Jesus Remember Me - Duration: 2:15.
Jesus' second word from the cross is also found in Luke chapter 23.
Where would Jesus stop?
Would he even forgive a hardened criminal?
Could someone who had committed a lifetime's worth of wrongs be forgiven?
Could someone who had sinned so much that he deserved the death penalty,
could he be forgiven?
Could even this criminal on the cross be saved and go to paradise? to heaven?
Yes,
even him.
This criminal's suffering was intense.
Crucifixion was an excruciating way to die.
And yet, even worse
was this criminal's guilt.
He knew what he had done.
He knew that his punishment fit the crime.
He knew that he deserved to be there and die.
And so, with nowhere else to go and nowhere else to turn,
with no other answers in life,
he simply turned to Jesus.
"Jesus, remember me," he begged.
A hardened criminal perhaps,
but also a repentant sinner
who turned to Jesus for forgiveness
and he received it.
Let this criminal be a lesson to you and to me.
There is no sin too great.
There is no sinner too guilty.
Could even I be forgiven?
Could my lifetime of wrongs be forgiven before the Lord?
Could even I, after all that I've done, be saved?
Yes.
Even this criminal,
even you,
and even me.
This is the second word from the cross.

Korpiklaani / Jonne Interview Jonne Järvelä 31.3.2017 - Duration: 13:41.
Hello. I am Jonne from Korpiklaani / Jonne and you are watching KaaosTV.
Hello to everyone watching KaaosTV.
We are here today at my hometown in Vaasa, Finland and we have here
guest Jonne Järvelä from Korpiklaani / Jonne. How has the year 2017 been so far for you and the band?
Well hello. We have been playing shows every now and then.
Last larger tour was in Russia last December which lasted for 2,5 weeks.
Now we have started to make new songs for the next Korpiklaani album and mixed our upcoming DVD.
Now we have played couple of Finnish club shows.
You mentioned the tour in Russia. I have heard both good and bad stories about touring in Russia. How was it for you?
What kind of personal experiences you have when it comes to touring in Russia?
I have also heard quite many stories about it but for us it was a positive suprise.
I expected us to have issues with gear and such but everything went really well.
I expected us to have issues with sound and long travelling but it was a posivite suprise in the end.
Sound was good, venues were amazing and a lot people came to the shows.
Even though we played near China boarder there was still a lot of people.
I have heard that usually the audience is really good in Russia.
Even an unknown band not even near your size can gather quite big audiences to their shows.
They knew the songs and were into the show right away from the start.
You didn´t really have to work much to get the audience going.
We also had Kimmo Kuusniemi filming the trip for us so there is some sort of TV documentary also in the works about the trip.
That is at least the plan at this point.
You also mentioned the upcoming DVD you are about to release. What is the current state of that?
It is in quite good phase.
First editings are done and now we have had the chance to see some footage from it already.
At the moment it is in mixing phase.
It looks really good.
What kind of release plan do you have with the DVD? When can the fans expect it to be released?
It is going to be released in September.
Can´t remember the exact date but in September sometime.
You released a song for the soccer club FC Lahti.
Could you tell us that where did that idea originally come from?
FC Lahti asked us to sponsor the team and we first thought it was a bit silly question.
Then we started to seriously think about it and decided that why not and asked for prices and such.
After the phone call finished we had agreed to sponsor them.
I had to ask from the other band members but when they were cool with the idea so we decided to do it.
We started sponsoring them and then some things happened
First thing that got into my mind was that maybe we could do something more than just give them money and got our logo into the shirt.
To get the maximum potential out from the collaboration.
I went to watch couple of games and
suddenly got really interested about
the game and the team.
The song is a "sahti" song so it was kind of ready and then we did some changes to it to make it "FC Lahti".
It was quite fast process in the end but a good idea so why not.
But it sounds good.
Yea and it sounds like it is meant just for the team.
In the end of April you are about to release the next JONNE album.
Could you tell us a bit about that?
Is it going to be musically drastically different from the debut album or follow similar paths?
Actually yes. Musically this upcoming album is a more band album than the first one.
First album just sort of happened.
This time through those couple of shows we played with the project we thought more what kind of stuff we want to play in the future live.
That was more pop and not that heavy.
In this the style is a bit more world music.
You cant really say it´s Finnish folk music like the first one either.
Our indian makes it world music.
Yovan Nagwetch´s presence already takes it quite far.
How much different music do you listen to actually yourself?
For example in "En Ole" song there is even some flamenco.
What´s your history with that genre or do you even have any history with it?
The only musical education I have ever had was learning to play guitar through flamenco songs with a teacher.
The years were 1983 to 1989.
I started playing guitar with that genre so it has a special place in my heart.
"En Ole" song actually came when bought new nylon strings to my guitar.
