*whistling La La Land, Sebastian's theme*
-I have no control over what I
*whistles*
-yeah how do you do that?
you can't whistle either?
-I can't
-I'm trash
-I tried to teach annabelle before
-no I used to be able to when I was young
-oh really?
-like you can control the pitch?
-yeah, and my mom said "oh you shouldn't do that, girls don't whistle"
-great seafood, and great, sweet desserts
now we're gonna be headed down to the mansions again, hopefully we can explore 2-3 properties before we have to go
*william screams*
-you clenched my thighs hella hard and, now my muscles feel great
-oh really, you're welcome
-did it work? -no...
-I made...a dent.
-oh my gosh
-can I see?
-wait, yeah let's see it
-am I gonna stand up and show you??
-oh my gosh this -like it goes like this...
-somebody ripped their pants.
wait, why do I feel like you've ripped it before?
oh, cus you ripped your OTHER pants- yes.
he's ripped TWO pairs of pants in the last month it seems,
-or, the last 3 months,
but that's not much better
-well, about the last 3 months, yeah
-oh my...
so the first pair, I took it into a sewing room, and I fixed it for him, but this one... can't really be fixed
*sigh*
literally every fiber has been torn
and now we have one more mansion to visit,
while you walk around with a ripped pant
-I don't know if I can do it..
-I don't think it's as big as you think
-yeah -I hope not,
I just felt it get bigger when I sat down , I don't think people wanna see my butt
-you can always tie your jacket around your waist
- that's actually a good idea.
-yeah...
-you won't get cold?
-no...
okay, off we go.
I can kind of see it hAHHA
-wow, you look so cool
so we just saw "Shear Madness", and it's me and Ty's second time,
I brought my sister and William to see it,
in Boston. What did you guys think?
-in the beginning, I wasn't that amused because I thought it would be stupid humor,
and I'm not a big fan,
but then, I think in the end I was just really impressed by their acting skills
so eventually I just got sucked into it, but it took a while
-I was just impressed by how they could engage with the audience so well -yeah
and make stuff up, it was hella funny -yeah
it was really really fun, I enjoyed it, and I wouldn't even mind seeing it for a third time in the future
-same here or something like that
so I'll put the link below, incase anyone is around boston, and they also perform in washington DC I believe, so,
it was really good- except my favorite character was a different actor this time, so I'm really hoping to see the other actor, the next time I go,
but, it was still just as funny
-is it the main guy?
-yeah
-ooh
we're dropping him off...
it was really fun, spending two days
-I know, you're like the best host.
-aw
I loved exploring providence and the greater Rhode Island with you
I wonder if that one is your bus? -probably.
-yeah. oh my gosh, perfect timing
-yeah -with minutes to spare
-see ya man
-have a safe trip!
-bye!
so we dropped off William, and now we are shopping for
toilet paper.
what do you do on a saturday morning?
so, obviously, this is what I get for procrastinating
and it's almost midnight, and I just came back from silkscreening,
and I
I went there around 7 I believe,
so
it has been roughly 4 hours to print half of my homework assignment, I have to go back tomorrow to print the rest
and
I just wanna throw together a quick little "dinner"
normally I wanna be asleep by this time, but I just wanna eat something
so I cut up some ham, I'm gonna use the remainder of these sauces that I opened a while ago,
and throw it all together for a "one pot pasta"
that's nice to know
I keep wanting to sit down and just catch up on everything,
I feel like it's been over a month,
since I really vlogged too much about this term,
but I'm just
running off to class right now,
I have painting this morning,
an 8am,
and I'm gonna be back 5 hours later,
I'm gonna get lunch and then I have to rush off to go weave,
because I was too busy to start that early,
so I only have 2 days to come up with things to weave
I'm backk from my class, I had lunch,
and, after my 5 hour studio, I feel kind of fatigued, probably from standing
the whole time,
kind of want to take a nap, even though the best thing I should do
is just go weave... I only have 2 days
...but I am kind of tired
my eyes are so heavy
but I got these giant parcels from the mailroom,
and I'm really excited to open them up and see what they are,
I already know what this is,
this is the dress I ordered from Chriselle's collection with Nordstrom,
I'll try it on later, I'm just too tired
I have a feeling that this is
a parcel from call it spring!
because they wanted to send me a surprise package, and when I told them that I was gonna go
to the Caribbean- and I had no sandals here-
because it's so cold, why do I need sandals
-they wanted to send me some!
so, I'm excited to see what I have!
oh!
aw
so. cute.
so adorable, it's my favorite color
and then for the other pairs, I'm gonna wear it during the vacation,
and mention it, and also link it for anyone who's interested,
so you'll see them there
thank you so much, Call it Spring!
I ended up staying in...
and it's almost 10 pm now,
and
I don't really procrastinate so much, so this is the first time I'm actually
just procrastinating, because I'm thinking, you know,
I was in a bad mood earlier, maybe because of
being fatigued,
and also, in the back of my mind,
I have this feeling, that...
I can do it all tomorrow...
like, If I really put my mind to it...
