Falco: Please
Question: I want to build the question gradually because it got a few layers
I've read your book The Alchemist, with pleasure
and relating to the aspect of the vision to future projection, when you want to go somewhere.
and I want to take it specifically to Damanhur
Because it's quite clear that you had a vision before you started it
Falco: yes
So the question's got three parts of it, one:
what's your assessment about the reality of Damanhur in relation to the vision you had about it,
Second part: what is your vision for Damanhur in 5 years, and the third part:
What's your assessment about the personal take-up of individuals, of the capacities you pioneered
Falco: it's very articulated (laugh). So, regarding the project
it's also a very articulated project and thus it's like if on a road one could
move on different lanes, some are ahead and others are for surely more behind
those who remain behind is sometimes determined by advancing in "hiccups", as we say
And here we connect to the third question
It depends on the use of talents and the will of the people to achieve results
when you want to achieve results, it's like loading a spring
people load this spring, then it happen that they don't direct this force
on what was necessary because other needs arise
other interests, that could be their health, emotions, work
that deviate that which was,
or that which should have been the reason for the push
that's why there is this advancement which sometimes is intermittent
So, strategically one tries to coordinate
this advancement of the people, in a way that some can be more ahead
and they compensate that which the others lack. It's the only possibility there is
But, this possibility can only be achieved if
the people are sufficiently connected to each other
otherwise it becomes an individual advancement rather than a collective advancement
which is the goal that must be achieved
this is the condition.. then the second question...
The projection in 5 years... Falco: in 5 years we should have
completed at least a large part of what I call the Superindividual
but everyone will for sure not launch this "species"
it is a little bit like a missile, there are steps: the steps start
and then there are others who need to throw the upper part of the ogive
it would be nice if everyone could be there, but I don't think it will be possible
at least let's hope that all those who are here now
or those that will be able to participate intensely on all the necessary parts
because it's a very complex project, it's an alchemical operation, that of putting together
the characteristics, the elements of each one. Combine, coordinare, make it work
with all the spiritual, social, civil structures that distinguish us:
the organs of this body. So, we hope that we will succeed
surely a lot of things will happen in acceleration that could
definitely, significantly be useful for the general push
