is that place
and when I the tyre of our cycle was punctured, we used to get it fixed there
Now I don't know who used to fix it
Siraj or Mehdi Hasan
We didn't know anything
I was continuosly getting rejected from there
so after getting fed up, I thought that the people who take my audition
I should ask them what am I lacking?
So they can tell me
So it was a room like this and it had a small hole covered with glass
I glanced to see who was sitting in the room
No one was sitting there
and nor was anyone listening to us
So they would turn the mike on and leave for tea
and next day they would send the letter that everyone failed
so I thought that this was not going to work
so didn't you rebel?
What would I have done?
There was no one there
but pictures had been printed
Pictures were posted for that also
So Fazal gave me a good idea
I still have that picture
Picture of my first radio program
Fazal said that we are students of a university so we should try for the university magazine
so he told me to write stories as I was good at that
and reading it
there was another person he wrote a drama
someone wrote a poem and we did all that
and prepared a news story
so we gave our proposal and it got passed
Samina a lot of times you don't know what is going to happen
So I went and read my story
now my style had always been a bit humerous
So the title was, after seeing my photo in the newspaper
How does it feel, because the picture was already printed
so it felt as if the world has nothing to do except noticing me
I expressed all my feelings in that story
It so happened that as I finished my reading
a peon knocked at the studio, studio 4
He asked the producer that who is Naeem Tahir
he told me that when I get free, I need to go and meet Izhar Qazmi who called me
I said, okay I will come
after a while another peon came saying that Mr. Tirmizi called me
I said I will come
Four producers called me that day
Wow
Now I was thinking that I read it very badly
and they were going to insult me
So Izhar Qazmi was the first one I met
He had a special way
Mr. you write really well
I thanked him
and you read really well
I thanked again
and your accent is also very nice
Are you interested in dramas?
Now I thought
that what is he asking me?
I said yes
From that say on, I have been casted in radio dramas
so there would hardly be a week when I wasn't involved in the broadcast
and the rest of the poeple
they made me read
and read features too
or news
They also would call me to Peshawar
Hyderabad
and even Karachi
so that was
sort of an over night stardom that I enjoyed
and you worked with Mr. Peer?
Yes
That was like our basic grooming
2 names were very famous in that era
and the things I learned in the early stages
was through these people
Mr. Rafi Peer and Imtiaz Ali Taj
both of them were friends and the way of there expressions
they had their own schools
I specially want to mention Mr. Peer because
I have done a lot of dramas with him and at one stage
I and Iffat Sultana
We both were his favourite actors
Now Mr. Peer's way of expressing
it was not that he told you to read and you read, and then he does some corrections, no, not like that
He wanted me translate my character in his voice
Okay?
You have to use your voice to translate the character
and he had something special, that at then end of a phrase
he used to use pace a lot
After we understood this
that he is different and Tariq is different
and both would get excellent results
So initially, Mr. Peer used to read himself
I remember a drama, Al Mukhtasar was his drama
I and Iffat did it
Maybe there were only 2 characters in in
Mr. Peer was reading and we were listening attentively
We were learning and understanding what he was doing
So we were young people
We had just crossed teens
Iffat and I understood
so we told him that we had understood
We tried
Mr. Peer said that I can read it again
now what he read, was something else
So we were confused
There are so many things in each drama
so doing it like this
we started understanding that
the sciript
There are many dimensions in there
and those dimensions
you should learn them
You should dive into the drama
and like the scene that you and I did in a drama
in that scene I tried to use Mr. Peer's tone
When was the first time you fall in love?
My first love was Kamini Kaushal
I still meet her
I even told her that you are my first love
She is a very humble lady
so after that
I didn't actually fall in love
Obviously I was a growing young man and had interest in girls
and my face and personality was okay, but I still did get some attention
I fell in love once
it happened suddenly
and then it kept on going
Where did you meet Yasmin?
