Youtube daily report Dec 16 2017

Hi everyone, I am Rebeca Martinez, and today we are doing an unconventional abs workout routine.

The first part will be Pilates exercises, and I need you all to focus on 3 points.

Number One, focus on dominating the movement, is very important to be sure that your mind

and your whole body are focused, and assimilating what you are doing before adding more reps.

Number 2, quality over quantity of movements, do few repetitions

but be sure to do them correctly.

Number 3, perfect your technique, each time you practice this workout routine.

Make an effort to perfect every one of the movements.

This is the first part of this workout, it will be 3 pilates exercises.

The first exercise is an Open Leg Rocker.

Let's start sitting, leaning on the base of the hips, look for balance...

Two ways, the easiest one, you will grab your ankles, I am only supported

by my toe tips, look for balance, I sit here looking for balance.

Ok this is the first part.

Now you are going to roll back up to the base of the scapulaes.

The chin on the chest

and return looking for balance.

Now, to make it a bit more advanced, we start exactly the same, on the base of my hips

looking for balance, grab your ankles, but this time we will do it with legs extended.

Look for balance and i'm gonna roll, return seeking for balance. Roll.

This will be the second pilates exercise, we will do modified version of a rollover.

Normally in this exercise, we bring the legs backwards, but now

we will bring them to a side as well. Return to the center, and to the other side.

I will start by sitting on my buttocks, I will lift my arms to make it a bit harder.

I will lie back, placing your hands for support, inhale and exhale.

Raise your arms, return to the starting position, lie back again, to a side, return, the other side, return.

This will be the last pilates exercise, this is a boomerang, and we will start sitting down.

Supported on the base of the hips, and I will bring my legs backwards, inhale.

open your legs, cross them, back to the sitting position, bend down, and again.

We will start the second part of this workout, we will do some sliding exercises with planks.

Normally we use some disks to do these types of exercises,

but today the only thing you will need is a pair of socks.

We will start in all 4 support, place my hands on the mat.

Stand on your toe tips, knees are flexed, and I will change from 4 points support to 3.

Open my legs and extend my arms.

Imagine that you are being pulled by the arms and the legs, return to your starting position

I stretch, stretch the most I can, open my arms and legs, and return.

open the legs, arms towards the sky, return in one movement.

For this next exercise, we will start sitting on the mat. You can place directly the palm

of your hands or you can place the fingers. I will do it by placing my fingers.

We will do a bridge. Lift my pelvis. Gather them back to the chest. Open the legs and back again.

This is the last exercise of this workout, we will do a pyramid.

Place your arms on the mat, start with your legs extended.

We will slide towards a side in diagonal, return to the center.

Have courage to try something new, this is the key to this workout.

Movements and exercises that we are not used to.

If you enjoyed, please don't forget to subscribe to my channel

and see you all in the next video, hope you are all well, bye.

Blumenthal has teamed upon including Waitrose it Christmas toughness We all know Chri Breaking News - Duration: 8:32.

We all know Christmas is a time for surprises. But this year it's not just the more thoughtful gifts under the tree that are set to delight us on the big day; we reckon some of the biggest and best foodie thrills can be found at Waitrose this Christmas.

Continuing to partner with Britain's most inventive chef - the inimitable Heston Blumenthal - Waitrose is ensuring that some of the season's most memorable moments will take place on your dinner plate. With a catalogue of over 30 show-stopping festive treats - including a tantalising Melting Chocolate 'Sprout' - he'll have you wondering if the proof really is in the pudding...

Scroll down for video Blumenthal's infamous 'Meat Fruit' starter - a permanent fixture on the menu at his award-winning London restaurant, Dinner at the Mandarin Oriental hotel - which comprises a 'mandarin' of the lightest chicken liver parfait, has excited diners since day one, proving him to be a master of food deception. And who could forget the remarkable sounding 'Snail Porridge' or the signature 'Bacon and Egg Ice Cream', both regularly featured on the three-Michelin-starred menu at The Fat Duck?

Happily, Heston's range with Waitrose allows us all to partake in his characteristic culinary trickery, at a mere fraction of the price. And top of our shopping lists this year is his brand new Melting Chocolate 'Sprout'. Employing every iota of the showmanship and cunning we'd expect from the man himself, Blumenthal and his team have created a dish set to turn the most divisive aspect of Christmas dinner - the humble Brussels sprout - into something incredibly tempting.

