Youtube daily report Apr 23 2018

hello everybody in today's video I'll be talking about the Lewis chatterbox II

heroic variant that we just got this is a great weapon coincidentally I used it

for this video I'm using it with the the gold camo and I'm using a custom paint

job so nothing special there but I'm only using two attachments rapid-fire

and extended max because when I went to go change my classes it didn't let me

change and add FMJ for free reflex in time so it's missing that extra

attachment no biggie though since I'm actually using one of the best weapons

in the game it shows how good it is that it doesn't even need those extra

attachments great thing for you as a subscriber and a viewer of this video

you can actually sub out whatever you want for that extra class slot so if you

want to n run FMJ or you want to run you know steady aim or something else you

can actually just swap it out or go ahead and put a reflex or a four times

site on it so right here typically with this type

of map in this type of mode the spawns aren't going to flip I have a good idea

where the spawns are because I've played this game a lot and I did a complete

spawn guide on that so check out that spawn guide if you need a little bit of

help understanding how to play this map but typically I like to get to this

window because with this gun you have a three shot patoot kill potential at all

ranges so what that means for you is that these long ranges it's gonna tip

eclis take your opponents or five and even six shots to kill you unless you're

using a sniper rifle or obviously using another LMG but in this specific case if

you're pretty accurate you usually have height advantage when

you're in the window you got a decent head glitch you got a little bit of wall

cover here if you start taking damage you can just get out of the way and just

reposition yourself in this specific one you can actually

met people from good a pretty good range you just got to be careful about your

reload time you got to make sure that your lanes are pretty clear because

right now my teammate is not pushing up they are grabbing the ball and running

it but they don't really have any control of that library so I got to kind

of keep peeking that library because if the teammates push a little too far in

they will spawn in library and it kind of ruins up this little formula that I

have kind of just sticking the corner I dropped the paratroopers in right here

I do get a ball turret gunner but I just go ahead and save that in case I die off

my streak that's always a good thing to do I just save it because then I get the

revenge kills on for the team I'm going against they're

getting a little frustrated because I got in some good streaks killing them

allowing my team to just run in the ball whenever they want and they're just kind

of dominating right here the problem with this spot though is that

sledgehammer games isn't great at putting the little nametags over people

so sometimes I end up starting to shoot at a teammate because the nameplate does

not come up so some you gotta be aware of but always safe than sorry because

you never want to be sorry when aiming at an enemy and then the end up killing

you luckily for me in this specific match no

one actually came out and ran a sniper a lot of times a sniper will actually

destroy you off your streaks regardless if the players better or worse than you

all they need is one shot to land and then it's game over so right here I'm

just peeking that window they know where I'm at I continue to kill them more

people connecting and slowly in the match I'm already out of 30 streak

because those paratroopers went off so the easy vicious medal all the kills

beyond this point getting a thousand per kill I took two hit markers there a guy

all the way gotta be saved better safe than sorry so I continue to kind of

rotate I got 48 in my magazine 21 in the reserve and then I see that guy coming

so right now I got a reposition takes out my teammate I take him out my

teammates right there as well so we really got to play it smart

it looks like they're all spawning in the corner in front of me I just got to

kind of watch out and then take them out as they pop out if you are enjoying the

video at all please click that like button and go ahead and subscribe if you

haven't already I make daily content on a regular basis uploading about

community different events give me tips and tricks on how to improve I do tons

of guides best class setups all that good stuff so I got that v2 rocket now

it's getting kind of sketch got a pull out the pistol didn't get a chance to

reload go ahead and take him out to got the reload so now I'm feeling good I

just don't want to die up the streak there's still a minute left I got to get

another gun but unfortunately for where I'm at I don't really feel confident by

picking up another gun right now I'm gonna actually waste a ball turret

gunner which is very unfortunate in the long run because I get one more kill I

get another ball turret gunner I didn't really want to waste it right away

because I didn't want to keep the streak going but at the end of the day you know

you got to do what you got to do and I kept the streak I chose the streak over

actually another ball turret gunner but that's

just how it goes so what you want to do is just kind of hold this Lane down my

teammates continue to press because the kill feed primarily me and my

paratroopers and different streaks I've been running so again I got a

paratroopers a second time I still have that fighter plane I don't really want

to mess with that right now because I don't want to be away from the actual

view of the game so now with the calling of v2 rocket one thing you got to be

aware of it they just reset the spawns and I just got to be careful I got 13

seconds left that's one of the biggest issues with this update is I used to

always war on infantry and infantry you can get a full 30 streak without having

to worry about ammo the only way you can do that now is you got to pick up

another gun you got to run forage or run expeditionary as you saw my

expeditionary video it's gonna replenish that ammo every 30 seconds so right

there that's that part let me skip to the second half one of the biggest

downsides of stomping on the enemy team like I did in this specific clip so far

is that they tend to leave most people do not accept the beatdown even if they

allowed you to let it happen so what you really want to do is play your streaks

do what you can right now I was playing a little cautious because there's only

like two people on the enemy team I don't want to run then have a random

spawn what I'm gonna do is skip it to the end they didn't really restock this

map until towards the end end of the map and I don't really do anything special

other than you know continue to just kind of play it smart play it safe let

me skip to the end so you can see the medals see what I did you enjoyed the

video in any way remember to click the like button subscribe if you haven't

already turn notifications on and then feel free to leave a comment if you have

other ideas for videos I can do or a special class set up you'd like me to

cover so as we look at the end of the match I ended up with 77 kills you can

see that there was somebody who threw the ball in for 20 points

there's did they left the match as well so the match got pretty dead towards the

end so that's why I just kind of cut that out so you'd have to see all that

nonsense I am rocking the v2 rocket calling card so if you still haven't had

a chance to get one of those I definitely recommend working towards it

is definitely worth it to be able to rock that not many people have it yet

just because it only counts the v2 rockets you had after the update 82,000

experience not a huge deal there went unstoppable

seven and Oh with only one headshot oddly 476 score per minute in gridiron

so not a bad match all together you see that 76 kill streak dropped a B to only

got a couple kills with the ball turret gunner so nothing special there but the

end of the day that's how it goes thank you for watching and as always

have a great day

The Most POWERFUL Weapons In History - Duration: 10:11.

