On the November 9th episode of MBC's Weekly Idol, Dahyun revealed, "To tell the truth, Jooheon was my Oppa from church since a while back. It turns out that Dahyun and Jooheon had a friendly relationship since before either of them debuted.

Not only were they Oppa and Dongsaeng church buddies, it also appears they knew of each other's passion for music, and the fact that both of them had dreams to become singers.

Jooheon confirmed their brother-sisterly relationship by pointing out the time he saw Dahyun's infamous "eagle dance." which was apparently filmed at the church they both attended.

The adorable pre-debut video of Dahyun dancing in church is definitely worth a watch! Who knew that Jooheon was there in the audience watching, and cheering her on the whole time.

Dahyun wasn't the only to perform, in the clip below you can also see Jooheon dancing in the same very church they both visited. It looks like both K-pop stars have come a very long way from their humble beginnings.

Here we go again then, for another round of Grand Prix action.

The conditions are just right to spice up the racing in this part of the world today

and we're all itching to get underway.

It's a sell out crowd of a 140,000 here today

as we await lights out for the 730 metre sprint down to Turn 1

of this 2.9 mile race track.

Overtaking is challenging through these 16 corners

but there's still a lot of high speed excitement to be found

including the flat out Turn 3 and the terrifying blind right of Turn 9.

I won't be commentating alone today of course.

No, I have the honor to share this commentary box with none other than Anthony Davidson.

Ant, you and I were talking earlier today about how tight that midfield battle is

compared to the last couple of years.

Why do you think that is?

Well, I suppose the main reason is simply stability in the regulations.

Look at what we had towards the end of the V8 era.

In 2012 we had seven winners in seven races.

And we talk about the dominance of Red Bull at that time

but their advantage was rarely more than two or three tenths of a second.

And we've had this current formula now for a couple of years

and that serves to solve any teething troubles with reliability.

Let's not forget that these cars are more technical than ever before

so it was always going to take a bit of time for those gaps to come down.

"Okay, I know it's your home Grand Prix, but treat it like any other race."

"Don't take unnecessary risks."

So before the off, let's remind ourselves of yesterday's qualifying session

with a look at the starting grid.

What Really Happens When You're Low On Vitamin D - Duration: 7:17.

With winter finally over, many people are expressing their gratitude at the return of

more sunlight and vitamin D. Especially when you work indoors, you can go days without

seeing sun in the winter, so it can be very difficult to get enough vitamin D in your

diet.

After consulting a panel of doctors, dieticians, and wellness experts, we found out what really

happens when your levels are low.

What is vitamin D?

First off, what is vitamin D and why does it matter?

According to Dr. Scott Schreiber, a chiropractic physician double-board certified in rehabilitation

and clinical nutrition, vitamin D does much more than we used to think.

He told The List,

"Traditionally, vitamin D was thought of as a bone building vitamin, but current research

has shown it to be involved in much, much more.

Every cell in the body has vitamin D receptors."

Sounds important, right?

It is, which is what makes it so shocking that many people aren't getting enough.

According to Dr. Schreiber, vitamin D deficiency impacts over 80 percent of the population.

So how might you know if you're one of the over 80 percent affected?

Dr. Lisa Ashe, the medical director of the Be Well Medical Group cautions that it isn't

always so easy to tell.

She told us,

"Many people have no symptoms or they are so subtle that they're unaware until they

receive the results of blood testing at the doctor."

Moody blues

Dr. Schreiber also told us that vitamin D

is responsible for activating genes that regulate neurotransmitters, and that these directly

affect brain function and development.

It's no surprise then that low vitamin D has been linked to depression, particularly seasonal

affective disorder that is experienced in the winter months when there is less sunlight.

Dr. Schreiber says,

"There have been several studies showing that as vitamin D levels decrease, due to less

time outside, depression increases.

The lower [vitamin D] goes, the worse [depression] becomes."

Have no fear though, Dr. Schreiber said that vitamin D supplementation has been shown to

relieve depression symptoms.

Digestion woes

The International Foundation for Functional

Gastrointestinal Disorders states that Irritable Bowel Syndrome, or IBS, is a digestive disorder

that affects between 25 and 45 million people in the United States, with 67 percent of those

being female.

