Youtube daily report Apr 10 2018

The day of wrath, that day

will dissolve the world in ashes

David being witness along with the Sibyl

How great will be the quaking

when the Judge will come

investigating everything strictly

The trumpet, scattering a wondrous sound

through the sepulchres of the regions

will summon all before the throne

Death and nature will marvel

when the creature will rise again

to respond to the Judge

The written book will be brought forth

in which all is contained

from which the world shall be judged

When therefore the Judge will sit

whatever lies hidden will appear

nothing will remain unpunished

What shall I, frail man, be pleading?

Who for me be interceding

When the just are mercy needing?

King of fearsome majesty

Who freely savest those that are to be saved

save me, O font of mercy

Remember, merciful Jesus

that I am the cause of Thy way

Leave me not to reprobation

Faint and weary, Thou hast sought me

On the Cross of suffering bought me

Shall such grace be vainly brought me?

Just Judge of vengeance

make a gift of remission

before the day of reckoning

I sigh, like the guilty one

my face reddens in guilt

Spare the supplicating one, O God

Through the sinful woman shriven

Through the dying thief forgiven

Thou to me a hope hast given.

My prayers are not worthy

Yet, good Lord, in grace complying

Rescue me from fires undying

Grant me a place among the sheep

and take me out from among the goats

setting me on the right side

Once the cursed have been silenced

sentenced to acrid flames

Call Thou me with the blessed

Low I kneel, with heart's submission

See, like ashes, my contrition

Help me in my last condition

Ah! that day of tears and mourning

on which from the glowing embers will arise

the guilty man who is to be judged

Then spare him, O God

Merciful Lord Jesus

grant them rest. Amen

Hey, kid.

Yeah?

Don't get cocky.

Years before...

No chance.

All right, let's suit up and kick some ass!

We were never star athletes.

Never at the head of the class.

But we could hold our own in a fight.

And it turned out we had...

...a unique skill:

We were Drift compatible.

Data on helmet.

Data relay gel dispersing in circuitry suit.

Good morning, Becket boys!

- Tendo, what's happening, my man? - How'd that date with Alison...

...go last night, Mr. Choi?

Oh, she loved me. Her boyfriend? Not so much.

You're gonna get your ass kicked.

Ha, ha. A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do, brother.

You will not risk those lives for a boat that holds ten.

- Am I clear? - Yes...

- ...sir. - Man, that's cold.

You know what I'm thinking.

I'm in your brain.

- I know. - Then let's go fishing.

Here we go!

Come on, bro! Put some muscle to it!

Worry about yourself, kiddo!

There are things you can't fight, acts of God.

You see a hurricane coming...

...you have to get out of the way.

But when you're in a Jaeger, suddenly...

...you can fight the hurricane.

You can win.

Packing Cables & Chargers | How to Keep Your Electronic Accessories Organized - Duration: 5:10.

Hi there, it's Ernest from Trip Astute. In this video, I'm going share with you how

I organize my cables and chargers when traveling.

(light chiming music)

I love traveling light, but I

have to admit that I've recently found myself carrying a lot more stuff than

usual, especially when it comes to electronics. Between my new camera and

drone, I've added a lot more gear. But where I noticed it the most is in the

amount of cables and chargers that I carry with me. So, I wanted to show you

how I manage all these electronic accessories and provide you some tips to

keep your load nice and light. Just to start out, I thought I'd give you

a quick rundown of what I'm currently carrying. First off are my cameras, which

include a Panasonic Lumix GH5, a GoPro Hero 4, and a DJI Mavic Air drone. I also

carry my MacBook Pro 15 inch laptop with me everywhere. With just this equipment

alone, I have to carry all of these charges with me which really adds a lot

of bulk to my bags. This doesn't even include the accessories as well, like

tripods, card readers, car chargers, and memory cards. So, the first thing that I

do is to segment what I need to carry in my backpack versus what I can leave in

my suitcase. Things that I carry with me include the phone charging cables, USB

charger, spare battery, and laptop charger. Everything else, like my camera and drone

chargers, can stay in my suitcase since it's unlikely that I'll need to charge

them while in transit to my destination. Now the fun begins. To organize the

chargers that I carry in my backpack, I use an electronics organizer.

I've been using the Travelon Urban Tech Accessory Organizer, which works great. I

like that it's lightweight and simple. You basically have two sides with

zippered pockets. One side is a larger zippered pocket meant to carry bigger

items, while the other side is a mesh pocket that's split into two. What I love

about the split design is that it makes it so much easier to locate smaller

items like memory cards or batteries that can easily get lost in the larger pocket.