What actually happened was that
because I told her about my obsession with dramas
The principle of Govt. College, Professor Sirajuddin
sent me, Sikandar, Khalid Saeed Butt and Fazal Kamam
To Mr. Taj
because there was a drama of Govenment Coellge
and they wanted us to analyse if the drama was good or not
We came there
after that
Mr. Taj thought of re organizing art council
because it was very dead at that time
So he spotted me and thought that I should be in charge of drama
because he saw my obsession with dramas
So when I became the incharge of dramas
so the first drama
to launch the change in it
created by Mr. Taj
Its name was Cox and Box, I and Khalid Saeed Butt were in it
and the other dramas was done by
Safdar Mir
Zia Mohiuddin came later on
Safdar Mir did it, it was also Mr. Taj's drama, Mera Qaatil
Mera Qatil had Yasmin, there were 2 one act plays
We had rehearsals together
This is the answer to your question, this was the first time we met
So who proposed, you or Yasmin?
Yasmeen has said these loads of times on television that she took the intiative
She gets very happy
She says it was my decision
She is absolutely right, it should be a women's decision
and you only succeed when women decides
It should be the women's decison
Yaasmin did it
So what did she say to you?
Look, as a man, I was hesitant
of saying anything
That I go to her house and meet her, I like her too
I don't know how she will react if I say anything to her
It can be positive or negative
obviously the manners and etiquettes come in between
You put up your best posture
So she called me and
and our relationship started
after that what happened was that
Yasmin was already recieving a lot of proposals
and she was not interested
So when her parents would ask her, she didn't agree
so all went silent
so Yasmin called me
and said that it would become difficult for her to resist
so you have to do something
I told her that I don't even have a job
working for the dramas, no one will accept my proposal
So she told me to find a job
at that time I was preparing for the CSS exam
I and my friend
So we would go to the acadamy for the preparation
and now I thought that this is an emergency
So luckily when I saw the newspaper, there was a compeptive exam held by Habib Bank
I decided to take it
When I sat for it
I topped the exam
there were 2 boys more, one joined the civil service later on
We were 3 in total
We joined Habib Insurance
and the training of insurance,
was 3 months long in Karachi
Mohammad Seth told us all the secrets of insurance
fire
life
marine
accidents
He told me everything
and we became experts of insurance
and then he tested us
He tested all the people who came from all over the country
and again I was lucky in that test
I topped the exam again
They decided to make me a branch manager directly
He is good enough
so I was allotted the Islamabad branch
and I became a branch manager there
No it became another problem for me, I did get the job
but it was in Islamabad
Your entire plan got ruined
Radio, theatre, everything got ruined
and Yasmeen
Now luckily, Izhaar Qazmi was transferred there
and Saeed Mirza was transfered there too
and Munnu
All 3 or 4 of us created a gang
We closed the office
and the entire night on Mall road
at that time there was nothing there
There was no one living there at that time
I am talking of
1958
1956 sorry
there was nothing there in 1956
The name of the drama in which Salman Peerzada was
What was its name?
Adaab Urse
Salman was in it and I was directing it
From there on we did several other dramas
and our engagement was a big event
that engagement was a sensation
because in Lahore
I had become a famous name too
Yasmin was famous in her family
she became a big voice on the radio
so on our engagement
not only from Pakistan, but people from India, also came
I have some photos
We didn't know about anything at that time, we just needed each others support
We had no idea, who came and who didn't
After that people came and met us
I think Imtiaz Ali Taj
and so many people who were fans of his work
People were coming from Hydrabad Deccan, Delhi
I can also imagine
and he has only one daughter
and I don't where that boy came from
A boy came from the village and he getting married here
so it was pretty big
then we got married
and because he had just one daughter, he was trying to delay her from going
I also succeeded in PIA
and I had become a senior officer
I got a lot of facilities
so I told Yasmin that now we should get married
So he would delay
and because there is kind of doer in me
so I told him that I am bringing the wedding on this date
I am coming with the baraat on 24th March
I am telling you this 4 months earlier
You can do all your preparations
The baraat will take you with me
From them on, everyone understood that this boy means business
so we got married on 24th March 1962
It had been 2 years since our engagement
so it happened like this
and you have
3 sons
Faran
You know Faran
He is doing so well
I sent both Faran and Meran to America
I told them that I don't see anything here
I won't be able to help them
I won't beg for your jobs here
but why did you make so many enemies?
