VINO Y CERVEZA | ORIGINAL MEME | ft. Tom (READ DESC) - Duration: 0:45.

I know I'm bad

Im not okay

I want peace

Not power

I should've taken wine

Maybe some beer

And not even think about doing love

Now I am a whirlwind

Of errors and impurities

My mind didn't stand it anymore

I wanted to take out the luggage and change from place

Of reason, of pleasure and of life.

There's everything, I have all and what i want to have

Says no and doesn't look at me

SO ADORABLE!!!Elizabeth Hurley Celebrates Son Damian's 16th Birthday - Duration: 4:21.

Elizabeth Hurley Celebrates Son Damian's 16th Birthday With Revealing Photo.

Elizabeth Hurley wore a very low-cut dress for her sons birthday celebration. Elizabeth Hurley recently celebrated her son, Damian, turning 16.

The 52-year-old actress managed to upstage her only child by rocking a rather revealing dress to help him mark the major milestone.

However, Damian didn't seem to mind. In fact, he took a page from his ageless mother by sharing a photo of her extremely low-cut gown on his Instagram page.

On Wednesday, Elizabeth Hurley took to Instagram to wish Damian a happy 16th birthday.

Her post was accompanied by a photo that was presumably taken while they were celebrating the special occasion together.

In the snapshot, Damian is wearing a sophisticated silk jacket covered in a floral print pattern.

His look-alike mother is rocking a festive dress embellished with sparkly swirls and stars in blue, pink, and gold.

The neckline of the form-fitting dress dips down almost all the way to Elizabeth's belly button, and her cleavage is on full display.

The somewhat see-through dress also features thin spaghetti straps.

Elizabeth Hurley accessorized her risque party dress with a pair of silver hoop earrings and a Bindi on her forehead.

Her youthful looks may leave some in awe over the fact that the Austin Powers actress is more than three times older than her teenage son.

"Happy Birthday to my little prince @damianhurley1," Hurley captioned her Instagram photo. "The light of my life for the last 16 years.".

Damian let his mother know just how much he appreciates her by sharing the same photo on his Instagram page.

A lot of teen guys would find photos of their mom showing off so much cleavage embarrassing, but Damian is used to seeing Elizabeth showing skin.

In fact, his actress mom often enlists his help when she wants to take a bikini photo.

As reported by the Daily Mail, Elizabeth said that she asks Damian to get behind the camera because he's studying photography and has a really good eye.

Damian is Elizabeth Hurley's son with American businessman Steve Bing.

The actress raised him as a single mom, and she's currently helping him follow in her footsteps by being his acting coach.

Damian's first major role was playing a spoiled and obnoxious prince on his mother's E! series, The Royals.

According to Elizabeth, her son is "ambitious," and she thinks he has what it takes to make it in Hollywood.

"I've really enjoyed working with him on the last two seasons of The Royals," she said during a recent interview with IANS.

"My advice to him was 'learn your lines and don't be annoying', both of which he managed with aplomb.".

Eat These Foods to Raise Your Levels of Iron - Duration: 8:45.

Eat These Foods to Raise Your Levels of Iron

Iron is a mineral that actively takes part in proper body functioning.

Among other functions, its present in the synthesis of DNA or in the formation of collagen.

Besides,  it increases your defenses to combat diseases and produce hormones and connective tissue.

Nevertheless, the principal task of iron is to transport and store oxygen.

Likewise, it participates in the process of cellular respiration to produce:.

Hemoglobin, a protein of the red blood cells that brings oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the body.

Mioglobin, another similar protein, but with the facility to transport oxygen to the muscles.

Depending on the type of food that it is concentrated in, there are two types of iron:.

Heme. This iron is easy to absorb and found in animal products Non- heme.

Absorbed in a very low quantity, this iron is found in foods of plant origin.

Read this article to learn more about how to raise your levels of iron.

What quantity of iron should you consume?

The body needs a certain quantity of iron according to the stage of life of each person.

It also depends on diet, gender, and other factors.

In the following list are some of the most representative examples:.

Babies from 6 months to a year –.

0000095 ounces, Children from 4 to 8 years  –.

00035 ounces, Adult men from 19 to 50 years  –.

00028, Women from 19 to 50 – years –.

00063, Adolescents and pregnant women –.

00095 ounces, Lactating women –. 00032.

This interesting data reveals that adult and pregnant women need more than men.

This is due to their body processes, such as menstruation.

Foods rich in iron

As mentioned above, iron is a mineral that is naturally found in foods both of animal and plant origin.

Below, well make a list of foods that contain a considerable quantity of iron:.

Poultry (above all, the dark meat), eggs.

Lean red meat, such as beef.

Clams and other shellfish.

Salmon Dried fruit: prunes, raisins, and dried apricot.

Cereal and whole grained bread.

Legumes: soybeans, lentils, dried beans, green beans, split peas, and fava beans.

