Is Sleeping 8 Hours Bad for you? The 8 hour Misconception - Duration: 4:08.

Is sleeping 8 hours a night a health risk?

I was always taught that sleeping 8 hours is ideal but recent research over the last 10 years

shows that this may actually be a health risk.

Over the last 10 years there have been dozens of studies that followed millions of people over time.

They have found there is a U-shape relationship between the risk of mortality and the amount of sleep you have.

Too much sleep or too little sleep are both linked to increased risk of mortality.

The lowest amount of risk is not at 8 hours but actually at 7 hours.

Long sleepers and short sleepers have a higher mortality risk.

Its important not to be too precise with the numbers however as people are not very good at measuring

exactly how long they sleep for because, well, they're asleep.

Generally, people over estimate the amount of sleep they get.

The statistics show that people who sleep less than 6 hours a night have a 12% higher

risk of mortality than those in the 6 to 8 hour range.

and people who sleep more 8 hours or more have a 30% higher risk of mortality.

Short sleep has been shown to increase blood pressure and limit the body's ability to utilise

glucose which can drive diabetes.

It is can also lead to alterations in your metabolism and weight gain.

Short sleepers are more likely to develop cardiovascular disease, have accidents, memory

problems, moodiness, impaired thinking ability and a weakened immune system.

Essentially if you don't sleep enough you are more likely to develop a range

of health problems.

While the link from limited sleep to mortality is not as strong as the link

between smoking or physical inactivity or obesity is to mortality it

is still important to manage.

The association between lack of sleep and these issues maybe be driven by other factors

that affects your sleep AND your mortality such as high stress.

Would increasing the sleep of these high risk individuals have a positive impact on their

health?

Well probably, but experts are still a little divided on this point.

What they do agree on is that there is a link between sleeping a long time and poor health

However correlation does not equal causation.

Long sleep is often a symptom of other health issues such as depression.

The increase risk of mortality with long sleepers may not be a result of the

extra sleep but rather the sleep is probably an indication of some underlying condition

that the person may not know that they have.

It is hard to be confident because most studies focus on short sleeper

because they are funded by pharmacist companies that manufacture sleeping pills.

Shaun Youngstead from Arizona State University is one of the few people who is studying the

effects of long sleep.

He completed a small study with young people who each spend 2 hours more in bed a night

for 3 weeks.

They had increases in depressed mood, inflammation, soreness and back pain.

So, it is possible that the negative effects from long sleep is driven by extended periods

of inactivity.

So how long should we sleep?

Annually the National Sleep Foundation in the US polls a random scientific sample of

adults in the US and found that the medium amount of sleep in 7 hrs.

This aligns to the medium amount for adults globally.

The majority of adults that sleep 7 hours a night report feeling rested and energetic

Experts agree that there is something about 7 hours sleep which seems to align to what

adults naturally get AND what aligns to the lowest risk of mortality.

So less than 6 hours a night has a higher risk of mortality

More than 8 hours a night seems to be linked to mortality issues as well

Somewhere between 6 and 8 hours is the ideal amount for most adults

If your an adult that consistently spends less than 6 hours in bed a night

You run a much higher risk of many health problems

If you enjoy sleeping, spend a lot of time in bed and feel perfectly

healthy you are probably just fine.

There is no sure evidence that sleeping more than 8 hours will kill you

Keep in mind with all of these figures, they are just for adults

Babies, young children, teenagers, the elderly they require different amounts of sleep

New IT 2017 Pennywise Teaser 2 Full Trailer Analysis and Breakdown - Duration: 5:18.

What a great surprise tonight, the new Teaser for the Upcoming It 2017 Movie has been released

at the MTV Movie Awards.

Let's take a quick look at the footage.

Oh and If you guys haven't seen the new IT Teaser, please click the card in the right

top corner.

It actually is a quite long Teaser, including a lot of new material, mixed up nicely with

some older footage that we could already see.