They were made
Several enemies
Why are enemies made, everyone has them
I feel it this way
That you made enemies and you are an unsung hero
Yes, I agree to both the things, enemies were made because
as I am blessed, every work that I started
the problems that I have been through
but I succeed at then end
My competitors
were hurt by this thing
that he is doing dramas and of them succeeded
He became secretary after Mr. Faiz in arts council
He has replaced him
Even though there were many others and they became my enemies
The applicants became enemies
the admirers of Faiz became enemies
They also couldn't accept that where did I come from
Mr. Faiz himself wasn't
He was such a humble man
He wrote my sermon
of my wedding
Noor Jehan sang my sermon
by herself
and Faiz took me and recorded about Alama Iqbal
Faiz never thought bad, he was very loving
but all his followers
they didn't accept me
there should have been someone else from them
So all of them became enemies
and I don't know how did you realize
You know till today, I am not awarded by the government
This is my enemies curse on me
So what is success?
Success?
For me success comes from the heart
and failure?
Failure
and failure is that when you are going to do something
and you think that
because of you, you couldn't achieve something, that is failure
but every failure doesn't mean loss
every failure is not even a failure
You gain something from it
You gain experirience
and you gain your confidence
and you gain that what should you avoid
What is life?
An entire program can be made on all the subjects you are asking about
For me?
Because I am part of this area
usually people want to know
that my religious
what is the concept?
so I think that life is a trust from God
on to a human being
I have to serve humanity through everything that I have been
and I am one of those human beings
I have to serve them
That is the objective of life
If I cannot do that
And death?
We can only say that everyone is going to die
its a transition
after this transiition
what will happen?
I can't even guess
Thank you so much
I enjoyed it a lot

Real Estate Counter Offer Etiquette | The Do's and Don't's - Duration: 3:42.
Lindsay, did you know there's such a
thing as real estate counteroffer
etiquette?
Yeah, but who believes us when we tell
them that? Why don't we do a video about it and let
everyone know. Good idea! Get ready to
learn the real estate equivalent to not
putting your elbows on the table, or
slurping your drink. By the end of this
video you'll be so sophisticated and
refined!
You'll be a counteroffer specialist.
Starting right now!
Hi! I'm Lindsay. And I'm Carolynn.
We're with the Wise Move AZ Team. My team
and I serve the North Phoenix
metropolitan area with a focus on
beautiful Anthem, Arizona. If you're new
to our channel, hit that little subscribe
button in the corner. We put out new
videos every Thursday and Sunday with
tips and tricks to help you navigate the
wonderful world of real estate. If you're
a home seller and are listening to this
video to determine what to do about the
counteroffer you received, that means
that you received an offer, countered it,
and now the buyer has come back with
another counteroffer.
I bet you're getting a little tired of
this process, and thinking 'can we just
make a deal already'. Well, the rules of
real estate counteroffer etiquette are
important here and will help all parties
keep their cool through this process. As
was the case with your original
counteroffer, you have three options here
and the good news is is that you're in
complete control of the outcome. You can
#1: Accept the counteroffer as is, which
will result in an accepted contract;
#2: Reject the counteroffer and return to
the position you were in before the
offer and the counteroffer process began;
or #3: You can counter the counter
offer. The choice is entirely yours and
you should lean heavily on your REALTOR®
to guide you through this process. If you
plan to make a counteroffer to the
buyers counteroffer,
here are some do's and don'ts that we
think you should consider: Don't take the
counteroffer personally. It's not about
you or your home. I know it feels like
it's personal but I promise. it's not! Do
govern yourself professionally and with
grace. Remember, you can still turn this
into a
sale. Just breathe. Don't get
emotional. If you can't hold your
emotions in check, walk away, and deal
with the counteroffer when you can come
back with a fresh perspective and can
proceed in a professional manner.
Consider going for a walk,
listening to some music, or my personal
favorite, eating some ice cream!
Ice cream makes everything at least a
little bit better, right? Do work with
your REALTOR® to determine
creative ways to make your counteroffer
attractive to the buyer. Your
REALTOR® has been doing this for a long
time and can probably come up with some
solutions you would never dream of
yourself. That's why you have a REALTOR®!