Let us start by saying that weapons are perhaps the worst invention ever.

Even though they helped us get to the top of the food chain, they are a very destructive force.

And yet, they represent some amazing advances in science and engineering.

Let's take a look at some of the most terrifying weapons in history.

20.

The Spear.

Yes, they may be redundant now, but there is no doubt that in the days when early man

was slowly finding his feet, the spear was the reason for his dominance.

Be it bringing down huge mammoths or fending off against the sabre tooth, the spear was

essentially the only thing that stood between man and death!

19.

M1 Garand.

When a weapon takes almost 20 years of research and development and is considered one of the

greatest battle implements ever designed by General Patton, it would definitely be effective right?

The M1 Garand was a semi-automatic rifle which was very accurate.

It fired 30-06 rounds and was extremely handy in combat.

It was used extensively during the Second World War and had everything that an infantryman

would desire from a rifle!

18.

AK 47.

Perhaps the most famous gun today, the AK 47 is a much sought after weapon.

Be it Africa or Asia, the AK 47 is easily one of the most common guns and the reason

is that it is pretty easy to use.

The 7.62 rounds of the rifle ensure that it packs a great punch and has an indestructible design.

Of course, it is not very accurate, but when you are spraying those bullets by the dozens

that the gun is capable of, accuracy is not really required that much right?

17.

Carl Great.

Nazi Germany had a penchant for designing fearful weapons during WW II.

And one of the most amazing ones was the Mortal Carl or Carl Gerat.

It had the capability of firing shells up to 2170 kgs at distances of over 10 kms.

Six of these were built and another one for testing, and they were responsible for much of the Blitzkrieg.

But the gun was so heavy, weighing in at 124 tons, that it was fitted with a gasoline or

diesel engine and it had to use rail to travel long distances, but it could cover short distances by itself.

Today, only one of them remains, which was the one made for testing!

16.

Maxim machine gun.

Hiram maxim was obsessed with science.

His many creations included mousetraps, steam pumps and even an amusement park ride.

But it wasn't until 1882 that he became a renowned name when he unveiled the Maxim machine gun.

The gun was one of the reasons behind the success of the British empire and it even

earned him a knighthood.

Using a recoil operated fitting system, the gun could quickly push out a used cartridge

and insert another one.

It could fire 600 rounds per minute and required a water cooling mechanism to operate efficiently!

Its destructive force was such that modified versions were used heavily in the First World

War which has also been called the war of the machine guns!

15.

The Trident D5.

The Trident II or the Trident D5 is a submarine launched ballistic missile which was first

deployed in March 1990.

It is fuelled by a 3 stage rocket which propels it to go from under the water and reach its

designated target.

As of now, it is carried by 14 US Ohio submarines and 4 British Vanguard submarines.

14.

Schwerer Gustav and Dora.

Hitler wanted to conquer the world and he was always looking for more destructive weapons

to help him do it.

The Great Gustav, and its successor, the Dora were one such weapon.

It was a gun which was about 12 metres high, 47 metres long and fired shells through a

30 metre long pipe!

It is estimated that over 22 people could sit on the barrel of the gun.

The Gustav was used in the siege of Sevastopol but it had major drawbacks.

It needed rail to be built in advance for travelling and it was easily spotted by enemy

aircrafts who could bomb it!

13.

Flamethrower.

We have all heard of it, and we have all been amazed by its raw power.

The flamethrower is an incendiary device that projects a flame in a stream that is controllable.

It was initially used by the Greeks in the 1st AD and most of the flame throwers use

flammable liquid that is ignited and shot out in a stream.

These are very effective in attacking bunkers and fortifications and the Germans used it

to devastating effect during the world wars.

12.

ICBM.

The intercontinental ballistic missile can be guided to strike at targets up to 3,400

miles away and was built with nuclear weapons in mind.

The most destructive thing about ICBMs is that they can be launched from anywhere, land,

sky, water or even under water!

These missiles guarantee a strike on the enemy and later enhancements ensured that they could

carry multiple payloads at one time!

11.

RPG.

Lovers of video games would already know about the destructive power of an RPG.

It is a very simple weapon which can be used with the most basic of training.

The RPG was used to fire rockets from a shoulder held device on to tanks.

Both the USA in Vietnam, and the Soviets in Afghanistan faced massive losses because of the RPG.

No wonder it is considered a menace against armoured vehicles of any kind!

10.

Pumhart von Steyr.

A medieval supergun from Austria, the Pumhart von Steyr was the largest wrought iron bombard.

It could fire an 80 cm stone ball weighing up to 690 kg to a distance of more than 600 metres!

The Pumhart weighed an amazing 8 tons and was more than 2.5 meters long.

They were known for spreading terror amongst advancing armies and even today, they present

a very terrifying sight sitting in the artillery halls of the Heeresgeschichtliches Museum.

9.

Tsar Cannon.

When a cannon shares its name with one of the most powerful positions in the world,

it has to be important, right?

The Tsar Cannon was cast in 1586 and weighed 39 tons.

It was intended solely for the defence of the Kremlin and is one of the largest and

oldest cannons in the world.

Today, it sits on a gun carriage in Ivanovskaya square surrounded by thousand kilo cannon

balls, but they are just decorative.

Thankfully, the enormous gun has never seen military action.

8.

B 41.

The most powerful thermonuclear weapon ever developed by the US, the B 41 was the only

3 stage thermonuclear weapon deployed by the US.

The bomb weighed at over 4800 kgs, and only the B-52 bombers were able to carry it.