What does diarrhea, constipation, and abdominal pain have to do with vitamin D?

Well, according to a study published in the journal of Neurogastroenterology and Motility,

high vitamin D supplementation can also reduce the symptoms of IBS.

You can add your digestive tract to the list of things you never thought would be affected

by how much sunlight you get.

Sick day after day

If you always seem to be sick, no matter what

precautions you take, or your illnesses seem to linger longer than they do in other people,

you may have low vitamin D. Dr Schreiber says,

"Vitamin D has been shown to increase the ability of T cells to fight infection."

Claudia Matles, a wellness coach who often sees clients low on vitamin D, agreed, adding

that significant deficiency could play a role in Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, asthma in

children, cardiovascular disease, and even multiple sclerosis and cancer.

If you just can't seem to kick that cold after several weeks, ask your doctor to test your

vitamin D levels.

Achy bones

Medical director of The Crozier Clinic andMedical director of The Crozier Clinic and

author of the best-selling book, Healing Once Cell at a Time, Dr. Gordon Crozier is a leader

in the field of integrative medicine.

He told The List, that in addition to making you more prone to infections and viruses,

low vitamin D may cause bone and muscle pain, chronic fatigue, and hair loss.

He added that low levels of Vitamin D can even mimic fibromyalgia symptoms.

According to the Vitamin D Council, there is mixed evidence about whether true fibromyalgia

and low vitamin D may be linked causally.

However, vitamin D has been used to treat fibromyalgia pain and may help reduce symptoms.

In a fog

Varda Meyers Epstein has suffered from chronic

vitamin D deficiency for 20 years and told us that the biggest issue for her is brain

fog.

She says,

"When it's bad, my brain goes foggy and it becomes a real struggle to follow a recipe

or do my job."

To add insult to injury, forgetfulness is also a symptom of brain fog, making it all

the more difficult for her to remember to take her vitamin D supplement.

Unfortunately, this isn't uncommon.

Low levels of vitamin D have been linked to cognitive impairment in several studies, so

what Epstein describes may apply to you too.

She says,

"It's difficult to describe the brain fog.

Like I'm underwater, or not quite awake.

Like I need coffee, but no matter how much I drink, I can't wake up."

Energy down

Registered Dietitian Gillean Barkyoumb told

us that the most overlooked symptom of low vitamin D is fatigue.

She says,

"Even modestly low levels of vitamin D can have a negative impact on energy levels.

We often blame tiredness on other things such as demanding schedules rather than considering

low vitamin D levels."

Luckily, this is a fairly easy fix.

A recent study published in the journal of Medicine showed that supplementing with vitamin

D significantly decreased fatigue compared to placebo, and that the greater the amount

of vitamin D, the more improvement researchers and participants saw.

This may also explain why we have more energy in the summer and feel a bit lazier in the

winter.

Who knew?

Preggo?

Oh no!

Sonographer Nancy He who owns Baby Glimpse, a 3D/4D ultrasound center in Australia, told

The List she has witnessed complications in pregnancy and in newborns because of low vitamin

D. She says,

"Unborn babies derive their vitamin D directly from their mother's reserve...For pregnant

women vitamin D deficiency has been linked to complications such as preeclampsia, low

birth weight, and gestational diabetes."

She recommends that most pregnant women should take Vitamin D supplements, after consulting

with their doctor, of course.

Who's at risk?

While all of the experts we spoke with emphasized that low vitamin D is a common issue worldwide,

there are some factors that can put you at greater risk of low vitamin D levels.

Since the body makes vitamin D when exposed to sunlight, dietitian Gillean Barkyoumb told

us that the following factors may contribute to the problem.

She says,

"(You) are homebound, live in northern latitudes, wear clothing that covers your skin, or have

a job that limits sun exposure."

Dr. Ashe added that following a vegan diet can also contribute to vitamin D deficiency.

She explains that this kind of diet lacks the types of food where vitamin D naturally

occurs.

Fish, fish oil, eggs, and milk are all vitamin D-rich foods, but obviously, not welcome on

a vegan diet.

