Today I'm going to talk about Big League Chew

it's not often that the candy that i'm talking about

shares its history of its inception on the package

so let me tell you how it goes

Sitting in a bullpen one summer night long ago,

Portland Maverick's left-hander Rob Nelson

came up with a fun new bubblegum idea:

shredded gum in a pouch

he called it big league chew big

Big League Chew was introduced in 1980

by Amurōl which is a subsidiary of Wrigley's gum

O nce Rob Nelson created

the idea for the gum

he then tried making it from a kit he

got from Texas

He then shredded the gum with a pizza cutter

Rob Nelson then approached his teammate Jim Bouton

with the idea. Jim Bouton ended up helping fund the project

for the Big League Chew

It was a fun

healthier alternative to chewing tobacco

in 2010 Wrigley sold Big League Chew to

Ford Gum & Machine Company who produce it today

I'm going to be honest with you i'm not a

huge baseball fan and

when i played as a kid I learned right away I had zero

hand-eye coordination

come on, right here. Right here. Right here

so this is the closest I've gotten to

baseball in years

along with carrying the Outta' Here Original

Big League Chew

We also carry Swingin' Sour Apple and Ground Ball Grape

there's also a Wild Pitch Wtermelon but

we don't carry that way i don't know why

we just don't

So it's easy to open

Big League Chew just tear along the

tear here line and because of a semi aluminum

I guess lining of the package it's

really easy just to fold over and seal

the gum right back up, save for later

and there's the shredded gum for the big league

chew and it's powdered that way it

doesn't all stick together

alright let's dive in

the Big League Chew has really good bubblegum

flavor like it just bursting with

bubblegum flavor

I really enjoy it. I enjoyed it when I was a kid

I still enjoy it. It's really good gun, it's fun

just to, you know have a different

experience with a gum

you should try it out if you haven't and

we carry it. We try and carry the three

flavors as often as possible

they just fly off the shelves sometimes

a little too quick. So come try it out

The MGTOW Thought Experiment - Duration: 6:58.

Hey Everybody, Marcus here.

Within the MGTOW community we have a number of people who speak of the collapse of society

that is considered inevitable.

Within philosophy, we have a habit of running thought experiments to try and pit our reason

among seemingly impossible choices.

What I want to do in this video is simple.

I want to conduct a MGTOW thought experiment as to a dooms day scenario leaning on MGTOW

thought to help and see what people would choose.

So, in the spirit of inquiry, let us set the stage.

Imagine that gynocentrism has ravaged pretty much all nations of the world.

Economic collapse in America triggers a global chain reaction causing all other nations to

one by one give way to their own economic collapse.

Wars begin to break out between nations.

Over the course of one year the entire world is at war.

Some governments who feared the worst setup underground bunkers scattered around the world.

Each bunker is completely self-contained.

It has enough food and water to last for 5 years.

In addition to this, the bunkers are completely air tight.

The oxygen in the bunkers is supplied from canisters which are also within the bunkers.

There are medical facilities and medicines in the bunker to last for a decade.

There are also specialized tools and weapons in the bunker.

Nuclear bombs start being dropped on all populated areas.

Billions are wiped out within a short period of time.

The nuclear fallout is expected to settle within the 5-year period from this moment.

The bunkers were setup to let some survive the worst of it only to immerge to a lawless

sparsely populated world.

A group of survivors finds one of these bunkers.

The bunker can only hold 10 people but the group is 20 people in size.

You cannot attempt to fit more than 10 because the oxygen will only sustain 10 for the 5-year

period of lockdown.

If you put in 11 people or more, they will all die before the doors of the bunker unlock.

You can choose to take less than 10.

Now, I am going to list off the 20 people who are in the group of survivors.

Knowing all that we know within MGTOW, of human nature, male/female dynamics, and so

on, who would you choose?

There are 10 women in the group and 10 men.

Let us start with the women.

1.

50-year-old woman who is a doctor.

(She is the only one in the group who understands medicine and could possibly use the medical

facilities in the bunker) 2.

13-year-old girl with no meaningful skills.

(She is missing both her arms.)

3.

30-year-old woman who is a master chef.

4.

23-year-old woman who is a model but is borderline retarded.

5.

32-year-old woman who is a genius and a painter.

6.

18-year-old woman who is ugly as sin.

She has no meaningful skills, handicaps or advantages.

7.

13-year-old girl who is a 10/10 but is literally mentally retarded.

8.

18-year-old woman who is average looking but is murderously violent.

9.

16-year-old girl who is good looking.

She has no meaningful skills, advantages or handicaps.

However, she has herpes.

10.

