Four Exercises that Help Your Heart Function|HFE♪ - Duration: 7:52.

Four Exercises that Help Your Heart Function

Although there are many exercises that help the maintenance of your heart, it's important that you find one that suits you and satisfies your needs, so that you can easily include it in your routine.

There are a series of exercises that help your heart function.

These are, for the most part, cardiovascular exercises that strengthen this important organ in your body.

It doesn't matter if you're a child, an adult, or an older adult.

These exercises are ideal and essential for any age group.

Today, we're going to discuss some exercises that you can do for your heart health.

Some can be done in a gym, but many can be done without.

Either way, they're all beneficial!.

Exercises that help your heart function.

Let's take a look at some very simple exercises that help your heart function and that you may even already know.

The most important thing is that you include them as part of your daily routine or at least do them about 3 days a week.

Your heart will thank you. Hiking.

Hiking is an amazing exercise that helps your heart function. It's a very low-impact activity that connects you with nature.

In addition, it allows you to know new routes and even make friends, because there are sometimes hiking groups on trails.

You don't need to be in great physical condition to hike and there's no risk when practicing it.

It's very pleasant and sometimes you may even forget that you're exercising.

Overall, it's a highly recommended activity that increases resistance, increases oxygen flow and strengthens your heart.

Swimming.

Swimming is well known and a very popular activity that provides a complete workout.

With swimming, all the muscles of the body are worked and toned, and cardiovascular exercise is done.

Therefore, it's ideal if you want to strengthen your heart.

Swimming, like hiking, has a very small impact, so it is recommended for both children and seniors.

It's ideal for any age.

If you have any risk of injury and need to do a low-impact activity, it's the perfect option.

Cycling.

Nowadays, cycling has become so important that many people practice it.

You can practice it alone or in a group, although in a group it will always be more fun and motivate you much more.

Cycling is ideal for working on resistance and for those older people who even have some problems with their hips.

This way, they will be able to exercise it without it having a great impact.

Now, if there is something that cycling highlights, it's heart strength.

Don't have a bicycle or are looking for an alternative?.

There are some variants, such as cycling in the gym or attendingspinning classes that have an even higher intensity.

However, spinning, unless it is aimed at older people, is not recommended for them, due to its high degree of intensity.

Other types of activities.

There are other types of exercises that help your heart function, such as soccer, tennis or basketball.

They can also be combined with activities dedicated to martial arts or even yoga.

Why would yoga help the functioning of your heart?.

Thanks to yoga, the body is freed from stress, which is one of the causes of many cardiovascular diseases.

For this reason, you shouldn't underestimate this activity or other similar ones, since they have many benefits for the heart.

The ideal option is to choose an activity that you like and that motivates you so that you can easily include it in your routine.

Also, it's essential that it fits your lifestyle.

For example, if there's a spinning class in the morning at the gym but your work at that time, simply look for a different option for a time that suits you instead.

There are always options and, as you're seen, there are many exercises that help your heart function and that strengthen it.

Even walking 30 minutes a day is worth it.

Easy, right?.

Easy, Effective Natural Remedies with Pineapples|HFE♪ - Duration: 11:42.

Easy, Effective Natural Remedies with Pineapples

Pineapples contain incredible amounts of vitamins and minerals, along with qualities that make them excellent at detoxing your body and flushing out excess fluids.

In addition to being diuretic and detoxifying, pineapples are also full of vitamins (in particular, C, B1, B6, folic acid) and minerals (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese and iron).

Pineapples contain a very large percentage of water by weight, and a significant amount of fiber too.

This, added to the fact that they're very low in calories, makes them a perfect fruit.

Much of the health benefits of pineapple are due to an enzyme called bromelain.

This enzyme improves digestion and has the ability to destroy intestinal parasites.

They're one of the tastiest tropical fruits in the world.

Their sweet, refreshing taste makes them great for the whole family.

Plus, pineapples are rich in antioxidants and essential nutrients that your body needs.

Don't forget that your body accumulates a large amount of toxins and waste as a result of a poor diet, pollution, and chemical products.

Luckily, pineapples have the ability to remove harmful substances from your body.

Why is bromelain so good?.

Bromelain in pineapple has anti-inflammatory, antithrombotic, antiedematous and fibrinolytic properties.

In fact, because of how effective its anti-inflammatory action is, it can be used to treat everything from acute sinusitis to a sore throat, arthritis and gout.

Antioxidants.

Pineapple is rich in antioxidants (vitamin C, iodine, magnesium, phosphorus and calcium).

In addition to reinforcing your body's natural defenses, they also have a positive effect on thyroid and nerve cells.

The high content of vitamin C in pineapples means they're able to counteract the damage that free radicals has on your body, which can lead to things like atherosclerosis, heart disease and diabetes.

Roseanne Death on The Conners: Is She Dead? Did She Get Killed Off? | Heavy.com - Duration: 4:53.

Roseanne Death on The Conners: Is She Dead? Did She Get Killed Off? | Heavy.com

The Conners is here without Roseanne Barr, who played the iconic character "Roseanne".

With the new show coming from the canceled hit, Roseanne, many fans are curious about the fate of the family's matriarch.

All of the cast has returned, but Barr signed over her financial rights and participation, according to CNN, after repercussions from an offensive tweet she posted.

So, now the Conners carry on without their head of household.

But, what happened to Roseanne? Is she dead? Fans have been speculating that she was killed off and we have spoilers for you on the real deal.

Read on for answers.

The death rumors have been swirling for months and it appears that they may be true.

The family looks distraught and unsettled in photos from the premiere episode.

The premiere episode is called "Keep on Truckin'" and the synopsis of episode 1 states, "A sudden turn of events forces the Conners to face the daily struggles of life in Lanford in a way they never have before." But, the real nail in the coffin came from Roseanne Barr, herself.

ABC News reported that Barr revealed on Brandon Straka's YouTube show "Walk Away" that, "They have her die of an opioid overdose.".

And, if that wasn't enough, the show's patriarch, Dan, played by John Goodman, also spoiled the death news.

In an interview with the U.K.'s Sunday Times, Goodman said that his character, Dan, will be "mopey and sad because his wife's dead.".

According to ABC News, executive producer Dave Caplan explained that, "Everyone has tragedies in their lives, or has someone they love leave them.

And you have to adapt and you have to grow, and that's what these characters are going to be going through in an interesting way." But, not only the characters had to adapt to a missing piece from the cast.

The actual cast had to make some emotional adjustments as well.

Cast members Sara Gilbert and John Goodman appeared on Good Morning America, ahead of the premiere, and when they were asked how the cast dealt with being on the set without Roseanne, John Goodman said it felt like a death in the family the first week.

He also said that they missed Roseanne Barr a lot.

Gilbert then chimed in and explained that they had been a cast together for 30 years, but that many families must move on without a matriarch.

Gilbert also said that feels they have tackled the subject well.

Her exact words were, "We have been a cast for 30 years.

It was emotional moving forward, but then I think what it allowed us to do is almost every person at some point in their life redefines their family without the matriarch, and so it gave us a chance to look at, how does it affect the family? How do different people fill in different roles and lean on each other?".

GMA star Michael Strahan also asked Goodman how his character moves on without his wife and he said that it's difficult, but he joked that finds out how his character "Dan" deals with it each week when he's handed a new episode script.