Vegetables: spinach, broccoli, cabbage, asparagos, dandelion greens, and kale.

Whole grains: wheat, oats, brown rice.

Its important to point out the absorption of iron from vegetables, fruit, grains and food supplements is less than that of meat.

In spite of this, the absorption of iron in vegetables can triple if combined with lean meat or legumes and dark leafy green vegetables.

Another way to help your body improve the absorption of iron is to consume foods with a high amount of vitamin C.

Vitamin C facilitates the uptake of iron at a gastrointestinal level.

Do I need to consume more iron?

For those who are not in the medical or nutrition field, knowing the symptoms of low iron levels in the body can be a difficult task.

However, there are some signs and symptoms that allow you to identify that you need to raise your levels of iron.

Overall, low levels of iron can cause anemia.

Anemia is a condition in which the body does not produce sufficient quantities of hemoglobin in the blood.

Symptoms of anemia or low levels of hemoglobin in the blood

Paleness, Out of breath when exercising, Muscular fatigue, Low levels of performance, Neurological ailments: dizziness, headaches, and vertigo, Kidney alterations: edema and swelling of legs, Increased heart rate.

Additionally, those with vegetarian diets need to consume twice the recommended daily quantity this mineral.

This is because the absorption of vegetables is much less than when meat is consumed.

Risks of excess iron

Eating foods rich is iron is always positive when in a balanced diet and under the supervision of a physician.

However, too much iron can present the following symptoms:.

Gastric problems, Constipation, Vomiting.

In some cases, it can include failure of some body organs.

As you can imagine, this is harmful.

In the same way, excess consumption of iron can also cause illnesses.

Some of these are breast cancer, cardiac irregularity, and cirrhosis of the liver.

As youve seen, its very important to check the levels of iron in your blood and body.

The best way to do this is by means of a blood test.

At the same time, you cant forget that the foundation for good health is a diverse and balanced diet.

New Details Emerge On Youtube Shooter's Motives - Duration: 14:33.

POLICE HAVE IDENTIFIED THE YOUTUBE SHOOTER, THIS WAS THE

WOMAN WHO OPENED FIRE AT THE YOUTUBE CAMPUS AND SAN BRUNO

CALIFORNIA.

OTHER THAN THE SHOOTER HERSELF, LUCKILY NO FATALITIES WERE

REPORTED.

THREE INDIVIDUALS WERE REPORTED TO HAVE INJURIES, THEY ARE

STILL BEING TREATED AT THE HOSPITAL.

HERE IS WHAT WE KNOW ABOUT THE WOMAN WHO OPENED FIRE.

THAT

HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN CONFIRMED, THE GUNSHOT WOUND

WAS A SELF-INFLICTED WOUND.

IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED SHE DID PURCHASE THE

GUN LEGALLY.

ANOTHER INTERESTING COMPONENT WAS THAT HER FAMILY HAD REPORTED

HER MISSING AND THEN AUTHORITIES HAD FOUND HER NEAR THE YOUTUBE

CAMPUS IN HER CAR.

WHEN THE AUTHORITIES HAD ALERTED HER PARENTS THAT SHE HAD BEEN

FOUND, THEY SAID THEY WERE CONCERNED BECAUSE SHE WAS ANGRY

AT YOUTUBE AND SHE WAS HOLDING A GRUDGE AGAINST YOUTUBE OVER HER

VIDEOS BEING DEMONITIZED.

WHICH IS WHY THEY DIDN'T TAKE HER IN CUSTODY, THEY LET HER GO.

HERE IS WHAT THE SAN BRUNO POLICE CHIEF SAYS.

GOOD

MORNING AMERICA DID A PIECE ON THIS THIS MORNING AND IT KIND

OF GIVES YOU SOME MORE INSIGHT

INTO THAT.

>> SOMETIMES IT WILL SAY THINGS AS IF THEY ARE SURPRISING.

IT TURNS OUT HER GUN WAS LEGAL.

OF COURSE, IT IS THE EASIEST THING IN THE WORLD TO BUY A

LEGAL GUN.

I NEVER FIND IT INTERESTING WHETHER THE GUN IS LEGAL OR

ILLEGAL.

AND THEY SAY SHE WENT TO A GUN RANGE, PEOPLE GO TO GUN RANGES

ALL THE TIME.

IF YOU THINK THAT IS AN ISSUE, THE PEOPLE ARE GETTING READY TO

SHOOT PEOPLE, I AGREE WITH YOU IT IS A MASSIVE ISSUE.

IF YOU WANT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ñ BY THE WAY THEY

CAUGHT HER AND THE COPS TO TALK TO HER BEFOREHAND.

THE ONE THING THAT WAS ALARMING HERE WAS HER OWN FAMILY SAYING

WATCH OUT SHE MIGHT BE DANGEROUS.