Over 500 of these dangerous weapons were manufactured and they were phased out of service beginning

in 1963 in favour of the B 53 nuclear bombs.

7.

P-800 Onyx.

Achieving speeds as high as mach 5.7, the P 800 Onyx is so powerful that it can take

out an entire US carrier by itself!

That is the kind of raw power that this missile brings and it is safe to assume that no one

would be willing to be on the receiving end of this missile.

It has been designed primarily as an anti-ship missile and its unbelievable speed guaranteed

that no counter measures will be effective against it!

6.

Boeing Yal 1.

Lasers are pretty much still a part of the science fiction club, but they are fast becoming a reality.

The Boeing Yal 1 is one such system which makes the use of laser technology to shoot

down enemy missiles.

The Yal 1 involves an Airborne laser testbed mounted inside a modified Boeing 747.

It proved successful in intercepting test missiles but funding was cut in 2010 because

of which it found its way to the boneyard!

5.

Fat Man, Little Boy.

The fat man, thin man and little boy were the codenames for the three atomic bombs developed

through the Manhattan Project.

The Fat man and the little boy were the ones deployed on Nagasaki and Hiroshima respectively.

The untold destruction caused by these weapons brought a swift end to the world war and made

the world realize how powerful and ugly nuclear weapons were.

The effects of the bombings are still seen today because of the nuclear fallout and hopefully

every time anyone even thinks of launching a nuclear attack, they will remember the anguish

felt by the two cities.

4.

Nimitz Class Aircraft Carriers.

While not a weapon in itself, this massive aircraft carrier does have provisions for

holding 130 F/A 18 hornets, which can pretty much turn the tide of any war.

What's more remarkable is that it is powered by twin nuclear reactors which do not need

to be refuelled for 23 years!

It is a mind blowing 1000 feet long and is the largest warship ever built!

There are 10 such carriers in the service of the US army and such is the awe of these

carriers that they can single handedly dictate global politics.

3.

P-270 Moskit.

These Russian supersonic ramjet power missiles are shrouded in secrecy.

All that is known about them are from pictures and some pretty basic information like the

fact that it is amazingly fast.

In fact, it can reach speeds up to mach 3 which makes it pretty much impossible for

anyone to counter it!

The only good news is that it has a range of just 155 kms!

The missile was developed by Russia in the 1970s but today, China and Egypt employ them as well.

2.

Tank Mark I.

The first vehicle to be officially called a tank, this giant vehicle could carry up

to 8 soldiers with 5 machine guns.

During the First World War, the army having these vehicles definitely had the upper hand

which is probably why there was a mad race to build the best ones.

The tank received many upgrades but the Mark I was the first who showed the world how destructive

this weapon could be.

1.

Tsar Bomba.

Hiroshima was probably the worst bombing incident in history.

Imagine a bomb that was 3000 more powerful than that!

The Tsar Bomba or the King of Bombs was the most powerful nuclear weapon ever created.

It had a yield of 50 megatons of TNT and thankfully, only one was ever built.

It was only detonated once to demonstrate its power and it is said that the mushroom

cloud which formed could be seen up to a distance of 161 km!

The cloud was over 56 km high.

The remaining bomb cases of the Tsar bomba are now on display in the museum of nuclear

weapons at Snezhinsk.

What's At The End Of The Universe? - Duration: 3:39.

Hey there and welcome to Life Noggin.

Just the other day, I was exploring my world with Triangle Bob and we found a place my

animator forgot to design.

The end of my world is just a big, scary cliff to nowhere!

But you can float around so it's kinda cool.

It did have me wondering though, what's at the end of /your/ universe?

If we want to know what's at the end of the universe, we should start at the beginning.

There are many different ideas for how our universe began, but the most popular one is

the Big Bang Theory.

Nope, guys get out of here!

The Big Bang Theory was first proposed in the 1920's, saying that the universe once

started out super small.

From its tiny beginnings, the universe stretched and expanded until it became as big as it

is now.

According to NASA, if we looked at the universe one second after the Big Bang, we would most

likely see a 10-billion degree sea of particles, such as neutrons, protons, and electrons.

That's really hot!

As everything expanded and took up more space, it all cooled down.

Particles grouped together and formed atoms.

These atoms gave birth to stars and galaxies and molecules, and eventually the universe

was filled with all the planets, people, and loveable internet friends you have today!

And that's not all.

Our universe could still be expanding and stretching, and might do so for a long time.

Maybe forever!

It's all super cool to think about, but why is the Big Bang the leading theory?

Do we have any proof?

Well, around the same time that the Big Bang Theory was introduced, No guys!

Please get out of here!

I'm not talking about you.

Edwin Hubble made an interesting observation.

He noticed that other galaxies were moving away from us in all directions.

Not only that, but the farther apart galaxies were /from/ us, the faster they would seem

to be moving /away/.

Hubble's observation was so important because it showed that the universe is still expanding.

If things are moving apart, it stands to reason that they were once closer together.

The discovery of the cosmic microwave background, or CMB for short, also helped give credit

to the Big Bang Theory.

Since the Big Bang says that our early universe was a very hot place that eventually cooled

down, there should be leftover radiation.

Robert Wilson and Arno Penzias were the first to find the radiation while they were building

a radio receiver.

Since then, we've learned more about the CMB from missions such as NASA's Cosmic

Background Explorer and the Wilkinson Anisotropy Probe.

We now know that CMB radiation is not only very cold, close to absolute zero in fact,

but that it's also pretty uniform throughout the universe.

This uniformity is why it makes sense that it all came from one place, like the Big Bang.

So, if the universe /is/ still expanding, what's at the end of it?

Well, we can't know for sure right now and there's a good chance that we never will.

That's because the universe doesn't just seem to be expanding, but also getting faster

as it does.