Greece's Geography Problem - Duration: 11:56.

This video was made possible by Assassin's Creed: Odyssey.

Learn more at the link in the description.

Centuries ago nations like Portugal, and Iraq, and Syria, Spain, Mongolia, Turkey, Italy,

Egypt, and Greece were the world's most powerful, most advanced civilizations.

Today, though, that's not the case.

While this group does not necessarily represent the losers in the game that is history, they're

also certainly not in first place.

Change has relegated them into second tier status despite their earlier prowess.

One particularly noticeable case is that of Greece.

In a span of a couple thousand years the people living on this peninsula went from shaping

the way the western world would work to being boxed in by the very world around them.

Greece is one of the most celebrated nations in history.

They developed the political system of democracy—the very one used by many of the world's most

powerful nations today.

Because of this perhaps a disproportionate amount of attention is placed upon the history

of this small nation but nonetheless, ancient Greece overcame the odds to create a number

of small yet powerful city-states.

However, many of the factors that led to the success of this ancient civilization are the

same ones holding back the modern state.

On a global scale the country is far from poor but, as a European nation, it's one

of the poorest in a very rich area.

Greece is exceptionally mountainous yet the terrain of Greece is different than that of

many other countries.

Switzerland, for example, has enormous mountains with nice, wide and long valleys in between.

The mountains of Greece, though, are not as tall.

The average elevation of Greece is 1,600 feet compared to 4,400 in Switzerland but the mountains

in Greece are much more irregular.

What this means is that there is only so much flat land in any one place.

Any settlement needed enough land around it to grow the food that would feed its people

and most agriculture can only grow on relatively flat land.

While today we can ship food across the world, in the time of ancient Greece transportation

technology was not advanced enough so one essentially had to have enough fields to feed

the population directly around each settlement.

Therefore, the sizes of ancient Greek settlements were essentially determined by the amount

of flat land they could find in one place.

It was tough for any one political entity to hold power over vast amounts of land because

it was just too difficult to get around.

For that reason, the peninsula was not one unified nation as it is today, it was divided

into hundreds of small city-states unified by a common language and religion.

The most powerful city-states, you'll notice, were the ones that had the most flat land.

The area directly surrounding Sparta, one of the historically strongest city-states,

is a relatively large, flat valley that would have given them more land than other city-states

to grow food and therefore Sparta was one of the largest cities.

Athens was also one of the strongest city-states and still today is by far the largest city

in Greece thanks to being in one of the largest single flat areas in the country.

This geography did, of course, fragment the peninsula into hundreds of political entities

but at the time that wasn't really an issue.

The same geography protected the entire area from outside invasion.

Mountains acted as a thick shield from western Europe but this also, of course, made it tough

to get to these areas, at least by land.

This geography forced Greece to the ocean and the city-states became some of the most

advanced maritime powers.

Because of this, Greece was exposed to civilizations all around the Mediterranean and beyond and

was able to learn from other nations such as Egypt and Mesopotamia.

This exposure to the outside world helped turn the city-states into highly advanced

and cosmopolitan civilizations that produced the era's greatest philosophers.

Nowadays, however, the mountains are less helpful.

As the world has become more globalized trade linkages to other countries have become even

more important and the mountains that pepper the Greek peninsula continue through the Balkans

which means that land transportation infrastructure is limited to get goods and people between

Western Europe and Greece.

More consequently, though, 78% of the land in Greece is considered mountainous making

it tied with Slovenia as the most mountainous country in the European Union.

Greece is also one of the poorer countries in the European Union.

As it turns out, there's a link between how mountainous an EU country is and its GDP

per capita.

The average EU country with 35% of its land mountainous has a GDP per capita of $30,000

while the average EU country with only 25% of its land mountainous has a GDP per capita

of $54,000 proving that there is a correlation between flatness and wealth.

Now, there are some major exceptions—Sweden is one of the wealthiest EU countries while

also being one of the most mountainous while Latvia is one of the poorest while being completely

flat—so the correlation is not that strong and the EU also conveniently leaves out Switzerland

and Norway—two exceptionally wealthy European countries that are also exceptionally mountainous—but

nonetheless, it intuitively makes sense that mountains inhibit development and the statistics

back this up to an extent.

It's worth pointing out that this is not just a European phenomenon.

The five most mountainous countries in the world are Bhutan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan,

Lesotho, and Montenegro all of which have GDP per capita's below the world average.

What you'll notice in Europe is that the wealthy mountainous countries such as Norway,

Sweden, Switzerland, and Finland are all in cold climates while the less wealthy mountainous

countries such as Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Greece are all in warmer climates.

As it turns out, climate too is a predictor of wealth.

For every additional tenth of a degree Fahrenheit of average yearly temperature in the EU a

country's GDP per capita is, on average, $1,670 lower.

The reasoning behind the link between climate and wealth is massively complex, controversial,

and not yet fully understood so we'll leave that out but Greece is therefore in this double

whammy situation of being both hot and mountainous which has proven itself as an inhibitor to

development.

Of the world's 30 wealthiest countries none could be considered both hot and predominantly

mountainous—many are one or the other but none both.

The two factors together just seem to be the perfect cocktail for poor economic health.

Greece suffers from strong regionalization.

The same geography that cut the peninsula into small city-states today makes it difficult

for a central government to govern the entire area effectively.

You see this often, countries that were formerly multiple countries or nations often have problems

with governance, but part of the difficulty for the Greek government is that their infrastructure

is just not good.

It's hard to get around the country.

Of course Greece is made up of about 6,000 islands and you cannot, of course, build roads

across the Aegean Sea but the country still lacks infrastructure on the mainland.

This can likely be attributed to a mix of a lack of funds and high cost to build through

mountains and the country is therefore considered to have the third worst infrastructure in

the European Union.

With a lack of proper infrastructure to overcome the geographical boundaries this makes simple

government functions like tax collection difficult.

Greece receives about 28% less value added tax than it levies due to how rampant tax

evasion is.

The same is true for income and other forms of taxation so it's no wonder why the country

ended up in a debt crisis.

In fact, this debt crisis that has devastated the country over the past ten years can too

be partially linked back to geography.

You see, Greece's main geographic asset is the Aegean Sea.

Part of this is economic.

Many of Greece's most popular tourist destinations from Santorini, to Mykonos, to Crete are islands

in the Aegean Sea but the more significant asset of the Aegean is strategic.

To the Northeast of Greece is the Black Sea which drains out into the Mediterranean through

the Turkish Straits and the Aegean.

While Turkey holds the most direct level of control over maritime traffic by controlling

the Turkish Straits, the density of Greek islands and the strength of the country's

Navy means that it too, if it wanted to, could relatively easily blockade the Black Sea.

This means that Greece holds the keys for Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, and Georgia's

only ocean access.

Perhaps more significantly, Greece also controls the maritime routes to and from Russia's

most important ports.

Being a very northern country, the majority of Russia's coastline sees ice in the winter

which makes shipping difficult whereas the Black Sea ports do not making them both militarily

and economically critical for Russia.

17% of Russia's shipping containers leave from the Port of Novorossiysk, for example,

which is only one of the many Black Sea ports.

A good portion of Greece's little geopolitical clout is as a result of holding the Aegean.