BUT WHEN YOU GO TO STOP HER I HAVE A LEGAL GUN.

SHE COULD HAVE JUST TOLD THEM, IT WOULD NOT HAVE MADE ANY

DIFFERENCE.

THEN ANYBODY WOULD FLING TO DEFEND HER.

TO PRETEND TO BE OUTRAGED AFTER THE FACT.

>> LET'S TAKE A LOOK AT THE VIDEO, IT WILL ALSO GIVE YOU A

SENSE OF WHAT TYPE OF CONTENT SHE WAS PUTTING UP ON YOUTUBE.

>>LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS SAY THIS IS A WOMAN, 38-YEAR-OLD

NASIM WHO STORMED INTO AN EMPLOYEE PATIO AT YOUTUBE

HEADQUARTERS IN SAN BRUNO SHOOTING THREE EMPLOYEES

BEFORE TURNING THE GUN ON HERSELF.

>>IT WAS ONE AFTER ANOTHER.

>>OR FAMILIES OF THE PROLIFIC YOUTUBE USER ñ

>> MY NAME IS ñ

>>SHE HATED THE COMPANY CLAIMING IT WAS CENSORING HER CONTENT AND

NOT PLAYING HER FOR THE VIDEOS SHE POSTED ON THE PLATFORM.

SHE HAD A YOUTUBE VIDEO WHICH POSTED WORKOUT VIDEOS, MANY OF

THEM IN FARSI.

HER BROTHER SAYS HER FAMILY REPORTED HER MISSING OVER THE

WEEKEND AND CLAIMS THEY TOLD POLICE ABOUT HURT DEEP-SEATED

RESENTMENT TOWARDS YOUTUBE.

>> IN ONE OF HER VIDEOS SHE WAS QUOTED AS SAYING THIS.

SHE WAS PRETTY CLEAR IN HER FRUSTRATION FOR YOUTUBE.

A LOT OF PEOPLE FEEL THE WAY BECAUSE OF VIDEOS GETTING

DEMONETIZED, HUGE REASON FOR THAT IS THE FACT THAT

ADVERTISERS STARTING TO GET

INCREDIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH SOME OF THE CONTENTS THAT

THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS WERE APPEARING ON.

THERE WERE SOME SPECIFIC CASES THAT MADE NEWS INVOLVING CONTENT

CREATORS WHO SAID THINGS THAT WERE USING LANGUAGE THAT

ADVERTISERS DID NOT LIKE.

SO THEY THREATENED TO PULL ALL THEIR ADS FROM YOUTUBE IN

GENERAL, AND YOUTUBE WANTED TO

APPEASE THEM AND ESSENTIALLY DID CHANGE THEIR POLICIES USING AN

ALGORITHM THAT WOULD DEMONETIZED VIDEOS THAT THEY

FELT THAT ADVERTISERS WOULD NOT LIKE.

EVERY CHANNEL

EXPERIENCED THERE CONTENT CHANGING BECAUSE OF THE

ALGORITHM.

THINK THAT THE BILLIONS OF HOURS OF YOUTUBE CONTENT THAT GETS

UPLOADED ON A REGULAR BASIS.

THEY DON'T HAVE THE MANPOWER TO WATCH ALL THAT CONTENT SO THEY

RELY ON THE ALGORITHM.

ADMITTEDLY THAT ALGORITHM IS A BIT FLAWED.

SHE SEEMS TO BE ONE OF THOSE INDIVIDUALS.

>>

THEY MADE A LOT OF PROGRESS IN FIXING THAT ALGORITHM AS WELL.

WE GOT HIT PRETTY HARD WITH DEMONETIZATION.

THERE IS GREAT IRONY THAT WE WERE ALL PUNISHED WHETHER WE ARE

IN POLITICS OR NOT FOR THE INSANE RANTINGS OF RIGHT-WING

GUYS WHO SAY RACIST THINGS AND THINGS FILLED WITH BIGOTRY.

THEN WE ALL GOT DEMONETIZED.

AND IN THE RIGHT-WING OF COURSE ALWAYS CRIED THE HARDEST.

EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT.

NONETHELESS THEY WENT AND DID ALL THAT AND THEY GOT PEOPLE ALL

RILED UP LIKE THIS LADY.

THIS WOMAN, YOU THINK YOU WOULD'VE BEEN ON AIR ANYWHERE

WITHOUT YOUTUBE?

DO YOU THINK YOUR AB VIDEOS WERE GOING TO MAKE IT ONTO ABC?

I WILL ADMIT MY BIAS, I HAVE

BEEN A FAN OF YOUTUBE FOR A LONG LONG TIME AND THEY WERE OUR

FIRST PARTNER.

MY ADVICE IS BORN OUT OF REALITY, OUT OF FACTS BECAUSE

THEY ALLOW FOR INDEPENDENT VOICES.