How to treat

If you have low levels of vitamin D, you can

treat it through diet and supplements (as well as getting more sun exposure).

Registered Dietitian Rachel Begun, who is also a spokesperson for Sundown Naturals vitamins,

told us it's always best to maximize nutrient levels through food first.

She adds that some conditions like celiac disease, Crohn's disease, and cystic fibrosis

can make it even more difficult to absorb vitamin D from food.

She says,

"If diet isn't enough, talk with your doctor about whether it makes sense to take a vitamin

D supplement and if so, at what dose."

While some may be able to get by feasting on oily fish or taking an over-the-counter

vitamin D supplement, others may require an extra boost from your doctor with something

a little more powerful.

If the 80 percent can be more preventative when it comes to our vitamin D levels, we

can all have our day in the sun.

The Real Reason Why Hollywood Dumped Dane Cook - Duration: 5:29.

As one of a handful of comics who made the jump straight from the stage to the movie

screen, comedian-actor Dane Cook was everywhere during the mid '00s.

From touring stadiums with his raunchy brand of comedy and appearing in films opposite

Hollywood stars, he was on fire.

But a decade later, he's reduced to voicing roles in forgettable Pixar spin-offs and mounting

a modest comeback on the small screen.

Cook's still the same guy who brought us to helpless tears of laughter all those years

ago, so where'd he go and what happened?

Here's how Dane Cook went from being the "King of Comedy" to a Hollywood punchline—and

how he can turn it all around.

Hollywood hijinx

Released in 2006 at the height of Cook's fame, Employee of the Month was poised to be a huge

box office hit.

But critics savaged the film, with Cook's costar Jessica Simpson scoring a Razzie nomination

for Worst Actress.

"Oh that's hilarious!"

Earning a meager $38 million at the box office, Employee of the Month proved to be the beginning

of trouble for both Cook and Simpson's big-screen careers.

And that was just the start of his silver screen slaughterfest.

Cook again struck Razzie gold with 2007's Good Luck Chuck, a forgettable rom-com which

boasts a pitiful 5% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

"Uh oh!"

He and Jessica Alba were nominated for Worst Screen Couple of the year, while Entertainment

Weekly opened its review of the film with the scathing question, "Can we finally just

admit that Dane Cook isn't funny?"

Indeed, the slams kept on coming when his next big screen comedy, My Best Friend's Girl,

proved to be a friend to no one.

"I want somebody really pissed off.

I'm talking Defcon 2 level of anger."

The joke thief

Accusations of joke thievery have plagued Cook throughout his career.

Joe Rogan accused Cook of stealing some of his material, and video comparisons of bits

from Cook's 2007 special Retaliation and Louis C.K.'s 2001 album Live in Houston have circulated

on the web for years.

Cook even appeared as himself on an episode of Louie in a scene that addressed the real-life

joke-stealing drama.

"You're full of s---!"

Even so, Cook is still viewed by his comedian peers as a lightweight pretty boy who got

lucky.

Saturday Night Live vet Jim Breuer told Today in 2006, "Not one comedian comes on [my Sirius

Radio show] and says 'I'm so happy for him,' which is weird.

They can't stand this poor guy."

Cook's 2006 album, Retaliation, may have debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard charts and gone

on to receive double platinum certification.

But his last album, 2010's greatest hits compilation I Did My Best, came in at only No. 165.

The joke stealing controversy hasn't helped—Cook revealed to Marc Maron on an episode of the

WTF podcast that same year that he feels excluded from the rest of the comedy community.

But it's not like there's anywhere else for him to go because …

Dramatic diss

While Dan in Real Life was a modest success, critics singled out Steve Carell's lead role

over Cook's supporting turn.

And his role opposite Kevin Costner in the serial killer flick Mr. Brooks didn't exactly

wow reviewers either, with many pointing to Cook's performance as unintentionally funny.

He also missed out on some super opportunities, like the role of Marvel's star-spangled hero

in Captain America: The First Avenger.

Cook said he'd trained to audition for the role but reportedly never even made the shortlist.

Ouch.

To make matters worse, Cook's sci-fi passion project 400 Days crashed and burned in 2016,

earning a meager $58 at three theaters in the UK and scoring just 13% on Rotten Tomatoes.