Given its importance, Greece therefore puts a lot of effort into asserting its sovereignty

over this sea.

This sovereignty, however, has for decades been the subject of a dispute with Turkey.

The dispute is over not only who owns a number of islands near Turkey but also over the extent

of Greek sovereignty over Aegean waters and airspace.

Despite both countries officially being NATO allies tensions do occasionally heat up and

Greece therefore regularly patrols the Aegean by sea and air.

The country has a world class Navy and Air Force that are considered to be some of the

strongest especially for such a small country but this, of course, comes at a cost.

The country spends a full 2.5% of its GDP on its military.

That's a higher percentage than any NATO member except the US.

The high government spending, which high military spending contributed significantly to, along

with the country's seeming inability to collect the taxes it levies forced the government

to take on debt which, after the Great Recession hit in 2008, it could not pay off.

The country was then plunged into years of economic and social crisis.

This affected what is arguably Greece's most important industry—tourism.

A full quarter of jobs in Greece are in or as a result of tourism and the industry represents

20% of the country's GDP so if tourism disappears, the whole country is affected.

During the debt crisis, as violent demonstrations on the streets of Athens were publicized worldwide

the number of tourist arrivals immediately declined which further exasperated the crisis.

For a number of years the country actually had negative GDP growth and an unemployment

rate close to 30% but, after austerity measures and a series of bailouts, unemployment rates

are now shrinking and the country's GDP is once again growing, at least slowly.

The truth about Greece is that its geography, with warm weather, disconnected landmasses,

sheer ocean cliffs, and soaring mountains, is terrible for most types of economic development

but it's these geographical features, along with a fascinating history and warm hospitality,

that make Greece such an attractive travel destination.

Tourist numbers in the country are reaching historic levels to the point where there's

starting to be a problem of too much tourism.

While the country continues its path towards economic recovery the real test will be whether

it can take what it has going for it, most specifically tourism, and use that to fix

what's not.

What's really fascinating about Greece is not that they fell from a position of strength,

it's that they ever had that position of strength.

History has proven that the land of this peninsula, despite all its natural beauty, is not quite

as hospitable and idyllic as it may seem.

In this video I'm sure you noticed the stunning historical footage of Greece.

This all came from Assassin's Creed: Odyssey—a brand new game that has essentially recreated

the entirety of ancient Greece during the Peloponnesian War.

Ubisoft actually brought me out to Greece to try the game and visit the historical sites

they recreated so most of the modern footage of Greece in this video is my own and, even

as someone who doesn't really play video games, I really enjoyed playing Assassin's

Creed: Odyssey for the ability to explore a pretty breath-taking historical world.

Of course the gameplay and storylines are great too but, if you're just in it for

the exploration, they'll be releasing a "discovery tour" mode soon which will

essentially be an interactive museum in the game.

If you want to learn more and maybe even buy Assassin's Creed: Odyssey be sure to click

the link at the top of the description.

Thanks for watching and we'll see you again in two weeks for another Wendover Productions

I've been doing these talking videos with no music

because I asked, and a lot of people thought it was a good idea to just have

white noise or even silence- if you choose to and then if you do feel like a

certain kind of music for your mood, then you can put it on,

in the background of this,

so that way it's not me always choosing like jazz or something in the

back. so really up to you it's currently noon for me so the cloudy day means that

there's gonna be a lot of light coming in and out all the time but

that's not a huge deal but just a warning.

you see here I have a cup of espresso because my

parents got me an espresso machine for my birthday and I'm so happy and

grateful for that because,

it's actually what I need because I like to have a cup

of day now,

and instead of spending maybe four five dollars a day going out,

I can just have it at home and I'll talk about it or show you in a vlog,

what that looks like, and how I make it.

I set the Machine up yesterday morning

so this is my second cup.

and as you can see, this amazing mug is from my friend

Kira, last year for my birthday. and I haven't used it until this year because

I never made coffee,

or anything like that at home so,

that will be a delightful regular routine for me now.

I try to just have one cup a day

because I don't want to be too reliant on caffeine or anything..

as you can see I'm tweezing my brows but there's not much to tweeze..

so I never need to go out

to get it threaded or professionally done I just..

pluck at the-

when I was in...

sixth or

second..

second?? seventh grade,

was the first time I ever wanted to reshape my

brows and my mom had this

random plastic tool what the little razor on the

end of it, and I couldn't wait- cuz she was in the shower and she said 'just wait for me,

I will help you when I'm out'- but I couldn't wait so I started like

oh, it was just a disaster.. but I thought I looked good

i feel like we all do at our awkward stage,

but the whole point is you can look back and cringe because that just means that you have...

evolved ?

thank you to all of the love support and friendship in this community because you know I was

mentioning how I felt really tired,

and I asked how you were I got a lot of messages just checking up on each other,

and just updating me even if I didn't

respond I probably read it, and screenshotted it because I wanted to I

want to save it and look back,

kind of like what I was saying about being really energy deprived despite sleeping about

eight or nine hours a day...

some people mentioned that they feel the exact same way and it's due to iron

deficiency, which probably was the case because a couple weeks ago not only

was I on my period and then my boobs like hurt a lot probably as a side effect,

mabe the loss of blood also contributes to

iron deficiency?

remember this from last year- I'm still using it.

'would you rather have one wish granted today or have

three wishes granted in ten years?"

...ten years,

I can wait

I'm really bad at taking a whole bunch of these at the same time,

I have a lot of calcium

because my family has a history of like weak bones,

but believe this one's iron

I'll take half now, and half an afternoon.

I have been a little bit inconsistent

in taking my multivitamin so that might explain why..

I don't feel as a good? um

the only thing I take very consistently is my fiber gummies

because it tastes like candy

very self-conscious because I just brushed my teeth and I always have

coffee breath but

I wanted to talk about something new and hygiene

because ever since I came back to school this fall I've been using an electric toothbrush

and for the longest time I've only used the regular ones that you get for free

from the dentist, or from hotels

and the last time I've used an electric

toothbrush was when I was in.. elementary school- my mom got me

a spongebob one

that is a different side story because I was obsessed with spongebob but

that toothbrush was the kind where it has a very big core battery you have to

recharge and plug in- this one is just a toothbrush like this with a battery that

you switch out every few months when it runs out.

the brand is quip, if you have heard of them- I'm very pleased to be working with them in this

sponsorship.

I've heard of them last year, when I was in New York and I saw all

over the subway and everywhere,

ads for quip and my sister's friend started the subscription and just fell in love with it,

and when they reached out I definitely wanted to jump at this chance

and I've been really enjoying this, I didn't notice this huge difference until one day when I was showering I used my

old toothbrush I was already in there

and the plaque

and just brushing is not as effective it just doesn't come off as easily without the aid of this subtle vibration.

also another thing that I like about it is that it counts down

2 minutes for you every time that you brush, gives 30 seconds to each side and

kind of pulses and tells you to switch,

and it made me realize I always brush my

teeth for like four to five minutes.

this thing I'm holding is a cover for it and the

reason why I brush my teeth out here is because my sister's room is over

there with the bathroom,

and my rooms in the living room so a lot of times at

night I don't need to go pee or anything, I don't want to open the really loud

rickety door and wake her, so I brush my teeth in the kitchen most nights so this

I have out here in a shower caddy and

this is really hygienic to cover up your

toothbrush in,

if I had a more convenient setup I would use the holder

the way it's meant, like this because the back has a strip

and it adheres really easily to these smooth surfaces but it's not actually sticky,

so you can put on your tiles or a mirror but since I don't have that,

I just use it as a cap and

and this is really ideal for traveling because it snaps in comfortably like-

so a big thank you to quip for coming into my life,

comes in a little kit like this, that's toothpaste-

so if you're interested it's $25 to start and then five dollars for refills,

you know for hygienic reasons you want to switch out your bristles every three months,

they also ship worldwide, which is amazing

and I have 15% off for you down in the link in the description for the first

100 people to use.

