Trzymaj sok w lodówce. W 1 tygodniu pij codziennie 1/2 szkl. soku, na pół godz. przed obiadem. W 2 i 3 tygodniu zwiększ dawkę do 1 szkl. Następnie w 4 tygodniu znów zmniejsz dawkę do 1/2 szkl.

Związki siarkowe oczyszczają i wygładzają skórę, likwidują podrażnienia, działają antybakteryjnie. Witamina C nawilża cerę i blokuje działanie wolnych rodników.
Maseczka dla podrażnionej, zmęczonej i zszarzałej cery: Umyj liść kapusty, wytnij grubszą część. Resztę poszatkuj bardzo drobno. Dodaj po łyżeczce oliwy i soku z cytryny.
Wymieszaj. Nałóż papkę na umytą skórę twarzy. Trzymaj ok. 15 min. Spłucz letnią wodą. Stosuj maseczkę minimum 2 razy w tygodniu.

A bit loose makeup using purple as a key point

I am usually doing model for KERA
Today , within the color makeup
I will introduce a color makeup which is a bit loose
so let'a start
Starting with circle lens
Extra Hole in Pink, a 14.8mm one
It is a bit small one
Since it is a loose makeup with natural look
which the inside is black and the rim is pink
The base this time is a brand called Cosbisis
UVbase
The light color one is the base to be used first
Starting with this
I am usually using Maihada, but Maihada covers well
and moisturizes well
and also has UV cut as well. Quite a useful item
but since this time it's natural makeup with looseness,
to utilize the look of the skin
so I am unifying with the skin care brand I am usually using
It gives a slight color,
and has a high UV cut effect
The next is the same Cosbisis UV Top
This one has a slight foundation color
Adding over the base will give a slight color
The color...the color? The color
It gives beige color and covers well
Adding the concealer next
This is Shiseido Spots cover foundation
S-100. It's a cream concealer so
covering the spots you feel is needed over the base you added before

This cream beige type color goes to the whole eyelid

When you start from the inner corner side it will make a nice gradation
The outer corner won't be too sharp and look natural
Over the base eyeshadow,
using the MAC double shadow names Last Dance
This barely gives and color,
but the glitter is very small and sparkles
It makes it cute so adding the glitter
Adding the pink shadow
First out of the eyeshadow palette 120
Choosing a bright pink
adding a slight line on the outer corner
The key is starting from 1/3 of the outer corner,

This barely gives and color,
but the glitter is very small and sparkles
It makes it cute so adding the glitter
Adding the pink shadow
First out of the eyeshadow palette 120
Choosing a bright pink
adding a slight line on the outer corner
The key is starting from 1/3 of the outer corner,
Sticking out the same length about 1cm
Adding a thin line
Next is dark luminescent pink
Over the light pink I added before,
going along with it in short lines
adding luminescent pink
Adding contouring
Nyx Love Contours all
Opening up and using the Low Light Color in the bottom right
Taking this on a brush,
Starting from the inner corner side
and stretch toward the tip of nose
and then stretching toward the inner corner of the eyes
Going up and down from the middle
and making a gradation
With only that, it will be too dark
so when you tap in and stretch up and down while blending in with the fingers,
then it will blend in well with the base and make a nice gradation

As the final finish using the chip
connecting with the low light of the nose
Adding color strongly on the inner eyes
Blend with fingers
and when you make it closer to the nose
This will not make the inner corner stick out
It will look like strong features and look nice
Adding mascara
Oshmon color up washable mascara in black
This Oshmon lasts long so I use it quite often
I had added one time each on top and bottom
Adding too much will make the eyelashes stick out too much
and lose the looseness
so this time I am only using it lightly
For the bottom lashes, when I am using it
some people may say it sticks to the skin
The key here is
You just add the tip casually
When you move the face and have the brush still
It will be on very beautifully

This is really great and cheap

My friend bought this me in London
The glitter inside is all Aurora color
multi colored glitter
It's very detailed, so drawing the edge of the eyes
and the edge of the inner corner
By adding this on,
It's the same as double shadow
When you see it from many sides, it reflects beautifully
Although I'm not using color
It shows the porcelain look as well as the flashiness of the color
so I use this
Adding the lipstick
J-Cap Beauty Wonder Lip Beauty
is the name of the lipstick
The color is lavender
This one gives a great color
Even though I'm using bright color