Designed to look just like a giant Brussels sprout, complete with realistically textured 'leaves', theMelting Chocolate 'Sprout' is formed from a brightly-hued green chocolate domed shell that can't fail to get people talking. But, following the trend for 'hidden reveal' puddings as popularised by Channel 4's First Dates, the 'sprout' is then flooded with a warm salted caramel sauce - with all the appearance of a delicious rich gravy! - causing the green chocolate exterior to melt away, exposing a hidden centre of 18 green profiterole 'sprouts' filled with a zesty lime crème pâtissière that perfectly offsets the rich chocolate and the sweetly salty caramel.

But beware; this indulgent creation is so realistic you might need to reassure your guests that no actual sprouts were used in the making of this dessert!

As Heston says: 'The dishes that have caused the biggest response from our guests at The Fat Duck are those that look like something they are not. What can be more fun at Christmas than playing with your guests' minds and tastebuds that will leave everyone talking?'

Continuing his reign as the Master of Disguise, the Heston from Waitrose The Edibaubles Collection is another triumph of delicious deception. Styled simply as Christmas tree decorations, these beautiful creations are actually edible, and come in a range of unexpected flavours in a celebration of curiosity. We love the boozy-yet-creamy eggnog variety, but gingerbread and candy cane both come a close second - all blended with the most luxurious Swiss truffled chocolate.

And it doesn't end there either; gin lovers should pop the surprising Heston from Waitrose Citrus Sherbet Lazy Gin right at the top of their Christmas lists - so called because the gin has been crafted with such a depth of zingy flavours (from Eureka lemons, Persian limes and basil) that your usual citrus slice is made redundant. Serve over ice with Mediterranean tonic to intensify the sherbert flavour, and you're good to go.

Anyone who missed out on previous runaway successes like the Hidden Orange or Hidden Clementine Christmas Puddings need fear not; these beauties are both back this year, and continue to intrigue and delight with their richly spiced vine fruit flavours before the pièce de résistance of the hidden candied citrus centre is to your Christmas guests.

For a taste of the exoticism and unexpected that we've come to expect from Heston (and a lighter take on the traditional Christmas pudding), pick up the sophisticated Heston from Waitrose Persian Spiced Christmas Pudding. Think deep, dark Damask rose, sticky honey, luxurious pistachios and all the headiness of the Spice Trail, encased in a spectacularly shimmering pudding that hides a molten honey butter centre for a spot of post-lunch theatre on the big day.

If you're looking to embrace a retro Christmas this year, however, you'll be wanting to stick a Heston from Waitrose Black Forest Panettone in your trolley instead... The past few years have seen the classic Italian Christmas dessert explode in popularity - even out-selling our homegrown much-loved Christmas puddings two to one at one point last year - but of course Heston's offering, presented in a festive gift box, is anything but traditional.

Instead, he's embracing all the fun of Christmas past giving it a fabulously 70s style makeover, complete with candied cherries and nostalgia-heavy Kirsch cherry liqueur on the inside with dark chocolate and sour cherries to finish, which is set to rekindle all those old Christmas party memories of Black Forest Gateaux gone by.

And what Christmas would be complete without mince pies? Served warm with a dash of cream, they're the ultimate Yuletide treat. But trust Heston to give them an unexpected twist.

His Spiced Shortcrust Mince Pies with Lemon combine richly fruited mincemeat, delectable lemon curd, a zesty all-butter crumble topping and spiced shortcrust pastry. We can't see a box of these lasting very long...

And anyone who fancies themselves as a bit of a whizz in the kitchen and wishes to try a spot of culinary wizardry should take a look at the Waitrose website. Dig in to a plethora of recipes for the ultimate Christmas with a twist, like the very best roast potatoes and these Brussels sprouts Heston style: not the chocolate variety this time though!

Once I read an excellent analysis concerning the faith, but the faith which seems very devout,

seems immersed in prayer, but somehow ineffective, somehow isolating

and not making us come closer to God at all and is far from solving all our problems.

Therefore, the author of the essay asks: ' What is the reason of that we are believers, religious, pious and

praying, but it didn' t work. What is going on? Why this faith does not work, does not change us? Does not lead closer to God?

Well, he says there is one reason. Thus, we pray in order to have our will done.

We' d like to dictate God how it should be, what He has to do and how the course of my life is to follow,

changes in me, what other people shall do.

The demanding attitude: 'MY will be done and not YOURS, God' kills every mature faith.