*sigh*

next I want to do a face mask because it's been a long time

I got eyelash extensions for a while so I was too paranoid to wear anything on

my face,

but I fell in love with face masks this summer.

this is from facetory,

it's like a little box subscription that you can get and they

kindly sent this to me over the summer.

I'm going to try out the aqua mask here-

I already washed my face, put on toning,

this is 'intense hydration'..

*GASP*

oh !!

it's cold!!

*laughs*

but it's actually kind of

refreshing cuz it's hot in here today

this is full of whatever-

I want to put the excess on my leg

let me just check the time to make sure I don't go over this..

okay.

you're gonna find this really gross,

but a couple times when I use face masks- especially like this it's loaded with

product, even when you have it on your skin for like 25 minutes,

it doesn't soak up everything so I would peel it off,

and then give this side to Tyler because you can still use it

...so I would get 2 uses out of it

while I wait, I'm going to do some nails- so how perfect you know,

I set up all the stuff that I can I just-

I really enjoyed gel nails, and you know how I had it

when I went to Europe, I had like a bright red color,

and it stayed the entire time so it was just great that I didn't have to worry about

any kind of ugly chipping during my vacation but,

on the last day before I went home,

I went into the pool and the water started to lift up some of the

sides, so they just all went downhill from there

I'm using madam glam-

you remember how I had this way back from

two years ago actually, so this is the same brand that

I'm using- I'm gonna do a soft pink today

and it's called delicacy.

*singing tomorrow never came*

this is sliding *laughs*

hmm..

beautiful.

in the last vlog, somebody asked what my skincare routine is like, if I prefer a complicated or

simple one, and I would say it's pretty simple as of now..

I put on toner and lotion.

most of the time that's it,

sometimes I put on serums when

it feels especially dry... or

red- sensitive, if I have acne I like to use the one I've

talked about before from glossier,

and then I would use the acne spot treatment when I get pimples which is this morning

because I have one right here.

I'm sorry that this keeps dragging down..

not that it makes any more attractive when it's

like this

are you disturbed by this image?

I don't know ?

is your parents like

walking in your room and then seeing

seeing you watching this video and they're like what are you doing ??

I don't know mom

what are you doing ?

this is the important part, okay- applying the color.

yeah..

the face mask can

come off now

while my nails dry, I'm letting the rest of my face mask just absorb

into my skin

I'm just not gonna wear any make today,

I've been more and more inclined to do

that because it's just so much

more comfortable at the end of the day to not

have to take off my makeup and just kind of

clean up and go straight to bed and

in terms of school and everything,

it's just starting to plateau out a little bit because it has been a month since school started,

and you get back into the swing of things,

there's a routine that forms, so even though

I always have an overwhelming amount of work, it's easier to manage it now..

alright so,

that's the end of the video, thank you so much for hanging out with me I had a really

pleasant time filming this,

if you are interested in the quip toothbrush subscription I have

a link below for you

and the first 100 will get 15% off their

subscription purchase so,

I would hurry and go down there is right in the description

and other than that I hope that you have a wonderful weekend ahead

of you, I'm certainly gonna try to enjoy mine despite being

really busy with work, but it's stuff that I like to do so

that's my attempt to be positive

I'm gonna get dressed and head out for the afternoon,

it was really fun hanging out and this vintage thrifted

PJ's, i'm wearing right now

I'll see you very soon

bye!!

-hold on, need to burp

AAAHHH

*tyler sees me and laughs*

*still laughing*

I turn around and I see the scene of beauty

In Pursuit of Innovative Treatments for Substance Use Disorders: Is Mindfulness an Answer? - Duration: 21:08.

Good morning, welcome to the Injury Control Research Center webcast of our

presentation entitled In the Pursuit of Innovative Treatments for Substance Use

Disorders: Is Mindfulness and Answer? My name is Keith Zullig, I'm with the

department of Social Behavioral Sciences at the School of Public Health.

My name is Megan Tuscano and I'm a second-year MPH student at WVU for the

School Public Health, and I'm Laura Lander such work faculty in the

department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry and School of Medicine. And we

are all part of the main research team for our project. A couple acknowledgments,

we are supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention through

our Injury Control Research Center for this research and we do not have any

conflicts of interest. We would also like to acknowledge other members of the

research team, our therapists Laurel Faulkenberry who leads our individual

mindfulness sessions for our intervention, and we also would like to

acknowledge Dr. Jerry Hobbs, who provides us some statistical support for the

project. Some of our learning objectives are to gain knowledge about the

prevalence of substance use disorders and overdose rates, nationally, and in

West Virginia, understand the disease model of addiction and how co-occurring

mental illness can impact treatment efficacy. We would like to learn about

mindfulness based relapse prevention and finally, gain knowledge about new

research using this intervention and outcomes of a recent study. So just a

little bit of background it's certainly been in the media, nationally, and in West

Virginia, the impact of the opioid epidemic on our citizens, so this is some

information about drug overdose deaths and one of the significant trends that

we're seeing is the increase in synthetic opioids so when we look at the

number of overdose deaths the vast majority of those, typically about 80%,

are as a result of ingestion of opioids and then most recently the emergence of

synthetic opioids such as carfentanil and fentanyl

being responsible for more and more of those deaths. The other trend that we are

seeing is cocaine and methamphetamine increases with regard to overdose deaths

and often these are mixtures so not just methamphetamine alone but methamphetamine mixed with synthetic opioids or other opioids that caused the

overdose deaths. Specifically in West Virginia, we have led the nation since

2010 in the national overdose death rates and in 2017 that trend persisted.

We had over 1,000 overdose deaths in 2017 and some of those are still being

counted, so it's not even the final result so this is a 15 percent increase

from 2016 despite the increase in awareness that this is happening,

the state has made major adjustments to prescribing practices and yet the deaths

continue. So one of the things that we're trying to address with this study is how

can we better develop treatments for individuals with the opioid use disorder

to better treat the disease so that we can reduce the overdose deaths in that

way. Just wanted to do a brief overview of the disease concept of addiction, so

this concept has been around for a long time the disease model is really about

identifying a defect, so a physical defect, which results in symptoms. The

physical defect in the disease of addiction is in the brain and the

symptoms are often behavioral, psychological in nature so when we think

about addiction it's a chronic disease so it's not one that can be treated in

12 weeks or in a short course of treatment, this is treatment over a

lifetime and it's typically characterized by an inability to abstain

from substances even if the person wants to. Behavioral problems, craving and

craving has both physiological and psychological components, diminished

recognition of problems and sometimes people refer to that as denial, so in the

face of significant problems people still identify "oh I don't really have a

problem I can stop when I want to", and then a dysfunctional emotional

response and that often emerges as psychiatric symptoms. These are the

current, kind of range of treatment options, so there's inpatient

detoxification for substance use disorders, which is typically short-term

so as we said it's a chronic disease, so detoxification is simply one

small piece of treatment. There are residential treatment programs ranging

in duration from two weeks to six months and those are much harder to

access for most people because there are not as many of those treatment

programs around. There's outpatient therapy and that can

be intensive therapy three times a week, or once a week, or even less often if

people don't have as intense a need, and then specifically for opioid use disorders there's medication assisted treatment with methadone,

buprenorphine, or naltrexone there are also medication assisted treatment

for other disorders such as alcohol use disorder using camp role or antabuse.

