Jurgen Klopp has named an interesting side for Liverpools Premier League clash with Stoke City, making five changes from Tuesday night.
Anfield plays hosts to a mismatched battle this lunchtime as top-four favourites take on relegation candidates in a tussle for the three points.
With Liverpools priorities split between domestic endeavours and a remarkable Champions League campaign, they were held to a 2-2 draw at West Brom last time out.
Meanwhile, Stoke extended their winless run to 11 games with a 1-1 stalemate at home to Burnley, with their last victory coming at home to Huddersfield Town on January 20.
Despite the Potters shocking record, Klopp is wary of another costly slip against a smaller side, but with Joel Matip, Emre Can, Adam Lallana, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Sadio Mane all sidelined changes were required.
Loris Karius keeps his place in goal, firmly established as No.1 over Simon Mignolet and with Klopp seemingly content with fielding his compatriot in every game.
In defence, Joe Gomez, Virgil van Dijk and Ragnar Klavan look set to line up as a back three, with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alberto Moreno as wing-backs.
Due to an injury-ravaged pool, Jordan Henderson and Georginio Wijnaldum are due to start in midfield, with James Milner preserved for Wednesday night.
And in attack, Sadio Mane drops out, with Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Danny Ings tasked with firing the Reds to victory.
Liverpool have won both of their last two clashes with Stoke at Anfield by four goals to one, and no side in the English top flight this season have conceded more than the Potters (65).
The odds are certainly in hosts favour, but Klopp will have stressed the need to avoid complacency at this crucial stage.

2018 Anniversary Event DELAYED? New Overwatch Event Replacing It? - Duration: 10:10.
What's up everybody, this is Master Ian Gamer, and today I'm going to be talking
about something that I know is going to be fairly controversial, and that's the suggestion
that the 2018 Overwatch Anniversary event could be delayed.
Now, it may sound absurd, but there's a number of things which may indicate that this
change will happen.
So in this video, I'm going to go over and explain all of the reasons that Blizzard possibly
would push the event back, and hopefully also convince you that it may actually be a good
thing for them to do this.
So without further ado, let's jump in and talk about it.
For starters, the main thing that first made me consider that the Anniversary event might
be delayed, is that it's the only Overwatch event which breaks the otherwise rigid content
release cycle.
For those of you who don't know, this cycle dictates that every month, there is something
new added to the game.
New heroes and maps come out every four months, and new events every two.
By looking at the yearly calendar and when past content has been added, we can see that
it holds true for every month except May and June.
While May should be a new map and June should be a new event, in 2017 we saw this flipped
with the Anniversary event releasing in May and the Horizon map releasing in June.
As far as we can tell, the only reason that these two were flipped was so that the anniversary
event would actually be celebrating the game's one year anniversary, since the game first
launched in May of 2016.
Had this not been the theme of the event, we likely would have gotten Horizon in May,
and the event in June.
Now at this point, you may be thinking "Fair enough.
But wouldn't delaying the 2018 Anniversary event defeat the purpose of it being an anniversary
event?"
The answer to that is Yes, which is why I also believe that it will no longer be called
Anniversary.
Just like how Uprising was rebranded as the Archives event, I think Anniversary will be
renamed to something more general, thus making it no longer strictly tied to celebrating
the month of the game's initial release.
I mean, think about it.
Having an Anniversary event to celebrate one whole year of the game being out makes sense.
But would you keep celebrating this after two, three, or even five years?
At some point or another, having a yearly event like this would just start to seem kinda
vain.
I mean, how many other games do you know of that celebrate the day they first launched
every single year?
Also, given how the gamers of today are all about playing the newest, hippest games on
the market, Blizzard might actually want to avoid drawing attention to Overwatch's age
now that it's been out for two years.
Additionally, Anniversary has always been sort of the miscellaneous event.
The skins in it don't have any consistent theme amongst themselves, and Blizzard has
acknowledged it as being the event where they can include limited time skins that wouldn't
fit into any of the other five events.
Therefore, renaming the event from Anniversary to something else wouldn't even break the
consistency of its overall content theme.
Furthermore, this wouldn't even be the first time an event was delayed.
Summer Games 2017 was delayed a week thanks to Doomfist, and most notably, Year of the
Dog was delayed almost a whole month due to the real world Lunar New Year holiday being
later in 2018 than it was the year prior.
Blizzard is clearly no stranger to adjusting event dates because of ulterior factors, so
a change like this is entirely possible.
Now, if these prior factors weren't enough we also have the new Rialto map, which is
currently on the PTR.
Given that us PC players can already test out and play the new map in its entirety,
I hesitate to believe that Blizzard would delay its release all the way until June.
Looking at Horizon, which was released at this same time last year, the map was first
teased on May 30th, released to PTR May 31st, and then hit live servers on June 20th.
