I'm Scott Meister and I'll be leading you through the course.
I'm a CPA and advanced certified in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
This course exists because over the years I've worked with a number of folks that
struggled with using QuickBooks.
Initially, I thought the struggle was more technical; you know how to enter a bill or
understanding how to do bank reconciliations.
But over time, I realized that the common issue wasn't technical at all, it was more
workflow related.
Even some of the most experienced QuickBooks users struggle with the workflow in QuickBooks.
So, I decided to create this course.
It's a summary of what I cover the first time I meet with a new client.
In it, you'll follow along as I show you exactly how I modify an existing QuickBooks
Desktop file to be more user-friendly.
These are simple, one-time changes that when set up properly will save you time every time
you use QuickBooks.
So, who should take this course?
QuickBooks Desktop users, which means QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Premier, or QuickBooks Enterprise.
This course doesn't cover anything about QuickBooks Online.
If you're a bookkeeper, accountant, small business owner, or someone that wants to learn
more about QuickBooks, you'll fit right in.
If you're brand new to QuickBooks, or if you've been using QuickBooks for a while
and struggle with workflow, you'll fit right in as well.
This course is 100% video and 30 minutes long.
I cover the content efficiently and by the time you complete the course you'll know