Specifically we're going to be more focused on talking about opioid use

disorders today. One of the things that makes treatment more complicated is when

someone has not only a single disorder like an opioid use disorder but has that

in combination with an additional mental health disorders such as anxiety, PTSD, or

depression and so you're treating two disorders at the same time and so it

makes sense, like with any disease, that if you have two disease processes going

on at the same time you need different kinds of treatments. And it's really

theorized that one of the reasons that treatment medication assisted treatment

or other behavioral treatments do not work for some people is because they

really have two disorders, and our study specifically was trying to get at this

issue of patients coming in and having two disorders and how do you treat two

disorders with a single treatment. The incidence is about it depends on

what year you look at but anywhere from 4.6 million and I've seen as high as

7 million American adults have both a substance use disorder and a mental

health disorder and among the population that I work with at Chestnut Ridge

Center, it's really about 60 to 70 percent of the individuals coming in

seeking treatment for their substance use disorder also have a co-occurring

mental health disorder so it's very high, higher than the national average. So the

components of good treatment have these three parts. There's a biological

component, and with medication assisted treatment that would be the medicine

addressed as the biological component which includes cravings and assistance with

withdrawal so people who suddenly stop using opioids who are physically

dependent on them will have withdrawal and so medications can help with that.

Then there's a psychological component and that's usually addressed

with the psychotherapy and that can be cognitive behavioral therapy, or what we

used in in our current study which is relapse is mindfulness based relapse

prevention and then the social component is usually community based supports such

as 12-step groups or any community based recovery groups such as smart recovery

or celebrate recovery. Other kinds of social supports are

family therapy and also spiritual community supports, so if someone is a

member of a church and is able to find support in that way so trying to foster

social connections is really part of what helps people become well.

And to give a little bit of background about mindfulness based relapse

prevention and what it is, so the term mindfulness and being mindful has been

thrown around a lot in recent years and I like to simplify it simply to say that

mindfulness is being in the present moment and being aware so present moment

awareness without judgment. While that sounds simple it can be very

difficult to do in our lives where we have lots of things pulling on our

attention, and lots of electronic things pulling on our attention, even

trying not to if you are physically awake trying not to look at your phone

for an entire hour can really be a challenge for people but when we go to

the phone it really pulls us out of the present moment. Its how practicing how to

be in in the now and while that seems odd to have to practice it's true many

of us really are often thinking about the past or thinking about what we need

to do in the future rather than being in the present moment. It's about increasing

awareness of your physical self, as well as your thoughts. So some of the

interventions have to do with focusing on breathing, focusing on physical space,

or focusing on what's happening inside your head. Increasing acceptance of

sensations, thoughts, and feelings so again working on that suspending

judgment. Just being an observer and curious as opposed to rendering judgment

on what you are doing or what you're thinking. Self-care is always a component

of recovery. Often people with substance use disorders have not taken good care

of themselves and sometimes need to relearn some of those skills. Mindfulness

based relapse prevention is also experiential so it's not a process group

per se where you sit around and talk about what happened in the last week or

talk about your childhood trauma. It's really engaging in

meditation, visualization, the practice of mindfulness, and then there's some

processing of how that's going and people's present experience of doing

that. It's very consistent with 12-step recovery principles as many

people note the principles are grounded in Buddhist teachings, as is mindfulness. So these are really compatible with with 12-step recovery principles.

And it's also compassionate and kind, which is always a bonus teaching people

how to be kind to themselves and that inevitably helps people be kinder

to others. Some of the misconceptions are that mindfulness is talking about your

problems and stress which it's really not. It's about it's talking about how to

be mindful and some of the struggles that we all have with that or

that another misconception is that it's thinking about nothing so I'm not very

good at thinking about nothing I can't shut off my mind well, that may

be something that occurs that's not necessarily the goal of mindfulness the

the goal of mindfulness again, is really about awareness in the present moment.

The other thing that's important and some of our participants in this study

have struggled with, is it's really not easy it really takes tremendous practice,

ideally daily practice, and it's not passive, it's an active process practice

that people hopefully integrate into their everyday life. So a little bit

about our effectiveness study and our study is an effectiveness study

because it is real-world naturalistic setting and that is one of the research

questions that we had, is can mindfulness based relapse prevention be incorporated

into an outpatient setting where people come and go?

Previously it has been people come in and go through the process, lock

step for eight weeks, so we're looking at this, can we see some similar results by

utilizing an outpatient setting which happens in a clinic and normal ways

where people come and go at any time. Participants are recruited from our

comprehensive opioid addiction treatment program at West Virginia University, who

are at least 90 days substance free. The reason why we're looking at 90 days

substance free as our initial experimental recruitment was with people

who are just coming into the clinic and they were just not stable, and so we

purposely are recruiting people that are a little bit more stable at this

time and are more receptive to the idea of engaging in mindfulness. We're using a

quasi experimental design where people self-select into the mindfulness group

or comparison groups and we'll call that a treatment as usual or a TAU and MBRP

respectively from here on forward. In the mindfulness group participants attend a

biweekly, 60-minute session for 24 weeks, so every other week for one hour, led by

our licensed therapist who we initially credited as Laurel Faulkenberry. We're

all part of the protocol the IRB approved protocol. Measures that we will

discuss here this morning are administered at baseline 12 weeks, 24

weeks, and 36 weeks post intervention. The comparison group also continue with

treatment and traditional cognitive behavioral therapy has our mindfulness

group similar sessions 60 minutes for also 24 weeks led by a licensed

therapist, so they just continue as they are. They also receive the same measures

at baseline, 12 weeks, 24 weeks, and 36 weeks post intervention. Some of the

outcomes that we're tracking are retention rates, we're interested in

understanding if folks who are in our intervention group that we retain them

at a higher rate than we see with treatment as usual. We are interested in

understanding if relapse, on any prohibited substance including

alcohol, occurs less in our mindfulness based relapse prevention group.

We are also tracking time to relapse and several self-report measures that we

also have include craving, anxiety, depression levels, and mindfulness. Our

measures of craving are a modified version of the desire for drugs questionnaire

where we have modified that questionnaire to expand it beyond

opioids to include alcohol. We are using the overall anxiety severity impairment

scale for our measure of anxiety, and that is a clinically based instrument.

And for measure of depression, we would look using the overall depression

severity impairment scale. And for our measure of mindfulness it's the five

facet mindfulness scale, that's a 39 item questionnaire. Our overall hypothesis is

participants in the mindfulness based relapse prevention group will

demonstrate increased retention rates in mindfulness and decreased relapse rates,

craving, anxiety, and depression. Some of our preliminary results to date because

we are an ongoing study we will continue to recruit through December 31st this

year and our project will end July 31st 2019 so these are subject to change.