And the mature faith, taking us out of ourselves, to the fullness of life, to the fullness of freedom, is just the one

which says: 'God, YOUR will be done, as I know YOU' re wise and embrace it all,

and I wish to cooperate with Your will, show me, please, how You wish to lead me.

drillz.io getting maximum upgrade drill part 1 - Duration: 7:35.

Hi

This is part 1 of my drillz.io video. It took me 1.5 hours to make the 3 drillz.io videos.

I am playing this video in 4X speed, because it would be boring to see the whole thing in normal speed.

It took me HALF AN HOUR to upgrade the drill as much as it could be upgraded in AN EMPTY SERVER.

Getting the wood and stone drill is easy, and will only take about half a minute.

After getting the topaz drill, it will usually start to get harder and harder to upgrade the drill.

Now I'm looking for ruby which is hard to find. Everything will only get harder and harder.

Every time you are looking for something rare, you might start to feel that there are all the resources BUT the resources that you need.

Yay I got ruby. Now it is time for obsidian.

Well that's a miracle. I found obsidian nearby almost everywhere.

I'm done with obsidian faster than usual.

Now for the rare and precious diamond.

Where are you diamond?

I got annoyed for a second, but little then did I know, that emerald and amethyst were going to be about 10 times harder to find.

More than half of this video is me trying to get emerald and amethyst.

Finally I got the diamond drill!!! Now I have to get the emerald drill.

I won't let anyone else take over the server, even a person acting like a noob.

The last thing I need is someone to share the resources with.

It's soooo hard.

Whenever I find emerald, I get happy.

Nobody enter the server!

You are going to leave the server Patrick.

I got the emerald drill in 16 minutes!!!

I got so happy when I got emerald, but I didn't realize that getting amethyst would take 14 additional minutes.

Look at me so desperate for it.

Whenever I find even emerald now, I take it, just because I can.

I will eventually figure out a good strategy.

But for now, I have kinda given up.

The next few minutes( when I played not the video) I get distracted and drill everything I see until I calm down.

My strategy was keep drilling and go to random places, and if you find it then take it.

Eventually my strategy became look for it everywhere by moving as little as possible, and not moving back.

Which means moving in an organized way.

I'm so close, yet it feels so far.

Just ten more amethyst please. Just give it server.

I already got 65 emerald without trying. Whyyyyy.

Finally.

Just 2 more stones of Amethyst to get the Amethyst drill.

Yes. I finally got it. The least I can do is a tiny victory dance.

Be sure to watch part 2 and 3. Goodbye.

Trump Just Signed a Dire Warning about Climate Change - Duration: 9:48.

Trump

Just Signed a Dire Warning about Climate Change

The 2018 NDAA acknowledges and anticipates climate change as an urgent threat, in sharp

contrast to his administrations past denials.

U.S. President Donald Trump signed the National Defense Authorization Act on Tuesday (Dec

13), a bill that sets policy for the U.S. military for the coming fiscal year. Surprisingly,

the bill contains a sizable discussion of climate change.

In the bill, current and former top U.S. military brass attest to the national security threat

of a rapidly changing climate. By signing the bill, Trump also ordered a report on vulnerabilities

to military installations that climate change could cause in the next 20 years.

The bills acknowledgement and anticipation of climate change as an urgent threat contrasts

sharply the Trump administrations past denial. The administration has scrubbed mentions

of climate change from agency websites, blocked federal scientists from presenting research

on the topic, and top Trump officialslike energy secretary Rick Perry and environment

chief Scott Pruitthave stated their denial of the mainstream scientific consensus that

human activity is warming the planet.

As global temperatures rise, droughts and famines can lead to more failed states, which

are breeding grounds of extremist and terrorist organizations, the bill reads. In the

Marshall Islands, an Air Force radar installation built on an atoll at a cost of $1,000,000,000

is projected to be underwater within two decades.

A three-foot rise in sea levels will threaten the operations of more than 128 United States

military sites, and it is possible that many of these at-risk bases could be submerged

in the coming years, it continues. In the Arctic, the combination of melting sea

ice, thawing permafrost, and sea-level rise is eroding shorelines, which is damaging radar

and communication installations, runways, seawalls, and training areas.

Secretary of Defense James Mattis is quoted saying that the consequences of climate change

impact our security situation. Gordon Sullivan, former chief of staff of the U.S.

