Do you want to do some counting? with Mark?

If you want to do some counting,

use your smile, use your voice

You want to watch a wrestling video with Mark?

If you want to watch a wrestling video

use your smile use your voice,

I see you thinking about it.

Do you want to do an arm wrestling match against Mark?

Do you want to arm wrestle? for the title?

If you do use your smile.

Use your voice.

Little more of a grin there.

Is that the one you want to do?

If you want to arm wrestle, you got to be nice and clear.

Ah! Nice job. We'll arm wrestle Mark.

Alright.

Let's go do that.

kennyS talks about his 1vs4 clutch against QBF - ELEAGUE MAJOR [EN SUB] - Duration: 3:18.

You start the action on a 1v4

Can you tell us about that first kill you get in your back?

Well at this moment, I'm alone

I'm surrounded, by I got the info that he was close behind me very fast

So I turn around and fast scope him because he was really close

So that's it for the first one

It's my teammates' infos that got me that first kill

I smoke to cancel lines

To try to isolate them

I flash to prevent them to retake me

I throw them a bit randomly hoping for them to be blinded and enabling me to take my duels

There I see the guy with the AWP under vents

I didn't expect him to be there at all

I miss him once, and I kill him the second time while he's still blind

I think the third one made a dumb mistake there, honestly

I flash him at the start and he was blind for a while

But he remains on his position so it gives me a free kill

And after that there isn't much time remaining, I guess around 7 or 8 seconds

I can hear him running away, so I'm telling myself that he thought he won the round

And at this moment I don't really have the choice as to where I could plant the bomb, so I plant it wherever I can

Rush of adrenaline

Personally I love that, my heart is pounding very fast

Because it's a Major and it's a very important match

I knew that he was gone and that I just took the advantage there

Especially thanks to where I planted the bomb, because it was out in the open

I could've really been covering it from anywhere

At first I was a bit unsure, I was hearing him but he was still hidden upper

I wanted to play him when he was still upper, but when I peeked he wasn't there

So I didn't hear him when he dropped down

Then I try to seek infos, try to play time

Because I wasn't sure if he had a kit

After that I manage to hide in a corner, he steps in my line, I fast scope him

Probably a small mistake, as I was low HP he should've jumped,

But in the state I was I could've even been able to flickshot him

Adrenaline wouldn't have made me lose that clutch

I think at that moment my heart was beating really fast

And it's true that it's very stressful

But that's the moments I love the most

Economic Update: Knowledge, Class & Economics [CLIP] - Duration: 2:41.

Is this resurgence of the relevance and the interest in Marxism, is this

something peculiar to the United States, or would you say it is more widespread? I

don't, I don't think it's peculiar to the United States, I mean, I did spend a good

amount of time in in France, you know every year really, but this 2017

especially, and there's a certain resurgence in France, after a long time

in France, as you know, in which to say the word Marx was to be peculiar.

Certainly in Cuba, where I also spent some time, there is active engagement

with the Marxian tradition, especially with Antonio Gramsci. In the United

States, it's it's interesting, I mean, there is a resurgence of interest, and

then there isn't. In academia, Marx is certainly different, students wake up,

they pay attention. I've never heard this before, why didn't anybody ever tell me

this, but Marx is also hard, and we live in kind of the Homer Simpson world of, if

it's hard, don't do it, right? On top of that, what's happened in academia, you

know, with the commodification of education, now education is something

that people buy, and the lingering pressure from the economic crisis, which

is still around, students are, almost think they're going to a vocational

school when they go to universities, so the immediate question of "how does this

relate to me getting a job?" is more prevalent maybe than it used to be, so

this interest in Marx, at least in academia, is is tempered by fear, really

on two levels, fear about the economy and fear that Marx is still somehow

dangerous. Funny, you might think it could cut the other way too, that the very fear

about your future might make you more open in a sense to an economics that is

critical of the way things are. Well, I think, I think that you're saying that

that's there too - that's that's absolutely the case and so what I see in the

students that I have as juniors and seniors, they get a little bit angry that they

haven't seen this before, and why was I told all these lies, which I now begin to

understand are not really true, they're just a position, at least in the way that

I teach Marxism, so there definitely is an interest among some students, not all.

The Eisenhower Matrix: Untangling Urgent and Important - Duration: 7:00.