We see a lot of interaction between the Loser's Club and even the Bower's gang.

In general the new It Teaser seems to go way more into the character relations direction

and gives us detail about the private live's of our young heroes as supposed to the It

Teaser and the Trailer from March, where the focus was more on horrific scenes.

The trailer start's of by showing us the little forest, that we learn to know in the It mini

series and which is a big part of the book.

It is where the kid build the dam together, and where Ben is hiding from the bullies at

a later part of the stories.

The Loser's club is venturing together during a hot summer day, lead by eddy, who seems

to guide the children to the lake.

They all seem to have a fun time together and it is certain that in these scenes we

will see a lot of the character bonding take place and were trust in formed into each other.

What will become very important for the confrontation with IT or Pennywise.

In the next shot we see Stanley giving a speech at one of the Jewish services, about how one

is much saver, when in a group, and that there are things out there, that could mean danger

to a lonesome child.

In the novel and in the IT movie Stan's world weariness becomes pretty apparent, and this

scene underlines the way thinks.

The scene where Bill is telling Beverly, that he likes to hang out with her, it confirms

that Beverly is basically joining the Loser's club at a later point than anyone else.

It feels that the group of friends existed well before and they now are accepting her

as a new part of the group.

The rock fight between Bower's Gang and the Loser's Club is another big part which has

been inspired directly from the IT novel.

At least 3 of Bower's Gang are fighting this rock battle, so we could assume that maybe

one of the guys already has disappeared ? Just speculation.

Bill is entering the house on Neibolt street in the next scene, where Pennywise gets encountered

the first time, if we look at the material.

When the two adults drive by in their car, I feel very strongly, that we get a good sense

of the ignorance which is pretty dominant in every adult of Derry.

They either ignore the Danger that goes out from Pennywise or they don't believe in him.

Another very interesting shot of the trailer is when we see the Pharmacist Mr Keene, the

operator of the Center Street Drug Store, who adminster's young Eddie's asthma medication.

He later has a deep conversation with Eddie, where he reveals that back in the day even

he saw a clown.. although he was not wearing a clown costume, but a farmer's gown, and

that although the sun was shining that day, the clown did not cast any shadow.

creepy!

And then we get a glimpse at the modified pistol, the Loser's club is using in the book

to fight Pennywise.

It got tuned in a way so that it could shoot self made silver slugs, which they melted

down from silver dollars.

Let's hope that we will see all of this detail in the new movie.

The scene where we see Richie passing by Bower's Gang is possibly from the beginning part's

of the movie, since we still can see Patrick Hockstetter as a member of the group.

He later has his own little adventure with Pennywise.

The next shot in the sewer's is kind of a little comedic skid, where the kids are joking

about the pee and poo water, they have to venture through.

As Bill lead's the group of the four boys, Eddy and Stan seem not to fond about joining

Bill and Richie into the sewer systems.

Bill clearly doesn't take any part of their conversation, he appears very determined since

the death of his brotehr Goorgie must still hurt him very deep.He only wants to get to

the bottom of all this.While they are still joking around, Bill picks up a shoe, that

belong's to one of Pennywise's victims.

This is where the scene get's a little bit more sinister.

All of a sudden, a red balloon floats towards the young kids, which acts as a symbol as

the Teaser now changes the pace into a way more disturbing way.

Stan's fearful look in the next shot is only underlining this feeling.

It could be straight out of the book, where he gets trapped behind a heavy iron door in

the local standpipe.

Two kid's that drowned actually come after him in the It novel, if that should be that

scene.

Of course the two dead kids are only an Illusion played out by IT himself.

As we fly trough the next shot which is held at 27 Neibolt street, and which shows Bill

and Richie in quite some disbelief, we cut straight to another shot of Eddy.

We see him flee with a lot of fear.

Which could be another shot straight from the beginnig, and depict him seeing Pennywise

for the first time in his live.