Don't forget to ask your REALTOR® to
collect as much information as possible
about the buyers. Knowing what's truly
important to them can help you craft the
best counteroffer possible. Do accept any
parts of the counteroffer that you are
able to live with and work to find a
middle ground on the ones you simply
cannot live with. It's a game of give and take.
Do you feel like a counteroffer pro now?
Good luck with your sale! Remember, stay
calm, stay focused, and get busy turning
lemons into lemonade. Cheers! That's it for today!
Thank you so much for watching. If you

Anthem and real estate. And remember, if

Christmas Napkin Gingerbread House - Duration: 16:04.
Hello Art Friends in Your Hands Welcome once again to your channel
today we bring you a project that is simple and easy to elaborate and it is this
Napkin holder that will serve us for decorate our tables in season
Christmas is something very useful and is very decorative so I invite you to me
accompany to elaborate this project and as we always get all that
creativity
Well friends then to start
our project let's use a piece of wood in
this case I will use a piece of pine that I had and this one has a
measure 14 centimeters by 5 and a thickness of something less than 2 centimeters
if you suddenly have a little more narrow also serves, but
that is not very thin, then this piece and we're also going to use a
piece, we are going to cut a figure with the shape of a house in chipboard mdf, this is
6 mm thick anyway the measures I'm going to leave the
template in the video description I leave the mold, something more or less
So, what are we going to do, now the first thing is to take paint from
natural sienna color and let's give it a painted on both sides to this piece
The first thing we are going to do, the another piece of this base
if we want we can apply a little of lacquer
or varnish or if you prefer what they can leave like this, for now what
what we are going to do is paint this piece,
we started our project
after having painted this piece
look both ways and here for the edges too, except the bottom part
it is not necessary to paint it, Now what we're going to do is start
decorate, let's decorate these two ends of the roof and this part of
the walls using cold porcelain, a porcelain or porcelain mass
cold, as you call it in your country and what we're going to do is take a little
let's knead, to make a strip, a flat strip that we are going to place in everything
this edge, then on a surface that we can knead
let's do it this way well
let's make a strip and then what let's flatten in this way
flatten well
after he is like that
What we do is start coating the roof edge like this
we are going to paste it here
around the end
we do not need it to be perfect precisely this is how irregular it is
because what we're going to do is simulate as if it were snow
on the roof like this
let's distribute it well until completing this part and
we will also do it in these two extremes
Friends, look how it looks here place by the edge of this part and
it's on both sides so now we're going to take another piece and we will flatten it
to form a door then we go to give it the shape we can help us with
a rule to be molded
in this way we can mold
flattening and so we get a door is something very
simple does not need to be perfect let's paste here
this way
If the cold porcelain is not well adhered and we want to avoid
later take off, we can paste with white glue or silicone
but if we apply it that way fresh she adheres well
then the door would be and we're going to make a window for that
window we are simply going to do small strips and we're going to put it together
cold porcelain lends a lot to do these jobs but then
we should always cover it with plastic because it can dry us
here we are going to take out small strips and we're going to start putting together
window
let's say it's not perfect, there's problem that it is so because precisely
let's simulate it as if it were cream
this is a gingerbread house then
these pieces if we have a bit left with the wavy lines it looks good
so we will continue doing it,
we put together the window
and then we will continue with another decor
this is the idea, we finish it here and We are going to put pieces crossed for
give this form of grating to this window
look how the window should look
so you will see the piece, while this dries a little more then we're going to
work on the basis here at the base I'm going to show you I made two holes
these two holes are because I'm going to introduce some wires here is the
wire cut two pieces of wire 12 centimeters long
this wire that I'm going to use that is flame wire for clothesline this what
used for clothing courtyards, to hang clothes, this
type of wire or electric cable that you have ready
can you use then what's important is that the hole we make here in the
base is of a size that allows us introduce these remaining wires
rather fair we will not be suddenly loose that
come out, let's do two holes separated from the end
inwards about 5 centimeters, let's see
is 4.5 cm and then this is to enter these
wires let's take a clamp from jewelery and at the end in one of the
ends we are going to bend the tip, in one of the ends in each wire we are going to