Today…

I'm going to be talking to you about a 2x2 matrix

But this is no ordinary matrix

This is the Eisenhower Matrix

Is it applicable to Agile?

Yes it is!

Is it applicable to Lean?

Yes it is!

And does it have the power to change your life?

I think it does

Hi this is Gary

Welcome to Development That Pays

This is a two by two matrix.

I'm sure you know how they work

If we're talking about a car

one axis might be performance

The other might be fuel efficiency

We like performance

We like fuel efficiency

We'd really like both

Or a matrix about a partner

We'd like a partner that's smart

We'd like a partner that's attractive.

But we'd really like a partner that's both!

Or food.

We like out food to be delicious

We also like it to be healthy.

But if it can be healthy and delicious

that's got to be good

It's always works the same way:

bottom left is

to be avoided.

These two are good.

But this one at the top right.

That's where the greatness lies.

Let's do another one.

Urgent and important.

The context being: things on your to-do list.

No-brainer right?

Urgent AND important!

Right?

This matrix is a version of

(I'll say more about that later)

The Eisenhower Matrix

That's Eisenhower as in

US President Dwight D Eisenhower

Now, we could go through the matrix quadrant by quadrant.

And I'm sure you'd get it at an intellectual level.

But I want you to get it at a deeper level.

I want to burn this thing into your skull.

That's how important I think it is.

Imagine you're on a boat.

You look out across the ocean to a beautiful sunset.

And you're thinking life doesn't get better than this

Suddenly, there's an almighty CRASH

The boat has his something. It's damaged the hull.

The boat is taking on water.

Without a moment's hesitation,

you start to bail.

As if you life depended on it.

Because, you know, it kinda does.

Hold it there.

This act of bailing:

where do you think it falls on the Eisenhower Matrix?

Is it important?

Yes: if you don't do it, the boat sinks.

Is it urgent?

Could you, for example, put it off until tomorrow?

No! It's urgent!

You have to do it now!

Bailing the water out of the sinking "ship" is urgent AND important.

Slap bang in this quadrant.

So you keep bailing.

But after 15 minutes, it's clear that you're not getting anywhere.

The level of water isn't getting any higher…

but it isn't getting any lower either.

There must be something else you could do.

You need to repair the hole.

Where does repairing the hole fit into this matrix?

I hope I don't have to convince you that it's important.

Without a repair, this boat doesn't have much a future.

And neither do you!

Is it urgent?

Well, you could put it off.

You could continue to bail.

Forever!

Repairing the boat is important, but it it's not urgent.

At least not when compared with bailing

It lives in the quadrant.

You're caught in an excruciating conflict between these two quadrants.

You'd love to be able to repair the hole…

but if you stop bailing, bad things will happen.

The important thing if being held to ransom by the important-and-urgent thing.

Then you realise what you must do.

With super-human effort, you bail as fast as you can

Then you attempt to repair the hole.

You manage to effect a partial repair

but it isn't long before the water rises to a dangerous level

You have to return to bailing.

With the hole partially closed, you're able - eventually - to take a break

from the URGENT job of bailing

and return to the IMPORTANT job of repairing the hole.

And so it goes on until the repair is complete.

And you can breathe a sigh of relief.

You've been saved

The IMPORTANT task was the cure - the antidote - for the important-and-urgent task.

The most powerful quadrant turns out to be this one.

Important and not urgent

If you've come across the Eisenhower Matrix before,

you'll know that it's usually drawn with the URGENT axis reversed.

Which has the merit of putting the most powerful quadrant top right.

It's in this quadrant that the big stuff happens.

The major transformations.

The huge leaps forward.

Sorry about this.

Something URGENT has come up.

So I'm going to have to BAIL.

I'll be back in Part 2 for more of the IMPORTANCE

of the Eisenhower Matrix.

I hope you ca join me then

Myth-Busting with the Counseling Center - Duration: 5:59.

Hi, I'm Shatina, and I'm a psychologist,

which means I am a certified mental health professional.

And better yet, I work at your counseling center.

You know, the one on the second floor of the Mary Graydon Center above Einstein bagel.

With all the uncertainty going on in the world, and in our lives,

sometimes we forget to take care of the things that are most precious to us—our brains and our hearts.

Good mental health is hard to define.

For many of us, keeping our hearts and minds balanced is simply what we do.