That means at this point he might not have even talked about this event with the loser's

club.

Then we finally see Pennywise.. holding up a Triangle of Red Balloons.. and that shape

definitely have to have a deep meaning to this scene.

He has a so serious look on his face.. and he certainly didn't come to hand Eddie over

those balloons.

And that is basically all we see.

He specialises in coaching

business owners who are turning over

between 6 and 9 figures and he also

helps them to achieve excellence in the

8 areas of life (he's going to

touch on those later). So without further

ado, introducing Tony J Selemi.

Hello Alex.

Hi Tony, great to have you on the show.

So Tony first of all, could you tell us a

bit about where you started on your

entrepreneurial journey?

I started from zero and sometimes I say

below zero - meaning I had no business, I

had no product, I had no profile I didn't

have any publish or any products.

But if I go back a bit further than that -

I actually started when I first arrived in

this country 27 years ago. I arrived

living on the streets of London and over

the next 10 years I had to go through

tremendous shifts and changes in my

personal, in my professional, in my

business, in my emotional life as well - as

trying to settle down with my own

identity and trying to find a new home

in a foreign country. So I faced

extremely tough challenges to bring

myself back from being on the streets of

London to actually you know educating

myself having a job, having clean clothes,

having a "normal" life.

So I really started from

there - almost non-existence, started from

zero to try to build my life.

That's incredible Tony and having read your

books, it is so inspiring and from

what I've gleaned through your life's

journey, all of their the really

difficult challenges that you've been

through have

allowed you to re-develop yourself and

build up a tremendous amount

of resilience so it's hugely inspiring.

Thank you. Tony, in your first book,

A Path To Wisdom, you talk a lot about

the times when you were really

struggling to make ends meet and you kept

going and going - and you kept trying to

have that positive attitude - which is

great - but you just could not seem to

break through and you were really

struggling. And I know I've certainly

been in that situation myself and I

think actually getting through that

struggle allows us to to get to a much

higher level. But when you're really

stuck and on that path, and this is something

you touch on in your book, you recommend

that you then each actually seek

external help and coaching or mentoring.

So how important do you think coaching

and mentoring is in terms of breaking

through and getting out of the position

that you may be stuck in? Mentoring and

coaching is a perfect tool that any

entrepreneur, leader or business owner

can use to actually transform, change,

accelerate, advance and elevate their

business. As well as their people, as well

as their products, as well as their

service. So every company out there -

they employ consultants and specialised

skilled people to grow their business. So,

clearly, they're not going wrong. Every

successful sports star has a coach.

Clearly they're not going wrong. They

become extremely successful. Every

successful person on the planet has a

mentor or a coach. Clearly, they've done

very well for themselves. So if there's a

person out there who is on an entrepreneurial

journey and they truly want to design

something, while we may have those

beautiful skills, experiences and

knowledge - if we don't have somebody to

be a great mirror, to help us extract

that wisdom outside of ourselves and

package it in a way that, not only

supports building your business, but

actually inspires and ignites wisdom in

other people, and you become of service

to other people, you just remain

like a core that is very deep inside the

ground and people do not go deep enough

to unravel it, to polish it, to make it a diamond.

That's absolutely true Tony. I

think one big problem when it comes to

mentoring and coaching is a lot of

people think, you know, I'm really

struggling with my business, I haven't got any

money so therefore I can't afford the

mentor or the coaching. But I think

people need to really shift their

mindset and think - OK, mentoring /

coaching is an investment. It's an

investment in yourself. Now, sometimes you

have to find a way to finance it but

other times you can find ways around it.

You could do find something you can

perhaps start out with someone mentoring you for

free in the beginning. But i think

essentially, it's really vital to get

yourself a really top-level coach.

What I would add to that is, one of

the first things that each entrepreneurial

person can do, is actually break that

illusion and way of talking when they

say they can't afford something. Because

if you go in that person's life there're

many things that are already affordable for

them. So the first thing that needs

to change in any human being, it's about

instead of saying how instead of saying

I can't afford it and I will afford it

later on, is to ask the question right

here, right now. Meaning, what is it I can

do to make it affordable. Absolutely, yes.