INDEPENDENT VOICES THAT THE ESTABLISHMENT MEDIA SHUTS OUT.

TO THEM TO COMPLAIN THAT YOU ARE NOT GIVING ME ENOUGH MONEY ñ

THERE ARE LEGITIMATE WAYS TO SAY

HOW CAN WE FIX THIS TOGETHER.

THEN THERE IS WHAT SHE DID WHICH IS MADNESS AND INSANITY.

AND SHE CLAIMS TO BE AN EXTREME VEGAN AND SHE SAYS THAT SHE WAS

FOR ñ "FOR ME ANIMAL RIGHTS EQUALS HUMAN RIGHTS."

WELL WHAT

ABOUT THE RIGHTS OF THE PEOPLE YOU TRIED TO MURDER?

>>EXACTLY.

THERE ARE A LOT OF CONVERSATIONS ABOUT HOW YOUTUBE IS CENSORING

PEOPLE.

FIRST OFF, ADVERTISERS NOT WANTING TO SPEND MONEY ON YOUR

VIDEOS BECAUSE THEY ARE AFRAID

OF THE CONTENT IN YOUR VIDEOS IS NOT THE SAME AS CENSORSHIP.

IF YOUTUBE WAS PULLING HER VIDEO DOWN AND NOT LETTING YOU POST

VIDEOS BECAUSE OF YOUR IDEAS OR

BELIEFS, THEN YOU HAVE A CASE.

>>BUT LET ME MAKE CLEAR IT IS NOT GOVERNMENT CENSORSHIP.

>> IS NOT A CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATION, IT IS A PRIVATE

COMPANY AND THEY ARE ABLE TO DO WHAT THEY WANT.

THEY ARE NOT THE GOVERNMENT.

BUT WITH THAT SAID YOUTUBE DOESN'T PULL THE VIDEOS DOWN, IT

GETS DEMONETIZED BASILAR

ALGORITHM WHICH NEEDED IMPROVEMENT.

I THINK YOU TWO CAN IMPROVE TRANSPARENCY AND EXPLAIN IN

BETTER DETAIL WHY VIDEOS GOT DEMONETIZED.

BUT MY POINT IS

WHAT WE NEED TO ADDRESS MORE THAN ANYTHING IS THE FEAR OF

THESE ADVERTISERS BECAUSE THEY

DO GET SCARED VERY EASILY AND I THINK THEY NEED TO OPEN

THEMSELVES UP TO CONTENT OTHER THAN THE SQUEAKY CLEAN

TELEVISION STUFF THEY HAVE BEEN SO COMFORTABLE WITH.

>>WHICH IS BY THE WAY NOT SQUEAKY CLEAN.

IF YOU ARE GOING TO GET ANGRY, DO IT IN A PRODUCTIVE OF WAY.

OBVIOUSLY THIS IS THE MOST EXTREME EXAMPLE.

A LOT OF PEOPLE WERE GETTING ANGRY IN NONPRODUCTIVE WAYS.

IN TERMS OF ADVERTISERS- THE

PRODUCTIVE WAY TO HANDLE IT IS

WAIT A MINUTE GUYS, LET'S TALK

ABOUT THE HYPOCRISY HERE.

IN GENERAL, WE DID THE STORY ABOUT THE BACHELOR THE OTHER

DAY.

EMOTIONAL PORNOGRAPHY AT ITS WORST.

THERE IS A WOMAN THAT IS DRUNK AND BROKEN DOWN AND IS CRYING

AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE THE CAMERA OFF OF HER.

BUT ADVERTISERS FLOCK TO IT.

THEN YOU WATCH ANY OF THE SHOWS INCLUDING LIKE TWO AND A HALF

MEN, THEY ARE CONSTANTLY MAKING JOKES ABOUT PROSTITUTES.

THERE IS GIGANTIC HYPOCRISY.

>>WHEN JAKE IS SAYING THAT THEY WOULD SEE IT ON YOUTUBE, IT IS

NOT THAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY WATCHING THAT CONTENT AND MAKING

A DECISION BASED ON THE CONTENT ñ BECAUSE SO MUCH CONTENT GETS

UPLOADED, THEY RELY ON AN ALGORITHM.

THE DEMONETIZATION GETS TRIGGERED BY CERTAIN TAGS OR

CERTAIN WORDING IN THE VIDEO, BUT IT'S NOT ONE PERSON SITTING

THERE THINKING WE SHOULD ñ OR THIS IS TOO CONSERVATIVE FOR ME.

AND BY THE WAY YES WE HAVE BEEN HIT AND WILL CONTINUE TO GET HIT

AS WE COVER CONTENT THAT TRIGGERS.

WE HAVE TO HAVE CONVERSATIONS ABOUT THAT ON A REGULAR BASIS.

GUESS WHAT?

