委內瑞拉一個原本人人羨慕、

富裕的南美洲產油國

由於近10幾年來奉行社會主義、

高福利政策坐吃山空

導致整個國家從雲端跌落深淵

上萬倍的錢幣貶值

有紙鈔卻買不到食物

成捆的鈔票只能當壁紙貼

老百姓四處流離各國到處為奴只求三餐溫飽

這麼巨大落差的變化真讓人驚訝

也算是給所有當政者一個活生生的警訓

共產 = 共慘。

現任總統馬杜洛（Maduro）無視於人民的苦難、

死不悔改仍死抱著走不通的社會主義

造成國家、

社會 暴動頻傳、

混亂不堪

1月23日年輕的反對黨領袖瓜伊多（Guaido）揭竿而起

宣布成立臨時政權

且自己出任臨時總統

馬上獲得美、

歐許多國家的承認

目前委內瑞拉的亂局還沒走到最終的定局

局勢的演變只有看委國人民的智慧與勇氣了。

從國際法理來看委內瑞拉

再怎麼更換政權-從右到左或從左換右、

由民主走向社會抑或社會主義改成民主主義

委內瑞拉這個國家還是存在著

國家主權沒有受到影響

國際社會還是承認委內瑞拉這個國家

也就是委內瑞拉現在只是在做內部政權更迭而已。

回頭來看台灣

台灣目前是連「國家」都還沒有

而目前在治理台澎的「中華民國」

既不是國家也不是政府

也沒有台澎的所有權、

主權

説白了

它只是像一座大樓𥚃的管理公司而已

1945 年這個中國政權只是受命來「管理」台澎工作

之後在1949 年

這個ROC政權因為打敗仗而淪為「逃難」

成為中國的舊政權

所以稱牠是「中國敗逃集團」也只是剛剛好而已。

「中國」（日文

支那）這個國家目前有二個政權

一個是掌控全中國領土的中華人民共和國（P

R

C

）新政權

另一個則是逃難躲在還不是國家的台澎領土上的中華民國（R

O

C

）舊政權

新的當然要追殺舊的到完全消滅為止

因為這個新政權也怕以前的舊政權回去搞死它

然而

他們二個政權再怎樣廝殺都跟台灣無關

他們始終都是中國人自己的家務事

總有一天他還是要回去他的故土

所謂的塵歸塵、

土歸土

互不相干、

互不相屬

道理就是如此 。

至於在台灣的一些台灣人政黨

之所以承認中華民國這個中國敗逃集團

看清楚了就知道那只是算計利益、

那是對倒臥在地上的台灣媽媽多踹一腳、

多架上一道枷鎖

對「台灣建國」有害無益。

台灣人能從委內瑞拉的變局同時看清楚我們自己救台灣該有的程序

那也才不枉費這個世界為我們演示的這些警訓。

同樣從國際法理來看台灣

台灣先要有國家

有了被國際社會承認的國家之後才能確立台灣的主權

有了國家有了主權

台灣才能進入國際組織、

才能受到互相的保護

也才能確立台灣的地位千秋萬世。

「台灣建國」就是救台灣

道理也就是如此。

唯有扯下中華民國這件綁架台灣的外套

才能讓台灣就是台灣 。

也唯有台灣建國

才能讓台澎「最終處置」完成、

才能讓台灣完全「去殖民統治」、

也才能救台灣。

台灣人絕對有必要大聲、

大聲、

大聲的向國際社會喊出我們的強烈聲音 。

但是再好的制度下也會有國家貧窮動盪

而貧窮動盪的國家或許它的領袖本身是一個優秀的人。

拋開這無法下定論的制度和領袖之外

我們會發現經濟搞得好不好才是重要性的王道。

在眼下這個全球經濟普遍不景氣的年份里

不管是議會制還是總統制

不管是帥氣的總統還是知性的首相

都免不了遭遇一些麻煩

比如法國、

美國、

英國、

德國

還有一直麻煩纏身的委內瑞拉。

委內瑞拉在風雨如晦的處境裏已經堅持了好幾年了

這真是一個新的拉美奇蹟。

以上幾個被我們點了名的國家

如果經濟狀況可以更好一點的話

大街上那些反對不聽話的人可能都回家看電視刷朋友圈了；很多在議會上吵得昏天暗地的議案或許會在歡樂的氛圍中表決

還有那些引發衝突的決定總統當初根本就不會做出來。

（新議長瓜伊多面對支持者激情演講） 委內瑞拉這幾天籠罩在新的麻煩當中

這個麻煩是1月5號才上任的議會議長瓜伊多製造出來的。

瓜伊多的運氣不太好

他5號做了議長

現任總統馬杜羅10號連任搶了他的風頭

於是他抗議馬杜羅連任非法

抗議無效後乾脆在23號宣佈自己是委內瑞拉真正的總統。

他這個大膽的決定立馬讓委內瑞拉上了頭條

反對派們也激動地衝上街頭

一副要把馬杜羅趕出總統府的架勢。