Strong tension strings and wanted to try whether I can still play that kind of music.
Cant remember where I got the title "En Ole" but it was sort of joke at first with myself. Then it just started to build up.
I actually put Finnish proverbs there as lines in a row and it looked like lyrics so it became a song.
That is the story behind that song.
Did it bring any childhood memories back into your mind while making this song?
Sure it did.
My uncle said when he listened through the album that you still have the touch to play flamenco guitar.
That your teacher would be proud if he would be able to hear it.
He is starting to be quite old. Jorma Viiki was my teacher who lived in Spain. Finnish guy but quite an amazing flamenco guitar player.
So you have learned from the master himself.
Yes. He is quite unique guy.
People think he is Spanish even though he is Finnish.
The album is titled "Kallohonka". Where does the title come from?
There is a song in the album entitled "Kallohongasta Kotiin".
It felt already in the beginning when making the songs
as a "key" song for the whole album.
While making the album we thought with Jan "Snoopy" Rechberger that the word Kallohonka is quite strong.
It created quite strong feelings so we decided to go with that.
You could actually see the skull in the old pine tree.
Somehow it gave strong feeling and visualization to the album.
The album´s artwork looks amazing.
Does it reflect the music somehow?
Yes it does and that specific song actually really well.
Jan Yrlund actually painted the whole painting with his hands.
It is not the typical modern age photo shop drawing but instead a real painting.
It is quite amazing artwork indeed.
The album contains quite a lot of different stuff.
It is quite hard to put into artwork but this is the best possible outcome for it absolutely.
How important it is for yourself that Jonne stays away musically from Korpiklaani?
It is important. Under JONNE moniker I can try all the things I want.
It is not narrowed down in any way.
So you are consciously trying to make very different albums from each other? So that it wont get that identity like I would imagine Korpiklaani has among their fans?
Maybe yes but I didnt actually think it that way.
I have thought about it in a way that only criteria I have for it is just for the music to be good.
And also I have wanted to leave the heavy side of me to Korpiklaani.
So that the bands would be quite far from each other.
Yes. Because I might do that under Korpiklaani so I want to leave space for there as well and do things what I cant do with Korpiklaani in JONNE.
What does the future hold for both bands? Do you have plans to play shows with JONNE or what kind of plans do you have?
Korpiklaani is writing a new album at the moment which will hopefully be released sometime early 2018.
With JONNE we will play as many shows as possible. It is the plan.
It would be nice to play even more shows but we have ten members in the band.
It is quite big band and a lot of the members are busy with other projects such as Amorphis and Oceanwake.
Yoghan is also travelling and doing different jobs.
It is quite difficult to get all 10 members into the same place at the same time.
Maybe that is also a nice thing for the fans that the shows are always special because of that?
Yes and it is the same for us musicians. It is always a special event for us as well.
There is a special feeling playing these shows.
We know ourself that it doesnt happen that often.
I watched Banger TV´s Sam Dunn´s episode where he interviewed you and mentioned you as the most happy metal band in the world.
How did that feel from your point of view and do you underline it?
Yes. It felt really good. I think our bassist Jarkko was interviewed by him
and of course it felt good to get such kind words from him about our band.
Thank you very much for the chat and best of luck for the future. Anything you want to say to your fans as last words?
See you all at the shows.

What Does It Take To Be Successful In Your Program? - Duration: 7:56.
Hey, it's Joe Crump.
Got another question.
This one is from Ziranell.
And this is a long question so I'm going to try to paraphrase it so I apologize Ziranell,
I just don't have the time to read the entire thing out loud here.
"No one's doing sandwich lease options anymore."
Which, I don't teach the sandwich lease options.
You don't want to take responsibility for the property, which a sandwich lease option
does that.
They pay you, you pay the seller.
And there's a chance for you to make some money in between, but there's other ways to
make that money in between.
You don't have to take it as a sandwich.
If you're going to take property, and you're taking control of it, then you're going to
do it as a subject to, or maybe a land contract.
You want more control than a sandwich lease will ever give you.
But if you're doing the for rent method, all you're doing is flipping a property from,
you know, taking control as a lease option and then flipping it to someone else without
ever having to make a payment, without having to use credit, without having to do any of
those things.
You're just, you know, you're doing that on paper.
You're taking control and getting, becoming a principal in the transaction, and the reassigning
your right to buy to someone else which is very different than a sandwich lease.
So don't do sandwich leases.
"Funny thing is, no matter how many gurus I listen to, or how much I read from other
people or the students making $40K off of one deal with sandwich leases, I come right
back to you and your methods.
It's something about you that I trust, that I really understand," thank you, "and I've
done the for rent method using the Automarketer last year, but somehow lost my way this year
and I'm ready to do it again."