WE STILL DO STORIES THAT WE KNOW WILL NOT BE

MONETIZED BECAUSE WE HAVE THE ABILITY TO GET THE WORD OUT

ABOUT THOSE STORIES, AND THAT IS WHY I RESPECT YOUTUBE.

THIS DEMONETIZATION THING SUCKS BUT I WOULD RATHER NOT GET PAID

FOR THAT VIDEO AND STILL HAVE THE ABILITY TO USE MY PLATFORM

TO TELL MY STORY.

>> EVERYBODY HAS A BIAS.

NOW DO OTHER PLATFORMS CLEAN AND HAVE NO BIASES AND ONLY DELIVER

THE TRUTH?

I RESPECT THOSE GUYS.

BUT THEY DO HAVE A BIAS AND IT IS IN FAVOR OF THE STATUS QUO

BECAUSE THEY ARE RUN BY MULTIBILLION-DOLLAR CORPORATIONS

AND THEY DON'T WANT CHANGE.

AND THAT OOZES INTO ALL OF THEIR CONTENT.

LET'S NOT PRETEND THEY DON'T HAVE A BIAS, THEY DO.

CNN HAS A BIAS BUT I WOULD PUT MY PRODUCT ON THERE.

I WOULD ALSO PUT IT ON A LEFT WING PERSPECTIVE AND A

RIGHT-WING PERSPECTIVE.

I GET IT IF AN ADVERTISER DOESN'T WANT TO OFFEND HUGE

SWATHS OF CUSTOMERS BY CALLING

THEM THE N-WORD OR ALIENATING 1.6

BILLION MUSLIMS IN THE WORLD.

BUT AT THE SAME TIME PEOPLE THAT ARE ON THE LEFT AND THE RIGHT

ARE THE MAJORITY OF THE COUNTRY.

IT'S CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE WHETHER

IT IS CONSIDERED OR NOT.

Nasim Aghdam's Family: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | SML TV - Duration: 10:47.

Nasim Aghdam's Family: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Nasim Aghdam's family was worried about her.

She was not at her grandfather's San Diego house where she'd been staying.

When her brother Shahran Aghdam learned where she was, he found on a map that Mountain View was just a 30 minute drive to YouTube headquarters in San Bruno.

He knew his sister had a contentious relationship with the video-sharing website owned by Google, and so he phoned Mountain View police and told an officer there was a reason his sister made the more than 500 mile journey.

"…she might do something," local media reported he said.

Aghdam told reporters police assured him they'd keep tabs on her.

That was at around 2 a.m. Tuesday.

Tuesday afternoon just before 1 p.

, his 38-year-old sister went onto the sprawling Cherry Avenue YouTube headquarters campus and, according to police, shot three people and then turned the gun on herself.

Late Wednesday morning, Mountain View Police issued a statement about the case.

In the early stages of the investigation by San Bruno police, as is often the case, some details made public were later corrected or clarified.

As of Wednesday morning though, San Bruno police said Nasim Aghdam likely did not know the victims she shot: "…there is no evidence that the shooter knew the victims of this shooting or that individuals were specifically targeted.

Nasim Aghdam's brother said he warned police, but she's dead of what police now say "is believed to have (a) been self-inflicted" gunshot wound to the chest.

Three people suffered gunshot wounds besides Nasim; police said in the latest press release their conditions were unknown and they had not been identified.

Aghdam's Brother Contacted Mountain View Police About His Sister & Warned Them, He Said.

Aghdam and other members of his family became worried about Nasim who had been staying with her grandfather at his home in the hills just north of downtown San Diego, the community known as 4S Ranch.

The Aghdam family said she'd stopped picking up her phone.

On March 31, they reported her missing.

Nasim was located asleep in her car in Mountain View, eight hours-drive away from San Diego.

Aghdam told local media that he was concerned about her location because of her problems with YouTube, namely what she called the company's indiscriminate policies that affected her view count and popularity on the site.

Her posts on her YouTube account which had more than 5,000 subscribers and has since been shuttered, ran the gamut from cooking and exercising videos to graphic depictions of animal cruelty and neglect.

Regardless, Shahran Aghdam was worried she'd go to YouTube and feared the worst.

"I was too late," he said.

This is the account he gave to ABC 10 news reporters in San Diego:.

Nasim Aghdam 'When facing obstacles, you may change your direction, but your decision to reach your goal will not change.

"I Googled 'Mountain View' and it was close to YouTube headquarters, and she had a problem with YouTube.

So I called that cop again and told him there's a reason she went all the way from San Diego to there, so she might do something.

So they didn't do anything and she got killed and three or four more people got hurt …I was too late.".

Nasim's Father Ismail Aghdam Also Spoke to Police About His Daughter.

Ismail Aghdam reported his daughter missing on Saturday, March 31.

But when he learned in the middle of he night where she was a couple of days later, he told police he was concerned because of her contempt for the video-sharing website and her now close proximity.