bend the tip
A) Yes
ready, now what we are going to do is take
some beads (stones, seeds) I will use these, with some beads for bracelets these are in
colorful wood
and we are going to introduce them here in these wires
let's vary the colors
after we finish
enter the bills in the wire we must leave a small space for
be able to enter the wooden base, then now we are going to
enter it let's make good pressure
without being doubled and we are going to introduce the two pieces
as I told you this wooden base the we can varnish or if you prefer
leave it so natural, good as you they could see then go in a bit
of pressure do not come off easily then we do not need to apply
glue or if you want it from soon a small drop,
then here we are going to turn it around
as if it were a kind of cane and that's what we're going to do
appearance to those candy canes
A) Yes
so we have this and we will also do this for
the other side
we must work carefully and slowly
then they will stay like this
Here is a part of our decorated napkin holder
apart from that also with cold porcelain I also made this little doll of
ginger as you can see here simply we make a figurine we paint it or
we use the same tone that we apply in this in the house
with some small pieces of porcelain says this and some tiny beads
also of wood or some stone that have so small this is to paste
in this part then simply let's apply some silicone
to paste that piece
we are going to apply that we remain there well accommodated
now let's wait a little more to dry the house to finish
decorating and then we're going to stick it on base
when the house is already
has dried porcelanicrón or the cold porcelain what we have applied
then let's give a small retouch of white paint in all these
pieces, we will use paint acrylic and we will apply it so that
enhance the white tone more so that we this color is more intense and now
let's start decorating using the colored beads the same as
we use for the canes what it does is take these accounts and
go hitting them here separated here at the top of the
ceiling then let's take the silicone, these have a hole in the center
then in this in this part where what let's apply, apply here
silicone and we're going to hit it like this in this way
then varying the colors, so that
we look good
so we are going to stick these beads (stones)
thus simulating as if they were sweet, let's do this here in the whole part
of the roof and we're also going to surround the door
with these same ones, let's paste this first and then we make another one of another
small decoration here
friends look like you see here I already hit you
the accounts as he had mentioned the door and also this piece here
use another type of account (stone) that is so paste a heart shape here in the
door and I will use others here to make a crown this then they are
four with a heart shape and two of red color those of heart
they are green, then simply what we are going to do is paste them with the
silicone very carefully so as not to leave to burn we are going to make the crown of this
way let's paste 4 on the top
A) Yes and these two that are round are going to
paste here below to form a crown, the crown
Christmas, in that way
and so the crown is ready look how it was
then now it only remains for us paste this piece here in the base and
we have that this is a face of napkin holder then on the other side
we are going to hit it like this, we are going to locate it centered and for this we're going to use
white glue, wood glue we are going to apply it and we are going to leave it
that dries very well, then already the project we should leave it quiet
so that this glue fixes very well in the wood we have not yet applied
varnish and suddenly you're going to apply first we paste this and then
we can apply the varnish so that he adhere better to wood
we just do a little bit of pressure
it is fixed and our project it's practically finished like this
on both sides and is ready to be used in the tables of our
homes to place the napkins a detail that we can elaborate for
decorate our homes at the time Christmas or also to give a gift
it's a curious detail that we can also give, good friends, I hope
that you have liked this project as always appreciating that they accompany us and

Mon Cancer, mon Histoire - Duration: 2:37.
Hey! My name is Marwa Khanafer. I am Lebanese.
I am 23 years old. And I live in Montreal, in Canada, since August 2016.
I recently decided to launch my Youtube channel
for several reasons.
The main reason is that I was diagnosed, unfortunately,
with cancer,
lymphoma.
in November 2012.
And I had to take a chemotherapy treatment for a period of 2 years and a half to 3 years.
So I was cured in August 2015
thanks to chemotherapy, thanks to my family and friends and the medical team of course!
But as you can see
right now
I'm in front of you,
I'm alive
I'm healthy lhamdellah
and I am doing regular check-ups
The main reason why I decided
to make these videos is
when I was diagnosed with cancer,
and especially during the first 5 to 6 months of my diagnosis,
I was looking for
someone
who could tell me
what she had felt during her diagnosis too
So I needed someone
who had lived what I was living at that moment.