I just checked out the rest of his questions here and basically his feeling is, he's very
frustrated with learning this stuff from a lot of different people.
Everybody has a lot of different ideas about what works and what doesn't.
You spend a lot of money on programs like mine.
Almost every one of my students has spent thousands and thousands of dollars before
they finally get to me.
And they say, "Joe, if I'd only found you first."
I also have people that have come into my program and they spend money on me as well.
And the mentor program is expensive.
It's like going to college for a semester.
I mean, well, it's a little cheaper than going to college for a semester, but it's similar.
And I know it can be a big chunk out of your pocket.
And I tell everyone, I guarantee that you're going to make money if you follow through
with my process.
And everybody that follows through with my process makes money.
But I can also tell you that 30% of the people that come into my mentor program actually
make money.
Now, I think that's a crummy statistic and I'm told that overall in this industry that
I'm part of apparently, 5% of the people have success with programs like this.
So I guess I'm 600% better than the average in the industry, which is encouraging, but
it still stinks at 30%.
But one thing I can tell you is that 100% of the people that actually do the work make
money with this process.
So, if you come into and you do the work and you put in the hours and I tell my mentor
students give yourselves three or four months before you can expect to make money, make
sure you're going to commit to me eight to ten hours a week and during that eight to
ten hours a week that you're going to be devoting to learning this process you're going to be
on the phone making calls, learning how to do the most difficult part of this process.
And, again, it's not rocket science.
It's not digging ditches, you know, it's not, doesn't take great brains and it doesn't take
great brawn.
What it takes is stamina, and it takes the ability to have a little bit of internal fortitude
and follow through with the process the way that I teach it and be willing to have people
think that you're an idiot when you first get on the phone with them.
Because they're going to treat you like that at the beginning and it's going to be a little
embarrassing and sometimes it's more expensive to our ego than it is to our pocketbook.
And that's what makes it difficult.
So people that are willing to come up with, you know, thousands of dollars to get into
the mentor program or learn the training, that's expensive to them but the more expensive
part is actually doing the work and putting in the time and making that stuff happen and
putting up with people until you learn how to speak to them credibly, to speak to them
and listen to their problem and figure out what the issue is that they're having and
be able to listen compassionately and understand what their options are going to be and then
explain their options to them in a way that they understand it and understand that the
solution that you have for them, which we have solutions for almost everyone we talk
to, the solutions that make us money, the solutions that we have for them actually is
in their best interest.
And let them choose you because they've got other choices, you know, and their other choices
aren't as good as you if you're credible.
If what you can do really solves their problem and they understand what it is you're doing.
So that's what it's going to take for you to be successful.
And you can keep buying materials from people all day long, but if you'll just get down
to work with one of them that you've got, I mean, there's some other good programs out
there, you know, there's lots of different ways to do it.
I think mine is the best.
I think it's the way that you can do it without using money or credit so you don't risk any
of that stuff.
The only thing you risk is your time and you risk your ego.
And if you're willing to do that, you can be successful with this process that I'm teaching.
But there are other good programs out there and if you want to follow thought with those,
great.
I say don't use any money, don't use your credit.
Really.
Don't use your credit.
The biggest mistakes I've made in my business over the years have been because I used my
credit.
The reason that things crashed for me back in 1991 when I had a $17 million business
going, and I lost everything in that time, and I don't know if you, I know most of you
remember the crash in 2007, but, if you're old like me, 1991 is when it crashed for me
the first time.
When 2007 came along, I rebuilt my business not on debt, in a different way, and I didn't
get hurt in a way that was, that took me under.
Yes, it was, I had some pain during that time, too.
But that was because people were losing their jobs and I was losing tenants.
That was a challenge.
But we had enough cash flow, we had enough reserves, to be able to do that and the way
that I'm teaching this, I teach you how to build those reserves before you build a portfolio
so that you can have reserves always sitting aside, you know, making sure that you can
maintain your properties and keep them for the long term and build that equity over time
plus have enough income while you're doing that to have a good, healthy, happy life making
a good income working very few hours to do that.
So, that's what you need in order to make this all happen and I hope you don't get so
frustrated with this process that you can, you can get back on your feet and do it.
I know there is some good people out there that are teaching these programs and I don't
listen to their stuff anymore and I don't, you know, get involved with them or partner
with them very much anymore.
That doesn't mean that they're not good people.
And there's, I know there's some shysters out there as well that are just taking money
and they don't know what they're doing and they've never even done what they teach.
So, you know, make sure you're working with somebody that you can trust, whose been in
the business for a while, who understands how to get these ideas across and has been
there before with the issues that you have and then follow what they say and use them
as a mentor and learn from them and don't be afraid to spend a little bit of money.
If you were going to college you'd spend a lot more money than this in order to do.
All right.
I hope that helps.
Good luck.