現任總統馬杜羅年齡是57歲

對於一個政客而言這個年齡不大不小

他現在身體健康意識清醒

完全可以勝任總統工作。

在這種情況下

瓜伊多一廂情願地宣佈自己是委內瑞拉新總統的做法

多少有點說不過去。

可是儘管這樣

他這個決定還是得到了美國和好幾個美洲國家的支持。

任何事情一旦有了美國的參與

一定會引爆網絡。

特朗普不但承認瓜伊多是委內瑞拉的總統

他還鼓勵其他西方國家也跟風承認

暗示說誰要是承認了美國會給它好處。

除了特朗普以外

美國副總統和國務卿也表示以後有事兒直接就找這位新總統辦了

馬杜羅會被他們晾在一邊。

當記者問到會不會軍事介入委內瑞拉總統之爭的時候

特朗普說不排除這個可能性。

一看美國這態度馬杜羅立刻火冒三丈

當天就宣佈委內瑞拉和美國斷交

所有駐委內瑞拉的美國外交官立刻給老子收拾東西回家。

按照特朗普的性格

碰到這種態度他會立刻還以顏色：驅逐委內瑞拉的外交官並宣佈斷交。

但是這一次劇情沒有這麼發展

因為自封總統的瓜伊多說了

現在我是總統

美國的外交官們放心呆着哪兒也不用去。

聽到這個美國那邊在推特上對馬杜羅喊話說：你說了不算

我們聽瓜伊多的。

美國拉着一票美洲國家跟着承認

然後委內瑞拉政壇一片混亂。

可能大家覺得一切都是通貨膨脹和經濟糟糕造成的

畢竟這種糟糕的情況已經持續了好幾年

反對馬杜羅的人也越來越多

於是反對派用這種方式裏應外合逼着馬杜羅下台。

其實這背後的原因比這個還要更複雜一些。

委內瑞拉是個總統聯邦制的國家

有總統、

有法院、

有國會

看架構和選舉方式跟美國差別不大。

只不過委內瑞拉的國會是一院制

叫做委內瑞拉全國代表大會

議員的任期是5年一屆

他們的上台方式是全民公投。

上一次議會選舉還是2015年的12月份

當時反對派奪得了議會的控制權

那是馬杜羅所在的統一社會主義黨在霸佔議會17年後

第1次丟掉了議會。

丟掉議會的時候

前任總統查韋斯去世才兩年

屍骨未寒啊！ 議會是委內瑞拉的立法機關

也是一個監督總統權力和審核總統提案的機構。

當議會被反對派控制以後

那馬杜羅的總統工作以後就別想幹了。

後來情況也確實是這樣

議會幾乎否決了馬杜羅的所有命令。

好在馬杜羅那幫人並沒有失去對最高法院的控制

於是他就通過最高法院來否定議會的權力

後來還通過種種理由判定委內瑞拉的議會是個非法組織。

所以從現在馬杜羅政府的角度來看

自己國家那個議會就是一個沒有任何權力的機構

是一個反對派組成的專門給政府找麻煩的非法組織。

如今這個非法組織的負責人自稱總統

然後美國和一幫美洲國家紛紛站出來承認他是總統

實在是一件很滑稽的事情

美國和美洲國家這是野蠻幹涉自家內政的行為啊。

（馬杜羅連任新總統） 自從2016年委內瑞拉最高法院宣佈議會是一個非法組織以來

這個議會就一直沒有停止過鬥爭

抱着極強的生存意識。

委內瑞拉的議員任期是5年

但是議長的任期只有1年時間

因此每年的12月份國會都要給下一年挑個新議長。

俗話說新官上任三把火

每一委新議長上台後

都會準時給馬杜羅找點麻煩

對此馬杜羅差不多也習慣了。

2015年12月份反對派在大選中控制了議會

也選出了2016年度的新議長阿盧普。

阿盧普上台後說議會從此不再聽從總統的使喚

要對馬杜羅和他的政府進行全面徹底的腐敗調查

甚至揚言要在半年內把馬杜羅趕下台；後來他甚至發起了對馬杜羅的「政治審訊」

這個危險行為後來被最高法院給強勢逼停了。

2016年的12月份反對派選出了2017年度的新議長

名叫博爾赫斯。

博爾赫斯上任後做了一件奇怪的事情

他在議會發起了一份議案

這份議案宣佈總統馬杜羅因為無法做好本職工作而「放棄職務」

接着這個議案居然得到了半數通過。

後來還是高法院出面說你們跟馬杜羅招呼都不打一個

替他做主放棄職位

不用爭辯這個結果是無效的！

insult he can't use it anymore even though it's his last name

something like swallows I don't know and then YouTube just or any kind of company