So it's like a shift in your

language to: how can I afford it? And that

also taps into something I was

going to touch on - in business it's really

essential to come

from a place of abundance and not a

place of scarcity. Because when you're

operating from a place of scarcity

you're acting in a defensive mode which

doesn't generally lead to the grand

opportunities that you really need [in order]

to become successful. So you really

need to shift your mindset. So mindset is

one of the key things for many

entrepreneurs they struggle. Because I

see many people and I think Joachim [client's name]

experienced 5 days of frying his

brain with wisdom and knowledge about

what it is to actually upgrade the inner

operating system. What I've seen

are the main mistakes that most

entrepreneurs do, is they go outside

of themselves to try to build the

business. Meaning they'll do workshops

and seminars designed to build their

business by themselves, without

preparing the inner-work. Absolutely.

Without doing the inner-work which is

actually building the business inside

themselves and without really

understanding the intelligence inside

themselves that is required to be in

harmony, in alignment with their true values.

So they're going to try to model

things outside, because somebody else is

modelling it - and it may work for other

people, but spend the time and

energy, and they realise they're not

really receiving their worth - although

they've done the same steps. And then they

come to me and say it's not working. Well, you

know, let me go properly into the process and

see where whatever model you use, why

it's not working. And usually I find that

in most cases, it's not the model that

they use in that's not working, it's the

way they're using the model that isn't working.

Yes, aabsolutely, I've done a

lot of self- development work myself

so I've certainly learned that actually

mastering the inner-game is fundamental and

success is built on the inside.

So that's really really critical.

And, Tony, you just touched on

your intensive course which one of your

clients has been on.

So could you tell us what it's

about, what it's called and what

it entails? Absolutely. One of my

signature programs which all of my

clients they have to go through before

they start working with me, it's called

Vital Planning For Elevated Living.

Yes.

Now, everything in the world that we've

created has a plan. So meaning, if you are

an entrepreneur and building a business

unless you have a clear plan of action

in all of the 8 key areas of your

life, no matter what business you are

building you're going to be

procrastinating and you going to be coming

to so many struggles before you can

actually create that. So if I put that into

context, we would not build most

sophisticated airport if we don't have

the best planners and we don't plan in

advance where are the runways, how the travels

will go through that, how the

communication at the airport would be.

How the whole airport would communicate

with a country, with the world. So we

we have tremendous planning. So in a

similar way the Vital Planning for

Elevated Living is designed to help

people understand the intelligence

within themselves and do that inner-work

in a very, fast intensive way that almost

upgrades they inner-being the kind of

life and business they want to create.

OK. So if a client comes to me saying ,

OK I've got the £1,000,000 I want to

build £10 million - 50 - £100 million,

the program is adjusted in a way that

they upgrade inside themselves with

a plan, with their processes, with their

values, with their beliefs, with all the

required elements that I share in detail

in my Vital Planning programme, for them to expand

to their growth. So it becomes very

achievable for them in very clear,

digestive steps. Fantastic, we're actually

lucky enough to have one of Tony's

clients who's actually just finished

doing this intensive course. So would you like to come

and introduce yourself? My name's Joachim.

I'm a successful entrepreneur and The

Dream-builder Coach. And I assist people

who want to move from having a job into

starting their own business, and also

startups who actually want to bring

their business to the next level. Now, I

found Tony, actually it was late last

year. It was a sort of cold

December or November evening, and a

couple of things had gone wrong

on the day and I wasn't even meant to be

there. I went to a Toastmasters session

and it was something

that had been on

my diary for many many

weeks and there was another event which

I didn't feel like going to. And then I was

supposed to do a session with a

client that cancelled at short notice. So,

long story short, I went that night and I

met quite a few amazing people but the

most amazing one - sitting right next to

me - and I didn't quite understand who I

had met that evening.

