Hydrating Weight-Loss Cooler | Easy, Tasty & Healthy Coriander Oats Masala Chaas Recipe - Duration: 3:11.

This yummy and reinvigorating Coriander Oats delight is just what you need to help beat the heat!

We'll start by soaking some roasted oats, flax seeds and cumin seeds to break down their starches.

This helps improve digestibility.

The oats will soak up most of the water and become soft in texture.

Don't add too much water as straining the water will toss out the nutrients.

Flax seeds aid in hair growth and has anti-cancerous properties.

Next we'll add some water to the Yogurt and churn it into a smooth and lump free consistency.

You may add more or less water depending on how runny you want your chaas to be.

Then we'll chop some fresh ginger into pieces for that earthy flavour

And chillies for that hint of spice.

Ginger aids in digestion, reduces nausea and helps burn fat.

It also has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.

Using a Chutney Jar will give you better paste as compared to the Juice Jar.

You may add some water to the blender to help form the paste.

Ensure you do not add too much as you don't want your paste to be too runny.

Then we'll pluck a handful of coriander leaves for that lemony citrusy flavour.

Rich in dietary fiber, Iron & Magnesium, Coriander leaves help reduce cholesterol, menstrual

disorders and detox the kidneys.

To that we'll add the soaked mixture, ginger-chilli paste, buttermilk, stevia & Black salt.

Stevia is a natural, zero-calorie sweetener

made from the stevia plant.

Stevia has anti-allergic properties and is considered great for diabetics.

Black salt is a cooling salt and is ideal for summers.

Black Salt helps regulate blood pressure and cures heartburn.

Finally, blend the mixture to form an even consistency or until your Coriander breaks

down.

Taste your Chaas and add more salt if required.

Blitz it again, and you're ready to serve!

Your refreshing & hydrating Coriander Chaas, fresh from the Glamrs kitchen is ready to

be guzzled!

Stay cool & thank you for watching!
