Youtube daily report Aug 28 2017

Hi. My name is Jeff Jakab. I'm one of the IP hardware PLMs

in the IP and Optical Network business unit.

I'm going to talk to you today about some fantastic

new additions that we're making to the 7750 product family.

And they are the 7750 SR-s product series.

It's a family of four products that will expand,

starting with the SR-14s, with three smaller versions:

the SR-7s, the SR-2s and the SR-1s.

The 14s itself has 12 line card slots - XMAs;

the 7s six XMAs; the 2s two XMAs;

and the 1s a fixed form factor with one XMA in it.

The SR-s series will fully leverage the capabilities that we have

with FP4 silicon, which is a 2.4 Tb/s, half duplex chipset.

We've always talked about FP generation over generation

as being a non-compromised chipset.

and now we have a fully non-compromised chassis

that matches the capabilities of what we can deliver

with densification with FP4.

On the SR-s series,

each XMA will support a total switch capacity

of up to 4.8 Tb/s full duplex that can support

intelligent oversubscription of up to 12 Tb/s per XMA.

What this will allow for is new architectures year over year

that can collapse additional layers of aggregation

in front of these chassis into a single common design

with common management in a single unified platform.

We have another chassis here. This is the SR-7s.

This one has full control redundancy, fabric redundancy,

the same as the 14s. The 7s also has

optional control redundancy built into it.

Here the version of the chassis has a single CPM,

a single control processing module, in it.

It's available also with two CPMs and five XMAs,

or a single CPM and six XMAs.

The remaining two platforms that we have in the

product series are the SR-2s and the SR-1s.

They take two XMAs and one XMA,

again supporting the same level of intelligent fan-in/fan-out

on the rest of the product series

with up to 12 Tb/s of capacity on each one of those slots.

Recording Day | TrainTool - Duration: 2:08.

Hi, my name is Lian.

I am project manager universities and partners at TrainTool

I've been working here since November 2015 and at recording days, I act as director.

Hi, my name is Tamara Mesman. I am project manager and director at TrainTool.

I've been doing this with great pleasure since October 2016.

For an actor, I think it is important that they fit the client's goal.

So: Is this actor realistic enough for the situation that the participant will see?

The client will also give their consent: This actor is good, let's use him!

During the recording day itself, it is important that it is realistic,

it feels natural and smooth, so the actor really has to know his or her lines.

So, I'm carrying the script around the entire day. Not only does it include

which actor will be in the videos and which locations we have booked, but also the lines,

the situation of the scene and the instruction for the participant. I will walk through it before the scene,

so we both know what is going to happen next, and what the actor has to do in the scene.

-Yeah, it is quite a critical remark of course, so you can

really give it that intention, as long as it is not too direct.

When deciding what kind of shot we will do, I will always discuss with the cameraman first.

What is best for the lighting and sound?

Furthermore, I personally like it when there is something going on in the background, so it's a little dynamic.

Some lines in the background always help.

So you're not just standing in front of a white, blank wall.

But it shouldn't be to distracting. If there is too much going on,

the risk exists that the participant will lose focus on the actor.

The most important part of my role as a director is that I make sure

the videos will be exactly like the client imagined.

A satisfied customer means I'm satisfied too.

Stacy London Talks Style: Episode 3 – Versatility - Duration: 7:15.

- Hi!

- [Nicole] Hi!

- [Stacy] How are you?

- [Nicole] Good, how are you?

- [Stacy] I'm great!

- It's awesome to kind of see

different people's perspective.

- [Latesha] Then there's never a bad time of day

to put on a cute little shirt.

- Hi, I'm Stacy London for Massini At Meijer

and I'm here with three fashionistas today to talk

about key fall pieces and how to dress them up

or dress them down.

Versatility's pretty important, right Nicole?

- Oh, yeah.

I think that dressing a piece up or down

is like my philosophy.

I love this skirt.

It has the flirtiness of the lace.

- Stand up so we can just get a look at it,

because you wore it with sneakers.

- I did!

- There's something really cool

about the way you've done this.

- I decided to dress it down considering

it has this athletic waistband

and I thought it was just the perfect look.

- I think that's really cute.

- Yeah, and what I love about that

is the midi skirt is very easy to dress up or dress down.

I think that length lends itself to a casual shoe,

but it also lends itself to a heel.