Have you been to Toastmasters?

Yes, I have. The last bit is like

when they pull people from the audience

to the front and since I think one of

Tony's clients was hosting the event,

she pulled Tony out and then you're put on

the spot and you do a speech and I was

very impressed. And for some reason he

didn't win that night I told him, you

should have won, but anyway - long story

short - I felt something already so I

texted him the next morning.

And so I said well I'd like to

understand more. What is your elite

coaching? What is that all about? Because

I work as the coach and I feel, wow, he's an

elite coach so it must be the next level

- or what I've now learned, a couple of

next levels up! So let's understand more.

So, I text him, and a

couple of minutes later, he calls me, I'm

like almost shocked. OK, picked up the

phone: I'm in the area. (Actually I

learned that he lives in the area of Pimlico, where I live.)

Well in London, central London. And I'm

just having lunch, do you want to join me?

And I had a coaching session scheduled

for the full hour, but it was only

quarter past midday, so that was at one

o'clock. My knee-jerk reaction was, oh I

can't because I have a coaching session.

Hang up the phone...like a few seconds

later, I'm like what are you doing, are you crazy?

Called him back, luckily he

picks up the phone and, "yes of course I'm

available, where can we meet?" And he's

literally almost my neighbour so there

was a new Pret, we

met in a cafe and I got a quick

40-minute download. I guess I got my

brain fried the first time. I was very

impressed and I walked away and I think

that was the same I ordered this book, his

first book, A Path To Wisdom. And

just ordered on Amazon. So a

couple of days later, I started to

meditate again and the first session

something hit me in that

meditation. Something told me, get in

touch with Tony again. So I just texted

him "can I take you out for dinner?" "I'd

like to understand more." He's like,

"yeah, you can take me out for dinner! But

really what you might want to

consider is booking a first session with

me. So that's what we did. We met in a

Grosvenor hotel, just around the corner

from where we are now - Victoria Station.

And booked

session and I was just amazed at

what hit me - it was really 'out there',

but I felt something was right. There's

truth in what he's saying to me.

Well, there is a lot of

truth! And he said to me one thing at the

very beginning: if you work with a coach

you have to trust him.

And then he laid out for me -

suggesting from his point of view

[based on] where I'm at my life, how he would be

working with me, how many hours that it, how

much cost that is, and all those things.

And I decided right there, this is what I

need to do. So, that was a short question

and a long answer!

That's fantastic! Thank you very much. And just

following on from that another

question I've got is: what would you say have been

the main breakthroughs for you having

attended this course over the last five days? Or 'A-HA' moments?

OK, well how much time do you have?!

If you could look around, we don't want

to move the cameras, but the whole

room is full of

flip-chart [posters].

I don't know where to start!

OK, for me the main thing

was to work on my self-worth, to be

very open to be very transparent and

that's just been upgraded to a whole new

level. So as a coach you work and you

have a certain self-worth and that's how

much your clients, and that [affects]

the clients you attract.

And I just felt like late

last year I hit a brick wall,

because I started coaching some time ago.

And I just felt something is not really

moving forward, I'm not really

learning the

lessons and so forth. So that was one of

the lessons this week. We just went through

a couple of exercises - it's about knowing

your financial game, knowing your

finances inside out and knowing yourself

on a spiritual, emotional, family, love - all

kinds of levels there 8 of them.

Keeping a tab, running down, I'm not

quite there yet. So that's one of the big

takeaways for me. But then using

your perceptions. [Looking for] opportunities within

one meter of where you are. Opportunities

now and here. What can you do every day to

create opportunities for yourself? How can

you up level? You're seeing opportunities

and not just seeing them and thinking

about them, but actually taking steps to

make them happen. And these are just two

things, I could probably go on with

another 30! Unless unless you can narrow down

what you like to know, I'm handing back to

you for now! Fantastic. Well thank you

very much indeed, I really appreciate

your time. It's really great to get an

insight from somebody who's actually

been through the process. Thank you very

much. Pleasure! Now Tony, one of the

things that was touched on there was

talking about increasing your self-worth.

