Ferrari chief Sergio Marchionne has threatened to pull his team out of F1 due to engine rule changes proposed by Liberty Media.
And he's come in for plenty of flak for that warning, with pundits suggesting Ferrari needs the sport as much as it needs them.
Brundle has now added to that chorus, suggesting that competing in F1 is best for the Italian constructors' brand and hopes of being successful. I think theyre bluffing, Brundle told F1 Christmas Special.
For example, where would Ferrari go? Go and get their backsides handed to them on a plate by Mahindra in Formula E? They are already in Le Mans, they won the GT world championship - nobody knows about that.
They do no advertising around the world, not a penny, because Formula 1 does it for them. So I believe Liberty have to be super tough. Ferrari will compete in the 2018 campaign with and Kimi Raikkonen staying on as their drivers.
They'll be hoping to get their title challenge off to the best possible start when it kicks off at next March's Australian Grand Prix.

This Doctor�s Decision to Write His Own Name on His Scrub Cap Changed Medicine Forever
An Australian doctor took what was initially an uncomfortable approach to addressing what
he saw as a serious problem in life-and-death hospital situations.
After Dr. Rob Hackett implemented his answer to forgotten names and mistaken identity in
the operating room, however, it soon began to catch on among his colleagues.
The Sydney anesthetist printed his first name and position prominently on his red scrub
cap, removing any doubt about who he was or why he was there.
That simple fix, he said, has cleared up considerable confusion when seconds count.
Hackett told the Sydney Morning Herald that the hardest part was walking into a surgery
the first time with the bold letters on full display.
�You look a little daft because not everyone is doing it,� he said.
Then there were the critics.
�There were some snide remarks like, �Can�t remember your name,'� he said.
After six months of observing the reaction to his easy fix, those critics are largely
silent.
Many of his colleagues, across Australia and the world, have adopted a version of his remedy.
Proponents of displaying names and positions prominently on the uniforms of medical professionals
say the simple safety measure could reduce the chances of a mistake or a potentially
life-threatening delay.
Not only do surgical masks obscure even recognizable faces, but experts note that clinicians often
travel, which means hospital staff might not immediately know the identity of the people
working alongside them.
�When you work across four or five hospitals and with hundreds of people, I�d say 75
percent of staff I walk past I don�t know their name,� Hackett said.
�It�s quite awkward.�
He recalled a recent surgery during which he was surrounded by staff he did not know.
�I struggled to even ask to be passed some gloves because the person I was pointing to
thought I was pointing to the person behind him,� he said.
Hackett�s supporters have latched on to his cause with a social media challenge.
Health care providers using the hashtag #TheatreCapChallenge continue to share images of themselves wearing
identifying scrub caps.
The challenge gained international popularity with surgical staff publicly adopting the
policy, at least informally, across Europe and the Americas.
Hackett believes the simple addition to his uniform has ultimately made it easier to perform
in demanding situations.
�It�s so much easier to coordinate when you know everyone�s names,� he said.
�It�s great for camaraderie and it�s great for patients as well.�

He wants to please you.
He actually cares whether you enjoy sex with him.
And his own experience is affected by yours.
So, if there are things that would make sex more enjoyable for you, tell him.
That includes not just positions, but things like hygiene, timing, and language.
Perhaps he initiates by saying, "Hey baby, let's play hide the salami" when you're
tired and he hasn't shaved in a week.
If you like that, fine; if that's a turn-off, he really needs — and wants — to know.
Tell him — and if necessary, tell him why you're telling him.
2.
Touching is a big part of sex for him.
Some people have a pretty narrow sense of what "sex" is.
But most men enjoy touching and being touched as an integral part of sex.
Assuming you like it, caressing you is both sensual and erotic for him, and it's a great
way to get your two bodies in synch.
So, if you like to touch or be touched, do plenty of it, and don't worry that he's
getting impatient.
If you don't enjoy it, of course, you won't want much of it, and so you'll either prevent
it or pull away as soon as you can.
Your guy will probably find this confusing or disappointing, and you'll undoubtedly
find the whole interaction awkward.
So, if there's a way you like to be touched, tell him.
Be really specific.
If he says he doesn't like being told what to do, ask him if he wants the information

Sex is about more than intercourse for him.
The behavior and bragging of teenage males (and the stupid movies they like!) have led
to a common misunderstanding about adult men—that they'll stick their penises into anyone
or any place, and hardly notice the details.
Fortunately, that generally isn't true for grownups.
Most adult men like to feel emotionally connected during sex, even if they find it hard to talk
about.
Most men like to kiss or hug (or both) during sex; if your guy doesn't, there's probably
a good reason, so you might want to ask about it.
And most men like for sex to involve their hands, your hands, and often their mouth and
your mouth.
So don't rush to intercourse, and don't let him, either.
If he does head toward intercourse faster than you'd like, ask what the two of you
can do to make the stuff before (or even instead of) intercourse more entertaining.
4.
He may like to be bitten.
Human eroticism includes the instinct to bite.
If you don't like being bitten, ever, you shouldn't have to endure it.
If it comes up, say, "No thanks" in a friendly yet firm way, and that should be
the end of it.
But if you're intrigued, or you know what you like (especially when you're really
excited), don't be afraid to mention it.
Or, at the appropriate moment, to press your shoulder, arm, breast, or another body part
against you partner's teeth.
He'll get the message pretty quickly.
If he doesn't, he's almost certainly not interested.
5.
He'd love to answer your questions.

I'm glad you're curious, and I encourage you to speak to the world's expert on that
— him.
If you lead with the truth — "I'd like to know what you like so we can both enjoy
sex more" — chances are he'll tell you.
And if he's too shy to tell you, invite him to show you.
He can, for example, put your hand on his penis or nipple, put his hand on top of yours,
and move both hands the way he likes.
If he says he doesn't know what he likes, that's the perfect chance to suggest you
explore his body together.