If it doesn't stop, we'll probably never be able to find a way to go fast enough to

reach it, since we believe it's already expanding faster than the speed of light.

Maybe one day somehow we'll find out, but until then me and triangle bob are going to

float in the nothingness.

It's really calming!

Wait a minute...is that my dad?

So what do you think is at the end of the universe?

Let me know in the comment section below!

Curious to know if there are actual parallel universes?

Check out this video!

As always, I'm Blocko and this has been Life Noggin.

Don't forget to keep on thinking!

Well, maybe not the most.

WADE: Uh... This is my most prized possession.

VANESSA: Wham?

No, no, no. Wham!

WOMAN: Oh, that must hurt.

Thank you so much.

(INDISTINCT CONVERSATIONS CONTINUE)

God, he's so fucking gnarly.

WOMAN: Look at his face.

MAN: Oh, my God. Poor guy.

FEMALE PEDESTRIAN: Honey, don't stare.

MALE PEDESTRIAN: Freak.

(INDISTINCT CONVERSATIONS)

(BREATHING HEAVILY)

No way. I'm not making her life as ugly as mine.

Come on, Wade, it can't be that bad.

Ah, bullshit!

I'm a monster inside and out. I belong in a fucking circus.

Wade, Vanessa loves you. She doesn't care what you...

Oh! Oh.

Do you like what you see?

No.

You look like an avocado

had sex with an older, more disgusting avocado.

Yeah.

Not gently. Like it was hate-fucking.

There was something wrong with the relationship...

and that was the only catharsis

that they could find without violence.

And the only guy who can fix this fugly mug...

is the British shitstick who ran the mutant factory.

And he's gone. Poof!

Yeah, well you gotta do something to remedy this...

because as of now,

you only have one course of action.

Damn straight.

Find Francis. Star in horror films.

What?

Star in your own horror films.

Because you look like Freddy Krueger

face-fucked a topographical map of Utah.

Here's what I'm actually gonna do.

I'm gonna work through his crew

until somebody gives up Francis...

force him to fix this, then put a bullet in his skull...

and fuck the brain hole.

I don't wanna see that or think of it again.

But the douchebag does thinks you're dead, right?

Yeah.

That's good. You should keep it that way.

What, like, wear a mask?

Yes. A very thick mask. All the time.

I am sorry...

you are haunting.

Your face is the stuff of nightmares.

Like a testicle with teeth.

You will die alone.

I mean, if you could die.

Ideally, for others' sake.

That'll do.

All you need now is a suit and a nickname...

like Wade the Wisecracker...

or Scaredevil, Mr. Neverdie.

Oh, shit.

What?

I put all my money on you and now...

I just realized I'm never gonna win the, uh...

Dead pool.

Captain Deadpool...

No, just...

Just Deadpool, yeah. Just Deadpool.

To you, Mr. Pool.

Deadpool.

That sounds like a fucking franchise.

Have you ever seen one of these great weapons in action?

Increase build height 999 - Duration: 2:12.

Increase the height to build 999.

The constitution project was shown long ago 999 which would be one of the most buildings

great of Monterrey with 54 levels and one height of 227 meters, which in addition to the building

there would also be a commercial area opposite from the street, changing the area completely

including the design of the current park or plaza.

When the project was shown and all the details there were those who claimed that with the trend

current in Monterrey would increase the levels of the building, although the truth was that it was very

unlikely since nothing was ever mentioned to difference of bishop towers that from a

principle mentioned that height would not be of 267, which would actually be bigger,

now they have confirmed that it will have a height of 284 meters.

With constitution 999 nothing was mentioned official but they have just revealed possible

renders of a height increase that would happen from 54 levels to approximately 66 that would be

around 270 meters, as they are only speculations and projects 9 that is the constructor

or group deaf madaleno those who designed it, they have not said anything you do not know exactly

how much the building would increase or if in fact it is a design change since it exists

the possibility that they are only renders with a discarded design.

Currently in the field of constitution999 they are removing the construction that is

so soon they start with the excavation.

But you think, Cres that if it's about a real change, and if so, how much do you calculate

what would be his final height.

Man United star Paul Pogba can win Ballon d'Or if he listens to Jose Mourinho, insists Ronaldinho - Duration: 2:47.

Manchester United star Paul Pogba can win Ballon d'Or if he listens to Jose Mourinho, insists Ronaldinho

BRAZIL legend Ronaldinho has backed Paul Pogba to win the Ballon dOr.

The Manchester United midfielder has been under fire this season for his lack of consistency in matches and has seen his future thrown into doubt following a bust-up with Jose Mourinho.

But Ronaldinho, who was crowned the worlds greatest player in 2005, believes the £89 million Frenchman can go on to match his achievements if he listens to Mourinho.

Speaking to Canal Football Club, he said: He can win the Ballon dOr, without a doubt,.

I see Pogba as a friend, I dont see myself as his idol.

He is young, talented and he has the ability to play anywhere, he can play in a free role, defensive, as a runner or attacking.

He has the characteristics of a player who can fill any position, he can make history.

I think Paul really has a lot to learn from Mourinho, who is one of the best coaches in the world.

A coach who has won so many titles should be respected. In my case, it was the opposite.

He is already in a big club and he has everything needed to make history, whether it is this club or another he has to be where he feels happiest.

Pogba was quizzed on his relationship with the Portuguese gaffer but insists he is at Old Trafford to stay.

The midfielder added: I do not have a problem with Mourinho. I do not think he has one either.

"He's the coach, he's going to make choices and I, as a player, I accept him. That is all.

"For now I'm at Manchester United. I really only think about the present. Transfers are not in my head.

"You know, if I listened to everyone [on links to Paris Saint-Germain], I would be everywhere.

I'm just thinking of the present, the FA Cup final and the World Cup.".

Make the REST of your LIFE the BEST EVER - Best Motivational Videos Compilation for 2018 - Duration: 21:35.