Currently we have 47 people that have been recruited into the intervention

which approximates to about 21 in our mindfulness group and 26 in the

comparison group. Retention rates, or relapse rates excuse me, are lower in the

mindfulness group at 22% with about two relapses. In our comparison group, 43%

with six relapses. Importantly, for everyone to understand is that all

relapses were on substances other than opioids. We think that is a very strong

finding. Retention rates, mindfulness about 29 percent, six people have been

dismissed in comparison group of 23 percent, six people have been dismissed.

So dismissal from the clinic results in from patient non-compliance or need

for a right level of care. Turning to some of the self-report measures we

performed a mixed model analysis of variance ascertain the significance of

the MBRP intervention on changes in craving, anxiety, depression and

mindfulness between our two groups. In these analysis, we had 23 people who at

least 24 week data, so again we don't have everybody that has completed all

measures at this point. So that approximates into about 14 individuals

in the treatment as usual group, 9 in our intervention mindfulness based relapse

prevention group. Analyses suggest significant reduction were

observed in the mindfulness based relapse prevention group and reported

craving, anxiety, and depression compared to those in treatment as usual at this

point. And I will say that on our particular our anxiety and depression

measures where I don't have these data here for you today,

however, the clinical instruments of somebody receives a score

of 8 or higher on either of anxiety or depression measures, that is a measure of

clinical depression and our anxiety. We are reducing participants in the

mindfulness based relapse prevention group to below clinical levels in these

analyses, which is a significant finding. Interestingly, at this point time, we have

we have observed no changes in our mindfulness group. Our reported

mindfulness between our two groups, our hypothesis is that as people

participated in the intervention that they would report greater mindfulness

over time, however we are not seeing that at this point time. Again it's early,

preliminary, subject to change.

So some of the things that we're thinking about at this point: rates of

substance use disorder and overdose in West Virginia are among the highest in

the nation, medication assisted treatment is an

evidence-based treatment for substance use disorder, but for individuals

co-occurring disorder sometimes treatment alone is not sufficient. We

have a very high number of participants with co-occurring disorders as Miss

Lander indicated earlier. Preliminary study results suggest mindfulness based

relapse prevention can be successfully incorporated as a potential outpatient

therapy for the treatment of opioid use disorder with medication assisted

treatment, in our case with buprenorphine. This has not been explored previously

and we feel very good about this, that this is a possible option for treatment

for folks to give them a choice between traditional cognitive behavioral therapy

or mindfulness. Finally, integrating and adapting evidence-based treatments into

medication assisted treatment has a potential to improve outcomes and

decrease rates of relapse and overdose, especially those with co-occurring

disorders. Thank you for your time we've enjoyed providing this webcast and

hope it was helpful, hope it was helpful!

AWAKENING SESSION-9│ What is Event? - Part 2/3 • Peaceful Years Are Coming! - Duration: 20:18.

Hello to everyone.

Dear light workers who hear me, all of you greetings.

You were expecting episode 3 of Hadise last week

but I wanted that bonus video to be broadcast right on the spot.

I know I'm a little too impatient. but now we are in chapter 3.

You are more excited than a I want to switch to our video.

So let's begin the ascension.

Good looks.

The world and its inhabitants have been in quarantine for 25,000 years and in prison.

That spiritual energy cannot be easily broken down We can look like a black hole.

Darkness We were controlled and manipulated by powers.

But now, 25,000 years later, through this black hole We're about to get out.

He has not yet achieved his freedom in the galaxy. the only planet is our planet.

This is called Hadise to the expected output.

Hadise for this planet both physically and there will be a spiritual breakthrough.

Well physically, societies and governments on the basis of

What is Hadise?

'Hadise', great crimes to humanity Kabbalah, politicians,

arrest of major bankers and others

the rising frequencies of the planet.

Everything will be legally walked, accused they will be judged as fair.

In this legal process, social structure, media, energy and food production and financial system

and reboot.

Previously suppressed by large companies Clean technologies will be revealed.

The abundance of the planet will be distributed to all, the ecosystem will be cleaned with all its habitats

and ultimately everything will be healed and liberated.

Organized against this Kabal criminal organization initiators of the resistance movement,

organized in the state and the military some people.

They are unjust wars and unnecessary pollution. as well as humanity,

they observed repeated crimes against animals and ecosystems.

This group of solutions can be printed and financially worldwide by managing the system by cheating

observed artificial poverty created.

Banks create fake money and credit and our taxes

More than 90% go to these private banks.

We give them real value with our production when making a refund, these banks are in return

a computer with no real value or painted pieces of paper

they gave fictitious loans.

Through this generalized financial trick, governments and media were constantly purchased

and removed.

Advanced green technologies are suppressed.

And to maintain and maintain this system countless other crimes have been committed.

But now it's all about time.

These criminals will be arrested according to legal procedures and to be judged fairly.

Mass communication tools will be released and the press will finally unveil the truth.

They are indisputable about what is happening share the evidence.

And finally from a healthy foundation of humanity will start again.

Our financial system will be restructured, fictional debts will be canceled and the planet

quality of life for all people on will increase the actual values depending on new

A system will be created.

Planet-wide crimes real humanitarian with the aim of correcting problems

projects will be realized on a mass scale.

Many pre-pressed technology will finally be distributed.

Some will surprise many people.

Imagine you only 20 years ago communicate instantly with the world

a small book on music, movies and books a wireless device

Many of you would not believe it.

Most education programs, lessons taught, The truth has been manipulated consciously to suppress.

This process is well known.

Printed only in the 50s or 60s Take a look at the history books.

This process continues to this day. not.

For example, physics taught in universities More than 100 years old, mostly quantum

ignores the physics. Specific advanced rules of physics to suppress technologies

manipulate people to mislead taught in a given way.

Similar manipulations in all areas of our society in progress.

Therefore, great restoration and structuring will be in need.

Banks from a few days to several weeks will remain closed and then

people will be re-opened with the money saved and the extra money to be shared to everyone.

Based on solid evidence or actual fact a great new training process will begin.

Through community efforts and advanced technologies ecosystems to be improved.

The basic needs of each person will be guaranteed and freedom of creation, institutionalization and travel will be ensured.

If we list all this briefly in key topics for the last time, I think the following items will be enough.

The ranking might change.

The arrest of Kabal has already started.

Reset of Financial Systems.

Discoveries, disclosure of hidden facts, including information about aliens.

New and fair with abundance funds initiation of a financial system.

New state and political system, education system, health system, history information and training etc.

Humanity is slowly awakening to the fact that there are extraterrestrial positive beings and to our galactic connections.

Introduction to new and advanced technologies.

The spiritual development of everyone in the world Starting.

Many more things to look forward to.

Now, I'm sure everyone asks A big question comes.

'When this Great Hadise was realized Waiting?'.

There are many different answers.

Predicting the future is a risky business.

So for example at two different times when you visit two different media,

for example, in your twenties and thirty think of your age as the other,

these psychics are probably will give two different answers.

These psychics during your visit to them the question you are asking

infinite number of potential future realities, that is, from your timesheets

vibrations and intentions make predictions.

In life, where you met in life have played a role or in the future, future

each person who will take part in the timeline, has the power to change your future.