World War 3: TERRIFYING moment Russian and US warplanes CLASH over Baltic sea

THE dangerous moment a Russian warplane pushes a US F-15 out of its flight path has been

captured from a nearby aircraft – as the jets almost collide.

The Russian fighter aggressively banked towards the US plane and forced it to change direction

with only five feet separating the two aircraft.

The Pentagon said that a Russian jet came dangerously close to one of its fighters over

the Black Sea on Monday.

It said the Russian aircraft intercepted a US Navy patrol plane in international airspace,

coming within five feet of the American plane, according to CBS.

Pentagon spokeswoman Captain Pamela Kunze said the Russian plane flew close to the plane

for two hours and 40 minutes before crossing directly into its flight path.

It is not yet known if that is the same incident as the one depicted in the video, or another

one of the numerous clashes that have taken place over the Black sea in recent months.

The 40-second clip was uploaded to Twitter on Thursday but it's not known where the altercation

took place.

Commenters on social media claimed the manoeuvre was executed over the Baltic Sea as a part

of a Baltic Air-policing mission.

The move comes as tensions between Russia and the US continue to rise.

The most recent escalation has involved the two nations backing opposing presidents in

the Venezuelan crisis.

Russia and China have lent support to incumbent president Maduro but many western nations,

including the US, have publicly supported his rival Juan Guaido.

The exchange has been labelled akin to those that took place in the Cold War.

There are widespread fears that Venezuela could constitute the first 'proxy' conflict

of a second Cold War between Russia the US and China.

The European Parliament recognised 's self-declared interim president Juan Guaido as de facto

head of state on Thursday, heightening international pressure on the OPEC member's socialist President

Nicolas Maduro.

EU governments, divided over whether to recognise Guaido, also agreed to lead an international

crisis group with South American nations to seek new elections, setting a 90-day time

limit, and threatening further economic sanctions.

strong Japanese accent is I personally think since when I was in junior high

school I was trying to pronounce English as English native speakers what's more I

others laugh I think that's the reason why I started imitating others

when I was in elementary school I imitated Japanese comedian and in junior

high school I started imitating my teachers and after I studied a while in

English I think that ability which I used for

imitating other people helped my English a lot second the motivation on why I learn

English but basically I like making others laugh so if you can speak more

than one language you can make more people laugh that's a motivation for me

to learn English here two tips for me when you study English

first of all English is not your native language so don't be afraid of making

any mistake if someone laughs you because of your wrong English doesn't

matter you can make them laugh so it's okay for me the language is just a tool

so if you cannot say exact words in English don's mind about them just try to

make them understand you when I was in Canada I was going out with my American

baseball team mate I couldn't say how to say one expression in English so what I

did was speaking Japanese to him but I said it a lot in a lot of voice of course

he couldn't understand it but he understood

something and we got close so never mind about your language ability

that would be better and better and the second tip is try to imitate

native speakers non-native speakers whatever that will help you that's

how I improve my English thank you

here is that phones are always recording what you are saying and the one opposed

word D**k* man like YouTube has been bullying him for his name at first it

was cause of his scary kind of videos cuz they weren't family friendly and

advertiser friendly so they had to demonetize this gave you now he's just

demonetize videos for his name for those who don't know what means he's been putting

it on YouTube checked it now all his videos are getting blocked

heavenward and it's pretty dumb it's pretty tough now I

know I'm not supposed to give my honest opinion but this is just stupid to me at

an extreme extent number one cuz it's his birth name he was born with the name

is and his birth certificate isn't and all his papers he probably registered on

YouTube with that name just cause the name D**k* has become an

insult he can't use it anymore even though it's his last name

it's not fair man emerged imagine if you had a kind of name like that or

something like swallows I don't know and then YouTube just or any kind of company

just Flags you cuz of your name and you can't use that name anywhere it's it's

it's really stupid finish I man I think that's it for a day man the other

stories I have they are not fully detailed I don't want to get into too

much cuz I gotta go to a bit of schoolwork while I'm at home and I'm