There was a day when painting was new and the people that became good at it

were the ones that were painting it's amazing to me how many people have

opinions about Facebook or Instagram or LinkedIn or making videos or doing this

kind of podcast and getting people to listen to it a whole lot of people with

opinions who've never done it and so I believe the great way to be great at

anything is to be a practitioner you know people ask me all the

time I make the analogy you know you can read about push-ups but if you want the

results that push-ups give you you have to do the push-ups and I just think a

lot of people with business entrepreneurship and specifically being

a social media content creator or a modern media digital creator read a lot

talk a lot to pontificate a lot and don't do a lot the way I figured out how

to have my podcast the way I figured out my youtube show the way I figured out

everything I do is by doing and you're gonna get some bumps and you're gonna

make some mistakes I think most people don't do because they're worried about

what other people think

I think we're all flawed and that's the beauty

of who you are, and instead of trying to make yourself perfect in every area it's

so much easier when you accept the things that you're terrible at or

that are your weaknesses or that are the things about your wiring, look if I were

diabetic I would take insulin I happen to be somebody that's wired for anxiety

no big deal so figure out how to instead of fighting

those things actually trick it because the truth is that you're never gonna

feel ready to make these changes you're never gonna feel like doing them but you

can always make a decision that's always in your control staying with somebody

that treats you like garbage is a decision, staying at a job that you

hate is a decision staying in the body that you are not proud of is a decision

is it going to be easy no it's not gonna be easy to change

it's simple, do a Google search and then use the five-second rule to force

yourself to do that stuff change comes down to five second

decisions and this is why the five-second rule is important for

everybody to know it's your job to push yourself and I don't care if you're

Dr. Martin Luther King jr. or your Michelangelo or your lin-manuel Miranda

who wrote Hamilton you will struggle with self-doubt and everybody that you

admire everybody and the list is the same period Oh Oprah Winfrey and I want

to be like you know Tom and I want to be like you know Branson and I want to be

like jay-z and I want like everybody's list has a Bill Gates and do you know

what those people do they do not have the habit of hesitating they trust themselves

We're surrounded today by people being satisfied with mediocre and for me

as soon as I realised that I could believe in myself and I had a supporting

crew beside me and around me that it opened up a lot of the doors and the

moment I used someone else's standard of excellence that was just enough to get

me moving and then you need to put that person aside or look past that person

and create or do you create your own lane and so for me you know once I

stopped looking at what everybody else was doing and then truly believed in

what I could do that you know combining it with all those character traits that

I talked about before that that's when human potential is truly

truly can be found and experienced

Over a few weeks of difficult training my seal class

which started with 150 men was down to just 42, there are now six boat

crews of seven men each I was in the boat with the tall guys but the best

boat crew we had was made up a little guys the Munchkin crew we called them

No one was over five foot five the Munchkin boat crew had one American Indian one

African American one Polish American one Greek American one Italian American and

two tough kids from the Midwest they out paddled out ran and out swam all the

other boat crews the big men and the other boat crews will always make

good-natured fun of the tiny little flippers the munchkins put on their tiny

little feet prior to every swim but somehow these little guys from every

corner of the nation in the world always had the last laugh swimming faster than

everyone and reaching the shore long before the rest of us

Seal training was a great equalizer nothing mattered but your will to

succeed not your color not your ethnic background not your education not your

social status if you want to change the world measure a person by the size of

their heart not by the size of their flippers, thriving is really the states

beyond surviving and succeeding but what is exciting about the concept of

thriving is that you can be thriving even in the most extreme and challenging

circumstances so it's not as people think that first of all you resolve all

your problems you become financially successful and then you thrive there is

a place in us in which we are thriving independently of our circumstances and

that is really the key about thriving it's not dependent on how our business

is doing on whether we got that next promotion on whether our boyfriend

asked us to marry them or all the things that we normally identify successful

we're growing up in a facebook Instagram world in other words we're good at

putting filters on things we're good at showing people that life is amazing even

though I'm depressed right and so everybody sounds tough and everybody

sounds like they got it all figure it out and the reality is there's very

little toughness and most people don't have it figured out and so when the

more senior people say well what should we do, they sound like this is what you got to do

they have no clue so you have an entire generation growing up with lower

self-esteem than previous generations right through no fault of their own

right they were dealt a bad hand right now let's add in technology we know that

engagement with social media and our cell phones releases a chemical called

dopamine that's why when you get a text feels good so you know we've all had it

when you're feeling a little bit down or feeling a bit lonely and so you send out

ten texts to ten friends you know hi hi hi hi hi cuz it feels good when you get

a response right, it's why we count the likes

it's why we go back ten times to see if and if it's going

my Instagram is growing slower, did I do something wrong do they not like me anymore

right the trauma for young kids to be

unfriended right because we know when you get it you get a hit of dopamine

which feels good it's why we like it it's why we keep going back

Dopamine is the exact same chemical that makes us feel good when we smoke when we drink

and when we gamble in other words it's highly highly addictive right we have

age restrictions on smoking gambling and alcohol and we have no age restrictions

on social media and cellphones which is the equivalent of opening up the liquor

cabinet and saying to our teenagers hey by the way this adolescence thing if it

gets you down, but that's basically what's happening that's basically what's

happening right that's basically what happened you have an entire generation

that has access to an addictive numbing chemical called dopamine through

social media and cellphones as they're going through the high stress of

adolescence why is this important almost every alcoholic discovered

alcohol when they were teenagers when we're very very young the only approval

we need is the approval of our parents and as we go through adolescence we make

this transition where we now need the approval of our peers very frustrating

for our parents very important for us that allows us to acculturate outside of

our immediate families into the broader tribe but it's a highly highly stressful

and anxious period of our lives and we're supposed to learn to rely on our

friends some people quite by accident discover alcohol and numbing effects of

dopamine help them cope with the stresses and anxieties of adolescence

unfortunately that becomes hardwired in their brains

and for the rest of their lives when they suffer significant stress they will

not turn to a person they will turn to the bottle, social stress financial

stress career stress that's pretty much the primary reasons why ant alcoholic drinks