Aghdam told local media that he received a phone call from police in Mountain View saying everything was "under control.".

Aghdam said his daughter had complained to her family about YouTube saying she "hated" the company for censoring her videos and stopped paying her for her content.

"She was angry," he told local media.

Initially, it wasn't made clear what the Mountain View police knew about her connection to YouTube as both her brother and father had said they'd informed them.

The police statement issued Tuesday was followed up with a clearer picture of the police interaction with Nasim Aghdam.

Mountain View Police Admit They Were Told About the YouTube Connection But Said the Aghdam Family 'Did Not Seemed (sic) Concerned'.

The Mountain View Police Department issued a statement Wednesday morning that depicts the interaction with Ismail and Shahran Aghdam differently than how the family has portrayed it.

Despite being considered "at risk because she'd never gone missing before or left home," Mountain View police said in the statement, her brother Shahran and father Ismail said "the family had been having issues at home, but did not act in any way concerned about why his daughter had left.

" Police said at no point did either say she might be a threat to YouTube and "there was no indication from either Aghdam or her family that she may have been in possession of any weapons.

Nasim Aghdam posted, "The inner-self is the true self.

In order to realize our true self, we must be willing to live without being dependent upon opinion of others." ~Bruce Lee.

Police said the father called back and explained that his daughter had issues with YouTube but again police claim, "at no point did her father or brother mention anything about potential acts of violence or a possibility of Aghdam lashing out as a result of her issues with her videos.

They remained calm throughout this second phone call.".

The family of Nasim Aghdam issued a statement to the media Wednesday afternoon.

The full Mountain View police statement can be read here.

The Aghdam Family Didn't Know Nasim Had a Gun & Said She Was 'Nonviolent'.

Ismail said he did not know his daughter had a gun.

"Maybe she bought one," he told the Mercury News.

The family described her as non-violent and it appears she had no criminal record.

Shahran said his sister "never hurt any creature." And her father told local media that his daughter, a vegan and animal rights activist loved animals.

He said as a child, she'd not even harm insects inside their home and would relocate bugs into the back yard.

Shahran said his sister, who would have turned 39 today April 4, was a peaceful person and lamented that instead of celebrating her birthday, the family is in mourning: "I was too late.

Nasim, a YouTuber Who Previously Had a Monetized Account, Was an Artist, Model, Videographer, & Animal Rights Activist.

Nasim posted exercise videos, parodies of pop singers, comedy routines, and a lot of videos that reflected her vegan lifestyle and her passion for animal rights activism.

Nasim posted in English, Turkish, and Farsi.

She had a full, vivid and copious social media presence.

Describing herself and her YouTube channel as the home of Nasim the "Persian Azeri female vegan bodybuilder" and "animal rights activist" also described herself as a producer and director and posted what she said was the first-ever Persian vegan and animal rights music video and TV ad called 'Do You Dare.'.

Marjory Stoneman Douglas Student Shares His Experience - Duration: 19:50.

thank you for coming in on this awful tragedy that that happened

at your school Marjory Stoneman Douglas high school and I'm really proud that

you're able to speak up on this and be able to share your experiences that you

unfortunately had to go through be able to try and make a difference and sharing

your beliefs that that will open up people's eyes that this needs to stop

happening all right um my name is Jacob a GRT may know I'm a tenth grader I go

to Marjory Stoneman Douglas I'm 16 years old and I like to skateboard and I like

to design clothes and yeah that's about just not nice so okay so basically if

you would Jacob share with us what unfolded on February 14 thousand 18 and

your experience that you were put through all right so on that day kind of

just starting in my fourth period because that's going to unfold it beyond

you only have four periods a day I was in my Spanish class and we had just

wrapped up our lesson for the day and we were just kind of sitting on our phones

relaxing talking to friends and outside I believe we had heard something that

sounded like it was somebody banging on a door very very hard like they were

slamming on a door and at that moment everybody was just kind of like looking

around at each other not knowing what was happening and this is all happening

very fast and it kind of sound like it was something that it was like maybe a

minute for us to realize that it was actually going on but it was like maybe

1020 seconds for us to like realize that it was actually happening but so after

those like maybe I think it was around three or five shots he had pulled the

fire alarm I believe and this was around 2:35 2:30 and yeah so we're all in class

looking around and then our teacher tells us to get down and

front the side of a classroom where the person coming into the building can't

see us the shooter so at that point I'm just kind of panicking I don't know

what's going on it doesn't really seem real they're just trying to call our

parents called the police anything but the service inside our building was um

it was very bad and it was hard for us to call because I has I had emergency

calls only that was what it said on my the top of the top right of my phone and

I tried calling 9-1-1 but it would just constantly kind of just blank it

wouldn't want to go through and eventually somebody there was one person

in our class I was able to reach 9-1-1 and we had asked if there's like

anything going on is there like a shooting going on and the operator on

the other line had told us that there's a shooting like happening at our school

and make sure to stay quiet and stay online with me but I think the service

had gotten to a point where it kind of just cut the phone off like the phone

call off of his phone even though he had like somewhat good service which is kind