Lastly, the middle pockets work great for holding

smaller cables like USB or lightning cables, and earphones. I really like that

this keeps the cables separate and neat. I used to shove all my cables into a

backpack pocket and whenever I would pull them out they would all be tangled.

So this is a much better solution for me. The whole thing folds up neatly and can

be adjusted based on how much you're carrying. The organizer is really well

designed and great quality. For everything else, which is mostly the

bulky camera and drone chargers, I just used a combination of pouches. It usually

ends up being my old Gear Pouches from WaterField Designs. I have two of these

pouches in different sizes, though if you're looking for something a little

bit cheaper, you can always go with the Eagle Creek Pac-It Sacs. I use these for

non-liquid toiletries, but you can also use them for chargers. They're fairly

cheap and extremely durable too. In addition, here are some tips to keep

in mind when packing chargers and cables. Number 1: Look for redundant chargers

or cables. Sometimes you can get away with carrying less chargers or cables.

For example, my drone charger has two USB charging ports in addition to the

battery charger itself, which makes it double as a phone and tablet charger.

What would really be awesome though is if I could find a dual figure-8

power cord. Since my drone and camera chargers both uses this cable, it would be

great to only have to pack one that can charge both. I saw one advertised in

Amazon's UK site, but it has the UK style plug. I'll have to keep looking for one

online number. Number 2: Consider using adapters rather than carrying another cable. If

you have devices that charge via USB but have different connectors, you may want

to consider buying a small and cheap adapter. For example, you can get ones

that can convert a micro USB to a USB-C or lightning connector. This would allow

you to carry one cable and adapter rather than two separate cables. Number

3: Carry a multi-port charger. If you need to charge multiple devices at once

or maybe you're traveling with others, then you'll want to carry a multi-port

USB charger. I've mentioned my Anker 4-port USB charger

in other videos, and I highly recommend it for charging multiple devices at once,

especially while traveling. Plus, you'll be a hero at the airport when there

aren't enough plans for everyone to use. How do you carry your cables and

chargers while traveling? Do you have any tips? If so, please share them in the

comment section below. I've included direct Amazon links to

some of the products featured in this video. Trip Astute does get a percentage

back if you use our link. It doesn't cost you anything extra, but it's a great way

3 Unique Rovers for Extreme Worlds - Duration: 6:05.

[♪ INTRO]

The vanguard of space exploration is the rover.

Well, orbiters and landers too, but rovers are especially useful.

They can rove around and do science for us on the ground!

They sing happy birthday to themselves!

They're just great.

We've roved a bunch on the Moon and Mars,

so we've got a lot of experience designing awesome science bots,

but as we expand our exploration to other bodies in the solar system,

we've gotta make sure we have the right bot for the job.

This is part of why NASA's Innovative Advanced Concepts program, or NIAC, exists.

The program's goal is to develop creative technologies that can have applications for future missions,

even though the original projects themselves may not make it to space.

None of the rovers we're going to talk about today are slated to fly any time soon.

But they provide all kinds of creative solutions to the problem of navigating new terrain.

Imagine, for instance, putting a Mars rover on Saturn's moon Titan.

Titan is so cold that methane and ethane, which are usually gases on Earth,

are liquids there.

And it's got lots of methane and ethane, so it's super wet,

with tons of lakes and rain made out of the stuff.

The Spirit rover got stuck in soft Martian soil in 2009,

imagine what would happen to it on Titan!

The Super Ball Bot is designed to solve that problem.

The bot is a NIAC project developed by the engineers at

NASA's Ames Research Center in California.

And it's totally different from any rover we've ever deployed,

it looks more like a space-age tumbleweed.

It's made up of a network of springy bars that form a kind of sphere,

with its science payload sitting in the middle.

The bars give Super Ball Bot a property known as tensegrity in physics.

Tension elements like springs connect the more solid parts like bars

in a way that give the machine its structural integrity.

Incorporating tensegrity into your design means you get a really rugged bot.

It can take lots of impact, distributing those impact forces to protect its payload.

Super Ball Bot moves by rolling around, and can climb up and down hills easily.

And because it's quasi-spherical and lightweight, it can distribute its mass over a large surface area,

which helps keep it from getting stuck in the mud.

So it would be a great rover for a place like Titan, which is all kinds of hilly and muddy!

Super Ball Bot seems to have wrapped up development in 2015,

but now that we know a tumbling rover can work,

we could end up using the technology in future missions.

Titan isn't the only place in the solar system with weird weather, though.