"Excuse me for a second…"

Bad taste and timing

In 2012, Cook took some serious heat for a joke he told at the Laugh Factory a week after

the tragic movie theater shooting in Aurora, Colorado.

Understandably, the public was incensed at the far-too-soon joke, so Cook took to Twitter

to apologize, saying

"I am devastated by the recent tragedy in Colorado & did not mean to make light of what

happened.

I made a bad judgment call with my material last night & regret making a joke at such

a sensitive time.

My heart goes out to all of the families & friends of the victims."

The damage was already done.

It took two years 'til Dane Cook's Showtime special Troublemaker got him back into a smaller

spotlight, with him delivering an intimate set that was a far cry from the days when

he sold out Madison Square Garden.

Reviews were decent, though the special failed to make much of an impression outside of Cook's

dwindling fan base.

Time for a comeback?

Cook's career seemed ready for a second wind when he was cast as a sexist, loudmouth radio

DJ paired with a feminist cohost on the NBC sitcom Next Caller.

But the series was canceled in 2012 before it even made it to air.

But the small screen could still be the key to Dane Cook's return to the mainstream.

He earned buzz playing an annoying boss on a recent episode of Workaholics, and he's

set to play Robbie on American Gods, Starz's adaptation of the acclaimed Neil Gaiman novel.

Taking a supporting role in a show that has the makings of a cult hit could be the first

step towards Dane Cook 2.0.

Cook, for one, certainly believes that all the low points he's experienced are just part

of the Hollywood pendulum swinging, and he's just gotta hold on 'til he's back on top.

"In order for us to like you again and really believe that you made it, you gotta suck for a while."

Well, at least he's been playing by the rules then.

And since we entered the 21st century, amazing technology has become entirely commonplace.

But we didn't arrive in the future without a few bumps in the road.

Case in point, there are no shortage of incredible innovations from yesterday that attempted

to usher in a world of tomorrow just a bit too soon.

Here are some revolutionary inventions that disappeared for the dumbest of reasons.

The Apple Newton falls on its head

In the early 1990s, sci-fi TV shows and movies showcased plenty of fancy future tech.

But no one really believed humans would be walking around with PADDs from Star Trek in

20 years.

And yet, today, you can buy a tiny computer that fits in your pocket and connects you

with anyone in the entire world — from Walgreens.

You know, the place where you buy cream for your weird foot thing.

But 17 years before they'd release the iPad, the innovators at Apple made their first attempt

at the tablet with the Newton MessagePad.

The device featured infrared technology and a whopping four megabytes of memory.

It also used an early touchscreen with a stylus to transfer handwritten notes directly into

useful data, letting users schedule appointments, send faxes, and also reminding them that they

were better off using an actual notebook.

"Hey Dolph, take a memo on your Newton: beat up Martin."

"Bah!"

And that was the biggest problem.

For a system marketed as being a digital note-taker, the handwriting recognition software was straight-up

busted.

While later models improved on that feature, the damage was done.

It didn't take long for the Newton to be quietly discontinued and swept under the digital rug.

Intellivision gets played…by itself

For the 1979 release of the "Intelligent television" console, which was officially called the Intellivision,

Mattel pulled out all the stops.

The toymaker packed in 1456 bytes of RAM, a 2 megahertz processor, and 16-bit graphics

— all specs that were pretty impressive for the time.

Users could even "download" games via the PlayCable service, which was sort of an early

Xbox Live.

Players lucky enough to have rich parents could kick back and play brand spankin' new

games like Advanced Dungeons and Dragons or Q*bert.

Ah, yes — life for the Intellivision player was sweet.

Too bad the Intellivision was cursed with several fatal flaws, most notably its impressively

terrible controllers.

After a few years on the market, '80s gamers decided they weren't too impressed.

As the early video game market plummeted — now dramatically known as The North American video

game crash of 1983 — it pulled Intellivision down with it.

Despite its shortcomings, the Intellivision still influenced countless home gaming devices

and enjoys a cult status among nostalgia gamers.

And cranky old guys who hate new stuff. Ah come on, you know who you are.

Nintendo?