of weird and so everyone is just kind of sitting there as the gunshots are going

off and he's going down the hallways and we're all just wondering if he's ever

going to shoot into our classroom which thank thank God it never happened but I

was just praying if my brother was okay because he was in the same hallways and

later I had found out that he his classroom was shot into and one person

was killed in his classroom as well as I think three or four people were injured

it's our if I got that number wrong but I heard one girl she was shot in the leg

and she had passed out one kid had been shot and the hip I think and he was very

like verbal so they had to like keep him quiet and yeah then another girl she was

shot in the head I'm not very sure that was but um yeah and our cops room

still everybody is like trying to be as quiet as possible like there are people

crying and the gunshots was still going off and I had realized he had already

gone up to the second or third floor I'm not very sure

mm-hm and um the gunshots were very kind of like muffled but they were so very

clear the fire alarm had already gone off and the on our second period in

thousand mr. giggles cost which unfortunately he pops away if ever this

incident and we knew not to go out of the classroom I could definitely tell my

teacher was like if she didn't she knew not to go out of the classroom at that

plant but yeah so the shooting keeps going on

for if it feels like maybe 2025 minutes but in those minutes it felt like hours

and it was crazy how slow it felt like time was going and maybe it was maybe 5

4 to 10 to 10 minutes where the shooting had just kind of stopped so the dogs can

hear anything like they're banging and

yeah so we started hearing the police walkie-talkies and they're going off

like I can't really make out what they're saying but it took them maybe

about five minutes to get to our classroom and they once they had passed

out the window I don't know what they were using but it asked if everyone was

okay we were like are you fine and they had told us forget our belongings and

run out of the classroom as fast as possible

and as I was walking out of the classroom I was done smoke everywhere

all I could smell was just gunpowder

there's blood all over the floor there's a big big puddle like maybe not even 15

feet away from our posture and while continuing to walk down the

hallway and that's when we see the two key people that had paths and off

hallway in front of the classroom and I just can't begin to describe the feeling

of what it felt like when I saw those two people dead yeah and it's like a

lonely feeling of just like sadness and just your sewin shock and you don't know

how to feel and that's when everyone just began to

cry everybody was kinda didn't matter who you were you could be like the

toughest Crips in the costume I read all those things actually

they'd been Ematic flip after that we're just running out of the hallway

it's very emotional and we eventually get out of the parking lot and across

the street and we begin to call our parents because it serves to God much

better and I remember calling my mom and

she was how I made your brother's fine and I was at that point I was so

relieved because that was one thing I was like I was so so so like turned

about and she asked me if I was okay and I well they're all everything that was

going on and I just can't begin to describe not of like panic and just

distress I heard in her voice had to walk down the road meet up with my dad

and the feeling of just relief nothing you just hugging him at the end of that

street and I just remembered crying because it's just a whole new feeling of

comfort just being able to hug someone you know you could have not been hugging

exactly yeah do you feel that the administrators and the SWAT team and all

the police and ambulance handle the situation correctly and a manly amount

of time for you guys safely they definitely got here and a as fast as

they I can tell they're got big out there and

as fast as possible really but one thing that I honestly found kind of weird and

the twelve-hundred building where I was where the whole cheating really happened

they never called over the intercom to us it was a Code Red at the beginning I

remember hearing the intercom like I heard this loud noise come out of

intercom but nothing like nobody ever spoke but from what I heard people and

other buildings I actually have an average I don't know if you can probably

see it but um this is where the 1200 building is where the rest of the campus

is around here okay they I'm pretty sure that intercom went off around there I

had told them that lives at Code Red what is the most important thing that

you took from the experience that you went through there in that moment

definitely like don't take your life for granted and always like my life is just

so unexpected you never know what's gonna happen

did you know the attacker or did do you know anyone who knew him and did you

know what the impression was of him around school um

I personally never had seen him I had never I had never knew him but I know

people at Marjory Stoneman Douglas they knew him but he definitely had the

impression that from what I heard that he had that feel to man if anyone were

to shoot up a school it would be him well did you um I remember talking to

you about this but did you are you planning to go back to stone and Douglas

or do you even like know what you want to do at this point I'm definitely gonna

go back this I want to stay there till I graduate

just to help others around me they're going through the same stuff of meeting

are you prepared to go back like what are what is your like feeling of going

back on campus it's gonna be sad going back but at the same time I know that

just seeing everything again is definitely gonna bring back some bad

memory from the actual attack happening

about it's very unfortunate that in such a safe environment that you feel in and

that you go every single day and you could honestly call your second home

it's just it's devastating that you have to be have that feeling in a place of

learning environments that's what you go to school to do and it's just

unfortunate that as a high schooler that's the feeling that you're probably

gonna have as soon as you go back to school and that's really sad and no

students should have to go through that looking at the footage of snapchats and

videos that students took at the school during the time of the event the footage

was very heartbreaking and unsettling to watch as the event unfolded right before