And we can be good at keeping stress manageable so we can,

hopefully, fingers crossed, keep moving through life reasonably well.

But, let's be serious, sometimes life just sucks and we have a normal reaction to the suckiness!

And that's okay, depending on how heavily it impacts us and for how long that feeling lasts.

Typically, we might be able to ward off the cumulative impact of being a stressed student

by engaging in regular exercise, keeping toxic people out of our lives, eating well,

spending time with people who truly care for us, and regularly doing things we love.

However, sometimes life wreaks havoc on us and we need a little bit more support…

maybe even professional support.

That is one of the many reasons you have a free and confidential counseling center on campus

Because we know that you cannot be the students you hope to be if your whole self is not really feeling life.

Though sadly, there are a few myths about our services

so, just give me a moment to bust those real quick.

Myth number one: You have to be "crazy" to talk to a therapist.

Now, if you are feeling crazy, you should definitely talk to a therapist.

But, seriously, all you should be is someone who might want something a little better

or a little different out of life.

There is this huge range between self-improvement and insight and crisis management.

We see and support students all along that spectrum.

Myth number two: It costs money to go to the counseling center, money I don't have.

This is also untrue. You will not be asked to swipe a

card and your student account will not be billed for our services.

The last thing we want in our community that is attempting to live up to its social justice mission is

to allow cost to be a barrier to you getting the support you need.

Myth number three: It's not "really" confidential

Well, I hope you've heard of OCHO because we are a part of it.

We at the counseling center are bound by DC mental health law and the ethics of our profession,

which means that our conversations are private according

according to the standards in place set by the District of Columbia.

Trust me when I say, it's legit.

Myth number 4: The Counseling Center gets full and there are no options for me.

It is absolutely true that at some point in the semester, there are more

students needing support than there are clinicians available to offer.

And let me be clear, to offer the "type" of support you are looking for.

Any enrolled student can access the counseling center for urgent care and initial consultation appointments.

What we recommend may be different than what you hope to get, which sucks.

However our job is to practice ethically and responsibly,

providing you with the most appropriate treatment which could be a referral,

group therapy, or a host of other options that can support your mental health that we sometimes neglect,

such as Kay Spiritual Life Center and the Center for Diversity & Inclusion.

Speaking of options…

Myth number five:

Group therapy is second class care

The famed Irvin Yalom would take great issue with this.

In many cases, group therapy is the recommended treatment for your concern.

It's kind of like broccoli. You might not initially like it, but it is really good for you,

and, over time, you truly come to appreciate it in all its forms…

...hopefully.

And the best part, group does not have the same session limitations.

So, when you are in group, feel free to stay as long as it continues to benefit you.

And last but certainly not least.

Myth number six:

There is no one at the counseling center who can support my needs

Now we are a small, but mighty force of therapists in MGC214.

We range in terms of identity, clinical expertise, and approach.

You might not get this reference, but we are all "bona fide."

Now, because we are small, we sometimes find ourselves in a position of

referring you to someone in the community who can best meet your needs.

This would also be the case if you are looking to meet with someone longer term,

or need a more intense level of care.

It's kind of like how you wouldn't wait for an appointment with

your allergist if you were in anaphylactic shock.

You'd probably go straight to the emergency room.

We are ethically obligated to do no harm.

It's so legit that there is a Latin word for it: nonmaleficence.

For my final note, if you have questions, please do not hesitate to look through our website.

We put a lot of really good information up there so that you can know what is available to you.

We have a resource library and online mental health screenings.

And, if you just kind of want to stay up to date with some things to consider

regarding your mental health and the mental health of our community,

Why Our Favorite Crops Live Fast and Die Young - Duration: 2:16.

This video was sponsored by Tab for a Cause.

Hi, this is Emily from MinuteEarth.

Most of our crops die every year.

And it's not just because we eat them – it's because dying every year is what the plants

we grow for crops tend to do.

And that's weird, because most of the plants in the wild live for more than a year - and

sometimes way more!

In theory, if we farmed these long-lived perennial plants instead of the annuals, we wouldn't

have to re-seed our fields every single year, and our lives would be easier.

And we do grow some perennials, but we mostly stick with annuals, because their strategy

in life is to grow up as fast as possible so that they can make the seeds of the next

generation – or, in the case of wheat, corn, rice, and a few of other crops, the seeds

that make up the majority of the human diet.

