In this recipe, I prepared 5 kinds of fruits and nuts.

Divide chocolate into 150 g and 50 g

Chop 50g chocolate finely.

First melt 150 g of chocolate in a double boiler.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler at 50 - 60 ° C.

Please be careful not to get hot water into the chocolate.

Once the chocolate melts, remove it from the hot water.

This time I will make white chocolate pink.

Melt the coloring in liqueur such as Cointreau.

Adjust the chocolate temperature to 40 ° C.

When it reaches 40 ° C, add 50 g of chocolate.

If you use a stainless steel bowl, add 50 g of chocolate at 45 ° C.

Slowly mix and melt the chocolate.

Lower the temperature to 30 ° C while mixing the chocolate.

When chocolate reaches 30 ° C, put it in a pastry bag.

Work at room temperature about 25 ℃.

If the room temperature is low,

chocolate will harden quickly.

Because Valentine's Day is coming,

let's also make heart shaped one.

I will put dried fruits and nuts.

Please wait till the chocolate solidifies tightly.

The procedure for milk chocolate is

the same as white chocolate.

Melt 150 g of chocolate,

Once it reaches 40 ° C, add 50 g of chocolate.

For a stainless steel bowl, adjust to 45 ° C and add 50 g of chocolate.

Lower the temperature to 30 ° C.

You can make 20 to 24 Mendiants with 200 g of chocolate.

Remove the chocolate once it becomes firm well.