Next is NYX Cosmic Metal

So only on top of the bottom of the lips tapping it in
Finally closing lips to blend in
and create a gradation
Next is Majolica Majorca Honey Lip Essence
A lip gloss
It does say beauty lotion for lips
but the ingredient is gloss. Lip gloss
Taking this in hand
and taking a light pink from the palette
pick up and mix it
When I mix the lip gloss and the shadow together
Lip Gloss in that color is made
Using that as a highlighter and adding it on the highest point of the lips
Finally to add on my lips
the three stars I usually use on the cheeks
adding that to the lips
Taking them one by one with the cotton swab
It may not stick well so
In those cases, adding the lip gloss before on the cotton swab
then the star will stick and you can apply it wherever you like
The position is near the middle and inward as possible
5 on top, and 4 on the bottom
The finish is the blush
The first one is
The light pink from the eye shadow palette
Take lightly with the brush and blend it on the back of hand
In the middle of the face
Starting from the middle of the face
and going up toward the side of eyes
When that is over, taking the second color of purple
The reason for the purple is, the color on the lip is purple
I had already used pink on the eyes
so I wanted to use different color
There was also purple on the tip of the hair
and used purple matching that

create the bangs
finally since it's a short cut, i will collect the top part
how should I say it, put over it
and giving a volume in the middle will give a nice finish
So how was it?
The key this time was a loose makeup using the purple color
I'm sure by thinking of which colors to use on the lip sparkles is fun

- Day seven of The Bridechilla 30 Days of Wedding Planning,
and it is one of my favourite topics, are you ready?
The fuck-it-bucket!
Oh my god.
What the hell do we ever do without
the fuck-it-bucket?
The fuck-it-bucket just happens to be
one of my most popular ever episodes
of The Bridechilla Podcast.
This is not a new concept.
The fuck-it-bucket has been around for many a millennia.
I think that's true.
But the concept of the fuck-it-bucket
can be used in every sort of facet of your life,
but in particular, with weddings, I read a Reddit forum,
and people were talking about
what sort of things
that they want to ditch from their wedding
and they referred to this thing called the fuck-it-bucket,
and I was like, this is... Oh my god, this is amazing.
And I started talking about it on the podcast,
and it's sort of become a thing,
if you're in the Bridechilla community,
you will see people referring to it as FIB.
Fuck-it-bucket.
And, really, the fuck-it-bucket,
the foundations of what it is,
is an imaginary or real container
that you throw in all of your expectations,
DIY projects that you've forgot to do
or started to do and actually fucking hate doing them,
so ditching them,
all of the traditions that aren't necessary to you
or relevant to you that you just don't want to add to it,
extra stuff that wedding magazines and
other media sort of say you have to buy
when, really, you don't, like favors.
If you're not into favors
or chair covers, which I fucking hate,
you can put them in the fuck-it-bucket.
It's become this really great expression
in the Bridechilla community,
and I love seeing people use it because it's empowering.
Literally, every couple of days
someone will start a new thread saying,
what are you putting in the fuck-it-bucket this week?
And it's amazing to see people just letting go
of things that they thought were important to them
but actually are not.
When it comes down to it,
you just need two people
and someone to make it legal to have a wedding,
and, potentially, a witness
depending on where you're getting married.
So all this extra stuff is just added stuff.
Yeah, it might be great to have some great food and music,
but does anyone really give a shit
about the little favors that you put on the table.
I mean, for me,
in Australia the big thing is to give sugar-coated almonds.
I've only eaten them, and it's an Italian thing,
it started, it's not an Aussie thing,
but it became a thing in Aus where I grew up
for people to leave bomboniere, is what you'd call them,
bomboniere on the table,
and they're sugared almonds.
They've got meaning, I can't remember what it is right now.
Just google it.
But I don't think they taste very good.
And I would eat them drunk in the back of a cab
on the way back from the wedding.
They don't mean much to me.
Same with people giving out CDs of mixed tapes or USBs,
and it's like, I don't fucking...
I'm going to save over your USB of all your favourite music
and put my Real House wves of Beverly Hills on it.
I don't care.
And it's not me being an asshole,
although it might come across that way.
It's me saying, these are not the memorable things
that I take away from a wedding.
I take away the feeling and being with other people
and seeing, genuinely, people having a lovely time
and a couple being in love,
and it's not about sugared almonds or special, bloody,
you know, bottles of jam that you've created,
which are all beautiful, but they're unnecessary
and they're not worth stressing about.
And no one is going to leave a wedding going,
"I just wish they'd given us some specialty
"hand-made jars of jam.
"I mean, it would have made a much better wedding
"if I had some specialty hand-made jars of jam."
The same thing is that no one is going to leave a wedding
saying, "I can't believe they had naked chairs.
"I can't believe they didn't put chair covers on the chairs.
"I mean, who do they think they are?
"Who do they think they are?"
I really hate chair covers,
not for the people running businesses
renting people chair covers.
I don't have a problem with you people.
I just think the concept of chair covers
is really something that is more of a metaphorical thing,
is that it's something that is unnecessary,
that unless you're using, you know,
big old plastic chairs.
Actually, I don't even care,
big old plastic chairs are fine.
That, at $5 a head,
there's probably 50-million other things
you could spend that $5 a head on,
or keep it in your pocket
and buy a house or go on a freaking amazing holiday.
So that's what I say.
The fuck-it-bucket is an amazing thing.
The topic of fuck-it-bucket, I'll be honest with you.

That's upside down, so that's good promotion.

to your wedding, and that's fine because
you do you, my friends.
Do whatever you want,
but don't feel obliged to buy all this stuff
because everyone else buys it, because no one cares.
That is the fuck-it-bucket.