And this brings me round to a point that

you mention in detail your

book - so it's essential to have a really

strong self-worth and to love

yourself. So what would you say is the

importance of having a high self-worth

and really actually learning to love

yourself? And how does that come across

in terms of being successful in business?

Now, there's two type of people: people

who basically, they've done the embodiment of

what self-worth means, and people who

talk about it (what self-worth is) - but

they're actually not

walking the talk. And then you have people in

the middle who are the process of increasing

their self-worth. Now, when you have low

self-worth, what most people don't see is

how that is radiated through your energy

field. So, how that's communicated to

anybody, wherever you are. So, therefore, if

you show up in a room of the most amazing

people, having a low self-worth

will actually close down all of those

opportunities that have just been

presented to you. For instance, with my

client I always do this - I introduce them

to my high net-worth clients and then I

create opportunities

for them to do what I teach them

on the course. So one of the things we

touched on with Joachim - it's about

learning to spot how you add value to

every human being within one meter, next

to you, and how you can transform that

relationship into being able to pitch to

them, through knowing what this person

needs and wants. Most people are not aware,

at that level of awareness, how that

constantly radiates. So when you

learn that inside-out and this is this

program: Vital Planning For Elevated

Living, it's really that inside-out

upgrade. You start to spot opportunities

at the level of self-worth that you've

gone through in yourself. So when I put

my clients on the spot with another

multi-millionaire client, I first of all taught

him in here how he could have pitched

his business to me, right here, and

created all of the money he's spending

with me - which is a lot of money -

instantly back in his life by being able

to pitch a product which is aligned to my

business, to my customers, and to my

values. So, when you don't know that in

yourself, there's no way you can actually

pitch that to another human being. So

therefore you could be in in a room full

of diamonds and you will think they

[low-value] crystals.

Thank you very much for that insight and

what I would add to that is,

if you don't have a high self-worth then

you're subconsciously you're going

to be in a mode of rejection so

if you're entering

into a deal, you and you may expect to

lose the outcome is that, sub-consciously

that energy and that message is carried

across and you end up not winning the deal.

Whereas vice versa is true. If you've got

a really high level of confidence and

high level of self-worth it really

carries across in business -

so it's really fundamental. Absolutely,

it's the the low self-worthiness, when it's

applied across all key areas of your

life, where spiritually you feel unworthy,

where mentally you feel unworthy,

emotionally you feel unworthy, physically

you feel unworthy, business you feel

unworthy, in relationships you feel

unworthy, in love you feel unworthy.

So when you bring this and apply it

consistently through your inner being, your

inner-being you will radiate that signal.

Meaning, instead of being in 4G [mobile phone signal] you'll be

in 2G - so you won't have all the

experiences that 4G can bring all your

mobile phone and being able to download

movies and fast internet, and transform,

like even transmit this video to all the

Facebook users. So if you have an old

technology in that, this experience will

not be able to be shared with thousands

of people across the internet. We are

exactly the same as the technology we

design. I just created a unique tool that

I talked about in A Path To Wisdom which

is 25 conscious engineering steps which

can be applied across multi-level areas

of our life and help them expand and

elevate and accelerate the growth in all

of those areas and when you do that in

parallel and when you work with an

expert to help you do that and

understand the the diamond that you are

then people naturally we want to buy you

and naturally want to give you as a gift.

And therefore most of my clients become

agents

and introduce me to other people and

therefore we co-create bigger

experiences together. Absolutely!

and I purchased : Maruchan's 'Oshima' miso ramen

Cup Noodle (rich) abalone flavor in simmered oyster

wow... it really has that Expensive 'Bling' feel to it

Ace Cook's 'ibuki's' stuffed chinese noodle

which one of these is their primary line of noodles? there are so many these kinds of noodles.