And again, one of the things that we've been talking

a lot about this whole season is mixing the kind

of hard with the soft, right?

So this athletic inspiration that you see

on my cuff or your waistband goes

with this kind of tulle skirt or with the lace.

And to me, that's how you have the versatility,

because you have more than one feeling in the piece itself.

It's almost like a Gemini like me.

(women laugh)

So now, tell me about, you know, again, versatility.

Like when you've got a printed bomber,

how do you play with it?

- How I would play with it is

I like to keep it with simple pieces.

For me, like sometimes I actually have a trouble,

like a harder time with floral prints,

so that's not what I would be best at.

I would definitely do really good with the skirt though,

because I feel like I could play that up with

like a little t-shirt or even like a cream cardigan.

And like spice it up with a couple different things

so I could wear it out to an event

or I could just wear it around the house

and just be super cute.

But sometimes I do have a harder time

when it comes to different colors,

so that's definitely my weakness in the fashion world.

So like, I've never worn a teal before,

but I love the way that it looks on this jacket.

It was definitely put together so nice.

- Yeah, I actually, I love the teal color with your hair.

And, you know, it's interesting

that you're talking about the skirt

the way you were talking about it,

because the idea of it, like a little t-shirt,

you know, you did a bomber with like kind of

more sophisticated necklace,

but you're talking about like a cream cardigan

and you could do, guys, a ballet flat

with that would just be killer.

And again, you know, we have this skirt both

in black and in olive and so I think--

- You know I gravitate towards green!

- You're right, you're already about the green!

But again, that gives you the kind of versatility

where black, you know, generally we assume that

that could be more evening, right?

But it doesn't have to be,

because if you wore a shiny shirt like that with olive,

you could totally make that an evening outfit!

- [Myka] That would be really pretty, especially for fall!

- Well it's funny though, because my mind automatically

went to evening when I saw this skirt.

- [Stacy] Really?

- I absolutely adore it, but I have this thing

for black and white, and then I would have thrown

on some sort of power lip, so ...

- I mean, we know that you would

have thrown on some sort of power lip.

And it's really funny, because when

you were saying black and white, I'm like,

"Oh my God, Janelle Monae only wears black and white."

So you know, it's really funny to me,

that the interest in terms of color

would be the bold lip.

I think that's kind of fascinating.

That to me is great versatility,

when you can find something that you

can dress up or dress down.

- Right.

- And you know, again, another piece

that we have in the collection this fall is velvet,

and that would be beautiful with a skirt for cocktail.

- [Nicole] Oh, yeah!

Right? I think that would be really, really nice.

I have to go back to the idea of the ballet flat,

because, you know, there are ballet flats in Meijer

that are velvet that just, I mean,

I literally want every pair,

because I feel like they will go

with the entire Massini collection.

And you know, again, when you start to think about that,

when you start to think about

what you're gonna pair things with, then you think like,

"What's better with a heel?

What's better with a flat?"

You know, usually that's about a pant,

and with a skirt that's this length,

then you have a lot of versatility.

And I'm just curious how you feel about shine for day.

- Oh, I'm all about it, but I'm a sparkle girl,

so, you know, I'll wear it morning, noon, or night.

I think it has a lot to do with a person's personality,

so if you're someone that's into the shimmer and the shine,

then there's never a bad time of day to put

on a cute little shirt from Massini.

- That's shiny.

- I would wear that during the day.

- Well, see, but that's interesting to me,

because you were saying before

about like a little cream sweater,

so now I'm starting to think of you as kind of more classic.

Like this is what I love about the collection.

- [Myka] Seeing how other people's minds work.

- One hundred percent!

You can come to this collection

and everybody will have a different way to style it.

I think this is so important.

Every aspect of the way that you dress matters.

Don't you think?

I mean, you put this together in a very specific way.

I want you to talk more about why you chose what you chose.

- Yeah, I mean, I chose a very basic black tee,

'cause I'm not the biggest fan of color.

For some reason, I just don't feel that with me,

it really brings out my confidence.

So I'm mostly black and white.

I saw this skirt, I thought it was absolutely gorgeous,

I love athleisure.