Heh, more like NintenDON'T!

The flight of the Concorde underwhelms

The Concorde was born during an era of flight-based optimism, when rockets were headed to the

Moon and everyone felt a little groovier about supersonic flight.

Product of a joint venture between Britain and France, the supersonic commercial airliner

first took to the skies in 1969, then ferried its first paying passengers across the sound

barrier in 1976.

After a 40 year career, the Concorde is gone, having taken its final flight in 2003.

But why?

Well, catching a lift on the sound barrier-breaking jet ran about $7,000, with round trips a bargain

rate at ten-grand.

Reaching those near-1,400 mile-per-hour cruising speeds also caused wall-rattling sonic booms,

which handily succeeded at pissing off every neighbor for at least a hundred miles.

"Oooh."

That's not all: the Concorde was highly inefficient, sucking over 100 tons of fuel for just one

flight between London and New York.

Stack that up against a massive 777 plane, which burns half that fuel per transatlantic

flight.

Worst of all, in July 2000, an Air France Concorde flight crashed and killed over 100

people.

All those factors put the plane permanently out of commission shortly afterward.

LaserDisc barely scratches the video market

The LaserDisc is the ultimate example of a would-be revolutionary format.

Initially developed by MCA and Philips, the first movie released in the United States

on LaserDisc was Jaws in 1978.

(Dun-Dun) The 12-inch silver platters offered better

resolution than standard VHS tapes and were initially much cheaper to make.

The medium also allowed for precise playback options, giving viewers a crisp fast-forward,

fast-reverse, fairly seamless pauses, and watchable slow-mo options — likely leading

to a few conversations starting with "son, why does my Basic Instinct disc start to skip

when Sharon Stone is about to be interrogated?"

"It's nice."

But for all its benefits, LaserDisc did have some serious drawbacks.

For one thing, it cost a ton of money just to buy the player.

At first, LaserDisc players started at $800 — compared to $200 VCRs at the time.

Higher-end models ran into the thousands.

And many movies couldn't fit on a single side, forcing viewers to flip the disc at least

once during playback, if not swap out discs entirely.

"But wait!

It gets worse!"

Early LaserDiscs also suffered from "laser rot" — a condition that sounds a lot like

a futuristic STD — and which caused discs to skip and lag.

It also didn't help that the discs were bulky and fragile.

But more than anything else, the main problem with LaserDiscs was that US distributors never

really embraced them, limiting the available titles.

Most importantly, they didn't record anything, giving VHS tapes a distinct and apparently

unbeatable advantage.

Ultimately, it was the ability for your older brother to record dirty movies late at night

that pretty much killed the LaserDisc.

"Andy for the last time, I don't want your giant box of pornography!"

"No, no no, come on, man!

So uncool!"

Hi loves This month I'm going to share how to DIY

clothes for men.

In today's video I'll show you how to make a hoodie.

Sew it for your boyfriend, brother, father or friend.

The model featured in my video is Nilson, my brother in law.

for this tutorial I used 2 yards or meter of jogging fabric.

Fold it double with the wrong side up and then place a hoodie to cut the shape.

The hoodie I used is from Karl Kani, a brand that Tupac and Notorious BIG wore.

Do you remember Karl Kani?

I used to work for the European company and I loved that I could combine my passion for

fashion, urban music and PR in this job.

And I also hope that we will see more loose fit urban fashion again in the future.

Take the remaining fabric and one of your sleeves and cut the shape

Make sure you add 1.5 inch or 4cm to the bottom of the sleeves.

I cut mine a bit too narrow.

Place what you cut on the fabric and cut again

Take your hoodie and cut the shape.

Make sure you add more to the front when you cut it

These are the pieces I just cut.

Pin the sides and top and then sew it

Cut the front neckline of your hoodie

Turn your sleeve to the right side, place it inside and pin it all around

Then sew it using a zig zag stitch Do the same on the other side

Hem the neckline, bottom of sleeves and bottom of your hoodie

Open up your hoodie and place the right side on the right side of the back

Pin it, then the front and sew it

Sew it and you're done

And this is the final look.

Since the fabric I used is light, men can easily wear this from Spring to Fall.