Potentially important in your life everyone who plays a role is like a forked path in the pathway.

However, in the timing of this Great Hadise the possibility of false estimation,

compared to any other event, The probability is more than millions of times.

Original estimate from human collective differentiated, calculated or different from the one shown

time to create a timeline and many micro-environments that can affect the space

and there are macro factors.

Date of the incident cannot be predicted we say yes.

But some of the ideas I will not hide from you, of course.

Some 2025, some 2030 or 32 and some of them also run out of this century at the latest

to be completed.

If you ask me and of course also channeling

yes, this century it will be.

But of course I like you all to be 2030 I want it from the heart.

Many factors and groups are involved.

And many information snippets of people This process to ensure the safety

you have to stay hidden inside.

When big Hadise actually happened should be kept in mind regardless of

The most important thing is that this cosmic, magnificent and miraculous that spiritual Hadise is inevitable.

Definitely will.

The light is already victorious!

Absolutely nothing can prevent the Nova Earth from occurring here in our physical reality right now.

In the sky, already in high-dimensional realms to participate in the extremely lively celebrations

time is coming very soon.

Joy and great joy, all in this Universe echoing throughout galaxies.

All of the light in all Galactic societies their fraternities,

past-future lives; different all races and civilizations,

To embrace humanity and welcome It is ready.

To be a soul and the fact that everything is one they are ready to accept you.

So everyone can be ready we are creating this multi-information network.

We try to be active in every platform.

To what extent and to what extent whether or not there is a support

I am waiting for you to communicate with each of you thinking.

It's not the time to sleep or drows.

For this topic please just write me on my facebook page.

A link to the statement is available.

Yeah, I've got a good news for you. there is.

Now that we have finished the subject of Hadise, almost everyone's perception of most of you

and form of understanding, I can give resources came to a state.

Therefore, many of English, Turkish I'il give you a source.

If it's relevant, article, recording, visually no matter what the description

I will add the link.

Now a nice news about the subject Then come on.

As awakened spirits prepared for Hadise,

We regularly organize mass meditations around the world.

Some of these may include through the channels of the world to us

and the upper dimension of light forces there are times when they do very important cleaning.

In the meantime, all the light workers in the world and from all awakened spirits, at this time

collectively lights a meditation and they want them to help.

Very important mass meditations like this get healing meditations done weekly, get regular

Those who want to all activities like this you will join slowly.

Come to you from these important mass meditation events let me share some information from someone's report.

In the meantime, yes, after great meditations, A detailed meditation report is published.

What was achieved and what was provided.

Although I had a brief summary it was a long record.

Let's see what was told.

11 August 2018 Freedom in Solar Eclipse Meditation Report and Planet Update

70% of the critical mass thanks to our meditation we have reached.

The critical mass, meanwhile, is the number of lightworkers incarnated to aid 144 thousand people.

Meditation has not reached all of its goals our ability has become important.

With our meditation, the unilateral appearance of the Earth, holding a congested quarantine, has been solved.

This will also take about a month sequence cleaning sequence initiated.

After this process, the general situation will be evaluated and a new report will be provided.

As a result of our meditation, we Many plasma abnormalities in orbit around Earth

and plasma toplet bombs were cleared.

Plasma in all remaining toplet bombs abnormalities are now being drawn towards the earth.

Management of Yaldaboath formation almost completely scattered,

Plasmid parasites in the sudden dispersion also decreased considerably.

A few more ballast bombs will be removed next month.

The Powers of the Pleiades on March 8, Mjolnir when in contact with the surface of the planet

surface cleaning application began.

Surface cleaning operations as expected proved to be much more challenging

because in the vast majority of cases The surface population does not follow the spiritual guidance.

People do not follow their internal guidelines because of the Arkon's mind control software

they were directed to selfishness.

Disorientation of people in this orientation creates and

Nash can not grasp the balance and neutrality correctly.

Nash equilibrium; the actions of each individual, all other connected individuals

According to the concept that should choose.

So each choice, only their interests not in the interests of the whole community

Nash equilibrium is ensured.

People are wrong, others don't count

they assume they will be better.

This front is extremely difficult to see, the balance creates a society that is prone to corruption

surface members unbalanced and chaotic free n-body will exhibit a problematic attitude.

So what is the n-body problem?

N pieces of particles and particles each

simulate systems where net force changes is the problem.

It is a system of 100 electrons. think.

Each electron is specific on one another a force of direction and magnitude effect

and the magnitude of each force connected to the distance will change continuously or discontinuously.

This variability is the opposite of equilibrium.

Since March, Light Forces surface more effective strategies

and protocols removal of critical bombings

will be put into practice together.

Dark forces trying to hide secret is always the best possible

they try to accumulate pain have the planet and the planet,

agglomeration for the primary anomaly of the entire universe was served as a central point of the vortex.

Until the Arkon invaded the world, this suffering planet, Orion constellation

Rigel was in the star system.

Then, this focus was transferred to Earth and since 1996,

The world is at the center point of the primary anomaly agglomeration vortex for the universe.

Earth-based dark forces from Orion incoming primary dark plasma flow,

During the World War II, nuclear explosions, especially to Earth

and the pentacle of Nazi concentration camps tried to redirect with.

Underground military bases since the 1960s programming, Solar Warden since the 1960s

through the secret space program front Drakos infiltration into our solar system.

And unfortunately, the "1994 Rwandan genocide" post in 1996 between the World and Rigel

open a dark wormhole portal they succeeded.

Since then, primary dark plasma and the dark anomaly flow is flowing towards the Earth's surface.

Star of the stars energy and AN White Fever is the antidote of this flow.

Therefore, our meditation has finally succeeded in starting to appeal to the origin of all evils.

and forcing him out of the universe forever began the process.

August 11 Since our eclipse meditation, Galactic Command forces planetary liberation

they started the next stage and now, They were very strongly involved in our solar system.

It contains more detail on the subject and describe this situation in a relatively accurate manner

link to an English article I leave it to the description.

But briefly to mention the sun Our system is strongly in existence

Continuing Galactic Command forces include:

1. Jupiter Command:

In the Solar System, beyond the asteroid belt,

Ganymede Extraction Plant from Galactic Center

operation of all negative assets takes place with purpose.

2. Located in the Solar System and the first goal in the World Ashtar Command.

3. Not much about unknown Atlantis Command.

Years ago, Ashtar Command, Ascension through a channel called Eric Klein for the process

guided quite a job.

Two videos in the description link, a communication within the Star Fellowship

This is the records of these channel sessions.

Those who speak English can listen but if I find a volunteer to translate, I also think of vocalizing.

You can wait if you wish.

Yes, this important section has come to the end we are, my friends.

I know that most of you need more watching taking notes.

But for those who have forgotten and forgotten,

any in a way

Waiting to connect via facebook page.

Our first priority is the language translations do not forget it.

Your individual awakening and ascent Let the light be full.

The universe is full of mysteries.

K-12 Release 13.11 - Duration: 4:05.

Hi! My name is Derek and I'm part of the K12

Content Design and Development team at Blackbaud.

Here's what's new for the October 17 release.

Core and General Features

We have added a Days present column to the Students list.

This column displays the number of days a

student was present during the specified timeframe for the list.