what's happening is because we're allowing unfettered access to these

dopamine producing devices and media basically it's becoming hardwired and

what we're seeing is as they grow older they too many kids don't know how to

form deep meaningful relationships their words not mine

they will admit that many of their friendships are superficial they will

admit that their friends that they don't count on their friends they don't rely

on their friends they have fun with their friends but they also know that

their friends will cancel on them if something better comes along deep

meaningful relationships are not there because they never practice the skill set

and worse they don't have the coping mechanisms to deal with stress so when

significant stress starts to show up in their lives they're not turning to a

person they're turning to a device they're turning to social media they're

turning to these things which offer temporary relief we know the science is

clear we know that people who spend more time on Facebook suffer higher rates of

depression than people spend less time on Facebook alcohol is not bad too much

alcohol is bad gambling is fun too much gambling is dangerous right

there's nothing wrong with social media and cell phones it's the imbalance right

if you're sitting at dinner with your friends and you're texting somebody

who's not there that's a problem that's an addiction if you're sitting in a

meeting with people you're supposed to be listening to and speaking and you put

your phone on the table face up or face down I don't care

that sends a subconscious message to the room that you're just not that

important right that's what happens and the fact that you cannot put it away

it's because you are addicted right if you wake up and you check your phone

before you say good morning to your girlfriend boyfriend or spouse you have

an addiction and like all addiction in time it'll destroy relationships it'll

cost time and it'll cost money and it'll make your life worse

so for me the first step is just opening yourself up

to new experiences and new role models because

most of us can't see ourselves in people so then we try and fit ourselves into

the boxes that we do see and I mean there's this beautiful

quote that I've been saying it everywhere and I wish I wrote it but I didn't

so it's by a philosopher and writer named Cooley

and he said that

today I'm not what I think I am I'm not what you

think I am I am what I think you think I am I

Just let that blow your mind for a while it's so powerful I know what I think I am

I'm not what you think I am I am what I think you think I am so we live in

this perception of a perception of ourselves

hence my identity is made by what my parents think I should be my identity is

made up by what my college or university thinks I should achieve while you're

living in that bubble and that echo chamber getting to what you really want

to do is impossible because maybe that just doesn't fit and I think so many

people feel that way today that they don't fit into the current education

system they don't fit with the three or four or five careers that you're taught

exist so that process of self excavation and actualization first requires being

exposed you can't be what you can't see if I never meet a billionaire I wouldn't

want to be one because I don't know what that feels like I don't know what it

looks like I don't know what it takes and I think that's the biggest

challenge of our society that we're not exposed so that's the first step being

exposed to unique experiences and role models second step is finding that

experiencial role model that you're passionate about and exactly like you

said taking it seriously shadow them, network with them spend

time with them observe them even from afar it takes that observation being

addicted to observing that person's lifestyle and then the third step is

growing yes or no does that work for me not everyone who's gonna go out from the

camera monk is gonna feel like the way I did and that's cool but not everyone is

gonna go and follow and shadow a billionaire and go that's exactly the lifestyle I want

they may want the result but do they want the hard work that goes with it

and so for me that's the third step it's observing focusing shadowing

getting as close to the process of that individual and then going yes or no do I

want that process, not do I want the result so you have a

generation growing up with lower self-esteem that doesn't have the coping

mechanisms to deal with stress right now you adding a sense of impatience

right they've grown up in a world of instant gratification you want to buy

something you go on Amazon it arrives the next day you want to watch a movie

log on and watch your movie you don't check movie times you want to watch your

TV show binge you don't even have to wait week to week to week right

I know people who skip seasons just so they can binge at the end of the season

right instant gratification you want to go on a date you don't even have to

learn how to be like heyy!!

you don't even have to learn and practice that skill you

don't have to be the uncomfortable Say yes when you mean no, say no when you mean yes

swipe right bang

I'm a stud right

you don't have to learn the social coping mechanisms right

everything you want you can have instantaneous everything you want

instant gratification except job satisfaction and strength of

relationships there ain't no app for that they are

slow meandering uncomfortable messy processes and so I keep meeting these

wonderful fantastic idealistic hard-working smart kids that just

graduated school they're in their entry-level job I sit down with them

when I go how's it going they go think I'm gonna quit I'm like why

they're like i'm not making an impact like you've been here eight months

it's as if they're standing at the foot of a mountain and they have this abstract

concept called impact that they want to have in the world which is the summit

what they don't see is the mountain I don't care if you go up the mountain quickly

or slowly but there's still a mountain and so what this young generation needs

to learn is patience that some things that really really matter like love or

job fulfillment joy love of life self-confidence a skill set any of these

things all of these things take time sometimes you can expedite pieces of it

but the overall journey is arduous and long and difficult and if you don't ask

for help and learn that skill set you will fall off the mountain or you will

the worst case scenario the worst case scenario and we're already seeing it the

worst case scenario is we're seeing increase in suicide rates we're seeing

an increase in this generation we're seeing increase in accidental deaths due

to drug overdoses we're seeing more and more kids drop out of school or take

leaves of absence due to depression unheard of this is really bad

the best case scenario the bet those are all bad cases right the

best case scenario is you'll have an entire population growing up and going

through life and just never really finding joy

they'll never really find deep deep fulfillment in work Renly they'll just

just walk through life it's fine how's your job it's fine the

same as yesterday how's relationship it's fine like that's that's the

best-case scenario which leads me to the the fourth point which is environment

which is we're taking this amazing group of young fantastic kids were just dealt

a bad hand it's no fault of their own and we put them in corporate

environments that care more about the numbers than they do about the kids they

care more about the short-term gains than the long-term life of this young

human being we care more about the year than the lifetime right and so we are

putting them in corporate environments that aren't helping them build their

confidence that aren't helping them learn the skills of cooperation that

aren't helping them overcome the challenges of a digital world and

finding more balance that isn't helping them overcome the need to have instant

gratification and teach them the joy as an impact in the fulfillment you get

from working hard over on something for a long time that cannot be done in a

month or even in a year and so we're thrust into them them in corporate

environments and the worst part about it is they think it's better they blame

themselves they can't they think it's them who can't deal and so it makes it

all worse it's not I'm here to tell them it's not them it's the corporations it's