I'm a college student, so athleisure is kind of my thing,

and I paired it with this bomber jacket,

which I actually decided to size up in,

because I felt that that way was more versatile

with a pair of sneakers, and I'm literally ready

to go to class or hit them up for happy hour.

- What, I'm not invited?

(women laugh)

But okay, that's interesting, because I would have said,

"Oh, is the bomber too long for this skirt?"

But you did that on purpose.

So that to me is interesting.

Like there was thought that went

into the way you wanted it to look.

- I sized up, yeah.

- And that you sized it up, thinking, "I could wear this

with a t-shirt and jeans."

Now, it's so interesting to me

'cause you're a college student.

Do you feel like this skirt is still okay?

Like I know college students who go

to classes in their pajamas.

- I mean, sometimes, but--

- Don't tell me that you do, because then

I'm not letting you leave the studio,

so you won't graduate.

- I'm gonna need the whole Massini line.

I mean, I don't know.

I feel like fashion is what I make of it,

and if I want to wear this skirt to class, I can.

- Yeah, I mean, I really like the idea

that a college student can wear this skirt

and make it casual enough to work in that environment.

And then you can wear it, you know, out for cocktails.

- And that a college student can afford this stuff.

- True.

- It's glamorous and affordable!

I mean, come on!

- And there's so many events on campus,

like after you're done with school,

even if you're still super casual,

you can just like pop off and be like,

"Yep, we're going to the next event."

- And you know what else I think is great?

Is that that's the type of skirt

that you can take into a job interview.

- Absolutely!

- The idea that these pieces can have a longer life

because at each stage of life, you're going to need

pieces that can do different things for you

I think is pretty important.

Ladies, I want to thank you so much for joining me,

and keep checking back for more episodes

on fall style at Meijer.

Miley Cyrus fondles an elderly dancer's BREASTS - Duration: 3:13.

Miley Cyrus fondles an elderly dancer's BREASTS

It was a rather tame performance for Miley Cyrus. And while the 24-year-old managed to steer clear of twerking against any men twice her age she did grope a woman who could very well be her grandmother.

Miley promised her own father Billy Ray Cyrus she would be on her best behavior before her performance at the MTV VMAs, after her infamously lewd dancer routine at the 2013 show.

The singer performed her new single, and the title song of her upcoming album, Younger Now during the awards show.

Keeping her clothes on and her dance moves to the generic, the superstar however could not help but add a bit of the strange to her performance.

During the live show Miley groped the breasts of an elderly woman, who in exchange also performed the same act on Miley.

Later in the evening, the former Disney star wore an Elvis inspired blue suit with her hair slicked back while posing with pals backstage.

The VMAs, hosted by Katy Perry with performances by Miley and Ed Sheeran, was tamer than most years, not relying on the shock value and wild antics of past shows. Instead, touching performances and powerful speeches took center stage.

Logic performed his inspirational song 1-800-273-8255, named after the phone number for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. He was joined onstage with suicide attempt survivors as well as singers Alessia Cara (best dance video winner) and Khalid (best new artist winner).

Lyrics from Logics song include: I dont wanna be alive/I just wanna die today and I want you to be alive/You dont got to die today..

Kesha introduced the performance and also offered words of encouragement: As long as you dont give up on yourself, light will break through the darkness.

Pink was also emotional when she accepted the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award after performing a medley of her songs, telling the audience a story about her daughter, who was sitting in the crowd with her father Carey Hart.

Pink said her daughter recently told her that Im the ugliest girl I know. I look like a boy with long hair..

Pink said she then showed her 6-year-old daughter photos of performers such as Michael Jackson, David Bowie, Janis Joplin, George Michael, Elton John and Freddie Mercury.

Earlier that day, Miley posted an Instagram photo of herself twerking on Robin Thicke at the 2013 VMAs, ribbing her father Billy Ray Cyrus: Sorry Dad. Ill be good tonight I promise. @vmas.

Miley had added a slightly translucent image of Billys face to the photo, making it appear as though his spirit were watching the proceedings.

Her memorable performance at the 2013 awards show had seen her dressed in nude lingerie and Robin in a black and white striped suit. People in costume as massive multicolored bears frolicked around the stage amid the two pop acts.

This Sunday, Miley had also posted a photo of herself with an Elvis-esque studded powder blue jacket, as well as a bouffant redolent of the King Of Rock.