Through People Finder, you can now search on

name, student ID, user ID, host ID, or email,

helping you to better locate the correct individual.

Also, on the Contact Card, you can completely

remove Host ID and delete the user photo.

We changed the default User List results to

better match the Edit User Profile Data results.

Academics

We are continuing to make improvements to

our Report Card Builder. For our Canadian Schools,

they can add the Standard and Compulsory codes

as columns to the details section of a report card.

Simply add a new column to the Courses/Groups

grid and select Standard code or Compulsory for the column drop down.

When adding a legend to a report card, you

now have the ability to include the Numeric

equivalent for each grade translation. Once a

grade translation is selected, mark the box for

Numeric equivalent to select to include it.

Finally, schools can now add Test Scores to

report cards. When in Design form, expand the

Summary section and drag over Test scores to

include them on the report card. Managers can

then specify which Test scores they would like to include on the report card.

In addition, we've added a character counter to

student To Do tasks, letting them know when

they're nearing the 500 character limit.

From Marking periods & grade access,

academic group managers and teachers can

now set marking period and school year cumulative grade access.

Edit the marking period you want to modify and

you can now select whether or not to show,

hide, or only show these grades for a certain

amount of time for the following roles:

Advisors,

Dorm supervisors,

Parents,

Students,

and Coaches.

We've also kicked off an Early Adopter

Program for the new Transcript builder!

This updated Transcript builder works on the

same drag and drop interface as the recently

mentioned Report card builder. Schools can get

a visual of their transcript as they build it!

Managers drag different sections and data from

the tool tray to transcript view.

If your school is interested in participating in

our EAP for Transcript builder, check out our

release letter for a link to sign up!

Links in the description.

Enrollment management

Inquiry, Application, and School forms now

support additional gender options. In addition

to Male and Female, admissions

managers can select Other.

Existing forms won't have this option available

by default to avoid showing Other where it

wasn't previously available. New forms that are

built have this option enabled by default, but it can be turned off if desired.

When working with School Forms for

candidates or students, admissions managers

can now view and download attachments from

Files and Forms on the sidebar.

These files include any attachments currently on the Candidate Profile.

Excited about this addition?

We'll have more to say about the Files and Forms tile in the future.

Stay tuned.

Remember to check out the release letter for

details about features mentioned in this video

and information about additional new features and enhancements.

As always, thanks for watching!

Узор ситец на четном количестве стоек - Duration: 10:02.

Hello dear friends My name is Lada and in of this video I will show how to weave a pattern

chintz single tubes at even

number of racks with the transition to a rope in 3 tubes I will try very

show in detail all the nuances of weaving this pattern so if you need this theme

interesting then stay with me as well I warn you that I am weaving

of the pattern itself on the training machine therefore do not look at the quality of weaving

here it is not important here the principle of weaving the pattern itself is important

also do not pay attention to different extraneous sounds

knocking squealing is our neighbor having fun and nothing can be done with him

So we begin to weave the seed itself here at me a row with a string in 2 tubes

completely closed so I add new working ducts if you are not

closed the row then you can turn the workers tubes from the previous row

into chintz weaving tubes and so I insert one work tube next to

resistant of course one pipe on an even

the number of racks chintz weave impossible just will not work will not be

offset so I add the second work tube

at the next rack like this and start weaving with the first tube and

this is how we get in front of the bar for the stand classic chintz in front of the bar

for the rack and so on in a circle

chintz is generally better to weave in shape so racks will be smoother, but if you are sure of

you can not form use your main watch racks

here we increase the work tube

increased weave further behind the counter in front of the counter

come to the beginning here we have inserted 2 working tube it goes after

1 to get the offset because if we weave further this one

the work tube will not work with us offset we will have such an order

there is a pepper stand behind the counter in front of the stand behind the counter and we need it here

so that the tube goes behind the bar so we add

This second tube is so that it goes to catch up to 1 and in this way

there will be an offset here we have laid down before the pepper stand

behind the reception desk we have had this shift

the straw weaves iafter 1

so we can weave the networks on even numbers of racks, everything is fine

it turns out they have increased the work tube weave further you can weave in batches

that is, at first, one pipe was , for example, half a circle or a whole circle before

of the next work tube and then with the second work tube weave and you can

I immediately caught up with me here caught up with each other and now I will show

how to catch up with them on the walls, that is, our first business makes both mouths 2

immediately after her, but here you need to just decide how you want me to

for example, it's not very convenient, according to this scheme, I got used first to the first working

with a straw weave some distance that I need for example half a circle

and then catch up with and 2 working pipe

so it turns back to this place we take this working tube and

catching up does not need to press the rows too close to each other then all the beauty and

a DAC is lost when a fox is that besides this one with wicker rows here

racks are still visible very well if for example racks of some

in contrasting colors will then weaving will look very

interesting but we are catching up

when I whip in small portions small distances there are not very

it is easy to keep the racks in a straight position in equal position from each other

when I whip up a dog however one thing is it is very difficult for me to cope with stands

here, too, about this nuance must be remembered so we get the alternation

two pipes to catch up so you fly in height as much as you

need rows

so I wove as many rows as I need, that's what I did

very nice chintz in my opinion I reached the beginning of the row where we are

inserted new working tubes right here and it turned out that they are coming out

2 workers can start one of them weave a rope in two tubes you can

start weaving a string in 3 tubes if you add one more addition

there is it all to your taste and color, you can change

these tubes have a color and then you have the next row will be a different color

I will show, for example, how to weave a string in 3 tubules I substitute on this side

one more tube there I will cut it inside then paste it and now I'll start

weave a string in 3 tubes as we weave, that is, starting from the left tubes

at last two in one for one here has increased and

continue and so quietly we had a transition from hanging to rope in

3 tubes so calmly continue to weave

neatly stand if you weave without a form , be very very attentive and

alert

finish the series come to the beginning

here we have just the beginning, that is, here is a new working tube that we

substituted a row for you as close a row and bring it to a new one

showed here in this video in the tips now the link will jump out and in the description

I will surely also leave the link with us with you made the transition to a new row and

the rope in 3 tubes closed easily and the transition from

fits to the string in 3 tubes, friends, but you and I got such a calico

together with the transition to the rope in 3 tubes here we have the transition point it

almost invisible and it is not visible that of course pleases

I really hope that the video you liked and was useful and was

understandable be sure to write in your comments

reviews your questions if they are be sure to put big fingers

up subscribe to the channel and share this video with friends in social networks so you

help the channel develop and spread this kind of needlework and

I wish you further easy weaving inspiration and see you very soon in

next video broadcast bye for now

✅ Jakie są powody kobiecej histerii? - Duration: 4:50.

fot. Fotolia  W naszej rodzinnej firmie pracujemy oboje z żoną, z córką i synem

Brak pogłębionej wymiany myśli, odczuć i emocji.

Jeśli problem tkwi w kosztach wesela, to należy je precyzyjnie policzyć i ocenić możliwości

Przyczyn zmian w organizmie i swojej psychice zaczyna ona wówczas upatrywać właśnie w czynnikach zewnętrznych

Łatwiej powiedzieć samej sobie: „zdenerwowałam się z powodu złych informacji przeczytanych w gazecie, problemów z córką i z mężem" niż spokojnie przeanalizować przyczynę nadmiernej drażliwości