the corporate environments it's the total lack of good leadership in our

world today that is making them feel the way they did they would dealt a bad hand

heads and I hate to say but it's the company's responsibility sucks to be you

like we have no choice right this is what we got and I wish that society and

their parents did a better job they didn't so we're gonna we're getting them

in our companies and we now have to pick up the slack we have to work extra hard

to figure out the ways that we build their confidence we have to work extra

hard to find ways to teach them social the social skills that they're missing

out on there should be no cell phones and

conference rooms none zero and I don't mean the kind of like sitting outside

waiting to text I mean like when you're sitting and waiting for a meeting to

start nobody go this is what we all do we all sit here and wait for the meeting

to start meaning starting okay we start the meeting no that's not how

relationships are formed remember we talked about it's the little things

relationships are formed this way we're waiting for

meeting to start we go how's your dad hurt he was in hospital oh he's really

good thanks for asking he's actually I home though I'm really

glad it was really amazing I know it was really scary cool that's how you form

relationships hey did you ever get that report on oh my god no I didn't follow

up your I totally are can I help you out of that really

that's how trust forms trust doesn't form at an event in a day even bad times

don't form trust immediately it's the slow steady consistency and we have to

create mechanisms where we allow for those little innocuous interactions to

happen but when we allow cell phones and conference rooms we just okay I have the

meeting and then my favorite is like when there's a cell phone there you go

like this you go it rings and go I'm not gonna answer that mr. magnanimous you

know when you're out for dinner with your friends like I I do this with my

friends when we're going out for dinner and we're leaving together we'll leave

our cell phones at home who are we calling maybe one of us will bring a

phone in case we need to call the new birth or take a picture of our meal

we'll take one phone and so it's like an alcoholic the reason you take the

alcohol out of the house this week is because we cannot trust our willpower

we're just not strong enough but when you remove the temptation it actually

makes it a lot easier and so when you just say don't check your phone people

literally will go like this and somebody would go to the bathroom and what's the

first thing we do because I wouldn't want to look around the restaurant for a

minute and a half you know but if you don't have the phone you just kind of

enjoy the world and that's where ideas happen

the constant constant constant engagement is not where you have

innovation and ideas ideas happen when our minds wandering we go and you see

something on you can do that that's called innovation

right but we're taking away all those little moments right

you should not end none of us none of us should charge our phones by our beds we

should be charging our phones in the little rooms right remove the temptation

you wake up the middle of night cuz you can't sleep you won't check your phone

which makes it worse but if it's in the living room its relaxed it's fine oh

yeah but it's my alarm clock fine alarm clock

they cost $8 so my hope would be that we begin to live life as an incredible

mystery and treasure and that therefore no matter what happens we can approach

each day that way and for me the key to that is approaching each day for in a

fresh way it's like without carrying yesterday or last year or old

resentments or angers of course this is much harder to achieve then then to talk

about but if we have that as a goal then it affects very much the decisions we

make

you

Recommended lenses for sony a6500, a6300, & a6000 (e-mount) [2018] - Duration: 10:05.

what is up people Dunna here and today we're talking about my most recommended

lenses for the sony a6500, a6300 or a6000. I don't think I'm ever gonna

have to buy any lenses ever again sorry what was that

Oh Sigma just released a whole line of art lenses for Sony

ooohhhh

Recommended lenses for sony a6500, a6300, & a6000 (e-mount) [2018]

so before we get started on the lenses I just wanted to say that when I was putting together

this list there were a couple of things that I was taking into consideration the

first thing was that I didn't want the lenses to be too expensive I don't like

to spend money you don't like to spend money nobody likes to spend money people

like to get things they just don't like to see the money going away so these

lenses need to have bang for buck these needed to be really great lenses for not

too much money the second thing is that they needed to be complementary to each

other the idea of this was that it would be a kit and they should be able to

carry me through almost every situation I should be able to always have

something that I need no matter what and the third thing is that they had to be

good quality so sometimes you get what you pay for but there are always good

deals out there like I said before bang for buck that's what I was looking for

so high quality low price and they all had to go together

so for each lens in my kit I want to explain the pros the cons what I use it

for and an alternative if you're just not into that one or it's too expensive

or whatever it happens to be let's get into the first lens the first lens on

the list is the Sony 18-105 f/4 power zoom this is kind of my all-around lens

this was my upgrade from the kit lens it's important that you start off with a

good zoom so that when you pull your camera out of the bag you're ready for

almost any situation whether you need wide or whether you need telephoto

you've kind of got it there for you some of the things that I really like about

this lens are the ability to go from an 18 to a 105 that's a really nice range

it's optically stabilized so when you're shooting video you're gonna take out all

those micro jitters especially when you're zoomed into 105 it's nice to have

that steady shot in there all the zooming happens internally so the lens

doesn't actually get any bigger this makes it good for putting on

gimbals or glide cams because it's not actually changing the weight of the lens

or where the weight is dispersed some of the things that I might consider cons of

this lens are the fact that it's only an f4 aperture it is constant so that's

good but being only an f4 means that it's not that good in low-light and you

can't get that really shallow depth of field that you will be able to on some

other lenses it's also a bit bigger than some lenses if you compare it to the kit