MILEY CYRUS PERFORMING TONIGHT, read text at the bottom fo the screen, and shes captioned: @vmas #YoungerNow. Shes posted another Instagram photo of herself with her back to the camera, revealing the words Younger Now across the back of another studded jacket.

Younger Now is the name of Mileys sixth studio album - out next month - as well as the records second single, which was released on August 18.

AudioSculpt 8 : Explorer le spectre / Exploring spectrum - Duration: 3:18.

Exploring spectrum, understanding the importance of the parameters.

Hi ! in this video, let's explore the spectrum of a sound through different analysis parameters.

Here is a bell sound:

Let's start and zoom on a part of the spectrum, one with the most activity.

Then, pick the Magic Wand tool in the tool bar (upper left) to explore the sonagram.

Just like the magic wand in Photoshop, the part you click on is a color zone with close colors.

It means here : a spectrum zone where amplitudes are almost the same.

Listen by pressing the space bar.

Then select different zones by clicking and holding shift.

and listen by pressing the space bar.

What you hear is a resynthesis of the part of the sound.

Resynthesis comes from an analysis made before, at the moment the sonagram was calculated, when the soft was launched.

Now, let's observe the difference of representation when changing the analysis parameters.

Open the parameter window of the FFT sonagram with cmd-d.

The main parameter to modify is the Window size.

We had previously made an analysis with the default parameter : 4000 samples.

With a shorter window (2000 samples), let's cut the sound in more frequent slices.

and detect more rythmic life inside the sound.

Now notice that the frequency representation is quite blurry.

Listen to the resynthesis of this zone of the sound with this representation:

select this zone around 700 Hz with shift held down, and then press the space bar.

here, you hear the sound as a vibration.

With a quite long window (16000 samples), you slice the sound less often:

and consequently represent the rhythmic variations with a lesser precision,

but a much better way for the frequencies.

Listen to the resynthesis of the same sound zone with this parameters:

you cleary hear a rhythmic difference : the vibration is no more represented - at the same speed, at least.

Anyway, you have a much better precision in the representation of the partials.

So we see here that the analysis window size as a crucial importance for the sound representation.

So how to get an ideal representation? It's impossible to have temporal and spectral precision at the same time.

It will depend on your musical use.

Yet, on a sound like this one:

it may be relevant to use the adaptative sonagram called 3AS.

This algorithm allows to choose the window size automatically, depending on the local features of the sound signal.

The sound is represented in a more optimal way in its rhythmic and resonant parts.

How To Make A Gold And Pink Globe | Vintage Inspired Room Decor - Duration: 3:31.

Hi everyone

So to make this adorable gold and rosy globe

we're first going to repaint this 'mount' thing

First with a white layer of acrylic paint to hide the metal underneath and then giving it a brown-ish color :)

So next we're going to paint the "water" part of the globe with a white color to cover the blue

then giving it a precious coat in the shade pearl pink

I then proceeded to paint the "earthy" part with gold acrylic paint

just in case some of the gold leaf gold would flake off, then it wouldn't be as noticeable

then cover the golden land with glue

and let it sit for 15 minutes

then carefully place a gold leaf over the glued area

and press it down gently with a soft clean brush

continue till all glued areas are covered and leave it for a couple of hours to dry

when the glue is completely dry, take your fluffy brush and dust away

MT & Associates Interview with MCDHH - Duration: 14:17.

Hi!

Today's Vlog highlights the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, also known

as MCDHH.

MCDHH is dedicated to supporting the Deaf, Interpreting, and Business communities throughout

Missouri.

Most know MCDHH for providing sign language interpreter testing, hosting the annual conference,

or organizing Deaf events.

But MCDHH does a lot more than that.

And we have Jessica here today from MCDHH who is an interpreter certification specialist,

and she's going to explain more about what MCDHH does.

Jessica, thank you for being here with us today.

Thank you for having me.

I'm thrilled to be here.

Aside from interpreter testing and the annual conference, what other things does MCDHH do?

We do a great deal of advocacy.

We provide support specialists, advise the community about hearing aids, and propose

things like the SSP bill.

We provide information about accessibility rights, 911 texting, and present bills to

the state government.

We are generally involved in community advocacy.

Additionally, we gather workshop information and administer it to local interpreters.

We process CEUs.

And we organize events for the conference.

