In addition to storing your own music right on your watch,
vívoactive 3 Music also lets you listen to your favorite tunes
from compatible third-party providers such as iHeart Radio.
In this video, we'll use iHeart Radio as an example. (Music providers vary between regions – please check local website product page)

To get started, you'll need to have an iHeart Radio account
and an All Access subscription.
Create your own or choose from a variety of playlists.
Then you'll want to use the Garmin Connect Mobile app
to setup Wi-Fi on your watch.
To do this, open the app and select your device.
Select "General".
Then "Wi-Fi Networks".
Tap "Add a Network".
The app will then display the Wi-Fi networks that your device can see.
Select the network you'd like to connect your device to.
You'll be prompted to enter the password, if necessary.
When the connection is successful, you'll see a confirmation screen.
Press the back arrow twice and you'll return to the device settings main menu.
Now, select "Music" then, "Get Music Apps".
Select "iHeart Radio".
Download it, and let it sync to your watch.
Now, let's take a look at your watch.
You can access music controls on your watch through the Music widget
by swiping down once from the watch face.
From the music widget tap the three dots.
Then select "Manage",
then "Music Providers".
Select "iHeart Radio".
Wait until the watch displays a PIN, then go to iHeart.com/activate.
Log in to your iHeartRadio All Access account,
enter the code shown on your watch and then select "Activate".
After that, you can manage your iHeart Radio content directly on the watch.
You can browse through your saved playlists.
Select the playlists you want to sync to your watch.
After you've made your selections, select "Done".
Then swipe back to exit the iHeartRadio app.
You'll be asked if you'd like to sync your music now.
Select "Yes".
To complete the sync, go to a location with a strong Wi-Fi signal.
Then plug the included USB cable into the watch and into a USB charger.
The sync can take several minutes.
Wait until the sync is complete, then remove the watch from the charger.
Before you can start listening, you'll need to pair your Bluetooth headphones with the watch.

To listen to your synced music, select "Source".
Then select iHeart Radio from the list of sources.
Select a playlist and then choose the song you want to listen to.
Your playlist will start to play from that location,
or you can choose to randomize your playback by tapping on the "random" playback button.