The total time between first being announced and playable for everyone was just 21 days,
or three weeks.
Looking now at Rialto, this map was first announced on April 4th and first became playable
on April 19th.
If Blizzard does in fact release it in June instead of May, then, assuming it's released
around the middle of the month, we will have had to wait about 70 days from when it was
first announced, and about 55 days from when some of us could first play it.
However, if this does end up happening, it wouldn't be the longest time we've had
to wait for a new map.
As many of you may recall, Blizzard World released 81 days after it was first announced
at Blizzcon, and 64 days after it was first playable on PTR.
But as I'm sure many of you also remember, much of the community was fairly apathetic
towards the new map by the time it became playable for everyone.
The longer people have to wait to get their hands on something after it's been revealed,
the less hyped they are for it, especially when other people have already gotten to try
it out thanks to the PC only PTR.
While giving it time to test for bugs and balance is important, it's also important
to keep people excited.
I know many of you hated having to wait three weeks for Brigitte to go live, so I suspect
Blizzard will want, or at the very least should want to get Rialto on live servers as soon
as reasonably possible.
Therefore, there's a good chance that Rialto will release in May, and if it does, then
for the sake of spacing out new content, the Anniversary event, or whatever name it'll
go by this year, will have to be pushed back until June.
Plus, speaking of making people wait, I'm sure many of you recall how devoid of new
content the summer of 2017 felt.
The Anniversary event ended around mid June, and then it was almost two whole months before
the Summer Games started.
Many people were still in school for most of Anniversary, so by the time they got out
to enjoy the freedom of summer, there was a huge dry spell in terms of Overwatch content.
Sure we had Horizon and Doomfist, but the latter of these two didn't even become playable
on live servers until the very end of July.
And besides, new maps and heroes aren't quite the same as limited time events.
Once they're in the game, they're there forever, but a limited time event will make
you really want to play right now so you can get all those dope new skins.
Needless to say, Overwatch players were desperate for an event to play by the time Summer Games
finally rolled around, so if Blizzard pushed the Anniversary event back to starting in
June instead of May, not only will more people have more time to play it thanks to the summer,
but it also would shorten the event downtime between Anniversary and Summer Games.
That sounds like a nice change to me.
Now, I will say that this is all speculation.
By no means am I saying that for sure Rialto will release in May and that there'll be
a new event starting in June.
But I do think that it's a very realistic possibility, and I for one would not be surprised
in the slightest if it ended up happening.
It might not even happen this year.
Maybe for 2018 we'll still have Anniversary in May, but then in 2019 they switch it up.
Also, if Anniversary does end up getting pushed back and renamed, I'm sure it will still
technically be the same event, meaning that all the skins and other content from last
year will be returning in the new event's loot boxes.
So I don't think anyone has to worry about that.
Considering the flip side, the only real reasons that Blizzard would specifically avoid delaying
the event like this is that it might be easier for them to just leave everything on the same
release schedule that they had last year, and also that, well, people simply don't
like having things delayed.
I can tell you from experience that people don't like hearing even the suggestion that
an event might be delayed, and I'm sure this video will get quite a few downvotes
due to me suggesting it once again.
I imagine Blizzard might leave the event in May to prevent causing any knee jerk community
outrage or confusion, but I'm sure that's nothing that a good o'le developer update
video can't help alleviate.
And as mentioned earlier, overall it would more evenly space out the year's events,
which would prevent the summer from being as barren of new content as it was in 2017.
In fact, Blizzard should probably try to have more new content during the summer than the
rest of the year, as that's when many players will have the most free time to enjoy it.
Anyways, as I said this is only a theory of mine, and at the time of me making this video,
the only mention we've gotten so far from the devs regarding the 2018 Anniversary event
came in an interview with Jeff Kaplan from last December where he said "We're also
considering how to bring Anniversary back in a new way.
I think it should always be a mix of the old and the new".
Unfortunately this doesn't really tell us anything.
Just because he calls it Anniversary here doesn't mean that's exactly what we'll
get this year, as in this same interview he refers to the 2018 Archives event as just
Uprising.
So overall, for the time being we'll just have to wait and see what Blizzard ends up
doing.
Hopefully we'll get some more details about this year's event fairly soon, but I'll
still be making my usual event start date and new skins prediction videos for Anniversary,
unless of course we get something official to confirm that it's being delay sometime
before then.

Hi! Welcome to ChemSimplified. In this video, we are going to go through
how to draw Lewis symbol and determine the number of bonds that each element can make.
Let's jump straight into Lewis symbol. They look like these. It consists
of two parts, the first part is the chemical symbol and the second part is
the electron dot, so sometimes you may see them go by the name electron dot
symbols. So this electron dots are actually representing the valence
electrons in case you need a quick review on what valence electrons are so
let's go through and use carbon as an example. So we're gonna revisit the Bohr
diagram for carbon. If you need more info on electron configuration I'll put a
link on the top right corner. So back to carbon. Carbon has atomic number of six
which means it has six electrons and so if we draw out the Bohr diagram the
first circle which is the first energy shell will hold maximum of two electrons.