These are the primary goals of MCDHH.

But we also partner with other organizations to assist if they need advocacy support or

referrals for parents with Deaf children.

Really there's a huge list of things we do and there's a lot going on even now.

If you want more information, I'd be happy to provide it.

What I like about MCDHH is when you come to them with a problem they actually spend a

lot of time considering any concerns with an open mind.

And I feel like whenever they solve problems they're able to do that equitably.

And that's something that's really great for anyone that you're doing advocacy for.

So consumers reach out to MCDHH for various reasons and various concerns, and MCDHH in

turn advocates for them.

Yes, we do have a lot of involvement in advocacy.

One recently established program is the MO visor cards with the local police department.

Through the years, there have been issues with Deaf drivers who are pulled over for

a routine traffic stop.

But communication with the officer is a challenge.

In the past, we had a different card.

I don't know if you remember.

They said "ADA" on them along with other details about "requesting an interpreter."

When officers would look at this, they didn't understand what an interpreter was or why

they were requested.

These cards were really unhelpful.

Many people contacted us to let us know their concerns about this failure in the system.

So after much debate, we decided to create a new type of visor card with pictures.

We successfully implemented them and then went to police departments and MO Hwy Patrol

to provide training.

We educated about the cards and about Deaf culture so when officers encounter someone

who is Deaf or hard of hearing they will have some background and understanding of how to

approach them.

After the training we passed out the visor cards to the community.

So here you can see what the pictures look like.

Once the front is shown to the officer, then they can read the back to understand what

each picture means.

The officer can point to a picture indicating why the driver was pulled over.

Then the driver can comfortably pull out their license and registration without the officer

being afraid they are reaching for a weapon.

When we distribute the cards, we inform the Deaf person they should place it in or above

their sun visor.

This is of course why the handout is called a "visor card."

The purpose of this is for easy retrieval.

Once the officer has established communication, they can safely take the license and registration

from the driver.

It's been very successful.

Now we've been trying to provide the training in more rural areas.

We are expanding our reach since we have completed training in the larger cities.

Several out-of-state Deaf people have heard about our visor cards and contact us with

interest in having it in their state.

We tell them the cards are set up for MO only, but they can contact their Deaf and Hard of

Hearing commission about them.

So we've begun partnering with other states to expand our advocacy.

That's great.

So you've worked at MCDHH for a little while now, and MCDHH also looks on passing bills.

What was one bill that MCDHH has dedicated to passing, and how long does that take?

Yes, we are excited about one bill in particular.

We began writing the bill in 2015 and it is for SSPs.

Service Support Providers lead someone who is deafblind and allow for access to information

that is otherwise inaccessible to them.

This year we proposed the bill again, and it was passed!

This means now someone who is deafblind can get support from an SSP.

Also, SSPs can now get paid for their work and recognized for their work.

More training can be provided for SSPs to be more accessible in the deafblind community

and community as a whole.

There are several other bills, four other bills we have proposed but have not gone through.

But don't worry; we plan to propose them again in the future.

We are continuing to try to push them through.

If you're curious, feel free to contact MCDHH for more information about these bills.

And going back to the SSP bill.

What does an SSP actually do for a DeafBlind person?

And then how long did it take for that bill to pass?

You said 2 years?

An SSP is a Service Support Provider.

Their role is to support someone who is DeafBlind.

For example, when they go into a store, how do they know where to go?

Well, the SSP's responsibility is to lead them through explaining what the story layout

is and what it looks like.

They also describe to them what is written on packaging and signs through tactile sign

language.

This is how most DeafBlind people communicate.

So the SSP can explain the environment around them through this method.

Another wonderful example is when a DeafBlind person goes into a restaurant.

To place their order, first they may get a menu in braille.

Once they've chosen, the server may still be unable to understand their order choice.

This is where the SSP comes into play.

The SSP interprets how much food costs, what the restaurant looks like, and when to order.

Their goal is to give the DeafBlind person as much independence and empowerment as possible.

They only lead the person when necessary and communicate the setting.

Then the DeafBlind person can make choices for themselves.

So the SSP makes sure all is communicated so interactions and experiences can have smooth

outcomes.

Really there is a huge list of examples, but those are just two primary ones.

How can the Deaf, Hearing, and Interpreter community support MCDHH?