18-year-old woman who is a 10/10, is an expert in horticulture, but is sterile.

Let us now look at the men.

1.

60-year-old man who is a soldier.

(He is the only one who would know to properly use and maintain all the weapons in the bunker)

2.

18-year-old man who is an expert in horticulture but is average every other way.

3.

25-year-old man who is an Einstein level genius and a philosopher.

4.

35-year-old man who is average in every way.

(He is the only one in the group who knows how to use the communication equipment in

the bunker.)

5.

30-year-old man who is a master at mixed martial arts.

6.

40-year-old man who knows 7 different languages but is average every other way.

7.

45-year-old man who is a master carpenter.

8.

18-year-old man who is very strong but has no other meaningful traits.

9.

35-year-old man who is a master at chemistry.

And finally, our 10th man is going to be very special.

To make this thought experiment more interesting, let us suppose that all the men are blue pill

men.

Now, TFM keeps saying that he does not imagine he will survive the coming collapse but hopes

to be an influence on those who do survive so when they rebuild, they will rebuild with

MGTOW ideas.

Well, we will give TFM a chance to survive the collapse.

Our 10th man will be Turd Flinging Monkey.

However, TFM will be the only MGTOW among a sea of blue pillers.

If he is chosen, he will be stranded with blue pillers in a lawless dog-eat-dog world.

We will also attribute to him an age of 35 and mastery of economics.

Now, mind you, I do not know TFM's stats so the age I have assigned to him as well

as the mastery are for balancing the character in the thought experiment.

So, use only the information I have supplied in this description if you choose TFM and

do not make your decision on other qualities you imagine he possesses.

His unique trait is that he is MGTOW and knows all the things the real world TFM knows.

One final note.

Keep in mind all the different numbers.

The people you choose will need to sit in that bunker for 5 years with no way out.

There cannot be more than 10 of them in that bunker at once or they all die.

Clearly, when they emerge from the bunker, they will all be 5 years older than when they

went in.

Factor all of these things in when making your choices.

I really look forward in seeing what you guys choose and why.

Welcome to a new video...

...in some of the comments of my last videos you asked me multiple times...

...to introduce a recipe with a cost of sales up to 2,50 € per person...

...I would like to fulfill the wish today...

...in today's video I show you a recipe for Kohlrabi Schnitzel...

...along with a creamy Cucumber Salad...

...shred the cucumbers with a grater into thin slices...

...add 1 - 2 clove(s) of pressed garlic...

...season well with salt...

...give the cucumber slices a good stir...

...and set aside for 20 - 30 minutes...

...meanwhile pluck dill tips...

...and chop finely...

...after about ½ hour the salt has done it's work...

...and has extract excess water of the cucumber...

...pour off the water...

then add the finely chopped dill...

...a good dash olive oil & white wine vinegar...

...and a cup of sour cream...

...finally season with fresh ground pepper...

...give the salad a good stir...

...and set aside until serving...

...peel kohlrabi all around...

...and cut into slices about ½ cm thick with a sharp knife...

...thats what the kohlrabi "disks" should look like...

...next we will prepare the "coating street"...

...for that I got 3 deep plates here...

...the first plate with flour...

...the second with 2 eggs...

...season the egg with salt and pepper...

...and whisk up with a fork...

...finally give breadcrumbs into the last plate...

...now successively turn the kohlrabi slices into flour...

...afterwards pull through the whipped eggs...

...allow to drain the excess egg...

...and finally turn into breadcrumbs...

...next, heat up a large pan adding plenty of oil...

...once the oil is hot enough...

...give the kohlrabi schnitzel into the pan...

...and fry the breaded cabbage slices from one side for 2 - 3 minutes over medium heat...

...then turn once...

...and brown another 2 - 3 minutes on the other side...

...carefully lift the "schnitzel" out of the pan...

...allow to drain on kitchen paper...

...and serve along with the cucumber salad...

...without electricity costs the meal costs about 5.00€ for 4 servings...

...so we have a total amount of 1,25€ per serving...

Hey, what's up?

This is Mikey at Blue Monkey Bicycles, and in this video you're gonna learn about Volts

VS Amp Hours!

Electric bike batteries are often summed up by Watt Hours.

So you'll see a pack that says: "300 Watt Hours" or "400WH" or "500 pack".

The higher the Watt Hours the faster and farther the bike will perform in general.

But what does this all mean?

Every battery (even the ones that only say Watt Hours on it) has inside of it a certain

level of Volts and Amp Hours.

Watts (if you remember) is made by multiplying Volts and Amps... pretty simple...

Watt Hours is simply a combination of Volts and Amp Hours.