~I keep wondering which one is which~

so today I'll be sampling these 3 different types of noodles

miso, exactly what kind of ramen is this I wonder? is it like a seafood based one?

this one is a chinese style noodle its says its a tonkotsu (pork based) broth and niboshi sardine

alrighty lets get eatin'

we'll start off with Cup Noodle's abalone flavored simmered in oyster

and this is their ultra extravagant unique oyster soup base

~please add before eating~ inside it looks like this

are they using wood ear mushrooms in here I wonder

I thought I bought a total of 10 instant ramen but I ended up buying 5 made by Cup Noodle

the other noodles I bought were 3 each so in total I got 11 instant ramen

add the soup then lid

will these packs get warmed up on the lid?

done... oh its a brownish soup I think it has shitake mushrooms and perhaps bamboo?

what exactly is this? is it shitake?

oh it might be eringi mushroom

and now I'll add this special oyster soup packet

its a very dark brown

ahh hmm... its....

it sort of smells like oyster sauce

ahh it~ no what's this?

its sort of a thicker soup and has a slight hint of abalone flavor

and the noodles are so good Cup Noodle's noodles are so nice and have

a great al dente bite to them ~they're flat style noodles though~

there quite a few eringi mushrooms in this as well

you don't often see eringi used in instant noodles they have a great mouthfeel and are tasty

~move these guys over~

a very mild tasting soup a slight oyster and abalone flavor

its slightly this so it really helps stick to the noodle

oh wow.... this soup is really really thick isn't it it says here that it contains 1000mg of collagen

with 5 cups worth I've got 5,000mg of it I wonder~ if you eat this at night would you

wake up the next day with such younger firmer skin?

for veg it has bok-choy and others ~this soup is very very thick~

all done! since this soup is so thick it retains its heat forever ~so hot~ and very delish

this is Ace Cook's Ibuki managed crazy stuffed chinese noodle

it looks like this inside

oh! it appears to be a pork based broth

this is what it looks like there is something in here that looks like meatballs

~wait are these meatballs?~ the noodles look like this

the soup is this sort of color it really smells of niboshi sardines

oh the flavor of niboshi sardines is very prominent with a slight hint of pork broth in the background

the flavors are very strong and delish chine~ chinese noodle?

yeah.. the flavor does resemble a chinese noodles dish with a bit of japanese flavor mixed in

in the veg packet there is stuff like onion in it as well oohh its so delish I love onion bulbs so much

already so I like it but I'm surprised that it goes so good in ramen dishes as well

with any of these ramen you have to add around 1000ml to them which means I'm drinking over 3000 ml of soup

~I'mma so hot~

there is a quite a lot of fish flavor to this soup its a nice rich tasting soup

you can really taste the niboshi sardines in it and it was very tasty

I especially enjoyed the diced onion (Bulb) in this I enjoyed the taste of that

here's Maruchan's 'Oshima' miso ramen a special flavored oil packet

inside it looks like this

oh its white.... so white

it looks super oily that oil looks like it did a good job in here it looks so yummy

its a miso based broth

the noodles look like this

its got a super garlicy smell to it

its miso flavored and you can really taste the garlic in this its got such depth of flavor to this

good. such deep yummy flavors

I really love the flavor of minced meat in this love the flavor that gushes out when you bite into it

and also with the garlicy flavor its also flavored with ginger as well here in this miso ramen

this miso broth ramen had quite the garlicy flavor to it

I really like it

all 3 types of ramen were so delish all three of them had quite a lot of flavor

they were very richly flavored if you had to ask which was my favourite one.... ~

they all had their strong points so there is no real way to compare them

if I absolutely had to pick one....

its probably this miso ramen it made me want to eat this with rice the most

these 3 new to me cup ramen were so delish won't you all give them a try?