What a great question!

I can make suggests for each community.

One great example is getting involved in our Legislative Day.

We recently hosted this.

For the Deaf community who wants to know about it, we first create a promotional video in

sign language about the Legislative Day.

I give an explanation about what it is and when it will occur.

And then we show me on the screen sharing how to meet your state senator and who your

senator is.

We explain who our representatives are and who our other legislators are.

We also include a contact list on our website.

If you are unable to attend that day, you can record a video of you signing, send written

text, or call us on the video phone to make legislation suggestions.

If using the video phone, we keep track of what you say.

We gather all the information and suggestions, and then we take those to our representatives.

This is a great way for Deaf who use sign language to make suggestions.

For the hard of hearing community, people who may not use sign language or feel comfortable

making a video, you can contact us through email or Facebook.

We gather this information as well and present it to our representatives.

Facebook is one media of communication that's really taken off!

Often times, people can't attend our Legislative Day but they still want to offer their support

and be involved.

Through Facebook, we can now show LIVE video of the day.

This year was the first time we used it, and it seemed to work well.

People were able to comment on the video LIVE so we could gather their comments.

And then after Legislative Day, we took the suggestions from the LIVE feed to representatives

and legislators.

We could then explain people's concerns and questions.

And this worked great for us!

For the hearing community, you can also view us on Twitter.

This has become very popular as well as Facebook.

We post about many issues and events and many people share our posts.

For example, an interpreter may know someone who knows nothing about the Deaf community

or sign language.

They can then share information with this person.

So our information really spreads.

It has become a great way for people to show their support of MCDHH and our ambitions through

sharing.

So many people don't realize that MCDHH has a wealth of information.

You guys do Vlogs, you have PDFs, you have the regularly released E-News.

Where can someone access all this information?

Yes, that's a great question.

Recently our website has been going through a renovation.

This is been one of the state's goals.

So now we are trying to make it more user friendly.

Now when you open our website, you will see the E-News right on the front page first thing.

You will also see on the top menu we have options such as resources, certification,

and more.

You can click on what you are interested in for more information.

You will notice everything is expandable.

Instead of being inundated by information right off, you will see a clean page with

clickable information.

Once clicked, it will expand.

We have also added more content that is in sign language.

Everything is more visually friendly.

We share a lot of content on Facebook and Twitter.

Often people contact us curious about why they are not seeing MCDHH videos and content

on their feed.

So what you need to do is click default in your settings on social media.

Many times people "like" our page, but they forget to "follow" us.

Following us is really how to get us on your feed.

So if you make us a default in your settings, you will see our posts first thing in your

feed.

That's often the issue.

People don't realize they need to follow us first to get our content.

We also post a lot on Twitter.

One of our primary posts is our E-News.

We offer it in PDF as well as Word so it is accessible to DeafBlind people who rely on

tactile communication.

We also send an email with our E-News to anyone on our ListServe.

If you'd like to connect with us through any of these medias, contact us and we can

explain their accessibility for anyone.

Thank you, Jessica, for meeting with us and sharing so much information about MCDHH.

So sign up for the MCDHH Missouri Communicator, like them on Facebook, or subscribe to their

YouTube channel.

And you can watch more of their Vlogs at the link below.

Paris Jackson flaunts unshaven underarms as she kisses Caroline D'Amore at the MTV VMAs - Duration: 3:33.

Paris Jackson flaunts unshaven underarms as she kisses Caroline D'Amore at the MTV VMAs

MTV Video Music Awards presenter Paris Jackson locked lips with Caroline DAmore in the press room of the politically-charged ceremony in Los Angeles on Sunday.

The 33-year-old DJ has a two-year-old daughter Isabella at home with her husband of five years, musician Bobby Alt. The 19-year-old IMG Model most likely befriended Caroline through Bobby, who founded Street Drum Corps which currently employs her ex-boyfriend Michael Snoddy.

Radar Online reported back in April that Paris was messaging ladies on the elite dating app, Raya, after her February split from the 26-year-old drummer (who had a Confederate flag tattoo).

The heavily-tattooed wildchild - whos a hippie at heart - made sure to show off her unshaven armpits in her sleeveless Christian Dior dress.

Jackson - who relies on stylist Sonia Young - bared her feet and her Dior bra and boyshorts beneath the sheer nude tulle dress embroidered with flowers and mythical creatures.