There's also Venus.

The planet's atmosphere has crushingly high pressures, is made of acid, and can melt lead.

So obviously we super want to go there.

That's why researchers are working on the Automaton Rover for Extreme Environments, or AREE.

It's another NIAC project, currently being developed at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab, or JPL.

Venus is such an extreme environment

that the longest anything human-made has lasted there is 127 minutes, back in 1982.

Building a rover or lander that lasts more than a couple days would be a major achievement,

mainly because computers do not like Venus.

They overheat super quickly.

But what if we could minimize the computerized aspect of the rover?

Usually, computers control both the movement and the science,

but what if they just controlled the science?

That's the concept behind AREE.

The rover will have high-temperature computers on board to be its brain,

but it'll rely on the environment to move it around.

AREE was inspired by an art exhibition that involved enormous wind-propelled machines.

It just happens to be that in this case, the wind will be on another planet.

The design means that if we do end up launching AREE or a mission like it,

we won't have a lot of control over where it goes after it lands.

But we've done so little surface exploration on Venus

that we're basically guaranteed new, interesting data wherever we explore.

Meanwhile, other researchers are working on rovers to explore other worlds below the surface.

If we're going to send a rover to Jupiter's moon Europa, which we totally want to do,

we're gonna need a robot that can handle a subsurface ocean.

Enter the Buoyant Rover for Under-Ice Exploration, or BRUIE.

The rover would float up against the water-ice boundary on a frozen body of water,

and use the ice as a kind of floor to move around.

This isn't a NIAC project, it's run by JPL's robotics branch.

But the basic goal is the same: to explore a new, out-there idea

to see if it could potentially work for future missions.

The team has been testing BRUIE in lakes with methane seeps in Alaska.

These are lakes that vent methane from their floors because of some underlying geological activity,

kind of like the lake version of a deep sea vent.

For now, it looks like BRUIE's excursions are all about design testing,

but even the test environments could teach us a lot.

Methane seeps in arctic lakes have complex communities of extremophiles,

microbes that can survive in extreme environments.

So as BRUIE explores these lakes,

we could learn a lot about some of the most unusual forms of life,

the type of life we might find on other worlds, if there's anything else out there.

And ultimately, that's the goal with all these futuristic mission concepts.

Developing them is a risk,

it's expensive, and there's no guarantee the technology will work.

And even though Super Ball Bot, AREE, and BRUIE did work, they may never get to space.

But it's what we learn in the process that's important.

Because someday we will send rovers to explore new worlds,

and thanks to projects like these, we'll know exactly how to do it.

Thanks for watching this episode of SciShow Space.

If you're interested in more of the considerations that go into planning rover missions,

you might want to check out our video about why the rovers we send to Mars don't study water.

Strengthen Your Bone Health by Including These 8 Calcium Rich Foods in Your Diet - Duration: 8:08.

Strengthen Your Bone Health by Including These 8 Calcium Rich Foods in Your Diet

Your skeletal system is a complex structure which is linked up by ligaments, tendons and cartilage.

It participates in several essential functions of the body. Its principal task is to provide support and mobility to the body so that it can carry out countless activities.

In addition, it also plays a role in the production of red and white blood cells and in storing a significant number of nutrients.

However, it is exposed to a great number of factors that can deteriorate it. As a consequence, we may experience ailments and illnesses that are difficult to treat due to their complexity.

Plus, they affect our quality of life.

The good news is that these conditions are preventable by maintaining a healthy lifestyle and increasing the intake of certain foods that help to strengthen the bones.

Since many people are interested in this subject, today we want to dedicate our blog to 8 calcium-rich foods that benefit your bones.

Discover them!.

1. Eggs

Eggs are one of the best foods for maintaining good bone health.

Apart from vitamins and minerals, they also contain essential amino acids.

The yolk contains a significant quantity of calcium, which contributes to maintaining bone density.

However, the greatest concentration of this mineral is found in the shells.

While not so pleasant to eat, you can grind them up and add them to many recipes.

2. Spinach

This green vegetable isnt just a significant source of antioxidants.

In addition, its also one of the most calcium-rich vegetables.

Each 100 g of fresh spinach (around 3 cups) contributes 210 mg of calcium.

However, this quantity can reduce to around 158 mg after cooking.

The best option is to include it raw in smoothies and salads in order to fully enjoy its properties.

3. Fish

Oily fish are a very complete food for strengthening your bones because they contain calcium and vitamin D.

These essential nutrients are key to conserving bone density and preventing the premature deterioration of the ligaments and tendons.