Perennials, on the other hand, take the time they need to grow up strong and build big

root systems that help them survive longer-term, which means they aren't really in a rush

to reproduce.

So any animal waiting around for a perennial to pump out some seeds to snack on might end

up waiting a long time.

In the wild, the perennial's strategy usually wins out, because once perennial plants lock

down some real estate, they can keep it locked down, which leaves little space for shorter-lived

plants to sprout.

So in general, it takes an event like fire to clear the field for annuals and allow them

to take over.

But because we humans have grown such an appetite for annuals' abundant seeds, we're willing

to step in and do a lot of that field-clearing, helping these short-lived plants crop up in

places they never would have on their own, all across our planet.

Tape à l'oeil : Mahdy, 7 years old, dancer - #ORIGINALKIDS n°5 - Duration: 3:21.

Knowing how to move is an art

To dance is to show emotions through movements of the body

You get away from everything when you move and you let out the tension and the pain

We believe that the energy of tomorrow's world relies on the talent of children which emerges when seen through adult eyes.

What I would like most is to give inspiration to others

for them to try to do new things

I think everyone can do it, You just have to want to

Mahdy, 7 years old

I love to dance, it's my passion

He has always danced, ever since he was small

As soon as he heard music he moved to the rhythm,

even before he knew how to walk.

To be a good dancer, Katia, my teacher, told me that you have to train every day.

I take classes in jazz, classical, hiphop

and what I like most is hiphop.

When I dance I feel strong like a grown-up

and I just empy my head and I concentrate.

Depending on the music, I express joy,

anger or sadness.

There were times when it was very hard

because this little boy brought some extremely deep things.

Even if you are good at the start

it's hard work to become someone.

This is the normal way of things for a dancer.

I mean... a born dancer!

My goal is to give him the opportunity to access art, culture.

I don't want my social status to have an impact on his future.

My mother is great.

She's nice, she plays with me,

When I'm afraid to go on stage, Mum always encourages me.

These are sacrifices.

I don't think he is aware of it.

And so much the better, it means that I am succeeding.

Before Miami, I had never flown.

With the crew when they arrived I was a little scared

but as soon as we started dancing, I was wasn't afraid anymore

I wanted to test the dome and I succeeded!

I didn't think that thanks to dance I could experience something so amazing.

And thanks Mum, thanks to you I can dance every day.

Every day, is that how it's said?

Every day!

Don't let anyone tell you that you can't do it

Reach your goals!

I want to dance all my life.

I will never stop

My name is Mahdy I'm 7 years old and I've been dancing since I was 2 years old.

[Janusz Marynowski - Director of Sinfonia Varsovia Orchestra]

57 concerts, 1000 artists,

more than 10 orchestras from all over Poland,

musical madness.

[Nelson Goerner - pianist]

[Bartłomiej Wąsik - pianist, Kwadrofonik]

Sometimes just a few sounds are enough to get the body moving,

so I hope somebody moved.

The atmosphere is incredible,

[Bassem Akiki - conductor]

in the hall, back stage, on stage, in all the rooms.

I see musicians from all over Poland,

one orchestra's leaving, another's coming in…

Rhythm is the basis of music,

it's about power, articulation…

[Alena Baeva - violinist]

Falcon BMS 4.33 - Standard Ramp Start - English Subtitles - Duration: 12:40.

Hi and welcome again to Revientor Reborn, this is Falcon BMS, and we are in a F16

Today I am going to explain the Ramp Start in a simplify way

Simplify because I am not going to explain what does each button we have to use today

I am going straight to the point without perform any test

I am going to do another video with the full explanation and all the tests

first of all, say to you that behind the webcam is the text, chock in place, you can see them in the main wheels that yellow things

as you saw this is a F16 with dual ckpit

and let´s start the tutorial, the first is activate the batteries and generator

two left click

the the fuel feed, only one click for norm

in this other side, if you don´t use track ir, you can press the mouse wheel button and move the mouse to simulate it to be able to see this button (AIR Source)

one click in norm mode

all is set to the ramp start, I am going to close the canopy to avoid noise in the video, you can keep it open