The underage socialite was primped by hairstylist Bridget Brager and make-up artist Jo Baker.

Meanwhile, the DAmores Pizza Connection heiress flaunted her legs in a black floral frock designed by alice + olivia, and her hair and make-up were done by Danni Katz.

Earlier, Paris had tongues wagging as she blasted the alt-right and urged the MTV audience to resist while onstage The Forum in Inglewood.

If we were all to put our voices together, do you know the difference we could make? If we were to stand up all united as one, our impact, it would be hyuge. It would be yuge.

Believe me, yuge. And thats not fake news, the former Bernie Sanders supporter said.

So lets leave here tonight remembering that we must show these Nazi, white supremacist jerks in Charlottesville and all over the country. With liberty as our slogan, We have zero tolerance for their violence, for their hatred, and their discrimination.

Jackson expressed her political views before presenting the Moon Person trophy for best pop video to girl group Fifth Harmony and their Done rapper Gucci Mane.

Hope yall got my speech. also hope mtv doesnt hate me lmao! the sober stunner - who boasts over 3.1M social media followers - later wrote on Instagram.

Thank you @mtv for inviting me to present at the @vmas tonight, and giving me a moment on stage to use my platform for something that matters very much to me.

im sorry for switching the script up on you guys, but i had to listen to my heart..

She happens to be the only daughter of the late Michael Jackson, who amassed 85 MTV-related honors including the 1990 Artist of The Decade Vanguard Award before his 2009 death at age 50.

MTV was just a fledgling cable channel when the King of Pop was on the rise as a solo artist - courting millions of viewers with his pioneering videos for Billie Jean, Beat It, and Thriller.

Paris later captioned a snap of her Michael nameplate necklace: Thank you for the good luck tonight. Hope I made you proud.. Back in May, Jackson landed her first major seven-figure fashion campaign fronting Calvin Klein underwear.

The privileged heiress hardly needs the money with the $8M she receives annually from her estimated $100M inheritance as well as additional bonuses at ages 33 and 40 - according to Page Six.

The Star actress will next have one scene as an edgy 20-year-old called Nelly in Nash Edgertons feature directorial debut Gringo, which begins streaming March 9 on Amazon.

The homeschooled teen has come along way since allegedly slashing her wrists and overdosing on pills back in 2013, which led to her enrolling in the $10M Diamond Ranch Academy in Utah.

Meanwhile, its unclear when the goddaughter of Macaulay Culkin last visited her mother, dermatology nurse Debbie Rowe, whos been battling breast cancer.

Feeling Blue: Two Minute Tips with David Bergman - Duration: 2:11.

Hey I'm photographer David Bergman and

this is Two Minute Tips for Adoramatv.

Today's tip is about the often

overlooked 'blue hour'.

have you ever taken

a picture of a city at night, and it

didn't turn out exactly like you

expected. It looks good through your eyes

but just looks dark and uninteresting

through the camera lens, look there are

some tricks you can do, like using

multiple bracketed exposures to make a

single high dynamic range image, but I'll

save that for another tip! The reason

that pictures often don't look right is

that you're shooting at the wrong time

of day. You might think that it looks

best when the sky is dark but then you

have no detail in the sky and it's a lot

of wasted space in your photo.

Traditionally a good time to shoot is

called Golden Hour, which is roughly the

first hour after sunrise and the last

hour before sunset, so the direct Sun is

low in the sky, but a lesser used time of

day is called 'blue hour', this is the time

before sunrise and right after sunset.

This is my favorite time of day to make

night-time images you may not always see

it with your eye, but there's actually

still some light in the sky, when the Sun

is just below the horizon. Indirectly

it's lighting it up, and it's usually a

beautiful blue color! One advantage of

'blue hour' over 'golden hour' is that the

buildings lights are already on, adding

that genuine nighttime look to your

images. You can shoot a blue hour

handheld with a fast lens and a high ISO

but for the best results use a tripod.

Slow down your shutter and drop your ISO.

Longer exposures will help to bring out

colors that you can't even see with the

naked eye. The next time you want to make

a photo at night, get in position a bit

earlier, and use the blue hour to bring

some cool color into the sky. Do it

right and you won't leave yourself

feeling blue!