So what do Volts and Amp Hours mean individually?

Well, let me tell you!

Volts are a measurement of tension: how much pressure can be contained in the battery.

Batteries usually have Volts in sequences of 12, such as: 12, 24, 36, 48.

Volts pretty much mean power; how powerful the battery can be.

But, it also lends to top speed.

A 48v battery will not likely propel an electric bike 50mph because it simply doesn't have

enough pressure to rotate a wheel that many revolutions.

If you climb up steep hills a 48v battery will out perform a 36v because the 36 system

will be working harder to produce the same results.

On the other hand this means that if you have a 72v battery that is only propelling a system

at 20mph then that means that you have unused voltage- or really underutilized voltage in

that system.

Amp Hours is a measurement of capacity; how long (in hours actually) a load can draw 1amp

at the stated voltage from this battery.

This means that if you hook up a 48v 10Ah battery to a very precise machine that draws

1 amp at 48 volts exactly this machine will continue operating for exactly 10 hours until

the battery dies.

Bikes (and especially riders) are not that precise.

That's one reason why aside from videos on science or theory or something like that,

we actually put rubber to the road and we do real world range tests from our shop here.

So if you want to know how far an electric bike will go, we can tell you, with exact

results.

Anyways!

Back to Amp Hours: So, Amp Hours sometimes is summed up, or sometimes

people just don't say it right and they say "Amps".

So there is "Amps" and "Amp Hours" and those are two very different things if you're doing

a college test or if you're in the design phase of making your own battery or bike.

But, if you're just looking online at specifications; then if you see "Amps" instead of "Amp Hours"

it's not really a big deal because ... you kinda know what they're getting at.

Higher Amp Hours generally means higher range; how long the bike will go until it stops working

electrically and then dies.

Some common battery packs will be 36v 10Ah on the low end, 36v 15Ah for a not-too-powerful

bike that goes really far, and of course a 48v 15Ah would be better still.

OK, so you may have noticed that I've used words like: "pretty much" or "leads to" or

"generally".

That's because it's not an exact mathematical formula for volts and speed and amp hours

and distance.

For example, if you had a 48v 10Ah battery vs a 48v 15Ah battery; Yes, the 15Ah batters

is going to be able to go substantially longer in range, but also it is going to be a little

bit more powerful and a little bit more faster... "little bit more faster"?

Little bit fas- It's going to be a little bit faster!

Right!

But, if you want more bang for your buck increasing the Voltage will increase the top speed more

effectively, increasing the Amp Hours will increase the distance or range more effectively.

So, to summarize everything up to this point is as follows:

Higher Volts suggest higher Power, Higher Amp Hours suggest higher Range.

It's not that simple, but it really should be.

So if you haven't yet, please go to your electric bike shop around your area and check it out

and give an electric bike a try.

Recently I learned a little life lesson

and that life lesson was learned via my YouTube channel and my YouTube videos,

but I feel like it's something that can be applied to everyday life as well

which is why I would like to share it with you today.

Being a YouTube creator can be quite frustrating.

And it's not just YouTube creators, I think everybody's felt like this at some moment.

I think we can all relate to a moment

where we've put loads of work into a project

and we don't feel like we're getting the recognition that we deserve for that project.

So I hear a lot of people talking about this in terms of YouTube,

but even at school, at work...

there's so many situations that this can apply to even if you're not a YouTube creator.

YouTube have a program for creators called "NextUp",

in which they take 16 creators and they teach them various skills

to help them improve their channel.

Now this is a program that I aspire to be on one day,

I need at least 10,000 subscribers in order to apply for it

so it's going to be a while before I get there if I ever do.

And at times it can be a bit disheartening to think that

this thing that I would love to do seems so unreachable right now,

but my epiphany came one day when I was watching a video

of two NextUp alumni talking about their experiences.

Part of the application process for NextUp is

to send YouTube a link to one of your videos.

Now the video that you pick is meant to be one that shows

what your channel is about and also shows your potential.

And as I was wondering to myself which video

I would send to YouTube, that's when it hit me.

Finding a video that shows what I can do shouldn't be difficult.

I want to strive to create content that I'm proud to share every single week.

And if I do ever get to apply to NextUp,

I want the decision of which video to share with them

to be difficult because all my videos are awesome,

not because I have to trail through to find one that I'm truly proud of.

So whether it's YouTube, school or somewhere else

where you're feeling underappreciated, think about this;

if the person you're trying to impress came in and saw your regular work,

would you be happy for them to judge your potential by it?

Even if the answer is yes, constant work to improve your skills

is a better use of your time than complaining.