The subsequent shell which is shell number two can hold up to eight but in
this case we only have six electrons and we've already filled out two in the
first ring, the first shell. We have four more electrons left so which means the
outermost shell which is shell number two for carbon holds four electrons so
these four electrons which are colored green they are referred to as the
valence electrons. So electrons that are sitting in the outermost shell those are
valence electrons. So back to lewis symbol, when drawing lewis symbol it's
made out of two parts, right? The first one is the chemical symbol carbon C and
then after that we have four valence electrons. Now we can have maximum up to
eight valence electrons so when you spread it out you will need to
distribute the eight electrons on four sides of the chemical symbol. So we fill
one on each side. Iimagine that there's this imaginary box that looks like these.
One box can hold two electrons so in this case we fill one in each and
then if we have more, we go in and fill up the rest. So this is how Lewis symbol is drawn.
Now there is a relationship between the electron configuration of the elements
and the group number in the periodic table so we're going to look at that.
Group 1A, the Lewis symbols all consists of one dot because group 1A elements
have one valence electron so therefore all the elements in group 1A are
represented by one dot. Now hydrogen is not a group 1A member but I'm just gonna
put it there because it also has one dot. Group 2A elements they have two dots
because group two elements they have two valence electrons. Group 3A three dots.
You get the idea. There's a trend going on, right? So four,
five, six, seven, eight, they would have the same number of dots. And notice that I'm
using group 1A, 2A, 3A all the way to 8A. That is referring to the old numbering
system and it makes it easier to make that correlation. So to draw a Lewis
symbol all you have to do is find the element and look up and see what group
it belongs to. Now this applies to the main group elements or the ones with
group A. That group number represents the number of electron dots that you are
going to draw for the element. So if you look at hydrogen and helium they're a
little bit special. The maximum that they can hold is two electrons, so helium is
already full. For noble gas, group 8A, neon and above, notice that they all have full
eight electrons? All the four boxes are filled so that is referred to as octet.
Aside from hydrogen, helium and some minor exception they will want to become
octet and the way they are going to become octet is by donating electron or
accepting electron and that makes ionic bonding or they share electrons and that
makes covalent bonding. So it will be really good if we know how to determine
the number of bonds that each element can make in a covalent bond. In fact that
is actually called valency, the number of bonds that each element can make and
usually we use HONC rule to help us with that.
H representing hydrogen, O for oxygen nitrogen and carbon. So this is the Lewis
symbol for H, O, N and C and sometimes you may also hear it as HONC 1234 rule.
Actually it refers to hydrogen making one bond,
oxygen making two bonds, nitrogen three, carbon four bonds and I'm gonna explain
to you how they make those number of bonds. Remember I told you about the
imaginary box and how one box can have two electrons? So look at hydrogen.
Hydrogen has one electron so there is space for another electron and therefore
it's gonna bond with one electron to form one bond. Whereas for oxygen notice that
two of the boxes are already filled and the other two boxes are not filled and
therefore they can take up two more electrons and that's why oxygen makes
two bonds. The same thing now if you look at nitrogen. Nitrogen only one of the
boxes fill and the other three is not filled yet so therefore it can pair with
three other electrons to form three bonds and carbon will form four bonds
and that's how you use the HONC rule to figure out the valency for the elements.
So these are representative of the elements in their respective groups so
you can apply the same rule for the other elements in the periodic table.
Another common element that you may encounter when drawing covalent bond is
the halogen. So I'm gonna represent it with fluorine. Fluorine comes from group
seven, right? So seven means seven electrons. I've already drawn out my
seven electrons so guess how many bonds fluorine will make? Yup. One bond because
there's only space to take in one more electron and therefore fluorine and most
of the other halogens will make one bond. HONC rule works perfectly at the
introductory chemistry level and as you progress to higher chemistry level and
you encounter elements from row 3 and above you may notice that they deviate
slightly from the HONC rule. For example, group 7A the halogens, right? Aside from
fluorine, so chlorine, bromine, iodine. They in row three, four
and five. Sometimes they make more than one bond. Element from group 6A, sulfur.
Like oxygen it can make two bonds but sometimes it makes more than two bonds
and in fact it can make up to six bonds. Phosphorus from group 5A, like
nitrogen it can make three bonds and sometimes it makes more than three bonds
like up to five bonds. So these are some things that you might want to keep in
mind as you progress to higher level chemistry course. So we have gone through
how to draw Lewis symbol. All we have to do is find the element in the main group
and look up to determine the group number and that will tell us how many
dots to draw. And based on the Lewis symbol we can easily find out the number