lens that comes with the camera this thing is tiny you can be pretty

inconspicuous with it when you got this on your camera people are gonna be

looking at you what I use this lens for is kind of an all-around lens it's great

for like events concerts that kind of thing where you're not sure if you're

gonna need a wide-angle if you're gonna need a telephoto at any given time so

you can be changing that going back and forth I also use it for vlogging because

it goes to an 18 millimeter I can hold it at the end of a gorilla pod and it'll

get everything nicely and because it's a Sony lens it works really well with the

Sony body to all the autofocus and that kind of stuff is great it's not the

sharpest lens I've ever used but all the images that come out of it are still

really great don't let anyone tell you that this isn't a sharp enough lens if

you're looking for an alternative to this lens that's a little bit cheaper

definitely go with the kit lens that comes with the camera if you do get it

as a kit with the camera it is so cheap it's like a hundred dollars instead of

three hundred and fifty or something like that it's only a 16-50 so it's

not quite the same range but still a really nice high quality lens and you

can be quite inconspicuous with it the next lens on your list after you

have a decent zoom lens is you're gonna need a nice wide angle lens and if you

can find one with a nice wide aperture even better a nice fast wide prime lens

is awesome and super useful and that is where the Sigma 16mm F 1.4

lens comes in this thing is very quickly become one of my favorite in my

kit it is such a nice lens really high-quality and really wasn't that

expensive for what you're getting did you hear me say F 1.4 so the pros of

this one first of all 16mm F1.4 that aperture is crazy you

rarely hear of wide-angle with that wide of an aperture a lot of

people have trouble with third-party lenses on Sony bodies but this thing has

awesome autofocus this is pretty much just as good as my native Sony lenses 16

millimeters is great for vlogging on a crop sensor camera and you're gonna have

no problem trusting that it's staying locked on your face the whole time this

thing is a low-light master again I can't help talk about that F 1.4

aperture the quality of this thing is amazing it's made of metal it's got this

nice grippy rubber focus ring which is really really nice and finally something

that a lot of people aren't talking about the minimum focusing distance on

this thing is crazy it's very very close to being a macro lens and it looks

super cool because when you've got that wide of a field of view it makes it look

like larger-than-life now the cons on this thing

um it's kind of big I guess

it's not really that big it's bigger than the Sony 16 millimeter I don't

really have any actual cons no wait I thought of one it's a little bit more

expensive than let's say the Sony 16 millimeter F 2.8 it's gonna run you a

little bit more than that one but to be completely honest it's totally worth it

speaking of that lens as far as an alternative to this one let's say it's a

little too expensive for you or you don't like how big it is or something like

that something that you can definitely look into is either the Sigma 19mm

F 2.8 or the Sony 16mm F 2.8 which is like a tiny

little pancake lens and usually you can find them used for a decent price too

now what the heck do I use the 16 millimeter for well first and foremost

vlogging so if you're holding it at the end of a Joby Gorillapod or something

like that 16 millimeters is a nice field of view so you can make sure your face

is in there you don't have to worry too much about it pointing off in the wrong

direction also landscape photography or architecture photography so if you're

taking photos of buildings and you want to try and get as much of that in there

you're great if you're trying to take pictures of like mountains or beautiful

landscapes nice wide field of view that's why you want a wide-angle lens

now the next thing you're gonna need when you're building a kit you've got

your zoom you've got your wide-angle lens you're gonna

something that you can shoot portraits with something that's flattering to the

human feature something that's a little closer to the way that we see the world

and the lens that I'm gonna talk about isn't really typically thought of as a

portrait lens but I've used it for some portrait stuff and I think it looks

great and it is the Sigma 30mm F1.4 for now I know what you're

gonna say I know 30 millimeter isn't made for

portrait and this is actually one of the reasons why I like this lens is because

it's a bit more versatile than let's say something like an 85 millimeter or even

a 50 millimeter 30 millimeters which comes to an equivalent of 45 acts a

little bit more like what a 50 would on a full-frame camera now if that was all

nonsense to you I am terribly sorry just trust me this lens is awesome and

the reason that I'm not holding it is because it's actually filming right now

I'm gonna hold this one because it makes me feel better that I have something in

my hands and I'll point at it but it's actually it's the one on the camera some

of the pros with the 30 millimeter are the fact that it is an F 1.4 again so

just like the 16 millimeter we're talking about great low light great

bokeh creamy smoothie blurred out backgrounds so nice F 1.4 is just

amazing to shoot at you don't have to use it all the time if you don't need it

but it's great to have it 30 millimeter has quickly become one of my favorite

focal lengths wide enough that if you're in a smaller area you can still kind of

capture the whole picture and yet it's still flattering enough that you can

have it take portraits and that's why I like to shoot these videos with my 30

millimeter and also the sharpness I'm pretty sure I read somewhere online that

when this thing came out it was rated these sharpest lens made for Sony aps-c

cameras what crazy the cons for this one the

manual focus ring is kinda weird it's a little tough to use also I found in

certain low-light situations the autofocus was having a little bit more

trouble than some of my Sony native stuff or even the 16mm now what

do I use the 30 millimeter for well first of all I use it for portraits

again like I said that's not typically what it's thought of but I really like

it because it's a 45 millimeter equivalent it's kind of

going to be similar to what a 50 would be on a full-frame camera the

compression isn't quite the same but I still find it quite flattering on like

human faces and stuff also it's pretty great for street photography those kinds

of things it's still wide enough a field of view that you can be walking around

and pretty much snap anything and also it's great for products if you're trying

to do like slow motion around things the 30 millimeter just does a great job for

that it's a nice focal length it's easily become one of my favorite focal

lengths if you're looking for an alternative to the 30 millimeter I would

definitely suggest the 50 mm F1.8 by Sony it's a cheaper lens it's

great quality F 1.8 is still pretty good it's not quite as awesome as f 1.4 but

anyway the 50 millimeter is great if you need an alternative to the 30 make sure