Army, is quoted as saying climate change will lead to instability in geopolitics and

impact American military operations around the world.

SEC. 335. REPORT ON EFFECTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE ON DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE.

(a) Findings.Congress makes the following findings:

(1) Secretary of Defense James Mattis has stated: It is appropriate for the Combatant

Commands to incorporate drivers of instability that impact the security environment in their

areas into their planning..

(2) Secretary of Defense James Mattis has stated: I agree that the effects of a changing

climate such as increased maritime access to the Arctic, rising sea levels, desertification,

among others impact our security situation..

(3) Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Joseph Dunford has stated: Its a question,

once again, of being forward deployed, forward engaged, and be in a position to respond to

the kinds of natural disasters that I think we see as a second or third order effect of

climate change..

(4) Former Secretary of Defense Robert Gates has stated: Over the next 20 years and

more, certain pressures-population, energy, climate, economic, environmental-could combine

with rapid cultural, social, and technological change to produce new sources of deprivation,

rage, and instability..

(5) Former Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army Gordon Sullivan has stated: Climate change

is a national security issue. We found that climate instability will lead to instability

in geopolitics and impact American military operations around the world..

(6) The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) has stated: Many countries

will encounter climate-induced disruptionssuch as weather-related disasters, drought, famine,

or damage to infrastructurethat stress their capacity to respond, cope with, or adapt.

Climate-related impacts will also contribute to increased migration, which can be particularly

disruptive if, for example, demand for food and shelter outstrips the resources available

to assist those in need..

(7) The Government Accountability Office (GAO) has stated: DOD links changes in precipitation

patterns with potential climate change impacts such as changes in the number of consecutive

days of high or low precipitation as well as increases in the extent and duration of

droughts, with an associated increase in the risk of wildfire this may result in mission

vulnerabilities such as reduced live-fire training due to drought and increased wildfire

risk..

(8) A three-foot rise in sea levels will threaten the operations of more than 128 United States

military sites, and it is possible that many of these at-risk bases could be submerged

in the coming years.

(9) As global temperatures rise, droughts and famines can lead to more failed states,

which are breeding grounds of extremist and terrorist organizations.

(10) In the Marshall Islands, an Air Force radar installation built on an atoll at a

cost of $1,000,000,000 is projected to be underwater within two decades.

(11) In the western United States, drought has amplified the threat of wildfires, and

floods have damaged roads, runways, and buildings on military bases.

(12) In the Arctic, the combination of melting sea ice, thawing permafrost, and sea-level

rise is eroding shorelines, which is damaging radar and communication installations, runways,

seawalls, and training areas.

(13) In the Yukon Training Area, units conducting artillery training accidentally started a

wildfire despite observing the necessary practices during red flag warning conditions.

(b) Sense Of Congress. It is the sense of Congress that

(1) climate change is a direct threat to the national security of the United States and

is impacting stability in areas of the world both where the United States Armed Forces

are operating today, and where strategic implications for future conflict exist;

(2) there are complexities in quantifying the cost of climate change on mission resiliency,

but the Department of Defense must ensure that it is prepared to conduct operations

both today and in the future and that it is prepared to address the effects of a changing

climate on threat assessments, resources, and readiness; and

(3) military installations must be able to effectively prepare to mitigate climate damage

in their master planning and infrastructure planning and design, so that they might best

consider the weather and natural resources most pertinent to them.

(c) Report.

(1) REPORT REQUIRED.Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this

Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the

Senate and the House of Representatives a report on vulnerabilities to military installations

and combatant commander requirements resulting from climate change over the next 20 years.

(2) ELEMENTS.The report on vulnerabilities to military installations and combatant commander

requirements required by paragraph (1) shall include the following:

(A) A list of the ten most vulnerable military installations within each service based on

the effects of rising sea tides, increased flooding, drought, desertification, wildfires,

thawing permafrost, and any other categories the Secretary determines necessary.

(B) An overview of mitigations that may be necessary to ensure the continued operational

viability and to increase the resiliency of the identified vulnerable military installations

and the cost of such mitigations.

(C) A discussion of the climate-change related effects on the Department, including the increase

in the frequency of humanitarian assistance and disaster relief missions and the theater

campaign plans, contingency plans, and global posture of the combatant commanders.

(D) An overview of mitigations that may be necessary to ensure mission resiliency and

the cost of such mitigations.

(3) FORM.The report required under paragraph (1) shall be submitted in unclassified form,

but may contain a classified annex.