I am to turn on the external lights, in this panel, all the switches

you can set the light as you want, I have to say that this light will turn on only with the engine on

we are ready to turn on the engine

check your hotas or joystick works good

now let´s use the JET START 2 with right click

now you can hear the starter, and the engine RPM raising

wait until 20/25rpm

depending what is your F4patch (configurator) is set , you will not need do this, but by default you have to do it like this video shows

in that f4patch if you have a homepit, you can have this "idle trigger" build in your pit and is AXE depenten

ok now it time to do this thing, you have to hit this trigger, you can see the cursor in green.

left click and now you have to move your throttle axe to the 70% minimal (you can set 100%)

is not working my axe.. wtf?

when this things happen be sure to have 0% when hitting the trigger

and now it´s working... sometimes you have to take care of this

once the RPMs are raising, you can go back the throttle to idle

now in 60 RPMs the systems will have energy from the generator

and the engine will keep in idle around 70% RPMs

as I told I will not give explanations about this things in this video

lt´s first activate the radio, look now the external light are on,

I am not performing any test, I´m going to do a video with all that stuff

first some volume in both radios, because this will let the radio have energy

and now activate the com 1 backup, set both

you can see the radio on, and now time to activate all the other systems

the MMC, the stations, MFD, UFC, GPS, and the DL if you want, I prefer do it in the air to avoid some random bugs

and the INS in ALN-NORM, to start the alignment, this process is around 8 minutes

let´s activate this 4 buttons, this two first ones are not needed always

I will not give to you the explanation, see the full test video

the the FCR and the last one only in STBY (radio altimeter)

as you can see the screens... let´s turn on the HUD, with this wheel over here

now it´s time for the countermeasures, the RwR first

you can see now the RwR activated

now the CMSD system, flares, chaff, ECM interaction, RwR interaction

set the mode in man, and select the program as you desired

If you see, there is the auto degradation activated in the panel, that is because the ECM is not available

when you see that lecture check your jammer button, is this one over here,

now the jammer is ready to use, but you are not jamming

now the auto degradation is not there, and you can employ the jammer as usual

this list of faults are there because you just turn on the plane and those systems was not ready until a few seconds

you have to clear them, if some of them remain there that means that system is out

using the F-ACK you delete all those faults of the panel, now all is clear because all is working

in the test page you only have to use the clear function

now you can load the DTC info, you have to select the DTE menu,

if you do not have that one visible you can select it using double tap in one of the buttons of the down part

search for the DTE and then click in load

all the mission data is now loading, comss, iff, waypoints...

the mfds configuration is loaded,

and now we have to wait for the ins to be ready, now is in 2.7 the full ready is 8, but you can fly with 4

when that ready or aling in the hud is flashing you have those 4. minimal alignment

with a 4 you can perform a mission of course the degradation will be faster but you can fly

for a fast takeoff you can just fly with a 4

let me one last personal check...

look always the warning panel, because there are good info there

I have to arm the seat to be able to eject, you can do it here

the oxygen, in BMS is this sound, but may be in next versions you need it to avoid hypoxia

this panel is al configuration....

always do a check of the panels before taxi

the nose main light you can activate it now, look the floor you can see the light on/off

we are ready to fly with minimal alignment

with enough time, please wait until 8

last check in this panel, wait a sec please ....

this is the star up without any test, remember this is a simulator, (there are 2 remaining things, let me explain this first)

for that in a simulator you are not going to have faults, you will not enter in the plane and the generator will have the generator damaged... this is for fun not RL

if you perform a test you can get some easy fix faults, only to have more fun, but if you do not perform an test you will not get faults in your plane

now let´s do that 2 remaining things, the alignment is ready, not full but good enough

now this rotatori with left click you set the nav mode, I fly DCS and BMS and is kind of weird to have in mind the click thing

because in DCS right click is turn clockwise, and left is counterclockwise... but in BMS left click is add the next state and right click is less state

now with the aling in nav the hud is full with the info, now only have to activate the nose wheel steering, there is no a button in cockpit, the real pilot have it in the stick but with the mouse we can not push it

we have to use " shift + - ", and this light on the right of the hud will turn on

with that light on you have the control of the nose wheel

shift -

do not forget it

I hope you liked the tutorial, subscribe, do not miss the next tutorial , and the full test tutorial

now you know how to turn on the plane, the next step is learn more about this ramp start

Subscribe , thumbs up, and be happy, chao chao