I needed someone
who could tell me his/her experience
who could tell me his/her stories
who could tell and give me advice
and especially
someone able to confort me and say
" Marwa do not worry!
You will lose your hair
You will lose your eyebrows
You will lose your eyelashes
You won't recognize yourself anymore,
You are going to feel ugly
You will hate everything
But don't worry
it's just a stage in your life. "
I needed that kind of advices
I needed this kind of people in my life
so that I could accept my diagnosis,
so that this diagnosis would not be a shock for me,
for a period of 3 to 4 months of my life.
And so I just needed that person
So I decided to
do this kind of videos to help people.
I told myself that,
if I felt this need,
there are probably many others who feel this need too.
So I'm just going to make these videos to
tell my story, tell my experiences,
tell my small failures and my big victories,
tell stories, but also tell
when I was depressed, when I was in pain
when I had everyone next to me.
So tell my story,
but my true story!
So I just hope these videos can help,
one person is enough.
I just want to help
because I know we need it.
Thank you and see you very soon!

Warhammer Fantasy Lore: Azhag The Slaughterer. - Total War: Warhammer 2 - Duration: 7:48.
Azhag is unusual amongst Orcs, and all the more terrifying because of it.
A
threat like no other, whereas most Orcs rely only on their brutish strength to achieve
their ends, Azhag can grasp far-seeing strategy, utilising it to gain the edge on his enemies.
To have such a tactical mind as Azhag possesses is entirely peculiar to most Greenskins.
Although plenty are more than happy to follow a Warboss who wins the battles he picks so
consistently and with such flair, something about him seems unnatural.
He talks with words other Greenskins do not understand.
This evil combination of Orcish brute-strength and a brilliant, if completely malevolent,
ability to grasp far-seeing strategy makes for a deadly combination.
Rumours tell that what makes Azhag so unusual lies atop his head: his ominous iron crown.
It is the key to his power and uncommon intelligence in tactics and warfare.
An age-old relic, possessed of an ancient and powerful evil.
The ominous crown, known in ancient times as the Crown of Sorcery, would constantly
whisper into the primitive mind of the Orc Warlord.
Azhag's eyes glow with a dark aura.
Occasionally he can be found in a trancelike state, mumbling or even arguing with himself
incoherently, fighting for control with his own will against the will of the Crown.
It is this crown, a relic of olden days, which grants Azhag sorcerous powers and a sinister
council beyond the comprehension of any Greenskin.
Through this artefact Azhag has achieved a dark communion, augmenting his simple mind
with the notably un-Orcish gifts of foresight and guile, earning him his fearsome reputation.
In the year 2512 IC, Azhag, a minor Orc chieftain, discovered The Crown of Sorcery amidst the
treasure holds of a Chaos Troll.
In The Worlds Edge Mountains, Azhag defeats numerous Orcs & Goblin warbosses, subjugating
their tribes.
Azhag's notoriety grew within each passing conquest.
In 2513 The Warboss plunders Ostermark.
Kohlitz and The Temple of Sigmar at Nachtdorf are razed to the ground.
With Ostermak destroyed, Azhag crosses the Talabec river into Ostland, looting and destroying
as they travel.
One year later, he claims his most famous victory at the Battle of Butcher's Hill.
Just as the Ostlanders believed they had won the day, Azhag's crown unleashed it's
magical powers to turn the tide.
Then, the Warboss lays siege to Wolfenburg in the winter of 2514.
After some time, he got tired of hurling his minions against the defences and ravaged the
surrounding region.
After three years of relentless bloodshed and carnage across the Northern Empire.
Azhag's campaign culminated in the battle of Osterwald in the year 2515
when the Orcs army clashed against the Emperor's army led by Marshall Otto Blucher.
In a vast battle that leaves both armies depleted, the Slaughterer's rampage was finally brought
to an end by the blade of Werner Von Kriegstadt, the Grand Master of the Knights Panther.
Azhag's Crown is secured and remains in the care of the cult of Sigmar to
this day.