I have
the day- or the afternoon, because I do have a morning class,
but afterwards, I have the day to do that...
tonight though, I just decided,
you know- I kept stalling, and I took a nap
and by the time I was really just done with everything,
it was almost 8.
and that's early for a lot of people.
but I like to go to bed at around 10:30, so, going to the loom
and only having around 2-ish hours is not enough for me, because just setting up
and picking yarns and things like that,
takes an hour, so,
I thought that instead, I would stay here, put my mind to doing things that
I tell myself that, "I'll do when i have more time"
like, I hemmed this dress that I've been meaning to wear,
and I cleaned up some of the room- ok, obviously a lot clutter's still over here
*groans*
hey siri
hey siri
hey siri....
(I just wanted to know the time T_T)
hey...
*groaning cont.*
I just wanna wear
my pajama pants
all
DAY
*phone goes off *
that's my alarm.
I have to go to class
now..
afternoon,
I'm just finishing up my samples, that's due in an hour
I got them off of the loom yesterday,
and wanted to go to bed before midnight,
so this morning, I'm just
going back, and tying up the loose warp ends
and it just looks really messy
but...
I guess that's fine.
normally there wouldn't be all of these loose ends,
but because I'm trying to make a shape out of it,
there are all of these to deal with,
have to have a lot os patience...
tie all of these...
warp it.
so it's like... floppy.
my other one,
is supposed to be a tube,
and I also put wire in it,
and it's really catipillar-y
and that kind of freaks me out
and this one's kind of fun,
so,
you can see the weave is an X,
and i shaped it to be a circle,
and then,
it's be like weeeee!
I just wanted to capture the movement,
with this,
that's why I painted the four sides differently,
and it doesn't look all that impressive when it's still,
but, the point is that it's seen while moving.
class is over!
(for me)
for a week,
and she still has a class tomorrow,
but we're just walking over to the mall,
cus I needed to return something,
and- oh I have this headache,
I'm so hungry,
and, I'm just so relieved - this is my spring break! the start of my spring break! -yaay!
sigh, this is clean laundry that I have to sort out because I'm packing for tomorrow!
and we're already leaving!
I just need some matching socks right now
hha ha!
these are my favorite pairs right now,
they're from J Crew,
it's actually a christmas gift that I got from William,
and they're just little...
westie dogs, I think?
im not even get showered and cleaned up, even though I just worked out for 40 minutes,
cus I'm off to make this movie night at the local boutique
on Thayer St here in Providence,
Impact Everything,
and
it's my friend Lanna who runs the shop,
I'm gonna wear this cus it's my party sweater!
cus it's also Lanna's birthday next week,
and we won't be here to celebrate it with her, so we're gonna do something tonight
oh no...
no no no
it's starting to break this way...
and I don't know where my super glue went
we're waiting way too long for this
hi!!
hi!
hello!
wow!!
buddy, come here!
hi!
hello!!
this one is so beautiful!
I haven't been in this store for like a month!
but there are so many new things I've never seen - I've seen you.
but
these shoes are made from tires .
so cool.
and i was obsessing a moment ago with this woven cloth, because I've been taking weaving, I have such
an appreciating for how difficult it is to make something like this by hand
like, damn.
unpaper towels, made by a mom in Oregon apparently,
who sews with her kids
and, we carry this stock here!
I say "we", but it's really not even my store
but,
I'm just shamelessly promoting this store because I'm so proud of Lanna, and
I want her to succeed!!!
it's just so exciting to see that it has grown so much since opening a few months ago.
I am going to take a cookie now if you don't mind
look!
I have chips!
oh nooo
just got out of bed,
I've been awake for an hour something,
but,
sometimes,
when your legs are just so warm underneath the sheets,
and it's really cold out,
really discourages you from leaving bed.
I remembered yesterday that I still have the at home gel manicure from Madam Glam that I got last year,
so I used this at like midnight,
and it's okay because when you have the LED light, it cures within 2 minutes
ok Im not flexible anymore- I can't hold it up,
and I look...
very disturbing.
but, I decided to do glitter for my feet- I was gonna do red,
but then,
this...
this might match with all of my shoes
this foundation makes me reall pale actually.
I'm not gonna bring it because I'm gonna get tan
the first day
which is fine, because...
I have this foundation I got in the summer from nyx,
"stay... flat"
oh wait, sorry
"stay matte, but not flat"
oh, and I posted my makeup routine yesterday,
the same routine that I'm doing now,
and im guessing that
people don't watch all the way through, because that happens
but
in my routine, what I do is I first,
go and put in my brows,
but then,
after I put everything else on my face is when I come back to finish up the brows
and define it,
and I don't know why, I've always done this,
even in other routines, I feel like
I always decide to go in with a pencil last
some people... probably just like
are soo appalled by how they look when I first just fill them in, that they just comment like
"oh God"
"oh God, your brows"
"oooh yeah I love your makeup, but,"
"your brows!"
blush,
so I don't look so...
dead. mm
I had a very pleasant breakfast with my friend, we talked forever,
sometimes I feel like I just talk way too much,
and right now I'm on the way to completing
all of my errands- first I need to go to the nature lab,
I wanna find some inspiration for my next assignment,
because an entire pattern is due the first day we get back,
and that means I'm gonna have to just work from photo references and design it, while I'm on the boat during my free time
all that's left is...
ooh!
I have one more pocky left.