On the other hand, it is worth mentioning that they are one of the principal sources of omega 3 fatty acids.

This is a type of healthy fat that fights inflammation and premature aging.

The best varieties include:.

Sardines, Salmon, Herring, Cod, Tuna.

4. Soy milk

Soy milk is one of the vegetable milks that has become famous as a healthy alternative to cows milk.

It contains essential fatty acids, proteins and dietary fiber.

Together, these offer a wide variety of health benefits.

It also contains a significant concentration of calcium, which your body actually absorbs more easily thanks to soy milks phytoestrogen content.

It is one of the most highly recommended foods for women going through the menopause because it helps to control the symptoms and prevents the loss of bone density.

5. Onions

Onions are a low-calorie food that have been recommended for decades as an ally for the health of the whole body.

They contain vitamins, oligoelements and amino acids that contribute to strengthening bone and joint health.

Their calcium content, as well as antioxidants, helps to prevent the premature deterioration of the bones and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

6. Chickpeas

In addition, chickpeas are low-calorie legumes that provide between 130 and 134 mg of calcium for every 100 g (half a cup).

Including them in a balanced diet strengthens your bones and reduces your risk of inflammatory problems.

7. Cheese

As a dairy product, cheese is a significant source of calcium.

It can contribute to strengthening the skeletal system and preventing it from deteriorating prematurely.

However, it is also rich in fat and calories, so its not advisable to eat cheese excessively nor often.

8. Yogurt

Natural yogurt is a food that provides us with significant quantities of vitamin D and calcium.

These are two essential nutrients for bone health.

A portion of non-fat yogurt can provide up to 30% of calcium.

In addition to this, it also provides probiotics.

This means that it is also ideal for balancing the bacterial flora of the intestines.

Are you worried about your bone health? Include these foods in your diet regularly and give your body a boost of nutrients to protect your bones.

I'm just a club member. I'm part of the media side of the club.

Well I joined something I'm interested in so I have an interest to go and I don't feel forced to go.

And I go whenever I can and I don't force myself when I have tons of schoolwork.

I'm Liam Goggin and I'm in the Comedy program.

In the club, I pitch ideas and come up with my own segments when I'm available to record.

I do a stand-up segment in the podcast, I go to Yuk-Yuks and record people doing stand-up.

I think it's good to start a club especially in college because you get to meet people that you might not

normally meet in your own program. It brings together other people from other programs

to collaborate on certain ideas or if you just have an idea that you want to bring to life.

It's always good to have more people to help you put that together.

Olympus PEN EPL9 in Stock and Shipping in the US - MEGAPIXEL - Duration: 3:00.

Olympus PEN E-PL9 camera is now in stock and shipping from several major stores in US.

The entry-level mirrorless interchangeable lens camera is aimed at smartphone users offers

a touchscreen interface, 5-axis in-body stabilized blur-free 4K movies, a new built-in flash,

121 AF points covering most of the image area.

The Olympus PEN E-PL9 is now in stock and shipping in the US.

Olympus PEN E-PL9 body: $599.99 at Amazon, B&H, Adorama.

Olympus PEN E-PL9 with 14-42mm Lens: $699.99 at Amazon, B&H, Adorama.

The Olympus PEN EPL9 is an entry-level 16 Megapixel mirrorless camera aimed at those

wanting to upgrade from their smartphone and take the next step in creative photography.

Announced in February 2018 it comes a year and a half after its predecessor, the PEN

EPL8, and like that model is designed to appeal to bloggers and social photographers.

Like all PEN and OMD models to date, the EPL9 is based on the Micro Four Thirds standard,

giving it access to the largest selection of native mirrorless lenses around.

Available in white, black or brown finishes, the PEN EPL9 looks and feels good in your

hands, sports a larger and more comfortable grip than its predecessor and usefully squeezes

in a popup flash, compared to the slide-on accessory that came with the EPL8.

As before, there's no built-in viewfinder (and now no means to slot-in a viewfinder

accessory) so you'll be composing entirely with the screen.

The screen can tilt up by 90 degrees or down by 180 to face the subject for selfies or

filming pieces to camera, although when doing so you'll block the tripod mount so it's

handheld selfies only.

Olympus has enhanced the touch-screen control though, allowing you to tap your way through

the ART filters, scene presets and advanced modes.

Speaking of which, the new AP position on the dial rounds-up most of the clever shooting

modes that were previously scattered (and often lost) amongst menus, while the selection

of ART filters gains new Bleach Bypass and Instant Film options.