our eyes through a phone screen do you feel that that footage is too graphic

for people to see or that it shouldn't have been filmed because it was

disrespectful oh I definitely think it shouldn't film because we have never

seen um you you've never seen any footage from inside Sandy Hook he had

never seen footage inside of all these other like school shootings exactly so I

definitely think this is a different type of way to come across it oh yeah

share videos of what actually happened because we can't keep it going the

reality of what's going on inside of these type of events and this is the

first time really that we've been able to fully connect with what exactly

happened and what us as students have to go through and

especially you like like we live through social media as teenagers nowadays and

that's how we connect with each other and stay up-to-date and we bring people

into our lives on snapchat and Instagram and such platforms like that that we

watching stuff like that as a student to a student is very heartbreaking and

unsettling and it's very uncomfortable to be able to see that happen to someone

because it looks as if you're just watching a normal friends snapchat and

stuff like that and it's something that we can't ignore and just block it out

and say that we don't want to watch it because it's too unsettling that's

understandable but we can't ignore that this is what students who in you are a

sophomore and you are 16 years old and you had to go through that and it's not

acceptable that people are trying to ignore the fact that this is the reality

of what actually happened on campus and for you to have to experience and it's

very unfortunate actually like getting to go to the school yesterday and seeing

everything that happened and it's just I could tell when I was there the air and

the atmosphere was very heavy and there was just something obviously was off and

it was very sad that it didn't feel really safe and just it just was really

weird feeling compared to like just Cummings like my high school it's just

the environment has totally changed and it's hearing over hearing people's

conversations around me it was very it's beautiful how much the community has

come and to come together to rebuild and grow from what has happened and it's

just overwhelming and it was very nice that I got to see the memorials of all

the 17 students who lost their lives and it was just very scary to stand there

and look as if the entire campus is just frozen in time as it is a crime scene at

the moment and I looked and I saw they were along you guys have a little bike

area to park your bikes at and there were at least probably like 50 or more

bikes that were all parked around the entire perimeter of the fence and it was

just overwhelming to see that that that was how it was like time has

frozen in that situation and it was just very unsettling and comfortable like

thing to like to see at a high school um do you what is your opinion on maybe a

possible way to get this to be fixed and resolved from never happening again

hopefully people need to look at what they're saying what they show what they

do and their effect on others you know not being afraid to speak up is a big

cause that you yourself as a student and just a person your voice matters and you

shouldn't be afraid to use it and you can easily cause a change if other

people aren't taking action which is why these things keep happening is because

both sides aren't really taking action and if even people do sometimes

unfortunately and this is just awful nothing gets done because I I found out

that people have spoken up about this student before to the FBI and nothing

has been done about that and that's what is a big problem and from future

potential things like this one happening it needs to stop because students who go

to school to get an education and a place that they feel comfortable in a

learning environment to make friends and grow and thrive and understand how the

world works this is unacceptable for the way that

this is going on just myself walking on to my school own campus where I have

been comfortable for the past four years walking in and hearing the bell go off

was the most uncomfortable thing and not even being able to understand and fully

comprehend what you have to go through and I'm just beyond proud from getting

to be able to meet you yesterday and your family and love and support that

you guys have is the best coping mechanism that you you have to be able

to to be able to rebuild and not have to deal with this anymore because it it's

it shouldn't affect you anymore because you shouldn't have been put through this

and I truly think that you have a great family who is there for you and your

mother like really loves you and just your your sister and your brother who

also had to be alongside of you with this and I can't imagine everything that

you guys are having to do with this and I remember you you and your mother were

telling me that you went to some jewels that were in your community and

just the amount of people who showed up was overwhelmingly it made you feel

loved and supported by people who came out of nowhere it was definitely very

comforting the energy around of just like everyone being like just trying to

help make a change and what like this cause everything it looks very

comforting yeah so I am just very glad that I had the opportunity to be able to

speak on this matter with you because this type of event that you had to go

through and that you're put through is just it should never happen to a student

who who is so young and still has a lot to learn about life and I am just very

appreciative that you are wanting to speak out about this type of matter and

want to be able to make a change because you don't want people to go through what

you had to anymore alrighty do you have anything else that

you would like to share say and express at the moment I'm very thankful to have

the opportunity to even speak on this because I'm doing this for people who

can't I'm just happy you and the rest of your news like your news group have

given me just a voice to speak on the matter well thank you so much Jacob and

it has been nice speaking to you and I hope that you are handling this well and

that you're surrounded by love and support that you're given and that as a

nation a community and as a school that we can come together to fix this and end

this from happening again and thank you very much
